There certainly are distinguishable rewards to developing emotional intelligence. However, there are also various point of views over how this can be done. While some believe that it is an inherent skill and one is born with it, others say that with practice and training programs one can acquire the same. Whatever the answer is, the underlying fact is that recognizing ourselves and the emotions of others has distinctive advantages in all fields of behavior, relationships and communication.
The first labour- The Newman LionHercules and the Newman lion by Pieter Paul ReubensThe Newman lion was a beast that took helpless women from the neighbouring villages. The reason it would do so wasn’t just for a good meal but also to attract heroes in their attempts to rescue the damsels in distress. Once entering its cave, the warrior would notice a grievously injured girl. Rushing to their aid, they’d be killed by the lion who was in fact masquerading as the victim. There’s two ways the story goes now. In one version, Hercules meets a boy who says that they’ll sacrifice a lion if Hercules return after slaying the beast within 30 days. If not, he’ll sacrifice himself to Zeus. Another version shows Hercules meeting Molorchos who said that if he was victorious, a ram would be sacrificed to Zeus and if not, it would be sacrificed to Hercules as a mourning offering. Hercules arms himself with several arrows but found them to be ineffective against the Newman lion’s golden fur. He changes tactics and forces the lion to retreat to its cave. Once in the dark, with limited room for escape, he stuns the lion with his club and strangled it with his superhuman strength. He then skins the lion using one of its own claws and used its fur as his armour. He returned to king Eurystheus who had assigned Hercules this trial. Fearing his strength, he refuses to let him into the kingdom and then sent herald to inform Hercules of his remaining eleven labourssecond labour- Lernaean HydraThe Lernean Hydra by Gustave MonreauThe hydra was a beast that was raised by Goddess Hera, the wife of Zeus for the sole reason of killing Hercules. It lived in the swamp near Lake Lerna which kept travellers away because of the toxic fumes. Hercules covered his mouth and nose while traversing the swamp to keep himself safe from the gases. He fired flaming arrows into the Hydra’s lair to draw it out. He then attacked the hydra with a harvesting sickle (according to some legends. Others suggest a sword or his mighty club). During the course of the battle, he realised that it was no ordinary monster as each head he cut off gave rise to two heads in its place. He then called on his nephew Iolaus for help at beating the beast. He then came up with the idea of using a firebrand to scorch the neck stumps of the decapitated heads, thus preventing them from regenerating. Seeing Hercules triumphing, Hera sends a giant crab to distract him which he crushes beneath his feet. Another alternate lore suggests that Hercules cuts a head off of the hydra and uses the poison that effuses out to decapitate the remaining heads. Hera, displeased with Hercules besting her creatures, puts them in the dark vault of the cosmos as the constellations Hydra and Cancer.Third labour- Ceryneian hindThe hind of Ceryneia by Erica WilliamsAngered that Hercules had survived the hydra, Eurystheus and Hera devised a new task that they thought was impossible for Hercules. So far, he’s always vested any monster they’d thrown at him. So this time, Hercules was told to capture the Ceryneian hind which is said to run even faster than an arrow. Hercules chases the hind on foot for a whole year, through Greece and the land of the giants, but to no avail. A version of the story says that Hercules finally caught it in a trap. Another version says that he immobilised it with an arrow to the forelimbs. Another version says that he met Artemis who told him to leave the hind and say that it was her will. Regardless, he returned with the hind. The king was hoping he’d get Hercules to kill it and anger Artemis in the process. Hercules begged Artemis for forgiveness and told her that he had to kill it as part of his penance but he said that he’d return the hind alive. The hind was to become a part of the king’s menagerie on Hercules’s return. Remembering his promise to Athena, he told the king that he could have the hind if he came out and took it from him. THE ROOM19 year old Nishantis worried as he enters the room with his mom, its 6 pm in the evening he has bunked a couple of classes to get to the venue, the sun is almost down but he still has his shades on. He picks up a quiet corner further away from everyone and hopes the earth would swallow him.58 year old chatty Betty is on the other side. She is very blissful. She picks up conversations with almost everyone in the room. She is very friendly.35 year old Khushbu is also present. She is busy observing everyone, her so called fellow roommates, the receptionist, the general vibrations and the aura. She is very proud to get to the “room”.So where actually are they? Where one is worried of being spotted another proud and yet another totally blissful!! Let me give you a brief snippet of their lives.Nishant has had phenomenal performance in his academics. He has always topped the class. He has got into the best engineering college in the country. He has plans to set up his own start up dot com. He is introvert by nature but in this digital world who cares?! He is very close to his family and loves them dearly.Off late he worries a lot of the well being of his family members so much so that he checks on them almost every one hour. He believes every single minute that they are going to die. He feels there will be an earthquake or a road accident any minute and his family members will be affected. It took Nishant’s mom a lot of persuation to ask Nishant come along. He is worried on whether he should share this encounter in the room with his girlfriend at all.Betty is a wonderful lady with a heart of gold. She has a degree in chartered accountancy. She is the apple eyed girl of her father. She was responsible for setting up her paternal family’s business. She is extremely self assured and leaves no stone unturned to fulfil her goals. She has a wide range of capabilities right from dancing, swimming to driving to name a few.All this suddenly disappears when she left by herself. She is always second guessing herself and is very anxious of being lonely. This has led to endless sleepless nights, frustration ultimately leading to bouts of violence. She feels so wretched at times that she contemplates suicide every second day. One minute she is happy next minute she is sad. She is totally clueless on what she will feel next. This roller coaster of emotions brings her to “the room”. She is glad she made it after a lot of contemplation.My guess is you have a guess by now (Pun intended) ! Welcome to the therapist’s clinic!! Do Nishant, Betty and Khushbu have a life situation that warrants a visit to the therapist? Are they having any crisis? Is there a financial loss? Is there a loss of a loved one? Is there a severe health failure? Is there anything out of order at all dear readers in their lives?Now all of situations may well qualify for a psychological health crisis. An issue which exists but is not easily validated. Socially there is a refusal to classify it as a disease. Unlike Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Immunity Disorder, Cancer and so on and so forth there are no symptoms that the body will give out. Quiet contrarily here is absolutely no physical manifestation at all in all of the above cases.Technically they are not “crazy”, “mad” or “abnormal”. They are highly capable individuals. Well what separates them a little bit from most is that their thoughts run a tad more than us. Are not all of us a little weird? Do not all of us have some type of anxiety, imagination or lack of confidence. That’s all that’s about it. We all have a taboo about therapist, shrink or in need of a better word clinical psychologist. We are all worried about social acceptance having visited the therapist once. In fact it may even feature in our “dark secrets” that is allowed only the deepest recesses of our minds and hearts. We refuse to share, talk, discuss leave alone consultation.In fact it is so great an outlaw that we are not able to see our own tell tale signs of psychological inadequacies. We continue to lead a life filled with anxiety, depression, insomnia, addiction, stress needless to say and many more forms of emotional upheavals.Somehow when we think a psychotherapist we only think of a person who is deranged who is haggard who is not successful who is probably chained who is hostile who is demented the list is endless. They are the ones who get help because their inadequacies are on display.The ones who really suffer are the ones who cannot see that we don’t have to be psychotic to visit the therapist. We just need to want a better life. We are totally unaware of a much better joyous life that we may have if we care to pay attention to the needs of our mind. For this we need to lift the rose tinted glasses on our perception of “normalcy”. The irony of life is we are abnormally worked up about normalcy!!We need to revamp our approach to therapy. We need to believe that it’s ok to visit a therapist. Why should we deprive ourselves of a good life? The more we address it, talk about it and discuss it the more we improve our lives.Last but not the least! No! We don’t have to worry about changing the lives of the ones who are in the room. They are already the winners. We actually are talking about the lives of the ones who don’t visit and appear alright. That very well may be us!!We all have that one emotion that we cannot handle. We all have that one compulsive disorder that we cannot change. We all have that one fear we cannot get over. It is all about our mind and our soul.If you dear readers don’t feel up to it don’t wait! There is a thin line between deep thinking and over thinking.
The only obsession to be in a good job, doing jobs and only jobs, getting better jobs in the good companies, the expectation to work in multi-national companies, dream to be in government jobs, to born, brought up and die with jobs are the acts of the jobholics. They can only see, think, imagine of doing jobs only, to work as paid employees only. I don’t have any problem with the jobs; after all, it gives me and us bread and butter. But, sometimes it hurts me when we are so highly obsessed with jobs that if we don’t get jobs we think it better to sit at home and eat away our parent’s money without thinking of alternatives. The parents are also equally responsible for making their children jobholics. So, the young generation can’t think or imagine a world without or beyond jobs. In absence of a job or with no-jobs they prefer to remain jobless and unemployed, but can’t go for alternative career options. We are born and brought up with such ideas, persuasions and when a child is born the parents start planning, “my son is going to be an engineer only, my daughter is going to be a doctor” and they spoon-feed their children to be doctors and Engineers only when there are a lot of options available, and what about their passions, their interests. I have seen many teenagers suffering from such problems. Some of my juniors have shared their unhappiness with me saying that “I wanted to be a banker, a singer, a painter, but our parents forced us to study Engineering which I don’t like at all”. In the later stage, they have left that Engineering jobs to start banking careers or they have joined the careers of their choices. I feel that parents should guide their children, encourage them to study hard, but they shouldn't impose on them what they supposed to be, it’s purely a personal decision. And the children should enjoy full freedom choosing the career of their preferences; allow them to grow with their dreams, passions, allow them to be a singer, a dancer, a painter, an actor, a teacher, an agropreneur and a journalist. If the children follow their passions and nurtured with their talents, skills, and passions they will grow and fly high and would be successful in life. It will make them happy from within and that is the true meaning of life. Then they will be able to contribute their best to the societySimilarly, job should not be the only option left to the children, the parents should encourage their children to be business tycoons, entrepreneurs, industrialists, not only to be the jobholders but also be the job creators and why 10am to 6 pm job only where no holidays, extra hours of work, non-cooperative colleagues, foul play by co-workers, diplomatic boss and handling all these we develop anxiety and stress which leads to fatal diseases among the youths these days. Long hours of sitting in front of the computers and working like machines make them diseased & unhealthy. Can’t we think of job creations, giving jobs to others? After all, we find that most of the successful people are among the top business tycoons like Tata, Birla, Ambani, and Adani who are big entrepreneurs. If they were thinking of doing jobs only they would not have created the most demanding huge jobs markets for the youths in India and abroad. We should come out of that stereotypes and not only to get jobs but also creating jobs for others should be our motto. In our country people have a typical mindset pertaining to jobs, they only know to give respect to people with high-level jobs and even if a businessman is earning much more than that person he doesn’t get the same respect from the people. Similarly, people with highly established jobs want their children to follow the same pattern even if their wards are not good at studies, if their children don’t get expected jobs and decide to start business careers they are mocked by their friends and relatives, i.e. “what? Son of Mr.X, going to sell clothes and I have seen this happening in my family also. We never appreciate the business, entrepreneurial activities, and the youths without getting any support from their parents and family members being frustrated, being stressed start doing all the wrong things. It not only leads to unemployment but also poverty. Entrepreneurship must be promoted, the parents must understand its significance, and youths must be oriented to follow it as alternative career options. One entrepreneur can give jobs to many unemployed youths. Like American teens don't get pressurized to follow a trend or a career path, our Indian teens should not be pressurized in any case. In America, they know each one of them is different from each other and they designed to do things differently. So they are free to choose their career paths. They do part-time jobs for running their expenditures and they don’t judge the work you do. But here parents will decide whether their children should go for Medical or Engineering. That is the reason they are called developed countries. Hence, in our country the youths should be encouraged to follow the careers of their choices, there should be no compulsions. Similarly, entrepreneurship must be promoted among the youths to make our country developed, rich, and to ensure adequate employment opportunities are available for the unemployed mass.

I think all of us might have seen that movie I need not go in details but that question still haunts meAre we civilized? When you have headliners such as Marshmallow, Major Lazer, and Sean Paul coming together, you know you are at one of the best festivals in the world.Kicking off the fifth edition from last year’s three stages, the fest brought in six stages this year, with the main stage Sonic Realm taking you into fairytale land with an Alice in Wonderland setup, complete with a clock, the hands that actually move, but anti-clockwise. You also had the wings of the ladybug open and close at intervals. And to top it all, you had the commanding deer right in the center. Laboratory Supersonic was the first stage as you entered the venue, and comparatively small compared to the others, but sporting a very industrial feel, complete with shipping port containers stacked in the backdrop. Live Arena was the huge main stage and a well thought of Changeover stage for much smaller acts. Between the Live Arena and the Spectrum stage that had more of the EDM acts, was the Reggae Stage close to the Beer Garden spinning out some classic reggae tunes on CD and vinyl. The first day of the three-day festival held from 9th, 10th and 11th February, saw Indie acts like Komorebi, Parekh & Singh, Clayton Hogermeer, Kohra, and Midival Punditz to the Live Arena stage offering the topper for the night Nucleya, Dillion Francis and Major Lazer on the Sonic Realm stage. Anyone who was at the festival will tell you how packed the venue was, and going by statistics from last year, this season saw the highest number of footfalls, with a total attendance of around 12,000 people on all three days. Major Lazer, who has played in the country before, began his set with one of Bollywood’s iconic track Choli Ke Peeche moving over to Kendrick Lamar’s Humble and Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, besides of course his own songs. Lazer showed his love for Bollywood with more unexpected tracks like Ladki Kar Gayi Chul and a few others. If Daft Punk had their helmets, Deadmau5 his mouse head, Christopher Comstock, known professionally as Marshmello, an American electronic dance music producer and DJ had the mask head. Day 2 saw a few die-hard Mashmellow fans walk in with the face mask and dancing just like he does.Though the day started with some great acts like Madboy Mink and the Stage Collective at Live Arena, followed by the Shillong based Soulmate who gave a rousing performance, this was followed by the Ska Vengers ending with Bombay Bassment and the Fanculos. The Spectrum stage witnessed some big bang performances like Ash Roy and Tuhin Mehta to Joseph Capriati, while The Laboratoire stage witnessed some galactic performances from Raja Kumari bringing tracks like Meera, Believe in You, City Slums. DJ Uri played the turntables with Ryan Sadri on Sax, but the night eventually belonged to Mashmello. Once again like the previous night opening act was almost similar to that of Major Lazer as both of them had Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai as the opening song, but from there Mashmello went on to his blockbusters we love so much. The last day at Laxmi Lawns saw indie acts like Aswekeepsearching, Pentagram, The F 16s and American rock band Incubus to the Spectrum stage offering a fantastic set by Arjun Vagale. The main act for the night was taken by Sean Paul, with audiences expecting a night to remember. Sadly the Jamaican rapper who sported an orange jacket, was not in his element but managed to raise the bar a bit with songs like Temperature, She Doesn’t Mind and a few others. The venue had lots to offer, if you ever got tired of the music. At a sprawling 35,000 sq ft moving around from each stage would give you enough exercise to lose a few calories. Like last year, there were several installations to keep you busy. This year had a giant slide, swings, cute de-stress tents, a see saw, and a mechanical bull, besides of course a fabulous food court with a mini flea market. Sadly if you wanted to have your poison while you enjoyed your favourite act, you would have to down the glass of beer or Jim Bean at the bar itself, as no alcohol was permitted outside the bar area or allowed to be carried from one stage bar to the other. Something that the organisers should seriously consider doing away with. One may try to adhere to the Legal Drinking Age (LDA) of 25, but chances are you might just get away with it at the Beer Garden that had practically no security to oversee who was drinking what. While the person is spelling his name the face of the Boss just worth looking at the boss’s face becomes blankWhy so?Every person should watch this advertisement honestly and realize – If he is not Hari Sadu in all walks of life?It is very easy to point a finger at others but very difficult to understand that if I am pointing one finger at others at the same time my three fingers are pointing back at me.It is a fact that human relations in all walks of life have been affected badly because of many reasons these days if we try to find out the reasons we may make a huge list.It is not important to know what are the reasons, which are affecting human relations; a rather important thing is how we can improve themI am not a human relations expert but I certainly live in this world and am a part of relationships, therefore, I would like to share my views with you all1- Stress- How many of us feel stress daily? Maps And Mother Goddesses in Modern India”,Imago Mundi, Vol 53 pp. 97-11by Sumathy Ramaswamy; “Death of a Kotwal”, The Caste Question pp.241-264 by Anupama RaoThe scales of shapes and skills remain balanced so long there is a constant urge to take action through acts and thoughts. Borrowing evidences from the texts from The Death of A Kotwal and Maps and Mother Goddesses of India, this paper argues how bodies produce knowledge. It lurks around the former where an innocent Kotwal is bludgeoned to death and the latter provides for a bodyscape which helped unite India. This paper reflects how irrespective of the existence of materials, constant interactions in the society can lead to formation of perceptions and abstractions. NON LIVING PARTICIPATION IN ACTIONBodies are known to be the hub for interactions and debates. Apart from their physical realities, in a rut to fight and provide evidence, humans intensify the meaning of the non-existential bodies to make them exist. Rao, in her paper explains the helplessness of the family and the Dalit community after Sawane’s virtual corpse is put under the eyes of the law. The case expedites when it is scrutinized deeply and Rao mentions, “The addition of the PCR Act’s Section 3(x)was mandatory and signaled that the case merited extra care as an atrocity”(243). The idea of the investigation of a dead body by another body in power(legislation) sensationalized the tiff in hand.This case was chalked out as an exception from all of the Anti-Dalit discriminations, because of its gruesome severity. Ramaswamy supporting this argument in her essasy argues reflects how soma (body) of a woman can be utilized for representing a map, to awaken the depressed patriots of India. She says, “These gendered bodyscapes also enable the viewing of the nation’s territory possessively, even pleasurably”(109). Considering maps of margins and boundaries incapable of provocation of any belongingness, she intensifies the need and power of embodiment. Such bodyscapes hence acted like moderators between different ideologies to brew a collective revolution.Man’s constant attempt to question and frame an individual to gain attention has made his instinct for differing between the real and unreal blind. The once real, body of the Kotwal and the virtual Mother India, both created by man are not hotplate for discussion and representations.STRUCTURES TO ABSTRACTIONSBodies are meant to provide a structure and materialize the abstractions. However their state of living existence may be, bodies never cease to engender knowledge and awareness. When put under a magnifying glass of human perceptions, one views different from the other. Rao expresses how the location of the village was harmless yet a catastrophe occurred. As the case progressed it was found out that apart from being Dalit and follower of Ambedkar, he was also the gate keeper for his area. Rao writes, “Living outside the village boundaries, the mahar veskar is the outsider figure who protects the integrity of the village social unit” (258). Sawane wasn’t only a material body, but upon his death,a lot of humanity and responsibilities failed which remained unnoticed.Sumathy Ramaswamy too expresses how blank cartographical representations of their progressing nation once looked at differently, livened up. The body of the mother goddess as a map now, calls for national urge to freedom. She writes “They invite the citizen subject who gazes upon them to relate the nation not as some abstract, dead geographical space but as a near and dear person, his personal goddess, his vulnerable mother, even a beloved lover “(110). One couldn’t have imagined the power of abstract images with bodies to shake the restlessness in the nation and make them aware about their surroundings. It is only then when our deductions will surpass the normal overview of bodies, that we will take a leap into the world of actual reality.KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGES ON THE BASIS OF PERCEPTIONSCo-existing with other humans in the universe leads to various perceptions and ideas to be built around the body. The way he moves, his actions, his speech, all comes into consideration when there is an observer or listener who symbolizes his being with respect to own life. On one hand, Rao reflects the importance of politics in the society, on the other,Ramaswamy talks about the status of the female community through her work. The latter writes on behalf of many and says “feminist geographers have suggested that the conception of the nation as cartographically female enables a ‘masculinist’ relationship to the place”(109).In their purview, such kind of bodyscaping was centralized so men could join arms and perform righteous duties towards the vulnerable mother nation. On a similar note, Rao reflects how ideas taken from the perception of Dalit communities and Ambedkar’s role as a political leader helped shape the judgment. She resounds the case progressions and says, “Kharkov distinguished two forms of phenomenal violence: new violent caste social displayed in conflict around Ambedkar statue and retaliatory counter violence that reinstated Dalits’ stigmatized status” (255). This knowledge became crucial in understanding and refining the position of the Dalit kotwal and his ambition of constructing a statue of Ambedkar. The distress of the Dalit community and their political representative from the past, would not have come under notice if there was no action amidst communities. The analysis that came in effect after continuous actions and perceptions made in societies would not have been produced without the continuous expulsion of knowledge from the bodies. It is due to such their status in the society and such symbolic representations, that we can extrapolate their relationships and achievements in the past.Humans, often involuntarily make decisions keeping in mind other people’s existence in their life and their effects. As goes their anatomy, knowledge can never be separated alone from the way they occupy space. This space however need not be tangible or visible, for what matters more is the influence created by it. By their own will, the bodies spout a river of emotions and actions in due course of their life. As they interact, the by products become adaptable and appreciable by the people over who he has the influence. Now this influence can be used to target a set of people or a notion, it can be used as a boon or a bay, or a tool or weapon. These assumptions about perceptions, extraction of reality from abstractions too are caused by an exchange in ideas and thoughts over time in space. Hence so I believe that bodies are more than occupants of the earth, they exceed their limits and become unique walls of creative knowledge.

ANNA HAZARE STRIKEAnna Hazare (born 1937) a social activist, who has always contributed to various economic issues and several anti-corruption movements including Indian Government Transparency, rural development, agrarian distress, etc. Kissan BabuRao Hazare came to be known as ANNA for his support and work. Anna Hazare always calls the attention of people throughout the nation for his protests and movements for poor people. Anna Hazare has raised his voice for many causes such as village development, agrarian problems, farmer's debt etc.Once again he has grabbed headlines and has led to an anti-corruption movement and sat on an indefinite hunger strike on 23rd of March, 2018 in order to exert pressure on the government which has not been able to finalize Lokpal Bill to investigate cases of corruption and ensures better production cost for farm produce. No doubt that his fast is the first real social networking movement which successfully attracted the attention of people throughout India. His weapon is surely very potent. Thousands of people came to Ramlila Maidan to show their support to Anna Hazare.1500 people gathered on the first day of the strike. This number kept on increasing every day of the strike. His strike captured attention throughout the globe. Only a few civil activists have gained this much attention.Jan Lokpal Bill or Citizen's Ombudsman Bill drawn up by Anna Hazare intended to appoint an independent body to investigate corruption cases. But unfortunately, even after the bill was passed by Supreme Court in India, the Act is not implemented properly, thus it creates no difference at all before or after passing the bill. This bill is one of the most widely discussed and debated topics in India. Passing of this bill should have generated an independent corruption detective system and protected a number of whistleblowers. His movement caught the attention of millions of Indians and shook the head of government. He began his protest on 23rd of March at Ramlila Maidan. Millions of people joined him in his protest. He tried every possible way to put a pressure on the government for setting up of Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in states, not only this, he has also demanded the proper implementation of Swaminathan Commission report. Swaminathan commission reports had suggestions for “faster and more inclusive growth” for farmers. A report suggests that 7 to 8 of the 11 main demands put forth by Hazare were agreed upon. 2011 struggle had led to pass the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 but even after so much struggle and agitation, all the hard work gone in vain as the act was not properly implemented. After giving Dharna at Rajghat, he reportedly marched at Shaheedi Park and from there to Ram Lila Maidan. Anna Hazare started his protest on 23rd deliberately as this is the anniversary of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev’s hanging to death. Delhi police had issued an advisory warning to avoid taking routes towards Aruna Asaf Ali Road, Darya Ganj, ITO, JLN Marg, Delhi Gate, Ajmeri Gate, Paharganj, Vivekanand Marg, Rajghat, Minto Road, New Delhi Railway Station. Some of the developments around Anna Hazare’s fast against the Modi government adds to the limelight of people throughout the nation. Anna Hazare refused any political party to join his movement. He declared that anyone who joins the movement won’t ever conduct elections. He also slammed Government to cancel the trains carrying protesters, he further added that by doing this the government wants to push the protesters into agitation. Hazare raised his finger at our Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that he has failed to fulfill his promises made to farmers and also on lokpal. He further added that after sending 21 letters to the prime minister, he got no response at all. Although this time there weren’t even 50% of people as there were in the 2011 strike because firstly it is related to farmers and secondly majority of the people are satisfied with central government’s work. However, his dedication and hard work have paid well as the government has promised to look after all the issues and decided to fulfill all his demands as early as possible. The six-day long fast, after talking with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra and Union Minister of state for Agriculture Gajendra Singh, Anna Hazare ended his hunger strike on Thursday. Supreme Court asks Delhi, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Telangana, and other states to specify the time when they will appoint Lokayukta. The government assured Anna Hazare that all his demands will be taken care of. He further added that if all our demands are not taken into consideration then we will again start our protest strike.

There on there was no looking back! Along with my corporate career I was taking classes at 3 reputed studios in Hyderabad and built a client base. I also started modelling and was recently in the top 10 contestants of Femina Miss India (Telangana Audition). We can take the example of Punjab, where 90% of its total youth population was drug addict once, they even don't get bothered by their families, relatives etc. But all these reflect one-sidedness and lack of proper understanding on the part of the elders and grown-ups. The lifestyles youngsters adopt today are chosen either out of curiosity , peer pressure or fashion, alternatively stress, anxiety, and frustration drive them onto these paths. What is even more alarming is that the attraction of today's youth is no longer for ciggerate, tobacco, alcohol. These are now termed as soft items. The "in" things are cocaine, heroin, brown sugar which are so called as stress buster. Besides it, most of the young generation are living meaningless lives, they don't have any ambition or motives in their lives, they don't have dreams. They don't want chase success they are just living in a parallel universe where they just wanted that everything should work according to them. Just give your brain positive gestures like everything is normal, I can deal with it.Giving such positive gestures prepares the mind and let’s you stay calm.In the same situation, if you express dismay or get thoughts in your mind like,’ I can’t do anything, Everything is done,’ then your mind gets prepared in such a way that you become all the more alarmed and tensed. Although having positive thoughts can’t solve your problem,’but it will atleast give you courage and inspiration to solve it.I don’t want to stress on the point to have positive thoughts but instead I would suggest you people to always have such thoughts that will make your life simpler.
