Book Review EuropaThey say, Never Judge a book by its cover, I agree. However, the cover of the book is the first thing that forces me to know more about the book, moving towards the blurb and then the story. I think the designer could have done a lot more with the cover, as the story holds so many things to tell which can be illustrated on the cover so as to gather the crowd. I think a great story deserves a great cover. Well, in this case, something more creative would do a great good to reach to a few more audiences.'Europa' is the first book for me that took me to space. When I say this took me to space, then it literally took me. The minute yet balanced details that Hywel provided for his reader did a great job for me to be in the protagonist's shoes. I liked experiencing the time in space which I never did before. Plus that, the story that took place there didn't bring confusion for me, as I got familiar with the characters participating there pretty soon. The story is designed with great effort, could be easily noticed by the work he had put up in his book. I liked the way traced has been left in mid-way, and how it unfolded later on. There was always a drop of curiosity that pushed me further into the story. Also, Hywel has a way with words. It seemed like he expresses his thoughts with great ease, that it occurred effortlessly to the readers.I was all lost in the story but the only hiccup I had during the journey is remembering all the characters by their name and recognizing who is who. As the story is not limited to few characters, there are a good number of participants who participated in the story, and keeping note of all of them at the same time was a task, especially if you are not much familiar with the names. Most of them are English names, so it was quite difficult to keep hold of all of them. There were quick changes in the stories, from space to earth, then from present to past, at times I felt lost in a maze, created by the author himself. I was looking for more clarity so that I could be more involved in the story rather than pondering what is actually happening and how is it related.Rating: 4.3/5Reviewer: Shweta Kesari
Title :Wheels of WishAuthor : Bibhu Datta RoutBlurb : Imprisonment of a couple in the Dwapar Yug and the creation of magnetism at Sun temple in Konark has a great deal of linkage to a missing boy in the 13th century carrying the mightiest power of the universe that transcends in time across generations leading to an alleged rape and murder accusation to the story's protagonist, an investment banker Shashank Chaudhary in 2008 who flies from New York to Odisha to find himself trapped in an 800 years old enigma. A biological allegory that unfolds a historical and mythological mystery that counts back in time as far as the epic Mahabharata. One that surpasses time and the material world with its mathematical calculations within physical elements. Unexplainable evidences, puzzling data, conspiracy theories and unheard secrets intermingle with one another to create plots in the history of time that have been startling scientists and mythologists to date. It's now in the court room that he must face his worst fears and probably the world's greatest held secret, a rare phenomenon of a chromosomal defect, from an unexpected guest. My View : The blurb of the book will definitely fill the curiosity in the reader’s mind. The lovely cover and the title Wheels of Wishes worked completely in grasping my attention making me more curios to unfold the story residing in the book. All the characters are portrayed beautifully; the author very well briefs about the characters at the beginning of the book but still a reader may get confuse as there are numerous characters dwelling in the story. The story is locked with a lot of drama having tints of history and mythology. The way author has painted the details of history is really commendable. Author must have done a lot of research in order to portray such details clearly in his book. Portraying such kind of stories requires knowledge and skills. The tagline on the cover of the book already suggest that the story holds a crime; author has crafted the story very well and the crime revolving around the other events having details of history lands the reader on a different node. The story goes on switching its way from past events to present. The book also contains the hues of love of Shashank and Roohani, murder mystery, rape case and lot more to locate. The writing style is simple which makes the reading journey easy for me. Articulation of the sentences could be much better which will help in attracting the reader’s mind. I found the narration of the story moderate which weakens the links between the reader and the story. Fascinating Read!Rating : 3.5/5Reviewer : Megha Biloniya

They complement each other well and also is according to the story, so it’s a perfect combination. Also the cover is attractive enough to catch attention. The story revolves around the life of protagonist Namrata and Renu and life revolves around them. The story is divided into three parts- 1st part of the book starts with an horrible accident with Namrata and Akash while travelling to Ludhiana some goons have stabbed them, Akash was badly injured and lost his life defending the goons. 2nd Part of the story is will take you to the life of Namrata, Pranav, Akash, Renu, Rakesh and Pooja, Dileep and more. As their chemistry threatens to overwhelm them and Prisha is pulled deeper into the Seductive Affair, she must decide what matters most to her matters of the head or of the heart. My TakeStarting from the cover and title is enchanting. I expected it to be a dark romance thriller but it's a simple love story based on career and love. The title is misleading there is no seduction in the plot. The book is a bag of emotions, love, hate, relationship, passion, separation, trust, bond, joy, happiness, family, relationships, life, sadness, betrayal and many more. This is the story about main protagonist Prisha Khatri. Prisha getting ready for the first day of her dream job and remembering her past where her ex-fiance Aditya ditched her because she wanted to work and he wanted a wife who will sit at home, cook, raise children and take care of them. Breakup with her ex-fiance due to his insecurity, she is all set to enter corporate world, her dream job. She joins The Chronicles as in one of the leading newspapers of the country. She is attracted to Rajesh a senior reporter. Rajesh and Prisha travels for a businesses conference in Mumbai where they find themselves getting close to each other while covering a story for their article. To find out more read the book.Language of the book is lucid and written in a simple way to comprehend for any kind of reader. I have read the author's previous work i have much expectation from this book too but i'm disappointed this time. Plot becomes predictable sometimes. The story is faced. Narration was simple and okey. The characters are good but could not able to connect with them. A few typographical errors here and there need to be rectified. If the edit was done properly, the story would have sounded much much better.I'll recommend this book to beginners for a light read. Book Review- ChakravyuhI was greeted with some family drama and corporate stuff but was not impressed with the storyline, at the beginning, itself. Although I quite liked the way he expressed his thoughts, the excitement a good book should draw in the very beginning was missing. There are some events which one would like to read either from the first person or second person, but here the events unwrapped through third person's perspective. That part of the story didn't make much impact as it could make through first or second person's perspective.Such as the incident of Nikki and Varun! His observations on day-to-day episodes that he had inculcated to be a part of this book don't go with the flow of the story. There are some usual kinds of stuff he talked about, which we encounter in most of the stories. Thus, the content didn't sound appealing to me. The only hope I had in the journey was the Chakravyuh they are going to face. Tomy surprise, story-line ended on a good account, but what completely lacked is the participation of interesting and engaging events. It seemed like the incidents were written without much of a though, just the normal stuff anyone can think about. Especially, the conversation that takes part. Fine with the regular events, but he could have done more brainstorming while presenting the story before readers.Even if a writer is blessed with a good storyline and a soothing writing style, one thing I found lacking in most of the work I see these days is the participation of healthy events. Writers are unsure as to what to share with the readers. What could go well with the story, and what could make the journey an effortless ride, is a must thing to work on. Even broken incidents start to make sense when they are interesting. But, in this case, incidents are not fruitful enough to serve a flavourful story to the readers. In addition to that, There are some minor typos here and there like some missing letters, replacement of him with her which could be avoided. All I would like to say is, there are plenty of books in the market. If the reader spends his time, money and effort, he would expect the same from the work of the author. Jitendra definitely has a good plot with him, and he could do much more with this, all he needs to work upon is how to strategize healthy events.Rating: 2/5Reviewer: Shweta Kesari
Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad. My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad. I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution. I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work. I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many on software line. I observed that many of the software people never in the habit of writing articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such. Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life. More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations. As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers. I had learned the true meaning of friendship from the book.Recommended to all bibliophiles.Overall 5/5 StarsAbout the AuthorRatna Chandu was born and brought up in Hyderabad and did her engineering in mechanical. Harvey Leigh Cantwel aka HRVY is the guy of every teenage girl’s dream. With sky blue eyes and a ruffled blonde hairdo, the 19 year old lad is a fountain of talent. Seated at the Bottomline Media office, in a pair of torn jeans and a dark blue kurta, with his management team all around, when we meet HRVY, he’s like your boy next door, casual and down to earth. His first ever live performance at Hard Rock Cafe in Mumbai was sold out with many claiming his performance was truly astounding. He had the girls literally falling for him. His alluring face, million dollar smile and attractive looks, all go to make him a real charmer. HRVY is today one of the most searched singers with his video Personal clocking about 50 million views to date. His songs Phobia, Holiday and the latest single Personal are hot favourites with teens, with their lyrics, most stemming from HRVY’s personal life experiences. HRVY is a social media sensation on platforms such as Instagram and Twitter Before his fame on social media, HRVY was a presenter on BBC’s Friday Download. After that he took to social media and released his first EP, Holiday on 25th July, 2017. While his name is on every teens lips, we can’t but wonder, why the Londoner from Kent, chose HRVY and not his real name. We choose to find out this and lot more when The Teenager Today’s music columnist Verus Ferreira got exclusive access to the dashing youngster. Here are excerpts from that conversation:So everyone wants to know the reason for the change in name. Can you tell us where the ‘a’ and ‘e’ disappeared? My team thought we might take out the vowels ‘a’ and ‘e’, and see how it sounds and make my name sound a bit different. It just stuck What music did you listen to while you were growing up?I listened to U2, songs that my dad used to play in the car. I also like Justin Timberlake, he’s great, then there’s a singer Craig David from the UK and a lot of people who were on the charts while I was growing up. So when did the real love for music light up in you?Music got my fancy at a young age when I was like five or six when I first got to understand what music really was and really enjoyed listening to it. By the time I was 13, I decided that music was what I wanted to do. I had posted a cover of a song on Facebook called ‘Simply Amazing’ by American singer Trey Songz. I shared it around on Facebook and it got a lot of traction for me and it just reached a new high. Then my manager thought I should make a video of it with me singing in it and yeah that’s how it really clicked. So it was a Facebook video which appeared on YouTube. Do songs like Phobia, Holiday, or Personal, give out a message to all your fans? Well not really, I mean, we just write about how we feel which is a concept on how we all work. I like Holiday which is a bit of fun, while Phobia was like more of heart break song, and I know people would like that kind of stuff, it’s just got that romantic side to it. So do these songs stem from your real life experiences? Some of it kind of influenced it a bit, while some of it isn’t, and some is just made up. Well going back in time I liked this girl and so it comes from there. Well the songs are a little bit of my own experiences, and so like I said, like Personal has a line about my ex girlfriend, with a line... you used to flirt with your friends. And as I said I guess a lot is also made up. Every artist goes to a lot of obstacles to reach the top, you have succeeded quite easily. How did you do it?I feel like my career is only just started, and I am sure there will be some obstacles in the way in the future. I think for now it’s been pretty okay, I’ve been on the top, so I’m fine. Your EP ‘Talk with Ya’ has both the songs Phobia and Personal. Phobia is slow, while Holiday is a bit up tempo. How do the fans react to such songs? The fans really like Phobia because it’s much slower, while Personal is danceable, which is really good, so they get a chance to choose what they really like, they have both, songs that they can chill out to at a party and the other to just listen to. Besides singing do play any musical instruments?I really want to learn the piano; I think it’s a very beautiful instrument So in the future what songs would you like to make, slow or maybe a few dance numbers?I would like to release music that has everything, that has both slow and fast numbers.Coming to your first visit to Mumbai, when you knew you were coming to India, what is the first thought that came to your mind?I am really happy to be in India, even if it’s just 5 days. It’s amazing to see such a diverse culture out here. I love the people, they’re so friendly. Everyone who I met, asked me about how I liked the country. They were really very nice and kind to me. So have you heard or watched any Bollywood movies?I have heard a lot of Bollywood and there’s this actor that we have been talking about with my team, I think his name is Shah Rukh Khan and yes I want to watch his movies before I go or take some DVDs home with me. You also have a tour with The Vamps coming up soon, are you also planning a collaboration with them also?Yes I have a tour with them in March and about collaboration well who knows, we are all friends and it may happen. So for now, it’s just the tour with them and just have some fun and yes we want to come to India again. I love the country and will be here again soon. The Vamps are supposed to be on tour in India in June this year and I’m coming back with them. Do you plan on shooting any music videos in India, considering that there have been many artists like Coldplay who have also shot videos here? Now that I have been here I definitely want to shoot a video, and yes the next time we come to India, or maybe when we come in June and also at the end of the year, we may just decide on it. We would probably take in a bit of the Indian culture in it and yes wear something like this (points to his blue kurta). So what are your dreams and aspirations? To take over the world in a good way, musically have my music everywhere. What are your future plans?Just keep releasing songs and to release more music, travel around the world....... just to have fun.... really. What memories would you take from India?I take memories of the people, how they relate to me, the things I’ve seen on the streets, everything around me, the food. I want to try some street food, we haven’t really done that yet, we have kind of hotel food at the moment, so I want to try the dosa. So finally we come to a question many girls would want to know. Do you have a girlfriend? No (laughs). I don’t, I am singleAny message for your fans? I love you guys, thank you for being so supportive, Shukriya. Text and Photos by Verus Ferreira

When I first started my journey back here on such a portal like Story Mirror at least more than 3 years ago in march 2016 it was like a dream come true but I never thought I may travel so far with support of some great people which is a heartening sight indeed.Since my joining here on the portal I have got support of some great personals including Palak ma'm in start, Pratishta madam and sapna madam as well as Devendra sir later on, little with Shivam bro and nice one from Rahul bro, and ultimately Neha ma'm as well as shreshta ma'm in recent times who has been phenomenal in approach and guiding on. In this way coming here has been a great pleasure, a true delight and by making through the early roads I started to have that belief that even on bigger stage of writing with reach of Indian consent I can do better and create multiple writing reach out for myself that can make me a better author. Story mirror is a great platform, I have observed the journey the portal has made in recent times, and to be part of such a place makes me feel delightful, equally happy that I have been part of it's happiness as a writer who is greatly supported and hence since last three years I have tried to contribute in different ways to cherish them all. I was happy in past when during Palak ma'm's time I was once 'Author of the week' and in 2019 first became Literary Colonel and then Literary Brigadier by Neha mam's great support and with phenomenal back up of Shrehstha ma'm and Pratishtha ma'm as well. Further I have contributed here in three different forms including Poems, Stories and Blogs and in 2019 I was part of 'Be A poet' contest, 'A Poetry Moment' contest and 'Stories of Life' and by doing so I feel elated to be part of as I will explain soon why I am mentioning all this here. Before going further I shall now wish to present short acknowledgement in which no dout my parents and family come first who provide phenomenal support and gives freedom to work accordingly as creative field is a hard working core and requires lot of attention as well as time. Ultimately closing the explaination here, once again gratitude parents and family, entire Story mirror community, and Thanks to all who have supported in my cause, I dedicate my first century of Story Mirror to all, Hope many more to come, Till then cheers from charlie...
Writing a white paper is a long process. It can take 20-40 hours for a professional writer to create a single medium length paper—and that’s working on it full time. When you’re a subject matter expert working on other projects at the same time—all bets are off.Why does it take so long to write a white paper?Well, first of all, it doesn’t take everyone that long. I’ve talked to other professional writers who take considerably less time. The issue then becomes how close do you want the writer to come on the first draft. If the writer doesn’t take enough time up front, you may have to pay at the back end by going through multiple rounds of revisions with them. What goes into creating a paper that hits the mark by the first—or at most second—draft?A good paper requires considerable research (or deep subject matter expertise) to provide context and the writer must work hard to tell a cohesive story. The Need for ResearchWhenever I start a white paper, I interview the client to get basic information, including the audience, the goals of the project, the one key message the client wants readers to remember, and the key supporting messages (which usually relate to the benefits of the solution being described). My job as the writer is to flesh out these high-level messages into something that leads the reader to understand why the problem is important and what steps can be taken to solve it. This involves the following:Providing context. People don’t know what they don’t know. To get them to read more, you need to start where they are. Describe some issue that they can relate to, and then lead them into a discussion of something they hadn’t considered related to that issue. For a white paper, this usually means starting with a description of a key strategic issue that the target audience faces. For example, the paper might address a new regulation that has an industry quaking in its boots.I recently wrote a white paper for a company that helps hospitals comply with audits from Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance companies. Targeting hospital audit managers, operations managers and CFOs, this paper documented the prospect of an exponentially increasing number of audits that are arising due to the success of Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) audits. This particular paper quoted the rising number of audits faced by one medical center. In other cases, I use quotes from high-profile industry analysis, such as the Gartner Group or Forrester Research to document a trend.Opening the knowledge gap. Once you’ve described a problem the reader already knows they have, you can describe a new area where they have a gap in their knowledge. In a white paper that talks about a technology solution, this often means describing what’s missing in existing solutions that customers/readers may already be using. Again, this can require considerable research to adequately describe these problems.Providing context around the solutions. Once you give people a clear idea of the problems they face and why existing solutions don’t truly address those problems, you can then begin to introduce your take on the solution. And yet, as you discuss different aspects of the solution, you still need to provide enough context so they can understand you.For example, if I’m writing a white paper on how an ERP solution improves productivity, I might discuss how it centralizes data from throughout the organization and how it automates business processes. I would need to provide the additional context to explain how data was not stored centrally before and what problems that caused (i.e. the need to constantly rekey information into multiple systems, which is a time-consuming and error-prone process).Providing context is time consuming. Even though I have an extensive background in many types of hardware and application software, it’s important to include the most up-to-date information, including the very latest trends as they apply to a particular industry, role or buyer persona. That can take considerable time sifting through trade-industry articles and interviews to understand the full story. Finding proof points from industry analysis can be time consuming—again because not only must the research be on topic, it also must be timely.Even providing context about the individual benefits of a relatively generic solution can take a fair amount of effort. I like to find several sources to ensure that I understand each issue completely and can describe it fully to my readers. The Art of Good WritingThe second time-consuming aspect of writing white papers is assembling contextual information in a way that makes sense for the reader and compels them to read further:Tell a coherent story. You can’t just include blobs of content. People want to read a story with a beginning, middle, and an end. Usually for thought-leadership papers that educate potential customers at the awareness phase of the sales cycle, the story will need to include the following:A beginning that describes a problem that our fearless reader needs to solve. In a white paper, this is usually a business condition that the customer must overcome if he or she is to succeed in meeting business goals. For example, the business challenge might be an uncertain economy that is leading the CFO to clamp down on IT budgetsThe middle will often describe obstacles in the way of our fearless reader solving that problem. For example, say your paper is on tape-backup consolidation. Here’s where you can talk about why current tape-backup systems contribute to inefficiency in the business. The end is where the reader is introduced to a solution to their problem. Here’s where you talk about all the ways tape-backup consolidation improves efficiency.Tell the reader why you’ve included each section of the paper. Not only must the paper attempt to tell a story, it must make the different parts of the story obvious. You need to include an executive summary telling readers up front what the paper will be about (so they can decide whether or not they want to read it). You need to introduce each section. As I draft the rough versions of my papers, I often use subheads that state the purpose of each section—problem, obstacles, solution, benefits etc.—so I keep them clear in my own mind as I’m writing. Only when the draft is 95% complete do I change the subheads to more clearly represent the actual content of the paper. I might change a section called “The Challenge” to one called, “The Need to Improve Efficiency.”Eliminate anything that doesn't contribute to the story. One risk of doing a lot of research is that while you’ll gather a great deal of information that’s important as background, but that won’t necessarily apply to the topic at hand. When you go to write the paper, however, you need to be ruthless about cutting anything out that doesn’t directly contribute to your story or the reader will get confused. For example, in my white paper-editing example, a key topic was the future of business intelligence. Yet, in many places, the paper wandered into a discussion of the Internet. While it’s fine in this context to talk about how the proliferation of Internet use will impact business intelligence, I cut out all references to how the Internet impacts telephony. So in answer to the initial question, the reason white papers can be time consuming to write is that you must do your homework to get the context necessary to explain the issues thoroughly and then you need to craft a single, coherent story that includes only relevant information.
PadMan movie cast: Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, Radhika AptePadMan movie director: R BalkiPadMan movie rating: 3.5 starPadMan is based on the real-life inspirational story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the man who famously invented the machine that led to the creation of a low-cost sanitary napkin and created a real-life revolution. There is absolutely no doubt that the subject and the intention of the film is applause-worthy. In India, the ‘shame’ associated with ‘that time of the month’ isstill so strong and so pervasive that anything that brings out into the open is causing to cheer, and a film starring a big star is sometimes the best way to break age-old taboos.PADMAN STORY: Lakshmikant Chauhan (Akshay Kumar) Concerned about his wife Gayatri’s (Radhika Apte) menstrual hygiene, urges her to stop using the cloth and go for sanitary napkins. Gayatri is reluctant to go for disposable pads as they are expensive. Lakshmi obsessing over a ‘ladies problem’ makes her cringe but he insists on bringing a change by addressing the taboo topic. The story revolves around his efforts to make her wife safe by using sanitary napkins, he fights all odd for women safety. Pari (Sonam Kapoor) makes quite a late entry in the narrative but adds charm to every frame she inhabits. Her character is beautifully etched, perhaps to balance Radhika’s naive and self-destructive wife. Sonam’s character not only offers marketing and financial help to Lakshmi but also shares a modern and chilled-out life mantra when the former is unsure of himself.REVIEW : Peoples mostly of India have a tendency to make simple things complex. The entire taboo around menstruation is its ripe example. Menstruation is completely a natural process of women’s body. But the shame associated with regards to even talking about it is highly shocking. A lot of people have tried their best to make people understand about this issue but the impact has been limited. Now, Akshay Kumar takes up the issue in his new film Pad Man. The film is already a winner prior to its release. After all, the way it has ignited discussions about periods is huge and is growing day by day. And thankfully, the film goes beyond expectations and arguably emerges as Akshay Kumar’s most elegant work! But still, there are people who think women or girl going through periods are untouchable. A movie has left its impact on narrow-minded people. Apart from a story which I felt was lacking somewhere still the social message was delivered rightly. Personally, I give it 3.5/5

Find out how Sushil changed into a successful person from an ordinary boy.My TakeStarting from the title of the book You Are the best thing That Happened to Me gives the hint’s to readers it’s going to be a love story. The title is apt according to the plot. It’s been said that never judge a book cannot be judged by looking at its cover alone but I personally feel cover can be much better to catch attraction among readers. The story starts with an award function where our protagonist Sushil Pandit receives an award for best employee of the year 2016. Sushil Pandit is a mechanical engineer by profession and author of two bestselling novels. He has achieved everything in life except the love of his life. After the function on his way to home he happens to meets Anuradha a journalism student who doing some research on authors. Anuradha wants to know more about Sushi’s life after achieving everything in life he is incomplete. Then the story enters into the flashback memories of when he was in school. Sushil joins a coaching center with his friends to improve grades in subject. There he meets Anjali for the first time and felt attracted towards her. Later Anjali and Sushil become best friends who can understand each other well. Sushil was confused with his feelings towards Anjali is it love or attraction? Ashish and Anjali are they both equally important to him he can’t even think of losing one for other. On the other hand Ashish had a crush on Anjali. To know more what happened next to Sushil read the book. The author had beautifully weaved the struggles of every middle class family, the family bonding, surprise birthday celebration of Anjali at tuition center, hang outs with friends, decision to choose between career and love, struggles after college, job hunt and many more incidents. I love how cunning crafted the mother and sons bonding.Language of the book is lucid and written in a simple way to comprehend for any kind of reader. A book which won’t require the use of a dictionary, a book which evens an amateur reader would love to get indulged in. The pace of the story is slow and kept dragging at some time. The characters are well developed and one can easily relate them. Narration of the book is simple and engaging. A few typographical errors here and there need to be rectified. If the edit was done properly, the story would have sounded much better. If the Hindi dialogues were translated into English it was much better since everyone will not able to understand it.I recommend this book to the readers who are seeking for a quick read or a light-hearted romantic novel.Overall 3/5 StarsGrab the copy here- Amazon |FlipkartAbout the AuthorSushil Kumar Rana is a Mechanical Engineer work in an MNC company in Odisha. The smooth flow of words makes the narrative not only easy but engrossing too. The characters be they the protagonists or the supporting souls, are well articulated, thus making it easy for the reader to relate to them, their views, their actions and reactions. In fact one can easily don their shoes and live the story without feeling ill at ease/ appearing odd. Each one of them contributes to taking the story forward without a hitch, without a hurdle. The author’s mastery over the language is evident from the terms he has used and the vivid description of events that unfold in the pages of the book. To write is an art, to keep the reader spellbound and yearning for more is magic. The book brings out sibling love at its best and also addresses certain social issues in subtle yet powerful strokes. This book deals with every aspect of struggles a women undergone during the ancient time and also serves a great social message about eunuch community. There are a few typos and one or two places where the author has made contradictory usages that need to be rectified. My favorite protagonist of this story is Maharani Meeramani. The book has worth to be carried and flaunt because it has got a magical touch of love which can be done in a single sitting.A wonderful read, one I’ll strongly recommend to all book lovers. I’m sure that those who don’t like the historical friction will not get disappointed after reading the book.Overall Ratings- 4/5 StarsAbout the AuthorMeenakshi was born on December 27, 1972, in New Delhi.
