Importance:How oxygen, food & water are essential for our survival same way celebration of national festival is essential for our existance in this world. It fulfill us with patriotism whichbring along a spirit of love and devotion for the country also National Festival strengthen the social relations and communications which leads to unity among people and also bring us more closer to our nation which is helpful in promoting the national harmony. Independence Day, 15th August celebration is a way to remind the people about our hard earned freedom and that we must respect and value it more. It inspires people to stay united and serve the country in every possible way. It is a day to celebrate the true spirit of freedom. It is of great importance to all the Indian citizens, thus everyone actively participates in the national festival celebration every year. Independence Day reminds us of the heroic deeds of our leaders and freedom fighters who helped us attain freedom. This is the main reason why we celebrate our national festivals with pride and love for our country. If our brave freedom fighters would not have been sacrificed we would not have even been able to breathe freely in our country. Forget about the national festival celebration our revered religious festivals would also not have been possible. On this day : India celebrates three National Festivals – Independence Day, Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanti. We the citizens of India celebrate these festivals with full fervour. For India, 15 August is a golden day of her re-birth, a new start. At the midnight of 15 August 1947, the British rulers handed the country back to its Indian leaders, ending a remarkable 200 years old struggle and India became a sovereign nation. Independence Day is celebrated by every citizen of India irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The Prime Minister of India hoists the Indian National Flag from Red Fort every year. This is followed by 21 gun shots to salute and honour the Indian flag and solemn occasion. The Prime Minister then addresses the citizens of the country. Numerous events are organized in various places throughout the country in entire atmosphere is infused with love and devotion for the country. Many educational institutes also organize kite flying competitions which is also a way of expressing the freedom. We honour these noble souls by singing songs and poems in their praise. It is a great site to see little children dressed up as various freedom fighters on this day. In short, every person in the country revels in the nationalistic pride.Several cities in the United States have declared 15 August as 'India Day'.Relevance :In present scenario it is very much relevent because it reminds us and repicturise the secrifices of our freedom fighters which inspire us to maintain our freedom and do our best for our motherland . Patriotism doesn’t require a special date or occasion to express itself. The only thing needed is that we should have immense amount of love and respect for our country. We should not confined patriotism to these selected days only and national festival celebration doesn’t only mean flag hoisting, singing our national anthem and participating in competition on subjects of nationality but it will be worth celebrating if practically we take care of everything like plantation, garbage cleaning, recycling, rejuvenating our mother rivers ,protecting our forests , providing healthy and encouraging environment to growing children, respecting our elders, maximum utilisation of renewable energy resources. If through out the year we do all these definitely we will feel proud while flag hoisting and that will be real tribute to our revered freedom fighters. During our freedom fighter’s time Britishers were our biggest and worst enemy but in today’s scenario corruption, poverty, environment problems and many more big issues are our worst enemies which we have to eradicate. When we remember our national heroes, their working policies it guides us in dealing present crisis. So it is very much relevant to celebrate our national festivals because it invokes the feeling of patriotism in the people of our country and inspire them to become soldier. Our heroes ideology leads us on every step and inspire us to work towards its betterment and development and also gives a sense of belonging and a responsibility towards our country. Many questions arise in our citizens mind like- Has India’s growth happened in real sense? India is independent in manufacturing and producing many technical and industrial goods. We can take pride in the space technology and development in this field. But growth of any country is this all about? all these growth matter less until all the problems related to humanity is solved in real sense. Like this question arise in every citizen’s mind and live example of this is mushrooming NGOs in india which are crusaders of humanity. To encourage them and motivate them several awards are there for such crusader in India. Do we really love our country? If it would have been true our news papers would not have been filled more than 50% with demotivating news. Whenever we celebrate independence day this question arise in every citizen’s mind and force them to do conscious efforts towards positive growth of our beloved country.Celebrating independence day don’t allow us to divert from our right path but encourage us to take up new resolution every year for our motheland’s real growth. I feel proud to be Indian because our country has taught us that the meaning of life is not only to live but live with dignity, respect others rights and understand own duties and responsibilities. JAI HIND !

Sinaia has been representing this tournament in a unique way and has been prolific in it's approach, tendencies to back up and settle official mode. As it is a huge official ceremony, requires efficient security and proficient plans The officials are moving tactfully and in rapid transitions to take things from one stage to another and perfecting them all for the impression of global stature. Although Sinaia did possess habit of international stardom and collaborations, This award ceremony is very separate, unique and more prestigious as it joins Romania to it's culture of rising poetry and helping along Literature in it's goldest touch. thus the 2 day Award ceremony of the Poetry worl cup 2018 is touching, impressive and special in it's pattern and application as well. The day 1 of this historic event is much formal in it's approach, as all the award winners have been asked for to introduce themselves first on stage with their achievements, poetry and why they wished to be at such place on first. Once the process has done for, the poetry sessions from the local poets have been moving around in which foreign poets have also been asked to join if they are influential with some music in their voice or in their hands relative to the instruments. After the poetry proceeddings, The oficial World Championship mammo and pamplate was released by the honorary hands of the top level Country deligates on stage with huge applause and joy and it is great feeling to witness such official activity. Once this main formal process is done, The officials calm a bit as it's called on for lunch and the next movement should follow on afterwards. In the 1st session I completely enjoyed myself introducing what I do, how I write or type as a visually impaired through screen reader like JAWS and how much I have contributed till now to the cause of literature. Later on I got in great mood singing some local renditions of the song I heard recently, made some laughs across the crowds and made the most of it. Ultimately it was time of cheering along and i clapped around with all others doing the same as the official documents were released by grand deligates on podium and once it was declared lunch I went along with my guides twards the Cafeteria to have some snacks and had the best of mood and delight around. However it was not over yet, there was lot more activity that has been taking place and during the lunch people have been talking about next session to proceed furter. The biggest feature of this session was going to be 3 launches in which 1st included the Festival anthology and the other 2 included the 2 book launch of two popular writers living in Romania and it was going to be a great environment around when that task would go on. Once the session had begun, again some of the foreign poets were asked to come on stage and if they could get back to the musical insruments then it would be great to be on the task. In this way once the orders were done and the positions have been filled, on the stage the deliggates with increased Mike sound announced the launch of the Festival anthology and showed the front and back cover of the same. Once that was done both the authors/poets were asked to join the stage as the music continued in background and one by one they were asked to hold on to their books, As the vital works were shown to the crowd gathered as intellectual one with poets from across the world and it was a memorable moment. In the all that was happening around, I was not in shadows and As I do like to be in the middst of activity it was great to be part of such a phenomenal environment. My 2 poems had been there in the Festival anthology which were based on 'Polip structure and their 'awareness and the poets around me were congratulating after consulting my name in the content list and smiling proudly which was great to see. Besides I was still thick in action of the music that was going around and was making people laugh by making strange and funny faces which I always had been suited the best. I took on the Chocolates asked by the closer sitting poets and I was talking with them about the environment, the way things had gone since and was very delighted. When the authors/poets of the 2 books that were launched were called on the stage I did the same as everybody around me and cheered with loud claps and great atmosphere. I had been seated around in Alphahbetical order as everyone had been and we all from alphabet 'P' in our sirnames had been making so much rawcous around that was great fun. Ultimately as the processes were completed and the 'close was anounced we shouted in unison and I marched with my guide out of the place back to hotel and in all ways it was a historic and memorable day 1 for me there in Castelul Peles, Sinaia, Romania...

Holi is the festival of colours and it is celebrated in many parts of India by playing with Abir and other types of colour with loved ones. You can play dry Holi where only powdered colours are used or you may play a wet Holi with liquid colours and balloons. Some people believe it is wiser not to wear your favourite dresses on this particular day as there is a high chance of it getting spoiled.Read at 8 Holi Dresses You Should Wear While Playing Holi
The Shri Mahalaxmi Temple is located at Datta Ali near Tilak Chowk area of Kalyan, Maharashtra. It is known to be one of the oldest temple which was renovated recently. The renovated temple has a looks of the black stone temple architecture. I visited this temple for first time with my family on the Dussehra day. It’s a beautiful temple decorated with lights during Navratri festival. As we entered the temple, we could feel the divine atmosphere. The Dashmi Havan/Hom was just completed and there was a slight smoke within the temple. The idol of Goddess Mahalaxmi installed here is the replica of Shri Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) of Kolhapur.Read more on http://sachinbaikar.com/wp/2018/10/20/the-shri-mahalaxmi-temple-of-kalyan/

Back in June 2019 Mr. Pant tried one more time to make it possible to contribute for the process by which selection in the world poetry championship happens every year in Sinaia located in Romania and to make the first step possible he sent them the email with his two poems attached. For such a great purpose once more he chose the poems on the environment and this time not barrier reef but Arctic was the theme in which he wrote 2 poems and sent them for the submission process so the jury could examine and along side his registration was confirmed by the officials. As a short background here the poems have to go through the peer review and if they are cleared the jury approves them and consider them both for the festival anthology as well as for the Poet's entry in the world poetry championship ceremony that takes place in Romania. Hence when Mr. pant first took on the task to send them on it was a happy moment, he felt elated to send once again back in June 2019 and now only he had to wait for response. Meanwhile the process was on, Mr. pant relived moment of the past, kept in touch with the people who have been part of such a platform also in past, and hence in regular momentum he came to know at least for his satisfaction that his chosen theme was unique and it may inspire some fruitful result on the core that was sure to come. However he had his own douts, whether the languages with spelling mistakes may count, may be some metaphors or other figure of speech be challenging, or other things and while he had come to Delhi with some thinking pranks amongst his old friends and juniors, the luck and fate both awaited. The process was on and he had to wait as it is a long process, the competition is huge and so many poets from all across the world in all ages come to force not willing to miss such a chance and he was patient waiting for his happy moment to come to him soon. Although Mr. Pant was not quiet before he had come to Delhi, he had published 1 more edition of the Warming Boom, had been presented a falicitation by Poetry Ireland, some great responses for his works were still on the go and hence if the news of happy moment would have come sooner thence it was going to be an icing on the cake making it more delightful. He kept himself busy in those days, had some content writing with the Writing Squad, made some more great friends after coming back to the Indian capital for 1 year computer course and here also in July he had managed to release the 2nd edition of print books from Poetry Ireland and all that was going to come was a bigger happy news that could increase the celebration. The process was almost done as the August was coming, Mr. pant's wait was still on the same pedestal being patient, and hence after reading through some great posts from T S sir about poetry as well as the progress of the World Literature Academy of Romania, the happy hopes were to come around. It was now just a matter of time to share a great news with all and it has now happened as the news of the result of the selection has come this 3rd of August and different lists are made according to the category of the creative works as other genres for presentations in the festival anthology are also considered. There are some prominent poets who are on the top list, the other list contains the proce, One more that considers the Hykoo writers, and mainly where Mr. Pant's name is of the Primie De Excillenta, where after counting the names from the top Mr. pant is able to find his name listed on the 107th spot and feels honoured to have such a great joy. Thus he would like to express his gratitude to parents and family, the world poetry championship jury and Ts sir with his entire team from Romania, Mr. Pant's author team both online and in Mumbai offices, and most vitally all the readers across all the Europe and world, And his deepest of congratulations to all who are coming for championship ceremony. He hopes that the memory shall be a cracking one coming in future. He is excited to look forward to be part of it with all the great poets for a great memory to cherish. And once again thanks to all those with who's blessings this has been made possible once again, till more happy moments and delight of the championship moments come It's cheers from charlie for now...
When you have headliners such as Marshmallow, Major Lazer, and Sean Paul coming together, you know you are at one of the best festivals in the world.Kicking off the fifth edition from last year’s three stages, the fest brought in six stages this year, with the main stage Sonic Realm taking you into fairytale land with an Alice in Wonderland setup, complete with a clock, the hands that actually move, but anti-clockwise. You also had the wings of the ladybug open and close at intervals. And to top it all, you had the commanding deer right in the center. Laboratory Supersonic was the first stage as you entered the venue, and comparatively small compared to the others, but sporting a very industrial feel, complete with shipping port containers stacked in the backdrop. Live Arena was the huge main stage and a well thought of Changeover stage for much smaller acts. Between the Live Arena and the Spectrum stage that had more of the EDM acts, was the Reggae Stage close to the Beer Garden spinning out some classic reggae tunes on CD and vinyl. The first day of the three-day festival held from 9th, 10th and 11th February, saw Indie acts like Komorebi, Parekh & Singh, Clayton Hogermeer, Kohra, and Midival Punditz to the Live Arena stage offering the topper for the night Nucleya, Dillion Francis and Major Lazer on the Sonic Realm stage. Anyone who was at the festival will tell you how packed the venue was, and going by statistics from last year, this season saw the highest number of footfalls, with a total attendance of around 12,000 people on all three days. Major Lazer, who has played in the country before, began his set with one of Bollywood’s iconic track Choli Ke Peeche moving over to Kendrick Lamar’s Humble and Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, besides of course his own songs. Lazer showed his love for Bollywood with more unexpected tracks like Ladki Kar Gayi Chul and a few others. If Daft Punk had their helmets, Deadmau5 his mouse head, Christopher Comstock, known professionally as Marshmello, an American electronic dance music producer and DJ had the mask head. Day 2 saw a few die-hard Mashmellow fans walk in with the face mask and dancing just like he does.Though the day started with some great acts like Madboy Mink and the Stage Collective at Live Arena, followed by the Shillong based Soulmate who gave a rousing performance, this was followed by the Ska Vengers ending with Bombay Bassment and the Fanculos. The Spectrum stage witnessed some big bang performances like Ash Roy and Tuhin Mehta to Joseph Capriati, while The Laboratoire stage witnessed some galactic performances from Raja Kumari bringing tracks like Meera, Believe in You, City Slums. DJ Uri played the turntables with Ryan Sadri on Sax, but the night eventually belonged to Mashmello. Once again like the previous night opening act was almost similar to that of Major Lazer as both of them had Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai as the opening song, but from there Mashmello went on to his blockbusters we love so much. The last day at Laxmi Lawns saw indie acts like Aswekeepsearching, Pentagram, The F 16s and American rock band Incubus to the Spectrum stage offering a fantastic set by Arjun Vagale. The main act for the night was taken by Sean Paul, with audiences expecting a night to remember. Sadly the Jamaican rapper who sported an orange jacket, was not in his element but managed to raise the bar a bit with songs like Temperature, She Doesn’t Mind and a few others. The venue had lots to offer, if you ever got tired of the music. At a sprawling 35,000 sq ft moving around from each stage would give you enough exercise to lose a few calories. Like last year, there were several installations to keep you busy. This year had a giant slide, swings, cute de-stress tents, a see saw, and a mechanical bull, besides of course a fabulous food court with a mini flea market. Sadly if you wanted to have your poison while you enjoyed your favourite act, you would have to down the glass of beer or Jim Bean at the bar itself, as no alcohol was permitted outside the bar area or allowed to be carried from one stage bar to the other. Something that the organisers should seriously consider doing away with. One may try to adhere to the Legal Drinking Age (LDA) of 25, but chances are you might just get away with it at the Beer Garden that had practically no security to oversee who was drinking what. Despite the hits and the misses, Vh1 Supersonic gave us memories we will always cherish. Can’t wait for next year.Text and Photos by Verus Ferreira
Luxury has its origin in the word luxe, which means dazzle. So, whenever you think of luxury, it is always about razzle-dazzle, it is always about glam and glitz. Behind this razzle-dazzle, there is another life. A life filled with lust, hatred, jealousy, anger. Luxury remains a silent witness to that darkness.
With the upcoming festive season, whether you are in office or at college, Diwali feasts and parties will be the centre of your festival prep for a month now. With so much to choose from, colours all around, exquisite cuts and designs and all kinds of jewellery, it can get a lot.To help a little with that, we have put together a list of outfits you can create or try on and the accessories you can mix them up with to serve glam looks and look your very comfortable best all the way around. This season, dip in the ongoing stream and go minimal and experiment with the taste of the season like hoops, silhouettes and tribal jewellery, taking a cue from this little list.1. Out Comes The CottonWith the vibrant vibe of pujo melting into Diwali fare, it’s that time of the year to bring out your mother's old cotton beauties. Go for a broad border or printed pattern and pair it up with the nicely crafted tribal jewellery. You can go for a simple choker with a sleeveless or deep neck blouse or a hand full of silver bangles with drop down gorgeous and intricate jhumkas.2. Anarkali With Statement JhumkasIf you are the one who embraces the festive spirit in all its glories, this one's for you. Get into your unabashedly swirling anarkalis with plain simplicity mixed with gota borders or batik and pair them up with statement silver tribal jewellery like jhumkas with stones studded in them or in flattering shapes like festival favourite peacocks or try something new with long style chandelier type jhumka designs and get your dancing feet on.3. Mash Up LookIf you are not that comfortable in Indian, you can go for a semi indian vibe with your favourite Indo western dress from Westside with Indian prints and western cuts to give you an uber chic look, mix and match your clenched waist slits with intricate chokers and those spaghetti dresses with Indian tribal jewellery like toe rings and silver broad patterned anklets.4. Functional & ChicAnother one for those who are not altogether fond of flattering double layered kurtas and bound around sarees and are more likely to go for the more formal looks with short chikankari kurtis on denims and even shirts. Pair up your kurtis and shirts with Indian tribal jewellery like spiral, silver earrings and multilayered tribal necklaces or even a hand full of silver bangles.5. Subtle & SauveYou can also go for a quieter, suave look with plain kurta and palazzo and a woven shawl on the side or a handwoven dupatta like phulkari to bring life and style to your outfit. Pair this with exquisite and unique silver tribal jewellery like the wrist cuffs in German silver or silver rings with dazzling stones like ruby red or moonstone, even an anklet if it comes under your comfort radar.6. Beaded CollarsIf you are going the casual way for your Diwali party, channeling the hippie vibe with off shoulder tops with cotton shirts and beady headbands, amp it up with some tribal jewellery to add definition to the look. Go for beaded collars to draw attention and tiny studs in silver to offset this opulence of colours.7. Classic SilkFestival favourite of all times is of course this beauty right here. Pick out the choicest silk sarees from the cupboard with simple look and borders or go for an all out makhmal ka kurta quite literally, an overall silhouette of loose plazo and kurta in silk in plain or minimal embroidery and slap on some classic Indian tribal jewellery to lift up the whole look. Go all out on statement pieces like an eye catching pair of intricate earrings or anklets and toe rings and play it on.8. Shirt It UpOnce again for those with a little hippie vibe to their wardrobe, you can score this diwali party on the style board with going for a sleek shirt dress with a ethnic waist band in slim sliver setting, a quintessential part of silver tribal jewellery. Pair it up with studs or tiny jhumkas and some leather kolhapuri style sandals and there you go9. The ClassicsYou can also invest in classics for your Diwali party look , go for a Banarasi saree or for the usual A line kurtas with long skirts, just as good as anything else as long as you are comfortable in it and your absolute best. Pick up the look with some hands down gorgeous tribal jewellery, like the tribal silver jhumkas or if you have long hair, roll them up in a low bun and slap on some silver tribal hair accessory like a hair pin to bring the look together.Take these outfit choices as your style start point or a friendly advice and go on matching and mixing up fabrics and styles of all kinds to create flattering outfits. Be bold and be comfortable in what you wear and just sit back and enjoy the party.

Cloud of cherry-bloom . . .tolling twilightbell . . . TempleUeno? Asakura? When you are silent, you are in middle, like twilight. Person who is in total silent can hear universal sound.Sit in the silence of the night and listen to it. This sound of stillness is very close to the ego. When Omkar begins to sound within you, at first you will hear only the sound of stillness: its echo is like the chirping of a cricket in the silent night. You can hear it all day long, anywhere - in the market, at the office, in the shop. The resonance is everywhere. It may be faint or seem to get lost in the noise of the marketplace, but it is very much there. Once you grasp it you will recognize it more and more often. All day long there is a festival of melodies at his door.Whoever has known him has called him satchitanand - truth, consciousness and bliss. When a person is filled with joy he is filled with song. Joy and song are so close. Except in films no one sings in sorrow; tears flow, not song. Whatever you do in moments of happiness will be filled with song; even if tears flow it will have the tinkle of music in it. In your sitting and standing, in your gait, in your very breath, music will play; your heartbeats will lend rhythm to your song. Truly music is his door, for within resides the supreme bliss.Ultimately the music stops, for it is only a door; once you pass through it the music stops. A moment comes when your music becomes a hindrance. Then only his music sounds. Infinite melodies play within you, but you have no music of your own; you are like an empty house. Our temples are designed for sound to reverberate inside, their construction based on it. The temple is always absolutely empty. This signifies the ultimate state of a seeker; it is a symbol. When the Omkar sounds, we shall be empty within - absolutely empty. A bell is hung at the temple door; whoever comes first rings the bell, for the nada is at the door. These are all symbols. No one should enter the temple through that door of doors without ringing the bell, for only through the sound itself can you enter. The uniqueness of a bell is that it keeps resounding long after you ring it, so the resonance keeps sounding as you enter the main entrance. In that sound alone is the key to your entry into the temple.Through the sound, as it were, you enter into God’s abode. The temple is a symbol of God’s dwelling. When it is sounding constantly you need not ring the bell, but we have formulated a method with the symbol. When you return from the temple ring the bell again. You have to journey back amidst the reverberating sound. All worship, all prayers start with the ringing of the bell.

This book was published first in print through support of Dublin poetry forum by Poetry Ireland in July 2018 and was greatly appreciated by all readers in print form. But the publisher wanted to make sure that the digital technology also take it part and after taking the royalty back in October 2018 it was discussed that Mr. pant should plan a way forward by which the work can be brought as an Ebook in it's prime impression. For this he did suggest Lulu where he has published his works as ebook and the publisher also agreed recognising the prominence and impact of the publisher to which Mr. pant belongs as a digital author. A short press release was issued by the central press command of the publisher in Belfast and there it was agreed first in october 2018 that an Ebook titled same should be published. Though it was based on that there Mr. pant should add few more poems to certain topics inside the book to make it equally prominent. After certain discussions Mr. pant agreed to all formalities and proceeded in early January 2019 to make the impact in which he decided to add more poems in the early 4 chapters and also to present an Introductory chapter which he has not submitted in the print book itself back in July 2018 which would now be featuring around. The chapter like China-the key sentiment was elated with 4 more poems that were based on Sino-Indian relations and the other three chapters like 'Hindu fear in Bangladesh', 'Pakistan Border problem' and 'Dominal masks in Philippines' had 2-2-2 poems added respectively for the progress of the work. In the Ebook Mr. pant also added certain online links without which the Ebook can't proceed and he made sure that those must be links of other virtual online portals rather than his previous ebook that would count for the virtual process. Once assuring that all photos are covered, showing them to Gordan Johns and Ayana Roberts who both agreed, and proceeding through he got sure to work on to make the mark. By such process he was planning right, created the headings of the chapters through the word tool on Microsoft and Then felt elated to bring it soon on Lulu as an ebook around. Around 4 days before the arrival of Ebook on lulu, he visited the website, logged in with his team details and created the ISBN for the Ebook and shared the news on social media which was welcoemd with great relief and cheers around his supporters. Once that was done he then proceeded on 14th night according to Indian time to submit the E file first and though he had some worries, the Ebook's doc file was submitted with equal great response and was accepted for which his head coach also got elated. And thence the proceedings were tkane to core now and the last step was not far now when the ebook would be arriving on Lulu. On 15th of January 2019 when the local Kumauni people were busy cooking home made cookies and sweets for the local festival called 'Kalle Kawwa', Mr. Pant took advantage and started the process of all the formalities required on the lulu website. There the information was received well and he was finally able to creat the Ebook which he downloaded and shared its link as well as photo on the social media forum by which his supporters also got delighted. It was great news for him and sending a print note to Publisher 'Poetry ireland; where the work was first published; they were also informed who felt very happy to see it through and arranged an official party at their place. By all means it was a great news, Mr. pant and his support staff was delighted and family had great support for which he was gratified by their blessings and he has one more Ebook on Lulu now that makes it 9 in total with 4 co authored works also. Now he look forward to February when he will be introduced to Smashwords through his coach as they go for Co-author work, Till then it's cheers from charlie...
Wake-Up - In Gita Verse 2.67 As a strong wind sweeps away a boat on the water, even one of the roaming senses on which the mind focuses can carry away a man’s intelligence.Krishna says by giving example of the boat which we also have noticed many times that strong wind can sweep away a boat, but never realised that our unconsciousness also sweeps away our consciousness. We pass through many circumstances but so unconsciously. We don’t want to take our own responsibility. We just want to live in our unconsciousness, where we feel safety. We don’t want to wake-up. We want to run away from ourselves. It is not only you; almost everybody is running as fast as he can from himself. And the problem is, you cannot run away from yourself.Wherever you go you will be yourself. The fear is of knowing oneself. It is the greatest fear in the world. It is because you have been so immensely condemned by everybody for the smallest things – for the smallest mistakes, which are absolutely human – that you have become afraid of yourself. You know that you are not worthy. That idea has sunk very deep into your unconscious – that you are not deserving, that you are utterly worthless. Naturally, the best way is to get away from yourself. Everybody is doing it in different ways: somebody is running for money, somebody is running for power, somebody is running for respectability, somebody is running for virtue, saintliness. But if you look deep down, they are not running for anything, they are running away from. This is just an excuse, that somebody is running after money madly; he is deceiving himself and the whole world. The reality is that money gives him a good excuse to run after it, and hides the fact that he is running from himself. That’s why when he accumulates money; he comes to a point of tremendous despair and anguish. What has happened? That was his goal; he has achieved it – he should be the happiest man in the world. But the people who succeed are not the happiest people in the world, they are the most miserable. What is their anguish? Their anguish is that their whole effort has failed. Now there is no more to run after, and suddenly they are encountering themselves. At the highest peak of their success they meet nobody else but themselves. Strangely enough, this is the fellow they have been running from. You cannot run from yourself. On the contrary, you have to come closer to yourself, deeper into your being, and to drop all the condemnatory tones that have been handed over to you by everybody you have known in your life. The parents, the husband, the wife, the neighbors, the teachers, the friends, the enemies, everybody is pointing to something that is wrong in you. From no source comes any appreciation.Humanity has created a very strange situation for itself in which nobody is at ease, nobody can relax, because the moment you relax you face yourself. Relaxation becomes almost a mirror, and you don’t want to see your face because you are so much impressed by the condemnatory opinions of others. That is one of the reasons why people are also afraid of solitude; they want a crowd, they want always to have people surrounding them, they want friends. It is very difficult for people to remain silent and peaceful in aloneness. The reason is that in aloneness you are left with yourself – and you have accepted the stupid idea that you are ugly, that you are sensuous, that you are lustful, that you are greedy, that you are violent; there is nothing that can be appreciated in you.Going inwards is the whole secret of all alchemical transformation of being. Running away is simply wasting tremendous valuable time, and a life that could have been a great song, a great creativity, a tremendous festival of lights. The farther away you are from yourself, the darker your life will become, the more miserable, more anxiety ridden, more wounded, condemned, rejected by yourself.Krishna says to Arjuna that because of your unconsciousness what you are seeing is your rejections from Kauravas. In that your consciousness has swept away. You are miserable and want to run away from this war, but you are not actually running away from war you are running away from yourself, which is your consciousness.
When back in April 2019 I got great response from organisers of such a great award ceremony, i didn't have any idea that I shall get such a great response and support even being a visually impaired and Today I am delighted to be part of such fond memories here in sinaia in Romania that is a prominent cultural hub and provide phenomenal cultural eminence. To present a basic outline, This ceremony is for prize distribution of Awards for European Poetry championship of 2019 but It shall also represent some book launches, official moments, musical events and touring hot spots and hence it is going to be historic for sure. It generally established itself in early beginning from press note of the official organisers, the launch of the festival anthology and musical performances of two famous Italian names that make it a cracker. And from there on things started to span out in phenomenal colour and response that were certainly delightful to be part of as a great legacy. Further on more official steps took place, people from various countries introduced to each other and it was formal mood in it's early beginning from 1400 hours on 4th of may 2019 on it's first opening day for sure. Once that was done it was time for Writer's colloquiums on first historic day and that is what I looked for as a poet or author attending such meet at large. Generally here has to be four different colloquium sessions in which 1st has been devoted to the Balcan touch including writers from prominent countries, second is focused upon countries that are closer to Russian federation, third goes on with writers from big european countries to act upon and the last one has been with Immigrent countries which are popular but not belong to Europe with their writers getting chance. And hence it is a great environment for a visually impaired author like me to meet with all of them and make the most of such great award ceremony that shall go on for 2 days. Now coming to the four sessions that were very high of standard and where I really appreciated the way response was available to have most of it- such sessions had general theme divided in four different subsessions and certain countries were going to take part diversely by their own strides in different forms of literature represented by their writers that was going to make it a great one for sure. The first session had Balcan countries in focus and countries like Servia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Romania, Bulgaria and Montenegro were on stage where they presented Poetry as their core focus and thrilled us with great percentage of performance. Once they had done in the first session and photo clicks were taken, The countries that has closer affinity to Russian heartland came to stage including Albania, Azarbaizan, Bellarous, Moldavia, Poland and Sweedon and they took story writing as their core presentation to respond which was also exciting to listen out and have great response. Once their impact has been covered the 'Big ticket nations' of Europe took centre stage including England, Germany, Italy, Luxoumberg, Turkey and Mesidonia and their plays were phenomenal to watch that made it a cracker. Finally the Immigrant nation came to fourfront at the last session including Iraq, israel, India and Kroetia represented them as nation observing the core discussion where these four nations discussed the existence of writing, why it is valuable and how to present the core intensity to save writing culture which was a great experience altogether. Ultimately the evening was over with laughter and jokes amongst newly made friends, the joy was on great glow and the moment of award ceremony was coming closer as the next day was approaching for which we all have to wait one more day and the prominent galore shall come to impact very soon. The first day ended with the local vegetarian feast for we who like it the most, photo clicks amongst all the representatives from all countries and it was almost phenomenal knowing so many people from Europe for me as a visually impaired author that made the day. Though there is one more glorious day coming, It was a day I shall remember for long as a person. And by shaking hands all around, knowing that more trust has been gained and with more respect for each other we went to our places of stay and it was over for the moment of it with patience for the next day of office of culture coming at large...
Focus On What You Want - In Gita Verse 1.2 Sañjaya said: O King, after looking over the army arranged in military formation by the sons of Pāṇḍu, King Duryodhana walked up to his teacher and his commander of army Dronacharya.Actions Speak Louder Than Words: before Duryodhana spoke he revealed his focus through his action. He walked to his teacher and his commander of army Dronacharya without his team. It clearly shows from his action that he did not wanted to restructure his strategy after looking over the army arranged in military formation by the sons of Pāṇḍu, to win the war. He just wanted to defeat them. Lot of difference is there when we want to win the war and defeat someone.Universe doesn’t understand the language of others or mine. It only understands where your focus is. As Duryodhana’s focus was on defeating the Pandavas his strategy and action was how to defeat and in that process he lost the war. From our childhood we have always been told by our parents, elders and teachers “Always wish good for others.” Why? One of the reason is when we wish good for others good comes to us. They also told us whenever we want to give something to others give them the best. At that time due to our immaturity we couldn’t understand this. This is the reason whenever something goes wrong we need to check what was our thinking when we are giving to someone.Let me share with you one incidence of Manohar Parrikar’s life - Watermelon Festival:In September 2016, the humble resident of Parra, Goa, addressed an audience at the 14th FGI Awards for Excellence held at Vadodara. It was there that he gave one of his most memorable speeches. It was a speech where he recounts his childhood, growing up in the village of Parra and taking part in the famous ‘Watermelon Festival’. It seemed like a trivial story, one that was meant to evoke a sense of humanity – but it was so much more. Here’s what he said:“I am from the village of Parra in Goa, hence we are called Parrikars. My village is famous for its watermelons. When I was a child, the farmers would organize a watermelon-eating contest at the end of the harvest season in the month of May. All the kids would be invited to eat as many watermelons as they wanted. Years later, I went to IIT Mumbai to study engineering. I went back to my village after six and a half years. I went to the market looking for watermelons. They were all gone. The ones that were there were so small. I went to see the farmer who hosted the watermelon-eating contest. His son had taken over. He would host the contest but there was a difference. When the older farmer gave us watermelons to eat he would ask us to spit out the seeds into a bowl. We were told not to bite into the seeds. He was collecting the seeds for his next crop. We were unpaid child laborers, actually. He kept his best watermelons for the contest and he got the best seeds which would yield even bigger watermelons the next year. He would also distribute the seeds to the farmers in his neighbourhood. The farmers sowed these seeds to grow watermelons. When the wind blew it carried the pollen from the flowers to his watermelon crop which received better pollen for fertilisation and produced desired watermelons. His son, when he took over, realized that the larger watermelons would fetch more money in the market so he sold the larger ones and kept the smaller ones for the contest. The next year, the watermelons were smaller, the year later even smaller. In watermelons, the generation is one year. In seven years, Parra’s best watermelons were finished. In humans, generations change after 25 years. It will take us 200 years to figure out where we had gone wrong while raising and educating our children. Unless we employ our best to train the next generation, this is what can happen to us.”Unless we become aware of where is our focus and correcting ourselves to shift our focus from receiving to giving, we cannot get best from our act - shifting from Duty To Responsibility. We always act out of our duty and not from responsibility. This is the reason we are not able to create environment of love or godliness which is residing in us. For example all over the world the main duty of the woman is to take care of food for every family member. When we sit at the dining table we expect the woman to serve the food. This same act can be viewed from a different perspective, it’s her duty but can I participate in her duty. With this thought you may help her to arrange the dining table to serve the food. The whole environment changes, from duty to participation. This is everyone’s responsibility to create loving environment. No one can stop you except yourself. Through this small shift in our thinking the universe will create miracles for you.
