Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I was raised in Patna for the first eight years of my life, after which my family moved to Kolkata. I completed my schooling from Garden High School, Kolkata, and later studied English Literature at Lady Brabourne College under Calcutta University. Finally, I received a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC). Most of my childhood memories consist of my grandfather reading me stories, which sowed the first seeds of my obsession with storytelling and all things literary. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? Everything that happened in my life served as inspiration at one point or another, as well as the stories of other people whom I met or read about. I have also always been inspired by movies and TV shows, and routinely get obsessed with characters, whom I then proceed to write about and reinterpret in my own stories and poems.I guess my interest in literature was first born partly because of my grandfather, who would read stories to me every afternoon before we took a nap. That made me curious about storytelling, because I wanted to learn more about the characters and the world, even after the story was over. It was a mixed blessing, really, because I spent most of my student life hiding novels under my textbooks and almost flunking several exams as a consequence. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? Anything worth doing is hard to do, you know? The more you care about what you're doing, the more difficult it is, because you worry about the smallest mistakes and want the final product to be perfect. You also worry about what other people will think, whether or not reviewers and readers would like it, whether something might be misinterpreted, etc. But that's a good thing, really, because it wouldn't matter so much if you didn't love the work. The fact that it's difficult only proves that you're constantly trying to get better. When it stops being a challenge, that's when you need to start worrying. What is your view about the present day literary work? I think we're living in one of the best times in the history of humanity, in terms of literature, or artistic work of any kind. The variety and scope of opportunities that modern writers have is absolutely unprecedented. Earlier, in order to find an audience, you had to find a publisher who'd agree to invest in you, you had to then write in a way that would appeal to the largest section of people possible, to ensure that your publisher made a profit. Or you had to be insanely rich in order to opt for vanity publication, which was very expensive. Now, in various corners of the Internet, you can find all types of literary work – from fanfiction to poetry, novels to flash fiction, there is a place for everything. And all you need to access it is a smartphone and a data plan. And for the most part, you don't really have to worry about being censored or redacted. Writers have never been more free to experiment, try out new things, and have their voice be heard by people around the world.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Absolutely. I think that the Internet is the best invention since the printing press for writers and creatives in general. Please tell us something about your literary work. I write across mediums and genres. So far, I've written two and a half novels, more than fifty poems, numerous articles, four short stories, and two fanfiction stories. Really, it depends on the type of emotion I'm trying to convey at that point. Almost everything I've ever written can be found on my blog. Well, apart from the novels. Those can be found on Amazon and also on Wattpad. What was your first literary work and how was it published? Well, I suppose my first officially published work was my novel, The Classroom Effect. It was published via Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing program around 2015.How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? In the same way that it has contributed in the past, by keeping a record of the times so that future generations can learn from our mistakes, and the present generation can reflect on the realities of the world while at the same time being entertained.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? Writing more stories, spinning better yarns? I don't know, really. As long as I can keep writing things that interest and excite me, I'd be happy! What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? The best way for creative people to build communities, I think, is by freely sharing their works with those who might enjoy them. You can't connect with people if they don't know you exist. And sharing has never been as easy as it is now, with the Internet. So I think poets and writers in general should take advantage of this opportunity, and share as widely and as freely as possible. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? Well, I'm pretty new at this myself, and I do aspire. So I'm still in the process of figuring it all out myself. If there's one thing that I have learned, though, it's that in order to do any creative work, you absolutely HAVE to give yourself the freedom to fail. You have to allow yourself to do your absolute worst work, because that's the only way to learn and get better. There's really no way around being a novice. You can't reach grade 3 without going through grades 1 and 2. If you try for perfection from the very beginning (which is what I did initially) you'll just keep disappointing yourself and never get anything done. The desire for perfection is the birthplace of writer's block. How was your experience of writing on Storymirror? It has been wonderful so far! I've read some fantastic poetry on this site and had a lot of fun sharing my own work with this lovely community!Would you like to say something about Storymirror? I think Storymirror is a fantastic platform for young writers and poets to share their work and find a community of other creative individuals. I have been on many online writing forums and websites, but this is the first time I have come across such a platform based primarily around Indian writing. We have long needed such a platform, and therefore, I think it's an amazing initiative that all budding Indian writers and literature lovers should participate in wholeheartedly! Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/vkzhvfka/nupur-chowdhury/poems

Importance of Words
 26 November 2018

People are very careless about what they say. They never think what would be the impact if something wrong comes out.But we should be aware about the significance of words. It influences us in our actions and thoughts. Before taking any action we use our language to understand it,and make it understandable for others because without it we can never define things and without proper definition,we cant differentiate. It gives people and things their unique identity. The problem is we are not much sensitive using proper words in correct time.its not that we don't know what should be said but we are not sincere about it.As an instance I am sharing a real observation. Some people say I am using my own logic which at some point baseless to some people. But Logic is not a thing that I possess.I can't say that I have Logic ,it exists because of its own, from the time of big bang and it has some criterias to maintain like justice or Equalily and finding the universal truth. If my words don't maintain those criterias then its just my perspective,I can say anything as I have right to speak ,but that should not be called Logic. So there are differences between Perspective and Logic.People know it yet they don't think before they say.Use of proper words also helps to get a clear and better picture of any situation because vagueness in language also affact vagueness in thoughts. Its our only oral and written medium of communication so think how much its impact is and what can go wrong.Even you can manipulate reality and prove it through your words if you know philosophy of language, the origin of meaning itself. It has power to change the world itself .Words can heal someone, inspire or instigate someone. It is our language with which we make connections to each other.Remember that once you give your word you can't get it back,so there should not be any mistake when you speak with others.Life should not be about achieving perfection but a journey to perfection because perfection is not attainable but we need to try in our way.

The Harry Potter Series: A Big Inspiration

Well, you all must’ve heard about this novel, Harry Potter (I bet you opened this blog after reading this popular novel’s name in my title, which shows you know about it). Before starting this off, I want to share that I am also a big Potterhead, in other words, a big Harry Potter Fan.Before becoming such a big Harry Potter fan, I hated it a lot. It was because my sister was all into it and she wouldn’t stop stating the name. But, once when my Agatha Christie novel series finished, I started finding for a new series to read. Then I thought about trying to read and analyse the Harry Potter series. I have started it and now, I think why were there only seven years and seven novels (excluding the Hogwarts Library). My night is incomplete without reading at least one chapter or more of Harry Potter. So, yesterday I opened this app Pinterest, and I was searching for the famous and well-known author, J.K. Rowling (of course the author of Harry Potter series). Then, I started seeing so many fan posts appreciating the author and her work. I myself was happy to see that. After some time, I was sitting idle scratching my hair because of all the sweat and heat. Then I started to think about why is this series so famed and celebrated. The prime reason of this series’ popularity is that you can’t resist reading it.From hating it and now becoming a huge fan of it, I know what it is all about. J.K. Rowling’s writing skills and personality is an inspiration to me. I am a lot into writing and I desire to be as good and creative as her. Now if I see anyone not knowing about Harry Potter, even a stranger, I would say ‘Duh! You silly and purposeless creature on Earth! Are you mad? Haven’t you heard Harry Potter?’I love Harry Potter series and find all of it very moggling (a word created by me which means mind-boggling)!Thank you!Agrata❤

Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life. • I have always been the travel kid. So, my education has always been for like three or four years at some place and other three or four years at other places. I spent my nursery education till 4th grade in my village in U.P. after that I started my 5th grade from Kanpur and studied there till 7th grade and then I moved to Ballia and studied there from 8th grade to 10th. then again, I moved here in Odisha and currently doing my (10+2) in Bhubaneswar. This is my second year. Examination have been started, today was my first exam. Hope everything goes well. Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?   *  I don't know exactly what inspired me to start writing. At that time when I was in Kanpur, I was in 7th grade, a kid’s magazine named "KIDZ HERALD" used to get published. In that magazine a column would contain the written works of kids when I saw that column, I too wanted to publish but I didn't have any written poem or anything of that type. So I, at that time developed a feeling to write. I would copy along the lines of poems given in my books and try to write a poem or write whatever I used to watch on the television, though I never published one in any magazine. I just used to write from then on. It was in the previous year that is 2018 when I started writing on your site.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? • Scary thoughts, they sometimes make me question that if the course of writing I am considering is good for me or not. Due to this most my stories are still left incomplete. whenever I start writing anything, I get thoughts like will people love my writing? will they like it? would people hate me? I write worst. I can’t write well and many other negative thoughts like this which sometimes makes me stop writing.Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work?  *  I think the present literary work covers a wide aspects within it because today we can write about politics or religions and put our opinions freely without having to suffer through any punishment. years ago writing was censured by religion branches like church or the king and if books were found against them, they used to punish the writer or sent them to exile. but now we are free to write our opinions in our book. the book " Accidental Prime Minister” is a great example.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? • Yes I do think that emergence of social media has given us writers a new opportunity as  before, we used to write at home and we only  had options to publish our work in Magazines or go to publisher which needed a lot of paperwork. But now it's different, we with the help of free writing  social sites, we can easily just open the app and write whatever we want and also be secured of our literary work to be not stolen by anyone. Also we can get a huge number of readers and their reviews. Q: Please tell us something about your literary work. *  I mostly write poems  in free style cause you know I am very week at following rules. Right now I am also  trying my hands out at Haiku and flash fiction.          Also I am interested in science fiction and was currently writing one, but due to my exams I have taken a total break from literature as a whole.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? •  As I have already told before I first started writing what I saw on Television. Like If I used to watch a movie, I used to write it in paper whatever I saw.  So, my first literary work was, I wrote a T. V.  serial which I daily used to watch, and I never published it cause you know copyrights. If you are Talking about first literary work to get published, the it is one of my poem in your Anthology book. Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?• Literature can have a very powerful impact on people reading it in many ways. It can help fight social issues and bring social Change worldwide not only in future but also in present too. we all know that " A pen is mightier than sword".Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?• I want too see myself in the category of Best seller writers. Hope God listens to my wish and I keep doing my  hard work.Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?•  According to me the ways to build community for poets are:-     1. Keeping it local:-Some of the communities which are tightly knit is not just because they share each other's opinion or respect each other ideas or the forms of writing but also because  they know each other by face. I think it will be better to form local poet group from a region where they meet each  once in a week.   2. This is very important point mostly I have seen communities focuses on a particular prose or a form of writing. In such a big community you can't expect everyone to write in same form or style. There are many forms like flash fiction, Haiku ,Tanka etc....Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? • on the basis of of my writing experience. I have always got the fears like will people read my work? Will people like my work? Or thoughts like I write worst (as I already mentioned above) haunts me and makes me hopeless and search for inspiration here and there. So in this regard I want to say look for inspiration inside you. The best inspiration is the self-inspiration. Don’t let these fears hinder your path of writing and if they ever come and haunt just tell them "I know I write best and of course people will read and love my writings." Shoo away your fears, scold them and get to writing.Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? • Story mirror has been a great platform to support me in this writing job.  Before joining this site I used to write once in week and sometimes weeks ended and I don't used to write don't  get time to write but  then I joined story mirror's 52 weeks  writing challenge, which inspired me to write every weekday and it made me into habit of writing but as of now I am mostly inactive because of my exams, once  they finish I will be back. And I will appreciate and also look for competitions like 30 days writing challenge on this platform which will inspire writers like me to get into the habit of writing daily.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? • All and all I had a great experience of writing here on this platform. I really appreciate the covers you edit and design and all the hard work you do to keep supporting writers like us to write more and more. I will always be great full to the StoryMirror and it's team to build a writer, an improved writer in me. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/57wiybay/priya-singh/stories

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.21
 27 September 2019

Insightful Act - In Gita Verse 3.21 Whatever action a great man performs, common men follow. And whatever standards he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues.Read very carefully what Krishna says, he says a great man means the person who has courage to be with himself. They carry big responsibility, on their shoulder, as 99.99% of the people are imitatore, without any understanding they follow. As right now everyone’s eyes on Arjuna, what action he will take. They will not use their intelligence why and under what circumstances you took decision and then acted on that. They will just follow him blindly.Look after the Buddha and Mahavira without any insight many people become sannyasins. They become a burden to society, they did not want to take responsibility for themselves and their family so to run away from the responsibility they took sanyas. They were escapist. When I am saying they run away from their responsibility, I would like to explain by the following incidence when after enlightenment Buddha met his wife Yashodhara. When Buddha became enlightened, the first thing he said to his disciples was, ‘I would like to go to Yashodhara and talk to her.’ His wife….Ananda was very much disturbed (Anand was disturbed because he is followed Buddha’s word to become sanyasi). He said, ‘What is the point of your going back to the palace and talking to your wife? You have left her. Twelve years have passed.’And Ananda was a little bit disturbed also, because how can a Buddha think about his wife? Buddhas are not expected to think that way. When the others had left, Ananda said to Buddha, ‘This is not good. What will people think?’Buddha said, ‘What will people think? I have to express my gratitude to her, and I have to thank her for all the help she gave me. And I have to give something of that which has happened to me – I owe that much to her. I will have to go.’Read both Ananda and Buddha’s words carefully, Ananda wanted to follow something, decorum, rules, while Buddha through his self-awareness wanted to act. Buddha is not follower. He is not identified with his sanyas. He came back. He went to the palace. He saw his wife. Certainly Yashodhara was mad! This man escaped one night without even saying anything to her.She said to Buddha, ‘Couldn’t you have trusted me? You could have said that you wanted to go, and I would have been the last woman in the world to prevent you. Couldn’t you have trusted me even that much?’ And she was crying. Twelve years of anger! And this man had escaped like a thief in the middle of the night – suddenly, without giving a single hint to her.Buddha apologized and he said, ‘It was out of non-understanding. I was ignorant, I was not aware. But now I am aware and I know – that’s why I have come back. You have helped me tremendously. Forget those old things, now there is no point in thinking about ‘spilt milk’. Look at me! Something great has happened. I have come home. And I felt my first duty was towards you: to come, and to convey, and to share my experience with you.’The anger gone, the rage subsided, Yashodhara looked out through her tears. ‘Yes, this man has changed tremendously.’ This was not the same man she used to know. This was not the same man, not at all; this looked like a great luminosity… She could almost see the aura, a light around him. And he was so peaceful and so silent; he had almost disappeared. His presence was almost absence. And then, in spite of herself, she forgot what she was doing – she fell at his feet and she asked to be initiated.Rabindranath has written a poem about this incident when Buddha comes.Yashodhara asked him one thing. ‘Just tell me one thing,’ she said. ‘Whatever you have attained… I can see you have attained, whatsoever it is. I don’t know what it is – just tell me one thing: was it not possible to attain it here in this house?’ And Buddha could not say no. It was possible to attain it here in this house. Now he knew. Because it has nothing to do with forest or with town, with family or with ashram – it has nothing to do with any place; it has something to do with your innermost core. It is available everywhere. When Kabir, Nanak, Osho reach to their Buddhahood they understood where everything in the society has gone wrong, by taking the sanyas. They created new path through their experience and insight, they asked the people to do mediation, don’t renounce but mediate wherever you are, and without mediation, without your own insight even if you will become sanyasi you will be carrying the world with you wherever you are. With meditation living in the world you will be untouched by world.Krishna tells Arjuna that person of your stature, to whom many people will like to follow but they will be misguided by their unconsciousness. So please be self-aware and remember that it’s not only the war but many other responsibility universe has given to you. There will be many people will follow you, so come out of your self-unconsciousness and act from self-consciousness, in this war by fulfilling your assignment of the universe Fight Without Enmity.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.6
 12 September 2019

Unknown, Unknowable - In Gita Verse 3.6 One who restrains the senses of action but whose mind dwells on sense objects certainly deludes himself and is called a pretender.Krishna said in this verse in very simple language, person of knowledge who is following the scriptures forcing himself to restrain from all the senses. They are masochist. In their mind they always carry the pleasure of senses. They are daydreamer. They are simply imitators, pretender. When without knowing it you think you know. You are a pretender….Once a man came to Buddha, a very cultured, educated man, a pundit. And he asked Buddha a question. Buddha said, 'Please. Right now I cannot answer.' The man said, 'Why can't you answer? Are you busy or something?' He was an important man, well-known all over the country, and, of course, he felt offended that Buddha was so busy that he couldn't give a little time to him.He said, ‘I have walked thousands of miles.' In those days there were no trains, nothing, it was really difficult. It was dangerous to travel. He had walked far; he had come from the deep south.Buddha said, 'No, that is not the question. I have enough time, but right now you will not be able to receive the answer.' The pundit asked, 'What do you mean?' Buddha said, 'There are three types of listeners. The first type is like a pot placed upside-down.You can go on answering, nothing will enter him. He is not available. The second type of listener is like a pot with holes in the bottom. It is not upside-down, it is exactly in the right posture, it is as it should be, but it has holes in the bottom. So it looks like it is being filled but that is only momentary. Sooner or later the water flows out and it is again empty. Only apparently, on the surface, does it look like something is entering — nothing really enters because it cannot hold anything. And then there is a third type of listener who has no holes in the bottom and who is not placed like an upside-down pot but is full of filth. Water can come into it but the moment water enters it, it becomes poisoned. And you are all three together, sir. So it is very difficult right now. You are filthy, filthy because you are so knowledgeable. Knowledge is filth. That which you have not known is filth; only that which you have known purifies, transforms, liberates. All that is borrowed is filth. You have stolen it, how can it purify you? Without knowing it you think you know. You are a pretender. You deceive. You are a hypocrite.'So when a man's head is like a pot which is full of filth, even if God comes and says something to him, the moment it enters him it will become poisoned. It will not be heard the way it has been told. It will be misinterpreted. It is very difficult to change a learned man because he has already got fixed ideas. He is hiding behind those ideas. The deepest mystery of existence is the phenomenon of knowledge. You can know everything except your own self. The knower cannot be known because to know something means to reduce it to an object. The very process of knowledge depends on duality. I can know you because I am here, inside, and you are there, outside. You become an object. But I cannot know myself because I cannot make myself an object. I cannot encounter my self in any objective way. I cannot put myself in front of me. And if I could put myself in front of me then that which is put in front of me would not be myself. How can that which can be put in front of me be myself? Really, the inner one which will look at it will remain myself.Self is subjective and this subjectivity cannot be made objective. Hence, the paradox: that which knows all cannot know itself; that which is the source of all knowledge remains unknowable. If you can understand this, then this Krishna’s this verse will reveal much. It goes deeper than all that the mystics have said. It says self-knowledge is impossible. You have heard, it has been preached, it has been told everywhere, “Know thyself.” But how can you know your self? You can know everything other than you. One point will always remain unknown, unknowable. That point is you.Krishna this verse pointing towards ourselves, how we are cheating and pretending to ourselves. He is addressing to Arjuna that you can pretend to others but how can you pretend to yourself.

God Exists

Yes,GOD Exist. Its hard to believe the existence of God cause we can't see him, we can't feel him through our senses, he doesn't exist in the dimension we exist.as "Seeing Is Believing" there is no way to find God without Logic. Some people may not be agree with this, but as a man of faith I can believe God in Mind and Soul but I can never say or prove by anything that he exists for which you can tell me a hypocrite but if I force you to believe in something that I can't give any reasonable proof, that's what I call hypocrisy. So how can you make your brain believe in Him? Because Brain needs Logic, logic is something that we can't deny as it is the way of getting universal Truth As God has gifted us with reasoning Power  . Now come to the point. We know that through Evolution we are becoming more advanced and intellectual as well. Now think How perfect our life is. And how important is the creation of life.We all know the facts which is revealed by Science, some events perfectly sequenced By Nature, which made the impossible possible, the existence of life.but can you believe it's the thing to be done by random co-incidents? Imagine you are holding 5 stones  and you want to make  good shape with that, now if you throw it would those be in exact same position where you wanted ,I don't think so, if you don't try to make anything perfect, you can never achieve perfection. As based on this Logic there should be something that organized the events, that shaped our Body, giving us supports to keep our life goes on.but the word God made us feel a human figure in our imagination, that's wrong. God is the power who shows his capability through Nature, the omnipotent invisible Power. Some Philosophers say that Nature is God, But Nature is a Visible thing, if follows some rules ,some  instructions to sustain life,to keep balance,to keep the order and chaos. There should be something that works sitting behind of it.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of lifePresently,I am a student of class 5, studying in Prudence School, New Delhi. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?I am not sure, how it began. I use to finish my school work very fast and would then start writing on bits of paper, loose sheets and in diary. Once my mom asked me to write about 'my most unforgettable moment'. I wrote about my late grandmother. After reading it, my parents, immediate family members, got very emotional. That's how I think my potential was realized by my mom. She encouraged me to write more and meanwhile got to know about this platform 'StoryMirror'. First time when I posted my story on StoryMirror, and the first 'Like' I got from someone unknown to me, acted as a catalyst. Since then, there has been no stopping. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work?I keep writing because I love writing. I have not faced any problem except asking for votes. What is your view about the present day literary work?I like literature because it gives me ideas, increases my vocabulary, makes me more sensitive. Everytime I read a new story, there is a new reality to discover. I love reading fiction like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Roald Dahl series, Geronimo Stilton etc. The joy of reading these works is immense, as it takes me to an entirely different world of pleasure and fantasy.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers?Yes, because through digital and social media, the reach to read has increased immensely. Please tell us something about your literary workI like writing and reading about crime,  different people, places and also about fiction. What was your first literary work and how was it published? My poems have been published in 'Hindustan Times' newspaper. My first poem which was published in the newspaper was 'Thank You'. I was appreciated by my teachers, classmates and my parents. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? It is a very strong medium, through which views of people, emerging issues of the society, entertainment for everyone and intellect/passion of the writers can be beautifully expressed and penned.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?I see myself in the hearts of my friends, peers, teachers and everyone else in the school and place where I live.  Five years from now, I will be in class Xth, and I would then like people following my poems, favorite poets endorsing them and also have more ways and platforms to express my views. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?Digital media is a good way to interact and share the work. Also various institutions should come forward and recognize poems as a strong medium of expression. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers?Do what you Love and Love what you Do.How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? It was very inspiring, great learning and a very good platform to channelize and express my views through story/ poems. I felt very motivated every time my poem got selected by StoryMirror. Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? StoryMirror is a very strong, motivating channel to bring out the creative skill of budding writers. For me, I also liked reading other stories/ poems posted on StoryMirror. It was a good way to interact and know about others and their beautiful work. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/kytwvmko/agrata-verma/stories

"If I think back, I get depressed, if I think ahead I get afraid."-----------------------------------------------------------------------What I am writing I don't know but have some strong feeling for writing so I let my hand write.....I think I should write about some terms in life which are compelling...1. Affection Basically, we will get it from our family like grand parent's affection, cousin's affection, parent's etc . sometimes people show some fake affection and we believe them too much when they kick then we get our own station. That's why making a limited distance from everyone otherwise you will be in pain.2.Kindness 10% people of this world who believe in this hearty. Otherwise, everybody engaged in selfishness. There is no need to tell how to kind because It happens frequently.3. TrustThe most important thing in life is to believe someone unconditionally.Always think twice before trusting anyone. Now a day it's petrific to trust . so always take right decision because sometimes we get knowledge after an excruciation situation.4.LoveIt's really an amazing term of life. It's a blessing from our supreme God. Everyone gets it at least once in their life but the actual thing is to detect your feelings towards it, as per ur feelings u should accept it otherwise reject it politely. But it's true -everyone gets this chance at least once. Now a day it's very cheap, if u have Money along with Beauty then u will get easily so choose ur #betterhalf perfectly because it's your life and you are going to spend everything on it what u have, that may be relations, money, time, heart, etc...Love the man/girl who loves u don't go after any fairytale/Prince charming of your dream. 😀5. HateIt's my favorite term but now a day, I am concentrating on changing it. Don't hate anyone for their behavior, because as per our situation we behave. so keep patience, give time to realize. Nothing is impossible in this world if u have a strong feeling to change.6. RespectGive respect to everyone who belongs to u even if child also. Give it to your heart, don't try to show off your fake respect if u don't have. If u disappoint anyone they don't feel shame to say sorry because sometimes this little word "Sorry " more powerful than our mistakes.7. Forgiveness Always try to forgive and thankful to everyone for whom u get sorrowful condition because then only u can learn to manage more things by yourself.8. Promises Don't do any kind of promise that feels bad each and every time. Promise only that things which you can do by putting your all efforts. Which can only give real happiness!9. ThinkingDon't think negative aspect of anything in starting, think like positive then u can see the beauty of life. Don't think anyone bad because sometimes our situation and our surrounding make us bad. So try to understand everything and do as per ur condition. So many people thinking like this -"As a girl/boy he/she should not do this thing or that thing, What others think about me if I do this and all, etc etc ." Don't think like this, think like an open-minded.One more thing how can I forget ! 😁 that is the best medicine for everything. i. e Smile10.Smile 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀A smile doesn't mean to show ur teeth always. 😂Use it to change the world don't let the world change it. If anyone scolds and scares u then just do one thing, listen what he/she saying then Smile a bit then u feel everything is ok & then other people change their behavior. (It proved, I already tried it so many times basically I use it for my parents.  😀)( my purpose of sharing is to rectify myself and trying to spread a nice day for everyone.)

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.40
 18 October 2019

Own Scientist - In Gita Verse 3.40 The senses, the mind and the intelligence are the sitting places of this lust. Through them lust covers the real knowledge of the living entity and bewilders him. Here when Krishna uses the word mind means your own nature, to be awake, budh. Krishna tries to make Arjuna understand that root budh, intelligence, is to know, to understand. But when it’s covered with desire immediately you will become bewilder, don’t know what and how to act. Because when your desires has covered your intelligence you will be disconnected with the whole. Desire can be wiped out only through your understanding and connection with your budh, your intelligence.Buddha knows that which is; he understands that which is, and in that very understanding is free from all bondage: to know in the sense of to understand, not in the sense of knowledgeability. Buddha is not knowledgeable. An intelligent person does not care much about information and knowledge. An intelligent person cares much more for the capacity to know. His real authentic interest is in knowing, not in knowledge.Knowing gives you understanding; knowledge only gives you a feeling of understanding without giving you real understanding. Knowledge is a pseudo-coin, it is deceptive. It only gives you a feeling that you know, and you don’t know at all. You can go on accumulating knowledge as much as you want, you can go on hoarding, you can become very, very knowledgeable. You can write books, you can have degrees, you can have PhD’s, DLitt’s, and still you remain the same ignorant, stupid person you have always been. Those degrees don’t change you; they can’t change you. In fact your stupidity becomes stronger: it has degrees now! It can prove itself through certificates. It cannot prove through life, but it can prove through the certificates. It cannot prove in any other way, but it will carry degrees, certificates, recognitions from the society; people think you know, and you also think you know.Have you not seen this? The people who are thought to be very knowledgeable are as ignorant as anybody, sometimes more ignorant. It is very rare to find intelligent people in the academic world, very rare. I have seen in the world, and I say it through my experience. I have seen intelligent farmers, I have not seen intelligent professors. I have seen intelligent woodcutters, I have not seen intelligent professors. Why? What has gone wrong with these people? One thing has gone wrong: they can depend on knowledge. They need not become knowers, they can depend on knowledge. They have found a secondhand way. The firsthand way needs courage. The firsthand way, knowing, only few people can afford – the adventurers, people who go beyond the ordinary path where crowds move, people who take small footpaths into the jungle of the unknowable. The danger is they may get lost. The risk is high. When you can get second-hand knowledge, why bother? You can just sit in your chair. You can go to the library or to the university, you can collect information. You can make a big pile of information and sit on top of it. Through knowledge your memory becomes bigger and bigger, but your intelligence does not become bigger. Sometimes it happens when you don’t know much, when you are not very knowledgeable, that you will have to be intelligent in some moments.Krishna is saying to Arjuna to come out of your desire, lust you need to be knower and not knowledgeable. He does not refuse the knowledge but he refuse to stuck with the knowledge and not allowing you to become knower from the knowledge. Remember that we all have to pass through the knowledge but from that knowledge if we experiment and create our own understanding then desire cannot cover the intelligence. Like scientist take all the object as resources and for them the outcome is also their resources, as individual we all have to work on our subjective world by watcher of our own self 24X7. Then we become our own scientist of subjectivity, and by watcher of our subjectivity we find anger, desire, hyperness, ect will just disappear from our life. This is blissful state of ours. In this state we don’t become bewilder.

Best Friend
 28 March 2018

Hey best friend,I' m sorry I messed it up. But I shouldn't be sorry for something we both are feeling. We are too much in love with each other, but neither of us will admit this feeling just because we are scared to fall.Falling hurts. Doesn't matter where or how you fall - stairs may break your bones but love will only break our heart. The tragedy of our story is that we are breaking our own hearts instead of each other. Also, don't you dare to say that what we're feeling is just a part of our growing up? It's not.I have grown up to be 21 only because of that phrase you said once. You must know an awful lot of people. Out of which you're hardly connected with 20 of them, and most of them don't like your attitude as you tell me. But just think about it, there are 7 billion more people who don't think anything about you. They see you somewhere, find you cute. They see you helping a person in need and they think you're kind. You emptied all my sadness and filled me with words.I remember that 2: 30 am a call that happened for 3 hours. We were too sleepy and had forgotten about our fears. You whispered on the phone that you love me, but we can only fit as friends. As lovers, we are going to be terrible. It shouldn't have felt awkward but it was. This is so much awfully about you, but notice how everything about you is connecting with me. Darling we are made to be together, but maybe, not just yet.In love,The boy you should be with.

Music Story
 16 March 2018

Harvey Leigh Cantwel aka HRVY  is the guy of every teenage girl’s dream. With sky blue eyes and a ruffled blonde hairdo, the 19 year old lad is a fountain of talent. Seated at the Bottomline Media office, in a pair of torn jeans and a dark blue kurta, with his management team all around, when we meet HRVY, he’s like your boy next door, casual and down to earth. His first ever live performance at Hard Rock Cafe in Mumbai was sold out with many claiming his performance was truly astounding. He had the girls literally falling for him. His alluring face, million dollar smile and attractive looks, all go to make him a real charmer. HRVY is today one of the most searched singers with his video Personal clocking about 50 million views to date. His songs Phobia, Holiday and the latest single Personal are hot favourites with teens, with their lyrics, most stemming from HRVY’s personal life experiences. HRVY is a social media sensation on platforms such as Instagram and Twitter Before his fame on social media, HRVY was a presenter on BBC’s Friday Download. After that he took to social media and released his first EP, Holiday on 25th July, 2017. While his name is on every teens lips, we can’t but wonder, why the Londoner from Kent, chose HRVY and not his real name. We choose to find out this and lot more when The Teenager Today’s music columnist Verus Ferreira got exclusive access to the dashing youngster. Here are excerpts from that conversation:So everyone wants to know the reason for the change in name. Can you tell us where the ‘a’ and ‘e’ disappeared? My team thought we might take out the vowels ‘a’ and ‘e’, and see how it sounds and make my name sound a bit different. It just stuck What music did you listen to while you were growing up?I listened to U2, songs that my dad used to play in the car. I also like Justin Timberlake, he’s great, then there’s a singer Craig David from the UK and a lot of people who were on the charts while I was growing up. So when did the real love for music light up in you?Music got my fancy at a young age when I was like five or six when I first got to understand what music really was and really enjoyed listening to it. By the time I was 13, I decided that music was what I wanted to do. I had posted a cover of a song on Facebook called ‘Simply Amazing’ by American singer Trey Songz. I shared it around on Facebook and it got a lot of traction for me and it just reached a new high. Then my manager thought I should make a video of it with me singing in it and yeah that’s how it really clicked. So it was a Facebook video which appeared on YouTube. Do songs like Phobia, Holiday, or Personal, give out a message to all your fans? Well not really, I mean, we just write about how we feel which is a concept on how we all work. I like Holiday which is a bit of fun, while Phobia was like more of heart break song, and I know people would like that kind of stuff, it’s just got that romantic side to it. So do these songs stem from your real life experiences? Some of it kind of influenced it a bit, while some of it isn’t, and some is just made up. Well going back in time I liked this girl and so it comes from there. Well the songs are a little bit of my own experiences, and so like I said, like Personal has a line about my ex girlfriend, with a line... you used to flirt with your friends. And as I said I guess a lot is also made up. Every artist goes to a lot of obstacles to reach the top, you have succeeded quite easily. How did you do it?I feel like my career is only just started, and I am sure there will be some obstacles in the way in the future. I think for now it’s been pretty okay, I’ve been on the top, so I’m fine. Your EP ‘Talk with Ya’ has both the songs Phobia and Personal. Phobia is slow, while Holiday is a bit up tempo. How do the fans react to such songs? The fans really like Phobia because it’s much slower, while Personal is danceable, which is really good, so they get a chance to choose what they really like, they have both, songs that they can chill out to at a party and the other to just listen to. Besides singing do play any musical instruments?I really want to learn the piano; I think it’s a very beautiful instrument So in the future what songs would you like to make, slow or maybe a few dance numbers?I would like to release music that has everything, that has both slow and fast numbers.Coming to your first visit to Mumbai, when you knew you were coming to India, what is the first thought that came to your mind?I am really happy to be in India, even if it’s just 5 days. It’s amazing to see such a diverse culture out here. I love the people, they’re so friendly. Everyone who I met, asked me about how I liked the country. They were really very nice and kind to me. So have you heard or watched any Bollywood movies?I have heard a lot of Bollywood and there’s this actor that we have been talking about with my team, I think his name is Shah Rukh Khan and yes I want to watch his movies before I go or take some DVDs home with me. You also have a tour with The Vamps coming up soon, are you also planning a collaboration with them also?Yes I have a tour with them in March and about collaboration well who knows, we are all friends and it may happen. So for now, it’s just the tour with them and just have some fun and yes we want to come to India again. I love the country and will be here again soon. The Vamps are supposed to be on tour in India in June this year and I’m coming back with them. Do you plan on shooting any music videos in India, considering that there have been many artists like Coldplay who have also shot videos here? Now that I have been here I definitely want to shoot a video, and yes the next time we come to India, or maybe when we come in June and also at the end of the year, we may just decide on it. We would probably take in a bit of the Indian culture in it and yes wear something like this (points to his blue kurta). So what are your dreams and aspirations? To take over the world in a good way, musically have my music everywhere. What are your future plans?Just keep releasing songs and to release more music, travel around the world....... just to have fun.... really. What memories would you take from India?I take memories of the people, how they relate to me, the things I’ve seen on the streets, everything around me, the food. I want to try some street food, we haven’t really done that yet, we have kind of hotel food at the moment, so I want to try the dosa. So finally we come to a question many girls would want to know. Do you have a girlfriend? No (laughs). I don’t, I am singleAny message for your fans? I love you guys, thank you for being so supportive, Shukriya. Text and Photos by Verus Ferreira

 7 July 2018

I was on my way to pick up my friend Roshan at his office. We planned for a lunch at the nearby restaurant.I started a bit earlier from my room in my new car, which I got recently in a lucky offer for shopping. Initially I can't believe it. Later on, I have to. Everyone in my family felt so happy for it and some of my relatives felt jealous too.On the way, I saw someone standing and asking for lift.I stopped the car and asked him "where do you want to go ?"He told me that he was going to attend an event in the nearby auditorium. The auditorium was on the way to Roshan 's office. So I asked him to get in.He was about six feet tall, broad shouldered, with thick black hair, blue eyes, and a smile on his face. He introduced himself as Aravind. He was talkative. We reached the auditorium within a few minutes and he got down the car and asked me to join along with him for the event. I told that I was going to meet my friend for lunch. He asked politely to join with him for sometime. He told that his friend will attend with in a short period.Untill then he asked me to accompany him. Still I have half an hour left for lunch and Roshan's office was near. So I agreed at the end.No one would have agreed for this deal unless me because he was a stranger but his behaviour made me to agree. He told that the event will be special. The auditorium was well decorated and almost full. We seated in the very first row which made me somewhat uncomfortable. It seemed to be a debate between the existence of God and science. Two groups were present in the dais probably one supporting God and the other science.Aravind got a call and he went out as the voice was not clear .The event has begun. Almost everyone involved in the discussion present in the dais.I waited for Aravind to come back but he wasn't. I am getting out of time and I thought to leave the auditorium but I thought it seems to be unfair to walk outside when a serious debate is going on.I thought for a while and I walked closer to dais and stood at the centre and asked them that I would like to express my opinion to which they all agreed."I am sorry for the interruption. I am Prashanth, an Android games developer working for Nextwave multimedia.I don't think both God and science are opposite to each other.Basically science is the study of structure and behaviour of physical and natural world through observation and experiment. And it clearly mean that it is not a separate entity. All the knowledge, information obtained from human inventions and discoveries is collectivelly called science. So it is clear that if scientists found the proof for the existence of God, then science has to accept the god but it may define in it's own terms. And I believe one day it might happen.Due to lack of communication and misinterpretation, people misunderstood the concept of God in olden days.""Then, why different religions exist ?" asked someone among the crowd ." That's what I am speaking about. Hope you understand better if you re-think my words. ""Then where can we find God ?" asked someone who is present in the dais .I smiled and replied " If I time travel and reach 1400 A.D and ask the working principle of aeroplane, he might wonder what it is because the question had no appropriate answer at that time. But now the time has changed and things too. I think you got my point."" I am a Christian. I believe only Bible. Why should I read Vedas , Quran, etc ?" asked someone." Peace and love is the essence of every holy book. It’s we the humans who judge each other based on caste and religion. God has no discrimination. Many people in the name of religion corrupted the term "God" .If you go through rig Veda, it is completely science which explains most important principles like big bang, electro magnetic field , conversion of mass and energy, etc.But no one has time to go through all these serious subjects. Now scientists were shocked to see the their research results are completely matching with the science mentioned in Vedas and some other sacred tests. The discovery that the universe is expanding was one of the great intellectual revolutions of the 20th century. The Quran and the Bible mentioned the expansion of the universe even before the invention of the telescope!According to Rig Veda, INDRA is Electric power , SOMA is Electric Charge. Agni is Photon, Vayu is FIELD!RUDRAs are Radiation. Maruts are Radiation Pressure and Aswins are MAGNETIC Poles! Varuna is ELECTRON, Mitra is PROTON and Aryama is NEUTRON.We are not aware of these important facts. And we don't know the actual  meaning which is written inside any holy text. For this reason, the confusion arises and which finally lead to wrong paths."" I am a devotee of Lord shiva. I believe he is the only God .Then why people worship many gods ? What do you say ?" asked a devotee of Lord Shiva." We are not only the creation by creator. We are just one among the infinite creations by the creator. God is the name used to represent the creator.God is not associated with any religion. And more importantly, we are living in this tiny planet called Earth in the solar system of milky way galaxy. But he is mighty and collection of infinite energy in the universe. He doesn't care with the name because people call creator with different names for their ease. How we, being humans can name the supreme power of universe ?And, A TV channel changer is called Clicker in England but Remote control everywhere. Do you know that ?""Yes , but ....."" Thank you gentlemen. That is your answer."Finally I would like to say God is the only answer for every question which don't have a reasonable answer yet and science is the answer for every question whose answer was discovered or invented."And I stepped down the dais and the auditorium filled with silence and surprise. I walked out immediately. Then,I got a call from Roshan. He told me that their office building caught fire and the situation was serious.I reached his office with in a short period and I found Roshan standing there in the crowd. He spotted me quickly and came towards me .He told "It was really horrible situation. I was helpless in third storey and the fire was spreading everywhere and suddenly a guy came and saved me . At that moment , I was speechless and even unable to thank him ....""Who was he ?" I interrupted."After Saving me, he went to rescue my colleagues too. Later I lost him but I remember he told his name Aravind...."I was shocked to listen the name Aravind."Is he that Aravind whom I met ? If not who is he ?" I asked myself."God...." a small inner voice whispered in a low tone.[ The usage of word "God" was misused and loosing it's importance day-by-day.Generally, we use the word "God " as an answer for every question whose answer is still a mystery like "only god must know..."  So try to know the facts behind the god and sacred texts not behind religion, which is just a man made and adopted system. Finally ,don't misuse the word "GOD ".]

As usual, the doctor approached with the report after a looooong hour wait.Giving a wicked look, he said “I have a bad news & a good news. What should come first?”I thought for a while & questioned him “Mr. Doctor. Is the bad news too bad? Or is the good news too good”.He answered, “Dear Suchi, the bad news is going to be tragic & the good news will bring a ray of hope in your life”. After gathering some courage, I told the doctor “Sir. Bad news first”.“This is not to dishearten you, but according to your reports your weight is going out of control now. Your body is blowing like a balloon. You are overweight by 25 kg!” Hearing this, first tear broke free from my eyes, the rest followed in an unbroken stream.Trying to console me, the doctor said “Darling. There is a good news too. This disease of obesity which is haunting you now is totally curable. You are very lucky to be diagnosed well on time. It would have been very difficult if you showed during the final stage”. I was amazed at the doctor’s wonderful statement about my life-threatening disease!!! I collected my reports & walked back home. What is the reason of getting more and more of those tiny creatures, who live in my closet and sew my clothes a liitle bit tighter every night…calories? Then the coolest place of my house having food carrying capacity of 10 peoples…my refrigerator gave a smile at me!!! whenever i lose some weight, i used to get it back in my refrigerator!!!I wish losing weight would be as easier for me as losing my keys, watch, hair rubber band, temper & even mind.” Instead of blaming myself my heart said “Dear, You are not overweight, you are just under tall!!!”.Then, I decided to have a fight between food & me. Everything is fair in love & war & this was a war. I had to win. “A healthy diet for a healthy body”, “You are what you eat”, “Whatever your problem is, your answer is not in fridge” I collected all motivational quotes for dieting & started placing them on my cupboard, my room walls, even on my refrigerator door. Then I started googling “How to lose weight”. There were unbelievable suggestions. A kind lady in one of her articles claimed that she lost 20 pounds in a month by writing 3 pages daily. So, my dear dispirited plumpy audience, you can imagine who is the inspiring hero behind my becoming a blogger!!!I try to remove all things those make me fat…like scales, mirrors and photographs!!! Conclusion: Dear mirthless TMs, rejected Guests and long faced Judges!!!After a passionate, enthusiastic follow up of my diet plan, the day of test match came, when I had to attend a big fat wedding party. Sweets were looking mesmerized in many colorful, fancy dresses. A dark red cherry was smiling at me sitting on the top of triple story frosted cake.“New body is under construction. Please let me go.” I turned backwards only to see hot, delicious, mouthwatering chocolate sizzler on the table. The enemy was very strong & well equipped, while I was handling an unequipped one-woman army. I fall prey to my food desire. “Dear my favorite foods. Things are not going to work between us. It’s not me. It’s you. You are detrimental, disastrous and deleterious!!!” I lie on the floor completely dead for few minutes. I stood up & I rushed to the front table, where a range of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and unsalted seeds, nuts were kept!!! The toughest part of DIET is not watching what you eat. Its watching what other people eat!!! But! I had conquered all the toughest parts related to DIET. So dear friends, how many of you is having courage to hate all the enemies related to DIET and to say  ”Good Bye Dear, I don’t want you in my life anymore!!!”

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.39
 5 August 2019

Be Original - In Gita Verse 2.39 Thus far I have described this knowledge to you through analytical study. Now listen as I explain it in terms of working without fruitive results. O son of Pṛthā, when you act in such knowledge you can free yourself from the bondage of works.Krishna says that knowledge is bondange, we need knowledge this is the reason till now I was explaining to you through the knowledge. Once you get all the information in self-alertness then you become capable of transforming that knowledge into how we can act in the present moment. That will become your wisdom. Your action will say that whether you are used by knowledge or you used the knowledge.Person who has used his wisdom is having innovative and originality in his action. His actions will be very much alive. It is not only our body but our action also can become alive when it is original, having freshness in it.To be original simply means just as you were born - fresh, uncluttered by any garbage, theology, religion, politics, etiquette, manners. As you grow up, around you much garbage grows. The society helps to grow it; the whole educational system exists to support it. By the time you are still young, you have already lost your original home. You know so much, but you don't know anything in fact. You pretend so much, you may even believe in your pretensions, but that does not make them true. The whole society up to now has been creating hypocrites. The original man is just the polar opposite of the hypocrite. He is simply natural, unpredictable. The hypocrite is predictable. You know what he is going to do - his reactions, his responses. You know his future, because he is a false entity not a living plant. You cannot predict in what directions the branches will go, on which branches the flowers will come. Everything is unpredictable, but with a plastic plant everything is known and predictable. Society wants you to be predictable, because its whole business depends on predictability. The Zen man certainly is the original man. It is the search for the original man, your very nature, where you are not a man, not a woman, not a Hindu, not a Christian; where you simply are - unfettered freedom, unscratched sky. The beauty of it and the benediction of it is infinite.Never be an imitator, knowledgeable, always be original. Don’t become a carbon copy. But that’s what is happening all over the world – carbon copies and carbon copies.Krishna is saying I gave you all the knowledge so that you can use them to become original, wise.It is like food, we need to have food for our body but with that we need to digest so that the food can give us energy. We need like food, knowledge so that we can think, look and evaluate through our thinking and act in totality with originality. If the scientist who invented electricity from the waste if they would not have had any knowledge of waste do you think electricity from the waste was possible. We need all the knowledge and at the same time our own thinking to use totally in new ways the available knowledge. Our own thinking will be able to digest and convert that knowledge into different forms. It will change our reality. Don’t run away from knowledge but learn to use the knowledge through your wisdom so you can act totally in new ways.Krishna tells Arjuna use all this information and through your wisdom act for the assignment of universe Fight Without Enmity. Actions need to be always from your wisdom and not from your knowledge.

Mentally Challeged
 21 April 2019

Mentally Challenged. My heart aches when I see them suffering because on one hand you are standing and living a normal life with a normal mental stability and on the other hand they who are scared to talk to you because they feel you would make fun of them or ill treat them.People who are mentally challenged face a lot of more difficulties in their life as compared to the normal people out there. People face a lot of problem understanding people who are mentally because at times they do not know what exactly they are talking about. There are ways to understand such people but at times they misuse the ways for wrong person. Being mentally challenged is not be abnormal but they are normal in a different way.In some places people who are mentally challenged are really treated in such a way that they have become a terrible problem in someone’s life. In some cases, the parents leave their own child in an orphanage because they are mentally challenged. Even if they have parents, they still feel that they do not have parents because they are left all alone in the orphanage without a family in spite of having one. I really feel disappointed at times when I hear or come across stories of people who are mentally challenged who are left alone because of their mental health, people mistreat them, molest them because they don’t know what is right and what is wrong. At times they really do not even understand the intentions of the opposite person and what they are going to do or behave like. But there are some people who really try to understand such people because they know it is very difficult for being a mentally challenged person and dealing with other problems along with the people who behave with them differently along with them. Some people try to communicate with such people so that they can make it easy for them to face life and deal with problems and some people just make it too difficult for the mentally challenged people to face their life. Some people aim to make their life easier and some just add more problems in their life. At times mentally challenged people feel left out as they are not treated the same way as normal or ordinary people are treated. As far as its about me I try my best to understand how the person feels and its my responsibility to treat them as I treat other children among them. I usually visit an orphanage before my birthday, it feels good to spend time with people who do not know you but are happy to see you and are happy to communicate with you. Back down the memory lane when I was in 10th I had visited the orphanage near by my house from my school for a social service, I came across not only children but also ladies and girls and boys of my age and older then me who were challenged in some or the other way. It is never too easy to see someone pain even if you do not know them. You feel terrible because you cannot help them in anyone and in the end there is only one way to help them is that give them love and make them happy and make them feel special and there is no other way because they find it difficult because they think we would laugh on them for being mentally challenged.~ By. Find Yourself

I see most people are busy judging others, passing Comments on others, its like they are not living in themselves but in others life, all secrets about other people, their happiness, their thoughts, their tragedy everything, we are so curious about those people around but are we curious about ourselves? .Do you ever give time to your self, criticising your own self ? You think that you know you, but you don't? if you spend 5 minutes to yourself that's enough for a day to understand your soul, I promise. it's your life. Even not only we criticise others we fear, feel embarrassed most of the time what others will think of me, this is working in both ways. Can we not stop this habit? can we not start living in ourselves?.No third party will help you improve your life so why thinking too much. Live in your passion and be honest to yourself that the only way to improve your quality of life.we don't live much as we always complain about it but if we just use our time whatever left in a day with ourselves, I can say that would be the best time for us.we always think either in past or future even its difference is in fraction of seconds. But when you start living in present you will feel true living.that's the moment you touch reality. because that time you are living in yourself, there should be a purpose of life which is greater than life and you strive for it.you are not trying to prove to the world who you are but to yourself, to find yourself. that's the best journey, and if you are true yourself than nothing can stop you to be happy, to be successful the way you want to be. Because at that time you will feel how individual you are, how unique you are and how different you are. And this way your behavior to others will be changed also, you will feel not only your individuality but every human on earth, because they are all individual, they deserve respect, love, protection just like you need. So Be SIMPLE to yourself, be ALIVE in Your heart and most important be HONEST.

On Identity
 16 October 2019

Who is You?This is a basic question on Identity we all ask and l think there are some confusion about finding true identity. We make an identity on how we represent us to ourself or to the world. If we are good at something ,our proficiency in our skills becomes our identity.now let's me question what was your identity when you're born ? That time you didn't have any ,you were just a baby and your intellect was not fully developed to understand what is happening actually. And it is said we have to creat our identity ,we are not born with one, it depends on several stages for different individuals.so its clear there is no  absolute identity ,it changes with time.So if something changes with time, should we be attached to it too much? I think no.Think you are a prized athlete, but due to accident ,you lost your both legs what will be your identity then, you can never run.people will forget your name gradually and someone will take your place. If I ask you what are you now,you will say "I am nobody" because you lost your skill of running, the way you represent yourself to the world ,and it's their response,if they give positive response you will call it achievements and you are so emotionally attached to it that you became nothing without it.But your identity should not depend the way you represent to the world and their response to it.May be after you lost your legs you found out you are good at writing also ,and then you identify yourself from athlete to writer, but at least you should keep the zeal inside you to find out, you've lost legs but you are not dead yet.I'm giving you another example think you are a director of a well known company ,and you keep your lifestyle , attitude that way because you want to feel it and want to make it yours permanently but one day the CEO of your company fires you.what is your identity then ,you were a director now you are jobless.Identity should not depend on anybody and no one can take your identity if you don't depend on others this is how we should be? How can this world decide what you are only you should know what you are.We creat identity so it can drive us and in doing so we can achieve something greater and impossible in our life but inside we get crazy and we lose our balance. The audience or viewer will not understand this, they will clap and appreciate you for your achievements but it's you ,you will hurt yourself if you identify yourself.do not do something because it drives you to make things happen, but because it makes you happy. And always remember If society gives you identity they can take it too. You have no control on them so it is not wise to give them power to make your identity. We all know about Ludwig van Beethoven, who lost hearing at the age of 46 .We all remember him as a great musician and many of us dream to be like him,but actually heattempted suicide because he lost the gift which he possessed at the highest. He can't play the only thing he played his entire lifetime, his piano. But afterwards he tried to find meaning in art, painting and writing. We all see how they represent themselves to us but after knowing their personal crisis and feeling their malady, you certainly wont wish to die like them.So don't fix your identity, you can do anything.this is the reason the subject line is "Who is you" not "Who are you".It's not a grammatical mistake.most of you know what your are taught to fit in this world, and in doing that we lose our speciality and become very unaware about the True "You".So there is another "you" hides inside you and I am asking you to reveal that third person "you" inside.Identity creats ego so don't take it too seriously. When we identify ourself with something we try to keep our image what we created at any cost consciously or unconsciously and the protective barrier we creat for that is Ego.So there is no particular identity which you can hold, you can be identified with anything.Thats the reason we have many identities, national identity, social identity , ethnic identity, personal identity and many more. You can be a bad ass criminal ,a beloved father,an escape artist and an immigrant ,you are all untill you decide what you take for yourself. You are nobody but you are not insignificant. The way I see is there should not have any identity, because our abilities are limitless.I believe everyone comes in this Earth for a certain job, we all are special at something and we need to find that, nourish that in time and work on that, which will finally make us happy. There is no absolute identity so there is no need to be attached with one, because you are not your mind neither your body you are gifted with consciousness and awareness about yourself and your surrounding and the more we are aware the more we will understand about Life.Identity is not for human beings,it's for objects because you can't change a object,it's fixed but you can change yourself.Do your job ,make an impact, and live happily ,this should be our purpose.Other things like fame, popularity ,wealth , identity might come or might not.Imagine there are billions of living cells inside you and they are doing their job so you can breathe,so Live well.

https://swatifrenchconnect.wordpress.com/Speaking a language is about connection ,not perfectionWhy learn another language?A lot of people have this question in mind.If you are at all curious about the world beyond your own day to day routine, speaking french (or any other language besides your native tongue) can upgrade your life by increasing opportunities for career, living, travel, adventure, friendship and love. The more languages you speak, the bigger your world becomes. You can learn to speak another language,no matter your age or educational background;maybe you will never be mistaken for a native speaker but you will be able to communicate and that is what languages are for.Remember speaking a language is about connection, not perfection.Read more to know my story-how i got the idea of creating this blog.Have you ever thought of learning french language? Are you facing the problem of pronouncing french words correctly even after hearing the voice of a native french speaker?Do you think that native french speakers speak very fast?Do you find it difficult to catch hold of the pace at which they are speaking?Keeping these problems in mind, I have created a blog FrenchConnect to solve these problems of french language learners.Though i was a topper in french in Kamla Nehru College,Delhi University,I also faced the same problems being from a non french background.I got this idea for my blog because of my own experience when I did my 3 yrs advanced diploma in french from Kamala Nehru college,Delhi University.Being from a non french background, when I used to watch the french videos of a native french speaker,i found it very difficult to catch hold of the pace at which they were speaking.Same way when I read some information in french,I had to check the meaning of many words in the french-english dictionary which used to take a lot of time.So I thought of creating a blog in which all the information about France is given in both the languages-french and english.Assuming that english is widely spoken and my readers know english,I have written the content not only in french language but also translated in english simultaneously so that my readers dont have any problem in comprehending what i have written in french.Through this blog of mine,I will teach my readers/viewers:reading,writing,listening and speaking in french through videos, images and audio that will help stimulate the imagination and bring out the creativity in them. The uniqueness in the videos which I have created is that I am discussing news, french grammar, french vocabulary, french expressions at a slow pace so that my viewers can understand almost every word and sentence that I am speaking clearly.I have created these videos keeping in mind that my viewers are from a non french background.I am sure these videos will definitely ease the problems of my viewers and will help them learn french quickly.I will also give a little information about the french literature, french painting, art and culture, renowned french writers.I have even written essays and articles in french which I have translated in english. These will improve the writing skills of my readers. My blog will be giving information regarding the famous dishes of french people and I will also give the recipe of some dishes.i even want my readers to know that I can create websites, translate them from french to english and english to french with the highest level of accuracy.Beginner or advanced learner, traveller or business professional with a tight schedule? There is something for everyone in my blog www.swatifrenchconnect.wordpress.com#smblogcontest

Depression:~Phase Of Life
 17 April 2019

Depression is a mental illness which is suffered by all the age group people but mostly teenagers. In other words, depression is also known as sever sadness or sorrow a person suffers or sever unhappiness a person feels. Teenagers often lead to depression if they face rejections in life or are disappointed by some things in their life. Depression may lead to many other things. People think that they can never come out of depression but that’s not true. You can always overcome depression. If you are depressed it’s not your fault, if you are depressed it’s because you come across in a phase where you feel terribly sad or terribly disturbed because of something you lead to depression.Depression often leads people on a wrong path which they never wished off. At times its too late when nothing can be done and a wrong step is taken but it is never too late to try changing things and to begin something new. Teenagers are often depressed because of the mental pressure they have because of studies and the career they have to choose. At times being with wrong people and leading towards wrong doings lead teenager towards depression. Parental pressure also leads to sever depression. How you would question? I have an answer to it. Parents often force their children to choose a career as per their wish and will but not what the child wants. Also putting too much of pressure on the child for scoring well and for achieving good grades lead to teenagers facing mental depression if they do not come up to the expectation of their parents, they think they have disappointed them and could not to do what they parents wished. If you are a teenager and you have a unhealthy relationship with your partner and your relationship is and on and off thing it might lead one of the partners towards depression. If you are very attached to your partner and if your partner leaves you, you end up staying alone, reserving yourself, not eating, being sad and being in pain and sorrow and in the end, it leads to depression. And then depression leads to many other things like suicide, isolating yourself and many other things.Depression is more commonly found in woman then man. You lack of joyfulness and happiness and you have lost interest in things you really liked at a point of time. The causes of depression is never been fully understood because it is sometimes genetic, sometimes biological, sometimes psychological or environmental. As I mentioned it earlier depression is mostly found in teenagers or people who are in between of their teenage or adult hood. They get irritated very easily and are angry out of a sudden. At times it’s to difficult to handle because you never know what would happen next. It never too easy. As a parent it is very difficult to handle this kind of behaviour without knowing the reason why is it happening and what is the cause behind it. At that age teenagers often end up not talking to their parents as here is generation difference and thinking difference. But I really think as a eighteen year old that is really not a solution. You would end up doing some thing wrong if you do not share the problem with anyone. If you really start being depressed it would be really hard for you to over come it alone. No ne over comes depression alone because it is very hard. I have been at a phase where was depressed for six months after I lost my best friend because of cancer and it is true that you can never get over it alone. I went for counselling for almost six months to get over depression and it really helped and now I am here. Being in depression is never good because your mind would flow with negative thoughts and negatives things which you might do. You would not speak anything positive because all you would think is negative things and thoughts. Even if you try to think good you would not be able to because your mind would be blocked with negativity. As I have been there at a point of time it just becomes easier if you talk about it to someone close or to someone elder it might just help you and might make you feel a lot better. It is never too late for something but yes that is one of the solutions I personally suggest a teenager who is depressed or who is mentally disturbed. There are many ways to express yourself if you feel uncomfortable to talk to someone face to face write them up a letter about how you are and how you feel. That might help you and you would be comfortable to share your pain with another person and it might just do better to you. If you are a teenager and you are depressed and you are if you are reading this blog, share your problem or pain along with either of your parents who you are close to. If that does not work if you have a counselor in your school or college try talking to them once they might just you something better. If you require more help you can always approach doctors for further help. Depression is not something you should be scared of. Some times every second person is facing depression or has faced depression once in their life. It is never too easy to fight back with it. You do get weak at a certain point of time or you might just want to give up the fight but some day you would just win over it. It is just a fight you cannot do alone and you need someone who you trust enough to understands your problem and is ready to listen to you and help you to recover. It’s nothing bad in the end its just a phase everyone faces and you will be fine once you are over the phase.~By Saloni Maliwal

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I'm from a small town in Punjab and I am appearing for class 12th board exams this year and I want to be a social worker. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  I've interest in literature from the very starting, poems, stories the way they are written and the hidden meanings have always inspired me to read and write more. For me writing is my passion, a way to outlet emotions so I would say my emotions are what inspires me to write. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? There have been many problems the top one being I've not taken classes for writing so yeah sometimes it backfires.  What is your view about the present-day literary work? Present day literary work is really great, new ideas with this new generation are spreading, people are becoming aware and literature is about love and that's exactly today's writers are doing. Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes, I do think that the emergence of social media has given a new platform to the aspiring writers and artists. If it would not have been social media then I've been not writing this mail to one of the best organization. Please tell us something about your literary work. I'm a poetess and poetry is what makes me, when all the emotions are on the page, just in few lines and you can tell what the poet is feeling is amazing and wonderful. Literature is a way of living. What was your first literary work and how was it published? My first literary work was a poem on loneliness, and it was published in an anthology on loneliness with the help of delhipoetry slam and poem pajama. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? Today's life is full of chaos, it's about materialistic things and literature is what gives joy and knowledge and it can change the world by changing the minds. Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?  Where people know my name, where my poetry connects to their heart, on tours for my book and meeting my lovely readers. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? I guess starting with a team of 40 with different languages and ways of writing each and every with its own unique style and then spreading the love, conducting workshops for free, having open mic and contests. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? The message I would like to give to the new aspiring writers is guys you're doing great, do not leave your pen because your pen is your sword and your words are your voice, you're the change that people desire. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?  Story mirror has helped me to change as a person, to evolve as a writer, to connect with others, it has been a wonderful ride with the team. Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? Storymirror is the best place I've discovered and I would love to be a part of this, there journey. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/ocsu5rk7/kritika-mittal/poems

Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.4
 10 September 2019

Unidentified - In Gita Verse 3.4 Not by merely abstaining from work can one achieve freedom from reaction, nor by renunciation alone can one attain perfection. In my blog Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.69 I have wrote Don’t Renounce. Krishna says again and reminds Arjuna that your renunciation is not renunciation until you live the life unidentified. If you unidentified, renunciation happens and in the very moment you will find yourself, which Krishna is saying perfection. There is no other perfection then finding oneself.Through action you can find others, but not yourself. Your presence is hidden behind all your actions. Even if there is no action, you are still there. You are deeper than the action. So, if you want to find your intrinsic self, it will not be possible through action. Then how is it to be known?Renunciation is the only path through which those who have known the ultimate reality have entered the deathless. This word renunciation is very complex. What comes to your mind when you hear it is not the true meaning. The common meaning of renunciation is that you renounce your wealth. Now it will be good to understand this. When we say that a man is a renunciant… When we say that Mahavira is a renunciant, he renounced such and such an amount of wealth; when we say that Buddha is a renunciant, he renounced his palace, his kingdom, all comforts, he renounced everything – to our minds, the meaning of renunciation is to leave something, to let go of something. But the real meaning of renunciation is that you don’t hold on to something in the first place. We think that Mahavira dropped his wealth, but in fact, he only dropped his holding on.Try to understand this as deeply as possible: we think that Mahavira left his wealth, but he only left his holding on, his clinging. The wealth was never Mahavira’s, so how could it be renounced? Only the holding on, the clinging, was his. The wealth was not Mahavira’s because it was there even before him, and it remained even after him.The empire did not belong to Buddha, it was there even before Buddha was – it was there with Buddha’s father, it was there with Buddha’s father’s father. When Buddha renounced it, then too, it still remained with someone. Buddha did not renounce a kingdom, he renounced clinging to the kingdom. That clinging was Buddha’s own.If I hold some money in my hands, everybody will say that I am holding money. The reality is that I am only keeping my fist closed – the money is not aware that it is in my fist. And when I let it go, when I drop it, it will not know that it has been dropped. The same money has been held in so many fists and it has never taken any note of it. It is only your fists that open or close.Renunciation means to drop the hold, to let go of the hold; and the other meaning is, not to hold on in the first place, to know that what is not yours is not yours. But you carry the other meaning of renunciation in your mind. A man who has money says, “This is mine.” Then he renounces it – in your sense – and he says, “I have renounced my money.” But even in the act of renunciation he does not let go of his ownership; he still believes that he has renounced his wealth. This game of “my” and “mine” is the most absurd game, but this is the whole game of life. This earth was there before you ever came here, and it will be here when you are gone. The diamonds that you possess were there before you ever came here, and when you are gone those diamonds will remain here and they will not even remember you. They are completely oblivious that you possess them. This game of possessiveness is the most foolish game there is – but this is the whole game.Gurdjieff used to say that if you start getting unidentified from things, sooner or later you will fall upon your essential being. That is the basic meaning of renunciation. Renunciation does not mean… Sannyas does not mean renouncing the world and escaping to the Himalayas or to a monastery because if you escape from the world and go to a monastery, nothing is going to change. You carry the same mind. Here in the world, the house was yours and the wife was yours; there, the monastery will be yours, the religion will be yours. It will not make much difference. The “mine” will persist. It is a mind attitude; it has nothing to do with any outside space. It is an inner illusion, an inner dream, an inner sleep.Renunciation means, wherever you are there is no need to renounce the things because in the first place you never possessed them. It is foolish to talk about renunciation as if you were the possessor and now you are renouncing. How can you renounce something which you never possessed? Renunciation means coming to know that you cannot possess anything. You can use, at the most, but you cannot possess. You are not going to be here forever – how can you possess? It is impossible to possess anything. You can use and you can be grateful to things that they allow themselves to be used. You should be thankful to things that they allow themselves to be used. They become means, but you cannot possess them.Dropping the idea of ownership is renunciation. Renunciation is not dropping the possessions but possessiveness. And this is what Gurdjieff calls getting unidentified. This is what Bauls call realizing adhar manush, the essential man. This is what Zen people call the original face.Krishna is saying Arjuna no matter how hard it is, it is not possible to get relief, and instead of leaving the war, renounce your identification for war, your holding, clinging for war. If you drop this immediately you will find yourself, your Godliness.

Don't Compete

In our regular life we always want to compete with each other.Whoever we see a little better in anyway, mostly when it comes to financial security, but it could be for fame, and power also.we always start engaging ourself in a aggressive race with each other, and the result we get is a temporary and very momentarily feeling of success which last untill we decide to race again with something else. From our childhood we are taught to rank first in everything,to compete with other human intelligence disregarding the fact everyone has different potentiality in different fields. The competition should be with our ownself not with any external force. When we were children we would be happy saying I am the first boy or first girl in our class, but this is just a lie we are told to feel good .There is no "The First" or The Last" in our life,so if there is no constant figure to achieve then why make such a small goal, which is ever changing. You may rank 100 scoring 99 out of 100.You rank 100 cause there are 99 people who did better than you as you feel it.But you should judge score not rank.you just need 1 number to get 100% ,and its not a big deal.We need to forgive ourself to let go some small small problems, we think Big.We need to think sometimes on what we achieved which inspire us in a way that if we can achieve this much then we can do better but the more you think about that 1 number you will get just frustrated out of nowhere. You can only understand yourself not others ,then how can you race with others potentiality or speciality?.I am not saying that what we are taught in childhood is totally wrong, that's right thing for a children to have but as we grow up we need to change our ways of thinking. As I said there is no certain way to determine right or wrong cause it depends on three factors,Time,Place and Person. Now there might have a question that if we don't race with others then how can we be better than others? The answer leads to actually another question "do you TRULY know what your limit is?" We don't, truly .If We always want to live in a comfort zone then our capabilities are completely unknown by ourselves, so logically there is a higher self inside you which could be a completely different person than you are now .And we all need to find that ,win that race to achieve that.To me "competition" is a word which we selfishly use to be better, but the actual word should be "cooperation" not "competition".
