On Gender Discrimination

The Biggest lie of this century is "Man and Woman are Equal".We are never born as equals and never will be.We are two different body, two different brain and two different mind but a girl always want to behave like a boy and parents also wish to have a boy.its because in any society a man deserve more freedom and power instead of a woman and the reason is we believe in any culture or religion,Man is created in the image of God,.Even when we address the whole human beings we call "Mankind" not "Womankind".For thousands of generations Men are endowed with prime responsibilities to protect the life force on Earth and woman are there to nourish it for the best as an helping hand. But man and woman both deserve equality. So the confusion is if man and woman are not equals then how can we have equality? Here we generally find the negative aspect of "equality",because of the similarities between "fair" and "equal" .We generally think if there is no equality ,there is unfairness. But actually unfairness means not having equal rights. Now let me clarify with an example,A Lion lives in a den and a rabbit in a burrow.A Lion can never be fit in a burrow or a den can never met those requirements for a rabbit to call it burrow. They have different dwelling based on their basic requirements. So we can't call this unfairness but if a rabbit finds no place to make a burrow and a Lion takes all to make a den then it's called unfairness. Beacuse here they don't have equal rights to live.Slimilarly if a Man wears a gown and a woman wears a coat think how hilarious it would look because those were not meant to wear . We both are different and our requirements are different but our basic rights should be equal for both .if a woman insists on wearing a coat thinking it as a "right" to wear same thing what men wears then it's just misconception of "Right" and stubbornness to show that man and woman are equal. This is what happend in most countries. This is the twist what they need to understand about what is "Right".Its true that we always showed our superiority on women ,which led the women to imitate men,so that they don't feel inferior. But the truth is no one is superior here ,and we always need each other. And the results for our misbehaviour to them is very shameful. They have lost they identify and beauty of a woman by generating a man like spirit inside them. Some of them forgot that being women is very important,it's about value, beauty, love, and everything we men are lack off but they complete us.they should think that being woman is a gift which they need to keep safe and protect instead of thinking that being women is a sin.But we are not in a position to say this cause we made this happen. And we have nothing to say , Absolutely nothing.

Who will win and claim the Royal Throne Will Queen Meeramani convert the Royal Throne into “The Divine Throne”? To unravel the truth you have to be a part of the journey of Queen Meeramani’s struggle.MY TAKEStarting from the cover It’s one of the best I’ve come across in recent times in historical friction. The tile is perfect for the plot. “The Divine Throne of Maharani Meeramani” is the first fictional social novel of the author Meenakshi Verma, in which she has raised the question of respect and rights of the third gender, ‘Eunuchs’ along with the equal rights of all human beings. She has not only raised the questions, but also tried to suggest a solution to the society. This is the story of  Jairajgarh: The Grand Empire Of Rajputana of Maharana Ranjeet Dev Pratap Singh is a great warrior, and a devious politician. The story starts with announcement of next war and news of Prince Samar Dev marriage. While going for the war the news of  untimely death of Prince Samar Dev Pratap Singh everybody was shaken. The entire Jairajgarh was struck with grief. Maharana had locked himself up in his personal room. He had restricted himself to a personal dark room and the words of his Father Maharana Surya Dev Pratap Singh were echoing in his mind and then goes to flashback of Ranjeet childhood memories with his father Surya Dev Pratap Singh and two wives Queen Manorama Devi and Maharani Kesar Devi and seven children. There is no unity in the family and where is no unity, there can never be peace. Both wives and their children all are always busy in pulling each other. While remembering these lesson from his father life, Ranjeet has decided he will marry as many wives as he want but was sure enough that he will make his child from only one wife who deserves to get the throne. He first marries Queen Vaishali as per his father wish but there relation was not much successful.  He then marries Queen Ambika love of his life. Later Queen Vaishali realizes the truth of Maharana Ranjeet and commits suicides and Queen Ambika was all alone after the death of Queen Vaishali and she realize the pain of Queen Vaishali had gone through. Maharana had never loved her and then later Maharana Ranjeet marry Queen Meermani. Meeramani and Ambika share a bond more than real sisters rather than the life of co-wives. Later Queen Ambika with help of Queen Meermani  was conceiving. The child born was was eunuch. If a child gets good upbringing and education then he could do anything and become anything, even if he is a eunuch. Deformity in a body could be anywhere so how is the child responsible for it, if he is a son, a daughter or a eunuch, but isn’t he still  the child to his parents. He can be anything for society, but for his parents he is still their child and separating a child from his mother or a father is a shame on humanity as well as society. As per Queen Ambika request Maharana Ranjeet to give throne of Maharani to Meeramani and also gives the right of his son as mother to Meeramani. From there Maharani Meeramani and her struggle begins with the Prince Samar Dev and form a army of eunuch peoples to give them their right to live Shiva-Jan Army their main aim was to protect Prince Samar Dev. Will Maharana will get to know the truth behind the birth of his son? What happens to Meeramani? Will the bond with Queen Ambika and Maharani Meeramani will remain same? To know more go and grab the copy of book.Settings in the story are Jairajgarh, Ballabhgarh, Rajputana, Sambhalgarh, Kashi, Santpuram. The story revolves around the Maharana Ranjeet Dev Pratap Singh, Prince Samar Dev, Maharani Meeramani Devi, Maharana Surya Dev Pratap Singh, Queen Vaishali, Queen Ambika Devi, Prince Rudra Dev Pratap Singh, Princess Amritamani, Akroor Singh, Sushant Singh, Sukanya Devi, King Satya Rajsingh, Queen Manorama Devi, Maharani Kesar Devi, Neelima, Manjeet Dev Pratap Singh, Jagjeet Dev Pratap Singh, Rukma, Padma, Shobhana, Shamsheer Singh, Acharya Chaturanand, Prince Neelkant, King Krishnakant, Queen Jamuna Devi, Princess Ambika, Prince Khushaal Singh, Shiromani Pandit Gangeshwar Nath Shastri, Pandit Rameshwar Nath Shastri, Sushma, Heeranand, Ranjeet Singh, Janki Devi, Gulabo, King Surat Singh, Uma Devi, Kaushika, Prince Virat Singh, Sheetla Devi, Prince Somesh, Malini, Jagat Singh, Shambhoo Singh, Kaushika, Queen Padmavati, King Shantanu Dev, Shankula Devi, Sulakshana, Mungeri, King Gangdev, Baba Vishwanath, Kokila, Chanchala, Phoolan, Chammo, Gola, Gannu, Kaalu, Malini, Princess Sukanya, Shiromani Pandit Gopaleshwar Nath Shastri, Kamala Devi, Leela Devi, Dev Kumar Shashtri, Shyaamla, Govardhandas.Language is Simple, crisp and lucid. The smooth flow of words makes the narrative not only easy but engrossing too. The characters be they the protagonists or the supporting souls, are well articulated, thus making it easy for the reader to relate to them, their views, their actions and reactions. In fact one can easily don their shoes and live the story without feeling ill at ease/ appearing odd. Each one of them contributes to taking the story forward without a hitch, without a hurdle. The author’s mastery over the language is evident from the terms he has used and the vivid description of events that unfold in the pages of the book. To write is an art, to keep the reader spellbound and yearning for more is magic. The book brings out sibling love at its best and also addresses certain social issues in subtle yet powerful strokes. This book deals with every aspect of struggles a women undergone during the ancient time and also serves a great social message about eunuch community. There are a few typos and one or two places where the author has made contradictory usages that need to be rectified. My favorite protagonist of this story is Maharani Meeramani. The book has worth to be carried and flaunt because it has got a magical touch of love which can be done in a single sitting.A wonderful read, one I’ll strongly recommend to all book lovers. I’m sure that those who don’t like the historical friction will not get disappointed after reading the book.Overall Ratings- 4/5 StarsAbout the AuthorMeenakshi was born on December 27, 1972, in New Delhi. Women’s Changing Roles in the Military
 12 July 2019

About the author: Jane Summers is a professional writer at the https://prime-essay.net writing service. She researches a diversity of topics and composes it into her blog, where she shares useful tips, writing guidelines and many other interactive issues. The topic of female presence in the army has always been controversial. At first, during wars, women were working as nurses, cooks, spies, and couriers among others. It was not official, many of them were injured or killed, but when they decided to take their responsibilities, they had a strong desire to help the military. Some of them even changed clothes and fought on the battlefield alongside with men. They felt like it was their duty, but still they wanted to hide their activity.Times have changed and in the twentieth century new movements arose that demanded more rights for women, better integration in different working areas, and empowerment in general. It was related to the topic of women in the army as well. Feminist ideas stated that men and women have to be equal in all areas of life. At the same time, some conservative points of view were powerful. The supporters of this view preferred a traditional image of the society and its institutions, where men are obligated to be active in social life and defend country, while women needed to do the housework, take care of all of the family, give birth to children and bring them up.Nowadays, women are present in military forces, but many questions remain. For instance, why are there still more soldiers than officers among women? At the same time most of them are even not allowed to stay on the battlefield and have real practice. Obviously, it is closely attached to some gender issues and stereotypes. One of them is that men always are physically stronger and are better leaders than women. Nevertheless, trainings showed that the equal number of males and females can manage tasks and be appropriate units for the military. Last news informed that women would be allowed to serve in combat – infantry, ground, and some special operations in 2016. The question may be topical for many years, because now there are many female units fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, and at the same time many women want to learn military skills. The main point of the article called “Women In Combat Roles In US Military: Still A Small Step To Equality,” written by Fitriani and Ron Matthews, is that the society should not underestimate the importance of women for military even before giving them possibilities to join it in any role. The article provides an example of countries where women are essential part of the armed forces – Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Israel, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Romania, Poland, South Korea, and Sweden. The authors prove that the US armed forces are trying to minimize the contact of female units with the enemy. They believe that it is not fair and all restrictions to serve in combat units need to be outdone. In addition, it is stated that most of women in the army are not leaders but mainly low-ranking. It was also mentioned that many women were killed or wounded during operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Besides, there are some cases of discrimination and sexual harassment in the military. The view that is against the presence of women in the army is concentrated on some moral, safety, and gender issues, but mostly it is prejudiced, as the authors prove. In summary, the authors think that all military positions need to be available to women. At the same time, they admit that there are some positive changes: the key is not to dismiss the leadership and strength that women can bring to the armed forces before they are given the opportunity to prove themselves. Feminist theory seeks to understand the nature of gender inequality and it focuses on the issues of politics, power, and sexuality. Political activity of feminists is concentrated on such issues as the rights of reproduction, domestic violence, maternity leave, equal pay, sexual harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence. Themes explored in feminism include discrimination, stereotyping, objectification (especially sexual objectification), oppression, and patriarchy.Feminist theory is based on the idea that all consciousness of modern people regardless of gender, are imbued with the ideas and values of masculine ideologies with their male chauvinism, the priority of masculinity, logic, and rationalism. This axiomatic fact of the modern culture explains the need for a feminist to revise the traditional views as well as the need to create the history of women's literature and defend the sovereignty of femininity that does not fit into the male logic. Thus, feminist studies have broad issues: the reconstruction of women's history and women's literary tradition audit patriarchal canons and stereotypes, finding new gender roles, the nature of women's text and the text perception female recipient, the destruction of patriarchal samples language, the problem of women in post-colonial situation and in terms of cultural imperialism, and others. Such a wide range of shows are the basis of the principles of the feminist criticism methodological diversity.Another sociological theory is critical theory which includes a number of approaches and theoretical discourse. Besides, it closely examines and criticizes the society and culture drawing on the knowledge of social sciences and humanities.Literally, the term "critical theory" gathers under a variety of approaches and knowledge based on criticism and reflexive attitude towards knowledge or the current situation in any region. Besides, it is trying to "explain the origin of the objects of his knowledge.Critical theory, in its broadest sense, does not refer to a specific theory or a complete research program but to the discourse" different "in its origin, content, direction, etc. Among these discourses, the ones that are commonly mentioned are Marxism, the Frankfurt School, psychoanalysis, post-structuralism, feminism, post-colonialism, multiculturalism, the study of racism, sexism, ethnocentrism, and colonialism among others.Discursive diversity of "critical theory" is associated with cultural studies, the leitmotif of which is the consideration of cultural phenomena in terms of organizing their relations of domination and subordination related to gender, class, race, etc. Cultural forms, phenomena, and processes are not seen as secondary education depending on the institutional forms or political or economic organization but as a dynamic force. The current situation masks inequality in international relations, and rationalism takes it a priori. Theorists did not seek to explore international or internal system states. They carried out research for political purposes of liberation of humanity from the despotic structures, world politics and economics, which are controlled by hegemonic forces. In this perception of the international system, they were very close to the theoretical neo-Marxism, because they interpreted any knowledge as an instrument of policy. The most important conclusion of critical theory, which is that any theory is a reflection of some hidden interests and their authors, regardless of whether they realize it or not, is an instrument of political power. These two sociological theories are connected with each other, because feminist theory originated from critical theory. It was about seeing gender as a dynamic concept. Gender is not social prejudices, stereotypes, and expectations that public put on both sexes but a choice for which every individual has rights. Critical theory considers the discrimination of women in armed forces to be advantageous for men and the other people who have their own interest in it. It is not always necessary to compare these two theories, because the critical theory was the first and had great influence on feminist theory, because it stated that one should perceive reality and society critically. So, gender is not traits and abilities of men and women but their self-identification and possibilities. The authors demonstrate the reflection of feminist theory when they prove that women are equal to men and if a woman has a desire to defend her country, she has the right to join the military. The equality is shown in three ways:1) Women that are going to join the armed forces are not weaker than men.2) Women are able to be as good high-ranked officers as men.3) Most of women are still far from battlefield serving on traditional positions, but they are able to do more. The other important problems that are mentioned in the article are discrimination and sexual harassment that the armed forces can cope with if they provide appropriate conditions to avoid them.Regarding critical theory, the whole article questions beliefs about women in the army, widely considers the experience of the other countries, recalls how the status of women changed over the decades, and predicts what will happen in a few years. Besides, it provides many numbers and data given from different resources that help one to lead to own conclusions. In general, critical and feminist theories almost reached their aim to liberate women, by giving them the opportunity to work in different areas and providing comfortable conditions. However, there are still some areas that have unpredictable conditions and consequences for women – one of them is the armed forces. Probably, it will take much time to create special conditions for female units and change social beliefs, but one day women will be totally equal to men as defenders.

Adarsh "Bahu" course
 16 September 2018
Art

Hypocrisy is like a wolf in sheep's clothing, it runs in our blood. On one side, we reinforce a perception to brag infront of others that how benignant we are, but the authenticity lies in our mind. Recently launched "Adarsh bahu course" fits best here, founded by so called Barkatullah University. People's reaction to it is outrageously appalling. On one hand, people vocalize women empowerment and on the ther hand contrarily support such a deplorable course. The people who were possessive about women empowerment 2-3 days back, are mocking at this course, and simply making memes and tagging their female friends while, some are calling it a nice initiative. It's motive is to keep families intact. Is it only a woman's responsibility to keep a family intact? Is there no responsibility of the man or his folks? Separating a man from his aged parents is cruelty and for that crime a hindu man can divorce his spouse. But what would be the punishment for terminating her career & burying her dreams to look after the family? This sacrifice doesn't matter at all to some shameless people. They want to make their daughter-in-law a typical conservative Indian Housewife who to them is a perfect daughter-in-law, no matter how imperfect their prince charming is. And a huge round of applause to BU, for launching such a horrendous course. This shows the degree of hypocrisy in our education system and how conservative it is! On one hand, it teaches us the rights of women and on the other hand it teaches women how to treat her in-laws.I believe that education is the qcore department in any country. This department should be insightful in imagination, sagacious in making judgment & most significantly adaptive to changes. Education can turn a wild creature into a sophisticated one, so we've got to choose wisely!

THE LANGUAGE OF VIOLENCE
 7 April 2018

Derrick Jensen, in his book “A language older than words” showcases a monologue of torturous life in the first chapter titled silencing. In a world of mixed ethnicities and cultures, jensen wishes to connect and hit homes of the readers with his nerve wrecking message about the existing mushrooming violence. Marveling environmental beauty and the reality of space, he traverses from his memories of the troubled past and guides us to his future and expeditions where he sought lying was the only route to mend his living. The implicit silence that lurks within the society now and since childhood then, is an act of living in a world distant from the truth. In our schooling years whence we all our free birds with no systemisation in our lives, we risk our hearts at the pleasures of being honest and innocent. The education we receive is a monopolistic game play to create disparity between what we are taught and what we experience and feel. The difference makes us stuck in a virtual world where there is a constant conflict between the residence of belief or sight. To survive from which, we must speak lies. With the passage of time, we get bound within the bountiful cultures of knowledge and monotony strikes our lives and we begin to settle. Settle for the way we work, the pattern in which we breathe, the space in which we travel. This life is ushered by physical, mental emotional oppression. However the contemporary era may be, we continue to deny the truth in reality and become mindless, deaf and mute to those in need. “the lies act as barriers to truth.”If one chose to speak, he would be silenced by the oppressing powers of culture, politics in the society. “Consider your own life, the ways you deny your own experience, the ways you have to deaden your own empathies to get through the day.” This subjugation of truth and self acceptance that has been hardwired in our lives sJensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table, quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. after this became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. His father, made him believe in a world which was made out of a figment of his imagination. To him, this ‘control’ over his thoughts and subsequently actions was ‘normal’. although The intensity of torture and pain inflicted over jensen was a customised service upon him done by his father;he was made to believe that this was the routine for him. Escaping from such incidences was a question of human dignity, more of all, his survival. How did he cater to this acute urge to survive? By lying.Jensen rightfully demonstrates how violence speaks the language of lies. “do not believe a word I write in this book, about my father, about the culture, about anything.” Jensen puts the reader in a state of epistemic ambivalence when he contradicts himself and his stories in an attempt to fabricate the truth. For even then, he wishes to make his ends meet. However unbelievable these covers may be, they must always serve as the barrier for truth to colour the horrid reality. He caged himself in a rock crystallized world where he chose silence over speech, calm over revolt and lies over truth. He quotes R.D Laing “ if our experience is destroyed we have lost our own selves” which is precisely jensen’s trial. By denying of it all being happened at the first place, he attempts on losing those memories. These fabrications are the only bread to the subjugated human, suffocating inside the uniform bars of falsehood.History reflects the human tendency to turn a blind eye and lie about the existence of the to existence of successive damaging events. The study from the Allport, Bruner and Jandorf , psychologists of the holocaust and the transformation of the oppressed, from victims to survivors, is hard hitting one. In that period of constant misery and turmoil, steadily victims adapted to their fate, they became tolerant. This tolerance came by the harvest of escapism in their sweet, small endeavors as a mechanism for survival. They found their abode in mozart, business trips and leisure at the countryside. This helped them carve out their world of facades and live in an unreal reality. Jensen attempts the same by reaching out to the naturally expressive yet unspeaking and unhearing stars and moons. “I did not die because they spoke to me.”Jensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table ,quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. By staining his head, instead of painting a fresh leaf, it became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. This tolerance came by the harvest of escapism in their sweet, small endeavors as a mechanism for survival. They found their abode in mozart, business trips and leisure at the countryside. This helped them carve out their world of facades and live in an unreal reality. By staunch He reaches out to the time when humans see but don’t acknowledge, hear but not listen and register quite what happens around them. He talks of a time when if a grenade were to roll across on the floor, it humans won’t realize it and turn a blind eye to them. Grease, oil and barrels all of which are uncommon to an average working class human, would be highly common. To the dockworkers and factory-men and thus, dangers in a mill would be shortly adjusted to their lifestyle. They too live in a little world of their own lies, ruled by terror but governed by their own escape.Humans are the tenants of the hyperbole of their deception and by each passing moment of progression or digression they save themselves by being stagnant in their own times. . There are atrocities, havocs, desirous activities, disasters and other moments of upheavels for an average human, imagining an illusionary universe can provide a necessary escape. Hence comes the dire need for adopting false mechanisms. False mechanism provides a fraudulent environment which is subjective to everyone, even if so in reality there is a mass in the common pit. In Jensen’s state of constant denial and neglect of reality, he dwells on his experience and faded memories, even while trying to let go of it. They are always arriving in a constant state of departure. We are silencing the reality which begs our interest and action. And even though we go on eons and eons, we are only here for the fraction of fraction of a second and so we stand in a pool of human built subdued untruths. A pool of veils on truth,  made by the subject hood of individuals ,granted to it by the society to facilitate existence. After all the romanticism of relativity theory lies in the passage of time which depends directly as to where we are standing. In past, present, future or just an unreal world decorated by lies of our own.

___________________________________® All rights strictly reserved by Simanta Nandi.

Dheere se aa ja ri akhian me nindia aa ja tu aa ja …………….
 15 March 2018

All of us might have enjoyed this song in our childhood, mother caressing hair and singing Lori to make us sleep.Great were those days, to tension, no stress of any kind, we were safe in hands of parents. The other day I was sitting on my lawn, watching a sparrow feeding her child, the child was very small and I could clearly see the joy the child was having while sparrow was feeding. While I was watching this scene all of a sudden a question came to my mind—Will this child remember his mother after he is able to fly?Ans is very simple once the child sparrow gains health and is able to fly, he will fly leaving mother behind and—Yehi zindgi ka dastoor haiThe same applies to many of usAnother question came to my mindARE WE CIVILISED??We claim to be civilized but actually, we are not civilized.Had we been civilized was there any need for old age homes? Why we felt the need of old age homes? The reason is very simple we have gained education but we have not cultivated sanskars which are the backbone of any civilized family, society, and nation. In past we were having a joint family where the head of the family was in command of the family and command gets shifted automatically to next senior person after the death of command holderWe do not have this system nowadays hence families are breaking and leading to old age homes/ help age /help in suffering etc etcThe main reason which comes to my mind is perhaps we do not have tolerance power –I have witnessed many cases of divorce which could have been avoided had one partner showed some signs of tolerance and other partner respected that tolerance but that did not happen because we are civilized and know our rights and do not want to bow our heads. We have forgotten with how many troubles our parents have brought up, gave us education and made us what we are today. The irony is parents bring up children but when parents are old all children together can’t take care of parents.Recently I watched BAGHWAN movie a very well made movie. I think all of us might have seen that movie I need not go in details but that question still haunts meAre we civilized? If we are--We have to pay back the debt which we are carrying on our heads, of the love and affection which we enjoyed in our childhood—Dheere se aa ja ri akhian me nindia aa ja tu aa jaa

Freelancing, the supermom’s Infinity Gauntlet against maternity discrimination
 21 November 2018
Art

If you’re an expecting mother in the United Kingdom, you’re probably one of the 54,000 women who lose their livelihood every year, due to maternity discrimination. This bigotry exists but is largely unheard of. Women avoid straining themselves during pregnancy to file a case against their unfair employers. Moreover, the court only gives three months for moms-to-be to report a claim.A research done by Great Britain’s national equality body, The Equality and Human Rights Commission, has brought forward these staggering facts. In a survey of 3,200 women, almost 350 women reported unfair dismissal, roughly equating to 11% of the women. The women were treated poorly, with occasional obviation of their roles. The unwarranted prejudice is taken calmly as the protest can affect the career path of these wronged women heavily. Most of the moms-to-be resign quietly without kicking up a controversy. Fortunately, with a finger-snap, these mothers can turn around their dire situation with freelancing.Freelancing is perfect for new moms who have to take care of themselves and their babies. Over 287,000 mothers are working as freelancers, making up 15% of the total 1,900,000 freelancers. They enjoy high pay and are far from a stressful environment that might trigger post-natal depression. The flexible work hours let them attend to their children while keeping an eye out for official tasks.Indian lead database company, Connecting All India, highlights stay-at-home mothers as primary lead providers. In fact, they work dynamically and better than other freelancers as the children mentally charge them up. These self-employed mothers are able to spend more time with their young ones, keeping them mentally and physically fit. Freelancing moms are free from contracts. They can slip into a comfortable gown, soft slippers, and then start working on their computer system with a stable internet connection. Freelance writing happens to be the most common tasks they undertake, followed by lead generation. Other freelance work they can take includes website design, web development, teaching, graphics illustration, social media marketing, photography, branding, email marketing, translator services, and more. The moms are able to redefine themselves as entrepreneurs and consultants, resulting in more outreach along with better professional opportunities. Homemaker freelancing moms have contributed as much as £7 billion to the UK’s economy. As the freelancing culture is catching up with the Islands, this number is set to increase rapidly. Freelancing women are nothing short of ‘supermoms’, as they juggle their job, their family, and their mental/physical health without complaining.

Labour day is a special occasion when people celebrate the true spirit of togetherness and unity. This shows that small fragment unites together and are enough to make changes in society. Which indicates how effectively the struggle can bring up the positive reforms of the working class in the society. It inspires and turns on a heat to fight against the injustice.

Review on the movie - Dangal
 20 April 2018

'Dangal' in hindi, but you can call 'Wrestling' in English. We all are wrestlers in real life, coz we fight with our fears, failures, we fight for our dreams, success, we fight for our love, our near ones, dear ones & much more. Wrestling is not so easy, one has to put in hard efforts, one has to give away sleep & work dedicately towards the goal. The journey is painful & their is always learning in each small step that you take towards your goal. It really needs a big heart to give away entire time & life for shaping the career & moulding it into the finest piece. No other can do that for you except our parents. We at times do question them, we doubt them , we blame them, but the fact is , whatever little they had, they spend that little on us. In todays scenario a child often forgets the pain that parents took to upbring them. No other can trust you as much as our parents does & no other can motivate us except our parents. Even if the entire world is against us, we have parents who stand firm with us. We should always be kind, grateful, thankful & shld show our respect by showering our love & care towards them. The other fact of the society is male dominating, inspite of being educated. We give more encouragement to son in sports or any other field & less to girls. The state fund raised for girls in sports shld be easily approved & available but this corrupted ppl eat funds & fill their own pockets. Girls need to fight with the society & ppl around to prove that they are not less then boys & thoughts towards them are wrong & has no base. Girls are not only born to get marry & do household cores. Parents must take initiative to make their daughter realise of their own worth, potential & value. I salute to the parents who encourages their daughters into sports, singing, dancing or any other field. I feel proud to see parents fighting for the daughters for their rights & equality. The movie emphasis on the thoughts of the society towards girls whether its sports, whether giving birth to girl child etc etc. If given opportunity girls can be much better than boys & we can shape their career, passion & their life. The movie is humorous, it has drama, it has fun, aggression & passion for sports & it has undying spirit of hope & a strong message to the society 'Let her Live' & she can do wonders & create history. The movie is awesome & aamir was superb with his role of being father of two proud daughters geeta & babita. Our society needs more such inspiring father to create more such stories. I give 4.5 star to this movie. Do go & watch & be wrestler to cope up with your life...😊

You might heed the news line likeWars with our neighbours at borderContinuous operations by army in India-Pakistan BorderDemise of a soldierEach item is one among the news for us.But,the very fact will threaten the dependents of those who were involved in war. Each soldier is replaceable for their official wok. But,Don’t they know they are irreplaceable for the dependents? We as a human being have a tendency not to see the intangibles. You might not know the support of your parents till they no longer existYou might also don’t aware the financial support given by the current job until you are firedYou might also don’t aware of the learning your current job given, until you use it in one of circumstances which many don’t knowThe list goes on.Similar to that, sacrifices made by the soldiers will not be boastable until it no longer exists.of course there are cons among the soldiers.Just be honest with you and answer it,Are you a pure good person? Just imagine what sort of agony will happen if soldiers went on a strike for the suffering they are undergoingThey don’t have the fundamental rights which you are exercising. They don’t have the luxurious life which you are enjoyingThey don’t eat the tastiest food you are eating during critical timesThey have to fight even though they are wounded to defend youList of sacrifices goes on.If you faced any such situations mentioned below, you might realise that person is GODSomeway you are being late to your home ‘cause of work.you are in the bus on the way to your home.Your stop has arrived. When you stepped out and see the street. No one is there. You can see some group of person who seems to be intoxicated around the street corner.Even Though your hostel seems to closer in day time, you are thinking it is so longer now. After overcoming your fear with courage, you are walking very fast. But,you are feeling your heartbeat is beating at a faster rate than you think, when you saw someone is stalking you.You seems to be murmuring something. When it was focussed little bit,it seems to be a prayer to GOD to save you from this risk.Suddenly you are feeling relaxed by hearing the siren of the police jeep. You felt relaxed.but, yet you are feeling insecure, police also might harass you.You felt more relaxed when the person stalking you moved out of your way by hearing sirens. You need BSF to maintain the integrity of state at Indo-Pak borderYou need police at local to maintain the law and orderYou need the NDRF to rescue you during disasterYou need ITBP to maintain the integrity of state at Indo-China borderYou need navy officers to patrol at sea to avoid the intrusion of enemiesTheir  role to protect us is irreplaceable. You cannot do anything for them for the sacrifice done by them to protect us.All you can do , being pride about having someone to shed the blood to defend you.A warm salute to all the soldiers in their different faces with common goal to defend us.Jai Hind!!!
