Srimad Bhagwatam
 Anu Jain
 19 January 2020

nigama-kalpa-taror galitaṁ phalaṁśuka-mukhād amṛta-drava-saṁyutampibata bhāgavataṁ rasam ālayaṁmuhur aho rasikā bhuvi bhāvukāḥO expert and thoughtful men, relish Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, the mature fruit of the desire tree of Vedic literatures. It emanated from the lips of Śrī Śukadeva Gosvāmī. Therefore this fruit has become even more tasteful, although its nectarean juice was already relishable for all, including liberated souls.Srila Vyasa dev, the literary incarnation of the Lord, has presented all vedic knowledge in the form of the Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas and so forth, for the benefit of the human society in the age of Kali. In these great literatures he has provided all knowledge on each and every field of knowledge that is to be known by man, ranging from medicine, science, astrology, architecture to music, dance and all other fields of knowledge. Along with information regarding subject matters pertaining to the mundane world, he has given transcendental knowledge for those who are inclined towards self realisation, understanding the true purpose of this human form of life. However, even after having written all these scriptures, Vyasadev felt dissatisfied at heart. Understanding the mood of his dear disciple, Narad Muni instructed him to compose the Srimad Bhagwatam and to describe the transcendental names, forms, qualities and pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna and his various incarnations. This would give him great transcendental bliss, as the reason for his dissatisfaction was that he had not directly glorified the Lord and the path of Bhakti in any of the literatures that he had composed so far. Following the instruction of Narad Muni, Srila Vyasa Dev composed the Srimad Bhagawatam, which is the natural commentary on the Vedanta Sutra, the essence of all the Vedas. In this spotless literature, he has given the essence, the cream, of all the Vedas in the form of the glorification of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. For this reason, this greatest of all literatures has been described as the mature and ripened fruit of the tree of Vedic literatures. Just as a ripe mango is said to become even more relishable after a parrot has tasted it, similarly, the Srimad Bhagawatam is even more relishable for it has emanated from the lips of Sukadev goswami, the son of Sri Vyasadev and who is none other than the pet parrot of Srimati Radhika in Golok Vrindavan. Who could better relish and enable others to relish the nectar of this great literature other than an eternal associate of Radha Shyamsundar. This great literature, which is saturated with the topmost rasas, is relished by the liberated souls, who are detached from the material world. The great personalities, who have given up all material entanglements and are completely aloof from the material world, are naturally drawn towards the glories of the Supreme Lord, for they are full of nectar and beyond the mundane realm. Therefore, this literature which describes the names, forms, qualities and pastimes of the Lord are relished by the great devotees of the Lord. Thus, one who is eager to be freed from the bondage of material existence and is eager to relish transcendental nectar should, under the guidance of a bona-fide representative of Sukadev Goswami, study Srimad Bhagwatam with great faith and attention.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I had completed my High School from Our Own High School, Al Warqa', Dubai, I am a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai and a Master of Business Administration graduate majoring in Finance from Manipal University, Dubai. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  When I first wrote a poem, I was in grade 10, say before the CBSE board exams started off. There isn't exactly a how I got interested in literature because back then and even now music has been my inspiration, and how various genres bring out what you feel from within was one of the keys that triggered me into writing. It helped me dive deep into my imagination and what I felt inside. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? The difficulties while writing can be just one or many things combined to be honest. Like one of the difficulties I faced was loss of words, there will be times where you are trying to describe a certain thing or a feeling and you know how the lines should be formed but you are not getting that word that can complete it, and then you may be like ok this is not working and you strike off the line you wrote and then start from scratch to use a similar word or phrase that expresses the same.Another difficulty that I have faced and I guess the other writers too would agree on this is continuity or simply called a flow. When we are in a flow of writing not just poetry, fictions or anything for that matter, we can generate ideas within a few minutes or less depending on how often we write or how deep our imagination goes. I did have difficulty in getting back my flow after I was done with school and it took me around 2 years to get back in writing and I thought I was back but then again with various things happening around you, it does become difficult to carry on. After a pretty much on and off in between, I got my flow back again after my MBA. Yes, we all struggle at one point or the other but the only important thing other than imagination, creativity is the flow. The stronger your flow, the more confident you become and the more you can dive into your imagination bringing out the best in you. What is your view about the present-day literary work? Literature has been evolving over the years, now people not only write about what they imagine or feel, but they also write on current issues too. There are people who have come out speaking about out about their difficulties, abusive relationships, etc that have in turn encouraged others to come out and speak. Words always had the power to inspire people, bring people together in times of oppression, many singers/songwriters have done it, like Bob Marley and many more, whose words had inspired people, brought peace around. Now, Literature has got a new platform that is digital media, where millions can connect and express what they feel, what they may have gone through and help each other out in the process.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Definitely, Digital and Social Media has now become a hub of new and emerging writers, it has given them the opportunity to showcase their talent in writing, given them the opportunity to learn from other writers whether new or experienced, this has also given the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with each other regardless of their geographical boundaries and linguistic barriers.Instagram is one of the major tools for this has encouraged millions in expressing what their passion is, what they are interested in and continue to do follow their path, to not just gain followers but also to inspire more and more to do the same. Please tell us something about your literary work. I am a poet, and I write poetry in English and Hindi / Urdu, I write about love, motivation, relationships, and many more. I had started writing for myself when I was in 10th and I used to keep a book separately just for my work back then. As years passed by, you gain more experience as to what life gives you in your journey and I guess that had helped evolve from just writing about how I felt by just looking at someone's face to how you feel in certain situations which may be so realistic yet not so easy to express to people around you.      I do have a WordPress blog that I have been maintaining for a few years now           WordPress Blog: https://shoumeets.wordpress.com/I also have a Facebook and Instagram page where I keep posting my work and try to reach out to as many people as possible.      Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/shoumeet.saha.poetryInstagram Page: https://www.instagram.com/shoumeet.saha.poetry/What was your first literary work and how was it published? My first literary work was a Hindi poem "Haseen" back in 2012. This was the first one to make to my WordPress blog which I had created. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?Literature has played a very important role in expression, expression of our thought, expression of our feelings and expression of our opinions.Today, literature has become the power to heal someone from depression, motivate and inspire people from day to day, comfort those suffering from various difficulties and pain and letting them know that they are not alone. Literature has always and will be able to contribute its part of healing, inspiration, and love in the future, which now is really essential for our existence and survival in this world.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? In the literary world, a person can be inspired anytime by anyone and anywhere and in this world, learning how to dive deeper into our imagination is always a constant. I would say I am taking it day by day to learn more, to experience more and find ways to inspire myself to write more. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? To build a community for poets, I would say we need to encourage them to express what they feel from day to day. We may also suggest a word or phrase that they may be able to write upon and let them bring out the best of their work through the use of those words and phrases. We can also give them the opportunity to collaborate among themselves, this, in turn, will help them learn from each other's experiences and also help in the different competitions that they may participate in.What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? My message to the aspiring writers is to learn more, learn from people's experience, your own experiences, learn how to express your feelings better and learn to take control of your imagination, the deeper you go, the more you will be surprised as to how many ways you can write about something.Another message is that life will have its ups and downs, but never be discouraged by it, never give up on what you really love and never lose your flow in writing. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?  StoryMirror has been a great platform to showcase my work and a lot of competitions to participate in, some of which I would like to take on soon. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/zlnwbvgb/shoumeet-saha/poems

Your full name:Aditi BhushanPlease give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My father was serving Indian Defense, due to which my initial education has taken place in South-Indian states in Kendriya Vidyalayas, CBSE Board. Major part of my schooling took place in Mumbai. When I stepped in College life, I chosen the professional technical course Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from SNDT Women’s university based out at Mumbai. I completed my post-graduation as Masters of Science in Computer Application from Symbiosis International University, Pune. This gave me the direction to become a software engineer. After Marriage and Pregnancy, I chose to swap my career option to prosper my family responsibilities. I completed two more professional bachelor degree courses, one in Library Science (BLIS) and another as Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from University of Mumbai, This way, today I am having three professional Bachelor’s Degree. I love to upgrade myself, and thus I always keep my studies on.How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  Literature has always drawn my attention since childhood. In childhood, I was a very shy kind of person. I started to write mini poems since I was eight. And my only audience who was allowed to read them was my Mom. Whether it is English Literature or Hindi Sahitya, they are my favorite past times and I love to spend most of my time into reading something. I mostly prefer mythology.I give credit to my friend Mr. Atul Singh, who was the only writer in my big friend circle. What inspired me from him was that being mechanical cum marine engineer he used to write moral punchlines and poetries over Facebook. Somewhere, I felt after seeing his posts, even I should also try it. I appreciate that he came up putting them on Facebook, as I found this helpful to publish my own written posts over my shy nature. My interest in mythology and practice of Krishna Consciousness has made me to put up my first ever-Hindi version of poem over Krishna. I shared in on Facebook, and I got good comments from my friends. This pushed me more in writing, after some time, I found myself expressing my feelings mostly in form of some poetries. Whatever I write comes from a chapter of my life. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? Looking for the right word. What is your view about the present day literary work? People have immense talent, it inspires me how organized and in orderly manner they express their ideas in present day literary work.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Indeed. With advent of digital media, it has become very easy to work and enhance your language skills. To build up your vocabulary and most important, you do not have to look for a teacher every time to correct your mistakes. Everything is taken care by internet. Please tell us something about your literary work. I do write on my personal blogs and do publish research articles. But StoryMirror is the only platform that has given me my space to write. What was your first literary work and how was it published? It was a research article on e-assessment of mathematics for secondary students, where I alone have researched, written and published it with International Journal of Science and Research Publication. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?I feel literature can induce moral values, empathy, patriotism and feeling of sacrifices to current and upcoming generation to produce a productive nation oriented society.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?Emerging as better writer. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? We can have a dedicated group on whatsapp or facebook. Where we can share ideas. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? Never underestimate your caliber of writing. Appreciate critics and work on them. How was your experience of writing on Storymirror?  Excellent. Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. Here, below I will give you a brief Article on Social Media:YOUNG AUDIENCE GRAB & CONQUER SOCIAL MEDIAEach minute, the technology is changing in rapid competitive market segment. Every business entrepreneur wants to have an edge over other competitors. Every businessman aspires for quick turn-over on their end products sales proceeds and wants to become a millionaire or a billionaire bypassing the Constitutional working systems, Acts, Rules, Regulations by violating norms & guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and  Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and  Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)Evolving marketing & advertising strategies are a prerequisite and essential in these competitive days in reaching out to customers and for public acquaintance is one part, while giving quick ads in latest tools and websites like LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet through which messages, communications, ads, gist or gigs or contents of any subject matter of one’s personal, business or marketing could reach global people in quickest time, that too at no cost. But, whereas, reaching global people through News Papers, TV channels, hoarders, sign boards, pamphlets or through any other old fashioned system of ads looks to be little bit costly, slow and may not reach all the global people/institutions/companies.  It has been constantly and incessantly observed that increasing use of social media in personal, business and marketing fields is seen on a higher side. There is no doubt in this. The younger audience use social media technologies too much that too on daily basis, without which, the day will not pass.INDIA, Land of Opportunities: The younger generation and audience, now-a-days look for quickest communication, quick Return on Investment (ROI) and money rotation to meet their business and personal ends. The days are rolling-out with updated new technologies in the fields of Research & Development, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Software Development, Science & Technology, Sports & Culture, Tourism and Film Industry, Liquor Industry, Steel Industry, Printing Technology, Plastic Industry, Leather Industry, TV-Press-Media-Print, Grain Industry, Food Industry, Wood-Mattress & Furniture Industry, Glass & Crockery Industry, Cosmetic & Perfumes Industry, Prefabricated Building Material Industry.Face Book, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet are the present days’ excellent media through which one can develop, personal, business, marketing & sales and for diversification and expansion of business plans and to establish good contacts with global people/customers/clients.These are equipped with wonderful media presently available for all the young audience, all at free of cost, for exchange of various aspects and for expression of ideas and business programs, which ultimately keep one busy in public eye. Moreover, global people view and use these latest technology tools in their daily life for publicity purposes. These are the present day TOOL TECHNOLOGY being used by billions of people all-over the world.YOUTH FOR NATIONAL INTEGRITYTODAY’S YOUTH – TOMORROW’S LEADERS:Today’s youth of the nation are all tech-savvy, broad-minded and rebellious with vast ideas, who could mobilize people of all religion, caste and creed as the youth of India play a crucial role in promoting communal harmony which will lead to socio-economic constitutional changes in maintaining peace in the country, as the youth are the future leaders of tomorrow. The youth’s education in engineering, medical, pharmacy, bio-technology, automobile engineering, R&D, management and in all fields of study, can mobilize people due to professional understanding in maintaining peace and communal harmony without interfering in issues like caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.Tech-savvy youth spreads the peace, love and communal harmony through social media tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogs. Rapid changes took place through media postings then, after the conviction of culprits in December 2012 Delhi rape case issue. Nirbhaya Fund for survivors of gender violence started due to this case. So, the above tools play an important role in bringing about social harmony.Fine Arts play an important role in spreading the message of brotherhood and peace. Also, young authors, writers, poets and artists come together to enlighten people of India about the secularism in Indian Constitution. One can understand the culture at major cities like Mumbai and Delhi, that the youth cares for personal growth based on their talents rather than they do about caste or religion.Youth having good jobs by virtue of their talent, can bring changes on people around them to maintain peace and harmony in the society without any negative mind set on caste, creed or religion. The government has to work with the youth to bring about unity in diversity for the future of nation. Please tell us something about your literary work. : I am in the habit of writing a good number of stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes and other content material needed by various people/institutions for so many ways. Then I wrote one good article, 'SICKNESS IN PUBLIC ENTERPRISES, CAUSES AND CURES", Submitted to the Public Enterprises Board, New Delhi, during l986-87.How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? Literary works can contribute to the Society in future in countless ways. There is no end to literary work.  The future of the World in Particular India, has got lot of Literary Writers and their work would definitely put India Map in the Top of the World in Literary Writings. It will happen in the coming generations.  Now, the world's good literary work is known as British Literature.  Indians have good knowledge in literary works. But, as Indians, we have learnt many of the Literature from British Literature. British Literature is a standard literature and its famous World Wide., as per my knowledge.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?.My Literary work can go outdated. Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I was raised in Patna for the first eight years of my life, after which my family moved to Kolkata. I completed my schooling from Garden High School, Kolkata, and later studied English Literature at Lady Brabourne College under Calcutta University. Finally, I received a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC). Most of my childhood memories consist of my grandfather reading me stories, which sowed the first seeds of my obsession with storytelling and all things literary. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? Everything that happened in my life served as inspiration at one point or another, as well as the stories of other people whom I met or read about. I have also always been inspired by movies and TV shows, and routinely get obsessed with characters, whom I then proceed to write about and reinterpret in my own stories and poems.I guess my interest in literature was first born partly because of my grandfather, who would read stories to me every afternoon before we took a nap. That made me curious about storytelling, because I wanted to learn more about the characters and the world, even after the story was over. It was a mixed blessing, really, because I spent most of my student life hiding novels under my textbooks and almost flunking several exams as a consequence. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? Anything worth doing is hard to do, you know? The more you care about what you're doing, the more difficult it is, because you worry about the smallest mistakes and want the final product to be perfect. You also worry about what other people will think, whether or not reviewers and readers would like it, whether something might be misinterpreted, etc. But that's a good thing, really, because it wouldn't matter so much if you didn't love the work. The fact that it's difficult only proves that you're constantly trying to get better. When it stops being a challenge, that's when you need to start worrying. What is your view about the present day literary work? I think we're living in one of the best times in the history of humanity, in terms of literature, or artistic work of any kind. The variety and scope of opportunities that modern writers have is absolutely unprecedented. Earlier, in order to find an audience, you had to find a publisher who'd agree to invest in you, you had to then write in a way that would appeal to the largest section of people possible, to ensure that your publisher made a profit. Or you had to be insanely rich in order to opt for vanity publication, which was very expensive. Now, in various corners of the Internet, you can find all types of literary work – from fanfiction to poetry, novels to flash fiction, there is a place for everything. And all you need to access it is a smartphone and a data plan. And for the most part, you don't really have to worry about being censored or redacted. Writers have never been more free to experiment, try out new things, and have their voice be heard by people around the world.Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Absolutely. I think that the Internet is the best invention since the printing press for writers and creatives in general. Please tell us something about your literary work. I write across mediums and genres. So far, I've written two and a half novels, more than fifty poems, numerous articles, four short stories, and two fanfiction stories. Really, it depends on the type of emotion I'm trying to convey at that point. Almost everything I've ever written can be found on my blog. Well, apart from the novels. Those can be found on Amazon and also on Wattpad. What was your first literary work and how was it published? Well, I suppose my first officially published work was my novel, The Classroom Effect. It was published via Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing program around 2015.How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? In the same way that it has contributed in the past, by keeping a record of the times so that future generations can learn from our mistakes, and the present generation can reflect on the realities of the world while at the same time being entertained.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? Writing more stories, spinning better yarns? I don't know, really. As long as I can keep writing things that interest and excite me, I'd be happy! What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? The best way for creative people to build communities, I think, is by freely sharing their works with those who might enjoy them. You can't connect with people if they don't know you exist. And sharing has never been as easy as it is now, with the Internet. So I think poets and writers in general should take advantage of this opportunity, and share as widely and as freely as possible. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? Well, I'm pretty new at this myself, and I do aspire. So I'm still in the process of figuring it all out myself. If there's one thing that I have learned, though, it's that in order to do any creative work, you absolutely HAVE to give yourself the freedom to fail. You have to allow yourself to do your absolute worst work, because that's the only way to learn and get better. There's really no way around being a novice. You can't reach grade 3 without going through grades 1 and 2. If you try for perfection from the very beginning (which is what I did initially) you'll just keep disappointing yourself and never get anything done. The desire for perfection is the birthplace of writer's block. How was your experience of writing on Storymirror? It has been wonderful so far! I've read some fantastic poetry on this site and had a lot of fun sharing my own work with this lovely community!Would you like to say something about Storymirror? I think Storymirror is a fantastic platform for young writers and poets to share their work and find a community of other creative individuals. I have been on many online writing forums and websites, but this is the first time I have come across such a platform based primarily around Indian writing. We have long needed such a platform, and therefore, I think it's an amazing initiative that all budding Indian writers and literature lovers should participate in wholeheartedly! Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/vkzhvfka/nupur-chowdhury/poems

Everything you need to know about Prabhat Ranjan
 StoryMirror Feed
 14 April 2018

Prabhat Ranjan is a Hindi novelist from Bihar. He entered the writing scene with his debutnovel With You; Without You in the winter of 2017 and since the launch of his debut novel, his popularity as an author has only reached new heights.A less talkative person, Prabhat Ranjan comes from a family with a political background andhis father is a senior politician. An engineer by profession, Prabhat has been writing shortstories and poems way before he finally decided to enter the field of writing formally with afull-length fiction. Nevertheless, as an engineer, Prabhat did not let himself be aloof ofliterature - he is a serious reader as well as a serious author and he wants to contributemore and more with his pen.Already finished his second novel, Prabhat Ranjan's writing style is very different from otherfiction writers out there. He has uniqueness! His writings are not only meant to create abestselling fiction; he has his purposes in every word he writes. Even with the first novel, which subsequently became a bestseller, he had a very good message to deliver to the reading audience. The novel is not only about love and friendship, it is also about the depths of relationships. With You; Without You shares a message with the readers that the need of family and the need of good company in life can never be substituted with anything! To put things in a better perspective, Prabhat is from that old school of writers with hisimagination not limited to a certain theme or story. He does write with the purpose but hedoes not limit himself to write only the moral stories which seem like a preacher's sermon;his stories do have the elements which make them contemporary and offer the youngreaders something to relate to.In developing characters, Prabhat does have a speciality! In his first novel, he has proved tothe readers as well as to critics that his characterisation is unique and he gives ampleopportunity to his characters to converse, indulge, move on and eventually change. In thevery first novel, his character Nishind has impressed the readers a lot. The character ofNishind is designed in such a way that readers know he might be doing something wrongbut instead of denouncing his acts, readers develop a kind of sympathy for him. This is thebeauty of his character. Another character that impresses the readers is of Rashmi Desai -an independent working woman who braves the bad relations of her parents and the wrongdeeds of her friends but still manages to fulfil her dreams and reach the heights that she hasimagined for herself in the very childhood. In the terms of plot construction, nonetheless, the readers can surely expect somethingbetter only. As the author has himself admitted in many of his interviews, With You;Without You was just a staircase that he has used for himself to write something bigger - hisupcoming story, Priyanka - A Pakistani Girl. Therefore, the plot in his first novel does notimpress as does his story or his characterisation. Still, his plot is there to certainly be calledgood and it helps the construct of the novel; it surely holds the story and the characterstogether but can certainly be improved to betterment.Putting Prabhat Ranjan's entry into Hindi literature in a larger perspective certainly gives thereaders something new as a concept of Hindi literature. More and more young and energetic writers are coming who are willing to write in Hindi and offer the readers the works which deal with the issues other authors, in the past, did not wish to write. Prabhat's dealing with the issues like sex, love, divorce, family issues in vivid perspective is certainly new and encouraging for the overall contemporary Hindi literature. One can certainly argue that there were the authors who wrote on all these issues, but one must remember that they did not write as freely as the modern authors are doing. And it is certainly very good because of the modern readers want to read everything! And to conclude the contribution of Prabhat to Hindi literature and his current one, WIthYou; Without You, it can safely be said that he has a long road to go. Only after two of threemore of his works, a person will be in better position to judge him as an author and evaluatehis skills at writing. Nonetheless, assumptions can certainly be made based on his novelwhich has already been published and has become a bestseller! The debutants who becomebestsellers certainly require a scrutiny and one similar attempt has been made here. Wehope that we will soon have another book by Prabhat Ranjan to read!

Q: Please give details about your initial education and forming years of lifeA: I have done B. Pharm and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, with almost three years of corporate experience.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?A: Writing was always my passion. The form of art which is closest to my heart. I stared writing poetry early 2017. The poets that inspired me and my poetry in Robert Frost and John Keats.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work?A: I feel the difficulty is managing time for writing. Creative writing needs time to develop. As Lisa See, an American writer and novelist says “Read a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river.”Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work?A: Present-day literary is innovative, personal and straight forward and beautiful in its own way. But personally, I love the charm of the classics like ‘DAFFODILS’ by WILLIAM WORDSWORTH or ‘THE ROAD NOT TAKEN’ by ROBERT FROST Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers?A: Yes, I’m a blogger which helps in showcasing my work globally and get feedback and comments from the strangers across the globe are motivating me to keep writing. So yes, social media gives an opportunity to share my work as well as learn from others.Q: Please tell us something about your literary workA: I write poems and prose about love and life usually with ciphers, this is the writing style which I am learning and interested to grow with. I draw inspiration from nature, the books I read, places I visit and people in meet. Proses I usually characterize by the use of full sentences and paragraphs that tend to proceed uninterrupted in a linear fashion until they are complete to give description to develop concrete, complete ideas, aiming to leave the reader with his own interpretation of it. Whereas poetry, on the other hand, I write in nonlinear fashion, using fragments of thoughts, feelings, and images to convey a certain message to the readers aiming to generate feelings which I hold while writing. Like smiling together with the reader or crying with the pain that the poetry holds.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I started my journey initially with articles related to real life events or current events, which grew into short stories and novels. But I truly find myself now as a poet. I enjoy getting lost in time when I’m writing, liking living in a completely different universe. My poems are published in WordPress and StoryMirror. Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?A: Literary works serve as a food for thought and encourage imagination and creativity. Exposing oneself to good literary works, is equivalent to providing one with the finest of educational opportunities. On the other hand, the lack of exposure to good literature is equal to depriving oneself from the opportunity to grow. Literature allows you to understand and experience systems of living and other worlds. We get a view of the inside looking out, a personal view and insight into the minds and reasoning of someone else. We can learn, understand, and appreciate it; and that how society can grow. Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A: In 5 years, I see myself to be a more matured writer with my few poetry books published. And to be growing in people’s heart.Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?A: Develop a place where poets can share there works and get feedbacks from fellow like minded poets. This will not only give more opportunity to grow but also to learn from each other, like a writer’s club.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers?A: Follow your heart, take risk, and have courage to take the road least traveled. Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: It is a very good platform for both readers and writers. Writers get a platform to share their work and get recognition for it whereas readers get good content to read and learn. Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: Keep going strong. Wish you all the success as your success is your writers’ success. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/4hkaj7vg/shrestha-mukherjee/poems

Guide On How Biomarker Assays Are Used To Determine The Mechanism Of Action (MOA)
 Priya Negi
 16 April 2020

Biomarkers are critical for determination of molecular or cellular or biochemical alterations produced by a pharmaceutical product under analysis. The recent advances made in the field of drug discovery have seen high applicability of biomarker assays involving prognostic biomarkers, surrogate biomarkers, Mechanism of Action biomarkers (MoA), and Diagnostic biomarkers. The critical use of biomarkers is done after the pharmaceutical drug is ready to enter the phase of clinical trials.Clinical pharmacology research is a critical player in the drug development process as it directly plays a central aspect in the prevention, treatment, and control of a particular disease under observance. Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacogenetics, and Pharmacodynamics are three essential criteria for achieving precision in clinical pharmacology evaluation. The Pharmacokinetic test evaluates a drug’s ADME process (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Elimination). Pharmacogenetics evaluates genes regulating pharmacokinetics and is inclusive of all those genes which are essential for metabolizing enzymes and drug transportation. Lastly, the pharmacodynamics manifests a clinical response or any adverse event produced by a pharmaceutical product under analysis. The biomarker assays, by definition, serve the process of defining the status for a molecular process. In short, you can say that when a molecular biomarker is employed in the clinical trial, it automatically acknowledges itself as a clinical biomarker. Let us take an example of accelerated renal function decline in individuals. When a molecular biomarker is utilized in the process of identification of patients demonstrating a reduction in the accelerated renal function, the level of the biomarker in patients body is evaluated. This biomarker level detection, when coupled with other clinical variables in diagnosing the disease, contributes towards an increase in the prognostic accuracy. In the case of the accelerated renal functions, the individual biomarker background helps in the identification of several critical parameters of a wide array of molecular processes and pathways. Such molecular mechanisms are inclusive of stress responses, fibrosis, inflammations, and extracellular matrix alterations.Biomarker validation is critical criteria to further explore the therapeutic efficacy of biomarker assays in the determination of the mechanism of actions; indications for safety and toxicity; and as a tool for diagnosis.Whenever a new pharmaceutical entity is selected for further commercial development, the research and development team has access to both the literature dependent and internally created data of pre-clinical trials. Later, in accordance with this data generated, a hypothesis is formulated for studying the Mechanism of Action of the pharmaceutical product under analysis. Such biomarker assays which are routinely employed in the detection of a drug’s mechanism of action are closely linked to the pharmacodynamic markers. These biomarker assays are used in the establishment of a chain of events of both molecular and biochemical importance. In literature, this analysis is tagged as the pharmacological literature trials. The evaluation process of a biomarker starts as soon as the pharmaceutical entity enters into our bloodstream and flows through the tissues, thereby producing its impact on both molecular and cellular targets. This impact later leads to creating an effect on pathophysiological cascade produced by a target disease.

That is its fundamental purpose and achievement. However, it can take a long time to reach a drug approved for use in UK physician surgery or hospital patients from active compounds or organic molecules, and many Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment have been done in these long processes. This specialized is in medication development the use of combinatorial biochemistry and HTS (Large Throughput Assessment) and gaining successes which you can use to deal with all kinds of diseases and conditions. Due to this fact, these operations tend to be the get rid of, and so the future of human being medical. These therapies and therapies are directed at persevering with theresearch and study, and breakthrough of those taking part in medical chemistry. But, like medicine breakthrough, therapeutic biochemistry research molecular relationships, put differently, what occurs between the two intracellular substances like the protein, carbohydrate food, and lipids. These learning are carried out to recognize molecular interactions and study the consequences of the above connections to be familiar with whether or not they can create noteworthy and interesting returns which might be necessary for new medication enhancement.Number one, the theory. Hypotheses are suggestions that have not been been shown to be right or wrong. Which happens to be someone's point of view. For a theory of being legitimate, it has to be fully examined. The assessing endeavor includes acquiring plenty of statistics and reviewing it after. Should the data files helps the hypothesis. Shown to the research district for extra review report. However, if the data does not support the hypothesis, it must be discarded or treated as junk science.Very next, accurate discipline. Bona fide scientific disciplines is backed by empirical records attained during medical procedures. It is a hypothesis or "junk science" if the statement is not supported by the data. The majority so-which is called experts as soon as possible are philosophers, not professionals. There is no empirical data to support the hypothesis, though they write about their ideas and thoughts. Be warned of those people who indicate clinical records devoid of empirical studies. The collected information from these and also other useful learning form the foundation of much in the medicinal chemistry literature, and medical experts for this sphere wish info about particular natural compounds to spot molecular interactions, and many more. It is usually this literature that most of us in many cases make use of. Therefore, case and literature research studies when it comes to therapeutic chemistry are vital to the people inside this business, and is particularly also very essential that they be available. Please give details about your initial education and forming years of lifePresently,I am a student of class 5, studying in Prudence School, New Delhi. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?I am not sure, how it began. I use to finish my school work very fast and would then start writing on bits of paper, loose sheets and in diary. Once my mom asked me to write about 'my most unforgettable moment'. I wrote about my late grandmother. After reading it, my parents, immediate family members, got very emotional. That's how I think my potential was realized by my mom. She encouraged me to write more and meanwhile got to know about this platform 'StoryMirror'. First time when I posted my story on StoryMirror, and the first 'Like' I got from someone unknown to me, acted as a catalyst. All you need to know about the right format of an academic paper
 Gracie Anderson

Most of the students stay confused about the right format for writing a paper. There are so many formats available online that leave students bewildered. To help students with this problem, online paper writers have come up to explain the right format. Here is the list of important points to remember:1. Get familiar with the topicThe first thing that students should do is to get familiar with the topic. One should be completely aware of all the literature available on the topic. If you skip this step, then you will lack the basic understanding of the paper. So, spend a reasonable amount of time doing so to have a decent amount of knowledge. 2.Starting with Research After having the prerequisite knowledge about the topic, start with the main research. To start with this, you must use reliable sources of literature like reputed academic journals, research papers, articles, and so on. Start by writing down important points and then write the first draft with the help of these points. This approach is used by most paper writers and will help you enhance the quality of your research paper at each step.3.Organize the PaperOnce you have the outline of the paper and the first draft ready, you can start writing the final document. After this step, proofread and add the critical points that you may have missed in the paper. In this step, the paper will get its final shape. 4.Edit for Content and GrammarThis step ensures the quality of the paper. This also lets you edit all grammatical errors, typos, and syntax errors. You get a chance to enhance the content and add better words that fit better in the context. The paper should be error-free after editing and should be submitted on time. These were the four most important points that every student should be aware of. If you want to secure good marks, you must be clear with the format and inculcate these points in your writing. If you are still stuck, you can place your “write my paper online” request and let the academicians handle your paper.

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I graduated a semester early from Beckman Catholic High School and started taking college courses early on. Currently, I attend Northeast Iowa Community College. Given my hectic life, at the moment I am only enrolled in online courses. Ever-so-slowly, I’m working towards my Associate of Arts degree before I transfer to a four-year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  I have always had a fondness for literature—there’s just something immensely intriguing about finding a great book and escaping into the literary world it provides. I’m always adding new books to my kindle. As for writing, I discovered early on in my childhood that I had a talent and interest in poetry. More often than not, I used poetry writing as a therapeutic tool and it proved to be a helpful means of coping with the struggles of my daily life. It still is. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? The difficulties that had the most impact in relation to my writing would probably be writer’s block and finding FREE ways to get my work put out there and/or published. What is your view about the present-day literary work? In regard to poetry specifically, the majority of my favorite writers are modern-day and from this generation. I find that I tend to gravitate towards writing styles similar to my own. I think that there has been a recent increase in writing that has a positive subject matter, which I find refreshing considering most of my own work tends to be on the negative side of life. Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? I definitely believe that social media and technology both have made a HUGE difference in the amount of opportunities available for writers. For me, personally, the digital world has skyrocketed my writing and certainly improved it.Please tell us something about your literary work. My work is almost solely poetry, and that’s what I’ve chosen to dedicate my time spent writing to. Every single piece has some sort of deeply personal connection to me or my life and, in numerous cases, my past. I haven’t had the most sunshine-y life, but in the last five years things have taken a turn for the better in the best ways. I think this positive turn for me is becoming visible in some of my writing. What was your first literary work and how was it published?  My first real piece of writing that I put out there was a cheesy Love poem that I wrote around age twelve specifically for a contest hosted by what previously was Poetry.com. It’s called Definition of Love, and through the website at the time, it was published into an anthology entitled Collected Whispers. I was quite proud then, but reading it now, I almost want to blush at how obvious my youth was. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?I think that, in the future—as well as now, even—literature and writing and poetry will (hopefully) open people’s eyes to what the world was/is like today and explore the endless possibilities of what the world COULD be.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? In five years, the hopes I have in regard to my writing all revolve around the simple goal of being recognized and successfully putting myself out there. It’s been a struggle finding ways to do that that won’t affect me financially. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?I think that many positive strides have been made to do exactly this, and many more are already in the process. I do wish that there was a singular poetry community online that provided ways for writers to share their poetry with others, receive feedback, build a collection of their poetry, AND enter FREE contests/calls for submissions. I feel like, the ways things are right now, poets have to bounce around from site to site or place to place to accomplish all of those things. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? The best advice I could ever give isn’t my own advice at all, but rather the words of Ernest Hemingway. Ernest Hemingway once said, “Try to learn to breathe deeply, really to taste food when you eat, and when you sleep really to sleep. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell. And when you get angry, get good and angry. Try to be alive. You will be dead soon enough.”How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? To be completely honest, I have only ever been on StoryMirror to enter a contest. When I got the email requesting an author interview, I was so pleased because I feel like no other writing community appears to care about or get involved with its members/writers. Instantly, I wanted to be a more active part of StoryMirror, so I’d say my experience was wonderful. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/drmr5sia/morgan-tomas-klostermann/poems

Get Dragon Ring for Engagement
 amanda massaro
 18 February 2020

Dragon is the symbol of energy, fire, power, knowledge and peace. It can also symbolize cruelty and free spirit. Over the past 50 years, fantasy literature and role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons World of Victor have once again allowed people to fully understand dragons as they move away from their ancient glory in the West. The dragons also faded for a while because they were considered "non-scientific" in relation to the West But as these spiritual forms are an integral part of our souls, they cannot be stifled forever. What is the most suitable embodiment of a dragon from an engagement ring? The choice of a Dragon Ring for engagement will mainly be for couples who oppose bullets, such as those who refuse to use politically correct and "love it out loud" when it comes to music. There is "although dragons can be enjoyed and worn by everyone. Dragon Engagement will not only symbolize a passion for vibrant and bright, but also individual personality conviction and strength - qualities that can form a strong bond. In intimacy or marriage, dragons can also be a force, symbols of honesty, security, longevity, sexual strength, luck, wealth, prosperity and loyalty are all desirable - of course, a dragon engagement ring can mean that you love science fiction, art and literature!Dragon engagement rings are usually made of silver or cobblestone and are not gold, as darker colors turn into a dragon's spirit than gold ("rogue" dragons are also considered gold treasure). In addition, these minerals can be made thicker and less expensive than gold, and dragon rings are usually thicker to accommodate intricate designs & maintain an image of durability and durability. Amazon online is fantastic for charging money for bargain-priced ebooks-on the price structure from £ 7 to £ 20. (As eBayer tells you, it's hard to earn money by trading cheaper literature there.)You don't have to do a lot of research to find good ideas, because there are books where strong sellers are strong sellers elsewhere,. That is another good thing about Amazon. Consider Amazon's "100 Heated Textbooks" location to find out present-day bestsellers. You could also do a search for "sizzling hot literature" by area of interest. One slight disadvantage of using this method is that all sellers want to sell these books. Wanting to know libraries and bookstores about which novels are widespread, and after that planning to speculate at Amazon's high demand may very well assist you in finding little bit-known "hot subject matter."In truth, you can find a good number of methods to be a part of Amazon's testimonials. The amazon online marketplace auctions are pretty much identical to auction web sites. Amazon online Gain may be for authors and publishers. The Amazon marketplace Alliance is the significant partnership with major businesses. But once you're an exclusive vendor / very small vendor or independent business, Amazon . com site Markets and zShops are the best ways to become involved reinstate amazon seller account.Markets: The Marketplace supplies the ability to advertise an ebook on identical article about the The amazon online marketplace online site in which Amazon online provides the ebook. So you can compete directly with them and even beat them at a price (in fact, you are expected! ). Is not a rare or collectible book, although the Marketplace is intended for new and used books. Trading costs are fixed-the market will never be an public auction. Limitless selection of equipment at no charge. Each object is going to billed a termination fees of 86p (at The amazon online marketplace.co.british) and 17.25Per cent within the sales fee, and may repay not much in case the publication is absolutely not obtainable. The market can also be a high quality starting point setting up the "authority" SMEs, and additionally make extra money. Amazon marketplace. You can sell new and used books, but it's especially suitable for selling rare, collectable, rare and different and valuable items that appeal to millions of Amazon customers . Again, zShops is absolutely not an sell, price is permanent.zShops is good for significant size traders. To market most pieces with zShops, you must have some thing known as a "Seasoned professional-Vendor Monthly subscription". A little more about this afterwards. Thanks to the many payment shape, zShops jobs less expensive than Industry for level marketers. There will be subs for £ 28.75 every month. The closing fee starts at just 2.875% per item, although become a pro merchant. (These charges are really a tiny bit advanced, so check with The amazon marketplace for distinct aspects! )You can run both Marketplace and zShops, but the experts I talked to recommend starting with Marketplace and joining zShops later. (Immediately after you catalog an item in the market, Amazon . com site application instantaneously displays exactly what is not yet offered for sale by Amazon online in zShop.)Now you happen to be bookstore-what sort of training books are selling a good? You may not has to be serious about textbooks to offer them efficiently. Although you can will sell any type of handbook on Amazon . com site, expert suppliers discovered that certain training books get rid of way more than others. They say they've obtained a good amount of achieving success marketing and advertising literature that didn't sell on craigs list. craigs list is proper for collectables and also professional and unusual ebooks. The amazon website is proper for new and new well liked publications along with other general guides. A large amount of qualified dealers use each of these Amazon and craigs list consistent with what markets badly on one side and provides all right along the other! Now, don't disregard which you can get hold of novels in store on Amazon online, offer them on The amazon online marketplace, or shortly roll up and make up a gain. Warning Sayings: This isn't literally from the mainstream ebooks a lot of people market marketers have. It works well with valuable and valuable collectable books where other sellers are pricing too cheaply and are convinced that someone else will pay more, however.

Q: Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I am currently pursuing the B.E. Program in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Chandigarh College, Chandigarh. I am a writer and a poet. I love to sing, and study about music and psychology. My other interests include painting, sketching and public speaking. I just want to do it all.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  A: When I was growing up, I went through my phases of teen rebel, the melodrama of youth and the feelings of being misunderstood. I had a hard time dealing with growing up and facing the world. And when I couldn't find any other way to deal with it, one day I decided to write, and the words came flowing to my mind and I was amazed. It felt so good and relieving, that I continued with writing poems, articles and stories, and read them to my family and friends.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? Sometimes you are so weighed down by your emotions that you don't want to write about them because at times, that is like, piercing knives through your heart. It hurts so bad to confront and re-confront the bad stuff but then again, that also gives you some of your best work. So, i don't mind it but it sure feels difficult to be eaten alive by something you love doing, so dearly. So that is one difficult thing about it, the way how everything is sometimes so difficult to write about when it's just screaming out of you, everywhere.Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work?  A: I think it's amazing how so many writers have found various platforms and a lot of stories are coming out. New Genres are being formed and everybody is now pushing their limits, which is great. Finally, we are in a world where everyone has a voice and that just feels so amazing.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: Absolutely yes! I couldn't have agreed more. Digital platforms are a blessing to a budding writer's world.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work.  A: Most of the stuff I write about is centered around the themes of growing up, parting, solitude and escapism. I take inspiration from my own life and the lives of people around me. I try to paint a picture with my words and try to do in the most honest and sometimes dark manner. I have also written about suicide, death, friends and teenage and I am open to writing more about being spiritual and what it means to be happy and sad. I want to go and explore different themes and write about each one of them, if I can. I think I am a tireless nomad in search for something that connects everything.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published?A: My first literary work was with StoryMirror. I had never tried my hand at writing but one day i decided to and so I sent one of my poems 'The rush of your dreams' in the inter-college level competition organized by StoryMirror. I got so many views and applause for it that it was too overwhelming. It also got selected to be featured in one of the anthologies by StoryMirror, which is under work. I was completely shaken, and I still remember that feeling like it was yesterday. Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? A: Well, for one, I’d say literature is going to save the world. In a world where we are so divided by boundaries and religion, I think Literature is where we all come together as humans. If every human being develops a writer's heart and an artistic growth, so many amazing things can happen to this world, that could have been thought of only in dreams or stories.Q: here do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? A:I want to travel all around the world, look for various muses and write about them. I really hope to make it successful as a writer and as a poet and maybe one day, I’ll get to write my story for the world to read and be remembered. Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? A: I think it is a great idea. While I firmly believe that every writer has a different and a deep personal story to tell, I think it would be great if we all could just talk to one another and discuss about our muses and themes. I'd love to be in such a club, for sure. Sign me up! Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A: As one myself, I’d ask them to continue writing no matter what. It doesn't matter whether you get any recognition or applause, just remember why you started off writing and go on with it, no matter what. The most important thing is to write for yourself, and then comes the world. So just do your thing and don't ever look back.Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?   A: Two words - Beyond Exhilarating. I got so much recognition and exposure, and I am so grateful that I can't even begin to put it into words. It feels like being found in this chaotic world and I look forward to being remembered. Thank you, StoryMirror! You have my heart!Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror?  A: Yes! Keep up with this amazing platform. I hope a lot of writers consider you as the medium they want their work to spread and speak to the people. May you make big with all of these writers. Keep slaying!!!You can read my content on https://storymirror.com/profile/oseliq3i/aditya-thakur/poems

These groups are consistently demonstrated within the literature to consume the very best amount of health care resources and need the foremost coordinated care and, as such, pose a high economic burden. Specific cutoffs vary from system to system, counting on local demographics, the prevalence of the disease, and implemented cost structures.Challenges Faced While Implementing Integrated Healthcare SystemAnalyzing Management Strengths and WeaknessesRisk management professionals are often helpful in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of every network component that supports the managers' credentials, past performances, commitment, attitude, and leadership skills. Suboptimal performers and persons tired of being team members are often replaced with personnel with stronger skill sets if it's determined that their performance isn't likely to vary. From a risk management point of view, it's important to recollect that even high performers may feel threatened by uncertainty and alter and can be apt to perform at a subpar level. This emphasizes the critical need for open lines of communication and ample dissemination of data to put workers comfortable to the best degree possible so as to avoid accidents. Advantages physicians may enjoy include cost-effective administration, improved access to other providers and support systems, access to a broader range of support services, financial strength and security, increased customer satisfaction, access to educational resources, ownership potential, increased market share, increased access to data and knowledge systems, group purchasing discounts, strategic planning, and enhanced image within the community. Financial IntegrityThe historic financial experiences of every part of the integrated health systems healthcare delivery system should be taken into consideration during the due diligence, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes. The danger manager should take an interactive role in identifying and analyzing risk factors that would follow the implementation of strategic imperatives. Unchecked, these areas of potential liability could negatively impact rock bottom line. Checking Capabilities to Exchange InformationLack of knowledge may be a significant obstacle to the event of a sound risk management program. Outlined below are several of the functions that information systems within IDSs should be designed to perform so as to yield information that will subsequently help to preserve financial assets and promote patient and practitioner satisfaction. Internal, incompatible, or duplicate information systems can pose risks within organizations that provide healthcare services. Analyzing information systems and their ability to succeed in and serve IDS components is an awesome and expensive task but one that's critical for the system to work optimally from financial, quality, and utilization standpoints. Arranging an Insurance ProgramWe have reviewed a number of the danger management issues facing IDSs within the new millennium. Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I am a student currently pursuing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi. I completed my elementary education from my hometown itself in Bihar. For my secondary education and JEE preparation, I went to Sri Chaitanya, Vishakhapatnam               Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? A: It was under the light of my teachers, in class eighth, where my interest in literature grew. But my maturity in poetry owes its presence to the couple of years I spent preparing for JEE. It was here when solitude became my best companion, and I composed poems prolifically. Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: I love to ponder over things and discuss about them. I am an avid reader of the writers of the Renaissance era and romantic poets, and I have found them the most difficult to comprehend. My urge to write sometimes also clashes with my academic schedule, but I try to manage both effectivelyQ: What is your view about the present-day literary work?A: When it comes to contemporary writers and modern literature, I love them equally, as I find their work symbolic of the society, I live in. I usually trifle with my mobile phone a lot these days reading random poets and authors, and it's their work only from which I learn.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: I strongly believe that the emergence of digital and social media platforms has helped budding writers to reach out to a large number of readers. It has helped them to establish themselves before they got published. I too am no exception in this.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work.A: My writings mostly reflect what an ordinary person would usually overlook. I try to find poetry in almost everything around myself. As is the case with most of the writers, initially the theme of my poems used to be centered around 'love', but now I write about a number of topics, including love, Nature, past experiences, desires etc.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I remained a 'recluse' poet for almost over a span of five years since I began writing, but now have started reaching out to the people, thanks to the various social media platforms. My poem titled 'Meera' is getting published in an anthology by Delhi Poetry Slam soon, and I am very ecstatic about it. I also maintain a page quivering glimpses on Instagram, where I usually post most of my worksQ: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A There are several things on my mind which I wish to achieve in the next five years. The foremost thing is to build a readership for me. Till then I am in no mood to get myself published. Since I have started lately reaching out to people, I guess I would need some years to get recognized among the readers. But to be honest, after five years, I want myself to be sitting in the sun and reading a book of my own. Plus having completed reading around 150 books. Q: What ways would you suggest on building a community for poets?A: I strongly advocate the use of social networking sites for building a community for poets. Since the talent is strewn across the globe, to bring them together one needs a platform. And I can't think of a better option than these social sites. I also urge the conduction of various literary activities, book festivals and workshops, where poets can come together, showcase their works and learn too from others.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A To the aspiring new writers, I would ask them to always remember ' A writer is a reader first '. Before you write, read as much as you can. Trying to express oneself requires words, and these books are what gives you, your treasure. Additionally, never try to constrain yourself in the maze of 'writing for others'. Write what you love to write about as it what that will give you satisfaction. Be a poet at heart!Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: My experience of writing here was pretty good. It offers a platform for anybody who wants to write and get recognized. And since it incorporates all the major languages, you can choose any language you want to write in. There are contests too which are held regularly, so you get to learn many things which make you better.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: I would wish StoryMirror good luck for future and love to see it growing to one of the biggest platforms for writers across the globe. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/ftlohpee/ankit-jaiswal/poems
