www.

who stops you from writing, who tells you to pause, who discourages from progress. Just write my friend just write.
Books became my gateway into this wild jungle of imagination. We all read books in order to receive formal education but my relationship with books is ever dynamic. I remember being 10, with 4 comic books in my hand eagerly waiting for my study table to be delivered to my house. I promised myself that I will study on this table and read on this table all the time. It was the perfect table with a little book rack attached to it. Soon, the books started coming in.My grandmother tucked me into bed every night, only after telling me hindi stories. So even before I could read, my relationship with stories had already begun. I started writing about my mundane life as if it was a wild adventure, after reading "The Diary Of a Young Girl" by Anne frank. It baffled me how I could connect to characters in these books, who lived in these in places I have never heard of. I feel like I could read more books and develop telepathic powers someday, just like Matilda. Winnie the poohtaught me to be kind in the most humblest way possible. In my imagination, I was a part of every story I read. I understood how stories have the power to change the way I look at the world. When Robert Frost walked the road not taken,he lightened this new sense of hope and courage in me. Poetry became my way of expressing myself. I began scribbling poems in english, on the margin of my notebooks. I found the kind of friends, I aspire to become in the perks of being a wallflower. I found a mentor when I spend my Tuesdays with Morrie, who taught me the importance of being compassionate, taught me about the fragility of life and the value of memories, taught me to love or perish. She taught what immense bravery and standing up for others selflessly entails, when she stood in the face of death and told the gunman "I am Malala". She moved me in ways I hadn't been moved before. When I thought I was hitting rock bottom, the alchemist showed me how the possibility of having a dream come true makes life interesting, makes every morning worth waking up to and that the secret of life is falling seven times and getting up eight times. Rupi Kaur put her vulnerabilities in few sentences, on a paper for the whole world to see. Being honestly herself, she gave the world an insight on what a revolution it is to just love yourself. I wish to take something from every book I read. To become a reflection of every character that somehow touches my life. The person I am is the aftermath of all the books that I've read.
On August 12,1997 a loud series of shots rang out outside the Jeeteswar Mahadev Mandir in Mumbai. They were just one in a sequence of warnings about the state of our nation, and yet just as before, we Hindus refuse to wake up and face the truth. The event that occurred outside the Mahadev Mandir in Mumbai that fateful day, was not particularly outstanding when seen in the context of the daily reinforcement of the fact that India is in the hands of Muslim terrorists. The victim on this particular day happened to be a plump, short media baron, known as Gulshan Kumar.Who was Gulshan Kumar, the Cassette King? He started out life as a humble fruit juice seller's son in Old Delhi. He wanted to make it big in Bombay and he did, by cooking up innovative ways to pirate popular music. Super Cassette Industries, his flagship company and its low price high volume strategy ushered in a musical revolution. Pretty soon he had the leader of the pack , HMV India itself, chomping at the bits in order to compete with him. Using all of his fortunes from his music production company in Noida, near Delhi to finance his film production business, Gulshan Kumar soon became the owner of a vast 400 crore rupee empire.. He was the highest tax payer for the financial year 1992-93.It was with his foray into the Indian film industry that Gulshan took his first step into the jaws of the Muslim Mafia network without which Bollywood simply can not exist. For decades the film industry has been the money-spinning machine and media arm of the Islamic Mafia. The Indian film industry serves a twofold purpose for the international Islamic Mafia which is headquartered in UAE and Pakistan . 1) With a turnover of over Rs. 7000 Crore, the Indian film industry has become one of the biggest money making operations for the Islamic Mafia. Although it is not as profitable as drug-trafficking, sale of illegal arms, prostitution rings or counterfeit money, it certainly does help to line the pockets and provides valuable interface to politicians and industrialists who are enamored of the glamour and glitter of Cinema magic. 2) But the real reason why the Indian film industry is so important to the Islamic Mafia, is the fact that it serves as the best possible propaganda tool in a country of over 950 million people. A blatant glorification of Islam and an utterly distorted insulting portrayal of Hinduism are the tools that it uses constantly to affect Indians' psyche and effectively utilize information warfare. Hindu culture is consistently given the mantle of a backward, intolerant, illogical culture, whereas Islamic concepts, ideas, and judgments are given the legitimacy of truth. One of the most successful byproducts of this psychological manipulation has been the corruption of Hindi, via the glorification of Arabicised Urdu words. In popular films and music, Urdu is always used in order to condition the Indian public. In other instances, terrorism which usually stems from Islamic quarters in India , is attributed to Hindu groups in movies! Islamic terrorists are portrayed as martyrs on screen. Islamic ideas are touted as progressive whereas Hindu ideals are dismissed as outdated and illiterate. Urdu is the language of "civilized" sophisticates, Hindi is the language of "Ganwaars" or village idiots. These are just a few examples of the objectives which the control of Bollywood provides to the Islamic Mafia. On August 12, 1997 , nothing appeared to be out of the ordinary as the familiar portly figure of Gulshan Kumar attired in white kurta stepped out of his car in front of the Jeeteswar Mahadev Mandir that fateful day. A simple Thali of offerings for worship of Lord Shiva swayed in his plump hands as he started walking towards the shrine. His devotion to the divine had been steadfast in its earnestness. A huge portion of his wealth had gone into beautifying and enhancing the pilgrimage experience of Vaishno Devi for pious devotees. It was his efforts which had rekindled the sound of early morning Bhajans in Indian households all over the country. Despite the allegations of piracy and fraud, he had focused all his energies into what he viewed as an offering to God. As the assassins pumped his frame with bullets, the last words heard by Gulshan Kumar were:"Bahut ho gayi teri puja, ab upar ja ke aur karo" (You have prayed enough to your idols down here, now go up there and do it.) A chilling reminder of the fact that Islam and the Islamic Mafia will do its best to eliminate any Hindu who dares to reaffirm his faith loud and clear in India . Who were Gulshan Kumar's enemies? What was his crime? The clues to the answer apparently lie with music director Nadeem Saifee. In 1997, Nadeem's solo album Hai Ajnabi bombed. He wanted Gulshan Kumar to finance his next private album. Gulshan Kumar wisely decided that Nadeem was not destined to be a chartbuster and refused outright. An enraged Nadeem who was obviously used to displaying arrogance in lieu of his Islamic godfather's protection started threatening Kumar saying "Have you got a call or not? My "Chahnewaale" (friends) will call you. You don't know who I am."By May 1997, Abdul Qayoom Ansari alias Abu Salem, a 29-year-old Dubai-based member of the Islamic Mafia, who is also known as one of the "arms" of kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, had called up Gulshan Kumar on his mobile and curtly told him to call back at a Dubai mobile number. When Gulshan called the number back, an amount to the tune of 10 Crore Rupees was quoted and Kumar was threatened with dire consequences if he failed to cough up the dough. Kumar, a man who had managed to survive in the Film Industry long enough without giving in to the Islamic Mafia of ISI's underworld dons, refused to pay outright. Even when Abu Salem sent his Mullah terrorists to Gulshan in person, the wary devotee refused to budge an inch. Who is Abu Salem??He is accused number 87 in the Bombay bomb blast case. He was charged with procuring nine AK-56 rifles at the command of Dawood's brother Anees Ibrahim. Mumbai courts issued an arrest warrant against him in 1993 ``for conspiracy to cause explosions with intent to cause death and damage to property.'' If caught and convicted he faces the death penalty. In 1995, Interpol had issued a Red Corner alert for him. In 1997, the UAE government received extradition papers for Salem from the CBI upon request. The first ever trap (which is known as `fielding', in the underworld slang) was laid with the blessing of nadeem and his "godfather" Dawood . The trap for killing Gulshan Kumar was laid between July 15 and 20, while he was shooting for his forthcoming untitled film at the Jasdanwala Bungalow at Aqsa Beach , Malad. Two teams from the gang maintained a watch on his movements but failed to strike either because of the milling crowds around him, or for the fact that he was shielded by his Punjabi bodyguard. When Gulshan Kumar refused Abu Salem's threats of extortion, he was enraged at the "Kafir" Hindu's insolence and ordered the hit. Apart from Kumar's 250-crore annual turnover from Super Cassettes and Music Industries, his religiosity and lavish expenditure for devotional purposes including a `langar' at Vaishnodevi temple, where Rs 5 lakh was spent every month had become eyesores for the Islamic Mafia. Abu Salem had been chosen as the key operational head in Bombay by Dawood himself , due to his incredibly cruel and brutal nature. He was also given charge of handling extortions and hawala transactions on Dawood's behalf. In April, Abu Salem began by calling up top film producers asking them to pay up. About 20 top film personalities were personally contacted by Salem over the span of two months. The figures he quoted as extortion payments were in hundreds of crores. Over 95% of the Movie moguls simply paid and never informed the police. Salem 's men attacked producer-director Rajiv Rai at his Tardeo office, which led Rai to flee to London . He never returned since. Later that April an attempt was made on Subhash Ghai's life which was foiled by alert police. Salem himself had telephoned Subhash Ghai asking him to pay up. The Indian Film Industry was serving its purpose as the money making the machine which churned out Millions of Rupees in liquid assets for Dawood and ISI to create mayhem, death and destruction all over India. Not one moviemaker had the guts to resist, every single one of them was deeply involved in this deep-seated treachery and anti-national activity which killed Indian citizens every day. Was it simply because Gulshan Kumar did not give in to this nefarious plan, that his body lay riddled with bullets in front of the Temple steps in Mumbai that day? Hardly. As the details began trickling in, it became apparent that the plot to kill Gulshan Kumar had been hatched on June 12 at Dubai when a galaxy of Indian stars participated in the opening of a luxury hotel owned by Vivek Goswami a narcotics dealer linked to Chota Rajan another underworld non-resident Indian don. As investigations continued, more rivalries began surfing. Ramesh Taurani - owner of Tips another rival to Super Cassette, was identified as an associate of Dawood Ibrahim's gang. The investigation led the police to interview filmstars Pooja Bhat, Salman Khan and Shravan among others. Bollywood's links with Mumbai's underworld were always known. But the extent of its involvement with the Islamic Mafia became apparent only after Gulshan Kumar's death, a man who was murdered simply because he was a Hindu success story. "When the underworld approaches you, you cannot refuse.", these were the chilling words of Nadeem Saifee, the main accused in the Gulshan Kumar murder case. A month later a casual friend of Gulshan Kumar and writer-director Mukul Anand died unexpectedly of a "heart attack" in his sister's home in Mumbai. Anand had been in the process of making a movie on Kashmir which went against the Islamic Mafia's propaganda plans. The film was being shot in USA on the pretext that the environs resembled those of Kashmir . The reality was quite different. Anand had been threatened and he and several of his associates were frightened enough to go into hiding when they returned to India to raise more money for the movie. A relative of the executive producer was slain by a killer on a motorbike. And then all of a sudden Mukul Anand suffered a surprise "heart attack".What is even more shocking to discover is that EIGHT months before Abu Salem ordered the cold blooded of Gulshan Kumar , the CBI had requested his extradition from the UAE government. However, the request became just another of the 35 others pending with the Government of United Arab Emirates and like the other requests, this too was put on the backburner. The CBI is not too optimistic about getting back any of the members of the Dawood gang, hawala dealers and arms and drugs smugglers who are responsible for the most heinous crimes committed against India .The Arab provision of shelter to these hard core terrorists and criminals provides convincing evidence that the conspiracy to create chaos and panic in India stems from the Islamic world in general. Dawood Ibrahim follows and carries out the directives of Pakistan 's ISI and oil rich Arabs, who take pride in their Islamic fanaticism. It is he and his deputies who mastermind all of the major terrorist attacks and hardcore crimes which take place in India . As the disturbing facts about Gulshan Kumar's murder were unearthed, an incredible pattern of internally linked networks which are sustained by the Islamic Mafia become apparent. The crimes begin with low level extortions and proceed higher up the ladder with the all too willing Indian movie industry, as well as heads of major corporations in India and finally goes all the way up to the politicians who hold the highest positions in the land. The breadth and depth of this net of crime and the virulently anti Indian activities it breeds are spread unimaginably far. The extent of involvement is so deep, that the public knows not even one hundredth of the details of this story.Original Post : Islamic Mafia of Bollywood: Death of Gulshan Kumar#smblogcontest
Are limits subjective? Should there be limits? If yes of what nature? If no why?
"Hindi Medium" ufff !!! this is rarely heard now a days. Ten to Fifteen years back we often heard parents saying that my child is studying in Hindi medium, Gujarati medium, Marathi medium, govt schools etc & they were comfortable enough to accept that their child is pursuing education in their local language. Studying in Mother tongue was consider as pride for the family years back, but now the picture of the entire education system has changed. English has become so mandatory, that the entire education system has being corrupted & has become a business. To seek admission in reputed school has become dreams for many & out of budget for the middle class family. Parents has to pass through high & lows to meet the demands of the luxurious school, coz it has created a mindset that child will not have good career & life if he/she does not study in convent schools or reputed english medium schools. children coming from the lower middle class family pass through mental depression if fees are not paid on time, money not given for extra curriculum activities or any development activities of such convent & luxuries school. Children are being tortured to such an extent that they do not want to go to school. Apart from school even Coaching classes has become business. Parents need to put their children in good coaching class or study center as well, which is equally costly as schools. I still do not understand, if parents are spending huge amount on school education, than why there is need for coaching class ???? The worst part is even after spending huge amount on both, children are still deprived of real education which means practical education instead of theoretical. Students mug up everything & vomit the same during exams, scores good, but forgets what he/she has learnt as years pass by. The govt schools are in such a bad shape, that the govt itself does not want to change their education system & way of learning. The govt schools are meant for poor this is the taboo that we have for it. The education given here is even more poor that students even cannot complain, neither parents can. If govt is funding to run the government school, than standard of education should be followed, the teacher should be monitored & audits should be conducted, so that education of these schools can be up to the mark, & all the schools whether private of govt are on same page. In fact, fees, education quality, all round development of child etc everything should on same page irrespective of private or govt school. Govt should take initiative to control fees hike & should standardize fees structure so that its affordable for parents & can give them a sigh of relief on their children education. Donations should be strictly stopped & legal action must be taken & must cancel the licences of such schools. Even in corporate world people give so much emphasis on communicating in English that good employees who really work up to the mark stay where they are & someone only with good English seeks promotion. Countries like Singapore, China, Hongkong, Macau & many more uses only their local language to communicate & even the software used are also in their local language. I do not think English is only life, yes is good to talk in English, but one should be comfortable in talking in their local language & should not be felt ashamed even if he/she is different in that crowd. I have seen people making fun of those who often make mistake while talking in English or has incorrect accent, grammar, pronunciation etc. Apart from this yes even though studying in English medium we often fear while going for an interview or writing emails, attending presentations, etc coz we fear of being laughed or criticized by others. English has created fear phobia & we often fail & feel helpless in our personal, social & professional life. Sad but Slowly we all have adopted this English speaking culture, etiquette, life style, way of talking & behaving, that we has lost real I, me & Myself in this RACE & have lost being our-self. Let's keep it simple, let it be any medium, but system of education should be same, standard, affordable, acceptable, and must have bright future for our upcoming generation, society & the nation. Language should not become hurdle in personal & professional life. I have just tried to highlight the painful struggles that parents go through for seeking admission in school, colleges, universities etc for their children. The system requires uniformity in laws & transformation to eradicate corruption & business out of our education system. #smblogcontest
Prabhat Ranjan is a Hindi novelist from Bihar. He entered the writing scene with his debutnovel With You; Without You in the winter of 2017 and since the launch of his debut novel, his popularity as an author has only reached new heights.A less talkative person, Prabhat Ranjan comes from a family with a political background andhis father is a senior politician. An engineer by profession, Prabhat has been writing shortstories and poems way before he finally decided to enter the field of writing formally with afull-length fiction. Nevertheless, as an engineer, Prabhat did not let himself be aloof ofliterature - he is a serious reader as well as a serious author and he wants to contributemore and more with his pen.Already finished his second novel, Prabhat Ranjan's writing style is very different from otherfiction writers out there. He has uniqueness! His writings are not only meant to create abestselling fiction; he has his purposes in every word he writes. Even with the first novel, which subsequently became a bestseller, he had a very good message to deliver to the reading audience. The novel is not only about love and friendship, it is also about the depths of relationships. With You; Without You shares a message with the readers that the need of family and the need of good company in life can never be substituted with anything! To put things in a better perspective, Prabhat is from that old school of writers with hisimagination not limited to a certain theme or story. He does write with the purpose but hedoes not limit himself to write only the moral stories which seem like a preacher's sermon;his stories do have the elements which make them contemporary and offer the youngreaders something to relate to.In developing characters, Prabhat does have a speciality! In his first novel, he has proved tothe readers as well as to critics that his characterisation is unique and he gives ampleopportunity to his characters to converse, indulge, move on and eventually change. In thevery first novel, his character Nishind has impressed the readers a lot. The character ofNishind is designed in such a way that readers know he might be doing something wrongbut instead of denouncing his acts, readers develop a kind of sympathy for him. This is thebeauty of his character. Another character that impresses the readers is of Rashmi Desai -an independent working woman who braves the bad relations of her parents and the wrongdeeds of her friends but still manages to fulfil her dreams and reach the heights that she hasimagined for herself in the very childhood. In the terms of plot construction, nonetheless, the readers can surely expect somethingbetter only. As the author has himself admitted in many of his interviews, With You;Without You was just a staircase that he has used for himself to write something bigger - hisupcoming story, Priyanka - A Pakistani Girl. Therefore, the plot in his first novel does notimpress as does his story or his characterisation. Still, his plot is there to certainly be calledgood and it helps the construct of the novel; it surely holds the story and the characterstogether but can certainly be improved to betterment.Putting Prabhat Ranjan's entry into Hindi literature in a larger perspective certainly gives thereaders something new as a concept of Hindi literature. More and more young and energetic writers are coming who are willing to write in Hindi and offer the readers the works which deal with the issues other authors, in the past, did not wish to write. Prabhat's dealing with the issues like sex, love, divorce, family issues in vivid perspective is certainly new and encouraging for the overall contemporary Hindi literature. One can certainly argue that there were the authors who wrote on all these issues, but one must remember that they did not write as freely as the modern authors are doing. And it is certainly very good because of the modern readers want to read everything! And to conclude the contribution of Prabhat to Hindi literature and his current one, WIthYou; Without You, it can safely be said that he has a long road to go. Only after two of threemore of his works, a person will be in better position to judge him as an author and evaluatehis skills at writing. Nonetheless, assumptions can certainly be made based on his novelwhich has already been published and has become a bestseller! The debutants who becomebestsellers certainly require a scrutiny and one similar attempt has been made here. Wehope that we will soon have another book by Prabhat Ranjan to read!
The blog is about a weekend that I spent wandering the streets of Cambridge.
'Dangal' in hindi, but you can call 'Wrestling' in English. We all are wrestlers in real life, coz we fight with our fears, failures, we fight for our dreams, success, we fight for our love, our near ones, dear ones & much more. Wrestling is not so easy, one has to put in hard efforts, one has to give away sleep & work dedicately towards the goal. The journey is painful & their is always learning in each small step that you take towards your goal. It really needs a big heart to give away entire time & life for shaping the career & moulding it into the finest piece. No other can do that for you except our parents. We at times do question them, we doubt them , we blame them, but the fact is , whatever little they had, they spend that little on us. In todays scenario a child often forgets the pain that parents took to upbring them. No other can trust you as much as our parents does & no other can motivate us except our parents. Even if the entire world is against us, we have parents who stand firm with us. We should always be kind, grateful, thankful & shld show our respect by showering our love & care towards them. The other fact of the society is male dominating, inspite of being educated. We give more encouragement to son in sports or any other field & less to girls. The state fund raised for girls in sports shld be easily approved & available but this corrupted ppl eat funds & fill their own pockets. Girls need to fight with the society & ppl around to prove that they are not less then boys & thoughts towards them are wrong & has no base. Girls are not only born to get marry & do household cores. Parents must take initiative to make their daughter realise of their own worth, potential & value. I salute to the parents who encourages their daughters into sports, singing, dancing or any other field. I feel proud to see parents fighting for the daughters for their rights & equality. The movie emphasis on the thoughts of the society towards girls whether its sports, whether giving birth to girl child etc etc. If given opportunity girls can be much better than boys & we can shape their career, passion & their life. The movie is humorous, it has drama, it has fun, aggression & passion for sports & it has undying spirit of hope & a strong message to the society 'Let her Live' & she can do wonders & create history. The movie is awesome & aamir was superb with his role of being father of two proud daughters geeta & babita. Our society needs more such inspiring father to create more such stories. I give 4.5 star to this movie. Do go & watch & be wrestler to cope up with your life...😊

I love how cunning crafted the mother and sons bonding.Language of the book is lucid and written in a simple way to comprehend for any kind of reader. A book which won’t require the use of a dictionary, a book which evens an amateur reader would love to get indulged in. The pace of the story is slow and kept dragging at some time. The characters are well developed and one can easily relate them. Narration of the book is simple and engaging. A few typographical errors here and there need to be rectified. If the edit was done properly, the story would have sounded much better. If the Hindi dialogues were translated into English it was much better since everyone will not able to understand it.I recommend this book to the readers who are seeking for a quick read or a light-hearted romantic novel.Overall 3/5 StarsGrab the copy here- Amazon |FlipkartAbout the AuthorSushil Kumar Rana is a Mechanical Engineer work in an MNC company in Odisha. Annual Day outlines an essential part of our school doings.
"Bollywood is all about dancing around the trees"... probably yes and that's what makes us unique and jhintaak! I guess "around the trees" is a metaphor to show that sweet shyness which tingles your body and that strange happiness you don't know how to express. Most of the songs picturised around trees are the ones where the girl and boy are expressing their love coyly. Starting from 1930s where Ashok Kumar and Devika Rani crooned to “Main Ban Ki Chidiya Ban Me” around the trees to almost the end of 1990s, hindi cinema have taken refuge of nature to depict romance. And why not? Trees, flowers, gardens and nature appear the best when you heart is blooming with love. It is a state of mind which depicts happiness and joy. Even autumn starts looking fresh in hues of brown and grey, when the love blossoms! Remember the tulip garden in Dekha Ek Khwab from Silsila! However, I want to recollect one rare song which fits the bill and still does not qualify to be jhintaak at all! “Dil Dhoondhta Hai” from Mausam! Mausam signifies weather, which changes and never remains constant! The movie aptly titled shows myriad variations of emotions which are created by circumstances and fate. A happy couple separates, a daughter never sees her father and life takes her on the path of a profession where a man is a man, not a father or brother or friend! Fate brings the father and daughter back and relationship tornado takes swirls! And one song which summarises the whole movie is Dil Dhoondhta Hai Phir Wohi Fursat ke Raat Din! Gulzar Saab has penned this song in such articulated way that the same lyrics make up for a happy version and a sad version. While Madan Mohan ji has composed both the versions in typical moods, we must give complete credit to Bhupinder Singh ji for exuding such strong emotions in each version so beautifully! The baritone effortlessly reach your soul in both the versions. While singing happy, he voice smiles and while remembering the happy times heart cries, his voice will pierce you with pain and pathos! More you listen to each version, more you fall in love! Happy Birthday Bhupinder Singh ji!

Whether it is English Literature or Hindi Sahitya, they are my favorite past times and I love to spend most of my time into reading something. I mostly prefer mythology.I give credit to my friend Mr. Atul Singh, who was the only writer in my big friend circle. What inspired me from him was that being mechanical cum marine engineer he used to write moral punchlines and poetries over Facebook. Somewhere, I felt after seeing his posts, even I should also try it. I appreciate that he came up putting them on Facebook, as I found this helpful to publish my own written posts over my shy nature.My interest in mythology and practice of Krishna Consciousness has made me to put up my first ever-Hindi version of poem over Krishna. I shared in on Facebook, and I got good comments from my friends. This pushed me more in writing, after some time, I found myself expressing my feelings mostly in form of some poetries.
Makati is the city that is known for it's coffee pubs, cultural glory and equal set up by the way it responds to the cultural nights and that is what we had been hoping for when in the early evening as a musical band we prepared ourselves for the Musical gig. Generally uptil now people had come to know what the 'The lightboom band' does and we were up for the challenge as we also had to perform up to the task with experts coming to analyse and thence a poetry night was also planned later after the musical performances which had to be kept in mind while performing on stage. In such basic conception what was the major concern that we should keep ourselves up to the time limit set as when the fb event was created we had expressed ourselves very clearly for what time introductions, musical night and poetry sessions would go on and we had to keep ourselves into that time frame to set up all core meetings with hussle and bussle happening with more people coming to the event and making it a cracker. When we started the show though we were very great to see the early impression and thence having certain time limit on hand with all the musical systems getting set the night was going to be a cracker with every musical person of the team responded with loud cheers, jeers and delight and thence we took the advantage and launched on to make it a cracker by all means. First the introduction of the people from the academic group proceeded in which the 8 faces from India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia were included who introduced themselves gracefully and explained their cause. Once that was settled, the multigenre writers including me went to the stage and raising our hands into the stands we introduced ourselves and the genre for which we had been here which was phenomenal in all respects. However there was a small hiccop and the old poetry friend Nick sir felt deranged himself deciding later to quit from our co-author project thus the poetry book titled 'Winner's love' has to be disposed of and now it shall be my own responsibility to write a book by my own commitment separately titled 'Culture of World ward 2' by myself which I announced on stage and it was equally congratuated with loud cheers. Besides the third introduction had certain great writers from England and they had come to review the event thence they introduced their cause to the night where it was also met with great cheers. After that a short evening supper time was announced and all who have gathered hardly felt eating themselves into the great cultural night thus in the food gathering it was now all settled for the musical night that was approaching on all fours now. After the supper was over, everybody was curious enough and all the people that had come went back to their seats now waiting for the musical night to come and let the Indian music rock into the stage that was set for our singers to perform and make the most of it by their musical voices. As planned before there were exactly four musical songs written and composed by ourselvss that had to be performed with the introduction of the team so that went great with complete agreement. First the musical instruments launched to the musical gears and thence the singers took on making the most of it which was great in all respects. The momentum they had required was on and hence with huge cheers, loud night voices and gearing move the musical team has impressed all which was the need of the hour and it went fantastic in all respects. Finally after the musical night it was getting late and time was running out thus without any hesitation the Poets were asked to come on stage and Nick sir was also invited amongst all of them for his self-poetry book 'Winner's love' now who's poetic lines he would be reading for which from inside he was pleased no dout though he was still confused with all the performances of Indians going around with Hindi on it's top gears. In the poetry session around 8 poets recited their poems on basis of the alphabetical order and it all went great with the people smiling around, the crowd was thinning but still interested and it was a cracker. On my part I got the chance to read poems of 'Asian Winds' and I did it with great joy feeling elated to get such a great response. Ultimately it was time for closing and for that honorary owners of the Corner Tree Cafe went to the stage and by their gratitude, thank you note and our acknowledgements to them the night was almost over with all went well. We are extremely thankful to our parents, family, and all who have trusted and supported our judgement in this musical cause which was great to see and the smiles are great on those faces who have been faithful to continue backing us on. However for those who not trust or get confuse now also I have said it countless times that for me 'Community first' approach is the key and if they don't believe it no matter what be the situations then they dont count for us and in our community approach only those things matter that are trusted on us. Finally I am highly obliged to the Corner Tree Cafe, their owners and they have agreed also to host a charity event next day for local Disability circle that is pleasing, Thus it is great to see you all contributing with such enthusiasm and we shal be happy to you for yor great support. For now it's goodbye Makati, thank you all for your love and turning up in such huge numbers, it was a great experience by all accounts...

Q: Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I completed my schooling, pre-university & undergraduate degree in Bangalore & have been working for 5 years. The forming years of my life were quite good to an extent though, childhood being the best part of life we all cherish inspite of the chances missed and exposure we could have had.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? A: I used to browse through a couple of motivational quotes or thoughts & came across and also read few poems, novels written by various Authors in English, Kannada & Hindi languages. It helped me a lot to stay optimistic with hope. The writings of Maya Ahmed (author/writer) influenced me a lot & inspired me which is the main source of interest in literature.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: The world of literature is very vast in itself. We have seen a lot of great Writers & their work, contribution. I wanted to start writing but had zero idea and wasn't confident enough. It all started when I was depressed over again, not knowing what to do.. browsed through a number of blogs, website & apps for writing. Found a nice platform “Mirakee”, just started writing slowly with whatever thoughts came to my mind.Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work? A: I feel the ancient work was full of meaning. Whatever you touch - from poems, stories, scriptures etc is filled with depth & message. One of many to mention - poems written by the eminent & finest poet of 19th century, Robert Frost. Nowadays, literature is good but modernized & uses more complex words whilst the message is lost inside it. Can't conclude since the above opinion is based on few readings. I guess A reader is the best critic to comment on this.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: Yes, digital media in this generation has given opportunities for everyone interested in writing but we must create a new platform to encourage young writers and take literary work to another level like other forms of art.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work. A: Most of what I write revolves around the thoughts that arise in mind due to few situations and things happening around, to the lessons learnt from life experiences till date. Subject plays a major role. that's how most of the poems are born & takes life. I don't know many complicated words to be used & also various forms of poems. My basic idea of writing is that it should at least be useful to those who read & must convey good message or meaning.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I'm just a soul interested in literature and writing has given me lot of peace and happiness. I don't have my literary work published yet. The first piece of story/poem I wrote was “One Winter Morning” (have submitted in StoryMirror & waiting for content approval). Still a learner. Long way to go.Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? A: Literature has the ability to awaken minds of lot of people in many ways. It is the base or evidence to history. Ancient literature, stories, drama, poetries, scientific work/research have the potential to impact the future & generations to come.Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? A: As stated earlier, I'm still a learner in this vast ocean of literature. It's a dream to see ourselves better & wise while we continue our journey. Let's see… until then I'll keep writing & improving but will never stop what's started.Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? A: We must have mentors and fellow writers to correct us and provide inputs. It will surely impact in order to improve & also serves as encouragement which will give us new hope and interest to write more.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A: Keep learning and just start writing. We never know how far it will take us or we can go but the first step to start the journey is within our hands. When I, who thought that I wouldn't be able to do anything can write. Then anybody can write. You have the potential, will power & strength within you. Never let it die. Keep watering it without any expectations.Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: Initially it was difficult, as I was used to only one writing platform/app. It's been so good so far. *NICE , to sum up.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror?
Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I had completed my High School from Our Own High School, Al Warqa', Dubai, I am a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai and a Master of Business Administration graduate majoring in Finance from Manipal University, Dubai. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? When I first wrote a poem, I was in grade 10, say before the CBSE board exams started off. There isn't exactly a how I got interested in literature because back then and even now music has been my inspiration, and how various genres bring out what you feel from within was one of the keys that triggered me into writing. It helped me dive deep into my imagination and what I felt inside. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? The difficulties while writing can be just one or many things combined to be honest. Like one of the difficulties I faced was loss of words, there will be times where you are trying to describe a certain thing or a feeling and you know how the lines should be formed but you are not getting that word that can complete it, and then you may be like ok this is not working and you strike off the line you wrote and then start from scratch to use a similar word or phrase that expresses the same.Another difficulty that I have faced and I guess the other writers too would agree on this is continuity or simply called a flow. When we are in a flow of writing not just poetry, fictions or anything for that matter, we can generate ideas within a few minutes or less depending on how often we write or how deep our imagination goes. I did have difficulty in getting back my flow after I was done with school and it took me around 2 years to get back in writing and I thought I was back but then again with various things happening around you, it does become difficult to carry on. After a pretty much on and off in between, I got my flow back again after my MBA. Yes, we all struggle at one point or the other but the only important thing other than imagination, creativity is the flow. The stronger your flow, the more confident you become and the more you can dive into your imagination bringing out the best in you. What is your view about the present-day literary work? Literature has been evolving over the years, now people not only write about what they imagine or feel, but they also write on current issues too. There are people who have come out speaking about out about their difficulties, abusive relationships, etc that have in turn encouraged others to come out and speak. Words always had the power to inspire people, bring people together in times of oppression, many singers/songwriters have done it, like Bob Marley and many more, whose words had inspired people, brought peace around. Now, Literature has got a new platform that is digital media, where millions can connect and express what they feel, what they may have gone through and help each other out in the process.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Definitely, Digital and Social Media has now become a hub of new and emerging writers, it has given them the opportunity to showcase their talent in writing, given them the opportunity to learn from other writers whether new or experienced, this has also given the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with each other regardless of their geographical boundaries and linguistic barriers.Instagram is one of the major tools for this has encouraged millions in expressing what their passion is, what they are interested in and continue to do follow their path, to not just gain followers but also to inspire more and more to do the same. Please tell us something about your literary work. I am a poet, and I write poetry in English and Hindi / Urdu, I write about love, motivation, relationships, and many more. I had started writing for myself when I was in 10th and I used to keep a book separately just for my work back then. As years passed by, you gain more experience as to what life gives you in your journey and I guess that had helped evolve from just writing about how I felt by just looking at someone's face to how you feel in certain situations which may be so realistic yet not so easy to express to people around you. I do have a WordPress blog that I have been maintaining for a few years now WordPress Blog: https://shoumeets.wordpress.com/I also have a Facebook and Instagram page where I keep posting my work and try to reach out to as many people as possible. Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/shoumeet.saha.poetryInstagram Page: https://www.instagram.com/shoumeet.saha.poetry/What was your first literary work and how was it published? My first literary work was a Hindi poem "Haseen" back in 2012. This was the first one to make to my WordPress blog which I had created. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?Literature has played a very important role in expression, expression of our thought, expression of our feelings and expression of our opinions.Today, literature has become the power to heal someone from depression, motivate and inspire people from day to day, comfort those suffering from various difficulties and pain and letting them know that they are not alone. Literature has always and will be able to contribute its part of healing, inspiration, and love in the future, which now is really essential for our existence and survival in this world.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? In the literary world, a person can be inspired anytime by anyone and anywhere and in this world, learning how to dive deeper into our imagination is always a constant. I would say I am taking it day by day to learn more, to experience more and find ways to inspire myself to write more. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? To build a community for poets, I would say we need to encourage them to express what they feel from day to day. We may also suggest a word or phrase that they may be able to write upon and let them bring out the best of their work through the use of those words and phrases. We can also give them the opportunity to collaborate among themselves, this, in turn, will help them learn from each other's experiences and also help in the different competitions that they may participate in.What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? My message to the aspiring writers is to learn more, learn from people's experience, your own experiences, learn how to express your feelings better and learn to take control of your imagination, the deeper you go, the more you will be surprised as to how many ways you can write about something.Another message is that life will have its ups and downs, but never be discouraged by it, never give up on what you really love and never lose your flow in writing. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? StoryMirror has been a great platform to showcase my work and a lot of competitions to participate in, some of which I would like to take on soon. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/zlnwbvgb/shoumeet-saha/poems
Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I have recently turned 13 and am moving to 8th grade. I have been born and brought up in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. I started my schooling and continue to be at Shikshantar – a place where I can be ‘me’. From my early days, I have been fascinated by all kinds of cars – that’s what even my teachers from idiscoveri preschool remember about me. As I am growing up, this has become a passion – I am an avid fan of all kinds of car racing – F1, Formula E, Moto GP etc. I enjoy a variety of music and sports - from the age of 6, I started learning tennis & piano and they have gradually become an important part of my routine. I have fun playing games on the Xbox and PS4. And…as expected, I can remain engrossed in books for hours!!! How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My parents always encouraged me to spend time with books. I remember listening to a wide variety of amusing stories in Hindi, English and Bengali from my parents and grandparents. This started me on my journey with books and this bond has got stronger day by day. At school, I enjoyed reading (or initially observing the pictures) the books from the small book stacks in the classroom. A few years ago, I and my friends became Tintin fans – we used to exchange the comics and read them together. We still do that with books we are currently interested in. During summer holidays, I have spent my time relaxing with the collection of my mother’s old books (& Archies comics!!!) at my Nani’s house. My interest in literature spans a vast range and I enjoy characters like Famous Five, Geronimo Stilton, Shonku & Feluda, Harry Potter etc. I have been entertained by the works of many authors - Enid Blyton, Roald Dahl, Herge, Ruskin Bond, Satyajit Ray, Agatha Christie. Mystery & adventure is the genre that I love. At school, we were always encouraged to express our thoughts and feelings on paper – first through art and then through writing. Starting with a few lines in my own spellings, I began writing short pieces based on the themes given in class. I got a lot of encouragement from my teachers and parents and over time, my writing skills evolved to poems and short stories based on prompts or on areas of my interest. Guided by my English teacher, my mother approached Children’s World magazine and my work was well appreciated by the editor. When my first poem got published, it further boosted my confidence and motivated me to write better . I was selected for a workshop ‘ Kissa-O-Kalam’ at Sahitya Akademi in May 2017 where I got to learn about different writing techniques from the mentors and hear interesting ideas of my companions. I have also participated in a number of creative writing competitions including Katha Utsav(2015), Scholastic Writing Awards(2016), Hindu Young World Club contests etc. These experiences have brought in new perspectives and enhanced my writing. What is your view about the present-day literary work?Modern day adventure stories excite me. I have read the series of Percy Jackson, Alex Rider and Time Riders. I find these to be thrilling with fast action and quick changes of scenarios – the twists and turns take the story to unexpected endings. Moreover, these adventures always involve some novel type of technological features which makes it more interesting. I find it difficult to put down the book till I have reached the end –you want to finish it as fast as you can to know the climax. Please tell us something about your literary work.I enjoy writing short stories and poems in English. I generally pick up abstract topics and use my imagination to spin stories around them. For this, I draw upon my experiences of travel, stories that I read, games that I play and what I observe around me.Some of my works include:Short stories - Autobiography of a Pair of Socks, A Chance Encounter with Hanumanji, Desert Escapade Poems – The Paper Boat, Fire n Ice, Falcon, Sounds of Silence I have also written few poems and short stories in Hindi – बचपन, जंगल बचाव, मन करताहै What was your first literary work and how was it published?My first literary work was an English poem called ‘Sounds of Silence’ which was published in the ‘Children’s World’ magazine on its 50th anniversary in April 2017. It is a monthly magazine brought out by the Children Book Trust, Delhi and is one of the oldest magazines for children.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? I am keen to continue writing short stories and hope to sharpen my writing skills in the future. One of the ways I plan to do this is by pursuing my passion for reading. This will help me to get more ideas and to create extraordinary stories.What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? Online platforms help amateur writers to share their works and read contributions from others. This can be enhanced by holding regular events and workshops. Emerging writers get to interact among themselves, appreciate other’s style of writing and learn from each other. Inviting a well known poet or author to share their thoughts will help young writers to get new ideas and develop their writing skills. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers?I always believe in the motto “Writing is an exploration. You start from nothing and learn as you go.” How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?Story mirror was convenient to access. The features of a theme picture and introduction helps to arouse curiosity and makes the piece inviting for readers. It is encouraging to know that others are enjoying your writings and read their interesting comments. Would you like to say something about StoryMirror?StoryMirror is a great initiative to bring together young writers and create a community for sharing , learning and developing literary skills. ।
1.2003 - J.W.Marriott - Jakarta,Vietnam2-2008 - The Taj Mahal Palace - Mumbai,India3.2008 (September) - Marriott Hotel - Islamabad,Pakistan4.2008 & 2010 - Serena Hotel - Kabul,Pakistan5.2009 (June) - Pearl Continental Hotel - Peshawar,Pakistan6.2009 (July) - J.W.Marriott & Ritz Carlton - South Jakarta,Vietnam7.2011 & 2018 - Inter Continental - Kabul,Afghanistan8.2015 - Park Palace - Kabul,Afghanistan9.2019 - Shangri-La,Kingsbury,Cinnamon Grand - Sri LankaThe above list is a mere collection of various attacks at several places in different countries by terrorist groups on big five star hotels, but the amount of destruction each has caused to every sphere of life is something we need to worry about. Apart from these, there have been many other devastating attacks carried on by these terrorists, since over a decade at various epicenters in South Asia, or rather specifically in the Indian Sub-Continent along with French Indo-China. Eg: The Pulwama attack (2019) - IndiaIt seems like neither do these terrorist groups understand the importance of 'international peace' nor are the governments of different countries or international institutions able to completely resist and maintain international order. These groups have their own grievances, grudges and bases upon which they get so combative. But the matter of fact is that they still draw support, and from whom?People of my age group (15-20) and young adults (21-26). Getting hypnotized by them, these youths don't just go against their motherland but also end up in black holes of life as there just pulled in and completely lost; they lose their senses and work only for the terrorists. Moreover how many of us have actually bothered to go check the news reports regarding anything on the pernicious attack our neighbour faced or checked the death tolls (its 359).The only way to describe it would be 'deadly' and truly it was.But why such big hotels?(they were common through the list also) Aren't you thinking that? Rather shouldn't you be thinking about that in the first place?Anyway, the answer is that an attack on commercial sites creates more havoc than an attack at the borders or protected and forested areas. The amount of damage such attacks have, especially on infrastructure is more wide spread.Another idea behind such attacks is to draw international attention by killing foreigners who check in and out of hotels daily and simultaneously create a deep tension and situation of panic among residents. Killing the outsiders and horrifying the locals is what they wish to do.All in all, they want to hit the sentiments of each and everyone, governments or citizens, young or old, visitors or residents, infants, mothers or grandmothers, they spare none.Honestly as a writer i don't see any purpose in writing this article until every single person reads it,becomes aware and understands it. After all we don't want any of our family members/relatives/ friends to see or face such awful situations and for that matter even ourselves to be in the fires of death. Also its not completely alright to debate on such wasteful wars or attacks. Before time ticks out we need to get into negotiations and maintain international tranquility. Further if there's a need, the governments and other institutions have to end this game, rather gamble of life, peace and territories. Its high time and we need to curb this social evil.In Hindi " is atankwad aur in atankwadiyon ko bhi jad se ukhad fek na hai".So lets join hand together to create a better, harmonious society for the future and the best thing to serve the purpose would be creating awareness.Lastly lets pray for all the victims. So hows the josh??
In the middle of the day, I was standing puzzled in the place known as Kasol. I had no idea how this place would be and what I would do alone there. The foreigners definitely were visible in the majority. Hebrew (Israel official language) was used in many restaurants along with English and Hindi.I usually don't eat before the bus travel, so I was hungry and decided to Visit holy Manikaran first (3 km uphill from Kasol). Manikaran has mesmerizing beauty. A grand Gurudwara besides the God Shiva temple on the bank of violent Parvati river. This place is also blessed with a hot spring. In this hot spring, delicious food of the Gurudwara is cooked. The gateway to Gurudwara led to a bridge to cross Parvati River and the hot spot for profile pictures.Right inside the Gurudwara, there is a pond of hot water from spring in which freezing water of Parvati is brought through a pipe and mixed. It is believed that if you take a bath in this pond all your skin disease will vanish. In the vicinity where water is mixed, the water temperature varies from hot to cold. So you can enjoy lukewarm water. I took the bathe and then I headed up to Langar food. This has been my first ever Gurudwara visit. I would skip the traditional beauty of Gurudwara. I had delicious food there. Most people miss they also serve sweet (Halwa) in form of Prasad upstairs. Never miss that. You can book your room in Gurudwara if you want to stay there. It's free. Free food and free stay make many foreigners crazy. Next, I visited the temple. Clicked some pictures. Here was a thing that no-one told me before. Manikaran is beautiful, but you can hardly spend 3-4 hours only not the entire stay. So I chose to go Kasol again. There are buses every 10 minutes, but I chose to hitchhike. Those two guys were high on weed like most people there. They asked me to take a puff.I said I don't drink and smoke. They said that there is nothing here for you then. They told me from here on, every place is Kasol, where you want to go?I was confused, this situation was never written on any blog. They dropped me at the market.I walked through the market, there was nothing new in that place. There were just ordinary hill station shops and few hotels. I felt cheated by the place and decided to go back.At the bus station while I was waiting for the bus. Some locals suggested me to go to Tosh or to Kheerganga trek. Since I had a healing leg and a luggage, so I was avoiding the difficult long trek. Then this guy appeared, he told me that he has a cafe on the top of Sheela village. It's an easy trek, and he showed me some pictures too.It was a risky choice this guy could be anything. But going back was not the best option either, so I said yes.The bus stopped near a small shop named Naina cafe. It was 4 pm already. As long as the Sun is visible mountains are mesmerizing, beautiful but once it sets they become scary. I wanted to make sure before it happened, I should be in a room. Just beside this cafe, the trek started it lasted around 1 hour going through some easy and rough terrain. Entire time the sound of Parvati River was just adding magic to the journey.I don't even remember when it was the last time when I witnessed the pattern of leaves.Or I danced to the music of water or screamed my heart out, or I wasonly physically exhausted. Facing the fear of death every moment, I only felt what it meant to be alive. It was the first time when I saw something beautiful and did not capture it because I knew no camera can capture what I was feeling while trekking. That's how beautiful little Sheela village trek was.It would be unfair to travellers if I try explain what I felt in words. It was in the true sense, the first night I ever spent in nature. Itwas magical from the Sunrise to the Sunset. It turned out that I was the first customer for that new homestay and their place was in construction. I chipped in my bit. There were a few guys who have left their jobs from metro cities and intended to live forever in this place. Obviously, they all were shouting 'Bum Bhole'. Later that turned out to be a problem that they all were so high when they slept, it was hard to wake them up. I and one more guy had to check out, but there was no one to receive payment. We called on their phone too. Even we left a message that we would pay online in whatever means they would say when they will wake up. Later, around after an hour when we were walking through the long route just to spend more time on this, they came to us and misbehaved. That 5 km walk from that place to last bus stop point, is the best part of my entire journey. Most people who go even further up during camping generally take a taxi to come back. That walk around the Sheela Village is beyond words, I came across places where adventure was the only mean to go ahead. It was scary in between when we realized we two guys were all alone walking through that place and it started to rain too but luckily it stopped.Walking through that unusual route I realized how beautiful life could be, how much we can do in a day. In our usual life we don’t even realize its value. Every day, every place is beautiful as long as you are not stuck there.

Munshi Premchand Jayanti 2019
