Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.30
 27 July 2019

Maturity - In Gita Verse 2.30 O descendant of Bharata, he who dwells in the body can never be slain. Therefore you need not grieve for any living being.Krishna says that the aliveness of the body, which is your soul is not doing any violent act. So don’t think of the body which is perishable. What rightnow Arjuna is thinking is only in terms of objective world, and Krishna is reminding him to come back with the information to subjective world.Krishna is asking him to transform the objective world to subjective world. Objective world is always in the crude form, unless we purify and transform we cannot grow in consciousness. We cannot see the truth. We will be always immature.Maturity means the understanding to decide for oneself, the understanding to be decisive on your own. To stand on your own feet — that’s what maturity is. But it rarely happens, because parents spoil almost every child, more or less. And then there is the school and the college and the university — they are all ready to spoil you. It is very rare that somebody becomes mature. The society is not happy with mature people. Mature people are dangerous people, because a mature person lives according to his own being. He goes on doing his own thing — he does not bother what people say, what their opinion is. He does not hanker for respectability, for prestige; he does not bother for honour. He lives his own life — he lives it at any cost. He is ready to sacrifice everything, but he is never ready to sacrifice his freedom.Society is afraid of these people; society wants everybody to remain childish. Everybody should be kept at an age somewhere between seven and fourteen — that’s where people are.In the First World War, for the first time, psychologists became aware of this strange phenomenon. For the first time on a large scale, in the army, people’s mental ages were searched for. And it was a strange discovery: the army people had the average mental age of twelve. Your body may be fifty, your mind remains somewhere below fourteen. Before fourteen you are repressed — because after fourteen repression becomes difficult. By the time a child is fourteen, if he has not been repressed then there is no possibility to repress him ever — because once he becomes a sexual being, he becomes powerful. Before fourteen he is weak, soft, feminine. Before fourteen you can put anything into his mind — he is suggestible, you can hypnotize him. You can tell him everything that you want, and he will listen to it, he will believe in it.After fourteen, logic arises, doubt arises. After fourteen, sexuality arises; with sexuality he becomes independent. Now he himself is able to become a father, now she herself is able to become a mother. So nature, biology, makes a person independent from parents at the age fourteen. So the greatest work for a man who really wants to become free, who really wants to become conscious, who really wants to become de-hypnotized — who wants to have no limitations of any kind, who wants to flow in a total existence — is that he needs to drop many things from the inside. When Buddha says, you have to kill your mother and father, that doesn’t mean that you have to go and actually kill your father and mother — but the father and mother that you are carrying within you, the idea. You will see maturity coming very soon — and without maturity life is not worth anything. Because all that is beautiful happens only in a mature mind, all that is great happens only in a mature mind. To be a grown-up is a blessing. But people simply grow up — they never become grown-ups. In age they go on growing, but in consciousness they go on shrinking. Their consciousness remains in the foetus; it has not come out of the egg, it is not yet born. Only your body is born — you are yet unborn.Take your life into your own hands: it is YOUR life. You are not here to fulfill anybody else’s expectations. Don’t live your mother’s life and don’t live your father’s life, live your life. And when you start living your life, you are living God’s life.Krishna says to Arjuna to live the Life, which is gift of universe, your subjectivity. So that you can accomplish your assignment of the universe, Fight WIthout Enmity.

On Identity

Who is You?This is a basic question on Identity we all ask and l think there are some confusion about finding true identity. We make an identity on how we represent us to ourself or to the world. If we are good at something ,our proficiency in our skills becomes our identity.now let's me question what was your identity when you're born ? That time you didn't have any ,you were just a baby and your intellect was not fully developed to understand what is happening actually. And it is said we have to creat our identity ,we are not born with one, it depends on several stages for different individuals.so its clear there is no  absolute identity ,it changes with time.So if something changes with time, should we be attached to it too much? I think no.Think you are a prized athlete, but due to accident ,you lost your both legs what will be your identity then, you can never run.people will forget your name gradually and someone will take your place. If I ask you what are you now,you will say "I am nobody" because you lost your skill of running, the way you represent yourself to the world ,and it's their response,if they give positive response you will call it achievements and you are so emotionally attached to it that you became nothing without it.But your identity should not depend the way you represent to the world and their response to it.May be after you lost your legs you found out you are good at writing also ,and then you identify yourself from athlete to writer, but at least you should keep the zeal inside you to find out, you've lost legs but you are not dead yet.I'm giving you another example think you are a director of a well known company ,and you keep your lifestyle , attitude that way because you want to feel it and want to make it yours permanently but one day the CEO of your company fires you.what is your identity then ,you were a director now you are jobless.Identity should not depend on anybody and no one can take your identity if you don't depend on others this is how we should be? How can this world decide what you are only you should know what you are.We creat identity so it can drive us and in doing so we can achieve something greater and impossible in our life but inside we get crazy and we lose our balance. The audience or viewer will not understand this, they will clap and appreciate you for your achievements but it's you ,you will hurt yourself if you identify yourself.do not do something because it drives you to make things happen, but because it makes you happy. And always remember If society gives you identity they can take it too. You have no control on them so it is not wise to give them power to make your identity. We all know about Ludwig van Beethoven, who lost hearing at the age of 46 .We all remember him as a great musician and many of us dream to be like him,but actually heattempted suicide because he lost the gift which he possessed at the highest. He can't play the only thing he played his entire lifetime, his piano. But afterwards he tried to find meaning in art, painting and writing. We all see how they represent themselves to us but after knowing their personal crisis and feeling their malady, you certainly wont wish to die like them.So don't fix your identity, you can do anything.this is the reason the subject line is "Who is you" not "Who are you".It's not a grammatical mistake.most of you know what your are taught to fit in this world, and in doing that we lose our speciality and become very unaware about the True "You".So there is another "you" hides inside you and I am asking you to reveal that third person "you" inside.Identity creats ego so don't take it too seriously. When we identify ourself with something we try to keep our image what we created at any cost consciously or unconsciously and the protective barrier we creat for that is Ego.So there is no particular identity which you can hold, you can be identified with anything.Thats the reason we have many identities, national identity, social identity , ethnic identity, personal identity and many more. You can be a bad ass criminal ,a beloved father,an escape artist and an immigrant ,you are all untill you decide what you take for yourself. You are nobody but you are not insignificant. The way I see is there should not have any identity, because our abilities are limitless.I believe everyone comes in this Earth for a certain job, we all are special at something and we need to find that, nourish that in time and work on that, which will finally make us happy. There is no absolute identity so there is no need to be attached with one, because you are not your mind neither your body you are gifted with consciousness and awareness about yourself and your surrounding and the more we are aware the more we will understand about Life.Identity is not for human beings,it's for objects because you can't change a object,it's fixed but you can change yourself.Do your job ,make an impact, and live happily ,this should be our purpose.Other things like fame, popularity ,wealth , identity might come or might not.Imagine there are billions of living cells inside you and they are doing their job so you can breathe,so Live well.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.71
 5 September 2019

Give Up Desire - In Gita Verse 2.71 A person who has given up all desires for sense gratification, who lives free from desires, who has given up all sense of proprietorship and is devoid of false ego – he alone can attain real peace.Krishna says to Arjuna that we have to act what present moment demands from us but without our own desire. Unless we come from that space, universal space and then act, suddenly you will find that your act is not from desire but from silence of the universe.Buddha also act and we also act then what is the difference? Difference is Buddha surrender himself to the universe and we surrender ourselves to desire. Where we surrender makes total difference. Because Buddha don’t resist desire but with desire he surrender to the universe so he is not attached but in his act he is compassionate and silent. There is no hurry in him. He leaves to universe, whatever is end result he will receive it in gratitude.Let me explain to you through Buddha’s story:One day Buddha walked through a village. A very angry and rude young man came up and began insulting him.The man said: “You are as stupid as everyone else. You are nothing but a fake.”Buddha was not upset by these insults. Instead he asked the young man:“Tell me, if you buy a gift for someone and that person does not take it, to whom does the gift belong?”The man was surprised and answered: “It would belong to me because I bought the gift.”The Buddha smiled and said “That is correct. And it is exactly the same with your anger. If you become angry with me and I do not get insulted, then the anger falls back on you. You are the only one who becomes unhappy, not me. All you have done is hurt yourself.”If we are also in the same situation as Buddha was, we also need to answer. But while answering Buddha has no desire to transform the other person. If we were in the same situation we will have desire to transform other person. Why I took Buddha’s this incidence because we are passing every day such type of incidence where someone may not come to abuse us but to get any help or support. Now as soon as that person has approach us we are very eager to advise him, and we are doing this to fulfill our desire to be above or superior to others. All of us have read and heard this story many times but as our habit we have read and remembered the words only so we feel that when someone comes to take some help is not the same as Buddha’s life. In fact we are waiting for such incidence to satisfy our ego, and we will be imitating Buddha by not getting angry. As we are in desire to protect our identity. We are always looking for circumstances where we can prove our ego and identity. This is very subtle all the time desire for our identity and ego.“I” means identity. This identification is ego. If you are not identified with anything – with name or with form or anything – then where is the ego? Then you are, and still you are not. Then you are in your absolute purity, but with no ego. That’s why Buddha called the self, no-self; he called it anatta, anatma. He said, “There is no ego, so you cannot call yourself atma even. You cannot call yourself ‘I’; there is no ‘I.’ There is pure existence.” This pure existence is freedom.Just compare your life incidence with Buddha’s this story, if someone comes to you and how you act. This comparison is healthy, it will give you light so when someone comes to you for any help or support you will be self-alert and then without any expectation you will help them. Without expectation is first step towards to give up all desire from your act.Krishna tells Arjuna you have choice from where to act but you have to act. So better to act from your self-alertness, once you are self-alert you will be able to give up your desire and can act. In that you will find peace, silence.

The seventh to ninth labours of hercules
 15 February 2018

The seventh labour- The Cretan BullThe Cretan bull by B. PicartFor his seventh labour, Hercules sailed to Crete where king Minos told him of the bull that was wreaking havoc all over his kingdom, destroying crops and demolishing orchard walls. The king gave Hercules permission to take the bull away and even offered assistance in doing so which Hercules politely declined. Hercules got the jump on the bull by sneaking up from behind it and throttled it, letting go just before it died. He then shipped it back to Tiryns. Eurystheus who hid at the first sight of the creature, wanted to sacrifice it to Hera who loathes Hercules. Hera however, declined because this offering would be a testimony of Hercules’s immense bravery. The bull was then released and it wandered into Marathon, later coming to be known as the Bull of Marathon. The eighth labour- Mares of DiomedesThe Mares of Diomedes were horses that were particularly violent due to their diet that comprised mainly of human flesh. They were kept by King Diomedes of Thrace. They were kept tethered in bronze stables because of how violent they were. Some versions of the legend also say that they breathed fire from their mouths. Hercules left his friend and companion Abderus to keep watch on them while he fought Diomedes. After beating him, he finds that the boy was eaten. Driven by rage, he avenges him by feeding Diomedes to the mares which calms them down. He then builds the city of Abdera near the boy’s tomb. In another version, Hercules cuts the horses loose and drives them to the high ground of a peninsula. He quickly digs a trench with his axe and fills it with water, thus making an island. When Diomedes arrives, Hercules kills him with the very same axe he used to dig the trench and feeds his body to the mares to calm them down. In both versions, the ending’a pretty much the same with Hercules calming the horses with the flesh of Diomedes. He then binds their mouths and takes them back to king Eurystheus who sacrifices them to Hera. In other versions, they’re allowed to freely roam the planes of Argos where they permanently calm down. In yet another version, they’re sacrificed to Zeus. However, Zeus, dissatisfied with the mares, sent wolves, lions and bears to kill them. The ninth labour- Belt of HippolytaHippolyta, queen of the Amazons by Vittore CarpaccioAdmete, the daughter of king Eurystheus wanted the belt of Hippolyta, the queen of the amazons. The belt was a gift from her father Aries, the God of war. So, king Eurystheus charged Hercules with retrieving the belt as his ninth labour. Taking a few friends, Hercules set sail. He docked at the island of Paros which was inhabited by some sons of Minos. The sons managed to kill two of Hercules’s companions, sending Hercules on a rampage. He killed the two sons and threatened the inhabitants of the island that he wouldn’t leave until they gave him two men to replace his fallen comrades. Continuing their journey, they reach the court of Lycus. Hercules, at his request, kills King Mygdon and hands over his kingdom to his friend, Lycus who called the land Heraclea. The crew them set off for Themiscyra. Hippolyta, impressed with Hercules and his exploits had planned on giving him the belt as soon as he arrived. However, Hera infiltrated the Amazons and spread the seeds of discord, convincing them that the strangers were planning on carrying the queen of the Amazons away. The women then set out to confront Hercules. When he saw them, Hercules thought that Hippolyta was planning this treachery all along and never intended on handing over the belt. In the battle that ensued, he killed her, took the belt and returned to Eurystheus.**All images have been taken from greekerthanthegreeks.blogspot.in

Free Classifieds
 5 March 2019

Free classifieds has converted me from miserable to satisfied. My father died 2 years back and left me with an old restaurant that my great grandfather started with my grandfather 60 years ago. The restaurant has stood the test of time and still has a very small but loyal customer base who had been eating there for generations, but it has remained pretty much the same since it was started, it gets an occasional paint and repair job once every decade and that's about it. I was a software engineer working with a corporate company, earning around 30 Grand a month, but I wasn't happy with the job, the job was pretty close to modern slavery, and the kind of work I did there wasn't satisfying for the soul.I wanted to take over my father's business, but I knew nothing about restaurants and to make matters worse the restaurant wasn't making enough dough for me to take care of my family's finances, as newer more efficient competitors had cropped up everywhere. I wanted to develop my business, all the banks I approached for a loan were sceptical to say the least as the property that I wanted to attest for the loan, was slowly crumbling into pieces. One fine day I was sitting at my restaurant and  going through all the feasible options available, when I noticed a strange trend, more and more people were starting to get parcels there, instead of walking into a restaurant to eat which made me realize that food is my commodity not the restaurant, so I decided to market my food specially and use the whole restaurant space to start a full-fledged delivery based cloud kitchen. We ran a Kerala cuisine restaurant in Chennai, which was highly in demand, I next wanted to market my product and service in a low but highly effective cost that made me turn toward free classifieds on the internet – Used by millions of people all over India. There are so many portals where one could place free classified ads such as Quikr, Olx, Izydaisy.com to name a few in the World. Within a few months of me placing those free classifieds websites and using the social media to create awareness about my business, orders came rushing into my roof. I previously was just making 20 Grand running the restaurant business but then just in a few months it turned into 70 Grand, later a profitable amount of 100 Grand a month, I had to quit my job, which I wanted to do for a very long time, hire more chefs and delivery men. Our business got so much traction that people even started asking for our franchise. It was my humble opinion that we were not ready for a franchise yet, but we did manage to start another branch on the other end of the city which is also working great with the help of classifieds, and now I have incorporated YouTube marketing to the mix. We now have our own dedicated food channel that drives more consumers to try our products. I have also started learning to cook, I help out in the kitchen occasionally, for the first time there is nothing much to complain about in my life, free classifieds has converted me from miserable to satisfied.

THE LANGUAGE OF VIOLENCE
 7 April 2018

Derrick Jensen, in his book “A language older than words” showcases a monologue of torturous life in the first chapter titled silencing. In a world of mixed ethnicities and cultures, jensen wishes to connect and hit homes of the readers with his nerve wrecking message about the existing mushrooming violence. Marveling environmental beauty and the reality of space, he traverses from his memories of the troubled past and guides us to his future and expeditions where he sought lying was the only route to mend his living. The implicit silence that lurks within the society now and since childhood then, is an act of living in a world distant from the truth. In our schooling years whence we all our free birds with no systemisation in our lives, we risk our hearts at the pleasures of being honest and innocent. The education we receive is a monopolistic game play to create disparity between what we are taught and what we experience and feel. The difference makes us stuck in a virtual world where there is a constant conflict between the residence of belief or sight. To survive from which, we must speak lies. With the passage of time, we get bound within the bountiful cultures of knowledge and monotony strikes our lives and we begin to settle. Settle for the way we work, the pattern in which we breathe, the space in which we travel. This life is ushered by physical, mental emotional oppression. However the contemporary era may be, we continue to deny the truth in reality and become mindless, deaf and mute to those in need. “the lies act as barriers to truth.”If one chose to speak, he would be silenced by the oppressing powers of culture, politics in the society. “Consider your own life, the ways you deny your own experience, the ways you have to deaden your own empathies to get through the day.” This subjugation of truth and self acceptance that has been hardwired in our lives sJensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table, quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. after this became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. His father, made him believe in a world which was made out of a figment of his imagination. To him, this ‘control’ over his thoughts and subsequently actions was ‘normal’. although The intensity of torture and pain inflicted over jensen was a customised service upon him done by his father;he was made to believe that this was the routine for him. Escaping from such incidences was a question of human dignity, more of all, his survival. How did he cater to this acute urge to survive? By lying.Jensen rightfully demonstrates how violence speaks the language of lies. “do not believe a word I write in this book, about my father, about the culture, about anything.” Jensen puts the reader in a state of epistemic ambivalence when he contradicts himself and his stories in an attempt to fabricate the truth. For even then, he wishes to make his ends meet. However unbelievable these covers may be, they must always serve as the barrier for truth to colour the horrid reality. He caged himself in a rock crystallized world where he chose silence over speech, calm over revolt and lies over truth. He quotes R.D Laing “ if our experience is destroyed we have lost our own selves” which is precisely jensen’s trial. By denying of it all being happened at the first place, he attempts on losing those memories. These fabrications are the only bread to the subjugated human, suffocating inside the uniform bars of falsehood.History reflects the human tendency to turn a blind eye and lie about the existence of the to existence of successive damaging events. The study from the Allport, Bruner and Jandorf , psychologists of the holocaust and the transformation of the oppressed, from victims to survivors, is hard hitting one. In that period of constant misery and turmoil, steadily victims adapted to their fate, they became tolerant. This tolerance came by the harvest of escapism in their sweet, small endeavors as a mechanism for survival. They found their abode in mozart, business trips and leisure at the countryside. This helped them carve out their world of facades and live in an unreal reality. Jensen attempts the same by reaching out to the naturally expressive yet unspeaking and unhearing stars and moons. “I did not die because they spoke to me.”Jensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table ,quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. By staining his head, instead of painting a fresh leaf, it became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. These fabrications are the only bread to the subjugated human, suffocating inside the uniform bars of falsehood. By staunch He reaches out to the time when humans see but don’t acknowledge, hear but not listen and register quite what happens around them. He talks of a time when if a grenade were to roll across on the floor, it humans won’t realize it and turn a blind eye to them. Grease, oil and barrels all of which are uncommon to an average working class human, would be highly common. To the dockworkers and factory-men and thus, dangers in a mill would be shortly adjusted to their lifestyle. They too live in a little world of their own lies, ruled by terror but governed by their own escape.Humans are the tenants of the hyperbole of their deception and by each passing moment of progression or digression they save themselves by being stagnant in their own times. . There are atrocities, havocs, desirous activities, disasters and other moments of upheavels for an average human, imagining an illusionary universe can provide a necessary escape. Hence comes the dire need for adopting false mechanisms. False mechanism provides a fraudulent environment which is subjective to everyone, even if so in reality there is a mass in the common pit. In Jensen’s state of constant denial and neglect of reality, he dwells on his experience and faded memories, even while trying to let go of it. They are always arriving in a constant state of departure. We are silencing the reality which begs our interest and action. And even though we go on eons and eons, we are only here for the fraction of fraction of a second and so we stand in a pool of human built subdued untruths. A pool of veils on truth,  made by the subject hood of individuals ,granted to it by the society to facilitate existence. After all the romanticism of relativity theory lies in the passage of time which depends directly as to where we are standing. In past, present, future or just an unreal world decorated by lies of our own.

Meaningless LifeThere is a place,A place where all deads are living together, departed from their body but they still live through the air.I can see them in the shadows,I can hear them whispering, their cries through silent howls. But I can't touch them ,I can't comfort them. It's my inability I can't put life back to them,it doesn't matter how deep I dig up I can't put all their pains away. They live their life like a curse, those lost souls live beyond their time.Under those stony plates may be they want to be loved ,may be there is still warmth inside but who knows. We are also like them ,our souls are long dead.I think I am also a part of deads there.I have lost my power to feel ,to think ,to act.I have lost my gift to speak ,I have lost my voice which tells the truth.every day I woke up with hope and confidence, thinking that today I will be a new person living truly the way I should be and when I put the curtains away I see people of my daily life and everything seems gone, all hope and confidence  leaves me behind,I feel my mind is caged inside my body ,and to support my physical needs I also need to be like them ,A machine.I feel vanished from life and turned to thin air in the vacantness, losing my own purpose of living, losing my own existence.I feel like an extraterrestrial alien, to who everyone looks at  but remains silent,I am indifferent to them.I have no special identity because I am also part of the dead society. My Life has no meaning but I hope my death will be meaningful .

“CSR, Skill India, Make in India & Women Empowerment All- In-One”
 13 March 2018

We have been growing up watching our country always standing at the receiving end, almost all the time as a receiver of grants, funds given by the ‘developed countries’. India is always highlighted as a growing and developing country, in various debates and discussions and we must appreciate the efforts of the foreign & other outside investors for investing in our country & to co-operate us in a major way. But, in this entire process, we forget our potentials, acumen, strength, and abilities to stand apart to be equipped enough to make our country a developed country. It pinches a lot when for getting funds, the true and dismal picture of our country gets Instagrammed and much twitting about us in the international forums & many security facts gets leaked in the name of information and database sharing. But now, we can say it confidently that ‘yes’, we can be “Independently Independent Country”. India is much more prepared for the successful implementation of Skill development and Make in India programs. At the other side, the governance rules, regulations, and policies are on the progressive lines, one of them being Corporate Social Responsibility provisions in the Companies Act.It is a matter of fact that the new provisions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Companies Act will increase the level of CSR giving in India and therefore opportunities to improve social indicators. Everything has come up with a perfect timing as a complete package or as a bonanza. While our economy is heading towards manufacturing and services sectors, it’s high-time to look forward and seeing the demand that we can create for more skilled manpower. We have a varied of skill sets that can be explored to cater skill needs of different sectors. There is a wide range of skills that can be picked up, honed & nurtured for meeting the big gaps in the skilling sectors. There are so many sectors and sub-sectors like retail, Instrumentation Automation Surveillance & Communication, IT-ITeS, Media, Healthcare, gems & jewelry, Telecom, Electronics and hardware, BFSI, Beauty and wellness and many more new and upcoming sectors that needs special skilling attention to create a more potential workforce. The big CSR giants are going to play the significant roles in revamping and reorganizing our economy. A concrete PPP mode of implementation is the need of the hour and the CSR contribution towards Skill India and Make in India can yield huge success. At the same time, women based skill development programmes will give it an extra mileage towards achieving women empowerment along with revenue generation and economic enhancement. On this Women’s Day it should be added to the work agenda of the CSR projects and then it will be the best Women’s Day gift to the poor, downtrodden and all the struggling women and above all to the society. Skilling initiatives can ensure the employability among the youths, women and it can produce more skilled manpower to cater the need of various sectors, and it can create more entrepreneurs, sociopreneurs, and more job creations and can face-lift our country’s economy. We can use the metaphor that India will be a “What not skill store” or “A-Z skill Hub” and it will create scope for different countries to expand their business, there will be more trade and commerce with different parts of the globe which will expand our economic horizon. Skilling Initiatives can make maximum utilization of the human resources, proper skill development training can be imparted to physically challenged, people having conflict with law or the jail inmates, unemployed youths, women etc. so that they can be productive for the society and can be independent as well as can contribute towards country’s economic growth. But it’s impossible without the CSR participation. Since “International Women’s Day” is ahead, on this occasion and to make it more meaningful, CSR, Skill India and Make India campaign should take “Women Empowerment” as a mission and all these things should be combined together for a dynamic social change.Skill Development and Startups initiatives can be linked together for a better output as the youths are taking startups as alternatives to the employment. It can facilitate the job creation or employment generation process in our country by attracting the investors, funders. Our existing companies and industries should go ahead with more expansion ideas and facilities so that they can absorb more and more skilled manpower both towards revenue generation and job creation. Similarly, new companies, industries must come up with new ventures to make the “Make in India Campaign” a huge success. Attitude is the next priority and we must come out of the traditional pattern of skill development initiatives and why only some handpicked sectors, we must be very open to accept and create new sectors & new areas of skilling must be explored and taken up. It will help us to go ahead in the race of development, it will be the hub of economy, our money will be circulated and retained within our country and it will move in a spiral process. It will create more scope for economic growth, our people will be employed, our people will be able to earn more, pay more, spend more, there will be true socio-economic development. A day will come when our NGOs will be self-sustainable by creating their own funding, our Investors will be invited to international forums for investment in those countries, in the same manner, we are trying to draw the attention of the external investors. We will be called the citizens of such a powerful, developed and economically empowered country India.
