Listening - In Gita Verse 2.32 O Pārtha, happy are the kṣatriyas to whom such fighting opportunities come unsought, opening for them the doors of the heavenly planets.Krishna addressed Arjuna as Parth again, to give him little jerk so that he can come back to his subjectivity and he can listen and not hear.Listening is very different from just 'hearing.'You can hear, there is no trouble about it - but you cannot listen. Listening is totally different from hearing. Listening means hearing without mind; listening means hearing without any interference of your thoughts; listening means hearing as if you are totally empty. If you have even a small trembling of thinking inside, waves of subtle thoughts surrounding you, you will not be able to listen, although you will be able to hear. And to listen to the music, the ancient music, the eternal music, one needs to be totally quiet - as if one is not. When you are, you can hear; when you are not, you can listen. If you are listening with all kinds of prejudices, that is a wrong way of listening; it is really a way of not listening. You appear to be listening, but you are only hearing not listening. Right listening means you have put aside your mind. It does not mean that you become gullible, that you start believing whatsoever is said to you. It has nothing to do with belief or disbelief. Right listening means, 'I am not concerned right now whether to believe or not to believe. There is no question of agreement or disagreement at this moment. I am simply trying to listen to whatsoever it is. Later on I can decide what is right and what is wrong. Later on I can decide whether to follow or not to follow.'And the beauty of right listening is this: that truth has a music of its own. If you can listen without prejudice, your heart will say it is true. If it is true, a bell starts ringing in your heart. If it is not true, you remain aloof, unconcerned, indifferent; no bell rings in your heart, no synchronicity happens. That is the quality of truth: that if you listen to it with an open heart, it immediately creates a response in your being - your very center is uplifted. You start growing wings; suddenly the whole sky is open.It is not a question of deciding logically whether what is being said is true or untrue. On the contrary, it is a question of love, not of logic. Truth immediately creates a love in your heart; something is triggered in you in a very mysterious way.But if you listen wrongly - that is, full of your mind, full of your garbage, full of your knowledge - then you will not allow your heart to respond to the truth. You will miss the tremendous possibility, you will miss the synchronicity. Your heart was ready to respond to truth.... It responds only to truth, remember, it never responds to the untrue. With the untrue it remains utterly silent, unresponsive, unaffected, unstirred. With the truth it starts dancing, it starts singing, as if suddenly a sun has risen and the dark night is no more, and the birds are singing and the lotuses are opening, and the whole earth is awakened. When you listen immediately love triggers in you. In the middle of the war field if in Arjuna’s heart truth will arise then immediately love will arise in his heart. Which means with compassion he will be fighting. Unless love is transform into compassion Arjuna cannot fulfill his assignment of the universe, Fight Without Enmity. Not only for Arjuna but it’s opportunity for whole kṣatriyas, as this war will give them opportunity to fight for the ethic and not for any victory.Compassion is the highest form of love. The greatest anguish in life is when you cannot express, when you cannot communicate, when you cannot share. The poorest man is he who has nothing to share, or who has something to share but has lost the capacity, the art, of how to share it – then a man is poor. The sexual man is very poor. The loving man is richer comparatively. The man of compassion is the richest – he is at the top of the world. He has no confinement, no limitation. He simply gives and goes on his way. He does not even wait for you to say a thank-you. With tremendous love he shares his energy. This is what therapeutic.Unless compassion has happened to you, don’t think that you have lived rightly or that you have lived at all.Compassion is the flowering. And when compassion happens to one person, millions are healed. Whosoever comes around him is healed. Compassion is therapeutic.Krishna’s whole effort is to see that Arjuna turns his energy into compassion. So that whoevers body will be killed they will be liberated. In state of compassion whatever happens it is with alignment with Universe. Some point of time death is best healing.

It’s not only the design work but also the substance of the Story as well. Just look at the design, there is a couple and a guy which is going away from the couple. The view is simply amazing. The title of the novel is thoughtful, and completely justifying the story. They complement each other well and also is according to the story, so it’s a perfect combination. The story revolves on love triangle with the lives main protagonist Avinash (Avi), Sahas and Aarti. Avi & Sahas, both belonged to the same village Agumbe. Since their early childhood, they were the best buddies of each other and the depth of their friendship was beyond of any imagination. Since the time Avi saved Sahas’s life from drowning in his childhood, Sahas devoted his unconditional friendship to him and soon with time, their bond became inseparable. Aarti was a girl, full of life, with a caring and sensible heart, mature thoughts and kind nature. Her beauty of heart got reflected in her outer appearance also.Aarti and Sahas are in the same college. With continuous interactions, and close encounters, even a shy personality like Sahas also had fallen head over hills for Aarti, but due to lack of courage, he could not get the chance to express his true feelings in front of Aarti. Aarti considered Sahas as a very good & genuine close friend, but she was unaware completely about the feelings of Sahas for her.Sleep felt like a faraway dream since he meet her…Destiny made Avi too crossed his path with Aarti suddenly in an awkward situation, and soon after the first sight, Avi noticed the actually inner beauty of that Aarti possessed and curiosity stuck him. Not one time, but frequently, and after a point, Avi got the chance to interact with Aarti directly. Though their initial interactions was one sided, but soon, after realizing the talent of Avi, and seeing the mesmerizing art of Avi, and his inner simplicity of heart, she started to admire him. With time, they got very close to each other and love blossomed inside the heart of both of them. Even their love for each other made them to take a step further. It is the destiny which turns out to be so cruel that it brings so much misunderstanding in the life of two childhood friends who fall in love with the same girl. It happens in movies that two boys of different worlds find one girl and fall in love with. Talk about coincidence but it happens with these childhood friends. And of course, this love-triangle drives a wedge between them. The story revolves around their struggles and the way they cope up with grief and situations. The story makes you smile in the first half and leaves you sobbing in the second half, the story is narrated in such a manner that everything you read can be visualized.Life sometimes throws you encounters only to leave you indelible memoriesLanguage is simple and lucid to read and connect with the story and being engaged throughout the story. Characters are also clearly justified to their respective roles and all of the characters mentioned in the book have been portrayed in such a way, that any reader will be able to connect with the characters effortlessly and live the journey with them. It’s a combination of emotions, revenge, friendship, realization, redemption, love, true love, pain, joy, happiness, laughter, family, fate & many other elements infused together. However, the editing errors including spelling and grammatical errors are numerous. I had learned the true meaning of friendship from the book.Recommended to all bibliophiles.Overall 5/5 StarsAbout the AuthorRatna Chandu was born and brought up in Hyderabad and did her engineering in mechanical. Science And Religion - In Gita Verse 3.32 But those who, out of envy, disregard these teachings and do not follow them regularly are to be considered bereft of all knowledge, befooled, and ruined in their endeavors for perfection.Krishna says the people whose action is content-directed. Action is will; something has to be done. Of course, if the will remains ego-oriented, then you will not be religious. You will be a great doer, but not religious. There are people the act, speak with full awareness and then they will find a tremendous change in them. The very fact that their are awareness changes their acts. This kind of people are religious. When Krishna says perfect means religious, whole. Don’t combine religion means religious.People who follow the religion may or may not be religious. Religion is cult and religiousness is quality in us. It has fragrance of love, gratitude, surrender, from our act. It is not about knowledge the scriptures but taking the scripture as scientist took the syllabus as resources if the person who took scripture as resources to grow in consciousness, which cannot be taught but you have to be self-alert and watch yourself - will give you certain experience which you can express only through your actions. The true religion can only be one, just like science. You don't have a Mohammedan physics, a Hindu physics, a Christian physics; that would be nonsense. But that's what the religions have done – they have made the whole earth a madhouse. If science is one, then why should the science of the inner not be one, too?Science explores the objective world and religion explores the subjective world. Their work is the same, just their direction and dimension are different. In a more enlightened age there will be no such thing as religion, there will be only two sciences: objective science and subjective science. Objective science deals with things, subjective science deals with being. The most beautiful thing about science is that it does not pretend to be omniscient.Science does not pretend to be omniscient; it accepts its human limits. It knows how much it knows, and it knows that there is much more to know. And the greatest scientists know of something even deeper. The known, they know the boundaries of; the knowable they will know sooner or later – they are on the way. But only the greatest scientists like Albert Einstein will be aware of the third category, the unknowable, which will never be known. Nothing can be done about it because the ultimate mystery cannot be reduced to knowledge. We are part of existence – how can we know existence ultimate mystery? We have come very late; there was nobody present as an eyewitness. And there is no way for us to separate ourselves completely from existence and become just an observer. We live, we breathe, we exist with existence – we cannot separate ourselves from it. The moment we are separate, we are dead. And without being separate, just a watcher, with no involvement, with no attachment, you cannot know the ultimate mystery; hence it is impossible. There will remain something always unknowable. Yes, it can be felt, but it cannot be known. Perhaps it can be experienced in different ways – not like knowledge. You fall in love – can you say you know love? It seems to be a totally different phenomenon. You feel it. If you try to know it, perhaps it will evaporate in your hands. You cannot reduce it to knowing. You cannot make it an object of knowledge because it is not a mind phenomenon. It is something to do with your heart. Yes, your heartbeats know it, but that is a totally different kind of knowledge: the intellect is incapable of approaching the heartbeats. But there is something more than heart in you – your being, your life source. Just as you know through the mind, which is the most superficial part of your individuality, you know something from your heart – which is deeper than the mind. The mind cannot go into it, it is too deep for it. But behind the heart, still deeper, is your being, your very life source. That life source also has a way of knowing. When mind knows, we call it knowledge. When heart knows, we call it love. And when being knows, we call it meditation.Krishna tells Arjuna be self-aware, connect with your subjectivity, know from your being and act. This is perfect man, whole man.

Many, many years ago, a sage was meditating on a Himalayan peak. Majestic dales and solitary vales sprawled around were all aglow with the divine streak.Though the birds chirped songs, and rain poured down in throngs, he was unmovable, lost in a deep trance. In winters, icy cold storms blew and the snow around and over him was all aglow with its chilling primitiveness. His soul but was safe somewhere in the cosy warmth of transcendental realisation. In autumn, wind-fallen leaves sailed down with slumberous tumble, and ripe fruits fell proudly, adventurously for a juicy, pleasant crumble. He still was somewhere else when the nature opened these marvellous jewels from her treasure trove. In spring, wild flowers fully unfurled their fragrance and smile, and honey-bees engaged in dawn to dusk toil. He but was unmoved and transported into a state where the ecstasies of natural bounties don’t mean anything anymore.Summer’s warm days sprayed desultory, eerie uneasiness around, and cool nights proudly embraced this son with his soul heaven-bound. Still it didn’t matter. He was undisturbed and was silently moving on his meditative path.Once it was a full moon autumn night. A fairy was flying amid milky delight. A perfect calmness pervaded the solitary vales. Everything was asleep, bathed in the softest fluffy shades of white. The fairy flew low over the peaks glowing under the moonlight. The seer was lost in his trance in front of his cave, the beauty of nature sprawled around meaningless to him.She saw him and hovered around the sanctimonious air of his sagehood. A small, harmless mischief rustled in her young, innocent heart. She circled in the air above him. Her laughter touched the milky sea around and created soft ripples. Her unbelievably soft dress rustled in the gentle breeze born of her circles. It but did not have any effect on him. He was engrossed too deep in the cosmic balance beyond the sensory contradictions and dualities. The more she looked, the more was the urge in her to bring him back to the beauty of this world, to fetch him from the deep ocean where his soul had dived. His exquisitely masculine physique and persona created tempted sparks on her magic stick. She tried all juicily leering feminine tricks. But her desire-lorn swirls in the air failed to move him even a bit. Helplessly she descended onto the earth. There were almost tears of helplessness in her beautiful eyes. She sat in front of him with those rose-red lips pursed in a heart-breaking frown. Her marvellous eyes were lost in his handsome, bearded, well sculpted face. It was mesmerizing. There was not a single worldly trace on his face. She herself was caught in a trance and lost the sense of time and the laws of the fairyland. The night sped away as if in a jiffy. The day rose. The sun arrived with full earthly delight. There was terror in her eyes. The hope to return to her realm died. She had broken the law of her land by not returning on the same night after the brief terrestrial sojourn. The realisation crashed against her soft self like a thunderbolt. Her utmost sensuous bare shoulders heaved under the tremors of this unpardonable fault. A cry involuntarily tore through her slender throat. And then it was a still bigger violation. His serenely flowing meditative phrase met this sinful, full-stopping dot. His communion with the divinity was broken. His long-closed eyes opened. The world of his penance lay scattered. His fiercely burning eyes stared at the flower in sobs and sighs. Her large, flooded eyes pleaded for mercy. But the fire in his unforgiving eyes was unrelenting and cursing. The fabric of his serenity was torn. The sage thundered, “You proud, vain woman of egoistic beauty, become an ugly bush of thorns!”Mowed down by the spell of his cursing energy, an ugly bush stood in place of that angelic beauty. All shaken and ravaged, he left the place. A thorny branch, meanwhile, got entangled in his loin cloth, as if for meek, pleading forgiveness and brace. He but scornfully jerked it apart and headed to some other place for a new start.Time then took to its heels on swift horses. The seasons changed. The spring’s colourful patterns were rearranged. The summer’s warm kisses melted the snows. The autumn’s harvest uncomplainingly fell to the air’s chiding blows. The winter’s snowy blanket covered the peaks. And rains lashed down in stormy freaks. This pleasant wavering of nature, however, couldn’t shake the sage from the meditative maze high there in the hills. Faraway down the hills, the accursed bush was shrouded in thorny haze. It struggled to sprout fruits and flowers. Even cursing has a testing time against soft, innocent glow of purity. How can something having a fairy core remain ugly and thorny for too long? Her pure soul entombed in that thorny shrine prayed for penance. And see, a flower of her fruits sprouts forth!A flower blossomed among the thorns. So beautiful! It lit up with life among the thorns and deadly pale dark brown branches. It appeared juxtaposed by a miracle, like it had dropped from the heaven and got stuck there. It was the day when the enlightened sage arrived from the north. Contented with his cosmic realisation, he came down the beautiful dale. As he passed the bush, his purified soul sensed the thorny shrub’s plaintive wail. His feet disobeyed him and he couldn’t move. The lone flower among the thorns fell at his feet in holy-most obeisance and greet. He picked it up and was lost in its fragrance. The thorn was ugly. The flower so beautiful and fragrant! What contradiction! Flowery heaven and thorny hell together! The latter born of his cursing condemnation; the flower born of the beauty behind the thorny bars. It was a jolting earthly realisation. Hadn’t he broken the beautifully set laws?Torrents of repentance cut through him. He bid penance at the altar for a long time. His repenting self set around a reformative shrine. His soul drenched in painful chime. He braced the thorns with the love and affection purest of the pure. It gave him bleeding fingers so many times. He caressed and cared for it like it was the beautiful most flowery shrub. He was practicing his penance now, of love, of surrender, of repentance. What else can be bigger than these? When his soul had been salvaged of the sin, nobody could bet against her for a win. There she blossomed in front of him. Beauty, charm and grace filled to the brim. Her smile was forgetting and forgiving. It was the beacon of her penance, of love, of beauty. Inside the stony walls of his heart, a new luminosity was now thriving. The sage embraced her. She, who had been separated from her loved ones, got the earthling she had fallen for. Happiness, bliss and calm opened a new door to the start of a fresh cycle of life, love and humanity. All but the sage had been extinguished by the cataclysm. The lone and forlorn survivor, he had been striking at the doors of heaven with his endless questions. Now there was no more pursuit. The endless had manifested itself in a small sip of love. Now they lived as a man and a woman. New hopes, aspirations and offspring began to thrive. Thus were sown the seeds of another spell and cycle of life, of creation. Their unchecked love in those flowery vales left countless exotic trails. Gurgling brooks gave company to her primordially sensuous laughter. His instinct’s procreating sprouts mingled with the mirthful waters of her receptiveness.

The story flows like a movie and takes the readers on a journey to Paris, Switzerland and Italy with Taara the every scene is so well written than you can actually get images of them in your mind. Characterization should be have been strong and done better and i don't like the sudden climax. The faced paced and engaging narration. The writer’s words has the capacity to hold the reader till the last page. The storytelling style was different and simply adorable. I loved Taara character through out the book. Characterization should be done better and i don't like the sudden climax. The cover and title is beautifully crafted. We are all taught that the most beautiful part of a fairy-tale is “happily ever after”. But we fail to notice that all fairy tales begin with “Once upon a time”. Once. It all happened. It was all real. Once. No matter who we are, what we do, or where we live, deep inside we all feel incomplete. It’s like we have lost something and need to get it back. Just what that something is, most of us never find out. And of those who do, even fewer manage to go out and look for it. Alone wasn’t just a closed dark room anymore but a whole wide world full of opportunities. I needed to explore and occupy the vastness of the world inside of me, which until now I hadn’t truly understood. Like the houses we build, the sky was also a shelter to few.I'll recommend this book to all the avid reader's.Overall 4/5 StarsGrab the copy here- AMAZON

She was married to a person she never loved. She never had a right to marry the person she loved. Even after all the years of fighting for her unfound love. She got married. Got married to a fake heart. A kind of heart which never came forward, letting the mind do it’s work. A work to undress a soul. With a right on that soul, every night he just used her body as a mode of entertainment. Something known as lust became his only mode of entertainment. Something known as lust became his only mode of living a happy life. Something known as lust became a mode of complete destruction of her life. Every night she felt like her soul is being 'raped'. Every night she saw a person on her bed with those devil horns. Waiting for her to undress herself. Every night she had nothing apart from missing the only person she loved was never made to be with her for a lifetime. All she was left with, was a shattered dream. A shattered love which had went far. So far that it could never be seen. All she could do to stay alive for her child is to keep a curve on her lips and never let that fake happiness disappear. All she could do to stay alive just to see a glimpse of her love was to prove love for her husband who never possessed a heart in him. All she dreamt for was the love which she got from someone who possessed a heart in him just for her. Been years of marriage but still her loyalty never let her fall in love with a person known as ‘her husband' who never possessed a heart. Well people say that sometimes things stolen are never found. Her heart was one of that kind. Which was stolen long back by someone who possessed a heart in him.A right that husband had. To undress her without her wish.A right that husband had. To make a lady, a naked doll. Just for fun.A right that husband had. To call that lady as his, ‘WIFE'. A right that husband had. To make his wife stay in his arms. Naked. For a lifetime.Been years of marriage but still her love for him. The husband. Never existed.Just like a time machine. Which never existed.True love never dies even after ages.Love is just like air. The sun had completed its tour for the day, dark mantle sweeping across the sky, strange darkness in city of heart, light of moon filtering in through the gap of curtain and millions of bright stars, thinking a thought ,you know what! At night you can be anybody and no one care who you are!!You can be a Flower which carry a different fragrance, color and beauty for the world. Can be a Wind ,that exist but can't be seen or heard.somethings need to be felt. Can be Sky ,no matter what storms are passing beyond the clouds. It is always blue. Can be Pet which love unconditionally without expectation. Can be a Butterfly which grow, change and find color in .Can be Bird who wants to fly up at the sky wants to touch the high. Can be a Night sky which is important to appreciate, the light. Can be a tree that full of generosity. Can be a Child who teach us to be happy for no reason, busy with something, carefree and living life fully. But when step out from imagination,we are a person of cruel world which has lost it self in self. We are not living we are just surviving. We don't want to change our life because we are afraid to change. We all are busy in rat race of life. We are comparing our accomplishments, our joys, our challenges, feeling, pain to others .I can be anybody but I don't concern myself with Rat race!Nature is our origin and the place where all our subtle needs for beauty, mystery, and adventure are met. And when we feel empty inside and lifeless outside. Nothing seem colorfull then we notice blooming flowers, purple glow in the western horizon ,rain drops,The snow-capped mountains, blue sky, watered lakes, rainbow ,that makes us fall in love with Our self.
The scientific research have proved psychological, olfactory & evolutionary reasons for our heartbeat for someone....But still it's a great mystery like birth & death.............that's why our heart & brain is not working simultaneously, while science has proven that brain only give instructions to heart how to pump....If the human life works so scientifically....& everything is all about the brain & hormones... then why the health condition is affected by the up & down of emotions...and being in pleasure make our heart happy while the broken heart make us sad. Science never indicates the brain or the heart is responsible for love & all those similar emotion. But still when people gets hurt or mentally depressed, itcreate distress to the person experiencing these symptoms which affects the brain resultingmental or psychiatric disorders. These disorders can stop the functioning of brain...Beside all these stuff, being an involuntary muscles, heart beats for a comma patient also. So, where's the mystery lies?...Here comes the question asking about "when the brain fails, then why heart is challenging the concept of life?"When we talk about the life, there are so many phases...After passing from all levels at a certain point we meet a special person or soul mate, the one with whom we try to find out the ultimate destination......the final stop of our life......the infinity of the universe..... where we want to stay, where we want to stop for ever...As we started with the scientific concepts and facts & all those thing are so predictable then why one soul is so incomplete without another soul..... Why our heart identify him/her with the sound of its beats... Why one soul can feel for another soul unconditionally?.....In fact let's take an example, we can say that when a human feels for someone from heart then the brain start to expect....& day by day the expectations also increases ....But at the end of the day, ultimately the human brain involves itself into the service for society, customs, tradition, rules & regulation where at the same time, the heart is asking for a little more attention & care.....but to fulfil the requirement of brain, the beats of the heart is being neglected completely......A suitable quotation which may make us better understand of the condition:“People who seek psychotherapy for psychological, behavioural or relationship problems tend to experience a wide range of bodily complaints...The body can express emotional issues a person may have difficulty processing consciously...I believe that the vast majority of people don't recognize what their bodies are really telling them. The way I see it, our emotions are music and our bodies are instruments that play the discordant tunes. But if we don't know how to read music, we just think the instrument is defective.” ―Charlette MikulkaWrapping it to the end, let me clear you that even the war between love, heart, feelings ...emotions, hormones and the brain...would never come to an end.......The funny thing is even after writing this article, the controversy is still on up to the infinity......Then here what is the infinity???????...the brain?...heart...or....the controversy?................
Attachment, Lust And Anger - In Gita Verse 2.62 While contemplating the objects of the senses, a person develops attachment for them, and from such attachment lust develops, and from lust anger arises.Krishna is giving a hint how we grow in our unconsciousness. Step by step. When we are in objective world we become unconscious, we move towards attachments, from there to lust and from lust we totally become blind towards ourselves and get angry. In my several blogs I had written regarding attachments. Today in this blog we will understand our lust and how to transcend or come back to our awareness. When lust is transformed and you enter into the city of love, you enter unattached. Remember, that is their definition of love. If love has attachment in it, it is lust, If love has no attachment in it, only then is it not lust. When you are in lust you are not really thinking of the other, thinking of your beloved or lover. You are simply using the other for your own ends. And of course, attachment is bound to be there, because you would like to possess him, and you would like to possess him or her forever. Because tomorrow also you may need, the day after tomorrow also you may need. You need a lover and you want to possess him.LOVE is a gift. You give; you need not be worried about whether tomorrow he will be there to receive or not. Because a lover can give to the trees, to the rocks. A lover can give to the emptiness of the sky. A lover can simply flower and send his fragrance to the winds, even if nobody is there. Just think: Buddha sitting under his Bodhi tree, alone, full of love, overflowing.... Not that somebody is there to receive, but God is always there to receive, in so many forms, in so many ways.Lust is greed, lust is attachment, lust is possessiveness. Love needs no possession, love knows no attachment, because love is not greed. Love is a gift. It is a sharing. You have found something; your heart is full, your fruits are ripe. You hanker that somebody should come and share. It is unconditional; who you share with does not matter. But you are so full of it that you would like to be unburdened - as when clouds are full of vapour it descends as rain. Sometimes it rains in a forest, sometimes it rains on a hill, sometimes it rains in a desert, hence they the clouds rain. The fact where they rain is irrelevant. They are so full they have to descend as rain. A lover is so full he becomes a cloud, full of lovewater; he has to rain. That raining is spontaneous. If you cannot become self-alert in your lust then you will be in anger, which is peak of unconsciousness. From there also we can come back to our consciousness.Anger, jealousy, envy, greed, competitiveness...all our problems are very small, but our ego magnifies them, makes them as big as it can.The ego cannot do otherwise; its anger also has to be great. By its great anger, and great misery, and great greed, and great ambition it becomes great. But you are not the ego, you are only a watcher. Just stand by the side and let all the thousands of horses pass – let us see how long it takes for them to pass. There is no need to be worried. As they come – they are wild – they will go. But we don’t miss even a small donkey; we immediately jump on it! You don’t need thousands of wild horses. Just a small thing, and you are full of anger and fire. You will laugh about it later on, at how stupid you were.If you can watch, without getting involved, as if it is something on the screen of a movie house or of a TV screen...something is passing; watch it. You are not supposed to do anything to prevent it, to repress it, to destroy it, to pull out a sword and kill it, because from where will you get the sword? – from the same source as the anger is coming. It is all imagination. And when anger disappears without any struggle, it leaves behind it a tremendously beautiful and silent and loving state. The same energy that could have become a fight with the anger is left within you. Pure energy is delight – I am quoting William Blake: “Energy is delight” – just energy, without any name, without any adjective.... But you never allow energy to be pure. Either it is anger, or hate, or love, or greed, or desire. It is always involved in something; you never allow it in its purity.Every time anything arises in you, is a great chance to experience pure energy. Just watch, and the donkey will go. It may raise a little dust, but that dust also settles on its own; you don’t have to settle it. You simply wait. Don’t move from waiting and watching, and soon you will find yourself surrounded by a pure energy that has not been used in fighting, in repressing, or in being angry. And energy is certainly delight. Once you know the secret of delight, you will enjoy every emotion; and every emotion arising in you is a great opportunity.Just watch, and bring a shower of delight on your being.Gradually all these emotions will disappear; they will not come back again – they don’t come uninvited. Watchfulness, or alertness, or awareness, or consciousness, are all different names of the same phenomenon: witnessing. That is the key word.Krishna gave every step how we can go into unconsciousness, if you at any stage become watcher and can witness the present moment immediately everything will change into bliss, grace, and you are whole. Krishna is telling all these steps to Arjuna because he wanted Arjuna to know that what he is undergoing right now is very natural and normal . A Caliber person like you only becomes a watcher to the whole war and witness it.
“DeAr ZiNdAgi” Yes !!! what could be more beautiful, precious, lovable & valuable thing in the world other than 'Life' or 'Zindagi'. Dear Friends, we often tend to run so fast in life, that we have no time to stop & when we realize it’s too late to turn back. We hold loads of grudges # sufferings # pain # complains # unspoken words # un expressed love & much more from being child to being adult & that makes us to stay in the nutshell from which we do not want to step out coz of fear to get hurt again, to face people, to tackle same problems & same circumstances again. We keep running away from our-self, & we start living a life that makes us unhappy at times. Life is too short & all we have is only one life so, we should not let our past bad experience haunt & spoil are present. There are many who do not have good relationship with parents, with siblings & of course wife & husband, but each broken things can be fixed if we make efforts & know how to fix them. Being child we were too immature to understand things, situations, parents, siblings, friends, etc, but now that we have grown up we must learn to accept that all people make mistakes knowingly & unknowingly but we should give them a chance & forgive them. The people that make you unhappy let them go away from your life & you need not to regret. The people that make you happy, that motivates you, encourages you, understands you, listens to your heart, loves you should be valued & should never take them for granted.Speak out as and when need, instead of burying your unspoken words & feelings inside your heart. Our heart does not have habit of carrying such a heavy load. Our heart is precious & should be kept peaceful & happy to enjoy every second & minute of our life.Nothing holds us back except I Me & Myself. Learn to live in present & learn to change your present by improving in all little ways that you can that can make you & you life happy & joyful. Mistakes is our best teacher, so keep falling & keep learning but when you get up learn to move forward in life without turning the pages of unhappy past. You are the writer of you own life, so make the most beautiful painting out of it & give the Title “Love you Zindagi”We shld not feel ashamed of talking on our mental stress, depression, & feeling of being alone to our friends, families & dear ones. Dnt simply live life. Learn to live healthy stress free life. If you are happy frm within, you will see more happiness around you to feel & enjoy. If you are mentally stress free & happy it will help u to forget your past, you will live in present, do enjoy the company of yourself, love yourself, appreciate yourself & make your heart free like butterflies. #smblogcontest

Pharm and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, with almost three years of corporate experience.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?A: Writing was always my passion. The form of art which is closest to my heart. I stared writing poetry early 2017. The poets that inspired me and my poetry in Robert Frost and John Keats.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work?A: I feel the difficulty is managing time for writing. Creative writing needs time to develop. As Lisa See, an American writer and novelist says “Read a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river.”Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work?A: Present-day literary is innovative, personal and straight forward and beautiful in its own way. But personally, I love the charm of the classics like ‘DAFFODILS’ by WILLIAM WORDSWORTH or ‘THE ROAD NOT TAKEN’ by ROBERT FROST Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers?A: Yes, I’m a blogger which helps in showcasing my work globally and get feedback and comments from the strangers across the globe are motivating me to keep writing. So yes, social media gives an opportunity to share my work as well as learn from others.Q: Please tell us something about your literary workA: I write poems and prose about love and life usually with ciphers, this is the writing style which I am learning and interested to grow with. I draw inspiration from nature, the books I read, places I visit and people in meet. Proses I usually characterize by the use of full sentences and paragraphs that tend to proceed uninterrupted in a linear fashion until they are complete to give description to develop concrete, complete ideas, aiming to leave the reader with his own interpretation of it. Whereas poetry, on the other hand, I write in nonlinear fashion, using fragments of thoughts, feelings, and images to convey a certain message to the readers aiming to generate feelings which I hold while writing. Like smiling together with the reader or crying with the pain that the poetry holds.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I started my journey initially with articles related to real life events or current events, which grew into short stories and novels. But I truly find myself now as a poet. I enjoy getting lost in time when I’m writing, liking living in a completely different universe. My poems are published in WordPress and StoryMirror. Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?A: Literary works serve as a food for thought and encourage imagination and creativity. Exposing oneself to good literary works, is equivalent to providing one with the finest of educational opportunities. On the other hand, the lack of exposure to good literature is equal to depriving oneself from the opportunity to grow. Literature allows you to understand and experience systems of living and other worlds. We get a view of the inside looking out, a personal view and insight into the minds and reasoning of someone else. We can learn, understand, and appreciate it; and that how society can grow. Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A: In 5 years, I see myself to be a more matured writer with my few poetry books published. And to be growing in people’s heart.Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?A: Develop a place where poets can share there works and get feedbacks from fellow like minded poets. This will not only give more opportunity to grow but also to learn from each other, like a writer’s club.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers?A: Follow your heart, take risk, and have courage to take the road least traveled. Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: It is a very good platform for both readers and writers. Writers get a platform to share their work and get recognition for it whereas readers get good content to read and learn. Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: Keep going strong. Wish you all the success as your success is your writers’ success. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/4hkaj7vg/shrestha-mukherjee/poems
Gratitude - In Gita Verse 3.12 In charge of the various necessities of life, the demigods, being satisfied by the performance of yajña [sacrifice], will supply all necessities to you. But he who enjoys such gifts without offering them to the demigods in return is certainly a thief. In this verse Krishna takes us further - he talks regarding Karma from Gratitude. In my blog Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.71, Krishna speaks regarding Give Up Desire. Now he says you live with your Needs and not for your Desire. In my blog Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.12, I have wrote the distinction between Need And Desire. The person who lives their life with the needs are capable of dropping their Ego. Unless you Sacrifice your desire and live the life all your needs can be provided. Dropping your desire is dropping your expectation and living into the present moment. Once you drop your desire suddenly you will find that even for the small need which is provided to you, you will be in gratitude.Let’s understand Gratitude from Junnaid’s life incidence. How to live in gratitude.A Sufi master, Junnaid. He was the master of al-Hillaj Mansoor. He had a habit: after each prayer – and Mohammedans pray five times a day – after each prayer he would say to the sky, “Your compassion is great. How beautifully you take care of us, and we don’t deserve it. I don’t even have words to show my gratefulness, but I hope you will understand the unexpressed gratitude of my heart.”They were on a pilgrimage, and it happened that for three days they passed through villages where orthodox Mohammedans would not allow them even to stay in the villages; there was no question of giving them food or water. For three days without food, without water, without sleep, tired, utterly frustrated… The disciples could not believe that this man Junnaid, their master, still goes on saying the same things. Before, it was okay – but still he goes on saying, “You are great, you are compassionate, and I don’t have words to express my gratitude.”On the third evening when he had finished his prayer, his disciples said, “Now it is time for an explanation. For three days we have been hungry, we have not had water, we are thirsty; we have not slept, we have been insulted continually, no place has been given to us, no shelter. At least today you should not say, ‘You are great, you are compassionate.’ For what are you showing your gratitude?”Junnaid laughed. He said, “My trust in existence is unconditional. It is not that I am grateful because existence provides this and that and that. I am – that’s enough. Existence accepts me – that’s enough. And I don’t deserve to be; I have not earned it. Moreover, these three days have been of tremendous beauty because I had an opportunity to watch whether anger would arise in me, and it didn’t arise; whether I would start to feel that God had forsaken me, and the idea did not arise. There has been no difference in my attitude towards existence. My gratitude has not changed, and it has filled me with more gratitude than ever. It was a fire test, and I have come out of it unburned. What more do you want? I will trust existence in my life and I will trust existence in my death. It is my love affair.Recollect from your own life, when you do anything from Enthusiasm, at that time you will not find any kind of negative emotion in you. Why because when you are Enthusiastic your whole focus is on giving and not on receiving. Just because we were not self-alert we could not realize this. In that moment you will find not only that no negative emotion but you will find your heart is full of love, and you will be thankful to everyone in that moment.Remember such incidence from your life and remind yourself again and again. This reminder will slowly spread in all your actions.Krishna in this verse says to Arjuna that unless you live in gratitude you cannot sacrifice your desire or ego, in that moment not align with Universe or demigods. So he says that they cannot be SATISFY. We are much stuck to the words so we go on doing things with our desire to satisfy the Universe or demigods. In the process we will find only frustration and we find that we are cheating ourselves. Just live Enthusiastically and see how you will be in Gratitude. In that Gratitude you will be Giver and not Receiver. Receivers always has a lot of expectation and desire they are greedy and thief. Don’t follow the words but live Enthusiastically and you will find that you can live this verse in your action.

Knowledge v/s Knowing - In Gita Verse 2.26 If, however, you think that the soul [or the symptoms of life] will always be born and die forever, you still have no reason to lament, O mighty-armed.Krishna simply says that your education has no meaning as you are stuck to knowledge and did not transcend the knowledge into knowing. The more you will be in knowledge, the more you will be miserable.Think about the circumstances in your life, till the time your focus was on the problem you were referring to all the readymade information and creating more trouble and misery for yourself. Watch yourself, was all the readymade information more important than your own thinking? Because, if it's your own thinking then it's fear, fear of acceptance, fear of unknown and fear of failure. Also when it's your own thinking then the whole responsibility is yours. But in the same circumstances if suddenly your focus changes from problems to solutions immediately everything changes. Because for solutions you need your own thinking. What exactly has changed is your focus has changed from knowledge to knowing. With your change of focus from problems to solutions it not only changes knowledge to knowing but also your misery to joy, fulfilment. When we are running everywhere in the world for silence and bliss. From your own experience question yourself if it is required or our self-alertness and direction of focus is everything we need.Wisdom does not come from knowledge, it comes from love. Wisdom has nothing to do with logic but it has everything to do with love. Knowledge depends on logic and knowledge can give you a false notion of being, because knowledge is imitative. You can repeat beautiful saying of Jesus, the beatitude, and if you go on repeating them long enough you will start believing, you will auto-hypnotise yourself through continuous repetition. You will start thinking, as if you know, but you don’t know at all.Jesus is talking from the heart and you are learning and talking from the head — and this difference is vast. The difference is almost unbridgeable, it is so vast. Knowledge is cheap, easily available. One can just go on sitting in a library and go on collecting knowledge. Man has so great a memory that it is said a single man’s memory system can contain all the libraries of the world. No computer has been yet evolved which can really compete with man’s memory system. It is almost unlimited and it can create such a great illusion of being wise.Wisdom is a totally different phenomenon. It comes through love, it grows in the heart, it is a heart flower.Knowledge vs Knowing:Knowledge and knowing – they are as different as heaven and hell, earth and the sky, so the first thing to understand is the difference between knowledge and knowing.Knowledge is never of the present, it is always of the past. The moment you say you know it is already a dead thing, it has already left its marks on the memory, it is like dust clinging to you. You have already moved away from that.Knowing is always immediate, knowing is here and now. You cannot say anything about it, you can only be it. The moment you speak of it, even knowing becomes knowledge; that’s why all those who have known, they say it cannot be said. The moment you speak of it the very nature of it changes; it has become knowledge. It is no more the beautiful alive phenomenon of knowing.Knowing has no past, it has no future, it has only the present. And remember, present is not part of time.Krishna tells Arjuna that right now your knowledge is taking you away from the present moment. Return to the present moment and immediately you will remember your assignment which has nothing to do with your logical thinking and arguments.
"Bollywood is all about dancing around the trees"... probably yes and that's what makes us unique and jhintaak! I guess "around the trees" is a metaphor to show that sweet shyness which tingles your body and that strange happiness you don't know how to express. Most of the songs picturised around trees are the ones where the girl and boy are expressing their love coyly. Starting from 1930s where Ashok Kumar and Devika Rani crooned to “Main Ban Ki Chidiya Ban Me” around the trees to almost the end of 1990s, hindi cinema have taken refuge of nature to depict romance. And why not? Trees, flowers, gardens and nature appear the best when you heart is blooming with love. It is a state of mind which depicts happiness and joy. Even autumn starts looking fresh in hues of brown and grey, when the love blossoms! Remember the tulip garden in Dekha Ek Khwab from Silsila! However, I want to recollect one rare song which fits the bill and still does not qualify to be jhintaak at all! “Dil Dhoondhta Hai” from Mausam! Mausam signifies weather, which changes and never remains constant! The movie aptly titled shows myriad variations of emotions which are created by circumstances and fate. A happy couple separates, a daughter never sees her father and life takes her on the path of a profession where a man is a man, not a father or brother or friend! Fate brings the father and daughter back and relationship tornado takes swirls! And one song which summarises the whole movie is Dil Dhoondhta Hai Phir Wohi Fursat ke Raat Din! Gulzar Saab has penned this song in such articulated way that the same lyrics make up for a happy version and a sad version. While Madan Mohan ji has composed both the versions in typical moods, we must give complete credit to Bhupinder Singh ji for exuding such strong emotions in each version so beautifully! The baritone effortlessly reach your soul in both the versions. While singing happy, he voice smiles and while remembering the happy times heart cries, his voice will pierce you with pain and pathos! More you listen to each version, more you fall in love! Happy Birthday Bhupinder Singh ji!
Introverts. We wear our chaos on the inside so that no one can see them. An introvert has a lot to talk about but he or she does not because they are not able too. It becomes for them to express their heart to someone because they don’t really understand them because they fail to express their heart. They cannot express themselves because of their personality. A person is introvert when they stay alone and love to spend time with themselves instead of someone else and hardly communicate with anyone. Sometimes they cannot express their feelings for someone they really love because they fail to, down the line they try but they cannot. It’s not really their fault. It’s just that they take time to open up or to share something with a second person. They are not hard to understand it just takes time to understand how they really feel. It’s not that they do not try to understand the other person who is trying to talk to them it’s because they are very shy and a bit uncomfortable to talk with someone. An introvert is not really open to any person, they never ask or give attention to anyone but at times if someone is really special to them or means a lot to them then they give attention and try their best to open up to them so that they don’t leave their side ever.An introvert is worried at times because he knows that he does not talk to anyone and if he or she does they might leave because if they are not able to adjust themselves with the introvert, they might just walk away without realizing that they are hurting someone or braking someone’s heart. People leave them because they feel weird because the introvert takes time for everything and it irritates some people and they tend to be frustrated and find reasons to break ties with the introvert. Introverts do not have many friends that’s the reason they feel lonely inspite of having friends because down the line they feel that in the bottom of their heart.I am an extrovert and I am a completely different personality as compared to an introvert person. But I feel if a friend leaves its not really their fault it’s just that they could not be patient enough to give the introvert a chance to express themselves. If you are an introvert and having difficulty to deal with people just give yourself a chance so that you can be a better version of yourself and overcome the fear of being shy. And if you have a friend who is introvert and you are facing difficulties in talking to them just give them some time so that they feel comfortable with you and then they share things with you. It does not take much to do this much good to a friend or to anyone out there. If you are a introvert trust me giving yourself a chance if have no harm and maybe after this you might really overcome your fear of being comfortable to anyone also you would never feel lonely ever, you just need to take a step and things would automatically become magical for you and you would be happy.~By. Saloni Maliwal.
Dewdrop, let me cleansein your briefsweet waters . . .These dark hands of life. The moment person realizes his emptiness, means he has emptied his unconsciousness, become fresh and young like dewdrop. You are the master of your destiny. You can change every act, you can change every habit. You can change what you think has become your second nature and you can create a totally new individuality, fresh and young, with more awareness, with more understanding, with more blissfulness, with a great ecstasy.Only someone who is perfect creates no karma in this life and receives no reward.Who is perfect? The only person who is perfect is one whose consciousness has dispelled all unconsciousness from his being. The perfect man is one whose whole being are absolutely conscious and full of light. There is no darkness in his heart. In the very depths and silences of his heart there is nothing but peace, silence, light, joy. Such a man is perfect and such a man can do anything. Nothing is binding on him. He creates no karma, he creates no chains, he creates no new life. He has come to the very end of the road.A perfect man, an awakened man, is not born again. What happens to his consciousness? It becomes part of the universe, just like a dewdrop slipping from a lotus leaf into the ocean. Either the dewdrop becomes the ocean, or the ocean becomes the dewdrop. You can say it either way. But this is the goal of all religiousness, the dropping of the dewdrop into the ocean.

After all, they are experienced people but if you meet someone & by keeping in touch with each other, you know that this is the person whom you are finding for a long then don't let go this person. Listen, what your heart is trying to say you. This might sound filmy, but this is how you both will share a beautiful relationship with the magic of love.2. Do Adventure TogetherIf your partner lives in another part of the country or in another part of the world, you can't do things together while enjoying each others' company. But never mind, when technology will get used? Yes, there are apps available in the play store like Skype, Google Duo, Rabbit, LokLok, WhatsApp, TouchNote, Between, And all the other apps & gadgets. Do Not Get Away For A Long TimeYes, please keep this in mind as well. If you do this, then your partner may feel getting ignored and no one wants to feel this feeling. You can message them in advance and tell them that you can't talk for a while and give the reason. Simple, your partner will understand it & eventually after a hectic schedule, try to talk with your beloved for 5 to 10 minutes if you can't talk for an hour. This will make feel him or her special.5. Send Greetings & GiftsIt's important to start a day by sending a Good Morning message and end a day with the Good Night Message. Causeless Act - In Gita Verse 3.18 A self-realized man has no purpose to fulfill in the discharge of his prescribed duties, nor has he any reason not to perform such work. Nor has he any need to depend on any other living being. There are two things krishna says to Arjuna, self-realize man, means self-conscious man, he will act as non-doer. He is not looking for any fruits from his act. Another thing he speaks regarding codependency pattern.Look in our life - our life is dependent on others. We are living for others. In the process we have lost connection with ourselves.First thing what Krishna says is with any actions there will be consequences. Means the result, fruits will be there. Unless we drop our desire for the result we will not be able to see what universe has given to us. Look the way in which scientist does their research, they work for their given resources, but they are open for any kind of result. They welcome the result as a new opportunity they are always enthusiastic for their result. They welcomed warmly the end result, in that they don’t bring any kind of their desire. This is the reason why science is growing so fast. But all of us are tethered to some purpose in life, and therefore we are unable to understand Krishna. We live with a goal in life, with a purpose, a motive. Even if we love some one we do so with a purpose; we give our love with a condition, a string attached to it. We always want something in return. Even our love is not purposeless, unconditional, uncontaminated. We never do a thing without motive, just for the love of it. And remember, unless you begin to do something without a cause, without a reason, without a motive, you cannot be religious. The day something in your life happens causelessly, when your action has no motive or condition attached to it, when you do something just for the love and joy of doing it, you will know what religion is, what God is.Either look towards scientist and learn to live the life every circumstances as a resources or understand any religion without getting stuck of follow the words live that way - both are showing same thing how we can live life as non-doer.Other things what Krishna has mention regarding codependency in our relationship.Relationships can be extremely complicated. It doesn’t matter if we are referring to romantic partnerships, friendships, family, or work relationships, it seems that the relationships we have with those closest to us are full of complicated dynamics that can often make even the healthiest of us turn into someone we no longer recognize. And while most of us who are on a personal development quest know that the those people who are the toughest to deal with are our greatest teachers, it doesn’t make the inner workings of our relationships with these people any easier to deal with. The fact of the matter is, the number one indicator as to how “well” we are doing in our emotional evolution process is how well our relationships with others are going. If we realize that every person in our life represents another part of our own self, how well we get along with these people tells us how unconditionally we are loving our own self. The more harmonious our personal relationships are can only indicate how in tune we are with our own self and life in general. And the more rooted in ego we are the more our relationships will be based on codependent tendencies and egoic attachments.Rewire your Dysfunctional beliefs:To recover from codependency, we need to recognise that dysfunctional beliefs exist and we need to replace them with healthier ones. Instead of trying to be “perfect”, we must focus on our natural emotions (which are only appearing in our reality to be embraced and loved like the scared child inside our hearts) we will start to notice a miraculous thing. We are respecting ourselves, naturally. We are accepting and loving ourselves, naturally. We are not beating ourselves up for not living up to an image of how we think we are supposed to be and instead are just completely being ok with who or what we are.We are not scared to have emotions and we trust that they are there to show us something. At the point that we start trusting our own emotions, we begin to form an intimate relationship with our own heart which begins to shift everything. Fear based relationships can no longer exist in this environment.Unless we realize that our relationship is fear based relationship we will not be able to come out of our codependent tendencies.Krishna is saying to Arjuna that if your focus is on your action without any desire for expected result, you will be able to drop your tendency for recognition for your work, acknowledgement of your work, as you did that act because you loved to do that, you recognized your love, out of your sheer joy you acted and in that moment you drop your codependency pattern. Your act is just overflowing with your joy of doing it. No other expectation from that.

❤️The biochemistry of love❤️Falling in love is undeniably one of the best feelings in the world. The majority of people who seek psychotherapy are either looking for love, too afraid of it or recovering from its loss. Psychologist Cher Laurenti Engerer explains what happens in our brains through this fundamental human experience. Romantic love – the kind that makes our heart skip a beat and puts a bounce in our step – may well be one of the most studied but least understood human behaviours. ❤️Psychological studies about love over the last decade have taken on a new dimension. Through the technologies of MRI imaging of the brain of individuals in the depths of romantic love, we have discovered that the very sight of our loved one is enough to send our brain into a biochemical overload. It was discovered that seeing photos of people we are in love with causes our brains to become active in regions associated with pleasure and rich in so-called feel-good neurotransmitters (happy hormones), such as dopamine. We also now know that primitive areas of the brain are primarily involved in romantic love – which means that love is not something we are consciously in control of but rather a process that happens with little involvement of the central brain. Falling in love happens without us thinking about it. This phenomenon is something of great frustration for most people. In fact, clients often come for psychotherapy hoping to be hypnotised or to be taught ways of forgetting or to stop loving, which of course is not something within our human capacity.❤️People also often seek to take a rational approach to love but, based on these findings, we can see that it is scientifically impossible to be rational and in love at the same time since two very independent mechanisms of the brain are responsible for love and reason; biochemicals are the fundamental influencing factor in the process of falling for our person.❤️So what happens when we fall in love? Chemicals associated with pleasure circuits flood our brain, producing a variety of physical and emotional responses – increased heart rate, dilated pupils, flutters in the stomach, loss of appetite, sweaty palms, flushed cheeks, feelings of passion and anxiety. Levels of stress hormones also increase during the initial phase of love, something most people find difficult to understand.❤️ Romantic love is experienced as a crisis in the brain, causing an avalanche of chemical reactions which shake the pediments of our life. With the increase of certain chemicals comes the depletion of others, causing strange and irrational behaviours. Sometimes, people can even become ecstatic, obsessive, irrational and terrified.❤️We are also prone to making rash decisions in these flights of passion. When in love, the neural processes responsible for making critical assessments of other people, including those we are in love with, shut down – which in essence is the basis for the old adage ‘love is blind’.❤️ The love hormone Oxytocin deepens feelings of attachment and makes couples feel closer to one another after having sex. It elicits feelings of joy, passion, safety and serenity. The lustful part of love is caused by testosterone and estrogens; other chemicals known as monoamines are responsible for attraction.❤️Heartbreak is a strong feeling of grief or despair. It can be experienced as a physical pain in the chest and at times can also be chronically debilitating to our lives, sending us into emotional turmoil and distress. This experience is also fundamentally biochemically based. In essence, it can feel like a ‘withdrawal’ from an addiction, during which ‘happy hormones’ leave our body or try to equilibrate and regulate themselves.❤️Heartbreak causes a volcano of chemical reactions which bring strong feelings of sadness and stress. Our brain triggers that we are in trauma, sending us into an autonomic loop of survival instinct. Life suddenly becomes about coping and our brain floods us with alert signals of danger and copious amounts of stress hormones in our blood. When we fall in love, chemicals give the body a goal and when heartbroken, the very same chemicals in the brain go out of whack, causing a chronic chemical imbalance. Heartbreak takes time to heal and has to run its course.❤️If love lasts, the rollercoaster of biochemical reactions and emotions tends to calm within one or two years, a term people commonly refer to as the end of the ‘honeymoon period’. Brain areas associated with pleasure are still activated as loving relationships proceed, but with the decrease of oxytocin, we also experience a decline in passion and craving.❤️Some propose that over time most couples see a change from passionate love to what is typically called compassionate love – a love that is deep but not as euphoric as in the early stages of romance. This is often a critical period for couples. Some assume they are no longer in love, some seek the passion elsewhere and others experience silent disappointment.❤️The good news is that it is actually possible to stay madly in love with someone after decades together. Research using MRI scans has shown that the same intensity of chemical reactions was observed in couples who had been together for over 20 years, as in those in the early stages of love. So, why do some couples have this and others not? Is it possible to rekindle the flame we experienced in the early days of our relationship after being bogged down by life, children, sickness and work pressures? The study suggested that the excitement of romance can remain while the apprehension is lost.❤️By Rajabala Tripathy
Wisdom V/S Mind - In Gita Verse 3.1 Arjuna said: O Janārdana, O Keśava, why do You want to engage me in this ghastly warfare, if You think that intelligence is better than fruitive work? When Arjuna uses the word as intelligence he means wisdom, own experience, not the knowledge of scriptures. Also he asked this question from mind and from knowledge. But with doubt. As he already has experience of his wisdom but right now not sure whether to act from that wisdom in this war. He has created a smoke screen for his own experience of wisdom. For him right now subjectivity and objectivity are two different things. But in reality they are not. Life and death are not two different things same way objective world and subjective world is not two different things. They are same. Arjuna in his unconsciousness thinks that war is not productive and pleasurable work, but it’s for the ego. Why I should use my wisdom for war instead of some joyful, creative and pleasurable work. Right now in his unconsciousness he thinks that war not align with universe and not according to the wisdom. I need to use my wisdom for the productive work, creative work, which give me pleasure. In our life most of us have gone through the experience of parents scolding us or giving us punishments. In that moment we don’t feel good, neither our parents feel good about it but parents knows that if this pain will teach my child to become wise in their actions they are ready to take that pain, they don’t hold themselves that how people around them will feel about it. For them the future of the child is more important than what others think or say about it.Universe also has given us soul, life to the body. They will not like us to take any action where we are unconscious regarding present moments demand to act.Same Arjuna was not in the greed, when he had the choice between Narayani sena and Krishna without the weapon he selected Krishna. Right now he is unconsciousness, like when we dream at night we are unconscious but in that also little fragrance of consciousness is there, so we do remember our dreams when we just wake up. Same way Arjuna has his consciousness in his unconsciousness only thing he has doubt that whether I am using my wisdom for war and taking action will bring fruitive result for everyone or not. Exactly like parents. When they have to teach the children certain discipline they look very angry but they are compassionate in their action. That work turn out to be creative, productive and when the child learns through their realization the discipline it is pleasurable also. It's a big challenge and courage is needed to take such steps. As the person is putting whole is life learning and wisdom on the stack.Courage is not the absence of fear. It is, rather, the total presence of fear, with the courage to face it.The word courage is very interesting. It comes from a Latin root cor, which means “heart.” So to be courageous means to live with the heart. And weaklings, only weaklings, live with the head; afraid, they create a security of logic around themselves. Fearful, they close every window and door - with theology, concepts, words, theories — and inside those closed doors and windows, they hide. The way of the heart is the way of courage. It is to live in insecurity; it is to live in love, and trust; it is to move in the unknown. It is leaving the past and allowing the future to be. Courage is to move on dangerous paths. Life is dangerous, and only cowards can avoid the danger — but then, they are already dead. A person who is alive, really alive, vitally alive, will always move into the unknown. There is danger there, but he will take the risk. The heart is always ready to the risk, the heart is a gambler. The head is a businessman. The head always calculates—it is cunning. The heart is non-calculating. This is courage.Right now we all can see that Arjuna’s body is alive but he is dead. Non-alive. Look in our life when we don’t want to move into the unknown, respond to the present moments demand we feel certain death in us.Remember life incidence when you are passing through the road and someone is teasing the girl you will avoid to protect her and try to run away from that place. If you run away from that place without giving help you will feel guilt in you, as if some part of yours, you will find dead, non-sensitive. But somehow if you create courage and help her even if you have to face a very dangerous situation but after that you will find certain life in you, satisfaction and fulfillment in you. If you will find sensitivity in you. You will find grateful towards universe.Arjuna needs to take step against his mind which gives lot of excuses for not to respond in the present moment circumstances but to run away. He needs to have the courage to follow his wisdom and not mind.
I began my digital journey in 2007 and recently completed ten years in the virtual world. Recently I reflected upon the most critical lessons I had learned in ten years of the virtual world. On Branding & Reputation1) Your brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room.2) Brands are built by a pride of association with like-minded people and role models.3) Your story is your brand.4) Your network is who you know and your reputation is who knows you. On Content & Creativity5) What comes straight from the heart touches straight at the heart.6) People believe it when others appreciate you. Your content is taken seriously when it is shared by others7) Content is king, engagement is queen, passion is princess and technology is a prince.8) Content is king, conversion is the prime minister, and we live in a democracy.9) Creativity leads to deeper insights. Insights lead to even deeper creativity. On Personal Growth10) Selfishness is our default setting but we are empowered to change the settings. 11) Nothing succeeds like passion inspired success. Dig out your deep passion. 12) Collaboration happens when you shift to "You, We, Us" mode.13) A great self-image is a starting point for a great journey.14) The destination is a mirage. The journey is the Nirvana. 15) Branding is just the journey. Bonding is the destination.16) Tell yourself the right stories. Beliefs are stories we tell ourselves.17) Find magic partners and spread the magic. There is magic in unconditional love. 18) Learn once and earn forever does not work anymore. Why so scrawny, cat?starving for fat fishor mice . . .Or backyard love? All of us have the innate need to love and be loved. When we are born, we enter the world with a pure expectation of unconditional love.If we look to our relationships to complete us and fulfill our unmet needs for happiness and love, then those relationships often result in disappointment. And, if we believe that those we are in a relationships with are responsible for making us happy and whole, then we create unhealthy expectations that are impossible to meet. This sense of lack can cause us to feel fear whenever other is not satisfying our expectations for attention, affection, and love, which leads to suffering and co-dependency. Such insecurity also causes us to act with jealousy and neediness, or to constantly seek approval. When this behavior becomes compulsive, obsessive, and destructive, it manifests as an addiction. The problem is that we look outside for love and approval, but our relationships reflect back to us what we think and feel about ourselves on the inside. When we are attracted to a person, what we are actually drawn to are the traits we feel we lack and the characteristics we want more of.In order to fulfill our unmet needs for worthiness and love, we must learn to love ourselves fully. What we really seek is to reconnect with that unconditional love lying deep within the heart of our beings. To find true love, we must look inward and reclaim our own self-love.
