"The Puppet Show"
 14 March 2018

What a beautiful life it was without the virtual reality headaches. Babloo with Golu calling Titu and Monu with other friends were rushing to the nearby fields to play cricket, volleyball, football, gilli danda and kabaddi. They were even so fond of sack race, cycling, hide and seek and a number of other exciting games not only to keep them entertained but also to stay fit and fine. Then, Babloo, Golu, and Titu were growing up playing various outdoor games, the games which need sharp mind, attention, keen intellect and alertness. They were also doing best in their studies and pursuing good careers. It is true that they didn’t know the magic of the computer and internet. If they were given such facility, nobody would have beaten them. Here, what I want to highlight that yes they were lacking a facility, but still, they were the go-getters, the trendsetters. With the advent of computer and internet life changed hugely. Nowadays, kids are ‘internet-babies’ and youth are ‘puppets’ in the hands of the internet. I don’t dare to say anything against internet and it has a lot of contribution to our life. If our life is getting better and better, it is only because of the internet. But as we know “too much of everything is bad”, we should have control over its use. Along with free internet data available, not only youths but most of the people are getting addicted to the internet and social media. Kids cannot stay away from online games, cartoon videos and new varieties of apps are also coming up which fascinates the young minds.Social media is gaining huge popularity day by day. It’s indeed a great idea to stay connected to friends, family, admirers, and well-wishers. Personally, I feel it’s a great platform to expand your knowledge and information base. It connects you to a group of like-minded people, using it we grow our business, increase our fan followers. We also get to know about day to day happenings. But, the excess use of social media leads to frustrations also. There is a kind of virtual competition going on. People are busy showing off that they can afford to visit foreign countries, go to expensive hotels and can enjoy the exotic holiday trips and at the same time busy uploading picture, to make others feel that “yes, I can afford and I am living such a lavish lifestyle.” Those people, who really can’t afford, feel sad and broken and it also makes them feel bad. It gives them a chance to curse their destiny; it creates and spreads jealousy and narcissism among people. If we post something on social media then we expect more likes and comments and if there are more likes we feel like winners, if fewer likes and comments feel like losers. Somehow, it disturbs our mental peace. Yes, I have seen many teenagers struggling to get more likes, comments, and shares. After the addition of love, wow like emoticon buttons, there is competition to get more loves, wows. Is it a real life? We forget that this is not the taste of a real life.As per my observations on social media behavior I found there are a few types of social media users which can be divided into the following groups;Group-1 (The smart users): These types of people always love to give likes or comments if you look beautiful, smart, if you post pictures of your exotic holiday trips, get good jobs in big companies. Let me say, this is the reason you get more friends and it can also be the reason for losing some friends as they can't see you going, growing, or happy.Group-2 (The Genuine users): There are some people who always give likes and comments from their hearts being yours true and genuine admirers and they never hurt you. They can be the biggest supporters and friends.Group-3 (The Deliberate users): Some are there who prefer to give likes, loves, wows and comments as they expect you to do the same and it’s their sweet strategy to get more likes in return. They can be described as sweet “Like collectors & counters”. Group-4 (The Snobs): Some users are there who give likes and comments only when they find and think, “Oh, yes…this guy is of my level”. Otherwise, they don't care.Group-5 (The Moody users): There is a type of moody users group. They are so moody in this matter and you can't predict when you are going to get likes and comments from them. Group-6 (The Silent users): Another group of users is there who never give likes or comments and don’t bother even if you don’t give likes, comments on their posts.Group-7 (The Jealous users): Some people knowingly avoid you, only because “it is you” and they feel jealous of you, your followers, friends and the more likes and comments you get the more it makes them upset. Group-8 (The Selfish users): The selfish users are the true bargaining kind of people, “If you give likes, I will give likes, if you don’t, I won’t”. However, they start liking your posts like ‘your one and only friend’ and beautiful comments to make win your hearts. But, if they don’t get return likes or comments they just stop there.Group-9 (The Go with the flow users): Go with the flow users are very diplomatic. They give comments, likes, loves on your posts, pictures only when see and find your mutual friends giving you likes, loves, wows, then they can’t tolerate and even if they don’t like they give it only to go with the flow.Group-10 (The Game watchers): Last but not the least, the ‘Game watchers’ love to watch the game till the end. They just pause a bit, then wait and watch how your posts are performing in the ‘Like & Comments Game’. If your posts get more likes n comments then they decide to throw likes. The story doesn't end here. Many people are opening fake accounts and flirt with girls and start chatting with them. As everything has its pros and cons even social media has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is undoubtedly the biggest source of communication, interaction, entertainment or infotainment. It is used in a wrong way causing major issues. Cyberbullying, hurting each other and insulting people are very common these days. Teens are completely trapped by the momentary bliss social media gives. We are celebrating festivals, important days and throwing parties being obsessed with posting pictures and giving status updates by forgetting the actual purpose of the event. In this entire process, we people are getting puppets in the hands of technology and social media. It controls our emotions, it gives us pleasure, and our life is controlled by how many likes, loves, and wows we get. It is also creating frustrations among the youths as they see their friend going ahead, achieving success, going on foreign trips, spending holidays in posh hotels, buying luxurious cars and houses and they can’t do it. It makes them feel low and bad about themselves and their positions. But, they must understand that “all that glitters is not gold” and people do it only to show others. In the name of social media, we forget the actual relationships because we are so busy with this ‘virtual friendship’. As per a new study, we now spend more time on our smartphones than with our partner. While at home, we too remain busy with our smartphones, updating our status on social media and it’s like as if a puppet show is going on and we are the puppets in the hands of social media. Hence, we must understand the pros and cons of social media and it should be used to make our lives better not bitter. We should not be addicted to it. There are a lot of benefits from using these platforms. We can follow social media news, can read good articles, and can keep in touch with friends and family who may be physically far away. But sometimes, we should take a break from it, just put the windows down, enjoy the fresh air, breathe, read some good books, do gardening, go for a walk, spend time with family & friends, play some outdoor games and do some charity work and it will give you the real pleasure of being with the real people.

5 Surprising Things You Are Doing to Sabotage Your Mental Health
 6 September 2019

It is flat out amazing just how potent our daily routines and lifestyle habits are in influencing mental wellness. While we might assume that mental health issues are the direct result of experiencing a traumatic event or chronic stress, in reality, it is our self-sabotaging habits that can spark symptoms of anxiety or depression. The mind-body connection is incredibly tight. When either one of these core aspects of our being are out of kilter a cascading litany of negative effects will impact the quality of our mental health. This means that our focus each day must center on ways to bolster each: our physical wellness and our mental health. We may not give a moment’s thought to our habit of falling asleep while scrolling through Instagram at the wee hours each night or of stubbornly resisting forgiving someone who has wronged us. These and other ordinary daily actions can become potholes to trip us up, preventing us from feeling our very best psychologically. Below are some common behaviors that may contribute to a less-than-ideal mental state.5 Mental Health Saboteurs Sleep deprivation. As enticing as Netflix binging is, by shortchanging our sleep hours we are unwittingly undermining our mental health. The circadian rhythm, or the sleep cycle, is hardwired into our biology. Mess with that and suffer the consequences, including a weaker immune system, depression, irritability, anxiety, heart problems, and more. According to an article published in Neurologic Clinics [Andrew Krystal, M.D], there is increasing acknowledged that sleep problems and mental health disorders involve “bi-directional causality.”While true that many mental health disorders include sleep disturbances as a prominent symptom in diagnostic criteria. According to a recent article by Harvard Medical School, a whopping 50%-80% of patients seeking psychiatric treatment have chronic sleep issues. Emerging clinical evidence is now shining a light on the causal nature of sleep issues on mental health. How do we improve our quality of sleep and boost our mental wellness?Establish a regular sleep schedule, an earlier bedtime has a positive effect on mental health. Aim for a minimum of 7 hours of sleep nightly.Shut down electronics for at least one hour before bedtime.Limit caffeine, avoid caffeinated beverages after 3pmAvoid exercise after 7pmPractice relaxation rituals before bed, such as taking a warm bath, meditating, writing in a journal, practicing gratitude, and sipping chamomile tea.Lack of exercise. Too many Americans lead a sedentary lifestyle. Couple that with a poor diet and it is no wonder that depression and anxiety rates are rising. The mind-body connection dictates that to reach a state of positive mental health, the body needs to move. Regular exercise is a key element for improving not only physical health but also for elevating mood and reducing anxiety.Clinical evidence of the connection between getting regular exercise and achieving optimum mental health is well documented. An article published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry sums up these findings nicely, explaining that physical exertion increases blood circulation to the brain, influencing the HPA-axis and the limbic system, affecting mood, reactivity to stress, memory, and motivation.Activities that will help boost mental health include:WalkingRunningSwimmingCyclingDancingGardeningHikingHolding grudges. You know those icky feelings we may harbor towards another that rattle around in our subconscious? Well, those negative emotions are bad for our mental health. While our stubborn pride may prevent us from letting go of a grievance, it is important to wellbeing that we learn how to move forward instead of ruminating on such negativity.Hanging on to negative feelings is stressful. The roiling emotions caused by festering resentment or anger can lead to anxiety disorders, states an article published in the Journal of Psychopathology and Behavior Assessment. Emotion regulation, posit the authors, is an important strategy for diminishing feelings of fear and emotional reactivity.Try these tips for releasing pent up negative feelings:Practice forgiveness toward those who may have inflicted harm on you. This is not the same as reconciling with them or forgetting the incident but refers to letting go of the attached emotions to the slight through the act of forgiveness.Journaling can help diffuse feelings of resentment or frustration. By jotting the feelings down on paper they lose much of their potency.Start a gratitude journal and list three things per day that you are grateful for. This helps override those other negative emotions with new positive ones.Practice deep breathing exercises or meditation to help release the negativity.Excessive drinking. While an occasional alcoholic beverage is no big deal for most people, a tendency to overindulge can have dramatic negative consequences on mental wellbeing. In fact, substance abuse can stealthily tip into a substance use disorder. When addiction or chemical dependency results, negative life consequences ensue. Those can cause someone to spiral into depression or to acquire an anxiety disorder. The Centers for Disease Control have created guidelines for discerning what is moderate and what is heavy alcohol consumption. These guidelines stipulate that moderate alcohol consumption is limited to one alcoholic drink per day for women and two drinks for men. A “drink” is equivalent to a 5-ounce glass of wine, a 12-ounce beer, or 1.5 ounces of hard liquor.Social Media. Increasingly, social media overuse is being associated with depression and anxiety disorders. Something that at one time was hailed as a fun way to stay in touch with friends and family has morphed into a source of distress for many. Social media is a giant time-sucker, erasing hours of productivity each day in exchange for mind-numbing infinite scrolling. This can lead to loss of sleep, eye strain, poor posture, and symptoms of behavioral addiction. Most concerning is the negative impact social media over-consumption has on mental health. Many people find that viewing the seemingly perfect lives, faces, bodies, wardrobes, etc. posted on social media feeds can leave them feeling depressed and inadequate. Body image issues, cyberbullying, social media shaming, and low self-esteem are very serious consequences that can result in social anxiety, depression, and lead to isolating behaviors.Tips for reducing social media exposure:Give yourself a defined time limit on daily social media use, and stick to it.Stop scrolling social media at least an hour before bedtime.Go on a social media fast and just log out for a month to restore sanity.

People are busy showing off that they can afford to visit foreign countries, can go to expensive hotels and can enjoy the most exotic holiday trips and at the same time busy uploading picture, to make others feel that “yes, I can afford and I am living such a lavish lifestyle.” Those people, who really can’t afford, feel sad and broken and it also makes them feel low. They can be described as sweet “Like collectors & counters”.Group-4 (The Snobs): Some users are there who give likes and comments only when they find and think, “Oh, yes…this guy is of my level”. Otherwise, they don't care.Group-5 (The Moody users): There is a type of moody users group. They are so moody in this matter and you can't predict when you are going to get likes and comments from them. Group-6 (The Silent users): Another group of users is there who never give likes or comments and don’t bother even if you don’t give comments on their posts.Group-7 (The Jealous users): Some people knowingly avoid you only because “it is you” and they feel jealous of your followers, friends and the more likes and comments you get the more it makes them upset. We can follow the news, can read good articles, and can keep in touch with friends and family who may be physically far away. But sometimes, we should take a break from it, just put the windows down, enjoy the fresh air, breathe, read some good books, do gardening, go for a walk, spend time with family & friends, play some outdoor games and do some charity work and it will give you the real pleasure of being with the real people.

Book: ILA IS ONLINE – Preeti Vayada
 29 March 2018

Blurb:All mothers dream of their sons getting married, having children in a couple of years, and living happily ever after. But my dream was shattered into pieces, not to mention that it was because of a reason I cannot talk about in public.Well, after much thought and careful consideration, I have come to the realisation that it is not all over. Varun will get married. This time I will double check. Sameer told me that staying ‘Active’ on Facebook can help. The only problem is that I don’t know how to use Facebook. But how difficult can it be? If I can operate the washing machine and the smart TV, Facebook cannot be much harder. After all, Varun’s future at stake – and my name in society.Intrigue:“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.” – This is the crux of this book. This is the story of “Ilaben Patel” conservative mother who wish to get his son varun married to Aakruthi which calls off due to strange circumstances ends her into the social media vicious circle. What’s next,Could she subsist the concomitant of the social media infirmity ?What decision Ila took in addressing those aftermath?Did Varun get married ?My Review:Blurb hints the essence of social media which is supported by Splendid book cover (Facebook blue background) with a marriage procession horse and a chat text “Ila is online”, this is not the story of protagonist Ila rather its a anecdote of every mother Whose children are already trapped amidst the evils of social media. I cant stop appreciating the author who picked up this idea. Every sentence explains the agony of mother of techno-freak kids. This book is first person(Ila) narration with a dash of comical aspect. Author never missed the theme of chucklesome in the entire plot. Characters are very well illustrated.Author conveyed different angle of motherhood of extant society. Its a different approach in conveying message to the readers. Undoubtedly this is a reference manual for the present day fraternity mothers.“I saw my mother in Ilaben Patel” – I hope that consolidatesI rate “ILA IS ONLINE – Preeti Vayada” a 4.5/5 which carries powerful message, humour, motherhood emotions, family bonding and desi style. Its worth reading as this is of different genre and you will never feel bored. Believe me you will never regret reading this treatise.RegardsKiran K Adharapuram

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. Here, below I will give you a brief Article on Social Media:YOUNG AUDIENCE GRAB & CONQUER SOCIAL MEDIAEach minute, the technology is changing in rapid competitive market segment. Every business entrepreneur wants to have an edge over other competitors. Every businessman aspires for quick turn-over on their end products sales proceeds and wants to become a millionaire or a billionaire bypassing the Constitutional working systems, Acts, Rules, Regulations by violating norms & guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and  Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and  Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)Evolving marketing & advertising strategies are a prerequisite and essential in these competitive days in reaching out to customers and for public acquaintance is one part, while giving quick ads in latest tools and websites like LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet through which messages, communications, ads, gist or gigs or contents of any subject matter of one’s personal, business or marketing could reach global people in quickest time, that too at no cost. But, whereas, reaching global people through News Papers, TV channels, hoarders, sign boards, pamphlets or through any other old fashioned system of ads looks to be little bit costly, slow and may not reach all the global people/institutions/companies.  It has been constantly and incessantly observed that increasing use of social media in personal, business and marketing fields is seen on a higher side. There is no doubt in this. The younger audience use social media technologies too much that too on daily basis, without which, the day will not pass.INDIA, Land of Opportunities: The younger generation and audience, now-a-days look for quickest communication, quick Return on Investment (ROI) and money rotation to meet their business and personal ends. The days are rolling-out with updated new technologies in the fields of Research & Development, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Software Development, Science & Technology, Sports & Culture, Tourism and Film Industry, Liquor Industry, Steel Industry, Printing Technology, Plastic Industry, Leather Industry, TV-Press-Media-Print, Grain Industry, Food Industry, Wood-Mattress & Furniture Industry, Glass & Crockery Industry, Cosmetic & Perfumes Industry, Prefabricated Building Material Industry.Face Book, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet are the present days’ excellent media through which one can develop, personal, business, marketing & sales and for diversification and expansion of business plans and to establish good contacts with global people/customers/clients.These are equipped with wonderful media presently available for all the young audience, all at free of cost, for exchange of various aspects and for expression of ideas and business programs, which ultimately keep one busy in public eye. Moreover, global people view and use these latest technology tools in their daily life for publicity purposes. These are the present day TOOL TECHNOLOGY being used by billions of people all-over the world.YOUTH FOR NATIONAL INTEGRITYTODAY’S YOUTH – TOMORROW’S LEADERS:Today’s youth of the nation are all tech-savvy, broad-minded and rebellious with vast ideas, who could mobilize people of all religion, caste and creed as the youth of India play a crucial role in promoting communal harmony which will lead to socio-economic constitutional changes in maintaining peace in the country, as the youth are the future leaders of tomorrow. The youth’s education in engineering, medical, pharmacy, bio-technology, automobile engineering, R&D, management and in all fields of study, can mobilize people due to professional understanding in maintaining peace and communal harmony without interfering in issues like caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.Tech-savvy youth spreads the peace, love and communal harmony through social media tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogs. Rapid changes took place through media postings then, after the conviction of culprits in December 2012 Delhi rape case issue. Nirbhaya Fund for survivors of gender violence started due to this case. So, the above tools play an important role in bringing about social harmony.Fine Arts play an important role in spreading the message of brotherhood and peace. Also, young authors, writers, poets and artists come together to enlighten people of India about the secularism in Indian Constitution. One can understand the culture at major cities like Mumbai and Delhi, that the youth cares for personal growth based on their talents rather than they do about caste or religion.Youth having good jobs by virtue of their talent, can bring changes on people around them to maintain peace and harmony in the society without any negative mind set on caste, creed or religion. The government has to work with the youth to bring about unity in diversity for the future of nation. Please tell us something about your literary work. : I am in the habit of writing a good number of stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes and other content material needed by various people/institutions for so many ways. Then I wrote one good article, 'SICKNESS IN PUBLIC ENTERPRISES, CAUSES AND CURES", Submitted to the Public Enterprises Board, New Delhi, during l986-87.How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? Literary works can contribute to the Society in future in countless ways. There is no end to literary work.  The future of the World in Particular India, has got lot of Literary Writers and their work would definitely put India Map in the Top of the World in Literary Writings. It will happen in the coming generations.  Now, the world's good literary work is known as British Literature.  Indians have good knowledge in literary works. But, as Indians, we have learnt many of the Literature from British Literature. British Literature is a standard literature and its famous World Wide., as per my knowledge.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?.My Literary work can go outdated. New Literary works by young blood and new generations would lead the good literature work. It is quite possible that in the next 5 years, the literary world in India, would compete with British Literary work. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?Community of Poets should be there in each State, and in each Website, including in Social Media.  Each Story Websites in India should have one POETS BLOG, to inter-act with Poets in India especially, directly.  This will be a good proposal. Blogs should have, Poets for Stories, Poets for Song Lyrics, Poets for Writers, Poets for Article Writers etc., so on and so forth. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? My message to aspiring Writers are that, Go on writing. put good proper words, get good meaning, get good flower language. To write good English or Telugu or for that matter in any language of proficiency they are.  Inculcate the habit of writing.  Present the sentences and language in a good way, so that  Readers should hail the writer. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?:  StoryMirror is a good platform for all Writers, beginners, children, youngsters, youth, elders and aged Writers. Story Mirror works as good Mediators to Writers and Readers through the august Story Mirror. and it encourages all Writers in their sphere of work in all fields, especially in literature work.Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? Story Mirror should have a tie-up, MoU, Agreement, Contract with Film Field and Literary Associations Worldwide, so that the best writings  should be recognized by various fields/associations.  This gives a good motivation and a good recognition to Writers on their Literary Work.  Story Mirror also to diversify in other languages including Telugu, so that Story Mirror can spread to World Telugu People, apart from others Language Speaking People. Story Mirror has to work dashingly and gate-dash in various World Associations Organized contests, for the purpose of Indian Writers including Children, and all contests should be kept open to all people without any age bar.  Story Mirror also to motivate Writers, by giving good gifts and presentations, as is being given by various Story Websites around the World.  This will keep the image of Story Mirror in the World Circles. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/7lljf2p2/mantri-pragada-markandeyulu/stories

Q: Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I have completed my schooling from Auxilium Convent. Currently am pursuing my bachelor's in English language and literature from Adamas University.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  A: As a child I used love listening to Ramayana and Mahabharata, both of which my mother used to recite. Then it was Aesop's Fables and Panchatantra which further brightened my world of imagination. And finally, Khaled Hosseini made me delve deep into literature.I never really knew I could compose stories until my the then Creative writing professor- Shrabani Ma'am announced “... chocolate as a reward for the first three best creative works.” Better to say Chocolate acted as a muse and inspired me to use pen instead of sword, to strikeQ: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: Sometimes a few Literary works did turn out to be a bit less interesting.Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work? A: I think it’s more straightforward than the previous works.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: Absolutely, the emergence of digital and social media has made it easier for the writers who cant really afford the expenses of publishing their works. People can now simply post their works in social platforms and communicate with the rest of the world. Technology : Boon or Bane?
 2 October 2019

Hello! What are you doing right now? Engrossed in a television show? Checking your Whatsapp? What? Oh, right, you are reading my blog... on your smartphone, laptop or tablet. You see, these technologies have slowly become an essential part of our day-to-day life. Without these, life would become unimaginable for most of us.But is this technology good or bad? Everyone has their own views about it. See for yourself. The World Wide Web has made the world a social village. Information from all around the globe is available on the internet. Have you ever faced navigation problems in an unfamiliar town? Yes, we all have faced such issues when we move to a new place. Be it a business trip or a vacation; modern technology allows you to enjoy your outings by helping you navigate anywhere. One can search for a particular place and then even pinpoint their specific destination. The application won’t even let you miss a single turn, and nowadays it even shows you the traffic situation on your route. Booklover? E-Books are widely available and you can enjoy your favorite book while sipping coffee and lying on your couch. Using E-Banking, you can pay anyone from anywhere. Look at your wrist. Most of your wrists will be covered with the latest smartwatches. Mine certainly is (Fitbit Versa). Thus, there are endless advantages of technology. However, there are several downsides to technology too. There is an increasing tendency for people to socialize and communicate via digital devices rather than through real-life contact. This can easily lead to a sense of disconnect and isolation. Then comes the problem of over-reliance. Many people have all their contact information, photographs, texts, and other personal information on their phones. If they lose them, or the gadget breaks or runs out of power, then they are in trouble. Basic living skills, like finding one's way around the streets of a town, have been replaced by taking directions from a GPS system. Social media, computer games and messaging can all be addictive. Games want you to play so that you will buy the next version. Websites want you to interact so that they can bring in advertising money. Users end up wasting vast amounts of time and hemorrhaging money for low returns. Many people no longer experience real-life events directly. Music concerts or live shows are videoed on mobile phones, events are photographed, audio is recorded. Media is uploaded onto social sites. Life becomes something that is experienced through the prism of digital media rather than at first hand. And Of course, in simple words, technology makes one lazy.I will conclude by saying that technology is a boon as well as a curse for mankind. Man should control technology, not the other way round.

Brand and Marketing Strategies: Taking Your Business To The Next Level
 5 October 2019

If your company hopes to grow its business in 2019 and beyond, you need more than just a good idea. It's great if you have a product or service that everybody wants. But it's tough to sell if people don't know about it. That's where marketing comes in.Marketing is something that’s continually changing. Once upon a time, a company's branded marketing approach included an ad in a newspaper or magazine and maybe a television or radio commercial - the classic "offline" method.Today’s marketing strategies have continued to explore new opportunities.Marketing, like everything else, has become more dynamic and plugged in these days. Your strategy is no longer about maximizing one or two channels. Instead, you must leverage a host of various sources, many of which are online or have a digital component, to reach your target market. Creating entry barrier lead magnets to automation in your audience segments inside your customer journey from buying to buyer.Ultimately, marketing is about being where your ideal client is and connecting with them utilizing a multitude of different tools.Let's first take a look at the importance of brand strategy and then cover several strategies to help you engage with your audience and turn them into loyal customers.Brand StrategyBefore employing specific marketing methods, it's essential to grasp what it is you hope to achieve with your overall brand strategy. Commonly mistaken for straightforward business features like your logo, product or your company's website, your brand encompasses much more.Branding runs through every aspect of what you and your team do - from how you answer the phones to the design choices you make for your marketing materials to how well your product or service performs to the way you engage with clients.Branding infuses both what you produce and how you make people feel when they interact with that output. The most successful brand strategies include several core elements that inform every facet of your business:PurposeSure, practically every company's mission is to be profitable, but to have lasting success, your goal must go beyond dollars and cents. Are you only wanting to sell a product, or do you want to enhance the lives of those who use it? Do you want to grow your business or do you want to increase the way those who work for and with your company benefit from it? The difference in approach may be subtle, but the lasting positive impact on your organization can be profound.Example: Seattle-based Starbucks is, of course, all about coffee. But the worldwide brand strives to be more than just a coffee shop. With a socially conscious mission, Starbucks champions diverse initiatives that include sustainable coffee, meaningful employment, and stronger communities.FlexibilityMarkets are always changing. To keep up, your branding and messaging have to find new and innovative ways to appeal to an audience. That doesn’t mean you have to change your logo every 12 months (consistency is important too, as we cover next). Discovering new angles to showcase your brand, partner with others or speak to your audience helps you reach new clients and keep things interesting for those who have already committed to your brand. Example: Target has gone against the "online" grain and is rolling out a new small store concept in urban markets, where their standard, big box footprint would be out of touch with the location's density and local attributes. ConsistencyWhile flexibility is vital to staying relevant in a fast-changing world, you also want current and prospective customers to know who you are and the foundational values you represent. This is particularly important if you've been successful in carving out a niche in a competitive market and don't want to alienate clients. Make use of style guides that inform and standardize your look and messaging, regardless if you're using it in on the web, through social media or in a physical store.Example: Tech giant Apple is perhaps the Mount Everest of consistent branding. Everything from their products and the packaging they come in to their advertising to their corporate headquarters are always unmistakably Apple.EngagementGreat product. Great message. And still no customers? Products and services are rarely instant successes. Instead, successful brands figure out ways to connect with customers and create an emotional attachment that makes the buyer feel as if they are part of something bigger. Recognize how your product or service enriches a user’s life and then play up that connection to generate more meaningful engagement with your customers. Example: Coca-Cola's bright, welcoming aesthetic inviting people to be part of their brand is well established. For the past decade, one of the world's largest drink brands has taken this engagement to the next level with the simple, yet highly engaging “Share a Coke” campaign.Consider some of the biggest brands in the world - Apple, Coca-Cola, Starbucks - and how recognizable their brands - and brand strategies - have become. Yet they continue to evolve in an attempt to reach more potential consumers. You don't need to be an international behemoth to employ a comprehensive and successful brand strategy.  Simply by understanding who your company is, knowing what you offer and connecting with an audience who stands to benefit most, allows your brand to shine.Five Modern Marketing StrategiesWith that understanding of branding and overall marketing strategy, here are five modern methods that can enhance your brand and grow your business.Lead Magnet and Content MarketingIt's the most classic of starting points for all businesses - what solution does your product provide? The best lead magnets crystallize why your brand matters. Identify an audience's problem or question and then present your case for not just being the answer but the only answer.Lead magnets like ebooks, FAQs, checklists, surveys or guides are most useful when you use funnel marketing. This means you grab the prospect's attention with something of value in exchange for their contact info. Then, you can continue connecting with them via other methods, drawing them further down the “funnel” to eventually become a customer. However, lead magnets can be more than just one-off content pieces to capture an email address - they are also effective as engaging, stand-alone marketing or promotional pieces.Email MarketingIt may seem a little low-tech compared to some of today's more advanced tools, but email remains a massively popular form of communication. If done well, it can provide an impressive ROI, or return on investment. For example, Hubspot notes that for every dollar spent on email, you can earn $38 in return, which is a 3,800% ROI. And, more than 59% of marketers say that their biggest source of ROI is through email. Those stats show that email has matured quite a bit in the past few years. The productiveness of your email marketing depends on your commitment to it. Automate your email and customize responses based on the actions of your subscribers, such as when they click a link, navigate to a page, view an item or leave an item in their online cart. You can also personalize your content based on demographics and who they are, whether they are a visitor making a first-time purchase or a satisfied and returning customer. This effort allows you to nurture relationships with your audience and provide touchpoints for them regardless of how they engage with your brand. Social MediaFor many firms today, their marketing begins and ends with social media. It's easy to see why. Sprout Social indicates that social media continues to grow in the number of users and opportunities for engagement with both customers and non-customers. It seems that everyone engages with some form of social media and for your brand not to be involved in at least one platform is a huge missed opportunity.Consider your audience to pick which social media platforms are best for your company. Consider having a business page on Facebook and including Facebook ads as part of your advertising strategy. In addition, consider joining platforms such as Snapchat, Twitter or Instagram, which can also produce valuable direct engagement for both B2Cs and B2Bs.The crucial factor of social media is to be authentic. Many platforms are less about making a sale and more about being part of a conversation. Certainly, don't be shy about promoting your products, services and solutions. But to find social media success, your organization's voice must be genuine and focused on your audience’s experience. Video MarketingWould it surprise you to learn that YouTube is the world's second most popular site - behind Google and ahead of Facebook? It's also the second most popular search engine. In other words, video is big. While no one expects you start producing 30-minute infomercials, taking advantage of video's popularity and the boost it gives your SEO. From product guides and demos to tutorials to two--minute industry-specific info pieces, developing a library of videos sets you apart from competitors while also building another engagement point for your audience. House those video libraries on both your website and a channel on YouTube to increase their exposure.Influencer MarketingWord of mouth has always been a reliable means of marketing for many industries. Unfortunately, the traditional method of creating buzz can take a lot of time and patience as you build a satisfied customer base willing to spread the word. Today, that doesn’t have to be the case anymore.Influencer marketing is supercharging word of mouth with brands partnering with influencers to increase visibility among other circles of followers. If you think your business isn't fit for this type of marketing, think again. Influencers are everywhere and are capable of moving the needle on practically any product or service. For your company to see a big payoff, you'll want to identify the right influencer for your brand and marketing strategy. Look for influencers who have a following similar to the type of audience you want to target. You don't need to aim for the stars either. Micro-influencers reach thousands of individuals at a far lower entry threshold.Final ThoughtsWhen it comes to researching and implementing your branding and marketing strategies, keep your audience in mind. No matter your branding and marketing approach, make sure to test and retest everything you do. By its very nature of convincing others to believe in your business and buy the product you're selling, marketing is an inexact science. Perfect it by understanding your audience as well as your company and its purpose, and then refine the message you want to convey. Leverage all of the channels at your disposal where your audience can be found to share that message and realize your organization's true potential. Grow in Practical Application with a Degree Understanding the foundational concepts of marketing and brand awareness is helpful in whatever business-related industry you find yourself in. Grow in your understanding of core concepts like marketing through a business degree program at PGS. With practical curriculum designed to help you meet your goals, you can add value to your organization and get to where you want to go in business success. Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I am a student currently pursuing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi. I completed my elementary education from my hometown itself in Bihar. For my secondary education and JEE preparation, I went to Sri Chaitanya, Vishakhapatnam               Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? A: It was under the light of my teachers, in class eighth, where my interest in literature grew. But my maturity in poetry owes its presence to the couple of years I spent preparing for JEE. It was here when solitude became my best companion, and I composed poems prolifically. Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: I love to ponder over things and discuss about them. I am an avid reader of the writers of the Renaissance era and romantic poets, and I have found them the most difficult to comprehend. My urge to write sometimes also clashes with my academic schedule, but I try to manage both effectivelyQ: What is your view about the present-day literary work?A: When it comes to contemporary writers and modern literature, I love them equally, as I find their work symbolic of the society, I live in. I usually trifle with my mobile phone a lot these days reading random poets and authors, and it's their work only from which I learn.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: I strongly believe that the emergence of digital and social media platforms has helped budding writers to reach out to a large number of readers. It has helped them to establish themselves before they got published. I too am no exception in this.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work.A: My writings mostly reflect what an ordinary person would usually overlook. I try to find poetry in almost everything around myself. As is the case with most of the writers, initially the theme of my poems used to be centered around 'love', but now I write about a number of topics, including love, Nature, past experiences, desires etc.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I remained a 'recluse' poet for almost over a span of five years since I began writing, but now have started reaching out to the people, thanks to the various social media platforms. My poem titled 'Meera' is getting published in an anthology by Delhi Poetry Slam soon, and I am very ecstatic about it. I also maintain a page quivering glimpses on Instagram, where I usually post most of my worksQ: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A There are several things on my mind which I wish to achieve in the next five years. The foremost thing is to build a readership for me. Till then I am in no mood to get myself published. Since I have started lately reaching out to people, I guess I would need some years to get recognized among the readers. But to be honest, after five years, I want myself to be sitting in the sun and reading a book of my own. Plus having completed reading around 150 books. Q: What ways would you suggest on building a community for poets?A: I strongly advocate the use of social networking sites for building a community for poets. Since the talent is strewn across the globe, to bring them together one needs a platform. And I can't think of a better option than these social sites. I also urge the conduction of various literary activities, book festivals and workshops, where poets can come together, showcase their works and learn too from others.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A To the aspiring new writers, I would ask them to always remember ' A writer is a reader first '. Before you write, read as much as you can. Trying to express oneself requires words, and these books are what gives you, your treasure. Additionally, never try to constrain yourself in the maze of 'writing for others'. Write what you love to write about as it what that will give you satisfaction. Be a poet at heart!Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: My experience of writing here was pretty good. It offers a platform for anybody who wants to write and get recognized. And since it incorporates all the major languages, you can choose any language you want to write in. There are contests too which are held regularly, so you get to learn many things which make you better.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: I would wish StoryMirror good luck for future and love to see it growing to one of the biggest platforms for writers across the globe. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/ftlohpee/ankit-jaiswal/poems

Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life. A: I am just a 12 year old school boy. I joined school at a normal age; but two roads diverged into the woods and I took the one less travelled by. I guess that has made the difference. I still vividly remember when I used to hold that ABC book upside down but read with as much determination as a NEET or JEE student. Slowly but steadily, I became civilized (Mentally) and particular.  The development of the mind resulted in improved ethics and a unique way of thinking.                Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  A: I first got exposed and associated with literature with this book called “PINNOCHIO”. It is a very popular story, and it has been adapted into movies too.Though Carlo Collodi had used much simplified language, but for then me being a first or second grader, it was literature to me. With this I developed the aptitude for reading literature (but now the level has changed from Collodi to Poe, though)I can say that my dedication towards reading inspired me to write. I never thought about writing poems till sixth grade. But rather this should be modified to “who inspired you to write”. If that’s the question, I can blindly say my father. He is the one who improved my vocabulary to this extent.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: Talking of difficulties, my biggest enemy is noise. I cannot concentrate when there is unnecessary sound. But the difficulty is never running out of fuel. For I am a poetry man, my point of view for literature is totally different. Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work?Present literature is a mixture or different styles of writing. Writers like Anand Neelkanthan, Amish, and Chetan Bhagat etc. have their own way of weaving their yarn, but a little essence of other styles is prevalent. I cannot compare their skills because nowadays only two to three authors from the same genre are seen on the book rack and all the writers I mentioned are of different genres.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: Digital media has provided a huge platform for young and aspiring writers like me. There are lakhs like me striving for recognition, and it has affected many lives. But social media has to be used for writing very carefully. If any inappropriate content is written and posted on social media, it can be a negative sign for the writer’s upcoming journey.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work.A: This my first attempt into the world of literature. All I can tell about my literary work is that it is a poetry collection with themes that touch every aspect of life.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: My first book is about to be published in two months or so. I am very excited about it.Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?A: In future, literature can contribute to all fields such as science and commerce and also in other businesses. Literature will be ergonomic.Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A: In 5 years I picture myself as a successful published author. Though not a big writer, but at least I will not go unnoticed in a crowd.Q: What ways would you suggest on building a community for poets?A: I was planning to build a society for poets’ right after seeing the movie dead poets’ society. My idea is that first a digital platform should be used to create a community for poets and writers and then there should be meetings, orientations, seminars etc.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A: I would like to convey this message to the young aspiring writers like me:HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS,DON’T LET THEM DIE,WITHPUT THEM,WE ARE BIRDS THAT CANNOT FLY.Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: My experience on writing on storyMirror has been a memorable one. StoryMirror has provided me a platform on which I can let my ideas and words at stray. I will continue writing on StoryMirror.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: StoryMirror is a great initiative.  14 April 2018

Original Blog#ASIFA was young 8 years native girl raped and killed in Jammu khathava district by people belongs to dogara community (another minor community) over beating case early this year. She was abducted by people on 10 January and her body found around 17 January in Forest in devasted condition. She belongs to bakarwala nomadic community. Her captive has been get JK police protection as one of the rapist was JK police member. Her case been systematically delayed and justice been denied. JK police SP started to framing Hindu Ekta much (a Kashmiri pundit organization which protest against KPs Exodus) because he is known for his pro-Pakistan slangs in JK.JKBC (Jammu Kashmir Bar console) and HEM (Hindu ekata munch) protest over illegal framing of people rather than real culprits of dogara community and demand (read again) for CBI probe for this case. As Soon as protest move, Indian Media (which usually keep their silence on Assam rape case and other cases which has a less Political orientation) surge the news by framing that protest as Hindu protest for saving culprits. The #Sickular media highlighted the details that “Rape done in Temple ” (like nothing ever happened ever other than temple ). In same case Unnnav, 16 years girl been rape and her father beats up by BJP MLA brother to death. This case was different, few dickhead members of BJO might have changed #JaiSreeRam during the protest in Unnah (not Kathava). But Indian Media slurring this news has started to report these two case in same articles which confused people that #JaiShreeRam was told by JKBC and HinduEktaMunch.BJP MLA captures by CBI early this morning and Asifa culprit is capture by JK police later on.POLITICAL OPPORTUNISMParty like Congress and Opposition, irrespective of condemning such rape cases started to use as Political opportunism (Trust me , if this would be Congress govt at center, BJP might be doing open pant protest than Congress). Rahul Gandhi and Man Mohan Singh who had been silent during Nirbhaya Rape Case. Started to act sensitive (after Dalit protest was over) about these rape cases. It’s good, I personally appreciate his gesture but My problem starts with that when addressing this rape culture of India they started to shoot govt by using rape case.Rahul Gandhi and BJP must understand that Rape, Murders crimes are not blaming and accusing of each other or setting benchmarks for each other rule failure. These are the serious problem of our society. The second odd thing which I found that #SelectiveOutrage. This is the most serious thing which is pumping right wings into power. Our Intellectual class and celebrity class live in different India. There selective outrage over only minorities Atrocities been noticed by Millions of people (especially Hindus ) who think that these gatekeepers of democracy is failed to understand their problems. From Kashmiri pundits, 1984 Sikhs riots, Assam rape case to Bengal riots, RSS people killing in Kerala… no justice has been served to them. They have been waiting that someone should also cry for that. But Intellectual class (might be funded by US think tank) maintaining their silence over Hindu Atrocities of the subcontinent. Many of us even don’t know that Mina (8 years Dalit Pakistani Hindu ) been gang rape and killed in similar fashion in Pakistan on March 21. But no Dalit and intellectual class ready to see Hindu atrocities. This making sure that Hindus been grouped like other community and rage case been raised because social justice hasn’t served equally to them. What about Assam rape case Victim- Why media is silence on Assam Rape case?POINT TO PONDER1. Political opportunism must be ended and “what about this ” kind of attitude must end. All Political parties and all intellectual must stand together for #AsifaBakkaerwal and #Mina. If you left #MinaBody I don’t think so ever #AsifaSoul get justice.2. Social justice must be given to all people irrespective of their majority and minorities population. Till the time this social justice would be imbalance and intellectual wouldn’t cry for Hindus also. I don’t think so this kind of crime will be tackled by fist iron.3. I would like to say all my communal and secular friends … Stop using fucking Temple and God into such rape case. You are creating Hinduphobia which is equal to Islamophobia. People killed in real life because of this kind of phobias. Might be asifa also the victim of such phobia cared by Ultra left.8 Years Girl has been Raped in PakistanPS : I think today not only Hindus but Muslims, Sikhs, Christen, Parsis should hang their head on shame irrespective of their country because it’s happening in every country. Our women and daughter are not saved and their atrocities used for Vote bank diversions by Political and Intellectual class.Justice for Asifa and Justice For Mina

Art At Its Best : Lip Art!
 13 March 2018
Art

Works of art have evolved so much that you just can’t help but awe at every single creation! And no, we are not specifically talking about paintings and hand art but a special lip art- a trend that has involved into various styles. Not only it’s gaining the ground in the fashion world, but it is also breaking the internet, is a phenomenon amidst the Instagrammers and almost all social media savvy people. So, when you think of a statement, do think of lip art too!The previous year had been a mix of some very predictable and unique trends, and now to add five more stars to the mix here’s the lip art trend. In the London Fashion Week SS’17, you could have seen the pressed flowers as a form of the lip art. Nowadays artists are inspired by everything that you can ever visualize! There’s sushi, sunset, metal textures, flowers, crystals, nature, animal, food and what not!Sushi lip inspired from the Japanese dish became a huge trend on social media, you can also refer to it as ‘Salmon Nigiri’, which was done by the makeup artist Vlada Haggerty, who painted her lips exactly like a Sushi. If you are a fan of all metal makeup than you’ll highly admire the mirror lips trend in which a cut-out of silver reflective papers in the shape of your lips is used, as per the artist Jazmina Daniel. You will be surprised to know that even our beloved Blake Lively was praising this extraordinary art of Jazmina. The world is so vivid and so is the inspiration for art! An artist, Heather took inspiration from Birds and painted her lips in a crazy raven look, all with the help of black, white paint and eyeshadow. Where on one hand, a photographer, Jil brought an entire color scheme of sunrise in the lip art, a self-taught makeup artist Grinand Dagger was deeply enlivened by the idea of the Disney Princess Pocahontas, and thus her art was based on this theme.

Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life. A: I’ve done MCA and was there in the IT industry for few years. But, always had a flair for writing since my childhood. I didn’t remember when I first picked up the pen, but I do remember one thing. It changed my entire life!Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  A: Literature liberates your soul. Words empower you. If you ask what inspires me, I would say, inspiration is everywhere around you. You just need to have an eye for it. I'm surrounded by a lot of people around me. Each one has a story to share. I just get the idea from the everyday life of all those.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: To present a piece of literary work (something worthy, something close to your heart, something upon which you have devoted your time and effort) in front of a huge audience out there, and the related doubts of meeting the expectations of and fear of acceptance by your readers can be the scariest part. It’s challenging yet exciting.Q: What is your view about the present day literary work? A: No doubt, the present day literary work has come a far way. People are eager to put forth their views, share their ideas and narrate their stories.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: Yes, the emergence of digital and social media has played a crucial role to showcase the talent of creative writers. Please give details about your initial education and forming years of lifePresently,I am a student of class 5, studying in Prudence School, New Delhi. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?I am not sure, how it began. I use to finish my school work very fast and would then start writing on bits of paper, loose sheets and in diary. Once my mom asked me to write about 'my most unforgettable moment'. I wrote about my late grandmother. After reading it, my parents, immediate family members, got very emotional. That's how I think my potential was realized by my mom. She encouraged me to write more and meanwhile got to know about this platform 'StoryMirror'. First time when I posted my story on StoryMirror, and the first 'Like' I got from someone unknown to me, acted as a catalyst. Since then, there has been no stopping. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work?I keep writing because I love writing. I have not faced any problem except asking for votes. What is your view about the present day literary work?I like literature because it gives me ideas, increases my vocabulary, makes me more sensitive. Everytime I read a new story, there is a new reality to discover. I love reading fiction like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Roald Dahl series, Geronimo Stilton etc. The joy of reading these works is immense, as it takes me to an entirely different world of pleasure and fantasy.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers?Yes, because through digital and social media, the reach to read has increased immensely. Please tell us something about your literary workI like writing and reading about crime,  different people, places and also about fiction. What was your first literary work and how was it published? My poems have been published in 'Hindustan Times' newspaper. Also various institutions should come forward and recognize poems as a strong medium of expression. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers?Do what you Love and Love what you Do.How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? It was very inspiring, great learning and a very good platform to channelize and express my views through story/ poems.
