In sudden she falls off over floor unconscious mood. She got fits and dizzy feel. In flip moment went into dreamed;in deep sleep, she dreamed of her husband, and she clutched in her fist. She gripped hard. She placed her whole body over it. Clutched to chest. Twisted and squeezed it. In struggle movement she got bite.but she did not unlatch it. Caught hard unroll last sigh in her life.Following morning when neighbour came to rescue her from unlock door ,she found lying over floor unconscious; and beside album and What seen unbelievable in her hand clutched to chest.’ A snake hood’ strangled to death.They admitted her nearby hospital. They would start underestimating themselves . They would not share their problems with elders which would affect their future . There is a solution for every problem and thus the problem of bullying also have a solution . As we are mindful that if the roots of the tree are strong so the tree will be surely strong. Logic - In Gita Verse 4.4 Arjuna said: The sun-god Vivasvān is senior by birth to You. How am I to understand that in the beginning You instructed this science to him?Arjuna this question is very logical - he says that “how can I understand that in the beginning You instructed this science to him” - this show his ignorance and not willing to practice what Krishna is saying him.Logic has created many misunderstandings. It goes on insisting on the duality of things without seeing the interconnecting link.Let’s understand this verse by Buddha’s story:One morning a man asked Gautam Buddha, "Do you believe in God?" And Buddha said, "God? God does not exist. The question of belief does not arise." And he said it so strongly.In the afternoon, another man came and he asked, "Does God exist?" And Buddha said, "Yes, absolutely yes. Without God, life would be just dead, unconscious. God is the intelligence of existence."And in the evening another man came and he said, "I don't know from where to begin. I am not a thinker; I don't know whether God exists or does not exist. I have not yet taken a partisan view. Would you help me to see the reality?"Gautam Buddha, listening to him, did not answer, but closed his eyes and went into deep meditation.The man, seeing the beauty and the grace of Buddha meditating, himself fell... You know that kind of experience: if you are sitting with a few people and one man goes on yawning, soon you start feeling sleepy also. We are not islands, we are connected, so things enter into each of us. And a man of the quality of Buddha, with such tremendous silence, created such an atmosphere that the man fell into that silence; he also closed his eyes.After one hour, Buddha shook him and asked him, "Have you received the answer?" The man touched Gautam Buddha's feet and he said, "I am grateful. There is no question and there is no answer. There is only pure silence in the inner being of man, and that silence goes on spreading into the innermost core of the universe. But there is no question, no answer. Life is very innocent. I am grateful that you showed me the way."Ananda, who remained always by Gautam Buddha's side to take care of him... he was very much puzzled because he had heard all three answers. In one God does not exist; in one God exists; in another, the question does not arise. When everybody had left, Ananda asked Gautam Buddha, "Don't disturb my sleep. I will not be able to sleep with such kinds of contradictory answers. One expects you to be consistent. If you say yes then go on saying yes, if you say no then that is your answer. But what kind of answer is this?"Buddha said, "Ananda, I have told you many times: those were not your questions and I was not answering you."Ananda said, "I know, I have also heard you saying to me all kinds of things. But one thing is certain, I have ears and they hear. I cannot close my ears when you are answering somebody. I have heard all the three answers and they are all contradictory."Gautam Buddha said, "Just for your sleep's sake... I would like to say to you, the first man who had come to me was an atheist - a confirmed atheist, well-known atheist. He wanted me to say something that supported him. He was not a seeker, he was not really on a quest. I had to shatter his ego. And the same was the case with the other man. He had come with a prejudice and he wanted to be supported in his prejudice. And that would be very unkind, to support anybody's prejudice. I destroyed his prejudice. You simply heard those answers, you did not see what was the undercurrent.The undercurrent was the same: to destroy the prejudice, to destroy the belief and to bring those people to real, authentic experience. That's why I did not answer the third man, because he had no prejudice. He was so innocent that to tell him something would have been a crime. So all that I could do was, I went into meditation, and around me in the deep silence of the night... And he was an innocent man; he also fell into silence. He experienced for the first time his own inner peace - no question, no answer. And he was grateful. He touched my feet, saying that I had solved his trouble."The work of a master is very complex because he is working with so many people of different prejudices, different conditionings - and he has to shatter them all and make people absolutely clean, just as they were born, knowing nothing. But that knowing nothing was such a beautiful flower in the child. It filled him with wonder.Knowledge kills wonder. Gorakhnath - In Gita Verse 4.20 Abandoning all attachment to the results of his activities, ever satisﬁed and independent, he performs no fruitive action, although engaged in all kinds of undertakings.Krishna's words we will understand by teaching of Gorakhnath.He releases his embrace and shatters illusion… Gradually drop attachment, infatuation, greed, because whatever you are holding onto outside will be taken away by death.In a very simple words Gorakhnath says that to drop or come out of attachments is only way to know that our attachments are illusion. So it is better to release them, which is your death. Death is not of the body but when we live with the attachments that is death. Our attachments are maya. When religion says that world is maya we have taken it literally that world is maya, they only says that the our attachments for the objective world is maya.Once you understand through your knowing that our attachment is our death, our greed, infatuation, everything will be gone with death. In Buddha’s word with this knowing immediately you will be in middle. You will eat but only to survive the body not for taste, in that process you will enjoy the taste but you will not overeat. According to Krishna this act is ‘he performs no fruitive action, although engaged in all kinds of undertakings.”If you let go on your own before death takes it away from you, you are immensely rewarded, you are blessed. Death never comes again to one who leaves everything behind before death comes. Then you have nothing which death can take away; you have dropped everything on your own. This is called sannyas, renunciation.Dropping does not mean escaping; someone who runs away is still holding on. This is why he runs away, otherwise why should he run away? If somebody leaves his wife and escapes to the forest it only means that he is attached to his wife. Otherwise what is the fear, what is he scared of?If things can be dropped right where you are. The idea of running away is a mistaken idea. Running away is cowardice. Letting go does not happen through running away, it happens through waking up. Just look with awareness. Slowly, slowly become conscious and you will find that, in the light of your awareness, that which is worthless looks worthless, and whatever is seen as worthless you won’t be able to hang on to, your embrace will be released.According to Gorakhnath - He releases his embrace and shatters illusion: Vishnu the sustainer washes his feet.The great god Vishnu comes to massage his feet. When you drop your attachments, which is illusion, you have become very ordinary person with extraordinary understanding, one who has achieve this understanding for him even the God Vishnu comes to massage his feet and he will not resist as he has dropped his attachments for the God also.He is not saying to strengthen your ego his words only says what Zen says - when you eat - eat, when you walk - walk, when you sleep - sleep. Self-Alert - In Gita Verse 1.32-35 O Govinda, of what avail to us are a kingdom, happiness or even life itself when all those for whom we may desire them are now arrayed on this battleﬁeld? O Madhusūdana, when teachers, fathers, sons, grandfathers, maternal uncles, fathers-in-law, grandsons, brothers-in-law and other relatives are ready to give up their lives and properties and are standing before me, why should I wish to kill them, even though they might otherwise kill me? O maintainer of all living entities, I am not prepared to ﬁght with them even in exchange for the three worlds, let alone this earth. What pleasure will we derive from killing the sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra?Not only for Arjuna and Pandavas but for each one of us whenever we try to avoid disputes through mutual understanding for everyone and fail, that pain is unbearable, unhealable.This was the prime reason why Arjuna chose Krishna as charioteer. He knew his limitations as a human being and with this limitation delivering the assignment of Universe was possible only if his charioteer is Krishna.To be focused on your role in this Universe and delivering your assignment is the purpose of this body.Body is the vehicle of god to deliver his assignment. Everyone of us knows that if we work in any organization or own the organization or as a family member also we have certain assignments, so that the family or organization can run smoothly and grow together.Universe has given certain assignment to Pandavas. With their maturity and limitation Pandavas took that assignment.When Pandavas were managing their resources they were aware of their limitations and they were converting their limitations into their strength so that they could deliver their assignment. This was one of the reasons why Arjuna was not tempted by Narayani Sena and chose Krishna, without his weapon - because of his awareness of his assignment. His focus was on the universe’s assignment and not on his desire.Whenever we are faced with temptation or greed just give a wake up call to yourself as in that moment you are unconscious of yourself. When we are unconscious of ourself we will not be able to deliver our assignments. Forget about universe assignment but the assignment of family, society and organization too.What is the real meaning of mistake? Look into your life whenever we made a mistake we were unconscious at that time and forgot what is our assignment.Only by remaining self-alert, we will not repeat the same mistake again. If you are self-alert and taking decision you will find that you will not make any mistake but also you will not be in the trap of greed, temptation or desire.There is no rocket science involved in not making any mistake or repeating the mistake. It’s just to be self-alert.You can bridge the gap by being more alert, that’s why there is so much emphasis on being alert, awareness witnessing, watchful. Why? Because the more you become alert, the more the unconscious becomes conscious. That is the only way. If you remain more alert, if you walk with awareness, if you talk, listen with awareness, if you eat, take your bath, with awareness, not like a robot, not walking in sleep and doing things, or doing things and thinking about other things - that too is a type of sleep, if consciously, mindfully, you do your work chunks of the unconscious are being transformed into consciousness, and gradually more and more of your iceberg comes out of the water of darkness, out of the ocean.When the whole of you is out of darkness, this is samadhi, this is enlightenment, this is the state of a Buddha, or an arhat: one who has no longer any unconsciousness in him, one who has no longer any dark corners within his being. The whole house is lighted. Now, you have attained unity - on a higher plane. So Buddha is pure like an animal, simple like an animal. The animal has its innocence because of ignorance, and Buddha has his innocence because of his enlightened awareness. The cause has changed.All the Pandavas preparation and managing their resources were from self-alertness, so in this utter despair of mind Arjuna turned to Krishna not for his desire but to bring him back to his self-alertness.

Be Ordinary - In Gita Verse 4.9 One who knows the transcendental nature of My appearance and activities does not, upon leaving the body, take his birth again in this material world, but attains My eternal abode, O Arjuna.Krishna tells that when you turn in and immediately you find me over there. You realize transcendental nature of universe. Means change of form nothing else. Whether you understand through science or by turning in, you will find something which cannot be destroyed but only it changes the form. You will find your own eternity.Life has no beginning and no end. It is eternity, and that is God’s gift. God has given himself in the gift, because life is God. All that is needed is a certain awakening in your heart so you can see it, feel it, taste it, touch it. The gift has been waiting and waiting for you for thousands of years, but you have been asleep, as everybody has been.One has to become an awakening. One h...as to be nothing but a great effort to wake yourself up. Nobody else can do it for you. If you don’t cooperate there is no possibility. Somebody can shake you but you can go on sleeping, you can turn over. Somebody can shake you but you can start dreaming that somebody is shaking you.Unless you want to wake up, unless an intense longing to wake up arises in you, no possible help can be given from the outside. But if you want to be awakened then all possible help is available. It cannot be imposed on you; your freedom cannot be interfered with. With your cooperation the thing is very simple… so simple that I say: Snap your fingers, slap your face, and wake up!Just as an experiment, let us try and move our hand with awareness. We will immediately realise that the particular moment was full of grace. The unawareness or sleep is gone, we are now fully awake, and this aware state is what the Buddha called ‘wakefulness’, and it is this wakefulness that is the way to living life.The Buddha’s emphasis was on two very important aspects – life and awareness. And, if life is our goal, if living life to its fullest is the ultimate aim, then awareness is the only highway to reach there. I have tried to depict the state of this continuous presence that ‘we are’, through the routine life, Awareness. When we walk, sleep, or even perform any mundane activity with awareness, it becomes meditation and the centring of our being begins. This centring leading to crystallisation is very important for the birth of our being.When you are eating, just be aware of your eating, and when you are angry, just be aware that you are angry. This constant remembering of the self creates a subtle energy in you and you begin to be a crystallised being. Kabir’s poems beautifully describe this awareness in his rustic but beautiful language. Many of his poems are a call to acknowledge and live in this awareness, which he termed as Jatan. He says, “Man Gorakh, man Gobind, man hi Aughad soy/ Jo man raakhe jatan kari, aape karta hoy.” Kabir says that the body is not doing anything; the entire activity is governed by the inner world of awareness. We only need to be aware of ourselves and the rest will follow.This is the most significant phenomenon that will light our inner consciousness. In his poems, Kabir describes ordinary village women returning home from the river with vessels full of water carefully balanced on their heads. They never use their hands to support the pots even when they are deeply engaged in talking to each other, or while singing a song in chorus. Kabir wonders how they manage to continuously retain the pots on their heads without ever spilling a drop of water. He himself answers it by saying that it is because of pure awareness – a watchful inner guard. Kabir tells us that we should all live, work and walk just like those women who – with precariously balanced pots on their heads – reach home without even spilling a drop of water.There is a very thin line between forgetfulness and unawareness. Kabir has more to say on Jatan, awareness: “Das Kabir jatan kar odhi/ jyon ki tyon dhar deeni chadariya.” Kabir says he draped the subtle yarn of awareness around him, and returned it just as he received it from the lord himself. This is what awareness is all about – living our life, maintaining a constant remembrance and witnessing our self totally.Krishna tells Arjuna that to find your eternity you have to wake up. Once you know your own eternity which has not taught by anyone then all your objective world, material world will drop, with that your attachments, anxiety, expectations, etc everything will drop out. The only way to wake up is be ordinary, bring your awareness in all your routine act.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I graduated a semester early from Beckman Catholic High School and started taking college courses early on. Currently, I attend Northeast Iowa Community College. Given my hectic life, at the moment I am only enrolled in online courses. Ever-so-slowly, I’m working towards my Associate of Arts degree before I transfer to a four-year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? I have always had a fondness for literature—there’s just something immensely intriguing about finding a great book and escaping into the literary world it provides. I’m always adding new books to my kindle. As for writing, I discovered early on in my childhood that I had a talent and interest in poetry. More often than not, I used poetry writing as a therapeutic tool and it proved to be a helpful means of coping with the struggles of my daily life. It still is. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? The difficulties that had the most impact in relation to my writing would probably be writer’s block and finding FREE ways to get my work put out there and/or published.What is your view about the present-day literary work? In regard to poetry specifically, the majority of my favorite writers are modern-day and from this generation. I find that I tend to gravitate towards writing styles similar to my own. I think that there has been a recent increase in writing that has a positive subject matter, which I find refreshing considering most of my own work tends to be on the negative side of life. Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? I definitely believe that social media and technology both have made a HUGE difference in the amount of opportunities available for writers. For me, personally, the digital world has skyrocketed my writing and certainly improved it.Please tell us something about your literary work. My work is almost solely poetry, and that’s what I’ve chosen to dedicate my time spent writing to. Every single piece has some sort of deeply personal connection to me or my life and, in numerous cases, my past. I think this positive turn for me is becoming visible in some of my writing. What was your first literary work and how was it published? My first real piece of writing that I put out there was a cheesy Love poem that I wrote around age twelve specifically for a contest hosted by what previously was Poetry.com. It’s called Definition of Love, and through the website at the time, it was published into an anthology entitled Collected Whispers. I was quite proud then, but reading it now, I almost want to blush at how obvious my youth was. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?I think that, in the future—as well as now, even—literature and writing and poetry will (hopefully) open people’s eyes to what the world was/is like today and explore the endless possibilities of what the world COULD be.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?In five years, the hopes I have in regard to my writing all revolve around the simple goal of being recognized and successfully putting myself out there. It’s been a struggle finding ways to do that that won’t affect me financially. Ernest Hemingway once said, “Try to learn to breathe deeply, really to taste food when you eat, and when you sleep really to sleep. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell. And when you get angry, get good and angry. Try to be alive. London is a city that is open for all, welcomes with all the favours you require and it is a city that has so many places, cultural systems and multi-tasking platforms that can certainly make your day if you are about to begin a cultural tournament like European Quiz Championship for which as a field activity we the Indian Visually Impaired team took upon ourselves to explore and have some joy in the city.Usually we arrived here in the early morning through two connecting flights and were certainly tired thus getting a stay to get fresh closer to the airport through support of Indian Quiz Federation was a great venture and we took upon ourselves to have some rest, have some vegetarian feast for ourselves and have great tastes. From there on we have to decide where we should stay for next five days, have to plan our whole field routine between the complete tournament with our hopes to go forward and thence after 2 hours of rest and comfort we took a cab and started our adventure in such a prominent city. The team that is known for certain natural ventures and cultural moves is a certain great habit to have and thence we planned our four different ways for the whole day with some prominent names joining us later and we settled it first visiting through the Tems river, then going closer to the seashore, Thence closing on our trip with some steep pillar areas and ultimately to visit famous hot spots of the city in the eve that was going to be a great experience. In such plans, we first analysed how much has been settled by the board for the travel ventures, discussed with our management how to be comfortable with some prominent names of international fames joining us and also let them know what we were up for that should be perfect to make the day for sure. Once that was all clear, it was not big deal to settle the adventures and before doing that we gradually settled for a short brunch, observed some local nature based commitments for environment and after having both steps we now looked forward for a glorius day coming ahead in such a city like London with lot of joy to be part of indeed. Our trip of the day started with having lot of joy as a team with some great names across Tames river where we had short under-water fun session and we also enjoyed boating, river-rafting and Kayaking which was all great experience to cherish as a group bonding session as a team. Once that was over we headed towards the sea shore and there at the beach we took over a task to perform as a nature based activity collecting recycling products and using them to recycle with certain machines available which was a group activity once again and made our delight increase a lot having it done accordingly.
