Music Story
 16 March 2018

Harvey Leigh Cantwel aka HRVY  is the guy of every teenage girl’s dream. With sky blue eyes and a ruffled blonde hairdo, the 19 year old lad is a fountain of talent. Seated at the Bottomline Media office, in a pair of torn jeans and a dark blue kurta, with his management team all around, when we meet HRVY, he’s like your boy next door, casual and down to earth. His first ever live performance at Hard Rock Cafe in Mumbai was sold out with many claiming his performance was truly astounding. He had the girls literally falling for him. His alluring face, million dollar smile and attractive looks, all go to make him a real charmer. HRVY is today one of the most searched singers with his video Personal clocking about 50 million views to date. His songs Phobia, Holiday and the latest single Personal are hot favourites with teens, with their lyrics, most stemming from HRVY’s personal life experiences. HRVY is a social media sensation on platforms such as Instagram and Twitter Before his fame on social media, HRVY was a presenter on BBC’s Friday Download. After that he took to social media and released his first EP, Holiday on 25th July, 2017. While his name is on every teens lips, we can’t but wonder, why the Londoner from Kent, chose HRVY and not his real name. We choose to find out this and lot more when The Teenager Today’s music columnist Verus Ferreira got exclusive access to the dashing youngster. Here are excerpts from that conversation:So everyone wants to know the reason for the change in name. Can you tell us where the ‘a’ and ‘e’ disappeared? My team thought we might take out the vowels ‘a’ and ‘e’, and see how it sounds and make my name sound a bit different. It just stuck What music did you listen to while you were growing up?I listened to U2, songs that my dad used to play in the car. I also like Justin Timberlake, he’s great, then there’s a singer Craig David from the UK and a lot of people who were on the charts while I was growing up. So when did the real love for music light up in you?Music got my fancy at a young age when I was like five or six when I first got to understand what music really was and really enjoyed listening to it. By the time I was 13, I decided that music was what I wanted to do. I had posted a cover of a song on Facebook called ‘Simply Amazing’ by American singer Trey Songz. I shared it around on Facebook and it got a lot of traction for me and it just reached a new high. Then my manager thought I should make a video of it with me singing in it and yeah that’s how it really clicked. So it was a Facebook video which appeared on YouTube. Do songs like Phobia, Holiday, or Personal, give out a message to all your fans? Well not really, I mean, we just write about how we feel which is a concept on how we all work. I like Holiday which is a bit of fun, while Phobia was like more of heart break song, and I know people would like that kind of stuff, it’s just got that romantic side to it. So do these songs stem from your real life experiences? Some of it kind of influenced it a bit, while some of it isn’t, and some is just made up. Well going back in time I liked this girl and so it comes from there. Well the songs are a little bit of my own experiences, and so like I said, like Personal has a line about my ex girlfriend, with a line... you used to flirt with your friends. And as I said I guess a lot is also made up. Every artist goes to a lot of obstacles to reach the top, you have succeeded quite easily. How did you do it?I feel like my career is only just started, and I am sure there will be some obstacles in the way in the future. I think for now it’s been pretty okay, I’ve been on the top, so I’m fine. Your EP ‘Talk with Ya’ has both the songs Phobia and Personal. Phobia is slow, while Holiday is a bit up tempo. How do the fans react to such songs? The fans really like Phobia because it’s much slower, while Personal is danceable, which is really good, so they get a chance to choose what they really like, they have both, songs that they can chill out to at a party and the other to just listen to. Besides singing do play any musical instruments?I really want to learn the piano; I think it’s a very beautiful instrument So in the future what songs would you like to make, slow or maybe a few dance numbers?I would like to release music that has everything, that has both slow and fast numbers.Coming to your first visit to Mumbai, when you knew you were coming to India, what is the first thought that came to your mind?I am really happy to be in India, even if it’s just 5 days. It’s amazing to see such a diverse culture out here. I love the people, they’re so friendly. Everyone who I met, asked me about how I liked the country. They were really very nice and kind to me. So have you heard or watched any Bollywood movies?I have heard a lot of Bollywood and there’s this actor that we have been talking about with my team, I think his name is Shah Rukh Khan and yes I want to watch his movies before I go or take some DVDs home with me. You also have a tour with The Vamps coming up soon, are you also planning a collaboration with them also?Yes I have a tour with them in March and about collaboration well who knows, we are all friends and it may happen. So for now, it’s just the tour with them and just have some fun and yes we want to come to India again. I love the country and will be here again soon. The Vamps are supposed to be on tour in India in June this year and I’m coming back with them. Do you plan on shooting any music videos in India, considering that there have been many artists like Coldplay who have also shot videos here? Now that I have been here I definitely want to shoot a video, and yes the next time we come to India, or maybe when we come in June and also at the end of the year, we may just decide on it. We would probably take in a bit of the Indian culture in it and yes wear something like this (points to his blue kurta). So what are your dreams and aspirations? To take over the world in a good way, musically have my music everywhere. What are your future plans?Just keep releasing songs and to release more music, travel around the world....... just to have fun.... really. What memories would you take from India?I take memories of the people, how they relate to me, the things I’ve seen on the streets, everything around me, the food. I want to try some street food, we haven’t really done that yet, we have kind of hotel food at the moment, so I want to try the dosa. So finally we come to a question many girls would want to know. Do you have a girlfriend? No (laughs). I don’t, I am singleAny message for your fans? I love you guys, thank you for being so supportive, Shukriya. Text and Photos by Verus Ferreira

I have been wrongly accused of touching a girl on a local
 13 March 2018

**Based on a true incident**If you have ever been to Dadar Station ( Mumbai ), you already know how crowded it gets at times and after a second of a train's arrival people start to board and deboard it like a flock of sheep. It was a pretty hostile day and in my misfortune, I couldn't get a place to stand properly, let alone a place to sit.As I settled down, I found myself standing behind a girl. She was a girl with a gloomy facial feature - winged eyeliner, a white fitted top and a grey bag and she seemed to have overused perfume. We were like two strangers heading towards different destinations like I and others were but then came a guy who was in his mid-twenties stood beside me.A havoc seemed to have created, first he unsettled us by searching something in his bag, then he almost pushed an old man just to take the cell out of his pocket. After a while he started to stare at me - he was staring at me in the way I stare at people if they criticize the food I like - the fire in my eyes can burn cities. It made me sheer uncomfortable being stared at with hatred and that too by a stranger can make anyone that way. I thought to initiate a conversation. I dropped the Idea.I should not have because in the other moment, he held me by my collar and said his first words to me, " Madarchod , tm iss larki ke sath kya kar rahe ho ?".I was dazzled. I had no clue what made him so angry that he didn't hesitate to curse my mother but that had made me no less angry.I shrugged his hand rapidly and that made him move backward in his place. The girl in front of me was dazed." Tumhe bilkul sharam nahi , tum iss larki ke sath train mei badtameezi kar rahe ho ,Aap daro mat ma'am , hum apke sath hai ".He said to the girl." Excuse me ? " Was the girl's reply." Main ne kuch nahi kia , mujhe piche se push kia ja raha tha." I blurted at him.The other two men and a woman popped in and straightaway asked the girl, " Kya isne kuch badtameezi ki tumhare sath" ? She looked at me exasperated and said," Inhe sirf piche se push kia ja raha tha , ulta yeh physical contact avoid kar rahe tah."I took a sigh of relief. She spoke further, " Woh insaan sirf hero banne ki kosis kar raha hai ".It was enough for them to trust her and they all told him to apologize. To my surprise, he had something else to say." Esi larkiya tight kapre pehen k aati hai , inhe insab cheezo se koi problem bhi nahi."Before I could punch his face, the train stopped and he disappeared into the crowd. If I will ever meet that girl again, I will thank her once again, more than I had thanked her for that time and more than thanking her, I would cajole her as she was upset with the man's words.I don't know if it was the incident or the girl, but I started to respect girls a little more after that.

Book Review: Seductive Affair by Rishabh Puri
 1 September 2018

Book Title: Seductive AffairAuthor:Rishabh PuriFormat: Paper BackTotal Number of Pages: 184Language: EnglishPublisher: Srishti Publishers & Distributors;Publishing Date: 10 July 2018ISBN-10: 9387022277ISBN-13: 978-9387022270Prisha Khatri is a regular college graduate, focused on her career, desperate to finally move out of her parents’ house and freshly dumped by her successful fiancé. As their chemistry threatens to overwhelm them and Prisha is pulled deeper into the Seductive Affair, she must decide what matters most to her matters of the head or of the heart. My TakeStarting from the cover and title is enchanting. I expected it to be a dark romance thriller but it's a simple love story based on career and love. The title is misleading there is no seduction in the plot. The book is a bag of emotions, love, hate, relationship, passion, separation, trust, bond, joy, happiness, family, relationships, life, sadness, betrayal and many more. This is the story about main protagonist Prisha Khatri. Prisha getting ready for the first day of her dream job and remembering her past where her ex-fiance Aditya ditched her because she wanted to work and he wanted a wife who will sit at home, cook, raise children and take care of them. Breakup with her ex-fiance due to his insecurity, she is all set to enter corporate world, her dream job. She joins The Chronicles as in one of the leading newspapers of the country. She is attracted to Rajesh a senior reporter. Rajesh and Prisha travels for a businesses  conference in Mumbai where they find themselves getting close to each other while covering a story for their article. To find out more read the book.Language of the book is lucid and written in a simple way to comprehend for any kind of reader. I have read the author's previous work i have much expectation from this book too but i'm disappointed this time. Plot becomes predictable sometimes. The story is faced. Narration was simple and okey. The characters are good but could not able to connect with them. A few typographical errors here and there need to be rectified. If the edit was done properly, the story would have sounded much much better.I'll recommend this book to beginners for a light read.  Overall Ratings 2/5 StarsGrab the book here- Amazon.in Amazon.com Amazon.co.ukAbout the AuthorRishabh Puri is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with a flair for writing. Contributing to his family business since the age of 18, he makes his home in Lagos, Nigeria and Dubai, UAE. He has previously authored the bestselling novel Inside the Heart of Hope.

All about ebazaar
 21 May 2018

StoryMirror interviewed Viral Thakker and spoke about his venture eBZaar. Here is what he has to say.Q. Tell us about yourself and your backgroundI (Viral Thakker) have 13 years of corporate experience (prior to starting up), primarily as a corporate banker (Relationship Manager) working at ICICI, HSBC and JPMorgan amongst others and managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, top 10 Indian Conglomerates and top 10 PSUs. After completing my Chartered Accountant course, I had a stint in internal & process audits, though business (sales) was always my calling. Audit happened by chance (or brutally put for incorrect guidance and then lack of opportunity) and a Sales role was by choice. My last role was an Executive Director at JPMorgan providing Trade Finance and Working Capital Loan solutions to clients North and East India markets.I also have 20yrs+ of experience as a grocery retailer, in a family business. Have first-hand experience as a milk delivery boy to procurement, selling at the cash counter, keeping track of margins, SKUs, what inventory to push and how to build a loyal customer base built on customer service and trust.Q.What is your life's greatest dream? To be atop Mount Everest and to travel the world. Q. What's is your business all about?eBZaar.com sells fruits, grocery, mithai, cakes, flowers, meat, sea food etc. eBZaar.com makes daily shopping easy and rewarding for the consumer. While daily shopping has many inconveniences, it is no secret that customers love their local stores who provide the right quality, the right products and the right price points. eBZaar empowers these local stores to come online. We provide them a free of cost digital store to help them sell to online customers. At the same time, customers get to buy all their varied grocery at one place, in an online avatar and with all conveniences of online shopping added. In other words, it customers are buying from a real world store but without the need to visit the store.Q. What are its main features and USP?The main feature is that eBZaar allows customers to shop from her own stores  - that same quality, same price, same reliability. But now that her life is digital, she also sees the store in her digital world, available 24X7, better price discovery, improved product discovery and a uniform shopping experience. As soon as customer enters the platform, she inputs delivery address and her nearby stores are shown to her. She selects the store, shops from the store and checks out.We simply build upon the loyalty and trust that a customer already has with her favourite local store and add the digital layer; you can say we bring back the choice of products, quality and price points back to the customer; a factor that many large ecommerce offerings overlook.eBZaar also ensures that only your well known and trusted stores are on-boarded onto its platform, yes we have a curation process. This has been one of the success factors in our internal metrics which perform better then some industry averages.Q. What inspires you?To make a mark, to leave a legacy, to not give up, to make it happen – that is very inspiration to me. Sports stories and war stories of fighting out the odds inspires me. Towards, I see Entrepreneurship as an opportunity to make a real world large impact, to make the world a better place. And retail transformation is a chosen space due to my background.Entrepreneurship was always lurking as part of my aspiration as much as banking as a career. As I set about doing my research, I figured that the technology space was evolving rapidly, the big tech eComm players were becoming big, offering huge discounts to force customers to move online. The rate of technology adoption by consumers has been much higher compared to a retail stores. I realized that the retailer has failed to keep pace in the embracing technology, and if this continued, it will become a matter of survival for them. From the context of running a family grocery business for 25 years, I obviously had a lot of passion for this segment, and pull of retail was inherent in my thought process. I could feel and see their potential pain, this was most inspiration as I quit JPMorgan to set out on my own.The shopkeepers or the banyas are otherwise a very smart set of people. Sooner or later, they’d realise the need for online strategy. We decided to make this as our mission - to bring back parity between the tech savvy online consumers and the lesser evolved local stores, connecting them both on a single online platform. The obvious question was: What if I could add a layer of technology to create convenience on top of the existing trust and goodwill already built by the local kirana stores? Thus eBZaar was conceived. Beyond mere survival, it helps local retailer to also compete effectively in the digital world. I had always wanted to grow our family business manifold in to a big organised set of retail stores, after all as a Gujarati, business is in my DNA. And so our mission was formed, a mission of connecting a 100 thousand stores to more then 10million customers in next few years, using tech & online marketing for the digital transformation in retailQ. How do you want to see yourself 5 years from now?eBZaar is on a mission to connect million of stores of 100 million online customers in a few years time. While our current focus in Mumbai – the home market, in 5 years we should have completed our roll out to top 15 cities. Apart, we are working on a few additional tech products to create the desired transformational impact on the retail segment.Find them on Facebook.com/ebzaar , Instagram, twitter and google+.

Terror and Again
 24 April 2019

1.2003 - J.W.Marriott - Jakarta,Vietnam2-2008 - The Taj Mahal Palace - Mumbai,India3.2008 (September) - Marriott Hotel - Islamabad,Pakistan4.2008 & 2010 - Serena Hotel - Kabul,Pakistan5.2009 (June) - Pearl Continental Hotel - Peshawar,Pakistan6.2009 (July) - J.W.Marriott & Ritz Carlton - South Jakarta,Vietnam7.2011 & 2018 - Inter Continental - Kabul,Afghanistan8.2015 - Park Palace - Kabul,Afghanistan9.2019 - Shangri-La,Kingsbury,Cinnamon Grand - Sri LankaThe above list is a mere collection of various attacks at several places in different countries by terrorist groups on big five star hotels, but the amount of destruction each has caused to every sphere of life is something we need to worry about. Apart from these, there have been many other devastating attacks carried on by these terrorists, since over a decade at various epicenters in South Asia, or rather specifically in the Indian Sub-Continent along with French Indo-China.     Eg: The Pulwama attack (2019) - IndiaIt seems like neither do these terrorist groups understand the importance of 'international peace' nor are the governments of different countries or international institutions able to completely resist and maintain international order. These groups have their own grievances, grudges and bases upon which they get so combative. But the matter of fact is that they still draw support, and from whom?People of my age group (15-20) and young adults (21-26). Getting hypnotized by them, these youths don't just go against their motherland but also end up in black holes of life as there just pulled in and completely lost; they lose their senses and work only for the terrorists. Moreover how many of us have actually bothered to go check the news reports regarding anything on the pernicious attack our neighbour faced or checked the death tolls (its 359).The only way to describe it would be 'deadly' and truly it was.But why such big hotels?(they were common through the list also) Aren't you thinking that? Rather shouldn't you be thinking about that in the first place?Anyway, the answer is that an attack on commercial sites creates more havoc than an attack at the borders or protected and forested areas. The amount of damage such attacks have, especially on infrastructure is more wide spread.Another idea behind such attacks is to draw international attention by killing foreigners who check in and out of hotels daily and simultaneously create a deep tension and situation of panic among residents. Killing the outsiders and horrifying the locals is what they wish to do.All in all, they want to hit the sentiments of each and everyone, governments or citizens, young or old, visitors or residents, infants, mothers or grandmothers, they spare none.Honestly as a writer i don't see any purpose in writing this article until every single person reads it,becomes aware and understands it. After all we don't want any of our family members/relatives/ friends to see or face such awful situations and for that matter even ourselves to be in the fires of death. Also its not completely alright to debate on such wasteful wars or attacks. Before time ticks out we need to get into negotiations and maintain international tranquility. Further if there's a need, the governments and other institutions have to end this game, rather gamble of life, peace and territories. Its high time and we need to curb this social evil.In Hindi " is atankwad aur in atankwadiyon ko bhi jad se ukhad fek na hai".So lets join hand together to create a better, harmonious society for the future and the best thing to serve the purpose would be creating awareness.Lastly lets pray for all the victims. So hows the josh??

Did Boney Kapoor kill Sridevi?
 10 March 2018

May be or may not be, I have researched a lot on this topic and came to some conclusions, and I guess you too find the same conclusions after reading all of this.Mumbai bomb blast - March 1993 (Master mind Dawood Ibrahim) Divya Bharti death - April 1993 Vivek Jung Rana's answer to What is the truth behind bollywood actress Divya Bharti's death?Divya Bharti replaced by sridevi in lots of movies. When I first started my journey back here on such a portal like Story Mirror at least more than 3 years ago in march 2016 it was like a dream come true but I never thought I may travel so far with support of some great people which is a heartening sight indeed.Since my joining here on the portal I have got support of some great personals including Palak ma'm in start, Pratishta madam and sapna madam as well as Devendra sir later on, little with Shivam bro and nice one from Rahul bro, and ultimately Neha ma'm as well as shreshta ma'm in recent times who has been phenomenal in approach and guiding on. In this way coming here has been a great pleasure, a true delight and by making through the early roads I started to have that belief that even on bigger stage of writing with reach of Indian consent I can do better and create multiple writing reach out for myself that can make me a better author. Story mirror is a great platform, I have observed the journey the portal has made in recent times, and to be part of such a place makes me feel delightful, equally happy that I have been part of it's happiness as a writer who is greatly supported and hence since last three years I have tried to contribute in different ways to cherish them all. I was happy in past when during Palak ma'm's time I was once 'Author of the week' and in 2019 first became Literary Colonel and then Literary Brigadier by Neha mam's great support and with phenomenal back up of Shrehstha ma'm and Pratishtha ma'm as well. Further I have contributed here in three different forms including Poems, Stories and Blogs and in 2019 I was part of 'Be A poet' contest, 'A Poetry Moment' contest and 'Stories of Life' and by doing so I feel elated to be part of as I will explain soon why I am mentioning all this here. Before going further I shall now wish to present short acknowledgement in which no dout my parents and family come first who provide phenomenal support and gives freedom to work accordingly as creative field is a hard working core and requires lot of attention as well as time. Further my gratitude to all who are involved in my impact for Story Mirror no matter whether all of them are connected in present or not, your presence has been valuable as well as highly appreciated. Also a big thanks goes to all the followers who follow my profile there, the entire readers community of the portal all across India who have gone through my works as without whom support I might not have succeeded, and the impact of your love and support has made my journey special. At last a quick thank you note also to my author team both online and in Mumbai offices for keeping track record, analysing my commitments and guys you have been precious for me so My deepest of gratitude for such a prominent background support. Now I am sure you who have been reading this must get bore with such long introductory part, acknowledgement and all that so lets come back to the point and let me mention here that key note after such talk so I am going to present the core here without taking too much of your time. I am extremely glad to present this moment to you with this blog mentioning the fact that I have completed 100 works on Story Mirror and it is really special for me as a visually impaired writer who types his work on computer through the support of screen reader software known as JAWS. Yes, no dout, half of them I guess 51 are poems, but stories and blogs have also made the mark, no matter whatever their number has been, and my reach to 100 works is result of hard work of you all not only me for which I am humble to all of you and shall expect your support to continue in such a great writing portal. Ultimately closing the explaination here, once again gratitude parents and family, entire Story mirror community, and Thanks to all who have supported in my cause, I dedicate my first century of Story Mirror to all, Hope many more to come, Till then cheers from charlie...

What is the best birthday present you can get a girl?
 10 September 2019

Selecting a gift for a girl is entirely different from a boy. So naturally, you need to be utterly careful if you want to be the best in the category of getting gifts. But when you chose gifts for girls do always make sure that you should get something which is relatable to the character and personality of that particular girl. In addition to that, you should be equally mindful to the taste of the girl for whom you are going to get the gift actually. Thus, today we take the privilege of sharing some gifting ideas likebirthday flowers and other gifts which will surely turn on the mood of the birthday girl always and ever. Sophisticated crystal ring:A girl in her fifteen or sixteen is too much sophisticated and she does love to try on only those things, which will give her the chance to glorify her beauty. Considering those aspects, this year on your niece birthday you thought to present her a crystal made ring. The beauty of the ring is that it casts a perfect white platinum-coated color, which adds oodles of elegance. On top of that, those minutely embossed white Australian crystals add an extra charm to the ring. The best about the ring is that she can adjust the ring size as per the shape of her fingers. Thus, you thought she would be more than happy to have the beautifully studded white ring. Classy shoulder bag:You would hardly see girls carrying a large handbag or a satchel to any parties. Honestly, a teen girl is comfortable with classy looking shoulder bags. But to be frank, it also makes her look so cool at the same time. Therefore, you thought to give a try for your daughter’s birthday. Instead of getting her something else, you thought it would be a wonderful idea to present her a classy red shoulder bag. Coming to the description of the bag, actually, it is made of high quality of synthetic material so that it can be on duty for quite long years. On top of that, it is spacious with two large segmented and 4 small pockets. The closure is also quite user-friendly as it has zip-locked system. The best thing about the bag is that it has a flexible strap so that you can adjust it long or short as per the convenience. Cartoon lock diary:A girl in her teen gets to know about the new phase of her life. She begins to discover so many new things and definitely, she would love to jot those little secretive feelings in a secret diary. Therefore as a friend, you also got a beautiful locked diary for your only best friend. As your friend is a great fan of the movie Frozen so you thought that why not gift her something like that actually. The outer cover of the diary has the bewitching animated paintings of the frozen characters, which at once stuns the eye of the recipient. And the most eye stealing part is the mini lock on the diary. It is again painted in a desirable blue color, which gives a cool look to the dairy at once. Combo for wristwatches:Wristwatches always personify the person as a distinguished character. Now girls in their teens are experimentative by nature especially when it comes to beautifying them. Therefore as an aunt you thought to get a pack of three combo watches for your niece. You thought so because she loves to accessorize according to the color of her dresses. Now the best part is that these watches are in different colors like the black, blue and peach. Talking about the bandit is made of pure leather which adds strength to the wristwatches. On top of that, the watch is designed in a comfortable way so that it can smartly sit well on the wrist. Definitely your niece can have this for parties, weddings or reception this is because it looks superb stylish on her. Scarf necklace stole:Young girls have the fetish to accessorize in the right and eye-catching way. They won't seriously like to look understated therefore you thought that why not gift your elder daughter a scarf necklace stole. The concept is wonderful as she gets the right way to look stylish and trendy. Therefore keeping all the little facts in mind after searching a lot you picked the red color for her as she looks utterly beautiful in that particular color. No doubt one can adjust scarf as per needed to create multiple types of the look. But the red beaded necklace seriously looks eye-catching. On top of that, it is quite friendly for the skin, as well that means the wearer won't get any allergy on wearing it. Therefore you can send gifts to Mumbai and anywhere in India with free shipping.source - https://www.piczasso.com/what-is-the-best-birthday-present-you-can-get-a-girl/

 23 September 2019

Back in June 2019 Mr. Pant tried one more time to make it possible to contribute for the process by which selection in the world poetry championship happens every year in Sinaia located in Romania and to make the first step possible he sent them the email with his two poems attached. For such a great purpose once more he chose the poems on the environment and this time not barrier reef but Arctic was the theme in which he wrote 2 poems and sent them for the submission process so the jury could examine and along side his registration was confirmed by the officials. As a short background here the poems have to go through the peer review and if they are cleared the jury approves them and consider them both for the festival anthology as well as for the Poet's entry in the world poetry championship ceremony that takes place in Romania. Hence when Mr. pant first took on the task to send them on it was a happy moment, he felt elated to send once again back in June 2019 and now only he had to wait for response. Meanwhile the process was on, Mr. pant relived moment of the past, kept in touch with the people who have been part of such a platform also in past, and hence in regular momentum he came to know at least for his satisfaction that his chosen theme was unique and it may inspire some fruitful result on the core that was sure to come. However he had his own douts, whether the languages with spelling mistakes may count, may be some metaphors or other figure of speech be challenging, or other things and while he had come to Delhi with some thinking pranks amongst his old friends and juniors, the luck and fate both awaited. The process was on and he had to wait as it is a long process, the competition is huge and so many poets from all across the world in all ages come to force not willing to miss such a chance and he was patient waiting for his happy moment to come to him soon. Although Mr. Pant was not quiet before he had come to Delhi, he had published 1 more edition of the Warming Boom, had been presented a falicitation by Poetry Ireland, some great responses for his works were still on the go and hence if the news of happy moment would have come sooner thence it was going to be  an icing on the cake making it more delightful. He kept himself busy in those days, had some content writing with the Writing Squad, made some more great friends after coming back to the Indian capital for 1 year computer course and here also in July he had managed to release the 2nd edition of print books from Poetry Ireland and all that was going to come was a bigger happy news that could increase the celebration. The process was almost done as the August was coming, Mr. pant's wait was still on the same pedestal being patient, and hence after reading through some great posts from T S sir about poetry as well as the progress of the World Literature Academy of Romania, the happy hopes were to come around. It was now just a matter of time to share a great news with all and it has now happened as the news of the result of the selection has come this 3rd of August and different lists are made according to the category of the creative works as other genres for presentations in the festival anthology are also considered. There are some prominent poets who are on the top list, the other list contains the proce, One more that considers the Hykoo writers, and mainly where Mr. Pant's name is of the Primie De Excillenta, where after counting the names from the top Mr. pant is able to find his name listed on the 107th spot and feels honoured to have such a great joy. Thus he would like to express his gratitude to parents and family, the world poetry championship jury and Ts sir with his entire team from Romania, Mr. Pant's author team both online and in Mumbai offices, and most vitally all the readers across all the Europe and world, And his deepest of congratulations to all who are coming for championship ceremony. He hopes that the memory shall be a cracking one coming in future. He is excited to look forward to be part of it with all the great poets for a great memory to cherish. And once again thanks to all those with who's blessings this has been made possible once again, till more happy moments and delight of the championship moments come It's cheers from charlie for now...

Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.2
 21 May 2019

Focus On What You Want - In Gita Verse 1.2 Sañjaya said: O King, after looking over the army arranged in military formation by the sons of Pāṇḍu, King Duryodhana walked up to his teacher and his commander of army Dronacharya.Actions Speak Louder Than Words: before Duryodhana spoke he revealed his focus through his action. He walked to his teacher and his commander of army Dronacharya without his team. It clearly shows from his action that he did not wanted to restructure his strategy after looking over the army arranged in military formation by the sons of Pāṇḍu, to win the war. He just wanted to defeat them. Lot of difference is there when we want to win the war and defeat someone.Universe doesn’t understand the language of others or mine. It only understands where your focus is. As Duryodhana’s focus was on defeating the Pandavas his strategy and action was how to defeat and in that process he lost the war. From our childhood we have always been told by our parents, elders and teachers “Always wish good for others.” Why? One of the reason is when we wish good for others good comes to us. They also told us whenever we want to give something to others give them the best. At that time due to our immaturity we couldn’t understand this. This is the reason whenever something goes wrong we need to check what was our thinking when we are giving to someone.Let me share with you one incidence of Manohar Parrikar’s life - Watermelon Festival:In September 2016, the humble resident of Parra, Goa, addressed an audience at the 14th FGI Awards for Excellence held at Vadodara. It was there that he gave one of his most memorable speeches. It was a speech where he recounts his childhood, growing up in the village of Parra and taking part in the famous ‘Watermelon Festival’. It seemed like a trivial story, one that was meant to evoke a sense of humanity – but it was so much more. Here’s what he said:“I am from the village of Parra in Goa, hence we are called Parrikars. My village is famous for its watermelons. When I was a child, the farmers would organize a watermelon-eating contest at the end of the harvest season in the month of May. All the kids would be invited to eat as many watermelons as they wanted. Years later, I went to IIT Mumbai to study engineering. I went back to my village after six and a half years. I went to the market looking for watermelons. They were all gone. The ones that were there were so small.  I went to see the farmer who hosted the watermelon-eating contest. His son had taken over. He would host the contest but there was a difference. When the older farmer gave us watermelons to eat he would ask us to spit out the seeds into a bowl. We were told not to bite into the seeds. He was collecting the seeds for his next crop. We were unpaid child laborers, actually. He kept his best watermelons for the contest and he got the best seeds which would yield even bigger watermelons the next year. He would also distribute the seeds to the farmers in his neighbourhood. The farmers sowed these seeds to grow watermelons. When the wind blew it carried the pollen from the flowers to his watermelon crop which received better pollen for fertilisation and produced desired watermelons. His son, when he took over, realized that the larger watermelons would fetch more money in the market so he sold the larger ones and kept the smaller ones for the contest. The next year, the watermelons were smaller, the year later even smaller. In watermelons, the generation is one year. In seven years, Parra’s best watermelons were finished. In humans, generations change after 25 years. It will take us 200 years to figure out where we had gone wrong while raising and educating our children. Unless we employ our best to train the next generation, this is what can happen to us.”Unless we become aware of where is our focus and correcting ourselves to shift our focus from receiving to giving, we cannot get best from our act - shifting from Duty To Responsibility. We always act out of our duty and not from responsibility. This is the reason we are not able to create environment of love or godliness which is residing in us. For example all over the world the main duty of the woman is to take care of food for every family member. When we sit at the dining table we expect the woman to serve the food. This same act can be viewed from a different perspective, it’s her duty but can I participate in her duty. With this thought you may help her to arrange the dining table to serve the food. The whole environment changes, from duty to participation. This is everyone’s responsibility to create loving environment. No one can stop you except yourself. Through this small shift in our thinking the universe will create miracles for you.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. Here, below I will give you a brief Article on Social Media:YOUNG AUDIENCE GRAB & CONQUER SOCIAL MEDIAEach minute, the technology is changing in rapid competitive market segment. Every business entrepreneur wants to have an edge over other competitors. Every businessman aspires for quick turn-over on their end products sales proceeds and wants to become a millionaire or a billionaire bypassing the Constitutional working systems, Acts, Rules, Regulations by violating norms & guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and  Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and  Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)Evolving marketing & advertising strategies are a prerequisite and essential in these competitive days in reaching out to customers and for public acquaintance is one part, while giving quick ads in latest tools and websites like LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet through which messages, communications, ads, gist or gigs or contents of any subject matter of one’s personal, business or marketing could reach global people in quickest time, that too at no cost. But, whereas, reaching global people through News Papers, TV channels, hoarders, sign boards, pamphlets or through any other old fashioned system of ads looks to be little bit costly, slow and may not reach all the global people/institutions/companies.  It has been constantly and incessantly observed that increasing use of social media in personal, business and marketing fields is seen on a higher side. There is no doubt in this. The younger audience use social media technologies too much that too on daily basis, without which, the day will not pass.INDIA, Land of Opportunities: The younger generation and audience, now-a-days look for quickest communication, quick Return on Investment (ROI) and money rotation to meet their business and personal ends. The days are rolling-out with updated new technologies in the fields of Research & Development, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Software Development, Science & Technology, Sports & Culture, Tourism and Film Industry, Liquor Industry, Steel Industry, Printing Technology, Plastic Industry, Leather Industry, TV-Press-Media-Print, Grain Industry, Food Industry, Wood-Mattress & Furniture Industry, Glass & Crockery Industry, Cosmetic & Perfumes Industry, Prefabricated Building Material Industry.Face Book, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet are the present days’ excellent media through which one can develop, personal, business, marketing & sales and for diversification and expansion of business plans and to establish good contacts with global people/customers/clients.These are equipped with wonderful media presently available for all the young audience, all at free of cost, for exchange of various aspects and for expression of ideas and business programs, which ultimately keep one busy in public eye. Moreover, global people view and use these latest technology tools in their daily life for publicity purposes. These are the present day TOOL TECHNOLOGY being used by billions of people all-over the world.YOUTH FOR NATIONAL INTEGRITYTODAY’S YOUTH – TOMORROW’S LEADERS:Today’s youth of the nation are all tech-savvy, broad-minded and rebellious with vast ideas, who could mobilize people of all religion, caste and creed as the youth of India play a crucial role in promoting communal harmony which will lead to socio-economic constitutional changes in maintaining peace in the country, as the youth are the future leaders of tomorrow. The youth’s education in engineering, medical, pharmacy, bio-technology, automobile engineering, R&D, management and in all fields of study, can mobilize people due to professional understanding in maintaining peace and communal harmony without interfering in issues like caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.Tech-savvy youth spreads the peace, love and communal harmony through social media tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogs. Rapid changes took place through media postings then, after the conviction of culprits in December 2012 Delhi rape case issue. Nirbhaya Fund for survivors of gender violence started due to this case. So, the above tools play an important role in bringing about social harmony.Fine Arts play an important role in spreading the message of brotherhood and peace. Also, young authors, writers, poets and artists come together to enlighten people of India about the secularism in Indian Constitution. One can understand the culture at major cities like Mumbai and Delhi, that the youth cares for personal growth based on their talents rather than they do about caste or religion.Youth having good jobs by virtue of their talent, can bring changes on people around them to maintain peace and harmony in the society without any negative mind set on caste, creed or religion. The government has to work with the youth to bring about unity in diversity for the future of nation. Please tell us something about your literary work. : I am in the habit of writing a good number of stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes and other content material needed by various people/institutions for so many ways. Then I wrote one good article, 'SICKNESS IN PUBLIC ENTERPRISES, CAUSES AND CURES", Submitted to the Public Enterprises Board, New Delhi, during l986-87.How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? Literary works can contribute to the Society in future in countless ways. There is no end to literary work.  The future of the World in Particular India, has got lot of Literary Writers and their work would definitely put India Map in the Top of the World in Literary Writings. It will happen in the coming generations.  Now, the world's good literary work is known as British Literature.  Indians have good knowledge in literary works. But, as Indians, we have learnt many of the Literature from British Literature. British Literature is a standard literature and its famous World Wide., as per my knowledge.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?.My Literary work can go outdated. New Literary works by young blood and new generations would lead the good literature work. It is quite possible that in the next 5 years, the literary world in India, would compete with British Literary work. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?Community of Poets should be there in each State, and in each Website, including in Social Media.  Each Story Websites in India should have one POETS BLOG, to inter-act with Poets in India especially, directly.  This will be a good proposal. Blogs should have, Poets for Stories, Poets for Song Lyrics, Poets for Writers, Poets for Article Writers etc., so on and so forth. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? My message to aspiring Writers are that, Go on writing. put good proper words, get good meaning, get good flower language. To write good English or Telugu or for that matter in any language of proficiency they are.  Inculcate the habit of writing.  Present the sentences and language in a good way, so that  Readers should hail the writer. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?:  StoryMirror is a good platform for all Writers, beginners, children, youngsters, youth, elders and aged Writers. Story Mirror works as good Mediators to Writers and Readers through the august Story Mirror. and it encourages all Writers in their sphere of work in all fields, especially in literature work.Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? Story Mirror should have a tie-up, MoU, Agreement, Contract with Film Field and Literary Associations Worldwide, so that the best writings  should be recognized by various fields/associations.  This gives a good motivation and a good recognition to Writers on their Literary Work.  Story Mirror also to diversify in other languages including Telugu, so that Story Mirror can spread to World Telugu People, apart from others Language Speaking People. Story Mirror has to work dashingly and gate-dash in various World Associations Organized contests, for the purpose of Indian Writers including Children, and all contests should be kept open to all people without any age bar.  Story Mirror also to motivate Writers, by giving good gifts and presentations, as is being given by various Story Websites around the World.  This will keep the image of Story Mirror in the World Circles. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/7lljf2p2/mantri-pragada-markandeyulu/stories
