Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.69
 3 September 2019

Don’t Renounce - In Gita Verse 2.69 What is night for all beings is the time of awakening for the self-controlled; and the time of awakening for all beings is night for the introspective sage.Krishna is now saying the person who is awake while sleeping is Yogi. It has got nothing to do which whether you live in jungle, or middle of world. Whether you have renonce the objective world or not. It’s about how we live it. That makes you Yogi, Sannyasin, not by renouncing the objective world. Everyone have to live in the world but as awaken person. This World Is Not to Be Renounced:All the religions have been teaching, “Renounce the world.” Krishna teach you, transform the world.Renouncing it is sheer cowardice, and by renouncing it, nothing significant happens — the world goes on living, producing new generations in the old pattern. And the persons who have renounced the world — they also don’t go through a transformation, for a simple reason that they lose all opportunities where they can test whether they are growing or not. You can sit in the Himalayas for a half a century and you will feel silent, but that silence is not yours; it belongs to the Himalayas. Everything is silent, eternally silent, and there is nobody to disturb you.Just to get out of the situations where you get disturbed does not mean that you are attaining peacefulness; it simply means you are running away from situations where you are certain that your peace will be disturbed. Renouncing the world has never been my idea; it was always to change it.Millions of people are suffering, and suffering for stupid reasons. It is absolutely inhuman to turn your back on it and move to the mountains or to the deserts to live peacefully there. That peace is very cheap, very superficial; it has almost no meaning. Just come back to the world and it will be disturbed, it will be shattered into pieces. And that will be immensely significant to awaken you, that what you have been thinking of as peace, silence, has been just a dream which is shattered by the reality, just as a mirror is shattered when hit by a rock… and it is shattered forever. That mirror you cannot put together again, and all those years that you were enjoying the idea that you have attained peace have gone down the drain. This world is not to be renounced. There are beautiful people, there are immensely capable people; they just have never come across a person who could have triggered a process of mutation in their life.Krishna is not for renunciation but for living in awareness, even while sleeping. We are sleeping while we are awake. He is saying be awake while sleeping also, and you will live the life of Yogi.Yoga Nidra:Yoga nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses (pratyahara) with four senses internalised, that is, withdrawn, and only hearing still connects to any instructions given. The goals of both yogic paths, yoga nidra and meditation are the same, a state of meditative consciousness called samadhi. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. In lucid dreaming, one is only, or mainly, cognizant of the dream environment, and has little or no awareness of one's actual environment.Yoga nidra results in conscious awareness of the deep sleep state, which is called prajna in the Mandukya Upanishad.Krishna is saying to Arjuna there is no need to renounce the life and any circumstances. Live with total awareness and in the middle of the war while fighting the war you will be Witnessing Consciousness, Whole. Without renouncing anything you will be Yogi, means like Lotus. Taking birth from mud, living in the mud, still mud will not touch you. NO NEED TO RENOUNCE.

Glorious The Moon
 14 February 2019

Glorious the moon . . .therefore our thanksdark cloudsCome to rest our necks. When our focus shift from thoughts to self, we are grateful to everything around us. Our mind becomes silent and at rest.Life is a story we weave together from the thoughts, feelings, and emotions we experience each moment. Yet we live the majority of our life in the memories of our past and the expectations of the future. Rarely do we live in the purity of the present. In meditation we disrupt the unconscious progression of thoughts and emotions by focusing on a new object of attention, whether that is our breath or empty screen on third eye.Meditation is one of the best ways to loosen the grip of sticky emotions and connect to our true self, which isn’t limited, angry, or fearful, but is infinite, pure consciousness. Meditation brings us home to the peace of present-moment awareness and gives us an experience of profound relaxation that dissolves fatigue and long-standing stresses and – as countless studies have shown – promotes both physical and emotional healing. The benefits of meditation include:• lowered blood pressure and hypertension• slower heart rate• decreases cholesterol levels• reduced production of “stress hormones,” including cortisol and adrenaline• more efficient oxygen use by the body• increased production of the anti-aging hormone DHEA• improved immune functionBeyond these significant health benefits, the greatest gift of meditation is the sense of calm and inner peace it brings into our daily life. When we meditate, we go beyond the mind’s noisy chatter into an entirely different place: the silence of a mind that is not imprisoned by the past or the future.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.66
 31 August 2019

Sound Of Silence - In Gita Verse 2.66 One who is not connected with the Supreme can have neither transcendental intelligence nor a steady mind, without which there is no possibility of peace. And how can there be any happiness without peace?Krishna is making very easy for us to understand that unless we are connected with our subjectivity we will not find peace, silence. Without that silence no happiness can be found in life.Right now forget about our subjectivity. When we feel the connection with our parents how happy we are, our body is gift from our parents. This is our objective world, but the life of the body is gift of universe. Unless through our intelligence and understanding if we feel that connection with universe - that will be through our subjectivity - immediately we become silent. There will be pool of happiness which is not dependent on the objective world, it is bliss. It’s our own light, through which we find connection with subjectivity, see it, realize it, experience it, immediately that gives us the experience of silence and bliss. No one other than self can find this connection. No one can help us. But with everyone’s support it will help us to find out our own connection with our subjectivity. It’s through their sign that we can find our own connection with our subjectivity.Look back into your life in any small incident, when you were in emotional turmoil, there was misery, but during that time if you just become little alert towards yourself and suddenly you will find that in the middle of that emotional turmoil you become relaxed. I am not saying you will be silent, I am saying you will be relaxed. This experience of relaxation is nothing but your own light and through that you find your connection with the universe. Immediately you were relaxed. There was no external or objective world’s motivation, it was your realization. Without the objective world’s motivation if you feel relaxation in that moment you in your unconsciousness also become aware of your reality of yourself, as whole, not as fragments. This is what Krishna calls Transcendental Intelligence. For us most of the time Silence usually is understood to be something negative, something empty, an absence of sound, of noises. This misunderstanding is prevalent because very few people have ever experienced silence. All that they have experienced in the name of silence is noiselessness. But silence is a totally different phenomenon. It is utterly positive. It is existential, it is not empty. It is overflowing with a music that you have never heard before, with a fragrance that is unfamiliar to you, with a light that can only be seen by the inner eyes. It is not something fictitious; it is a reality, and a reality which is already present in everyone – we just never look in. All our senses are extrovert. Our eyes open outside, our ears open outside, our hands move outside, our legs…all our senses are meant to explore the outside world. But there is a sixth sense also, which is asleep because we have never used it. And no society, no culture, no educational system helps people to make the sixth sense active. That sixth sense, in the East, is called “the third eye.” It looks inward. And just as there is a way of looking in, so there is a way of hearing in, so there is a way of smelling in. Just as there are five senses moving outward, there are five counter-senses moving inward. In all, man has ten senses, but the first sense that starts the inner journey is the third eye, and then other senses start opening up.Your inner world has its own taste, has its own fragrance, has its own light. And it is utterly silent, immensely silent, eternally silent. There has never been any noise, and there will never be any noise. No word can reach there, but you can reach. The mind cannot reach there, but you can reach because you are not the mind. The function of the mind is again to be a bridge between you and the objective world, and the function of the heart is to be a bridge between you and yourself. The silence that I have been talking about is the silence of the heart. It is a song in itself, without words and without sounds. It is only out of this silence that the flowers of love grow. It is this silence that becomes the garden of Eden. Meditation, and only meditation, is the key to open the doors of your own being.Once you experience the real silence, you will see in your action there is some different kind of intelligence, just like when we add sugar in the milk we will not find sugar separately but while drinking the milk we get the taste of sugar. Similarly when you become really silent at that time you merge with universe, you will not be able to find universe and you as separate but in your action you will feel, not only you but your surrounding also will feel the fragrance of universe, which we call Compassion.Krishna is not only saying to Arjuna but to everyone of us, that we are part of universe, which can be realised only through our self-alertness, once you realize this you are connected with your subjectivity and once you are connected with your subjectivity you can transcend your animal nature, unconsciousness into your consciousness. Once you become self-conscious immediately you will find silence and bliss in you. This sound of silence Krishna says is your Intelligence.

THE SUBTLE ART OF GIVING A FUCK.
 2 February 2018

‘I don’t know.’ ‘I don’t care.’ ‘I don’t have emotions.’ ‘I don’t feel things.’It’s cool, it’s in. This is what’s trending. Ask a millennial their thoughts on love and I guarantee you 8 out of 10 will give a nihilistic answer because, in their dictionary of heartbreaks, love doesn’t exist. Love is something that they or should I say, we, like to view as a mythical entity. We’re not sure how it exists, where it exists,if it exists. We see it all around us every day and yet we don’t believe. We have become people who refuse to acknowledge good things because maybe Instagram has taught us that cherophobia is a real thing and why to be happy when you know that you are bound to be sad the next day or maybe the one following that or maybe we’re just scared because all we see around us are failed relationships and hate. God knows that we have plenty and all kinds of hate around us in this world but the only thing stronger, more potent than that is love.I hate to sound like a clichéd chick-flick movie dialogue and say that the love of your life will sweep you off your feet with his grand romantic gestures and amazingly good looks. No. I’m just going to tell you that there are a lot of types of love. It can be the love of a mother for her child, of a friend for a friend, of a dog for it’s human. It can be anything. Love doesn’t have a fixed form. It just takes the shape of whatever vessel you pour it in. Take a look around you the next time you go out. Look at the flowers or the people or the sky. Just look at something and I assure you, you  will see one good thing which brightens up your day and makes you say, maybe it’s not so bad to care after all.

Terror and Again
 24 April 2019

1.2003 - J.W.Marriott - Jakarta,Vietnam2-2008 - The Taj Mahal Palace - Mumbai,India3.2008 (September) - Marriott Hotel - Islamabad,Pakistan4.2008 & 2010 - Serena Hotel - Kabul,Pakistan5.2009 (June) - Pearl Continental Hotel - Peshawar,Pakistan6.2009 (July) - J.W.Marriott & Ritz Carlton - South Jakarta,Vietnam7.2011 & 2018 - Inter Continental - Kabul,Afghanistan8.2015 - Park Palace - Kabul,Afghanistan9.2019 - Shangri-La,Kingsbury,Cinnamon Grand - Sri LankaThe above list is a mere collection of various attacks at several places in different countries by terrorist groups on big five star hotels, but the amount of destruction each has caused to every sphere of life is something we need to worry about. Apart from these, there have been many other devastating attacks carried on by these terrorists, since over a decade at various epicenters in South Asia, or rather specifically in the Indian Sub-Continent along with French Indo-China.     Eg: The Pulwama attack (2019) - IndiaIt seems like neither do these terrorist groups understand the importance of 'international peace' nor are the governments of different countries or international institutions able to completely resist and maintain international order. These groups have their own grievances, grudges and bases upon which they get so combative. But the matter of fact is that they still draw support, and from whom?People of my age group (15-20) and young adults (21-26). Getting hypnotized by them, these youths don't just go against their motherland but also end up in black holes of life as there just pulled in and completely lost; they lose their senses and work only for the terrorists. Moreover how many of us have actually bothered to go check the news reports regarding anything on the pernicious attack our neighbour faced or checked the death tolls (its 359).The only way to describe it would be 'deadly' and truly it was.But why such big hotels?(they were common through the list also) Aren't you thinking that? Rather shouldn't you be thinking about that in the first place?Anyway, the answer is that an attack on commercial sites creates more havoc than an attack at the borders or protected and forested areas. The amount of damage such attacks have, especially on infrastructure is more wide spread.Another idea behind such attacks is to draw international attention by killing foreigners who check in and out of hotels daily and simultaneously create a deep tension and situation of panic among residents. Killing the outsiders and horrifying the locals is what they wish to do.All in all, they want to hit the sentiments of each and everyone, governments or citizens, young or old, visitors or residents, infants, mothers or grandmothers, they spare none.Honestly as a writer i don't see any purpose in writing this article until every single person reads it,becomes aware and understands it. After all we don't want any of our family members/relatives/ friends to see or face such awful situations and for that matter even ourselves to be in the fires of death. Also its not completely alright to debate on such wasteful wars or attacks. Before time ticks out we need to get into negotiations and maintain international tranquility. Further if there's a need, the governments and other institutions have to end this game, rather gamble of life, peace and territories. Its high time and we need to curb this social evil.In Hindi " is atankwad aur in atankwadiyon ko bhi jad se ukhad fek na hai".So lets join hand together to create a better, harmonious society for the future and the best thing to serve the purpose would be creating awareness.Lastly lets pray for all the victims. So hows the josh??

The illusion of being immortal
 26 November 2018

The Illusion of being ImmortalMany people wish to be gifted with immortality and imagine how our life would be living that way, a way to live forever beyond time, beyond our chances to experience again and again, to be with our senses and memory that we value most.but we forget we are meant to be dead.Yes,death is not a curse but is a gift, it is the reason for which we search for enjoyment and peace as we know we have very limited time on earth. It is the truth that breaks the illusion of eternal being, which would be very boring and monotonous.the First thing is what is the reason to be born? I think to feel the living soul, to find the purpose of life and Death provides the certainty of it.We live in our own illusion, the mind is a universe and we make a world in it, give it life but never thought of death, and there comes the eternal presence of Death, that makes a life complete as a renowned poet Allen Ginsberg says "Find share and Lose Lest we die unbloomed".In Life there should be something for which you can never be satisfied and may be thats the reason we are made that way,we never become satisfied whatever we get,We always strive for more and more.May be today Lifespan seems too less, as there are many things to do. I appreciate people's view, the world has become too hard to live, people are tired of  fighting, and at some point when people lose ability to fight as the same they loose the ability to enjoy physically the way they did in their youth, even you stay youthful forever your mind will be old because it has seen so much of this world, corruption ,injustice, violence and all negative things. But we can't fix the world now, it is in its own way to be destroyed. But whatever the reason is, immortality is much to ask from Life.it will lead you nowhere, you will feel you are stuck in a time loop, neither you die nor live.Because living is not about how long you live, it's about how much you live in the subjective reality, the time you live with mindfulness, perceiving the beauty of your surroundings, every sound you here, every small things you see, everything you feel, because it's our vision what gives us the highest sense of perception either through ingenuity or with curious childlike ignorant mind .may be the death is the end of our physical body but the idea of Death gives us life.there are many Great things done in the name of love, for which we feel more alive Even the perception of death doesn't matter. So death is a perspective concept So as the immortality. And Even sometime Death becomes the only solution of Unknown Mysteries because the true nature of Life is Mystery and that is the reason you can't predict it.Death is also part of fantasy cause it's not possible to feel death when you are full of life. Its more connected to pleasure as people feel seeing  cruelty, torture, death.Everything should have a limit.see future is uncertain so it is possible to feel immortality at a point of certain time, then feel what will be the future life?I feel that when I will get utmost peace and love from life I will ask for death because I will always fear the uncertain future and to make the present Happyness for eternity I need to die with it,Death gives us a fixed identify after life otherwise life would be ever changing and at some point we will fear Change.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. Here, below I will give you a brief Article on Social Media:YOUNG AUDIENCE GRAB & CONQUER SOCIAL MEDIAEach minute, the technology is changing in rapid competitive market segment. Every business entrepreneur wants to have an edge over other competitors. Every businessman aspires for quick turn-over on their end products sales proceeds and wants to become a millionaire or a billionaire bypassing the Constitutional working systems, Acts, Rules, Regulations by violating norms & guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and  Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and  Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)Evolving marketing & advertising strategies are a prerequisite and essential in these competitive days in reaching out to customers and for public acquaintance is one part, while giving quick ads in latest tools and websites like LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet through which messages, communications, ads, gist or gigs or contents of any subject matter of one’s personal, business or marketing could reach global people in quickest time, that too at no cost. But, whereas, reaching global people through News Papers, TV channels, hoarders, sign boards, pamphlets or through any other old fashioned system of ads looks to be little bit costly, slow and may not reach all the global people/institutions/companies.  It has been constantly and incessantly observed that increasing use of social media in personal, business and marketing fields is seen on a higher side. There is no doubt in this. The younger audience use social media technologies too much that too on daily basis, without which, the day will not pass.INDIA, Land of Opportunities: The younger generation and audience, now-a-days look for quickest communication, quick Return on Investment (ROI) and money rotation to meet their business and personal ends. Moreover, global people view and use these latest technology tools in their daily life for publicity purposes. These are the present day TOOL TECHNOLOGY being used by billions of people all-over the world.YOUTH FOR NATIONAL INTEGRITYTODAY’S YOUTH – TOMORROW’S LEADERS:Today’s youth of the nation are all tech-savvy, broad-minded and rebellious with vast ideas, who could mobilize people of all religion, caste and creed as the youth of India play a crucial role in promoting communal harmony which will lead to socio-economic constitutional changes in maintaining peace in the country, as the youth are the future leaders of tomorrow. The youth’s education in engineering, medical, pharmacy, bio-technology, automobile engineering, R&D, management and in all fields of study, can mobilize people due to professional understanding in maintaining peace and communal harmony without interfering in issues like caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.Tech-savvy youth spreads the peace, love and communal harmony through social media tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogs. Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.17
 23 September 2019

Bliss - In Gita Verse 3.17 But for one who takes pleasure in the Self, whose human life is one of self-realization, and who is satisfied in the Self only, fully satiated – for him there is no duty.Krishna says only when you become self-conscious then only bliss is possible.Bliss is possible only when the mind is put aside, when the mind is no more interfering, when the mind is no more playing its games, when you have seen the strategies of the mind, its tricks, through and through, when you have become aware of how the mind has been deceiving you for so long. And don't fight with the mind, because if you fight with the mind... That is its last strategy; if you fight with the mind you have to remain entangled with it. If you have to fight with the mind you have to use the same tactics as the mind.So the whole art is seeing through and through, and then without any fight simply putting it aside; just slipping out of it as a snake slips out of its old skin, without any fight. And the moment it happens, for the first time you feel that you are infinite. It was the mind that was giving you a definition, a limitation. It was the mind that was framing you, otherwise you are the unframed sky.And the moment limitations disappear bliss arises. Bliss is freedom, freedom from all limitations. The body is a limitation, but it is easy to know that `I am not the body.' You can feel it very easily, that you are not the body. When you are feeling hungry you know that hunger is in the body and you are a watcher. When you feel thirsty you know that the thirst is in the body and you are the watcher. When you drink water and the thirst is quenched you know that the body is satisfied and you are the watcher. It is more difficult with the mind because it is very close. Somebody insults you and you become angry; to watch in that moment seems very difficult. You are so enraged that you forget all about watchfulness. And those are the moments in which to be aware. When anger possesses you, greed possesses you, lust possesses you, be watchful. Go on reminding yourself `I am not this.' Keep your coolness. And you will be surprised that if you can keep your coolness even for a few seconds, the anger disappears like a cloud that has come and gone. And a great peace arises, the peace that is always there when the storm goes, the silence that follows the storm. When lust takes possession of you watch and see, soon it will be gone. Nothing remains forever, in the mind everything is continuously changing. Just wait and watch, and when it is gone you will feel so strengthened, so full of vigour, so full of energy that you will be surprised. And this is the energy that could have been lost in lust, in anger, in greed. And when you go on becoming more and more full of energy. When you start overflowing with energy great delight arises. Energy, overflowing energy, is a delight. It is bliss. And when you have come to know the inexhaustible source of energy within you that is no-mind, you have discovered god. It is not somewhere in the skies, it is within you. It is your very being.Consciousness can do two things: it can create ego - when you are self-unconscious, it can create egolessness - when you are self-conscious. If it creates ego you live in hell, if it creates egolessness you are in paradise. The whole world is in paradise without knowing it. When man enter paradise he will be entering with full knowing. That is the grandeur, the beauty of man — and that is the danger also, because out of thousands of people only once in a while does a person enter; others simply go on falling into the trap of the ego. Be egoless, self-conscious and all the grace of God is yours. Bliss is by the grace of god.Krishna is saying to Arjuna once you are self-conscious then only with the grace of God you will be blissful, satisfied. Then you will experience yourself as whole. Once you experience yourself as whole then you will not act for duty but as your responsibility.

Sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. Sometimes we feel disaster with challenges and difficulties of life. In reality, all of our problems arise from our own mind & from our own work. At that time we did not get the actual reason, but if we take the time to investigate deeply we will discover this truth for ourselves. We are responsible for what happens with us. So learn to forgive & forget. Don't think about yourself only, at the time you started thinking about yourself, then keep in your mind that you are entering into the depression. To irradiate those things -just do your job properly and don't lose in your worries. Take a look at your surrounding then you can understand your problems are nothing. There are lots of people who have more problems than you. Don't think all problem solution is money only. Sometimes your encouraging words and caring nature can be helpful more than money.Everything of Fairyland is lovely because it's according to our imagination but the real fact is it's only like a dream. The real world is different so believe in reality, not in fairyland. Walking on the road alone you can see the life of people. A question coming in my mind, why people have a different kind of lifestyles, why don't they have the same lifestyle? Someone going in shopping and spending as much as he/she can still he/she wants more but there is another one begging on the road for collecting single coins. Someone having a proper house but he wants more house for increasing his property but there is another one who doesn't have anything to save his head. Someone having lots of time to waste but there is another one who doesn't have time to do kinds of stuff, etc. If I go for writing those differences then it will not end.Satisfaction is necessary which comes through our work only. Dissatisfactory work always forces you to think.Remember those old days, when we all are in a childhood stage, how you make yourself satisfy in little things. How you jump in puddles and make yourself happy. How we use a single rupee coin for buying chocolate and when we started eating that we lost in melting that in our mouth and simultaneously we tried to feel the flavor of that chocolate. At that time we make ourselves satisfied so why not now! This is also same life with different taste, it depends upon us to taste in which way we want them to taste. It's the human tendency, we have enough kinds of stuff but our expectation is the main cause of our sadness. It depends upon us how to respond to our life in difficulties. When we can respond to life's difficulties with a positive and peaceful mind, they suddenly seem to melt away into nothing right before our eyes. If we think what is happening, this is only right then we don't see any difficulties, all problem will be like a happiness. Don't forget we can learn from the experiences so allow all problems in a positive manner.Try to do things or give your hands, only to needy people, because this world is full of fake people. Don't hate them because it's not their fault it's only their blindness and environment effect. If possible then handle them & try to be a brightness in their life and show the proper path otherwise leave them as they are. They will understand from their experience.I am always thinking why it is so hard to maintain a continuous happy and peaceful mind if we have all potential for peace and happiness within us? Now I get the answer that is because we habitually surrender to negative thoughts that consume our mind and destroy our inner peace. We only have the capacity to change it, if we adopt a negative state of mind in a positive way then we find the solution easily. At the last but not the least "happiness and Sadness only exist within the mind, so their origins cannot be found outside the mind. In order to really achieve permanent happiness and freedom from all suffering, we must first achieve a thorough understanding of the mind".

Dewdrop

Dewdrop, let me cleansein your briefsweet waters . . .These dark hands of life. The moment person realizes his emptiness, means he has emptied his unconsciousness, become fresh and young like dewdrop. You are the master of your destiny. You can change every act, you can change every habit. You can change what you think has become your second nature and you can create a totally new individuality, fresh and young, with more awareness, with more understanding, with more blissfulness, with a great ecstasy.Only someone who is perfect creates no karma in this life and receives no reward.Who is perfect? The only person who is perfect is one whose consciousness has dispelled all unconsciousness from his being. The perfect man is one whose whole being are absolutely conscious and full of light. There is no darkness in his heart. In the very depths and silences of his heart there is nothing but peace, silence, light, joy. Such a man is perfect and such a man can do anything. Nothing is binding on him. He creates no karma, he creates no chains, he creates no new life. He has come to the very end of the road.A perfect man, an awakened man, is not born again. What happens to his consciousness? It becomes part of the universe, just like a dewdrop slipping from a lotus leaf into the ocean. Either the dewdrop becomes the ocean, or the ocean becomes the dewdrop. You can say it either way. But this is the goal of all religiousness, the dropping of the dewdrop into the ocean.

Post break up , we normally face three phases.
 16 March 2018

Negative Phase: A phase where we keep disturbed, angry and annoyed all the time from the person who left. We keep abusing, cursing that person in alone, almost everytime. We cry but do not get peace even after weeping. The mind doesn't get settled anywhere. Bad thoughts overcome our senses. Even friends and family seems enemy, we start hating love and relationships. This phase needs patience.Neutral Phase: We stop abusing and cursing the Ex and start remembering him/her in alone. Tears start to come out at every moment we remember. As tears fall down, it gives relief to the heart. It happens only when we are alone because in this phase we start liking being with friends and family. Studies and work keep us busy. We start feeling annoyed from the loneliness and need a partner so that we can enjoy. This phase needs acceleration and determination.Growing Phase: When we step up and decide that now it is not gonna work like before. Once again we start going around with people to make a relationship as phase 1 and phase 2 teach us a lot of lessons. We start shaking head on the moments that we wasted with our Ex, and moments happened during the day bring a smile on our lips. By reaching this phase we understand one important thing that" Always a start is needed to get out of the bad phases and no phase is permanent in life. " Once we understand this statement, means we are fully Healed.

Bhagavad Gita Verse 2.70
 4 September 2019

Be Flow - In Gita Verse 2.70 A person who is not disturbed by the incessant flow of desires – that enter like rivers into the ocean, which is ever being filled but is always still – can alone achieve peace, and not the man who strives to satisfy such desires.Krishna now explains where and how we need to be aware. River is going towards ocean, meet ocean, but never get distracted by any hurdles. Same for Human Being, as only human being in this existences has possibility to grow in consciousness. For growing in the consciousness one thing plays a very important key role is self-awareness. Self-awareness for present moment, without getting affected by past or future. All our desires are of the future. We are like river going to merge into ocean but totally aware of this moments hurdle of all our desires.Desire always goes ahead of you. Desire is always in the future. Desire is a hope. Desire cannot be fulfilled because its very nature is to remain unfulfilled and projected in the future. It is always on the horizon. In the modern time challenges how to remain undisturbed with our desire:A desire arises: with the desire, the feeling that I AM arises. A thought arises: with the thought, the feeling that I AM arises. Look for it in your own experience. Before desire and before knowing, there is no ego.Sit silently. Look within. A thought arises: you get identified with the thought. A desire arises: you get identified with the desire. In the identification you become the ego. Then think: there is no desire and there is no knowledge and no thought – you cannot get identified with anything. The ego cannot arise.Buddha used this technique and he said to his disciples not to do anything else but just one thing: when a thought arises, note it down. Buddha used to say that when a thought arises, note down that a thought is arising. Just inside, note it: now a thought is arising, now a thought has arises, now a thought is disappearing. Just remember that now the thought is arising, now the thought has arisen, now the thought is disappearing, so that you don’t get identified with it.It is very beautiful and very simple. A desire arises. You are walking on the road; a beautiful car passes by. You look at it – and you have not even looked and the desire to possess it arises. Do it. In the beginning just verbalize; just say slowly, ‘I have seen a car. It is beautiful. Now a desire has arisen to possess it. Just verbalize. In the beginning it is good; if you can say it loudly, it is very good. Say loudly, ‘I am just noting that a car has passed, the mind has said it is beautiful, and now desire has arisen and I must possess this car.’ Verbalize everything, speak loudly to yourself and immediately you will feel that you are different from it. Note it.When you have become efficient in noting, there is no need to say it loudly. Just inside, note that a desire has arisen. A beautiful woman passes; the desire has come in. Just note it – as if you are not concerned, you are just noting the fact that is happening – and then suddenly you will be out of it.Buddha says, ‘Note down whatsoever happens. Just go on noting, and when it disappears, again note that now that desire has disappeared, and you will feel a distance from the desire, from the thought.’Consider. Dissolve in the beauty. And if you can consider that a desire has arisen and a desire has gone and you have remained in the gap and the desire has not disturbed you…. It came, it went. It was there, and it is now not there, and you have remained unperturbed, you have remained as you were before it. There has been no change in you. It came and it passed like a shadow. It has not touched you; you remain unscarred.Consider this movement of desire and movement of thought but no movement in you. Consider and dissolve in the beauty. And that interval is beautiful. Dissolve in that interval. Fall in the gap and be the gap. It is the deepest experience of beauty. And not only of beauty, but of good and of truth also. In the gap you are.The whole emphasis has to go from the filled spaces to the unfilled spaces. You are reading a book. There are words, there are sentences, but between the words there are gaps, between the sentences there are gaps. In those gaps you are. The whiteness of the paper you are, and the black dots are just clouds of thought and desire moving on you. Change the emphasis, change the gestalt. Don’t look at the black dots. Look at the white. In your inner being, look at the gaps. Be indifferent to the filled spaces, the occupied spaces. Be interested in the gaps, the intervals. Through those intervals you can dissolve into the ultimate beauty.Krishna says that when you irrespective of all the desire can become indifferent to desire and can fill up spaces, be interested in the gapes then you will be silent, in peace.

You: An unseen, unspoken force
 25 February 2018

It wont be wrong if I say that 2017 was a time period, in which I explored myself with many such qualities which were hindering my self-exploration since my birth. On particular rough days, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days, so far is 100% and that’s pretty good. I welcomed a new morning by forgiving everyone, who were the cause of my all these days. Inner peace began, the moment I chose not to allow another event or person or the complete world to control my emotion. When I realized this, I started accepting some of my qualities such as stubbornness, emotional, introvert and caring in a positive way, because of which I had suffered my life in a negative way. I stopped explaining myself, when I realized people only understand from their level of perception. So, I was able to completely come out from the ‘Log Kya Kahenge’ attitude. Me, Myself and My writings… that’s all got at the end.I thank to everyone who were my co-passengers of this journey, my toastmaster family, my Trifecta family, my office colleagues and at last but not the least, my own family, my tiny fishes, flower plants and my cute pug…A special thank goes to you who taught me about meditation and encouraged me to follow my passion. Though some of your words were pinching me like the prickles of a cactus, but I tried to go to the depth of those and took a challenge to make you realize next time that the time has come for you to throw one more prickle word towards me. Thanks for all the comments which were coming from an unspoken and unseen energy, pushing me to climb another step up of the ladder of my life,.Going to start a new year with again some unexpected, unwanted and not much encouraging circumstances. Again, let’s see, how the year 2018 is becoming one more milestone in my self-exploration.

A Child-star to a Superstar
 25 February 2018

The first female superstar of the Indian Cinema, Sridevi (bornShree Amma Yanger Ayyapan), passed away last night. As soon as the news came, it was mandatory to check if it was some kind of rumor. But, to our utter grief, it was true. And true to such extent that we are still taken aback to witness the ‘Hawaa-Hawai’ star, go too soon at the age of 54. She broke our hearts for the first time when she played an autistic child-woman in Kamal Haasan-starrer ‘Sadma’ (the Sadma lullaby is still one of the most cherished memories from my childhood) and yet again she has left us in tears. The only difference is that this time she has left us heartbroken forever. It’s just so unfair that the versatile actress had a cardiac arrest and left us. We all watched her with awe, in ‘Himmatwala’ doing ‘Naino me Sapna’, in Yash Chopra directed ‘Lamhe’, in ‘Roop Ki Rani, Choro Ka Raja’, in ‘Nagina’ and ‘Nigahein’ as the snake-lady, and in the iconic roles she played in five Indian languages. ‘Judaai’, ‘Khuda Gawaah’, ‘ChaalBaaz’, ‘Mr. India’ and ‘Chandni’ are some movies that would not have had the fame they have if Sridevi was not a part of them.A special mention for her last but not the least, ‘Mom’ where she showed that she was still the same Sridevi that we then fell in love with when she proved herself yet again. It’s been heard that she has played a guest appearance in Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Zero’ which is up for release in December this year.Sridevi in her entire career displayed that simple yet the heart-warming, beautiful smile that could melt a man of any age. Here’s to a stunning superstar, a mother, an icon, an inspiration, and an artist - may you find peace wherever you now are. And you’ll be missed. Always.

On Ideas
 26 November 2018
Art

Why do we read or why do we want to experience? To gather knowledge, ideas,to live in thoughtfulness. Some of us feel that if we are more thoughtful in every action we take,we are more enlightened because it gives us clarity of this world, like laureates in literature or in science. But sometime Ideas don't enlighten us ,it affects us,it diverts us from knowing ourself. How? It happens because of Imitation, Imitation is an art and not everyone is able to do that perfectly. But we are born to imitate,First our parents then our sociaty. We imitate everything not only language or appearance but also emotions and thoughts we see or hear, some says Imitation is first step of invention. But Sometime we became so obsessed with a particular idea from someone great that we want to imitate very perfectly , which made us forget what we actually want and who we are.We think that we are more alive and meaningful in thoughtfulness, in embracing new Ideas because we know Death is not actually painful,it's the absolute abesense of everything but in doing so sometime we are driven by ideas. We become possessed by it.We get mad to maintain a particular lifestyle, thought processing it doesn't matter even if it's wrong ,because to adapt perfection in anything we need to accept a little bit of imperfection also. This is the art of perfect Imitation. When people see these kind of men they think we are showing off to others, but we are actually showing off to ourselves. We personificate our ideas not knowing what we are doing and the realization happens untill the last moment comes then we understand we never truly lived in our mind. To me it's a tragedy.Yes It is indeed. So I suggest don't let any ideas to master your mind, you think of it,reshape it,remold it,don't let it posses you.If you think the idealistic life you are leading is 100% true then be in peace but if you thing you are getting mad to prove that then get away from that.
