How To Make Pillow Boxes Easily With A Tight Budget
 12 November 2019

Among a vast range of encasements available in the market for packing, the pillow boxes have distinguished themselves among the lot. As the name indicates, these containers are in the form and display of a pillow. They are straightforward to be assembled and can be manufactured in any required size without disturbing the signature shape of the case. They can be used for multiple different purposes with the same advantage. They can be used for the presentation of official documents, packing of the retail items, and for the giving of gifts. Certain modifications can also be implemented on them to make them look beautiful and pleasing for the observers.Select the most appropriate material:If the aim is to formulate the pillow-shaped encasements, but the budget is tight, then the cost of the whole process can be reduced by using cheap forming material. If the constituting substance is expensive in price, then it is certainly not possible for the manufacturer to control or contain the charges. Hence, the material that is chosen for the formation of the coverings must be selected from with thorough consideration. Although this substance must be lesser in price, its quality cannot be compromised; otherwise, the products inside will not be safe. Hence, cardboard might be utilized in this regard to achieve all the goals.First of all, it is reliable and durable and does not allow the external environment to disturb the physical and chemical composition and integration of the products. But the best thing is that all these characteristics can be obtained at an extremely affordable price. Other than that, the Kraft pillow boxes can also be manufactured with the help of the Kraft that is popularly known for its user-friendly and bio-friendly features. These types of encasements are the most prior choice for the packing of the edibles because of the protective nature of the material. Similarly, the paper board can also be utilized to make the containers light in weight. All these materials are equally beneficial from the financial point of view. Once the appropriate equipment is chosen and obtained, the manufacturers can begin the practical formation of the encasements.Determine the size:After the finalization of the material, the required quantity of the coverings is determined. This estimation is made by keeping in mind the dimensions of the items that are going to be placed inside them. This step is also crucial from the aspect of intact packaging. If the sizes of the coverings are too large or too small as compared to the structure of the items, then the later will not be stable and will be at constant risk of damage or loss.Trim it:The materials utilized for the formation of the pillow boxes are cardboard, paper board, Kraft, or other substances like these. All of them differ in their natural properties to a great deal, but there is one thing that they have in common, they are readily acceptable to any form of modification. They can easily be cut down or trimmed, even in the homes, with the help of a sharp knife, scissors, paper cutter or other cutting instruments. This process must be carried out in such a manner that two identical parts of the plain sheet are obtained. Their upper and lower ends are into the curved shape so that they can easily be moulded into the form of a pillow.Score and fold the lines:The pillow-shaped encasements are basically formulated by folded to upper and lower ends systematically. But this process of folding must be done with extensive care; otherwise, the end result will not be a stable one. It is done by measuring all the ends appropriately with the help of a measuring scale. After that, these ends are scored by using pointed apparatus so that the process of folding becomes easy and convenient.Fold from the middle:As the forming material is transformed in the form of a replicating structure, this structure is folded from the centre to give the shape of a proper encasement.Fix the open end:After folding the sheet from the middle, one end is closed while the other one is open. This spacious end cannot be left as it is, and that is why it is fixed by using glue or other sticky substances like this.Shape the box:Once the vertical ends of the container are joined, now there is an upper and a lower end. Usually, the lower part is sealed permanently, while the upper one is left open so that the required items can be placed inside them as and when needed. This open side is sometimes transformed into a frictional lock or auto-lock to make them even more beneficial to be utilized.Use decorative paper:These sorts of coverings are mostly made up of either cardboard or Kraft. Both these substances are naturally brown in colour and, thus, dull in their appearance. They are required to be covered with the help of decorative papers. These might be in the form of gift papers or other types of exciting stuff. They can also be printed at home using watercolours and markers to formulate the custom printed boxes.Add die-cut feature:A window can be added to the encasements by cutting a portion of the case and covering it by using a transparent or clear sheet. These pillow boxes with windows are most commonly utilized for the packing and presentation of gifts. But they are also put to use by the retailers to raise the worth of the apparel, jewels, cosmetics, etc.Give a final touch:The final touch to the cases must be given by keeping in consideration the type of the product and the purpose of the packing. For example, in the case of the presentation as gifts, various kinds of ribbons can be tied to them to make them look appropriate for the task. Similarly, in the case of the packing of the retail stuff, they are printed with the name of the brand, details of the products, etc. In this way, the most appropriate coverings can be prepared in a comfortable and cost-efficient manner.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.60
 25 August 2019

Total Aliveness - In Gita Verse 2.60 The senses are so strong and impetuous, O Arjuna, that they forcibly carry away the mind even of a man of discrimination who is endeavoring to control them.Krishna talks that how we are living in objective world is simply using our impulsive mind which is not allowing you to use your own intelligence, you will be anxious and hyper, you will lose your discrimination to be self-alert. Unless you are self-alert your action cannot be in alignment with the divine.Your truth can be alive only if it comes through alertness, not through precepts and principles. Each moment, you have to be alert in order to be true. Truth is not a principle; it is something born out of your alertness. Non-violence is not a principle; if you are mindful, you cannot be violent. But, that is difficult. You have to transform yourself. It is easy to live according to principles, rules and regulations. Then you need not worry about being more alert and aware; you can follow the principles. Then you are just like a railway train running on the tracks. Those tracks are your principles. You are not afraid because you cannot miss the path. Really, you don't have any path; you have just iron rails on which your train is running. You will reach the destination, you need not be afraid. You will be asleep and the train will reach it. It is running on dead paths. But, practice says that life is not like that, it is more like a river. It is not running on iron rails. The path has not even been charted before. As the river flows, the path is created. The river will reach the sea, and this is how life should be. Life is like a river. There is no precharted way; there are no maps to be given to you which are to be followed. Just be alive and alert, and then, wherever life leads, you go with full confidence in it. Trust in the life force. Allow it to lead you towards the sea.Just be alert, that is all. While life leads you towards the sea, just be alert so that you don't miss anything. If you are alert, this life will be bliss. The very movement of the river is bliss in itself. Passing through the valleys, through the rocks, falling down from the hills, moving into the unknown is itself bliss. The river is not simply going to meet the sea, it is "growing" to be the sea, and this is possible only through rich experience, alert experiences, moving, trusting. This is the human search. Of course, it is dangerous. If rivers could be run through predetermined paths, there would be less danger, fewer errors. But the whole beauty of aliveness would be lost.Krishna tells Arjuna when you are passing through all your circumstances move with total awareness. If you will move in self-awareness you will not become impulsive, anxious, hyper etc. Instead of that your act will be the result of your silence. When you act from your silence means God is acting through your body.Remember, God has no voice except silence. He never says anything. There is nothing to say; there is no verbal communication. But that silence, that utter silence, gives you clarity, gives you light and makes you capable of moving rightly. Not that it gives any directions, not that it gives you any maps, not that it supplies you any guides – nothing of the sort. It simply gives you eyes to see your path. And then you start moving in life with eyes. Ordinarily you are moving blind. A blind man needs guides , a blind man needs voices , a blind man needs maps. A man who has eyes needs nothing.God comes to you as silence. God IS silence. Remember it: only trust silence and nothing else – otherwise you will get trapped by the mind again and again. And to be trapped by the mind is to be in misery. To be free of the misery is to know what bliss is, is to know what benediction is.So, Krishna says to Arjuna become self-aware and move like a river, which has no predetermined path, but trust and self-awareness to merge into the ocean. In your total aliveness, alertness you will be able to fight the war.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.36
 18 June 2019

State Of Awareness - In Gita Verse 1.36 Sin will overcome us if we slay such aggressors. Therefore it is not proper for us to kill the sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra and our friends. What should we gain, O Kṛṣṇa, husband of the goddess of fortune, and how could we be happy by killing our own kinsmen? In this verse Arjuna says that if we kill in a violent way the people from Kaurava side, it means sin will overcome us. This shows that he is stuck in objective world. If you look at it logically it’s appealing. Because logical mind has got no access to subjectivity and universe. If anyone acts from their subjectivity, for him/her there is nothing like sin and virtues. It's just an assignment given to you by universes.Unless a person acts from his awareness he will be free from sin and virtues. This state of awareness is called enlightenment. Because the Enlightened person doesn’t involve his mind in his actions. He just acts from his subjectivity. In the ancient Indian education they were not only gaining knowledge from the Gurukul syllabus but were also being empowered to grow in consciousness. To grow in consciousness needs different type of education. It cannot be taught but you need to learn. Means it will not be through any syllabus but through circumstances. Masters used to create certain circumstances and in that circumstances depending upon one's awareness they grow in consciousness. Depending upon the growth of consciousness they will be qualified for taking up responsibility in the society. Many of the kings didn’t assign their Prince to take charge of the kingdom unless they are certified by enlightened masters, regarding their state of awareness. The real teaching cannot be taught but still it is called a teaching. It cannot be taught but it can be shown, indicated. There is no way to say it directly, but there are millions of ways to indicate it indirectly.Lao Tzu says that the truth cannot be said, and the moment you say it you have already falsified it. The words, the language, the mind, are utterly incapable. It defies reason, it defies the head-oriented personality, it defies the ego. It cannot be manipulated. It is utterly impossible for reason to encounter it.This is the first thing to be understood, and the more deeply you understand it, the more possibilities will be available for the master to indicate towards it. Whatsoever the master is saying is not the truth; it cannot be. Through words only a situation can be created in which truth may be possible. But that too one can never be definite about. It is unpredictable. No cause can be produced for it to happen - it happens when it happens. The only thing that can be done is to become available to it. Your doors should be open. When it knocks at your door, you should be present there. If you are present, available, receptive, it can happen. But remember, through scriptures, through the words of the enlightened ones, you cannot attain it.So the first thing is that it cannot be said. And every master has to create an indirect situation, has to push you towards the unknown. All that he is doing is just pushing you towards that which cannot be said. The second thing, the real teaching defies words but it cannot defy the heart. If there were a language of the heart, it could be said through it. But the heart has no language; or, silence is the only language of the heart. When the heart is silent it says something; when the mind is silent it says nothing. Words are the vehicle of the mind. Not words but silence, is the vehicle of the heart. Silence is a language without words, but one has to learn it. Just as one has to learn the languages of the mind, one has to learn the language of the heart: how to be silent, how to be wordless, how to be without a mind, how to be a no-mind.Arjuna is not only fighting unavoidable war with his own family members but also fighting with his own unconsciousness, with his mind. For him at that moment the unconsciousness was very much appealing. It was appealing because he knew that with this argument he will be able to convince anyone that he is pious and loving. He is different from everyone there. This is the reason why Arjuna selected Krishna as his charioteer because he knew very well that in such a circumstances he could convince anyone that he is right but not  Krishna. He not only selected Krishna as his charioteer but also surrendered himself. Surrender means I am not able to bring my light and dispel my unconsciousness but you are capable of lightening my light. Bringing back my light and with that light I can deliver my assignment of universe. His pain was not only that he had to kill his own family members but also that he was falling into his unconsciousness. Here Arjuna also became alert, but not towards himself but towards objective world, mind. As soon as he moved into the objective world without any alertness towards self he got caught up in sin and virtues - duality. Most of the time what we call self-alertness is not self-alertness but alertness of objective world - like Arjuna. As worrier he fought many wars but never thought about sin and virtues. This war was different from all the past wars which he fought. As this war was with his own family members, teachers, adults etc. From both the side he knew there will be loss of his own people. Most of us have experienced that sometime we get intuition to act in a certain way and if we don’t act then how much pain and repentance we have.Intuition doesn't mean that you get certain information for near future. Intuition simply means that you get inner guidance for your actions.Think of Arjuna with all his awareness when he is going against his intuition. By saying to Krishna that knowing well my assignment I am on the verge of running away. Please help.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.32
 10 October 2019

Science And Religion - In Gita Verse 3.32 But those who, out of envy, disregard these teachings and do not follow them regularly are to be considered bereft of all knowledge, befooled, and ruined in their endeavors for perfection.Krishna says the people whose action is content-directed. Action is will; something has to be done. Of course, if the will remains ego-oriented, then you will not be religious. You will be a great doer, but not religious. There are people the act, speak with full awareness and then they will find a tremendous change in them. The very fact that their are awareness changes their acts. This kind of people are religious. When Krishna says perfect means religious, whole. Don’t combine religion means religious.People who follow the religion may or may not be religious. Religion is cult and religiousness is quality in us. It has fragrance of love, gratitude, surrender, from our act. It is not about knowledge the scriptures but taking the scripture as scientist took the syllabus as resources if the person who took scripture as resources to grow in consciousness, which cannot be taught but you have to be self-alert and watch yourself - will give you certain experience which you can express only through your actions. The true religion can only be one, just like science. You don't have a Mohammedan physics, a Hindu physics, a Christian physics; that would be nonsense. But that's what the religions have done – they have made the whole earth a madhouse. If science is one, then why should the science of the inner not be one, too?Science explores the objective world and religion explores the subjective world. Their work is the same, just their direction and dimension are different. In a more enlightened age there will be no such thing as religion, there will be only two sciences: objective science and subjective science. Objective science deals with things, subjective science deals with being. The most beautiful thing about science is that it does not pretend to be omniscient.Science does not pretend to be omniscient; it accepts its human limits. It knows how much it knows, and it knows that there is much more to know. And the greatest scientists know of something even deeper. The known, they know the boundaries of; the knowable they will know sooner or later – they are on the way.  But only the greatest scientists like Albert Einstein will be aware of the third category, the unknowable, which will never be known. Nothing can be done about it because the ultimate mystery cannot be reduced to knowledge.  We are part of existence – how can we know existence ultimate mystery? We have come very late; there was nobody present as an eyewitness. And there is no way for us to separate ourselves completely from existence and become just an observer. We live, we breathe, we exist with existence – we cannot separate ourselves from it. The moment we are separate, we are dead. And without being separate, just a watcher, with no involvement, with no attachment, you cannot know the ultimate mystery; hence it is impossible. There will remain something always unknowable. Yes, it can be felt, but it cannot be known. Perhaps it can be experienced in different ways – not like knowledge.  You fall in love – can you say you know love? It seems to be a totally different phenomenon. You feel it. If you try to know it, perhaps it will evaporate in your hands. You cannot reduce it to knowing. You cannot make it an object of knowledge because it is not a mind phenomenon. It is something to do with your heart. Yes, your heartbeats know it, but that is a totally different kind of knowledge: the intellect is incapable of approaching the heartbeats. But there is something more than heart in you – your being, your life source. Just as you know through the mind, which is the most superficial part of your individuality, you know something from your heart – which is deeper than the mind. The mind cannot go into it, it is too deep for it. But behind the heart, still deeper, is your being, your very life source. That life source also has a way of knowing. When mind knows, we call it knowledge. When heart knows, we call it love. And when being knows, we call it meditation.Krishna tells Arjuna be self-aware, connect with your subjectivity, know from your being and act. This is perfect man, whole man.

Rat Race of life
 21 August 2018

The sun had completed its tour for the day, dark mantle sweeping across the sky, strange darkness in city of heart, light of moon filtering in through the gap of curtain and millions of bright stars, thinking a thought ,you know what! At night you can be anybody and no one care who you are!!You can be a Flower which carry a different fragrance, color and beauty for the world. Can be a Wind ,that exist but can't be seen or heard.somethings need to be felt. Can be Sky ,no matter what storms are passing beyond the clouds. It is always blue. Can be  Pet which love unconditionally  without expectation. Can be a Butterfly which  grow, change and find color in .Can be Bird who wants to fly up at the sky wants to touch the high. Can be a Night sky which is important  to appreciate, the light. Can be a tree that full of generosity. Can be a Child  who teach us to be happy for no reason, busy with something, carefree and living life fully. But when step out from imagination,we  are a person of cruel world which has lost it self in self. We are not living we are just surviving. We  don't want to change our life because we are afraid to change. We all are busy in rat race of life. We are comparing our accomplishments, our joys, our challenges, feeling, pain to others .I can be anybody but I don't  concern myself with Rat race!Nature is our origin and the place where all our subtle needs for beauty, mystery, and adventure are met. And when  we feel empty inside and lifeless outside. Nothing seem colorfull then we notice blooming flowers, purple glow in the western horizon ,rain drops,The snow-capped mountains, blue sky, watered lakes,  rainbow ,that makes us  fall in love with Our self.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 4.11
 1 November 2019

Meeting With Unknowable - In Gita Verse 4.11 As all surrender unto Me, I reward them accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Pṛthā.Krishna says this words in absolute compassion. When you uses the word surrender means that when we turn in, be with ourselves, we dissolve into him. For him surrender is not an agreement with his thinking he he says that when you we turn in, be with ourselves, he resonance with same frequency where we are. He hold us from where we are. He don’t say that unless you reach to me I will not be available. He says that you go in, turn in, be with yourself, I will be there. I will be there not as I am but as you. I and you are not separate but one only.Let’s understand this through our own experience. When we play with the child we become child, we resonate with child, we are not separate from the child but one with child. In the process child grows.Krishna tells Arjuna be yourself, be playful, and you will be me. I am always waiting. Wherever you are I am there as you are. This is compassion. In my Bhagavad Gita Verse 4.7, I wrote regarding Buddha and Angulimal, Buddha never says to Angulimal, that come and do meditation. He tell him to take his head, and spoke his language, his represented himself as Angulimal wanted him to be. He never shown his superiority to him.In Krishna’s his own life he presented himself to Putana as child, to Kansha as enemy, to Arjuna as friend, philosopher and guide, to Radha as lover, to Rukmani as husband, without any resistance. In our life look when we are with our children we talk with them as their parents and not as spouse or their children, when we are with spouse we relate to them as spouse, so we also represent ourselves as other wants to relate with them. The difference between us and Krishna is only one that is he is total when he is with anyone and we are not. Here Krishna tells Arjuna to turn in, I will be there, as you are and you will be silent in that silent you and I will be vibrating in the same frequency, called AUM. In my Bhagavad Gita Verse 4.3, I have wrote that whole universe is created from AUM.With Aum, Patanjali says, you will feel the first taste of dropping into the universal, turning in. That taste will become your happiness and instability will go. That’s why he says in chanting Aum and witnessing it all, obstacles drop.“Anguish, despair, tremors and irregular breathing are the symptoms of a distracted mind.”These are the symptoms. Anguish: always anxiety-ridden, always split, always an anxious mind, always sad, in despair; subtle tremors in the body energy, because when the body energy is not running in a circle you have subtle tremors, a trembling, fear and irregular breathing. Then your breathing cannot be rhythmic. It cannot be a song; it cannot be a harmony. These are the symptoms of a distracted mind, and against these are the symptoms of a mind who is centered. The chanting of Aum will make you centered. Your breathing will become rhythmic. Your tremors in the body will disappear; you will not be nervous. Sadness will be replaced by a happy feeling, a joy, a subtle blissfulness on your face, for no reason at all. You are simply happy: just being here you are happy; just breathing you are happy. You don’t demand much, and instead of anguish there will be bliss. As if you have met your beloved. You will be blissful only when your have experience of meeting unknown, unknowable, which has no words but silences. These symptoms of a distracted mind can be removed by meditating on one principle. That one principle is pranava-Aum, the universal sound. For Krishna meeting with him means meeting unknown, unknowable and still that experience which has no words but we cannot refuse also. We are surrender to that unknowable.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.61
 26 August 2019

Austerity - In Gita Verse 2.61 One who restrains his senses, keeping them under full control, and fixes his consciousness upon Me, is known as a man of steady intelligence. When Krishna says restrains senses, he means, austerity, “Be simple, don’t cultivate it”...because cultivated simplicity is not simplicity. How can a cultivated simplicity be simple? It is very complex; you have been trying, calculating, cultivating. But Masochists have converted austerity into self-torture. They think that the more you torture the body, the more spiritual you become. Torturing the body is the way to become spiritual: this is the understanding of the masochist.Torturing the body is not a way; torturing is violent. Whether you torture others or yourself, it is violent; and violence can never be religious. What is the difference between torturing someone else’s body and torturing your own body? What is the difference? The body is “the other.” Even your own body is the other. Your body is a little closer and the other’s body is a little farther away, that’s all. Because yours is closer it is more likely to become a victim of your violence; you can torture it. And for thousands of years people have been torturing their bodies with the false notion that it is the way towards the divine. Austerity cannot be practiced. You simply have to look at life and see that the more complicated you become, the less sensitive you become. And the less sensitive you are, the farther away from existence you are. The more sensitive you become, then closer and closer and closer you come. A day comes when you are sensitive to the very roots of your being; suddenly you are no longer there, you are just a sensibility, a sensitivity. You are no longer there, you are just an awareness. Everything is beautiful then, everything is alive; nothing is dead. Everything is conscious; nothing is alive, nothing is dead. Everything is conscious, nothing is unconscious. With your sensitivity, the world changes. At the last moment, when the sensitivity reaches to its total, its ultimate climax, the world disappears; there is the divine. The divine is not to be found, really; sensitivity has to be found. Be sensitive totally that nothing is left behind, no holding back; and suddenly, the divine is there. It has always been there; it is just that you were not sensitive. For Krishna austerity is a simple life, a life of understanding. You need not move into a hut, you need not go naked. You can live simply in life, with understanding. Poverty will not help but understanding will. You can force poverty on yourself, you can become dirty, but that won’t help. Become more sensitive, become more austere. And when Krishna says become, Krishna doesn’t mean practice, Krishna means understand. Try to see that whenever you are simple, things go beautifully. Whenever you are complex, things become problematic; you create more puzzles to be solved and everything becomes entwined, a mess.Live a simple life of needs being fulfilled, with no mad desires. You need food, you need clothing, you need a shelter – finish. You need somebody to love; you need somebody to be loved by. Love, food, shelter – simple. What is the trouble with man? The trouble is that he thinks that for enjoyment certain conditions have to be fulfilled first; this is the trouble. To enjoy life in fact no conditions are to be fulfilled; it is an unconditional invitation. But man thinks that certain conditions have to be fulfilled first; only then can he enjoy life. This is the complex mind. The simple mind feels that one has to enjoy whatsoever is available. Enjoy it! No conditions are to be fulfilled. And the more you enjoy this moment, the more capable you become of enjoying the next. The capacity grows; the greater and greater it becomes, the higher and higher it goes – it is infinite. And when you come to the infinity of enjoyment, that is what God is. God is not a person sitting somewhere and waiting for you. By this time He will have got bored, waiting and waiting for you. He will have committed suicide if He had any sense...waiting for you. God is not a person. He is not a goal, He is a way of enjoying life right here and now. God is the attitude of being blissful for no reason at all. You are miserable for no reason at all; that is the complex mind. An austere man comes to know that happiness is the nature of life. You need not have any causes to be happy. You can simply be happy just because you are alive! Life is happiness, life is bliss; but this is possible only for an austere man. A man who accumulates things always thinks that because of these things he is going to be happy. Palaces, money, gadgets – he thinks that because of these things he is going to be happy. Riches are not the problem; the attitude of the man who tries to find riches is the problem. The attitude is: unless I have all these things, I cannot be happy. This man will always remain unhappy. An austere man comes to know that life is so simple that whatsoever he has, he can be happy. He need not postpone it for anything else. Austerity will mean then: come down to your needs. Desires are mad, needs are natural. Food, shelter, love; bring your whole life energy down just to the level of needs, and you will be happy. And a happy man cannot be other than religious; and an unhappy man cannot be other than irreligious. He may pray, he may go to the temple and the mosque; that doesn’t matter. How can an unhappy man pray? His prayer will have a deep complaint in it, a grudge. It will be a deep grump. Prayer is gratitude, not complaint. Be austere. Live with the necessary and forget about desires. They are fantasies in the mind, ripples in the lake. They only disturb you, they can never lead you to any contentment. Krishna is saying that act for your need with all your sensitivity, don’t restrain your sensitivity, become more sensitive and then act. Even if it is war be sensitive and fight the war. Then even the war will be Divine. If you can do that you become whole, united with God.

“CSR, Skill India, Make in India & Women Empowerment All- In-One”
 13 March 2018

We have been growing up watching our country always standing at the receiving end, almost all the time as a receiver of grants, funds given by the ‘developed countries’. India is always highlighted as a growing and developing country, in various debates and discussions and we must appreciate the efforts of the foreign & other outside investors for investing in our country & to co-operate us in a major way. But, in this entire process, we forget our potentials, acumen, strength, and abilities to stand apart to be equipped enough to make our country a developed country. It pinches a lot when for getting funds, the true and dismal picture of our country gets Instagrammed and much twitting about us in the international forums & many security facts gets leaked in the name of information and database sharing. But now, we can say it confidently that ‘yes’, we can be “Independently Independent Country”. India is much more prepared for the successful implementation of Skill development and Make in India programs. At the other side, the governance rules, regulations, and policies are on the progressive lines, one of them being Corporate Social Responsibility provisions in the Companies Act.It is a matter of fact that the new provisions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Companies Act will increase the level of CSR giving in India and therefore opportunities to improve social indicators. Everything has come up with a perfect timing as a complete package or as a bonanza. While our economy is heading towards manufacturing and services sectors, it’s high-time to look forward and seeing the demand that we can create for more skilled manpower. We have a varied of skill sets that can be explored to cater skill needs of different sectors. There is a wide range of skills that can be picked up, honed & nurtured for meeting the big gaps in the skilling sectors. There are so many sectors and sub-sectors like retail, Instrumentation Automation Surveillance & Communication, IT-ITeS, Media, Healthcare, gems & jewelry, Telecom, Electronics and hardware, BFSI, Beauty and wellness and many more new and upcoming sectors that needs special skilling attention to create a more potential workforce. The big CSR giants are going to play the significant roles in revamping and reorganizing our economy. A concrete PPP mode of implementation is the need of the hour and the CSR contribution towards Skill India and Make in India can yield huge success. At the same time, women based skill development programmes will give it an extra mileage towards achieving women empowerment along with revenue generation and economic enhancement. On this Women’s Day it should be added to the work agenda of the CSR projects and then it will be the best Women’s Day gift to the poor, downtrodden and all the struggling women and above all to the society. Skilling initiatives can ensure the employability among the youths, women and it can produce more skilled manpower to cater the need of various sectors, and it can create more entrepreneurs, sociopreneurs, and more job creations and can face-lift our country’s economy. We can use the metaphor that India will be a “What not skill store” or “A-Z skill Hub” and it will create scope for different countries to expand their business, there will be more trade and commerce with different parts of the globe which will expand our economic horizon. Skilling Initiatives can make maximum utilization of the human resources, proper skill development training can be imparted to physically challenged, people having conflict with law or the jail inmates, unemployed youths, women etc. so that they can be productive for the society and can be independent as well as can contribute towards country’s economic growth. But it’s impossible without the CSR participation. Since “International Women’s Day” is ahead, on this occasion and to make it more meaningful, CSR, Skill India and Make India campaign should take “Women Empowerment” as a mission and all these things should be combined together for a dynamic social change.Skill Development and Startups initiatives can be linked together for a better output as the youths are taking startups as alternatives to the employment. It can facilitate the job creation or employment generation process in our country by attracting the investors, funders. Our existing companies and industries should go ahead with more expansion ideas and facilities so that they can absorb more and more skilled manpower both towards revenue generation and job creation. Similarly, new companies, industries must come up with new ventures to make the “Make in India Campaign” a huge success. Attitude is the next priority and we must come out of the traditional pattern of skill development initiatives and why only some handpicked sectors, we must be very open to accept and create new sectors & new areas of skilling must be explored and taken up. It will help us to go ahead in the race of development, it will be the hub of economy, our money will be circulated and retained within our country and it will move in a spiral process. It will create more scope for economic growth, our people will be employed, our people will be able to earn more, pay more, spend more, there will be true socio-economic development. A day will come when our NGOs will be self-sustainable by creating their own funding, our Investors will be invited to international forums for investment in those countries, in the same manner, we are trying to draw the attention of the external investors. We will be called the citizens of such a powerful, developed and economically empowered country India.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.23
 20 July 2019

Eternity - In Gita Verse 2.23 The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind. Now Krishna in this verse says regarding Subjectivity, Soul, which cannot be affected by anything.Which is - The Eternity of Your Being:To live as an awareness: awareness of all the programs the mind has been conditioned for, awareness of all the impulses, desires, memories, imaginations… all that the mind can do.One has to be not part of it, but separate - seeing it but not being it - watching it. And this is one of the most essential things to remember, that you cannot watch your watchfulness. If you watch your watchfulness, then the watcher is you, not the watched. So you cannot go beyond watchfulness. The point that you cannot transcend is your being. The point that you cannot go beyond is you. You can watch very easily any thought, any emotion, any sentiment. Just one thing you cannot watch - and that is your watchfulness. And if you manage to watch it, that means you have shifted: the first watchfulness has become just a thought; now you are the second watcher. You can go on shifting back, but you cannot get out of watchfulness because it is you: you cannot be otherwise. So, “Just be yourself,” Means, “Just be unprogrammed, unconditioned awareness.” That’s how you had come into the world, and that’s how the enlightened person leaves the world. He lives in the world but remains totally separate. One of the great mystics, Kabir, has a beautiful poem about it. All his poems are just perfect - nothing can be better. One of his poems says, “I will give back the soul that was given to me at the time of my birth as pure, as clean, as it was given to me. I will give it back that way when I die.” He is talking about awareness, that it has remained unpolluted. The whole world was there to pollute it, but he has remained watchful. All that you need is just to be watchful, and nothing will affect you. This unaffectedness will keep your purity, and this purity has certainly the freshness of life, the joy of existence - all the treasures that you have been endowed with. But you become attached to the small things surrounding you and forget the one that you are. It is the greatest discovery in life and the most ecstatic pilgrimage to truth. And you need not be an ascetic, you need not be anti-life; you need not renounce the world and go to the mountains. You can be where you are, you can continue to do what you are doing. Just a new thing has to be evolved: whatever you do, you do with awareness - even the smallest act of the body or the mind - and with each act of awareness you will become aware of the beauty and the treasure and the glory and the eternity of your being. Also same thing can be said by different words so we can understand it.Soul has no beginning and no end, it is eternity:Soul has no beginning and no end. It is eternity, and that is God’s gift. God has given himself in the gift, because soul is God. All that is needed is a certain awakening in your heart so you can see it, feel it, taste it, touch it. The gift has been waiting and waiting for you for thousands of years, but you have been asleep, as everybody has been.Unless you want to wake up, unless an intense longing to wake up arises in you, no possible help can be given from the outside. But if you want to be awakened then all possible help is available. It cannot be imposed on you; your freedom cannot be interfered with. With your cooperation the thing is very simple…But if you are not cooperating then it is the most impossible thing in the world; then nothing can be done.Arjuna has to become an awakening. Arjuna has do nothing but a great effort to wake himself up.Right now Krishna is shaking up Arjuna up, again and again and Arjuna is going back to his sleep.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.28
 25 July 2019

Consolations - In Gita Verse 2.28 All created beings are unmanifest in their beginning, manifest in their interim state, and unmanifest again when annihilated. So what need is there for lamentation?Krishna is again reminding Arjuna, that when you will be able to see the presence of universe the body will disappear and when you will see the body presence the universe will disappear.Like in Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.39, I had explained that in the seed tree is present but by dissecting it you will not find it. By allowing it to grow you will find it. Again the whole tree will disappear in the seed. This is law of nature then why you are interfering in it. Why so much of grief. We are all here just to disappear sooner or later. Life is very precarious, accidental, any moment anybody can go.So don't be worried about what happened, there is no why. All the answers that can be given to your why will be nothing but consolations to somehow rationalise a thing which is mysterious, but which by rationalising we hope to console ourselves. Krishna is not interested in consoling, because it is a dangerous game this consolation. It will keep Arjuna hidden behind buffers. This should make you understand the dreamlike quality of life. Life is made of stuff called dreams. We may be seeing a beautiful dream but it can be broken by any small thing - just a noise and the dream disappears. It may have been a sweet dream and one feels hurt and one wants to close one's eyes and continue dreaming - but now nothing can be done.Rather than finding explanations and consolations, always look at the naked truth. It is sad, it hurts, it is painful: see it, that it is so, but don't try to somehow whitewash it. All explanations and all philosophies are nothing but efforts to whitewash things which are not white, which are very dark and mysterious. When such moments come, they are of tremendous significance because in these moments, awakening is possible. When unavoidable war with relatives, it is such a shock; you can awaken in such a shock; rather than crying and wasting the opportunity. After a few days the shock will be shock no more: time heals everything. After a few years you will forget all about it. By the end of your life it may look as if you had seen it in some movie or read about it in a novel. In time it would have faded and faded so far away that only an echo - catch hold of it right now. This is the moment when it can help you to be alert, awake. Don't miss the opportunity; all consolations are ways of missing opportunities.Never ask "why". Life is without any "why" and death is without any "why". The "why" cannot be answered, need not be answered. Life is not a problem that can be solved, neither is death. Life and death are both parts of the mystery which knows no answer. The question mark is ultimate. So all that can be done in such situations is that one should awaken, because these shocks can become a breakthrough. Thinking stops, the shock is such that the mind goes in a blur. Nothing seems to be meaningful, all seems to be lost. One feels an utter stranger, outsider, uprooted. These are tremendously significant moments; these are the moments when you enter into a new dimension. And death is one of the greatest doors that opens into the divine. When somebody is at war with their own people, who may die, it is almost the death of yourself, as if you had died, a part of you has died.So just see that life is a dream, that everything will disappear sooner or later, dust into dust. Nothing abides here. We cannot make our home here. It is a caravanserai, an overnight stay and in the morning, we go. But there is one thing which is constantly there and permanently there - that is your watching, your witnessing. Everything else disappears, everything else comes and goes, only witnessing remains. So witness this whole thing. Just be a witness, don't become identified. Don't be a identify with Arjuna. Just be a witness, a silent watcher and that watching will help tremendously, that is the only key which opens the doors of mysteries. Not that it solves anything, but it makes you capable to live the mysterious, and to live it totally.Krishna says that just witness the war which was unavoidable, don’t be a prey to grief but deliver your assignment.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.54
 19 August 2019

Imitation - In Gita Verse 2.54 Arjuna said: O Kṛṣṇa, what are the symptoms of one whose consciousness is thus merged in transcendence? How does he speak, and what is his language? How does he sit, and how does he walk?Arjuna’s query is from the mind. He asked regarding the person whose consciousness is thus merged in transcendence. How he will speak, his language, walk and sit. All this is imitations. Nothing to do with your own transformation. He thinks that by asking this question and then knowledge of all the etiquette if I will follow then I will be back in my consciousness. This is an illusion. Nothing can happen on the contrary we fall more.Arjuna wanted to imitate:Imitation is very easy, and the whole culture and society depends on imitation. Everybody is telling you how to behave, and whatsoever they are teaching you is nothing but imitation. Religious people - the so-called religious people, the priests, the theologians - they are also teaching you, "Be like Jesus, be like Buddha, be like Krishna." Nobody ever tells you, "Just be yourself" - nobody. Everybody is against you, it seems. Nobody allows you to be yourself, nobody gives you any freedom. You can be in this world, but you must imitate somebody.People are imitative and imitation is bound to be unintelligent. They want to do exactly the things which others are doing. That destroys their freshness. Do things in your own style; live your life according to your own light. And even if the same situation arises, be alert to find a new response. It is only a question of a little alertness, and once you have started enjoying... and it is really a great joy to respond to old situations always in a new way, because that newness keeps you young, keeps you conscious, keeps you non-mechanical, keeps you alive.Imitation is a substitute for understanding, and a very poor substitute. If understanding is there, there is no question of imitating or of following: you will follow understanding. Keep this very clear: if you follow your understanding, you will be following me. By and by you will see that your path and my path are running parallel. By and by you will see that you are following me if you follow your understanding. If you follow me and forget your understanding sooner or later you will see that I am gone and you are left in darkness. The real way to follow me is not to follow me but to follow your understanding - then even when I am gone you will be following me. It looks paradoxical but Zen is paradoxical. The characteristic of the first sort of religion is imitation. It insists on imitation: imitate Buddha, imitate Christ, imitate Mahavir, but imitate. Imitate somebody. Don't be yourself, be somebody else. And if you are very stubborn you can force yourself to be somebody else. You will never be somebody else. Deep down you cannot be. You will remain yourself, but you can force so much that you almost start looking like somebody else. With imitation let’s understand a few things about illusion. Illusion means to see as it is not. Truth means to see as it is. Whatsoever we see is illusion, because we involve ourselves in our seeing; our experience does not remain objective, it becomes subjective. Whatsoever is out there, it does not reach us as it is. Our mind distorts it, embellishes it, ornaments it, prunes it – making it bigger or smaller and changing it into many, many forms. The biggest change and the deepest illusion is that we associate ourselves with everything, which in fact we are not associated with at all. As soon as we are associated the reality is lost and the dream projection starts appearing true. For example, we call a thing ‘mine’ – ‘my house’… the house which was there when we were not and which will still be there when we will be no more. Something that can be before I am, and will continue after I am not, which does not disappear with my disappearance – how can it be ‘mine’? If I die this moment my house does not collapse or disappear, in fact it will not even know that I have died – then what kind of association can there be between myself and that house? What is the relationship? Tomorrow someone else will live in that same house and call it ‘mine’. Yesterday somebody else was living in it and he was calling it ‘mine’. Who knows how many people have stuck their ‘I’ on that house, and have passed away? But that ‘I’ never sticks onto the house, and that house does not belong to anybody; the house belongs to itself. In this world everything belongs to its own self. If we can understand this properly, we shall be able to shatter the illusions easily.Arjuna when wanted to imitate he forgets - Each man is born with a unique individuality, and each man has a destiny of his own. Imitation is crime, it is criminal. If you try to become a Buddha, you may become an imitation Buddha. You may look like Buddha, you may walk like Buddha, you may talk like Buddha, but you will miss. You will miss all that life was ready to deliver to you. Because Buddha happens only once. It is not in the nature of things to repeat. God is so creative that He never repeats anything. You cannot find another human being in the present, in the past, or in the future, who is going to resemble you exactly. It has never happened. Man is not a mechanism. He is not like Ford cars on an assembly line; you can produce millions alike, exactly alike. Man is a soul, is individual. Imitation is poisonous. Never imitate anybody, otherwise you will be a victim of the first sort of religion, which is not religion at all.

DHARM KI STHAPNA
 4 December 2018
Art

Respected Sirs,SUBJECT :- Cleaning of Society by Confession and Forgiving, Opportunity of Self Punishment or PRAYSCHIT, ReformationDHARM KI STHAPNA, is the hour of need. We are in minus, having numerous problems. How much minus? Unascertainable, endless ? Where to start to overcome these problems, no definite way is visible ? One major problem is of dishonesty. I hereby take liberty to suggest a way to overcome this problem. We may try to build a platform. We may restart our civilization. First, we declare ourselves to be on Zero. At different times, Government had launched Voluntary Disclosure of Income and Wealth Schemes (called VDS, VDIS, VIDS, Amnesty, etc.), first in 1951, second & third in 1965, fourth in 1975 and fifth in 1997. The broad objectives of all the VDSs were to unearth the undisclosed income & wealth, provide opportunity to the past evaders of tax to adopt the path of rectitude & civic responsibility, to mobilize resources and to channelise funds into priority sectors of the economy. Though the financial outcome of the VDSs of 1975 & 1997 might had been good, but, from the present scenario, you can very well visualize that, apart from collection of some earthed money (that too, of individuals own choice), none of the other objectives (in particular, returning to the path of rectitude & civic responsibility) were / have been achieved. Please introduce some more schemes. Scheme – I This time, scheme should be, not to only disclose the undisclosed income & wealth, but, a scheme of confession / declaration of every dishonesty / financial sin, including disclosure of all bad / black money / assets and surrender thereof. Percentage of surrender be fixed. Government will have to assign / designate this work to some department/s, which shall work as fast track courts in every district or even in rural areas, by taking cognizance of confession / declaration, by taking possession of surrendered money / assets, thereby implying compounding of offences, and forgiving / acquitting the declarant. However, such designated courts may have the power not to acquit such declarants, whose cases are linked with our Country’s security and integrity. This scheme be the last opportunity to us to return to the path of rectitude and civic responsibility. From the date of announcement of the scheme, dishonesty be put to strict vigil and immediate & deterrent punishment, which be continued for ever. After the closure of scheme, the non-declarants of bad / black money be searched, that money / assets be seized / disgorged and they be put for time bound trial before the fast track courts. Besides the black money in our Country, it has been reported (as read in newspapers) that the black money of over Rs.25 (some say Rs.70) Lakhs Crores of our Country was stashed in Swiss banks. This staggering amount of black money is a big hole in the national exchequer and the same can be diverted to the Country’s growth. Amazingly, each of 6 Lakhs villages in our Country would get a share of Rs.4 to Rs.10 Crores if the full amount of black money is retrieved, only from Swiss banks. Now is the time for Government to regain the black money, for which, aforesaid proposed scheme may be first used. Scheme – II In criminal cases, guilt may be divided in 5 categories e.g. negligible guilt, minor guilt, middle class guilt, major guilt and very major guilt. Cases may be discontinued / acquitted in the event of negligible guilt. Offences of minor and / or middle class guilt may be decided by consent orders by payments of expenses / costs & monetary penalties to the courts and damages / compensation to the complainants, by the accuseds. Cases of major guilt and very major guilt be decided in a maximum period of 02 years (one year at Lower Court, six months at High Court and six months at Supreme Court). Scheme – III All the civil disputes be first referred to system of jury / arbitration, where jury members / arbitrators, in each dispute, should first work towards an amicable settlement / conciliation and if the parties do not settle amicably, jury members / arbitrators will pronounce Order / Arbitration Award. Thereafter, there may be time bound court proceedings of maximum one year, upto the level of Supreme Court. This had been provided in CPC Amendment Bill of year 2000, which, probably, was put in THANDA BASTA / scrapped. Decree and Execution be clubbed. All, at least by heart, will welcome, these schemes, because they will have the opportunity for GANGA SANAN. Over 3 Crores cases are pending in courts across our Country. Clearing the backlog of cases is one of the biggest challenges. These schemes will substantially reduce the number of cases and will ease the burden of judiciary and all concerned & investigating departments of Government. Only by honesty, all plans of Government will truly reach to goal, including vision of Rural India. When honesty will prevail, there will be action (KARM) and that action will be in right direction & spirit. Government should do it. Victory is where justice reigns. With regards, Sincerely yours

The Jobholics
 15 March 2018

The only obsession to be in a good job, doing jobs and only jobs, getting better jobs in the good companies, the expectation to work in multi-national companies, dream to be in government jobs, to born, brought up and die with jobs are the acts of the jobholics. They can only see, think, imagine of doing jobs only, to work as paid employees only. I don’t have any problem with the jobs; after all, it gives me and us bread and butter. But, sometimes it hurts me when we are so highly obsessed with jobs that if we don’t get jobs we think it better to sit at home and eat away our parent’s money without thinking of alternatives. The parents are also equally responsible for making their children jobholics. So, the young generation can’t think or imagine a world without or beyond jobs. In absence of a job or with no-jobs they prefer to remain jobless and unemployed, but can’t go for alternative career options. We are born and brought up with such ideas, persuasions and when a child is born the parents start planning, “my son is going to be an engineer only, my daughter is going to be a doctor” and they spoon-feed their children to be doctors and Engineers only when there are a lot of options available, and what about their passions, their interests. I have seen many teenagers suffering from such problems. Some of my juniors have shared their unhappiness with me saying that “I wanted to be a banker, a singer, a painter, but our parents forced us to study Engineering which I don’t like at all”. In the later stage, they have left that Engineering jobs to start banking careers or they have joined the careers of their choices. I feel that parents should guide their children, encourage them to study hard, but they shouldn't impose on them what they supposed to be, it’s purely a personal decision. And the children should enjoy full freedom choosing the career of their preferences; allow them to grow with their dreams, passions, allow them to be a singer, a dancer, a painter, an actor, a teacher, an agropreneur and a journalist. If the children follow their passions and nurtured with their talents, skills, and passions they will grow and fly high and would be successful in life. It will make them happy from within and that is the true meaning of life. Then they will be able to contribute their best to the societySimilarly, job should not be the only option left to the children, the parents should encourage their children to be business tycoons, entrepreneurs, industrialists, not only to be the jobholders but also be the job creators and why 10am to 6 pm job only where no holidays, extra hours of work, non-cooperative colleagues, foul play by co-workers, diplomatic boss and handling all these we develop anxiety and stress which leads to fatal diseases among the youths these days. Long hours of sitting in front of the computers and working like machines make them diseased & unhealthy. Can’t we think of job creations, giving jobs to others? After all, we find that most of the successful people are among the top business tycoons like Tata, Birla, Ambani, and Adani who are big entrepreneurs. If they were thinking of doing jobs only they would not have created the most demanding huge jobs markets for the youths in India and abroad. We should come out of that stereotypes and not only to get jobs but also creating jobs for others should be our motto. In our country people have a typical mindset pertaining to jobs, they only know to give respect to people with high-level jobs and even if a businessman is earning much more than that person he doesn’t get the same respect from the people. Similarly, people with highly established jobs want their children to follow the same pattern even if their wards are not good at studies, if their children don’t get expected jobs and decide to start business careers they are mocked by their friends and relatives, i.e. “what? Son of Mr.X, going to sell clothes and I have seen this happening in my family also. We never appreciate the business, entrepreneurial activities, and the youths without getting any support from their parents and family members being frustrated, being stressed start doing all the wrong things. It not only leads to unemployment but also poverty. Entrepreneurship must be promoted, the parents must understand its significance, and youths must be oriented to follow it as alternative career options. One entrepreneur can give jobs to many unemployed youths. Like American teens don't get pressurized to follow a trend or a career path, our Indian teens should not be pressurized in any case. In America, they know each one of them is different from each other and they designed to do things differently. So they are free to choose their career paths. They do part-time jobs for running their expenditures and they don’t judge the work you do. But here parents will decide whether their children should go for Medical or Engineering. That is the reason they are called developed countries. Hence, in our country the youths should be encouraged to follow the careers of their choices, there should be no compulsions. Similarly, entrepreneurship must be promoted among the youths to make our country developed, rich, and to ensure adequate employment opportunities are available for the unemployed mass.

The illusion of being immortal

The Illusion of being ImmortalMany people wish to be gifted with immortality and imagine how our life would be living that way, a way to live forever beyond time, beyond our chances to experience again and again, to be with our senses and memory that we value most.but we forget we are meant to be dead.Yes,death is not a curse but is a gift, it is the reason for which we search for enjoyment and peace as we know we have very limited time on earth. It is the truth that breaks the illusion of eternal being, which would be very boring and monotonous.the First thing is what is the reason to be born? I think to feel the living soul, to find the purpose of life and Death provides the certainty of it.We live in our own illusion, the mind is a universe and we make a world in it, give it life but never thought of death, and there comes the eternal presence of Death, that makes a life complete as a renowned poet Allen Ginsberg says "Find share and Lose Lest we die unbloomed".In Life there should be something for which you can never be satisfied and may be thats the reason we are made that way,we never become satisfied whatever we get,We always strive for more and more.May be today Lifespan seems too less, as there are many things to do. I appreciate people's view, the world has become too hard to live, people are tired of  fighting, and at some point when people lose ability to fight as the same they loose the ability to enjoy physically the way they did in their youth, even you stay youthful forever your mind will be old because it has seen so much of this world, corruption ,injustice, violence and all negative things. But we can't fix the world now, it is in its own way to be destroyed. But whatever the reason is, immortality is much to ask from Life.it will lead you nowhere, you will feel you are stuck in a time loop, neither you die nor live.Because living is not about how long you live, it's about how much you live in the subjective reality, the time you live with mindfulness, perceiving the beauty of your surroundings, every sound you here, every small things you see, everything you feel, because it's our vision what gives us the highest sense of perception either through ingenuity or with curious childlike ignorant mind .may be the death is the end of our physical body but the idea of Death gives us life.there are many Great things done in the name of love, for which we feel more alive Even the perception of death doesn't matter. So death is a perspective concept So as the immortality. And Even sometime Death becomes the only solution of Unknown Mysteries because the true nature of Life is Mystery and that is the reason you can't predict it.Death is also part of fantasy cause it's not possible to feel death when you are full of life. Its more connected to pleasure as people feel seeing  cruelty, torture, death.Everything should have a limit.see future is uncertain so it is possible to feel immortality at a point of certain time, then feel what will be the future life?I feel that when I will get utmost peace and love from life I will ask for death because I will always fear the uncertain future and to make the present Happyness for eternity I need to die with it,Death gives us a fixed identify after life otherwise life would be ever changing and at some point we will fear Change.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.24
 30 September 2019

Prescribed Duty - In Gita Verse 3.24 If I did not perform prescribed duties, all these worlds would be put to ruination. I would be the cause of creating unwanted population, and I would thereby destroy the peace of all living beings.Krishna tells Arjuna that I also do my prescribe duty. He says that if I will not act my prescribe duty then everything will be affected.Right now keep aside Krishna, look into our life, even if maid who is helping us for our household work if she will not do her prescribed duty how much everyone in the get affected. Everything will be disturbed. From such a small incidence think that when you are not doing your prescribed duty how much everything around you will be affected. Whenever you come up for any excuses think twice because you have not done your duty so how much everything is affected around you. Take responsibility to do your prescribed duty and be total in your act. Never come up with any excuses for your failure but find out solution possibility to take responsibility of your prescribed duty.Once a man asked Buddha “What is the meaning of life?” Buddha simply exclaimed “Life has no meaning in itself but it is itself an opportunity to make it meaningful.”Once you create opportunity to be meaningful - you will find that instead of excuses you will be joyfully doing your prescribed duty.First let’s understand what Buddha says regarding meaning. So meaning is in the new. And if you want to be constantly meaningful, eternally meaningful, then you have to go on growing and growing and growing. If you are stuck anywhere, meaning immediately disappears. Meaning is not in being stuck, meaning is in flow, meaning is in evolving – so remember it. You can get stuck at love; then again meaning disappears, then again you become stale. Then the river is no more moving. Again you will become dirty, flow is lost. And when the river is flowing it is fresh, when the river is not flowing it becomes stagnant. The same is true about life. If you get stuck at love, again flow is lost. Again you are in a rut. Prayer is needed …and there are higher things than prayer. Prayer is the last that can be defined; prayer is the last that can be talked about – that too, not adequately, but very inadequately. But prayer is the last, the horizon. Not that on the horizon the earth stops; not that on the horizon the sky finishes. The horizon simply shows our limitation: our eyes cannot go beyond it, that’s all. Prayer is the horizon of the libido energy, but it is not the end. There are higher things than prayer, but words don’t exist for those things. When you reach to prayer then you will know that there are higher things than prayer, and growth is eternal.People are almost dead because they are stuck. They go on seeking the same thing again and again. Watch it. One should be in search of the new. The very search renews you, rejuvenates you. If you have some beautiful experience today, don’t ask again for it tomorrow because now it is meaningless – you have known it, it is finished. Ask for something more, seek for something new, grope for the unfamiliar and the unknown. Go beyond it. It was beautiful but don’t try to repeat it, because repetition kills beauty; repetition makes everything boring. And once you become accustomed to boredom you will become dead. Then you will go on revolving. What Krishna tells Arjuna that if you get stuck anywhere you will not be able to create opportunity for life to make meaningful. Words of Krishna and Buddha looks different but they are not. They direct us in the same destination, that is our Prescribe Duty. Once you create meaning, you will use your intelligence and from your subjectivity you will act, it will not be repetition, it will be fresh, new, and flow in your action. You (Arjuna) will be able to do your Prescribe Duty, the way in which I (Krishna) is doing.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.40
 21 June 2019

Be Receptive - In Gita Verse 1.40 When irreligion is prominent in the family, O Kṛṣṇa, the women of the family become polluted, and from the degradation of womanhood, O descendant of Vṛṣṇi, comes unwanted progeny. In this verse Arjuna says that when irreligion is prominent in the family, the women of the family become polluted, and from the degradation of womanhood. By womanhood he means receiptivity. To seek truth one need to be receptive. To be religious means receptivity.Truth cannot be sought - one can simply be receptive, that´s all. One can open the doors and wait. One can say only this much, “If the divine guest comes, you will be received, welcomed. I don´t know who you are, and I don´t know your address and I cannot even send an invitation. But whosoever you are, and whomsoever it concerns, if you come, my doors will be open - you will not find them closed.” This is all that a seeker can do. And it is all that is needed to be done. More than that is not possible and is not needed. So let this posture be your deep attitude. One has to become receptive. The search for truth is not a male search. It is a feminine search - just like feminine energy - receptive. Not like a male - aggressive.Meditativeness is simply a deep receptivity, a readiness, an open door.Right now Arjuna is disappointed as he is not able to come to his consciousness.Don’t get discouraged by unconsciousness and errors. Get up again, have another try. It is like groping in the dark. But the door is there, so if you go on groping enough, you will stumble upon the door. That’s why religion can never become a science - never! It will always remain a groping. At the most it can be an art and that to so subtle that it cannot be taught. So go on groping. One day it happens. How it happens, why it happens, remains a mystery. In fact nobody has ever been able to exactly say how it happens. If somebody can say how it happens, a science can be created. Then you know the technique. Then you can do a certain act, and it happens. It has happened millions of times, but there is no causality in it, so you cannot determine how it happens. It can be caused. Each time it happens it happens uniquely! Each time it happens it happens in such a new way that it has never happened before like that. And it will not happen again like that. Because each individual is so different, so unique, so individual, that the happening is going to be different. Don’t start longing for it. Allow it to happen - don’t desire it. In desire you become active, aggressive. in allowing you simply wait, in deep receptivity. Waiting for the guest, standing by your door.. Nothing can be done! When the guest will come, he will come! You be ready to receive, that’s all.Not desiring creates receptivity. Desiring makes you aggressive. Desire makes you active, non-desire makes you inactive - that’s what Lao Tzu says by wu-wei, action by inaction, doing things by not doing them.Don’t desire - and it happens. Desire - and you have missed. Don’t prefer, and it is there. Seek - and you go infinitely seeking, and you never attain it.Deep receptivity. This is the mechanism of desire: if you desire, your whole energy becomes active, aggressive - it moves, it becomes male. If you don’t desire, the same energy becomes receptivity, it does not move out, it does not go anywhere, it simply waits, awaits deeply, it becomes feminine. Hence the insistence of Lao Tzu on feminine energy. The world is the manifestation of male energy. And enlightenment, the other world, the other shore, is the manifestation of feminine energy. Why Arjuna can see that the feminine energy will be polluted. As he is in the middle of the war where male energy is active and visible. Everyone of them has become aggressive and ready to fight so feminine energy is not visible. Also in my Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.39 blog, I wrote that right now due to unconsciousness Arjuna is able to see only half the truth. Always remember that half truth is fear oriented. In his fear he thinks that this is permanent, not going to change. But in universe only one thing is permanent, that is Change.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 4.1
 22 October 2019

Inner Science - In Gita Verse 4.1 The Personality of Godhead, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, said: I instructed this imperishable science of yoga to the sun-god, Vivasvān, and Vivasvān instructed it to Manu, the father of mankind, and Manu in turn instructed it to Ikṣvāku.Krishna is saying that this is not the first time I am sharing with you Arjuna, the sciences of inner, I have shared this knowledge before also to the sun-god, Vivasvān, and Vivasvān instructed it to Manu, the father of mankind, and Manu in turn instructed it to Ikṣvāku.They also have shared with others by knowing and creating their own experience. They took this knowledge but without practicing on them, without creating their own experience they have not shared with anyone. If you will take this knowledge and fight this war without enmity, it will become your knowing and not knowledge, and you will be able to share your experience of Fighting Without Enmity to future humanity. They will also learn that how we need to take any information and knowledge from others. When Krishna says the science of yoga means that don’t reject any knowledge but never try to share with others without you have experiments with yourself. You are your own laboratory for your inner science. If without experiencing that if you will share with others it will be egoistic. You will like to use that words to others to control others by your knowledge.Never reject your body but use it knowledge to act through your body, then wait and listen to your body guidance, but like scientist never repeat that action again, always find out how you can act innovatively. If you will repeat your action it will be from knowledge and not from your knowing.Try this experiment - when Krishna tells Arjuna to fight without enmity, don’t take it as words, but try to act without anger. Just remember that in your action there is no anger. And you will be surprise that every time when anger comes with your reminder to yourself, - I will act without anger - you will find that all the time your action and respond in that circumstances will be different. This is the message of universe, message of Krishna, Christ, Osho, Buddha. Use your body but respond through your own self-remembering.In my Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.4, I wrote in detail regarding self-remembering.First step to transcend your knowledge to knowing is self-remembering. Wait and look inside if you know that some intangible guidance through your body - means you have directed your senses from second door - from inner - then take any action. This will give you freshness, relaxed experience, silence. This is sign of your action from knowing and not from the knowledge. One of the simplest way is to be total in your action to transcend from knowledge to knowing. The miracle is that when one can go into one’s emotions a hundred percent, all that is wrong starts disappearing. That is the miracle. And all that is right starts growing. A really total person will not be able to be angry. In the beginning when you start you will be more and more angry, but soon the point comes when you are totally angry and see the naked futility of anger, the utter absurdity of anger, the insanity of anger. When you have seen it – not because Buddha has said so or I have said so – it will drop. The seeing is enough. You need not drop it, it drops of its own accord.A total person will be able to love and unable to hate. A total person will be able to be compassionate and will be unable to be angry. That is the end. I am not telling you to be a buddha right now. But one has to begin somewhere. One has to start moving in the direction of being a buddha. You will miss the point if you try to follow the words go in totality. With that you may like to become perfectionist. No - I am not teaching you any kind of perfectionism, I am not giving you any ideals. Totality is certainly not an ideal; it sounds as if it is. It is just a different style of life. Right now you are living a lifestyle which can be called partial – only parts of your being are allowed to surface, only the tip of the iceberg. You are living in fragments, you are living split. This is a kind of schizophrenic life.Misery is bound to be the outcome of it – misery and only misery. Bliss is the consequence of being one, integrated. That’s exactly the meaning of the word yoga: union, integration, oneness.Krishna tells Arjuna to be total and experience all his senses from inside, so that he can act from his knowing and not from his knowledge.

Can we convert the exhaust gas usefully ?
 9 May 2019

How does the environment behave with exhaust gas in vehicles, if their temp is being reduced before exhaust? If the exhaust gas passes through a similar setup to that of the radiator, and then if it gets exhausted, with a lower temperature, the heat will be less and exhaust gas temp should be less and the water vapor effect may differ.probably with some design change, this can be achieved, this link the windmill one somewhat relates to what I am saying https://science.howstuffworks.com/environmental/earth/geophysics/manufacture-water1.htmThis is more of a subject that is related to evaporation and fractional distillation. Where the liquids of different temperature, losses heat or based on the temperature they get settled in the columns. Given that, apart from sea, rivers, the major presence of water is combustion, where it is present as water vapor in the exhaust gas. Unlike the other experiments, where raw materials like hydrogen, oxygen will be used to form the cloud, so the water vapor which is one of the key factors for global warming can be put back into the water cycle. Hence the focus is to capture the water vapor from the readily available exhaust gas. We can imagine the earth as a huge fractional distillation column with varying temperature w.r.t. altitude, so the gases get settled at a different level. If the gases are cooled, their rise in the column gets affected there a good probability that clouds get formed at a lower altitude where absorption of sunlight and greenhouse effect gets reduced, because of both carbon and VPThe idea of separating the carbon and hydrogen can be done with a difference in temperature, given that carbon and water vapor has a difference in temperature. The idea of reducing the temperature of the exhaust gas can provide a probability of condensing or forming clouds at a lower altitude. The need is a better cooling system, with a coolant and air blast before the gas gets exhausted. The air captured can help in cooling the exhaust gas, though the fractional distillation of air is used to produce the industrial nitrogen and oxygen, still Water vapor and carbon dioxide are removed because they solidify at low temperatures, within the mixture of carbon dioxide and water vapor still there is a difference in temperature, that can serve to get separated at different level.Just an experiment, with the usage of coolant in thermodynamics lab, could help to study the behavior of these gases on the environment.Probable exhaust system, modified:Usage of diluted isopropyl alcohol before the gas being let offhttps://blog.gotopac.com/2017/05/15/why-is-70-isopropyl-alcohol-ipa-a-better-disinfectant-than-99-isopropanol-and-what-is-ipa-used-for/Most of the air-conditioning topics need to be used for this setup, ref: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onvokzYlRR0&ab_channel=LinwoodStarlinghttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2265UNflXT4&ab_channel=grayfurnacemanPsychrometry analysis needs to be done, the temperature from the normal exhaust gas and with modified air-cooled exhaust gas/coolant exhaust gas needs to be calculated. Some assumptions need to be considered as in Air-conditioning and refrigerators as well.Few questions to people who are researching :few clarifications, how far https://www.quora.com/How-much-water-is-formed-by-the-combustion-of-1-litre-of-petrol is correct, at least in theory this looks to be correct, and even if we consider the efficiency of the engine, if we assume if 20 or 10 % is what Vapor gets released, still it is an good amount of water given that so many vehicles are running around the city, and consuming a lot of gasoline. As per assumption, Open system is assumed to be a heat sink, which may not be true given that at one point heat can't be dissipated due to the greenhouse gases. Have you come across any paper on the effect of greenhouse gases w.r.t altitude? I mean how these gases react when the altitude is less. Air at higher altitude is dry, less of water vapor, but VP content would have raised because of global warming even in higher altitude, so if the temperature of this VP in the exhaust is reduced, there may be a possibility of reducing global warming effect and probability of changing them to cloud. In the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtMmgcZoTSA, what is the role of alcohol? Is there any other substitute for this especially for a hot exhaust gas? as it is flammable and if we use a diluted solution 70% rubbing alcohol will it help in some way?PV=nRTIf the pressure is reduced after opening the cap of the bottle, volume inc and water vapor changed to the cloud, ideally the same can be achieved as per my assumption by reducing temperature, do you think this is correct?Importance of radiator study in cooling:https://www.researchgate.net/publication/256718727_A_review_on_air_flow_and_coolant_flow_circuit_in_vehicles'_cooling_systemWith a high speed, the motion we need to see how the air flows in the pipes, without creating the coolant pipes. Probably aerodynamics needs to be applied, more related to F1 cars.ref:Cloud formation in a bottle:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXpuo3YHOn0how many liters of water can be produced from petrol:https://www.quora.com/How-much-water-is-formed-by-the-combustion-of-1-litre-of-petrolCan water be produced by combustion, pros, and cons:https://chemistry.stackexchange.com/questions/55664/why-dont-we-produce-water-from-combustionFractional distillation of air:http://www.dynamicscience.com.au/tester/solutions1/chemistry/gas/fractionaldistilationofair.htmhttp://www.minsocam.org/ammin/AM69/AM69_319.pdf
