Long ago, there lived in a village two brothers — Motu and Patlu. Motu was the fat guy and Patlu was very lean and thin. One day both of them decided that they will start independent business in their village to sell mustard oil. Motu was smart guy and wanted to capture entire village. In order to do so, he started giving discounts on mustard oil. Patlu kept price at same level and focussed on the quality. Soon 90% of the market was captured by Motu and rest 10% was Patlu’s share.Soon Motu realised that he was incurring losses, rather massive losses. Though revenue was going high, but losses were also mounting with equivalent speed. He took some loan ( investor’s money) and diversified his business into ground oil. At that time there were few players in the market, who were already selling ground oil. Motu applied his tactics, as he was quite confident of his discounted business model. He started giving discount on ground oil as well. The investors were happy, that he kept on capturing market. Some more investors joined hands with him and put more money and Motu kept on giving discounts. He captured 80% of ground oil market and incurring more losses. Patlu, who had lost the first battle of mustard oil and few guys from ground oil had joined hands by that time. They had been searching for right time to screw Motu for unethical business practices. However, they could not do anything as Motu was “The Big Motu” by that time and out of reach from guys like Patlu. Motu had been arrogant to the producers, but he kept consumers happy. Producers had no choice, as Motu’s shop was selling more than any other shop out there. While life was moving forward, ‘The Big Motu’ felt there was big need to introduce TV to village, as villagers were deprived of TV. That was indeed a great idea and few investors put large chunk of money to it. Motu came up with a subscription model, so that whoever saw TV, had to pay some amount of money to Motu. People were happy, but the Motu’s staff at ground oil and mustard oil business were terribly unhappy, as the focus on those business were not there. The staff were working too much. The initial high salary was marginalised over period of time. So Motu kept on making customers happy, but at the cost of his own staff and producers of the product. He always believed that if one producer left his shop, dozen more would come and join. He was right, as everyone was dying to have Motu’s name associated with them.Every dog has a day. One day when Motu woke up from bed, he saw Patlu and few police men at his bed. Few of the unhappy producers were also besides him along with few local politician. Police had filed a case of unfair business practice and the charges were verified by few producers, staff even some customers who Motu felt were loyal customers. Motu tried to cease the case by paying some money, but probably he didn’t have enough money to pay the demand of politicians. The very next moment, investors started asking for money, staff revolted and things went very bad. The Big Motu was bankrupt. This story is satire metaphor of how Amazon runs business worldwide and why Amazon would fail in India with unethical business practices. India as a country is very different from the rest of the world. The consumers behave very differently here. Let me highlight few attributes of Indian.Attribute :1 People from Asian origin and specifically Indians value for money. Brand loyalty always loses the battle when pitted against the monetary gains. The discounted model does not create loyal customers in India. Attribute :2 Indians are very receptacle, adoptable to change and very fast in spreading the message. Thanks to mushrooming social media groups. So anytime Amazon tries to reduce the price of discounted items, it would take very little time, people switching to competitor. When Amazon entered India, there were few multi-million dollar e-commerce giants. Now there are many, with a hope that they would be taken over by Amazon some day. If at all Amazon buys few of them, the intrinsic value of the deal would be far below the sell off valuation.Attribute :3 Political and ideological idiosyncrasies. In Indian it is always believed that if two persons don’t match in their political views, probably they won’t be good team player. The silent reader who has been reading until now, will definitely have eyebrows up by now. Politics play an important role in governing a lot of things in India. Unlike west and Europe, where business houses are aligned to multiple parties so that nothing goes wrong when opposition is in power, in India, business houses cannot function the same way. Common people in India barely change political ideologies. As a result, it has been witnessed again and again that big companies ruin once there is a change in power at centre or state. People don’t hesitate to do political vendetta crossing any limits. It won’t be surprising Amazon falls prey to this practices.Attribute 4: Unlike other parts of the world, ego plays a vital role in shaping the personality of Indians. There are ample instances where dear ones are dejected just to satisfy ego, with hefty financial sacrifices. Enough of attributes. Let us put some search light through corridors of Amazon’s functioning in India. Unhappy sellers : Amazon makes majority of sellers unhappy in India. I have talked personally to more than 30–40 big sellers. All have same opinion. They have very indifferent attitude towards sellers. Despite having high profile machinery and huge man force and automated services, many times they fail massively in making their sellers unhappy. Hefty FBA charges : In small items such as books, fulfilment by amazon (FBA) charges are quite high. As a result, many of the regional languages book never ever see the face of Amazon. There is a possibility of some cynical political person sees some opportunity here and files a chargesheet on Amazon of killing regional language by not allowing space in e-commerce. Either Amazon would be forced to reduce the charges or find some alternatives. I don’t find any reason why a book lover won’t be interested to wait for 1 more day to get the books through normal shipping in India. Same day delivery practices in India, where there are a lots of logistics and infrastructure issues cannot be ruled out, would definitely force companies like Amazon to default in multiple instances. All the defaults can be clubbed together to make the case study big enough to file against Amazon. Flawed review practices : Amazon review processes are terribly skewed in favour of Amazon’s sponsored product. It is just a matter of time, when some agencies do some clinical litmus test on Amazon’s practice and expose them completely.Sponsored products : Amazon’s sponsored product has lot of loopholes and tries to fool even sellers. e.g. The adds will be shown to the person who paid for the add and amount will be deducted based on CPC model. Thanks to google’s chrome and Amazon. Both must be sharing the data or a special way of data stealing might be happing from systems.Unnecessary Add budgets : In order to capture Indian market, Amazon has been spending huge money on adds. Many of the TV channels fake viewership no and ask more money than they deserve. Since Amazon has lots of money from people, it does not hesitate to spend as many as they can.Too many things at same time: In stead of making some product robust and full proof, Amazon keeps investing in new products. They are in a mission to capture world just like the great Alexander. But the great man also failed in India, while underestimating the variance of IndianControl over rating systems: If you analyse Amazon take overs, they have almost taken over all big rating agencies starting from Alexa, IMDB, goodreads and many more and try to influence the product. I don’t know whether there are unfair practices over here, but seeing Amazon’s hostile takeover and unfair practices, the probability can not be ruled out.Arrogant behaviour: Two years back, when I was talking to Amazon customer service executive, they were very polite, but these days things have completely reversed. The potential reason could be the employees started believing they are too big to fail. I remember the day when I joined a company called EDS(electronic data system). That time it was fortune 80 company and there was absolutely no work. I left after few months of joining. I gave reason for exit as lack of work. My manager burst into laugh. Manager : You are getting four course meal from five star hotel. Travel is taken care by company and you work in fortune 80 company with good salary. What else you require in life.Me: I feel the company won’t survive more than 15 years with this model as the basics are not clear.Manager: You have gone crazy, as no fortune 100 companies ever died in 15 years. Rest all was history. EDS did some bad take overs, they were not having lots of savings and were not prepared for crisis and finally it was sold to HP. Eventually EDS helped HP, which was a fortune 30 company to incur losses and later divided into multiple parts.Possible cases how Amazon can fail in India.Amazon keeps on buying e-commerce companies, every passing day a new company is born supported by black money. Amazon is tired of fake acquisitions after lots of spending.Amazon has entered into food segment. Once small quality mistake can create a big havoc of generating nationalistic campaign to run against Amazon. All those people who wants to get benefitted, might join hands. One such instances, will create more opportunity and eventual exit due to heavy investors pressure.Amazon is killing the local intellectual market by stopping regional books online, as the cost incurred in distributing through Amazon is quite high. Indians value a lot for education and feel proud while preserving the culture. Indians would not eat, but would definitely love to see their children see big schools. Probably only country in the world who behaves this way. That is the reason education is over $100B business in India. If some campaign is run as anti-India against Amazon, it will take very short time to close Amazon out of India.Right to information and Right to privacy have lots of tentacles, which can be used or misused against unethical practices of Amazon. While entering food segment and entertainment segments, Amazon would be pumping in lots of money as it will be competing with companies like Reliance, UTV, Eros etc. The journey won’t be as easy as competing with Flipkart. Probability will be higher in favour of failure. If there is coalition government at centre, God help the big A. The amount of money that might be pumped into, will force the same year exit from India. There are no substantial examples that any business house running for losses or lack of profit has been able to sustain in long run. Amazon has been without profit for almost since inception, but it was majorly operational in country like US, the country which gave world many economic bubble like dot.com, sub prime crisis etc, where a economy can sustain even debt to GDP ratio is close to 100%. But in changing economic scenario, that model does not hold good. The functioning of Amazon is nothing less than e-commerce version of sub-prime crises, where the company believes that after they capture the complete market they will raise the price. But that instances will never happen in India. The day it is tried, there will either be multiple new companies floated, or public outrage or government interference. All in all these possible cases Amazon would fail in India.
The history of the rich Textile Heritage of India....a brief introduction!
Tenth labour- Cattle of GeryonThe cattle of Geryon by Jun-Pierre ShiozawaThis labour was for Hercules to acquire the cattle of Geryon, brilliant red cattle that were guarded by Orthrus, his two headed shepherd dog. Hercules, for this task, travelled to the island of Erytheia which lies in the far west. In order to do so, he had to cross the Libyan desert. After traveling for long, he got frustrated by the heat and let an arrow loose towards the sun. Helios, the God of the sun, seeing his “courage” decided to help him and gave him his golden chariot on which he crossed the sea from west to east every night. Hercules rode the chariot to Erytheia, the “red island” of the sunset. On his arrival, he was attacked by the two headed dog, Orthrus. Using his famed club, he kills him with a single blow to the head. The herdsman Eurytion arrived to help Orthrus but fell to Hercules’s club in the same way. Hearing the commotion, Geryon joined the fray, wielding three shields and three spears, three helmets on his shoulders. He was slain and fell to one of Hercules’s poisoned arrows which was shot with so much force that it pierced his forehead. Hercules then had to herd the cattle and take them back to Eurystheus. Hera however, sends a gadfly which bites them, sending them into a frenzy, thus dispersing them. Over the next year, Hercules retrieved them but Hera sent a flood to prevent them from crossing a river that stood in their way. Hercules filled the river with stones to decrease the level and crossed it with all the cattle. On returning to Eurystheus, the cattle were sacrificed to Hera.Eleventh labour- Golden apples of HesperidesThe apples of Hesperides by Remnev, AndreyTo begin this task, Hercules first had to find the island that had the golden apples. In order to do so, he caught the old man of the sea, a shape shifting sea God. In some variations, either in the beginning or towards the end of this task, Hercules runs into Antaeus, a man who was invincible as long as he touched his mother, Gaia (the Earth). Hercules fights him and kills him by choking him in a bear hug while picking him up. Hercules was then captured by king Busiris in Egypt who planned on making him the yearly sacrifice. But Hercules broke free if his chains and escaped. Hercules finally made his way to the garden of Hesperides. On the way, he encountered Atlas who was holding the heavens on his shoulders. Hercules persuaded Atlas to get him some apples because he was related to Hesperides. In exchange, he would relieve him of the heavens until he returned. Atlas on returning, broke the pact and said that he’d deliver the apples to Eurystheus. Hercules conned Atlas into taking his place once more saying that he’d take it back from him after he adjusts his cloak. Hercules doesn’t take Atlas’s place a second time and leaves with the apples. In other stories, he slays the dragon Ladon who protects the garden and the golden apples and then returns to he king triumphant.Twelfth labour- CerberusA statue of Hercules as he subdues CerberusThe final labour demanded Hercules to capture Cerberus, the three headed guardian of the underworld and return to the king. To prepare for his journey to the underworld, Hercules travels to Athens and is initiated in the Eleusinian mysteries. He then enters the underworld with Hermes and Athena as his guides. In the underworld, he meets Theseus and Pirithous, two companions who were trapped by Hades because they tried to covet Persephone. One tale tells of snakes coiling around their legs and then turning to stone, cutting off their escape. In another tale, he invites them for a banquet but reserved seats of forgetfulness for them. They sit in them and are ensnared as they lose their mission in mind. Hercules frees Theseus but a part of his thigh stuck to the chair. However, when he tries to free Pirithous, the earth shakes, thus showing how much he desires Persephone. Hercules then meets Hades and asks if he can take Cerberus above ground. Hades accepts on the condition that Hercules subdues Cerberus without using any weapons. Hercules overpowers Cerberus, slings it over his back and takes it back to Eurystheus who at first cowers in fear. He pleads with Hercules to take Cerberus away and said that he’d relinquish him of all duty if he did so. And so, Hercules’s debt comes to an end

“Hello dad, my internship location is a different city, 2000 kilometres away! My friends are planning to book train tickets and it will take nearly 36 hours to reach.” I was blabbering on the phone standing in the corridor outside my classroom. I was expecting my dad to say, “Never mind. Both of us will book our flight tickets, I will take you there, meet your office people, book you a hostel for two months, talk to the hostel warden, check food facilities and everything else and ensure that you are in the best of your comfort zone.” Instead, he said, “Yes, go ahead. You also book your ticket along with your friends.” I was frozen for a minute. “But dad, it is a 36 hour long journey!” I said. “Yes, that’s okay. If your friends don’t want to go by air, you go with them by train. It will be fun.” He tried to comfort me. I stood there for another few minutes wondering how I would manage all of it on my own. I had never stepped out of home without my parents’ guidance and that was my cocoon I refused to step out of.Now, I was being given only 18 days to prepare myself for this 2 month long journey far away from home. My batch mate booked train tickets for 5 of us who were going and I was glad that at least I escaped one task. I was extremely nervous. 18 days passed with the blink of an eye. The away-from-home mission started with the train journey, the second of my life so far. But like my friends and my parents had said, the journey was fun. 5 of us immediately bonded and endured our 36 hours playing dumb charades and other games. We reached early morning and stepping foot on a different land comprising of different people, speaking a different language and most importantly, me being away from my parents was like being on an expedition for me.But now, when I recollect those days, I feel those were among the best days of my life and I cherish each memory I have of that place. Roaming on the streets with luggage and hunting for a hostel, negotiating with the hostel warden for the fee and settling my things in the wardrobe were the first few things I did on my own. At home, I was a spoilt child and had never entered the kitchen except for taking food or keeping my utensils in the sink. In the hostel, besides taking food from the kitchen, I washed my utensils, packed mine and my friend’s lunch and even warmed milk on the stove in the middle of a night for a friend who had hurt her foot and couldn’t walk. I even learnt to wash clothes, iron them, withdraw money from a bank, go grocery shopping, interact with people not knowing my language and so many other things I couldn’t have done staying in my own city at my own home.At the internship, my boss assured me that it was a safe city and I could travel around for events and work. I managed to do 18 events in the two months, a number the company was yearning to reach in the two years they had been operating for. Everybody appreciated my work at office.I learnt to not only take care of my own self but of my friends too. They had started teasing me by calling me mommy, the one who was always worried if everybody was eating well, was in their respective rooms before the deadline at night, was reaching office on time, etc. I also became the accounts in charge for the 5 of us, who owed whom how much and why, I kept a record of all of it.Being a strong and chirpy girl most of the time, at some other times I broke down too, on the day of my childhood friend’s wedding when I could not be her bridesmaid, when my grandmother suffered a minor heart attack and I couldn’t be there beside her bed and sometimes, just like that, not knowing why.But overall, I am glad that I went there stepping out of my cocoon. I learnt a lot of household chores, a lot from my internship, made a lot of new friends and most importantly, learnt a lot about my own self!
" Rukh Zindagi ne mor lia kesa , humne socha nhi tha kbhi esa. Ata nhi yakeen kya se kya ho gya , kis tarah mei tujhse yuh bewafa ho gya. Insaf kar do ,mujhe maaf kardo." It's 2:45 am, the silence around me is bliss, no noise, the lyrics are taking me to a different world and I started fighting my internal demons. We often tend to neglect our mental health. One of the most common illness that is overlooked is depression. People think depression is sadness. People think depression is crying. People think depression is dressing in black. But people are wrong. You toss and turn in your bed so that sinking feeling in your stomach goes away, but it doesn't. You wish your mind could just stop thinking, just for a moment, so you can trick your mind into falling asleep but it doesn't. It hasn't for 3 months now. You remind yourself of happy memories, but there don't seem to be any. The more you try to remember, the more miserable it feels. The worst part is, you don't know what caused this storm. Could it be the recent heartbreak? Or the fact that you've lost all your friends? Is it that you've lost all confidence in life. And that's what keeps you up all night. There's a sense of permanence in turmoil. It doesn't seem like it's ever going to be okay. Days aren't really days; they are just annoying obstacles that need to be faced. And how do you face them? Through drinking, through smoking, through drugs, through cutting. When you're depressed, you grasp on to anything that can get you through the day. Everything's going wrong all at once. With every step you take, your world collapses a little more. Nobody knows what you're going through, no matter how much they pretend to. They can't see what's hiding behind your smile. How can they not? You know what depression really feels like? Nothingness. It feels empty - zilch. There's nothing inside you, nothing around, nothing to look forward to. Nothing to fall back on. Nothing that you can see.
Babies especially newborns are sensitive beings recently out from the safe vicinity of mother’s cocoon to face the extreme weather conditions. Since their bodies are slowly developing immunity and tolerance, babies born in summers have a tougher time of not only coping up with extremely hot surroundings but also regular problems like long power cuts, water shortage, and soaring temperature. HappyMaa provides some tips to keep both the baby and mother cool during the summers.Baby bathing frequency-Babies sweat a lot during the summers but it is still not recommended to bathe them frequently as their skin may get dry. However, if your child still feels too hot wiping them frequently with lukewarm sponge will and moisturizing them also help to keep them cool and prevent their skin from developing dryness. Babies should not be bathed with cold water in open surroundings, the bathing water should always be lukewarm and babies should be brought back to the bed wrapped in a towel. While bathing the baby special care should be taken to clean her underarms, neck, and all the folds visible on her body as these areas produce more sweat and chances of developing rashes are more.Oil Massage- Oil massages are mandatory health routines for the baby even in summers as they regulate blood circulation and strengthens the bones of the child. However, in summers it is recommended to use light oil which readily gets absorbed in the skin and doesn’t stay for long on the body of the baby as it may block the sweat pores and develop skin rashes causing irritation.Summer dressing- Babies should be dressed in loose fitting cotton clothes during summers as cotton cloths easily absorb the mild sweating. For the protection of babies they are usually dressed in layers so that whenever they start feeling uncomfortable due to soaring weather a layer can be removed to keep them cool yet protected. If you are moving out with the baby, try to cover their body completely with loose and soft cotton cloth and her head with comfortable hat to safeguard her from scorching heat, rashes, and heat strokes. However, it is recommended to avoid taking baby out during the hot weather for a long time.Additionally, throughout the weather try to use soft and comfortable material for baby everywhere like whenever you are putting baby down the cloth below her like the bedsheet should be of soft cotton material so that it can easily absorb their mild sweating. It is recommended to avoid using silk, nylon, and other synthetic form of material for the baby as they may trap heat inside the baby’s body and cause them to sweat profusely causing skin rashes.Use of AC and Coolers for baby- It is highly recommended to keep baby under the normal room temperature so that their bodies adjust to the temperature accordingly. However, if the mercury is soaring and unbearable, the AC and Coolers at moderate temperature can be used. However, babies should be kept away from the effect of direct air hitting their bodies. Also, switch off the AC and let the baby’s body adjust to the temperature before taking them out during the summers as sudden baby’s bodies are vulnerable to sudden weather changes.HAPPY MAA WISHES YOU AND YOUR BABY HAPPY SUMMERS. Many, many years ago, a sage was meditating on a Himalayan peak. Majestic dales and solitary vales sprawled around were all aglow with the divine streak.Though the birds chirped songs, and rain poured down in throngs, he was unmovable, lost in a deep trance. In winters, icy cold storms blew and the snow around and over him was all aglow with its chilling primitiveness. His soul but was safe somewhere in the cosy warmth of transcendental realisation. In autumn, wind-fallen leaves sailed down with slumberous tumble, and ripe fruits fell proudly, adventurously for a juicy, pleasant crumble. He still was somewhere else when the nature opened these marvellous jewels from her treasure trove. In spring, wild flowers fully unfurled their fragrance and smile, and honey-bees engaged in dawn to dusk toil. He but was unmoved and transported into a state where the ecstasies of natural bounties don’t mean anything anymore.Summer’s warm days sprayed desultory, eerie uneasiness around, and cool nights proudly embraced this son with his soul heaven-bound. Still it didn’t matter. He was undisturbed and was silently moving on his meditative path.Once it was a full moon autumn night. A fairy was flying amid milky delight. A perfect calmness pervaded the solitary vales. Everything was asleep, bathed in the softest fluffy shades of white. The fairy flew low over the peaks glowing under the moonlight. The seer was lost in his trance in front of his cave, the beauty of nature sprawled around meaningless to him.She saw him and hovered around the sanctimonious air of his sagehood. A small, harmless mischief rustled in her young, innocent heart. She circled in the air above him. Her laughter touched the milky sea around and created soft ripples. Her unbelievably soft dress rustled in the gentle breeze born of her circles. It but did not have any effect on him. He was engrossed too deep in the cosmic balance beyond the sensory contradictions and dualities. The more she looked, the more was the urge in her to bring him back to the beauty of this world, to fetch him from the deep ocean where his soul had dived. His exquisitely masculine physique and persona created tempted sparks on her magic stick. She tried all juicily leering feminine tricks. But her desire-lorn swirls in the air failed to move him even a bit. Helplessly she descended onto the earth. There were almost tears of helplessness in her beautiful eyes. She sat in front of him with those rose-red lips pursed in a heart-breaking frown. Her marvellous eyes were lost in his handsome, bearded, well sculpted face. It was mesmerizing. There was not a single worldly trace on his face. She herself was caught in a trance and lost the sense of time and the laws of the fairyland. The night sped away as if in a jiffy. The day rose. The sun arrived with full earthly delight. There was terror in her eyes. The hope to return to her realm died. She had broken the law of her land by not returning on the same night after the brief terrestrial sojourn. The realisation crashed against her soft self like a thunderbolt. Her utmost sensuous bare shoulders heaved under the tremors of this unpardonable fault. A cry involuntarily tore through her slender throat. And then it was a still bigger violation. His serenely flowing meditative phrase met this sinful, full-stopping dot. His communion with the divinity was broken. His long-closed eyes opened. The world of his penance lay scattered. His fiercely burning eyes stared at the flower in sobs and sighs. Her large, flooded eyes pleaded for mercy. But the fire in his unforgiving eyes was unrelenting and cursing. The fabric of his serenity was torn. The sage thundered, “You proud, vain woman of egoistic beauty, become an ugly bush of thorns!”Mowed down by the spell of his cursing energy, an ugly bush stood in place of that angelic beauty. All shaken and ravaged, he left the place. A thorny branch, meanwhile, got entangled in his loin cloth, as if for meek, pleading forgiveness and brace. He but scornfully jerked it apart and headed to some other place for a new start.Time then took to its heels on swift horses. The seasons changed. The spring’s colourful patterns were rearranged. The summer’s warm kisses melted the snows. The autumn’s harvest uncomplainingly fell to the air’s chiding blows. The winter’s snowy blanket covered the peaks. And rains lashed down in stormy freaks. This pleasant wavering of nature, however, couldn’t shake the sage from the meditative maze high there in the hills. Faraway down the hills, the accursed bush was shrouded in thorny haze. It struggled to sprout fruits and flowers. Even cursing has a testing time against soft, innocent glow of purity. How can something having a fairy core remain ugly and thorny for too long? Her pure soul entombed in that thorny shrine prayed for penance. And see, a flower of her fruits sprouts forth!A flower blossomed among the thorns. So beautiful! It lit up with life among the thorns and deadly pale dark brown branches. It appeared juxtaposed by a miracle, like it had dropped from the heaven and got stuck there. It was the day when the enlightened sage arrived from the north. Contented with his cosmic realisation, he came down the beautiful dale. As he passed the bush, his purified soul sensed the thorny shrub’s plaintive wail. His feet disobeyed him and he couldn’t move. The lone flower among the thorns fell at his feet in holy-most obeisance and greet. He picked it up and was lost in its fragrance. The thorn was ugly. The flower so beautiful and fragrant! What contradiction! Flowery heaven and thorny hell together! The latter born of his cursing condemnation; the flower born of the beauty behind the thorny bars. It was a jolting earthly realisation. Hadn’t he broken the beautifully set laws?Torrents of repentance cut through him. He bid penance at the altar for a long time. His repenting self set around a reformative shrine. His soul drenched in painful chime. He braced the thorns with the love and affection purest of the pure. It gave him bleeding fingers so many times. He caressed and cared for it like it was the beautiful most flowery shrub. He was practicing his penance now, of love, of surrender, of repentance. What else can be bigger than these? When his soul had been salvaged of the sin, nobody could bet against her for a win. There she blossomed in front of him. Beauty, charm and grace filled to the brim. Her smile was forgetting and forgiving. It was the beacon of her penance, of love, of beauty. Inside the stony walls of his heart, a new luminosity was now thriving. The sage embraced her. She, who had been separated from her loved ones, got the earthling she had fallen for. Happiness, bliss and calm opened a new door to the start of a fresh cycle of life, love and humanity. All but the sage had been extinguished by the cataclysm. The lone and forlorn survivor, he had been striking at the doors of heaven with his endless questions. Now there was no more pursuit. The endless had manifested itself in a small sip of love. Now they lived as a man and a woman. New hopes, aspirations and offspring began to thrive. Thus were sown the seeds of another spell and cycle of life, of creation. Their unchecked love in those flowery vales left countless exotic trails. Gurgling brooks gave company to her primordially sensuous laughter. His instinct’s procreating sprouts mingled with the mirthful waters of her receptiveness.
I approached him once.“People say you know much, but you rarely speak. Why this silence?” I asked.“What should I speak?” He enquired.“Religion, I guess” I replied.“What about it?” He asked.“Why so much of strife these days. Why instead of uniting us it is dividing us?” I asked.“At times, people don’t really understand simple logic. Maybe they don’t want to hear it” He said.“What is it?” I asked encouraging further explanation.“The path of religion is more about walking than discussions. Those who reverse it and focus more on debates and arguments become philosophers, intellectuals, and fanatics. Those who don’t, and concentrate on walking gradually realize something valuable in the process.” He said.“But why so?” I asked curiously.“Ego filled discussions and sermons are always easy. It enhances your image and self-worth and people start following you, while silent walking takes away your identification. It means consistent giving up of your inner turmoil and that scares us.”He replied.“Why it scares us?” I asked.“The idea of giving up is so scary that humans can give up their lives, but not their attitudes and beliefs.” He replied.I nodded in acceptance.“The words pointing towards the truth is not the truth itself, but a mere reflection of it just as you see a reflection of yourself in water.” He said.“What it means?” I asked.“Truth is beyond words and is in personal experience. The sages uttered these words from a state of realization. In the absence of that realization words become your identification and that is dangerous. You can go to any extent to defend them according to your need and to satisfy your greed. Sadly, the image of truth appears more pleasing than the realization of it. This is the chaos of religion.” He replied back.
I love, love, love watching crime shows and love more Nordic noir and the temperamental detective, where the moods are as erratic and dark as the plot. Here is a list of a few I watched over the last year which has strong female leads. A few of them are incredibly edge of the seat with a fantastic plot and cast to execute them. And thankfully, the women at the center are not seeking or falling in love with the nearest good-looking man as a respite from (and sometimes at the cost of) their detective duties. They are middle-aged with children or are single and unapologetic about it, much flawed and human, yet brilliant and unwavering in their goal. Check them out and let me know others. This genre, I wish, would grow in multitudes1.The Fall: Gillian Anderson returns to the small screen as Stella Gibson and how brilliant is she? We know both the hunted and the hunter in this slow, moody, psychological thriller and yet, the cat and mouse game is less than predictable. The plot: when a Belfast murder remains unsolved, Stella Gibson (Anderson) is brought in to catch the killer. DSI Gibson soon fears that a murder spree is underway in Belfast and a killer is on the loose. An equally brilliant Jamie Dornan plays serial killer Paul Spector whose identity is known within a few minutes of the first episode, but hey, watch it and tell me if that makes it any less exciting.2. The Killing: Who killed Rosie Larsen (and other questions answered). The Killing is based on the Danish television series Forbrydelsen (The Crime) and stars Detective Sarah Linden and her loyal love-to-hate-you-hate-to-love-you sidekick Stephen Holder (I admit, I fell a bit in love with the damaged piece that was him by the end of it). Each episode ends with a cliffhanger that points of a possible killer who doesn’t turn out to be the one in the next (but of course!). In essence, the show follows the investigation of the murder of local teenager Rosie Larsen but is intertwined with others: the police investigation into the murder, the Larsen family's attempts to deal with their grief, and the fluctuating electoral fortunes of a political campaign that becomes embroiled in the case.3. Happy Valley: Oh, how much do I LOVE BBC’s crime productions? There are five on this list (barring The Killing) and I say without hesitation they have mastered the art (or science or what have you). Happy Valley is set in the Calder Valley and Catherine Cawood (Sarah Lancashire) plays a strong-willed police sergeant, still coming to terms with the suicide of her daughter, Becky, eight years earlier. She is now bringing up Becky's young son, Ryan, the product of rape. Catherine hears that Tommy Lee Royce, the man responsible for the brutal rape that impregnated Becky and drove her to suicide shortly after Ryan was born, is out of prison after serving eight years for drug charges. Catherine becomes obsessed with finding Royce, unaware that he is involved in the kidnapping of a young girl—Ann Gallagher. Things get worse as the kidnappers try to hide their tracks and Catherine grows neurotically persistent.4. Vera: Based on the Vera Stanhope novels by bestselling author Ann Cleeves, Vera (starring Brenda Blethyn in the titular role) is an employee of the fictional Northumberland and City Police. She is obsessive about her work and driven by her own demons. She plods along in a constantly disheveled state but has a calculating mind, and despite her irascible personality, she cares deeply about her work and comrades (-- from Wikipedia). Everything about her screams motherly and cantankerous, yet she is a formidable force to watch. And you will grow very fond of her by the end of it.5. The Honourable Woman: Not a detective series this but I couldn’t help adding it to the list. THW is a political spy thriller which is so nail-bitingly good, you have to watch now. It features Maggie Gyllenhaal in the title role (isn’t that the new, happy trend: small screen revival projects for the out-of-work or fading big screen stars?). She won a Golden Globe for it. Totally deserved, may I add? Gyllenhaal plays Anglo-Jewish businesswoman Nessa Stein who eight years earlier became the new head of the Stein Group after her brother abruptly stepped down. As she continues her work to maintain the Middle East peace process, old secrets come to the fore and bodies pile up. The stakes are raised high when Kasim, the son of Atika, Nessa's friend as well as Ephram Stein's Palestinian housekeeper, is kidnapped.6. Top of the Lake: Okay, to be honest, this is not one of my favorites. I thought the plot fell a bit flat towards the end. But the characters and the settings are quirky and unique and the whimsical style of storytelling reasons enough to watch. The drama stars Elizabeth Moss (someone I admired in Mad Men and will, till the end of life, know as Peggy Olson). She plays Detective Robin Griffin, a Sydney police officer returning to her remote New Zealand hometown of Laketop, facing the crimes surrounding the pregnancy and disappearance of a local 12-year-old girl, Tui.7. Spiral (Engrenages): Another one to add to the list is the French BBC Drama - Spiral: Engrenages - broadcast on Canal+. It stars two powerful female characters: a quirky, obsessed, but brilliant female Police Captain Laure Berthaud, and a ruthless, corrupt and beautiful female lawyer Joséphine Karlsson, both caring less about the many feathers they ruffle. These female characters are primary to the plot and rarely was their gender invoked in relation to their job role or position of power. This feminist observation apart, the 12 part series is gripping: the characters etched out in great detail (I felt for each of them in their individual disasters and triumphs), their relationships and challenges realistic, and the three subplots cleverly executed and tied together. A minor quibble was the need to look at the subtitles constantly, but I swear by end of it I could speak a little bit of French myself.8. Marcella: Err... another British television crime noir detective series. Yeah, mea culpa, but I do like them so much! They are astonishingly atmospheric—a trait I look for in everything I read or watch—the cast and setting need to grow on me. The series stars Anna Friel as Marcella Backland, a former London detective who is asked to return to work to investigate an unsolved case from eleven years ago involving an unidentified serial killer who appears to have become active again. What I love best is she is un-coplike, almost vulnerable and thus, very relatable. Series 2 started airing in Feb, 2018 and I can’t wait for it to come to Netflix.Homeland and House of Cards are the other two wildly popular series with strong female leads. Might I also dare add Game of Thrones season 6? Finally, we have women sailing to conquer worlds and play both the hero and the villain. We have come a long way.But you know what else I wish for now? That the victims of these murders are not women! YES, let’s write a book or make a TV series where the victims of the serial killer is not a WOMAN? Yes, yes, please? I know, we make a pretty picture no matter what, but let’s not have any more cowering and whimpering. Just for a change.About the writer: Smita Bhattacharya is an author based out of Mumbai. She has a particular soft spot for psychological thriller novels and TV series. Her latest novel, Dead to Them, was released in January 2018 and is currently garnering rave reviews. Her other two books, He Knew a Firefly and Vengeful, have ranked among the top 100 Asian Literature & Fiction on Amazon. There is a thin line between deep thinking and over thinking.
Being Indian, some news brings you shame. This kind of news is one of them. In 21st CE, Where the whole world watches us with their understanding of this century shamed us for such gender discrimination. In distance village of Rajasthan, Banswara. Few NGO went and found that there is a tradition for women. In this tradition, women eat after his male partner and family. eventually, NGO found that it is gender discrimination and they started to educated women groups. Ironically, Many parts of India these kinds of practice is social norms. These kinds of practice have been unchanged in many decades. Many people saw them as regressive practice or culture which comes from Hinduism but for few of them, it’s only outdated tradition which must go as we live in the 21st Century. For Original article please go throw the below mention link:When women stopped eating leftovers?Irrespective of many arguments that this behavior comes from the patriarchal culture of Indian society, I disagree with this notion. I don’t think so original and fundamental culture of India was male patriarchal in nature. All original scripture which has founded Hinduism agreed on one simple fact:“Women should be worship like Goddess and Their respect brings Devas (deities) into the home”. (Paraphrased from Manusmriti)There are several examples where we Indians celebrated the world most taboo things. Sex (Kamasutra is one of the celebrated book in Indian culture about sex) symbols and position. There is temple which is dedicated to sex and sexual posture. I don’t find that people were having about watching these images together.Khajuraho images which show various posture of sexual activities. (Source: The Wire)So how can a society which gives sex (A widely accepted taboos in all Abrahamic religion) images a place in their temple has become such regressive that they were not allowing women to eat together? It simply baffled me.More than half (51%) of all Indian women of reproductive age have anemia, according to the Global Nutrition report 2017. While our women are not allowed to eat properly. This is a shame situation. But as I was expecting, few readers who have novice understanding about everything had tried to link it with North Indian states, few consider that it’s the fault of Hinduism and few consider that it’s due to our society which has regressive structure.I would like to remind all Indians, It is our burden to remove such practices out of the window and the real reason for such discrimination practice amongst women has nothing to do with Hinduism or It’s ancient culture. For understanding that women position in Indian society please go throw my blog:Women In Hinduism – Part OneWomen in Hinduism.(Wikipedia)We must need to accept that after Mugal invasion (I am not blaming here Mugal but the patriarchy culture they bring in India) our culture has been decayed and it is not inline with our scripture which gives women freedom, allow them social and civil rights. Slowly the local practices turn out to be more patriarchy. But I would like to share an example, which no Indian can be denied and that is the proof that still Indian culture have not inhibit complete patriarchy. When I was a kid. My father used to hard work. I have seen him giving complete salary to my mother (who was the housewife and earn nothing). I have seen him asking money from my mother for his daily expanse. This is the story of millions Hindus household. I never have seen such practice in other culture. Male used to keep all money and give a small number of women for their need. But the above mention practice is a popular culture amongst Hindu family which shows that financial owner of the family is “Women”, They have been termed as “DhanLaxmi” or “Finance Ministers”.So, In my point of view. This kind of practice happening because of Illiteracy. We need a massive drive of literacy (Dharmic and Modern). We need to teach people what they are doing is against of their culture and Modern values.Only Education and Social awareness can bring the change we want. Abusing a culture (which certainly no one understands because of its complexity) is novice attempt to shed of responsibilities. Blaming mindless way will help no one.We must not forget what Upanishads told us about eating habit in the family:And if a man wishes that a learned daughter should be born to him, and that she should live to her full age, then after having prepared boiled rice with sesamum and butter, they should both eat, being fit to have offspring. And if a man wishes that a learned son should be born to him, and that he should live his full age, then after having prepared boiled rice with meat and butter, they should both eat, being fit to have offspring.— BRIHADARANYAKA UPANISHAD 6.4.17 – 6.4.18,The irony with Indians is that We are being more animal after leaving our dharma education. It is time when we bring back the dharmic culture back to our society.
On August 12,1997 a loud series of shots rang out outside the Jeeteswar Mahadev Mandir in Mumbai. They were just one in a sequence of warnings about the state of our nation, and yet just as before, we Hindus refuse to wake up and face the truth. The event that occurred outside the Mahadev Mandir in Mumbai that fateful day, was not particularly outstanding when seen in the context of the daily reinforcement of the fact that India is in the hands of Muslim terrorists. The victim on this particular day happened to be a plump, short media baron, known as Gulshan Kumar.Who was Gulshan Kumar, the Cassette King? He started out life as a humble fruit juice seller's son in Old Delhi. He wanted to make it big in Bombay and he did, by cooking up innovative ways to pirate popular music. Super Cassette Industries, his flagship company and its low price high volume strategy ushered in a musical revolution. Pretty soon he had the leader of the pack , HMV India itself, chomping at the bits in order to compete with him. Using all of his fortunes from his music production company in Noida, near Delhi to finance his film production business, Gulshan Kumar soon became the owner of a vast 400 crore rupee empire.. He was the highest tax payer for the financial year 1992-93.It was with his foray into the Indian film industry that Gulshan took his first step into the jaws of the Muslim Mafia network without which Bollywood simply can not exist. For decades the film industry has been the money-spinning machine and media arm of the Islamic Mafia. The Indian film industry serves a twofold purpose for the international Islamic Mafia which is headquartered in UAE and Pakistan . 1) With a turnover of over Rs. 7000 Crore, the Indian film industry has become one of the biggest money making operations for the Islamic Mafia. Although it is not as profitable as drug-trafficking, sale of illegal arms, prostitution rings or counterfeit money, it certainly does help to line the pockets and provides valuable interface to politicians and industrialists who are enamored of the glamour and glitter of Cinema magic. 2) But the real reason why the Indian film industry is so important to the Islamic Mafia, is the fact that it serves as the best possible propaganda tool in a country of over 950 million people. A blatant glorification of Islam and an utterly distorted insulting portrayal of Hinduism are the tools that it uses constantly to affect Indians' psyche and effectively utilize information warfare. Hindu culture is consistently given the mantle of a backward, intolerant, illogical culture, whereas Islamic concepts, ideas, and judgments are given the legitimacy of truth. One of the most successful byproducts of this psychological manipulation has been the corruption of Hindi, via the glorification of Arabicised Urdu words. In popular films and music, Urdu is always used in order to condition the Indian public. In other instances, terrorism which usually stems from Islamic quarters in India , is attributed to Hindu groups in movies! Islamic terrorists are portrayed as martyrs on screen. Islamic ideas are touted as progressive whereas Hindu ideals are dismissed as outdated and illiterate. Urdu is the language of "civilized" sophisticates, Hindi is the language of "Ganwaars" or village idiots. These are just a few examples of the objectives which the control of Bollywood provides to the Islamic Mafia. On August 12, 1997 , nothing appeared to be out of the ordinary as the familiar portly figure of Gulshan Kumar attired in white kurta stepped out of his car in front of the Jeeteswar Mahadev Mandir that fateful day. A simple Thali of offerings for worship of Lord Shiva swayed in his plump hands as he started walking towards the shrine. His devotion to the divine had been steadfast in its earnestness. A huge portion of his wealth had gone into beautifying and enhancing the pilgrimage experience of Vaishno Devi for pious devotees. It was his efforts which had rekindled the sound of early morning Bhajans in Indian households all over the country. Despite the allegations of piracy and fraud, he had focused all his energies into what he viewed as an offering to God. As the assassins pumped his frame with bullets, the last words heard by Gulshan Kumar were:"Bahut ho gayi teri puja, ab upar ja ke aur karo" (You have prayed enough to your idols down here, now go up there and do it.) A chilling reminder of the fact that Islam and the Islamic Mafia will do its best to eliminate any Hindu who dares to reaffirm his faith loud and clear in India . Who were Gulshan Kumar's enemies? What was his crime? The clues to the answer apparently lie with music director Nadeem Saifee. In 1997, Nadeem's solo album Hai Ajnabi bombed. He wanted Gulshan Kumar to finance his next private album. Gulshan Kumar wisely decided that Nadeem was not destined to be a chartbuster and refused outright. An enraged Nadeem who was obviously used to displaying arrogance in lieu of his Islamic godfather's protection started threatening Kumar saying "Have you got a call or not? My "Chahnewaale" (friends) will call you. You don't know who I am."By May 1997, Abdul Qayoom Ansari alias Abu Salem, a 29-year-old Dubai-based member of the Islamic Mafia, who is also known as one of the "arms" of kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, had called up Gulshan Kumar on his mobile and curtly told him to call back at a Dubai mobile number. When Gulshan called the number back, an amount to the tune of 10 Crore Rupees was quoted and Kumar was threatened with dire consequences if he failed to cough up the dough. Kumar, a man who had managed to survive in the Film Industry long enough without giving in to the Islamic Mafia of ISI's underworld dons, refused to pay outright. Even when Abu Salem sent his Mullah terrorists to Gulshan in person, the wary devotee refused to budge an inch. Who is Abu Salem??He is accused number 87 in the Bombay bomb blast case. He was charged with procuring nine AK-56 rifles at the command of Dawood's brother Anees Ibrahim. Mumbai courts issued an arrest warrant against him in 1993 ``for conspiracy to cause explosions with intent to cause death and damage to property.'' If caught and convicted he faces the death penalty. In 1995, Interpol had issued a Red Corner alert for him. In 1997, the UAE government received extradition papers for Salem from the CBI upon request. The first ever trap (which is known as `fielding', in the underworld slang) was laid with the blessing of nadeem and his "godfather" Dawood . The trap for killing Gulshan Kumar was laid between July 15 and 20, while he was shooting for his forthcoming untitled film at the Jasdanwala Bungalow at Aqsa Beach , Malad. Two teams from the gang maintained a watch on his movements but failed to strike either because of the milling crowds around him, or for the fact that he was shielded by his Punjabi bodyguard. When Gulshan Kumar refused Abu Salem's threats of extortion, he was enraged at the "Kafir" Hindu's insolence and ordered the hit. Apart from Kumar's 250-crore annual turnover from Super Cassettes and Music Industries, his religiosity and lavish expenditure for devotional purposes including a `langar' at Vaishnodevi temple, where Rs 5 lakh was spent every month had become eyesores for the Islamic Mafia. Abu Salem had been chosen as the key operational head in Bombay by Dawood himself , due to his incredibly cruel and brutal nature. He was also given charge of handling extortions and hawala transactions on Dawood's behalf. In April, Abu Salem began by calling up top film producers asking them to pay up. About 20 top film personalities were personally contacted by Salem over the span of two months. The figures he quoted as extortion payments were in hundreds of crores. Over 95% of the Movie moguls simply paid and never informed the police. Salem 's men attacked producer-director Rajiv Rai at his Tardeo office, which led Rai to flee to London . He never returned since. Later that April an attempt was made on Subhash Ghai's life which was foiled by alert police. Salem himself had telephoned Subhash Ghai asking him to pay up. The Indian Film Industry was serving its purpose as the money making the machine which churned out Millions of Rupees in liquid assets for Dawood and ISI to create mayhem, death and destruction all over India. Not one moviemaker had the guts to resist, every single one of them was deeply involved in this deep-seated treachery and anti-national activity which killed Indian citizens every day. Was it simply because Gulshan Kumar did not give in to this nefarious plan, that his body lay riddled with bullets in front of the Temple steps in Mumbai that day? Hardly. As the details began trickling in, it became apparent that the plot to kill Gulshan Kumar had been hatched on June 12 at Dubai when a galaxy of Indian stars participated in the opening of a luxury hotel owned by Vivek Goswami a narcotics dealer linked to Chota Rajan another underworld non-resident Indian don. As investigations continued, more rivalries began surfing. Ramesh Taurani - owner of Tips another rival to Super Cassette, was identified as an associate of Dawood Ibrahim's gang. The investigation led the police to interview filmstars Pooja Bhat, Salman Khan and Shravan among others. Bollywood's links with Mumbai's underworld were always known. But the extent of its involvement with the Islamic Mafia became apparent only after Gulshan Kumar's death, a man who was murdered simply because he was a Hindu success story. "When the underworld approaches you, you cannot refuse.", these were the chilling words of Nadeem Saifee, the main accused in the Gulshan Kumar murder case. A month later a casual friend of Gulshan Kumar and writer-director Mukul Anand died unexpectedly of a "heart attack" in his sister's home in Mumbai. Anand had been in the process of making a movie on Kashmir which went against the Islamic Mafia's propaganda plans. The film was being shot in USA on the pretext that the environs resembled those of Kashmir . The reality was quite different. Anand had been threatened and he and several of his associates were frightened enough to go into hiding when they returned to India to raise more money for the movie. A relative of the executive producer was slain by a killer on a motorbike. And then all of a sudden Mukul Anand suffered a surprise "heart attack".What is even more shocking to discover is that EIGHT months before Abu Salem ordered the cold blooded of Gulshan Kumar , the CBI had requested his extradition from the UAE government. However, the request became just another of the 35 others pending with the Government of United Arab Emirates and like the other requests, this too was put on the backburner. The CBI is not too optimistic about getting back any of the members of the Dawood gang, hawala dealers and arms and drugs smugglers who are responsible for the most heinous crimes committed against India .The Arab provision of shelter to these hard core terrorists and criminals provides convincing evidence that the conspiracy to create chaos and panic in India stems from the Islamic world in general. Dawood Ibrahim follows and carries out the directives of Pakistan 's ISI and oil rich Arabs, who take pride in their Islamic fanaticism. It is he and his deputies who mastermind all of the major terrorist attacks and hardcore crimes which take place in India . As the disturbing facts about Gulshan Kumar's murder were unearthed, an incredible pattern of internally linked networks which are sustained by the Islamic Mafia become apparent. The crimes begin with low level extortions and proceed higher up the ladder with the all too willing Indian movie industry, as well as heads of major corporations in India and finally goes all the way up to the politicians who hold the highest positions in the land. The breadth and depth of this net of crime and the virulently anti Indian activities it breeds are spread unimaginably far. The extent of involvement is so deep, that the public knows not even one hundredth of the details of this story.Original Post : Islamic Mafia of Bollywood: Death of Gulshan Kumar#smblogcontest

We all have our own darkest secrets and always think about the outcome when these secrets go in wrong hand. Rhonda Byrne somehow revealed the darkest secrets of human life which enthralled the whole world on Christmas Eve
Women working as the top-notch executives in the men dominated the corporate world are just not responsible executives, wives, and mothers but they also play an important role of being a role model for millions of young women aspiring to make it big in the corporate world without compromising on their families. They are often interviewed by the journalists to share their experience on maintaining a healthy balance between work and their most responsible role of being a mother. Their experiences act as a respite for the working women who often feel guilty for not having done enough and not being always present for their children due to their professional commitments. In the changing scenarios, we have numerous prominent women setting trends in the industry, however, let’s have a sneak peek on the lives of three topmost women honchos essaying the role of an ardent professional and a mother with the equal fervor and their advice to women across the world. In her interview with David Bradley, the PepsiCo global CEO Indra Nooyi candidly shares her experience of essaying the role of a mother and a CEO. Nooyi says that honestly, women can’t have it all. One has to often choose between both the work and family and compromise somewhere in between but having a supportive family and office staff has helped her to create a healthy work-life balance between work and her family. She says as she and her husband both have hectic corporate profiles, they both plan their lives together meticulously to maximally fulfill their duties as parents to two daughters. Similarly, the candid and beautiful letter of Chandana Kochar, CEO of ICICI Bank to her daughter has recently been doing rounds in the social media circles wherein Kochar too has emphasized the importance and need of a supportive family for creating a harmonious balance between work and family. In her letter, she tells her daughter that children having working parents have great advantages of growing up independent and responsible from a very young age as parents set examples for them since their childhood days. She beautifully shares her journey and experience since losing her father at a young age and seeing her mother toiling hard to provide them an excellent upbringing and her eventually making it as one of the most powerful and successful CEO of the largest private bank in India. She tells her daughter that her successful career wouldn’t have been possible without an ardent commitment to her work and a supportive family hence accentuating the need of strong family bonds and the importance of playing the role of a mother, wife, daughter, and a CEO with equal fervor. Naina Lal Kidwai, the powerful Country Head and Group Manager of HSBC Bank is known as the first Indian women breaking the stereotypes. In a candid interview, Naina says that she has faced with the dilemma and pressure of leaving a lucrative career when she conceived her first child. But audaciously she chose both ensuring to break industry stereotype by creating a gender-neutral working environment and nurturing her family without making them feel overlooked. She makes it a priority to spend quality time with her family by planning trips to natural places devoid of mobile phone coverage and Internet. Her simple philosophy lies in playing both the roles distinctly.
It's 4 am and unlike other nights, I stayed up last night. No, not because I'm in love with my best friend. And not at all because I'm a crying mess, I've been here before, you know. I've often been told that I'm a devil with a cute smile, that I'm a charmer wizard with innocent eyes. And I'm like, what? Just because I respect every girl and treat them right, am I that bad.
The Flux, the change in flow, in current, movement, in moments of life.Humans are forever stuck in the hyperboles of their own imaginations and expressions. To relate to a metaphysical hydraulogical phenomenon is to experience life through the flow of water. The structural capacity of water is that of a fluid. The fluid, unlike oil, which makes breathe; unlike acid, which saves more, corrodes less.Water hence, provides a lesson for the pravaah(flow) we all need in healthy living. To endure, collect and proceed… Flow through life with a sense of fluidity, taking shape to the circumstancesthat create the person you are meant to be. When an object traverses through universe in due time, kinetic, potential, stored, all of which, caused by the movement of the substance nurtures energy. Flowing water is a form of energy. Yes, the world has progressed in utilising the hydel power and hydraulic stations, the polities and economies of some countries revolve around them. Where the amazon rainforest has been dependent on existing reserves of hydropower, China produces 856 kw hydroelectric power annually. However I wish to highlight the intellect behind this energy of water. Sparkling Water? The moment it touches your throat, it flows through the surface that existed, erodes the friction and calms your being. When we think of the energy in stored glaciers and bottles, it almost feels solid. Contained. Abstained. So much so that whence we experience a natural or a virtual flow, it teleports us to a place of serenity and tranquility. The moment the shower spouts water on your head, the sense of thirst for peace and refreshment is enlightened. Be an ever flowing river and dance through life, flowing beautifully from one place to another.Glide to the destination of life that awaits. If we indulge in mind mapping, we would realise this phenomenon in depth, as to how our thoughts too are a flow of emotions and ideas. To surpass a phase in life, to move on, we must attempt to not stay put, but move. It is funny how for how people who worship the still water. For it is in a constant state of departure, while still arriving. We realise action when it is at position of unrest. Now it can be when the cloud rains pour, brooks babble across banks and produce froth or even then when see a tear roll down the cheek. It creates a moment of unsteadiness. And also a moment to not to stop. life is like river rapids, strong and powerful.times, we must know when to paddle gentlythrough a slow-moving stream.Wherever you are in your present practice and life,be mindful as to what fluidity your mind and body is craving. Water is the mother of fire and on earth only do we preside.Out of the three elements in existence, water, in my opinion holds the strongest and the most integrated position. I have seen my work and toil fall and turn into rubble within nanoseconds, I have seen alive beings burn to ashes. I didn’t have much to take from my grandfather after he expired, but his teachings on finding the flow stuck to my heart. Next time when you’re stuck in a puddle or a storm, remember to be like the flowing water. Remember to have a pravaah.
Porn as a word that has been making people go crazy, blush, even takes them to a world far from here. On one side, people are promoting high-quality porn, which is again a big deal in this world. And the rest argue as it has been promoting vulgarity and creating illusions of fake orgasms, fake beliefs, myths and everything.
Blurb:OVER A SPAN OF TEN YEARS, HE KILLED FORTY PREGNANT WOMEN AND THEN VANISHED WITHOUT A TRACE. AFTER FIVE YEARS OF SILENCE, HE IS BACK AGAIN, SEEKING HIS NEXT VICTIM. ONLY ONE MAN CAN STOP HIM – PROFESSOR BLACK.Maher was found unconscious in the middle of the highway and later, in the hospital, she revealed that she had escaped from a killer’s house. All the details and patterns matched the serial killer ‘Kansa,’ who had disappeared five years ago after murdering forty pregnant women. ACP Saargi Desai was assigned to the case. She appealed to her department to bring back Professor Black to help her catch the killer. The Professor, who had a haunting past that had kept him away from the world of crime and investigation for several years, was not willing to take on this case. But the ACP managed to convince him to get on board just for this one last time. Soon after agreeing to help, the Professor realized that for the first time in his life, he had met his match. As he dug deeper into the case, everything got dirtier, the stakes went higher, and nothing was what it seemed.Intrigue:‘Kansa’ is the First book of ‘The Killer trilogy’ series by Prassant Kevin. The book narration starts with a couple who are traveling back after marriage at Corbett, whose car met with an accident, which rans out on Meher who is an escaped victim from KaNsa. The story grips with “ACP Saargi Desai” who suspects the impression of serial killer Kansa, who seeks help of a alcoholic, drug addict, womanizer yet criminology expert “Professor Black” to break this killing mystery of forty pregnant women and their babies. Not to further be a spoiler, this book answers the questions:Who is kaNsa?Why is the motive of killing pregnant women and their babies?Did ACP and Professor could break this mystery ?How Meher escaped from killer clutches ?To know yourself, read this crime thriller kaNsa. My Review:To start off , the book cover is damn awesome specially the EMBOSED title, the background picture and fine quality paper with bigger font which is handy makes happy to carry. It was one of the most awaited crime thrillers, the pace of book is very good and you will not find yourself bored at any point and a perfect nail biter.Book starts with a hidden message, a second of driving negligence needs more pay off and in other way that paves a great start as clue to find the serial killer, “There is no one either good or bad, but circumstances make them so” , one of the best thing in kaNsa is the story is written and narrated in third person point of view. writing style is pretty clear, decent content and has minimal grammatical errors, can be ignored in interest of plot. The narration was so perfect, I can feel those come before my eyes when I am reading the book (may be due to midnight read)At few places due to suspect and mysterious nature, readers will literally experience chills in their spine (sweet warning), this book pulled me from love and romance to crime and suspense genre ( I stacked three already) ,title kaNsa and story progress makes the keen readers feels the mythological impression in the intrigue.Below few unanswered questions made me to go with a star less:1. Professor Black family ?2. Logical or medical reason to kill pregnant women3. The necklace4. Two pictures of of three by Meher5. Annu Kesharwani, white rabbit6. Exact male who torture and kill pregnant women7. Arjun involvement in crimeLooking forward for Book:2 in this trilogy series, overall kaNsa turns out to be a perfect crime thriller, with decent story-line,well narrated, fit to screen-played, minor grammatical errors, nail biting page turner. Even the last page has an amazing twist that paves a thought for the upcoming one. kaNsa serves as reference for “Criminology” enthusiastLink:KaNsaRegardsKiran K Adharpuram

International Mother Earth Day (or Earth Day)The Earth Day is celebrated on 22 April 2018 each year to celebrate the Mother Earth. Thus, Earth Day is to remind us of the importance of maintenance of the life balance.History:●US senator and environment enthusiast: Gaylord Nelson was the driving force behind the celebrations.●The idea came to Senator Nelson on witnessing the infamous 1969 oil spill in California.●The spill took a toll on the ecological system of California and the Outlook of the nation itself.●Driven by the desire to involve the youth in the cause of the environment. ●It was due to the reason that an ideal date i.e. 22 April was chosen (between the spring break as well as final examinations).●Initially, the event had just 20 million supporters and by the 90s the figure swelled up to 200 million.●Then came the path-breaking legislation in form of Rio Declaration of 1992. This legislation put more effort into economic, social and environmental reforms. ●Today, the figure of the followers is estimated to be beyond 1 billion. As a result, each year volunteers gather to plant trees, ensure cleanliness of the vicinity and achieving success through sustainable goals. Earth Day 2018 Theme:Leading the process of change is the Earth Day Network. It has been decided to dedicate the celebrations this year to End Plastic Pollution. The organization is creating and finding support for ensuring utility. creating support for a global effort to eliminate single-use plastics along with global regulation for the disposal of plastics. EDN will educate millions of people about the health and other risks associated with the use and disposal of plastics, including pollution of our oceans, water, and wildlife, and about the growing body of evidence that decomposing plastics are creating serious global problems. From poisoning and injuring marine life to the ubiquitous presence of plastics in our food to disrupting human hormones and causing major life-threatening diseases and early puberty, the exponential growth of plastics is threatening our planet’s survival. EDN has built a multi-year campaign to End Plastic Pollution. Our goals include ending single-use plastics, promoting alternatives to fossil fuel-based materials, promoting 100 percent recycling of plastics, corporate and government accountability and changing human behavior concerning plastics.EDN’s End Plastic Pollution campaign includes four major components:Leading a grassroots movement to support the adoption of a global framework to regulate plastic pollution;Educating, mobilizing and activating citizens across the globe to demand that governments and corporations control and clean up plastic pollution;Educating people worldwide to take personal responsibility for plastic pollution by choosing to reject, reduce, reuse and recycle plastics, andPromoting local government regulatory and other efforts to tackle plastic pollution.Earth Day Network will leverage the platform of Earth Day and the growing interest in the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day in 2020 as a catalyst for global action.Education is the foundation for progress. We need to build a global citizenry fluent in the concepts of climate change and aware of its unprecedented threat to our planet. We need to empower everyone with the knowledge to inspire action in defense of environmental protection.Environmental and climate literacy is the engine not only for creating green voters and advancing environmental and climate laws and policies but also for accelerating green technologies and jobs.may be hard to imagine that before 1970, a factory could spew black clouds of toxic into the air or dump tons of toxic waste into a nearby stream, and that was perfectly legal. They could not be taken to court to stop it.How was that possible? Because there was no EPA, no Clean Air Act, no Clean Water Act. There were no legal or regulatory mechanisms to protect our environment. In spring 1970, Senator Gaylord Nelson created Earth Day as a way to force this issue onto the national agenda. Twenty million Americans demonstrated in different U.S. cities, and it worked! In December 1970, Congress authorized the creation of a new federal agency to tackle environmental issues, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.Earth Day began in America in 1970 as a day to celebrate the planet and encourage people to be more environmentally friendly. It is now an annual event and is widely regarded as the beginning of the modern environmental movement. Activities associated with the day often include planting trees, raising awareness about recycling, volunteering for green projects, and reducing the number of energy people consume. Earth Day is supported by a host of celebrities, including Leonardo Di Caprio, Emma Watson, Miley Cyrus and Matt Damon. Earth Day has become one of the most widely celebrated environmental events across the globe. On this day, events are held worldwide to increase awareness and appreciation of the Earth’s natural environment. Currently, it is celebrated in more than 192 countries each year. It was originally celebrated at Spring Equinox around 21 March every day but now the United Nations has designated 22 April as the International Mother Earth Day. Earth Day Network coordinates this annual day across the globe.Earth Day is all about appreciating the uniqueness of our planet Earth with its incredible biodiversity. On this day various national and international activities are conducted to understand the biodiversity and how should we protect our nature – plants, animals, and environment.Today, Earth Day Network (EDN) works with numerous partners and communities in more than 192 countries to raise the environmental concerns and diversify and mobilize the environmental movement. Apart from this, a large number of communities celebrate Earth Week and create awareness among other people regarding environmental issues.Various Earth Day FactsEarth Day Flag is called Ecology Flag. It was created by cartoonist Ron Cobb and was first published in the Los Angeles Free Press on 7 November 1969. The Ecology symbol resembles Greek letter theta and is a combination of the letters “E” and “O” taken from the words “Environment” and “Organism,” respectively. The flag consists of thirteen alternating-green-and-whites stripes with a symbol on the left-hand side. Earth Day Anthem is a universal song associated with Earth Day. Its lyrics are set to the tone of Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy” melody on which the official anthem of the European Union is based.“Joyful joyful we adore our Earth in all its wondermentSimple gifts of nature that all join into a paradiseNow we must resolve to protect herShow her our love throughout all timeWith our gentle hand and touchWe make our home a newborn worldNow we must resolve to protect herShow her our love throughout all timeWith our gentle hand and touchWe make our home a newborn world.”Earth Day became an international event on 21 March 1971, when UN’s Secretary-General U Thant spoke about it at a Peace Bell Ceremony at the United Nations in New York City. Since then, the United Nations Earth Day ceremony continues each year on the day of the vernal equinox (March 20th or 21st), with the ringing of the UN Peace Bell at the very moment of the equinox.More than 20 million people and thousands of local schools and communities participated in the first Earth Day of the United States that took place on 22 April 1970. This huge turnout made the first Earth Day as the largest organized celebration in the history of the United States. The success of Earth Day helped to influence the United States’ government to create stronger laws to protect the environment.Earth Day Network, the organization behind the Earth Day movement, works with over 22000 partners in more than 192 countries worldwide to raise environmental concerns. Today more than 1 billion people participate in earth day activities each year to make it one of the largest movements on earth.Earth Day 2000 combined the ambitious spirit of the first Earth Day with the international grassroots activism of Earth Day 1990. This was the year when Earth Day used the Internet to expand its reach and organize activists across several continents. The message was loud and clear and it proved invaluable domestically and internationally. In the year 2009, United Nations officially renamed Earth Day as International Mother Earth Day.On Earth Day 2012, more than 100,000 people rode bikes in China to reduce CO2 emissions and save fuel.Every year on April 22, men, women, children, groups and communities all around the world gather together and put all their efforts to collect garbage, plant saplings, encourage people to go for recycling, sign petitions and discuss issues to save this planet from depleting resources. In few places, earth day is celebrated throughout the week to expand its reach so that more people take part and put their efforts to preserve the environment.Earth Day SignificanceEarth Day is a day dedicated to increasing awareness about the Earth, its issues, and problems. Today, more than 1 billion people now participate in Earth Day activities each year, making it the largest civic observance in the world. As a result of this remarkable event, various policy agreements and acts are sanctioned such as Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and many others.Earth Day has gained significant significance in the past. This is due to the fact that people have been witnessing the shortage of food, skyrocketing fuel prices, increased global warming and changing weather patterns. It is a day that acknowledges the importance of our planet. People come to know about the contemporary environmental issues such as global warming, depleting resources etc. Both adults and kids become conscious about the strategies and tactics which they can adopt in day-to-day life to ensure cleaner environments.Various suggestions are brought to light about recycling, energy conservation, increasing plant and tree growth, save water, respect nature, reduce toxins in the air, keep the environment clean, reduce air pollution, planting trees and flowers to increase oxygen and love and respect towards all animals who inhabit the earth. There are small ideas with the huge impact such as – plant a tree every year, switch off the light when not in use, use recyclable bags for grocery shopping etc. presented during Earth Day celebrations.Apart from the individual households, even companies are encouraging their employees to contribute their part when it comes to saving this planet from degradation. Making use of public transportation, carpooling to reduce pollution, switching off AC after office hours, motivating people to take less printouts, using renewable sources to generate power, allowing employees to engage in tele or video conferencing, using CFL lights and bulbs, extracting geothermal energy to heat up office buildings are few of the initiatives companies are taking to save energy and make this planet safe for our future generations. On the transportation side, companies are now manufacturing and selling hybrid and electric cars that do not make use of petrol or diesel to run. New technologies are coming in which are making these cars at par with that of cars running on petrol and diesel. If people implement some of these and make changes in their behaviors towards Mother Earth, then we would be able to make our planet a much better place to live in – also for coming generations.

Tattoo Care – very essential to keep it’s charmTattoo seems to be a wonderful word which brings different feeling. Atattoo on the body looks just awesome. Be it on a girl or a boy...it is smallor big. The craze of tattoo is increasing immensely among the youngsters. It is known as one the bold ways to express anything. Some just make itas a passion. The thought of having a tattoo itself is very tickling. But, it isvery important to first have proper knowledge about the making of it andthen taking care of it.Tattoos are permanent designs on the skin, by using a needle withpermanent pigmentation. It usually takes 4 to 5 hours to make a tattoo, but it also depends on the size of it. It is also very important to select aproper trustworthy and a professional artist who can do his jobefficiently. Once we select him, it turns out to be our responsibility to takecare of the tattoo once made, because, even the best of a tattoo can bespoilt if proper care is not taken.Once the tattoo is done, it is very necessary to take proper care of it. Assoon as the person is done with the making of tattoo, they cover the freshtattoo with a bandage. This is done to prevent the bacteria andinfection. This bandage should be left as it is on the tattoo for at least 2 to3 hours. Once the bandage is removed, the first thing is to wash the tattoowith lukewarm water and liquid antibacterial soap to wash the ointmentand spread blood from the tattoo area. One should not use a wash clothor any kind of rough coarse material. One can also clean it with yourhands, but sterilised towels are the best. A regular application of theointment is necessary for at least 2 to 3 days.If these steps are followed properly, then, a normal bathing and taking ashower would not be a problem. But, one should be careful of not soakingtheir tattooed part in hot water for a longer time as it can turn out to beharmful. One should also avoid swimming for minimum 2 weeks as thewater contains chlorine. There are certain kinds of symptoms like scabbing or peeling of the skinis usually witnessed while the wounded skin is healing. If excessivescabbing is found, that is a sign of the job not done properly with perfectionor it can be that the person’s skin type is not familiar to the chemicals. Incase of normal itching on that place, it is advisable not to scratch but justslap that place or apply lotion on it. There would be a sign of relief to it.One has also to be careful by Sun and Ultra violet rays. As our normalskin needs to be protected from the direct sun, it is also important to protectthe tattoo. Thus, it is advisable to apply some good sun block on the skinespecially the tattooed part to prevent it from direct burns. One can useBacitracin or just normal coconut oil on the tattoo while it is healing. But,at the same time one should be careful, that they do not use Neosporinas they are harmful for the tattoos.Once the initial period of all different restrictions for the tattoo is over, theperson is free to display their beautiful tattoo to the world. But, at thesame time proper care is to be taken to protect the tattoos from the directsun or hot water. If this is not done, the tattoos may fade and they look veryshabby. Tattoos are no doubt a beautiful body art, but only if proper careis taken for to have it the same way in a long run.
Derrick Jensen, in his book “A language older than words” showcases a monologue of torturous life in the first chapter titled silencing. In a world of mixed ethnicities and cultures, jensen wishes to connect and hit homes of the readers with his nerve wrecking message about the existing mushrooming violence. Marveling environmental beauty and the reality of space, he traverses from his memories of the troubled past and guides us to his future and expeditions where he sought lying was the only route to mend his living. The implicit silence that lurks within the society now and since childhood then, is an act of living in a world distant from the truth. In our schooling years whence we all our free birds with no systemisation in our lives, we risk our hearts at the pleasures of being honest and innocent. The education we receive is a monopolistic game play to create disparity between what we are taught and what we experience and feel. The difference makes us stuck in a virtual world where there is a constant conflict between the residence of belief or sight. To survive from which, we must speak lies. With the passage of time, we get bound within the bountiful cultures of knowledge and monotony strikes our lives and we begin to settle. Settle for the way we work, the pattern in which we breathe, the space in which we travel. This life is ushered by physical, mental emotional oppression. However the contemporary era may be, we continue to deny the truth in reality and become mindless, deaf and mute to those in need. “the lies act as barriers to truth.”If one chose to speak, he would be silenced by the oppressing powers of culture, politics in the society. “Consider your own life, the ways you deny your own experience, the ways you have to deaden your own empathies to get through the day.” This subjugation of truth and self acceptance that has been hardwired in our lives sJensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table, quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. after this became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. His father, made him believe in a world which was made out of a figment of his imagination. To him, this ‘control’ over his thoughts and subsequently actions was ‘normal’. although The intensity of torture and pain inflicted over jensen was a customised service upon him done by his father;he was made to believe that this was the routine for him. Escaping from such incidences was a question of human dignity, more of all, his survival. How did he cater to this acute urge to survive? By lying.Jensen rightfully demonstrates how violence speaks the language of lies. “do not believe a word I write in this book, about my father, about the culture, about anything.” Jensen puts the reader in a state of epistemic ambivalence when he contradicts himself and his stories in an attempt to fabricate the truth. For even then, he wishes to make his ends meet. However unbelievable these covers may be, they must always serve as the barrier for truth to colour the horrid reality. He caged himself in a rock crystallized world where he chose silence over speech, calm over revolt and lies over truth. He quotes R.D Laing “ if our experience is destroyed we have lost our own selves” which is precisely jensen’s trial. By denying of it all being happened at the first place, he attempts on losing those memories. These fabrications are the only bread to the subjugated human, suffocating inside the uniform bars of falsehood.History reflects the human tendency to turn a blind eye and lie about the existence of the to existence of successive damaging events. The study from the Allport, Bruner and Jandorf , psychologists of the holocaust and the transformation of the oppressed, from victims to survivors, is hard hitting one. In that period of constant misery and turmoil, steadily victims adapted to their fate, they became tolerant. This tolerance came by the harvest of escapism in their sweet, small endeavors as a mechanism for survival. They found their abode in mozart, business trips and leisure at the countryside. This helped them carve out their world of facades and live in an unreal reality. Jensen attempts the same by reaching out to the naturally expressive yet unspeaking and unhearing stars and moons. “I did not die because they spoke to me.”Jensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Making him witness the rule of the powerful, he made jensen sit on the table ,quietly, while he assaulted and victimised his family members. By staining his head, instead of painting a fresh leaf, it became a regime, jensen abandoned his belief system and gave up the fight for a change. This helped them carve out their world of facades and live in an unreal reality. By staunch He reaches out to the time when humans see but don’t acknowledge, hear but not listen and register quite what happens around them. He talks of a time when if a grenade were to roll across on the floor, it humans won’t realize it and turn a blind eye to them. Grease, oil and barrels all of which are uncommon to an average working class human, would be highly common. To the dockworkers and factory-men and thus, dangers in a mill would be shortly adjusted to their lifestyle. They too live in a little world of their own lies, ruled by terror but governed by their own escape.Humans are the tenants of the hyperbole of their deception and by each passing moment of progression or digression they save themselves by being stagnant in their own times. . There are atrocities, havocs, desirous activities, disasters and other moments of upheavels for an average human, imagining an illusionary universe can provide a necessary escape. Hence comes the dire need for adopting false mechanisms. False mechanism provides a fraudulent environment which is subjective to everyone, even if so in reality there is a mass in the common pit. In Jensen’s state of constant denial and neglect of reality, he dwells on his experience and faded memories, even while trying to let go of it. They are always arriving in a constant state of departure. We are silencing the reality which begs our interest and action. And even though we go on eons and eons, we are only here for the fraction of fraction of a second and so we stand in a pool of human built subdued untruths. A pool of veils on truth, made by the subject hood of individuals ,granted to it by the society to facilitate existence. After all the romanticism of relativity theory lies in the passage of time which depends directly as to where we are standing. In past, present, future or just an unreal world decorated by lies of our own.

Such tumors can dwell in the digestive organs, intestines, where they are the most well-known, in the lungs, pancreas and if not treated for long, depending on the speed of the immune system of the body, can intense to the whole body. A malignant tumor is dangerous, which means it can develop and spread to different parts of the body in the event that it isn't discovered early. A benign tumor implies the tumor can develop however won't spread. An amiable tumor more often than not can be expelled without it causing much trouble to the patient. On similar lines, a neuroendocrine tumor starts in the hormone-creating cells of the body's neuroendocrine framework, which is comprised of cells that are a blend of hormone-delivering endocrine cells and nerve cells. Life sometimes comes with many surprises and unknowing of what is coming our way, we become benign to our health conditions. Here are the types of Neuroendocrine Tumors that are rare yet common and how you can detect in your own house examining yourself. Although there is no confirmed sourced cause behind the occurrence of this tumour, scientists say that genes and lifestyle of the person play a huge hand in this condition. Depending on the kind and severity, the cure and survival differs. There have been no affirmed reports about the sort of neuroendocrine tumor which Irrfan khan has and neither did he specify about it in his tweet. “DeAr ZiNdAgi” Yes !!! what could be more beautiful, precious, lovable & valuable thing in the world other than 'Life' or 'Zindagi'. Dear Friends, we often tend to run so fast in life, that we have no time to stop & when we realize it’s too late to turn back. We hold loads of grudges # sufferings # pain # complains # unspoken words # un expressed love & much more from being child to being adult & that makes us to stay in the nutshell from which we do not want to step out coz of fear to get hurt again, to face people, to tackle same problems & same circumstances again. We keep running away from our-self, & we start living a life that makes us unhappy at times. Life is too short & all we have is only one life so, we should not let our past bad experience haunt & spoil are present. There are many who do not have good relationship with parents, with siblings & of course wife & husband, but each broken things can be fixed if we make efforts & know how to fix them. Being child we were too immature to understand things, situations, parents, siblings, friends, etc, but now that we have grown up we must learn to accept that all people make mistakes knowingly & unknowingly but we should give them a chance & forgive them. The people that make you unhappy let them go away from your life & you need not to regret. The people that make you happy, that motivates you, encourages you, understands you, listens to your heart, loves you should be valued & should never take them for granted.Speak out as and when need, instead of burying your unspoken words & feelings inside your heart. Our heart does not have habit of carrying such a heavy load. Our heart is precious & should be kept peaceful & happy to enjoy every second & minute of our life.Nothing holds us back except I Me & Myself. Learn to live in present & learn to change your present by improving in all little ways that you can that can make you & you life happy & joyful. Mistakes is our best teacher, so keep falling & keep learning but when you get up learn to move forward in life without turning the pages of unhappy past. You are the writer of you own life, so make the most beautiful painting out of it & give the Title “Love you Zindagi”We shld not feel ashamed of talking on our mental stress, depression, & feeling of being alone to our friends, families & dear ones. Dnt simply live life. Learn to live healthy stress free life. If you are happy frm within, you will see more happiness around you to feel & enjoy. If you are mentally stress free & happy it will help u to forget your past, you will live in present, do enjoy the company of yourself, love yourself, appreciate yourself & make your heart free like butterflies. #smblogcontest
Girls should be Understood, Listen to them how they feel, Appreciate them the way they are, Be with them when they need you the most, Help them to overcome insecurity, In isolated place do take care if you find her trapped..But sad to it does not happen, coz we do not consider it as our moral responsibility to keep our girls safe.Society is male dominated, so we fail to see how girls actually suffer and go through pains in everyday of their life. Whether it’s standing alone for bus, at railway station, in school, colleges, at jobs, working in police or army, being a housewife or being a daughter in law.Girl goes through molestation & domestic violence, even by their near & dear ones whom they trust the most. Our society has created boundaries for a girl how to dress, how to go around, where to sit, when to talk, how much to study, when to get married & even her career path is decided by the parents or in laws if they allow her to work. Why can’t people be normal with girl’s behaviour? Everybody has their own brains & can distinguish between good or bad, between right & wrong, pro & cos of the action that they take. Why does our society teach girls all the times & not the guys to be decent with their acts?Even if we dressed up in jeans, suit or sari men still tend to see you from top to bottom like an x-ray machine, plz ask us how uncomfortable it feels to be there. Woman can’t even feed their babies in public coz it makes it awkward for her.In offices if you talk nicely with any guy, go for dinner or a cup of coffee, people start assuming that there is something fishy between the two & people start giggling, passing comment, rumours etc etc & makes hostile work environment for a girl to work. Educated people at good level entertain this sort of nonsense. If after office a girl miss the bus & a male colleague drop her at home, society people starts talking rubbish “raat ko late aatti hai, kitne ladko se chakkar hai” & try to spoil her image & name for no reason.Showing condolence with few incidents like rape, child abuse, teasing & molesting does not make sense, coz that is done to gain political vote, to be in limelight, or to increase your TRP & make money out of it.A coin has two side & society should learn to see both the side without being biased. #smblogcontest
Book Review: Kansa (Book 1 - The Killer Trilogy) by Prassant KevinSo, after a very disappointing start to February with Keepers of Kalachakra, I decided to pick this one up for a bit of light read. I was provided this book in exchange for an honest review and I would try my best to be as honest as possible. I chose this book for the sole reason that it did not promise any cheesy romance that Indian authors churn these days and the blurb provided quite an interesting read about a serial killer. Did the book live up to the expectation? Here is my take on it.Blurb (From Amazon):Over a span of ten years, he killed forty pregnant women and then vanished without a trace. After five years of silence, he is back again, seeking his next victim. Only one man can stop him - Professor Black. Maher was found unconscious in the middle of the highway and later, in the hospital, she revealed that she had escaped from a killer's house. All the details and patterns matched the serial killer 'Kansa,' who had disappeared five years ago after murdering forty pregnant women. As he dug deeper into the case, everything got dirtier, the stakes went higher, and nothing was what it seemed. My Take on the Book:Imagine you are being provided a box of Bertie Bott's every flavor bean recommended by a friend and as soon as you take the first bite, you get a bad flavor. The same case happened with me while I was reading this book. Within the first 10 pages of the book, you realize the book was more of an essay rather than a thriller that was expected. Even though the plot was quite promising and had a huge potential, the book just did not live up to the expectation. What promised to be a brilliant plot falls flat due to bad editing, concurrent plot holes and inconsistency in characters. I could count almost three characters whose names changes in the course of the plot due to either spelling errors or the author took the liberty to change the name of the characters which were a synonym to the original name. What I would have preferred was if the author had taken the approach of a more dialogue-oriented story which would have added more clarity and thrill to the novel.Coming down to the characters, except for the main protagonist, none of the characters make any impact on the story. To avoid revealing any spoilers, I would just say, none of the characters did match up to their qualifications that were boasted in the book. Also, at many places, the main character would easily get his hands on things that are generally not quite accessible at many places and that added a few weird expressions on my face. There is always light at the end of the tunnel and since I have been talking quite negative about this book, let's also talk about some positives. Yes, as I mentioned earlier, the plot does seem promising and if the author ties up some of the loopholes, the novel works quite well. Also, since it is the first of the trilogy, there is a vast room for improvement in his future novels. The main protagonist does seem to be larger than life currently, but if this can be handled in future novels, it could just add to the betterment of the character and the novels. So go for it, if you want to read something interesting but where you don't have to put too much of your thinking cap on it. Also, for a person who is a fan of Bollywood Masala movies, this won't be a letdown. My Rating: 1/2 out of 5 (Hoping against hope, that the shortcomings are taken care in future novels)Book in Three Words: Thrilling. Glitched. Exaggerated.email@example.com

Everbody has 'kahaani' i.e stories to share in life, but their are few stories that are very heart touching, senstive, serious, reality & a matter of attention. I know we all have busy life, busy schedule & there many couples whose life depends on nanny, maids, day care for children etc. At times parents also leave their children at friends place, neighbours place or any relatives place without even having a thought tat whether my child would be safe or unsafe. The dirty mind belongs to strangers is true but we need to accept that even our own near & dear ones could have mind filled with shits & may try to harm your child, abuse your child. We teach many do's & dont's to our children but we forget to teach them a very important lesson that is of their own safety, yes safety of their body, lessons of good & bad touch. Make your child aware about gud & bad sign of touch, talk to them daily, have more conversation about school, teachers, bus drivers, auto driver etc. Parents must not forget that child abuse done by near & dear ones is not a matter to hide, ignore & make your child to suffer & get into pain or depression wherein he/ she cant tend to come out. We see & read many cases of child abuse in newspapers, televisions etc but we only get serious about it the day if any such incident takes place in our family. I request everyone do not wait for such cruel incidents to take place. Get alert & start talking & teaching your child today, coz precaution is better than cure. If any one comes across about any such incidents in schools, tutions, day care centers, NGO's one must immediately light such issues, investigate & inform the police. If we dnt act now than many such strangers will get more gutts to spoil life of several children. Your children are lucky coz they have parents like you to take stand & raise voice for them but there are many who do not have parents, they live in child ngo's, ashrams & have no one to share their pain. It's our moral duty to raise our voice & act against the child abuse. Be a friend to your child so that they can share entire routine & kahani of every day. I appreciate the director to take such a serious topic of 'child abuse' & highlighted the current rising issue for our children. There is a strong message to get serious about your child & their safety. Vidya was awesome the way she performed. It could have highlighted more such issues along with data from schools, child ngo's etc. I give 3.5 start to raise this topic in 'Kahaani -2' . It's a family movie so make sure your child also learns out of it. There is a message for all such strangers that, don't play with the life of any child or else accept death penalty or imprisonment for entire life. Even our judiciary laws must be strict & such person should straight away be sentenced to death.

A few days back I read once again Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead, when I had read it earlier as a school going child I had not understood it at all. I had found it silly and boring; the old copy was still lying in the corner of my father’s bookshelf. My hand stretched involuntarily to pick up the yellow-paged old book a few days back. I started reading it late in the evening and kept at it into the night to finish in a readathon (like marathon) manner. This time I saw the book anew. It was fresh and ringed of issues and thoughts which are relevant even today, as they were at that time, in 1957, and I think they will be still relevant for years to come. The Russian immigrant writer was strong-willed, intelligent and years ahead of her time. The philosophical novel which she wrote then invited much criticism but soon it gained lots of popularity and sold millions of copies. I feel the story of the protagonist though larger than life, why I am saying larger than life as the feelings, conditions, the circumstances which he goes through are little hard to find in today’s world. Many people go through times when they have to succumb to societal pressures, make deal with their ideas, priorities and sooner or later they do it for the sake of their family, friends, careers and what not. But Fountain head’s hero is not ready for a compromise. Not as a student, never as a professional. He is at war with the complete society. He does not give up even after being jobless, alone and broke. It is an amazing read, and I will not venture further. Those who have read it will understand the points which I have mentioned. Those who have not read it, I suggest should read it.Here I want to draw out the philosophy of Fountainhead. Ayn Rand supports individualism on the face of collectivism. It is hard to digest for an Indian, as all other societies but predominantly Indian’s have always been supporting collectivism. We have been always taught to sacrifice, bend, compromise for the sake of family, society, organization and many more. As psychology says a man is a social animal and likes to live in groups. Since the period when a man was a caveman he learned a lesson that if he has to survive then he should live in groups, otherwise he does not have a chance in front of the wild animals. The lessons taken in the jungle worked wonderfully till man dwelled in a cave. It gave him security, protection, recognition, power and many more. But once the wheel was made, the fire was ignited, mines were dug, and houses were constructed things changed. The civilized world came into being, with it came rules and regulations. Discipline was ingrained and customs and traditions became prevalent and then staunch for the smooth running of the society. But, then it was possible for a man to live independently, think independently and work also. When I say independently it does not mean, to live like Robinson Crusoe alone on an island with no contact with the world. That is something totally different; it is a disorder if you choose to do it while living in this usual friendly world. When I say think independently means to take certain decisions, which could be distinct, advanced and revolutionary. It may not fit in with the run of the mill, prevalent set of thinking or working culture of a particular society. But if an individual finds it correct, if he or she has complete faith in his work, concept, project or whatever decision he or she has taken then that individual should go ahead with it with complete confidence. In short ‘dare.’In our own country, India and a huge list of foreign countries we have examples wherein we can see that since time immemorial society has ridiculed, tortured, outcasted individuals with advanced ideas which were completely strange, foreign to that generation. There is a long list, right from Galileo, the Wright Brothers, Edison, Marie Currie, Edward Jenner and many more had to go through great pains and efforts to make people realize the importance of their work. In India as well there have been many great men and women who have been educators, reformists, social workers, businessmen whose work was at first trashed but later on understood and hence accepted by people. Why is it so that people are not ready to accept anything new? I think one of the problems which I can perceive lies in the psyche. We humans or even animals get conditioned to a certain routine, habits, weather and almost everything. If we are doing a certain chore every day, or we have been listening about a certain notion over the years, coming down from parents, grandparents and so on; then our mind and even our body accept it without any resistance. In other words, we can say this is the training of a kind. Our body and mind get prepared to see and then accept certain things in a certain way. As in Fountainhead, the Americans of that time were used to see and hence build completely orthodox, conformist kind of buildings which is why they were not liking and hence opposing the innovative ideas of Howard Roark. Some are so influenced by a certain style of living, that they get upset and so angry and jealous to see innovation. Sometimes, these sensitive minds can see or judge that the idea in front of them is fantastic but they are not willing to change, they do not want to come out of their comfort zone. Here again, I will give an example of the manipulative journalist Ellsworth Toohey of Fountainhead. Just because he didn’t appreciate or understand Roark’s independent thinking, his revolutionary ideas, Toohey tried his level best to finish Roark. In the real world also, where we dwell, there are certain elements like Toohey who do not welcome fresh ideas. But I firmly believe that if we look at today’s world analytically, the progress which it has made in leaps and bounds is because of a germ of an idea, vision, a dream seen by an individual. It is very rare that a dream is carried forward by a society as a whole. It is always initially an individual dream, may be taken up by the society much later. If the individual manages to convince the society of his dream then it propels into a nationwide, statewide revolutionary idea, but never in the beginning. With assurance, I say that individualism, (as in liberty to try new things, set on a new path, try new ways at looking at this good old world) is much greater and better way of living. It should be allowed, helped, propagated and seen as navigators of the progressive world. Collectivism may have helped us in certain situations; where great upheaval is required to turn the old world structure into a new one. But here, I must point out; even this great revolution is always started by one man, one situation. To be always be trapped in the shackles of society’s beliefs, their likings, their fears, their conceptions or misconceptions, how far one can carry this heavy load. There will always come a time when one would like to dump the load and think and move freely. After all, we are genetically distinct from the sheep which follows each other with precision. We are at the peak of the ecosystem because of the structure of our brain. This boiling pot requires fresh ideas for sustenance, as only change is constant and always needed. A caterpillar which is green colored transforms into iridescent blue and does not stay green.By Anuradha Singh.

This book has all the masala to be the next blockbuster Bollywood flick. A must read for sure. ~ RJ Khurki, Zabardast Hit 95 FM Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. This gripping story based on true events will keep you hooked till the very last page. ~ Antil, ScoopwhoopMY TAKEStarting from the book cover the first impression is the best impression the foremost thing which I liked in the book is the beautiful cover and its little unusual title “The Wild Cat” it indeed developed the curiosity within me to know what author meant by it. The lower half of a girl’s face and below it is the night view of a city with buildings in the middle of the cover title with sub title. The Wild Cat A deviant tale of a young woman, a banker and a conman who happen to meet on dating website. The Cover is beautiful and attractive. Title is also perfect for the plot. The story revolves around the line of protagonist Tanya aka Iron Angel, Dorothy, Adam, Mr. U W, Aaron aka Phantom or Alpha, Mrs. Martha, Sarah, Monica , Sam Baker aka call as Nick Baker or Cobra, Newguyintown,Notorious, Aunt Iris, Rookie, Venom, Rebel Queen, Rex, Mr. & Mrs. Baker, Stephanie Owens, Schmidt, Jeff Simpson, Dali, Frida. This is the story of female protagonist Tanya an art gallery owner inherited from her father. She lost her mother in her early age and her father had brought her up but later her father passed away in an accident. She was a alone and only have the support of her best friend Dorothy. Dorothy is dating online through an app which matches with a person of similar interest and lets them talk in a group or one -one.Tanya also downloads the app iVoice once she learns that she has been using it to date this person who is the owner of a sexy voice according to her. iVoice is a dating app but the twist is that it’s not like any other dating app. It’s a dating app based on voices of different people. One can only connect with another person she is interested in by hearing his voice. No real names, no identities. Just voice. The application has a option to lock in the phone number and also has a voice changer option if any user feels not to reveal their own voice. Tanya, aka Iron Angel on iVoice comes across another user called Adam who invites her to a private chat. Adam apparently is married and is a father to three kids. He shows signs of perversion and voyeurism and have cybered (cyber sex) quite a few times but his wife doesn’t mind even when she knows about his addiction. I don’t know why. Even his therapist knows about it but takes no step to stop him from his adventures. Tanya and Adam end up talking about the colours of underwear they wear, whether they wash hands after peeing, whether they sleep in PJs or sleep naked. I mean, girl you are talking to a virtual stranger and you haven’t even seen his face and you are already talking about penises, panties and thongs!! Like, seriously. I was exasperated at her common sense. He could have turned out to be an old pimp who doesn’t think twice before killing innocent girls. Anyways, coming to the second user Phantom; he is the lead male protagonist in this book. Aaron aka Phantom turns out to be an investment banker and is pretty civil when they first engage in conversation. He isn’t a creep like the two other users she had interacted previously. They almost talk everyday. As days pass, Tanya becomes more addicted to this app and starts to feel “soft” for Aaron. It’s trap. There’s always some people lurking in the background to pounce on when they are presented with opportunities. There’s one such person in this iVoice app too. He gains a large sum of money by selling of phone numbers and private images of the girls who uses this app. When Tanya comes to know about this and learns that Aaron is also linked with this whole ploy, she plots a revenge against them. The rest of the story follows Tanya in her revenge and whether she finds success in her plan. This book ends with a cliffhanger mode. The rest of the story will be in next trilogy set of the book.Language is simple crisp and lucid and has the ability to bring live the events narrated in the book. The characters are well developed and one can easily relate to their actions, reactions, mental agony, outbursts, etc. The only character that left me a bit confused was that of Tanya. The best part is that even the supporting characters are well- developed and merge smoothly into the story. You can easily relate to most of their actions, reactions and inner turmoil. However I would have loved to get to know what happen after BANG. BANG. who had shoot for that i have to wait for next book. While the first half is erotic thriller with cyber crime, the second half which is revenge. Narration is done well. The author’s strongest point is plot with unique theme and warn the women of online world. One of the most important things that I noticed is how with few words, the author could not only just portrayed the hazards of online world, the pain, joy and sorrows of the characters but she even manages to bring that out from the readers. Most victims of these crimes were teenage girls and women. There was a nefarious attempt to trap young girls to indulge in wrongdoing. The increase in number of mobile phones had also led to more number of cyber crimes. Crimes were also reported by misusing social networking websites on the internet. The writer’s words has the capacity to hold the reader till the last page. The book has been written well in accordance to real-life examples with realistic point of view. This is the debut novel of author but we don’t seriously feel as if we are reading a book written by a debut author. Overall a fantastic fantasy packed with action and tinged with suspicion and suspense. I personally would like recommend this book to every women out there and to all the book worms it’s a must read.Overall Ratings 4/5 StarsAbout the AuthorTaanya Sarma is an author, poet and an entrepreneur. Having Oily, Sensitive and Acne-Prone Skin is really tough to manage. Dirt, pollution and grease throughout the day make our skin look dull and makes us uncomfortable. At that moment, all we want a face wash which can simply rip off the oil and stickiness without leaving a trace of it. That squeaky clean feeling is really satisfying. Isn't it? In today's post, I am sharing my experience on ACNES Clarifying Face Wash which is by far the most effective face wash for the oily and acne-prone skin.Read more at ACNES Clarifying and Whitening Face Wash Review

I was shifted to titwala, home furniture transported by taxi when i noticed, chawl no 4 was pulled down and run down by jcb over chawl. When taxi driver seen all dillapidated chawl, he was confused about it.road was in bad shaped.it run half in chawl.remaining run at highway touch.the work of laying seadeep gas pipline through that place. drilled and roads dug for installation gas pipeline.work was going on.The month was scorching heats.sun was boiling over head.sunburn made our body itching and rash over body.electricity tower spread over chawl.its irriting sound made us unsafe felt.Between tower, chawl was constructed.so that heavy holtage current was passing through overhead wire.it made sound irritating.Afte two week, rodden had destroyed face of drainage line.she dug hole into it.and defaced chamber of drainage.Next day, we informed about incidant.due to heavy block into toilet, toilet was choked.drains water unabled to pass through chamber. The drain water was clotted between the nalla and chamber so that water could not flow through.Stench of water Clustered everywhere over passage.we called. Contracter, he hesitated said,'that was not my work"and he left that matter unsolved. So i left hope last.that builder who would take action about that broblem.i had been three day since come her.and problem arose one by one.I solved my own problem myself.we all decided to solve problem ourself.Nobody raised question against builder.who build chawl in unsafe.he used material was very poor quality.no rcc work was done in drainage chamber.if you touch to wall of house wall bits of cement cracked into hand.it was broaken into pieces. Our problem have no solution.even we paid instalment monthly.he left unsolved. So we decided to keep maintance charge maintaince from every member of chawl.everybody agreed to pay maitance charge .we chargerd 100 ruppes on every member as maintainace. But some rude member made block into our work.they hesitated pay maintaance.so that plan repairing drainage was remained pending.Dreainage problem only bursted into chawl no 4, so that chawl no 5 and 6 hesitated to pay charge as drainage maitance becouse they said that they had no drainage problem," then why they have pay as drainage charge""That was not our problem"...chawl no 5.saidThen that matter closed there.Chawl no3 and chawl no 4 had attached drainage line.so every month problem arose into our drainage chamber.Chawl no was heighed high size of house.and chawl no heighted low size so that blockege broblem arise monthly in our side. Then many probem arose one by one , we solved our own problem.we did not depend on other.Day was passing like sand on hand.sunrise and sunset simultaneously.
How often do we say thank you and really mean it?To God, to people who serve us or to mother nature...How often do we thank God for the eyes we open in the morning? For there are many who couldn't see the brightness of the sun today. How often do we thank God for the air we breathe? For there are many, who are putting a lot of efforts to breathe and there are many again, who just took their last breath. How often do we thank God for the people around us? For there are many who are alone and fighting depression. How often do we thank God for the home we live in? For there are many who have no roof. How often do we thank God for our job? For there are many educated unemployed. How often do we thank our maids, our help and other service providers? For there are many who are in dire need of help but have to manage all by themselves. We are busy complaining and comparing and forgoing happiness ourselves.Today it has been scientifically proven that expressing gratitude makes you a happier person. With this follows my third story "Faith" which was published in Dreamz Anthology last year. Although a fiction, it has been inspired by real life events.FaithAfter collecting their bags, Rishabh and Daman went to hire a taxi while Tania and Disha waited near the exit with luggage by their side. When the boys were approaching their girls, Rishabh could effortlessly notice the contrasting personalities of the two females standing a few steps away.Rishabh and Tania had been together since their first year while Disha and Daman, already in a relationship, had met the duo during their internship. Their night duties and a zest for clubs and night life had brought them together.Tania was soft, plump and fair skinned with hazel eyes, almost like the furry overcoat in her hands. With her chubby cheeks, dimply smile and a compassionate heart she had been the spirit of the hospital. Disha, on the other hand had a vivid sex appeal. She too, wore jegging with nude peep toes; her white translucent shirt with a tiny golden heart shaped pendant hanging just above the cleavage made her look sensual.Within an hour they were in their pre-booked private beach resort in Phuket. Tania had booked it after an intensive search for a quite beach resort within their budget for their weeklong holiday. The resort was truly a paradise for the couples. With their cottage doors and windows opening to the sea on one side and pool on the other, the couples were already thrilled.“The lunch is ready so please freshen up and join at the restaurant,” said the manager handing over the keys to their porter.“I really want to take out my clothes and swim,” said Disha, gaping at the Europeans enjoying in the pool bar.“Me too Honey! But let’s have our lunch first,” said Daman putting his arms around her waist while Disha’s eyes were on Rishabh who was looking around with Tania just a few steps ahead. The moment they stepped into the room, Tania kissed Rishabh, who was still brooding over Disha’s changing behavior. Rishabh also kissed her in reciprocation and then rushed to washroom.Tania took out her diary and started scribbling, with a gentle smile on her face.“What are you doing now? I guess we are on a vacation, right!” asked Rishabh, the moment he came out.“Ofcourse! We certainly are! You know, how much I have yearned for these holidays,” said Tania with a beam and got up with her diary folded in her right hand to kiss her beau.“This is my gratitude journal and before I forget, I want to write all those things, I am grateful for. I am just trying to remember the magic of the day till now”.“Magic!” Rishabh wondered.“Daddy’s permission for a trip with friends, riding an airplane which is a wonder in itself, a power nap refreshing me for the day, safe landing, a sunny day after cold foggy days of Delhi, a pre-nuptial honeymoon with the most handsome doc, a beautiful silent beach resort within our budget, an awesome cottage by the sea, all four of us together….in Phuket. I have already counted ten blessings, which are no less than magic for me,” said Tania with a smile and coiled to the writing desk behind to put down her diary.“Hmm! U know your attitude is what pulls me like a magnet to you. But everyone today, wants to have fun and so work on their goals to go for vacations,” said Rishabh.“Wrong! Not every girl is getting a permission from her parents, planes can crash any time, many can’t even see or experience the sun, there are many who can’t sleep properly where as I managed a great sleep in the plane, many love stories end up before they are born, many can’t afford even a budget resort forget the sea view or pool view,” said Tania asserting herself. “I am more grateful when I talk about it and you are also one of the manifestations for me.”Rishabh came from a small town of Uttarakhand and was living in a hostel. His extremely fair complexion behind the black beard and an athlete built up with ever shining inquisitive eyes had always made him stand out in the college group.Tania, on the other hand, had been a day-scholar. Her mom was very fond of Rishabh ever since Rishabh had saved Tania from an accident. Rishabh’s family was also under the magical spell of Tania although they met on rare occasions.Suddenly the phone bell rang.“Are you both ready?” asked Daman.“Oh yes! We will be out in a few more minutes,” replied Rishabh and kept the phone. While Tania changed, Rishabh found himself sandwiching between a nymph and a desirable seductress.Soon four of them were in the restaurant. They occupied a table near the portico with floral climbers till the square open roof tops. It was a breath taking view. The pool had umpteen Europeans swimming in it to tan their bodies. They were all basking under the sun and happy escaping the severe winters of their respective countries. At the brim of the pool were the sculptures of mermaids, painted in pink, blue and golden, pouring water into the pool from the pitchers in their hands. Just behind the pool, they could only see the huge serene and clear blue and green sea. The beach in between was not visible from the partly open restaurant. Tania and Daman were enjoying every bit of the picturesque scenery while Disha creeped her chair just opposite to Rishabh.Rishabh, now felt trapped almost like a monkey with its fist in the trap which can’t come out unless he releases the bananas or the nuts inside. Disha’s oomph factor, quite visible in her red strappy dress with blood red lipstick and penetrating eyes were, no doubt pulling him.Suddenly, Daman clenched his hand onto the table with his eyes still stuck to the vast sea and said, “Guys I am going to buy some vodka and wine and enjoy the evening here inside the pool. What say? No sightseeing, no clubbing. Let’s celebrate here for tonight.” All the three immediately agreed with a “wow” and so after the lunch, Daman went out for some liquor shopping while Tania ran and jumped into the hammock on the beach.“I don’t want to tan my body. I am going to my room guys!” said Disha while Rishabh’s eyes silently chased Disha although he chose to relax on the wooden recliners at close quarters with Tania.Tania was basking under the sun and enjoying the gentle touch of sea breeze. She was thankful for her dream of the sea on one side and Rishabh on the other. Soon, she was asleep. Rishabh was waiting for this; he suddenly got up and sneaked to Disha’s room.Disha was relaxing right there on the bay window. Her smooth, saucy legs turned Rishabh on. He didn’t want to waste the time. He jumped right from the window.“I was waiting for you,” she said in a husky voice into her ears while Rishabh hushed her and kissed. The moment he was to open the zip of her dress, the door bell rang. Rishabh stealthily jumped out of the window. Can’t believe it! You were waiting for me….curtains closed, much wavy locks, sensuous foot rub? What a beautiful kick! Incredible Phuket!” shouted Daman throwing his bag.“Oh you and your gratitude journal! Looks like we’re on your gratitude trip!” said Rishabh irritatingly, the moment he entered the room.“Look who is talking! I looked out for you on the beach and when I didn’t find you, I came back,” said Tania with a shock in her eyes. “By the way, I was thanking God for our beautiful future!”“Which has not even set in!” Rishabh said spitefully.“Why?” Tania gets surprised. “We are already in our honeymoon. What else do you need to start? Come here and sit,” she flipped her pages without enquiring further.“See just six months back, I had thanked God for my dream trip to Thailand and to a private beach resort in Phuket. Isn’t it a dream come true?” she showed her diary to Rishabh with date.Rishabh read her journal and couldn’t believe his eyes. Tania was right and then she showed her a few of her dreams manifested in the past one year, her mother’s health, her brother’s dream job and her results.“Believe me! God has abundance for all of us. You just need to have faith,” said Tania with a smile.Rishabh gazed at her in awe. He was certainly learning more about Tania, huddled over her dairy, in her denim shorts, red puff sleeved top and long straight tresses, she was definitely a fusion. Her thoughts on couple’s compatibility before marriage appeared strange in front of her deep faith like a good old granny.“Her aura always touches my soul. How can I ignore such a beautiful personality, inside out?” said Rishabh to himself. In the evening four of them sat together in the pool bar and enjoyed the cocktails, mock tails, pizza and swimming too. Rishabh tried to ignore the seductress in the string bikini, revealing her petite body.“Daman my back is burning. Can you please check?” said Disha with her eyes again on Rishabh.“There’s nothing honey. Let me rub some ice,” replied Daman and picked an ice cube to rub at her smooth dripping bony back. “You are tantalizing me!” he said in a low voice.“Let me enjoy the weather,” said Tania and swam towards the other end of the pool which meandered till the corner of the vast resort. Rishabh followed Tania. After the Christmas and New Year bash filled with music, dance, drum, wine, beer, fun, food and frolic they were all ready to leave Phuket. Rishabh still ….a pendulum.Their return tickets were booked from Bangkok. The taxi was booked and they happily bid Phuket a goodbye. As they drove their way, the darkness slowly covered the blue and orange sky and the stars slowly took over their positions, the four travelers were enjoying the music.Onthe Phuket- Bangkok Highway near Suratthani, the driver requested them to put some holy chants in his broken english.“Why?” asked Tania.“Madaame, this is accident zone and pirits….you know gosts…. stop caar causing accidents. I am Buddhist, I want to put …chanting,” replied the cab driver.“Are you mad!” giggled Rishabh“Don’t make fun!” said Tania pinching his arm.“Let the music run. We are doctors and don’t believe in ghosts,” said Rishabh reproachfully.“I don’t understand why do you like this metal?” saidTania in a teasing tone. “Let him put chanting for some time.”The moment Rishabh turned to reply; the taxi took a blind turn in order to save a creature crossing over and toppled upside down.Unable to open the doors and windows, they all shouted but in vain. The breathlessness suddenly increased. The three doctors tried their best while Tania prayed for help and imagined that help had arrived, thanking God for the same, repeatedly deep inside her heart.Driver and Disha had already fainted. Daman and Rishabh had also started losing hope when two men on a bike crossed the overturned car. They stopped and drooped to peep inside.Tania gesticulated forrescue.None of them could believe that they had survived a fatal accident. They thanked the good Samaritans who left almost like a bubble. While Tania and Rishabh brought Disha and driver back to their senses, Daman checked the car. The magic was still in the air or the angelic touch, the car turned on.Daman drove the car now with driver by his side; Rishabh took his window seat with Tania by her side. But this time, holding each other’s hand firmly with faith multiplied. The near death experience had turned everyone grateful for their magical retrieval.“Thank You Tania!” Rishabh mumbled in the ears of his lady of faith and felt fleshed out with love and faith.

BANKING PRODUCT NEED INNOVATION FOR FINANCIAL INCLUSION In new banking era innovative products and services are essential to provide our customers, generally in indian 80%market is based on rural population.rural market is vargin market for big market player, in rural market peoples little amount save and there need of lending money also small, they need services in affordable cost, so there is very much chances to provide good innovative services to them, in beginning of my career I visited to Krushna Bhima Local area bank in Manvi, Richur Dist. Karnataka that time I very surprise to see "Bank on wheel" concept, in that one small bank branch is setup in one big van, one clerk cum Cashier and officer provides services to rural population by giving them door step services, this mobile banks time fixed to reach every village, and when it reach to village, villagers will enjoy banking services by open a account, FD, RD etc, they could not need to visit bank branch by wasting there time and money. In early stage they depends upon Money Lender, Gold Smith and Merchant in heavy interest rates.such kind of ideas provide good services to financially excluded people who live in remote areas. In 2004 RBI appointed Khan committee for Fins this committee suggest two model, one is BC and second is BF.Businesses correspondence model is section 25 not for profit company who provide banking services to financially excluded people in behalf of bank through their outlets. Now a day any registered organisation do this. Second is Business Facilitator model were individual like retired, ex service man, post master etc provide services to those people. Now a days many NGOs,NBFC, MFIs are working for same purpose but there goal is different they making more and more Gain from Financial inclusion, it reflects to loan dumping, actual purpose was not correct, Not analysis actual condition of borrowers. So in future that makes big disaster for Financial industry. If there is any chances to change in borrowing rate, good apprisal it help to overcome to our industry, political people also spoil our portfolio indicating those things. If we remember 70% of crises in past due to bad practices and mindset of making more profit by such Organisation. ---Aniket Kirtiwar
Hello All! Welcome to another review post and today, I am going to share my experience with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (Pink) which is for Sensitive Skin. I already tried and loved, Garnier Micellar Argan-Oil Infused Water but yes, it does contain harmful chemical so I didn't purchase it again. Well, both the variants contain PHMB (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide) which is said to be dangerous (that is what I heard) for skin but I saw a lot of people loving the Pink Variant of Garnier Micellar Water so I thought why not to give this a try and see which works best. Let us get into the review.Read more at Garnier Micellar (Pink) Cleansing Water - Review

It doesn't matter if its legal or not , Homosexualiy will always be an issue to any culture.Yes,it took hundreds of years to be legal in some places, but its very uncertain that how long it will take people to understand their feelings and emotions ,and stop seeing them as a threat to any cultural values. People get scared if a homo stands in the vicinity, what if you get harrased somehow by him or her,or whould he or she destroy your social image. There are a lots of doubtful questions come into your mind but its not logical. Think you are heterosexual, do you like or love every opposite gender you see.if you do then you are mentaly retarded, if not then your taste of like or dislike depends on some criteria, which you might be aware of or might not.So A homo also find someone as per his criteria, it won't be everyone. But well there is a chance it could be you ,So if you deny then would that homo force you,can you force somebody to love you.You can't then why you can't befriend a homo?.We are actually insulting them giving a different category "Homo" but do they ever tease us calling Hetero. Why they can't do the same because we are more in numbers than them ,we are on the right path, maintaining the cycle of life, but they are an abomination breaking the cycle and a threat to the existence of human kind. Its true but think from perspective of your life,do you love a woman because you got a Nobel job to maintain life on earth or its just about your satisfaction and security. So just like us they also strive for their own and there is no wrong in it.This is how their body is made and if God is the creator and every creation is beautiful in its way then they are also beautiful and they are rare. There is no shame being a Homo or befriending a homo. They are different and less that doesnt mean we can dominate them. And if you have too much blind faith in scriptures then let me tell you what teaches us what is right and what is wrong,Its Life ,your experience on those actions you taken make you realize what's right in this world and you fight for it.They fought for their rights because its their truth which they protected from our kind.Even who gives you right to judge someone on basis of their sexual orientation. it's their personal matter. If sugar taste bitter for some people , you can't blame them being wrong .For you its sweet for them its bitter,no judgments should pass on personal experience. You can never prove it.So please treat them with equality. So many writers, poets and scientists were born a homo and they blessed us with their creativity. But they also experienced very hard time cause society can't accept them. May be there were more brigher minds but they are not part of history, they names are lost ,grounded in this grey soil. But its modern age,and things need to be changed.
The new year is all around and everyone is busy filling his or her journals and brainstorming with his or her goals and resolutions. There are infinite dimensions in which you can think about life and there are myriads of aspects in which you can define your goals and achievements. This 2019, I want to share a story that my grandmother has once read to me (a bit inclined to self-care goal). The story begins ...Once upon a time, there used to exist a village where people were not having access to the mirror. So, everyone can see other person but they don't exactly know how they themselves look?. Besides this, they were so much happy with their life that they never inquired about their appearance. There was a common assumption that we all are from the same species so we all are some versions of each other. There was a mutual understanding between self-ego and social ego.One dark night, a monk was crossing the village. Because of pitch dark night, he was not able to identify the hurdles in his path and after walking a while he felt some pricking pain in his foot. He understood that it might be some thorns, but to his bad omen, his foot started bleeding badly. Holding his foot with hands, he sat down under a tree as the pain was unbearable. After a while, he saw someone approaching him but as per the silhouette, it was a woman wearing all black robe from top to bottom. She had a first aid box in her hands. She sat down beside him and started dressing his wounds. The monk started observing her as if he wanted to know who is she? She had covered her whole body and face with black cloth except her eyes. He saw her eyes, it was magical full of positive energy and good vibes. But, the monk could see some scars in her eyes, some hidden scars. She did the dressing with full dedication and devotion, her work was full of compassion. The monk paid his gratitude for the service and blessed her with prosperity and happiness. Just out of curiosity he asked her-"Why have your covered yourself in a black robe from top to bottom?"She said - "Because I am ugly?"Monk - "How do you know? Who told you?"She - "Because I saw myself in the mirror."Monk - "But I have heard that people of this village don't have access to the mirror and that's the mystery which bridges their self-ego to the social ego. In fact, I have heard that the shadow of inferiority complex has not curbed anyone in this village."She - "Yes! that is true. We respect each other and we believe that all of us are equally beautiful. But one day when I went to another village, I couldn't resist myself from looking in the mirror. And then I discovered how ugly am I."After hearing this, the monk smiled and told her - " Please meet me tomorrow at the nearby sea bank. I have to give you some rewards for your help."The next day, she went to the sea bank, again in the same black robe. She could easily identify the monk sitting at the bank, facing towards the sea. As she walked near, the monk asked her to sit down beside him. Both of them sat for a moment in silence, just facing towards the sea and watching waves. When she couldn't suppress her inquisitiveness more, she asked him -"Why did you call me here?"Without answering her question, he asked her - "How do you define beauty?"She answered - "Something that soothes our eyes. Something that looks attractive and can grab our attention.""Okay! Could you see the waves in the sea?"She thought what rubbish is he talking, the waves are quite obvious in the sea.She answered - "Yes"Monk - "What all kinds of waves are there in the sea?"She - "Different kinds with different forms, some are small and some are big. some big waves are eating up the small waves to become bigger."Monk - "Aren't these beautiful waves soothing your eyes?"She - "Yes true! It is very calm and it looks beautiful. Even the sound of waves is soothing to my ears."Monk - "Yeah you are right. But what happens on the day of high tides?"She - "Waves become stronger and scary. Some time they flood the nearby area of our village."Monk - "Ohh! that is a bit scary and not good."She - "Not exactly bad. These waves carry good fertile soil which they leave for us."Monk -"Okays that's good! Now tell me what are these waves made up of?"She - "Water"Monk - "True. Waves are just patterns made up of water. These patterns keep on changing with time. Sometimes they are beautiful and sometimes they are scary. Change is the eternal law of nature, the law of impermanence. This law is applicable to our life too. Our body, our senses, everything keeps on changing with time. And this change in itself is their beauty. You cannot define something beautiful which keeps on changing or which is not permanent. I believe that the water is beautiful and hence its all formation or patterns including big and small waves are actually beautiful. You have to broaden your vision before classifying anything on the basis of their temporary appearance. Beauty is the quality that remains forever like the beauty of water. If you keep on looking yourself every single day then you will identify the change in your appearance and with time you will fall in love with this change. Appearance varies with time but there are certain qualities which remain with us forever and those are the qualities which define the beauty of each one of us. Observe yourself and you will find out how blessed and beautiful you are. Accept it, you are the most beautiful and unique person."The monk left and she sat there as it is. This huge revelation was hard to handle and she got completely numb. And the story ends...I believe its true! each one of us is equally beautiful and unique. And this year promise me, that you will celebrate your uniqueness and beauty.

In the construction industry, different types of machinery are used and each one of them has some very specific purposes to serve. In the several steps of the construction process, these equipment and machinery play an important role.In this article, our focus of discussion is mainly upon those machineries which are used in construction. Rebar Bender is used in the process of construction. They are used to bend reinforced steel bars. Benders are of two types, the first one is traditional manual benders and the second one is hydraulic and electrically powered benders. Rebar benders are available in multiple pressure output specifications and varied bending angle capacities.Depending upon the thickness of the steel bars benders are required to be chosen. Rebar bending is conducted through foot pedals and both the hands are used to handle the rebar. Setting up of the piping infrastructure is an important component in the construction process. Pipe Cutting Machine is used to cut shapes on a pipe accurately. Cutting a pipe accurately is very important when two materials are to be joined together.Pipe cutting machines are available in different shapes and sizes and can be used in both the domestic and commercial sector. ❤️The biochemistry of love❤️Falling in love is undeniably one of the best feelings in the world. The majority of people who seek psychotherapy are either looking for love, too afraid of it or recovering from its loss. Psychologist Cher Laurenti Engerer explains what happens in our brains through this fundamental human experience. Romantic love – the kind that makes our heart skip a beat and puts a bounce in our step – may well be one of the most studied but least understood human behaviours. ❤️Psychological studies about love over the last decade have taken on a new dimension. Through the technologies of MRI imaging of the brain of individuals in the depths of romantic love, we have discovered that the very sight of our loved one is enough to send our brain into a biochemical overload. It was discovered that seeing photos of people we are in love with causes our brains to become active in regions associated with pleasure and rich in so-called feel-good neurotransmitters (happy hormones), such as dopamine. We also now know that primitive areas of the brain are primarily involved in romantic love – which means that love is not something we are consciously in control of but rather a process that happens with little involvement of the central brain. Falling in love happens without us thinking about it. This phenomenon is something of great frustration for most people. In fact, clients often come for psychotherapy hoping to be hypnotised or to be taught ways of forgetting or to stop loving, which of course is not something within our human capacity.❤️People also often seek to take a rational approach to love but, based on these findings, we can see that it is scientifically impossible to be rational and in love at the same time since two very independent mechanisms of the brain are responsible for love and reason; biochemicals are the fundamental influencing factor in the process of falling for our person.❤️So what happens when we fall in love? Chemicals associated with pleasure circuits flood our brain, producing a variety of physical and emotional responses – increased heart rate, dilated pupils, flutters in the stomach, loss of appetite, sweaty palms, flushed cheeks, feelings of passion and anxiety. Levels of stress hormones also increase during the initial phase of love, something most people find difficult to understand.❤️ Romantic love is experienced as a crisis in the brain, causing an avalanche of chemical reactions which shake the pediments of our life. With the increase of certain chemicals comes the depletion of others, causing strange and irrational behaviours. Sometimes, people can even become ecstatic, obsessive, irrational and terrified.❤️We are also prone to making rash decisions in these flights of passion. When in love, the neural processes responsible for making critical assessments of other people, including those we are in love with, shut down – which in essence is the basis for the old adage ‘love is blind’.❤️ The love hormone Oxytocin deepens feelings of attachment and makes couples feel closer to one another after having sex. It elicits feelings of joy, passion, safety and serenity. The lustful part of love is caused by testosterone and estrogens; other chemicals known as monoamines are responsible for attraction.❤️Heartbreak is a strong feeling of grief or despair. It can be experienced as a physical pain in the chest and at times can also be chronically debilitating to our lives, sending us into emotional turmoil and distress. This experience is also fundamentally biochemically based. In essence, it can feel like a ‘withdrawal’ from an addiction, during which ‘happy hormones’ leave our body or try to equilibrate and regulate themselves.❤️Heartbreak causes a volcano of chemical reactions which bring strong feelings of sadness and stress. Our brain triggers that we are in trauma, sending us into an autonomic loop of survival instinct. Life suddenly becomes about coping and our brain floods us with alert signals of danger and copious amounts of stress hormones in our blood. When we fall in love, chemicals give the body a goal and when heartbroken, the very same chemicals in the brain go out of whack, causing a chronic chemical imbalance. Heartbreak takes time to heal and has to run its course.❤️If love lasts, the rollercoaster of biochemical reactions and emotions tends to calm within one or two years, a term people commonly refer to as the end of the ‘honeymoon period’. Brain areas associated with pleasure are still activated as loving relationships proceed, but with the decrease of oxytocin, we also experience a decline in passion and craving.❤️Some propose that over time most couples see a change from passionate love to what is typically called compassionate love – a love that is deep but not as euphoric as in the early stages of romance. This is often a critical period for couples. Some assume they are no longer in love, some seek the passion elsewhere and others experience silent disappointment.❤️The good news is that it is actually possible to stay madly in love with someone after decades together. Research using MRI scans has shown that the same intensity of chemical reactions was observed in couples who had been together for over 20 years, as in those in the early stages of love. So, why do some couples have this and others not? Is it possible to rekindle the flame we experienced in the early days of our relationship after being bogged down by life, children, sickness and work pressures? The study suggested that the excitement of romance can remain while the apprehension is lost.❤️By Rajabala Tripathy

Disputes over estates can be an emotionally draining experience. Many intangible factors tend to be present in estate matters. Hurt feelings can be hard to overcome and can be severe stumbling blocks in a settlement. These sentiments can be fueled by a lack of trust or simply as a result of ineffective communication between parties, which can simmer and boil over into emotionally-charged disputes and litigation.A competent estate litigation lawyer is able to guide clients away from the emotional aspects of the dispute and direct them towards its resolution, often through non-litigious routes such as mediation. Not all family disputes can be avoided, particularly where complex emotions or significant imbalances are involved. However, estate litigation lawyers, through open discussions, can take measures to minimize the need for litigation in court, or at the least reduce the scale of issues at an early stage, and save already tense family dynamics from deteriorating further.Consider the following scenario: Sandra, a wife and mother of two daughters, June and Rose, died, bequeathing her possessions to her surviving husband, as well as both her daughters. Each daughter was bequeathed $40,000. Sandra also divided her jewelry between her daughters. 60% to June, her eldest daughter, a married 28-year-old with children, and 40% to Rose, her youngest daughter, an unmarried 19-year-old without children. Among the jewelry Sandra bequeathed to June, was a ring that Sandra’s husband had gifted Sandra at the time Rose was born. The ring was set with the birthstone of Rose’s birth month.Since the birthstone mounted on the ring was aligned to her birth month, Rose expected to inherit it as an heirloom, which she could pass on to her own descendants. Although the $500 ring itself was of relatively low intrinsic value, it carried great sentimental value for Rose. June also felt that she was the intended beneficiary of the ring as her own child was also born in the birthstone month. She believed this was the reason Sandra had seen it fit to bequeath the ring to her.Their surviving father, who was the Executor of Sandra’s Will, was not certain of how to resolve the intensifying dispute between his two daughters. All three of them decided to seek legal counsel to find resolutions to this dispute. Through the help of estate litigation lawyers and hours of informal discussion, an out of court settlement was reached in which Rose offered to put forward $5,000 towards a college fund for June’s daughter in exchange for inheritance of the ring. All three of them found the outcome of the negotiation mutually beneficial and satisfying. While the Wills, Estates and Succession Act of British Columbia has provided provisions for Wills to be challenged, varied and cured of deficiencies, court proceedings can be very stressful and cause anxiety that can take a toll on individuals and family relationships. Court proceedings can also be financially expensive, as costs such as expert witness and lawyer fees and even travel expenses may quickly add up, putting pressure on parties and on the finances of the estate. Time is another disadvantage of court trials. Parties may spend hours away from work to attend court proceedings which may be further drawn out if decisions are appealed. Family disputes can be a very private matter, and litigation in court will result in information becoming public, which may be uncomfortable for parties who would like to maintain the privacy of their family affairs. During informal dispute resolution, such as mediation, clients are assured that the process is completely confidential and that anything that is said or admitted cannot be used against them at a later date. The fact that there will be no public record of the mediation may provide some clients with the comfort to say things that would otherwise have remained unsaid. The opportunity to participate in open and frank discussions may be the key to resolving outstanding issues that might not otherwise be addressed in the litigation process.Helpforme, the Personal Legal Services division of Hammerberg Lawyers LLP, has extensive knowledge of Wills variation law and provides clients with the impartial legal counsel they need to help them through emotionally-charged disputes.Helpforme offers a free consultation and will work quickly to determine whether you have a valid claim under the law. The firm has a uniquely personal and empathetic client approach, which emphasizes guiding people through a difficult and emotional dispute and leading them through a resolution process to restore their sense of justice. The Helpforme team also assert that not all estate disputes need to involve litigation – Helpforme estate litigation lawyers are also experienced negotiators and can often find amicable solutions among beneficiaries that, if desired, can unite divided families. As for legal fees, Helpforme takes a personalized approach depending on each client’s situation and where possible, takes claims on a contingency basis. Helpforme’s estate litigation group focuses on assisting people in a process that is too complex to resolve on their own while keeping their best interests in mind and adding value every step of the way.

The first motorized vacuum cleaner was made-up in year 1901 byHubert Cecil Booth. These days’ Vacuum cleaners are found in diverse variants designed to meet needs in different sectors. There are household vacuum cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners, professional vacuum cleaners, wet dry vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, backpack vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners, continuous duty vacuum cleaners, portable vacuum cleaners, light duty vacuum cleaners, stationary vacuum cleaners, heavy duty vacuum cleaners. Whatever kind of vacuum cleaner it may be but the technology with which it runs remains similar.Technology : A vacuum's suction is caused by a dissimilarity in air pressure. An electric fan lessens the pressure inside the machine. Atmospheric pressure then forces the air through the carpet and inside the nozzle, and so the dust is just simply pushed into the bag.In industrial and commercial sectors vacuum cleaners are mostly divided into the following types :-Wet and Dry Vacuum CleanerContinuous Duty Vacuum CleanerBackpack Vacuum CleanerDry Vacuum CleanerUpright Vacuum CleanerWet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner : A wet & dry vacuum cleaner is used for gathering of dry dust as well as spillages of water or any kind of liquid. Best wet as well as dry vacuum cleaners can hold huge amount of water, oil and other thick fluids from the floors. Some of these vacuum cleaners are used in mixture with single disc floor scrubber to suck oil, grease and other stains that are earlier dislodged by scrubbing action of Floor scrubber.Continuous duty vacuum cleaner : A Continuous duty vacuum cleaner is used for removal of dust for long hours of working. Mostly the vacuum cleaner with brush motor runs on intermittent duties (i.e. from 30 minutes to 4 hrs at a continues stretch depending upon the ambient). Whereas in countries like India where ambient mostly differ between 25 and 45 degree Celsius there vacuum cleaner with brush motor could work for maximum 30 to 45 minutes. Or else if the usage is for more hours then continuous duty vacuum cleaner or turbine vacuum cleaner or side channel blower vacuum cleaner are mainly considered.Backpack Vacuum Cleaner : A backpack vacuum cleaner can be carried onto ones back as well as hip. They are very light weight with a lengthy electric cable (at least 25 meters). These backpack vacuum cleaners are mostly dry vacuum cleaners and perfect for applications in multiplexes, shopping mall, aircraft cleaning and cinema hall.Dry Vacuum Cleaner : A dry vacuum cleaner fulfill the requirements of collecting dry dust from hard floors. It is compact, tiny in size with 6 to 10 ltrs dust capacity and comes along with accessories for different applications.Upright Vacuum Cleaner : An upright vacuum cleaner is commonly meant for sucking dry dust from carpets. Carpets easily get dusty because of the people's continuous movement over it, the dust or sand carried by their shoes stay deep into the piles of the carpets over a period of time. Upright vacuum cleaner has a kind of cylindrical brushes that combs the carpet, loosens the dust and brings up all the dust from the bottom of the pies to the top which is instantly sucked and collected in the container.Price of Vacuum Cleaner depends accordingly. Vacuum cleaner price may differ with the type, and quality of its build. Mostly the inexpensive vacuum cleaners are dry vacuum cleaners that are used for hotels as well as or household, hospitals. Vacuum cleaner with brush motors are mainly used by buyers because of its compact design and inexpensive cost as compared to the turbine or side channel blower type vacuum cleaners.

Even embracing Yoga during the tour can be extremely enjoying.Let’s talk about some of the most effective Yoga poses that help you prepare the body and mind for trekking.Ardha-UtkatasanaLet’s begin with the advanced version of Chair Pose. Ardha-Utkatasana is one of the finest ways to boost the strength of your legs and thighs muscles. Also known as the Standing Figure Four, the asana is practiced on one leg. While one foot is perfectly placed on the ground, the other leg finds itself on the knee. Although bending down in this position needs a lot of effort, it can be easily possible with regular practice. Balance is the key in both - the practice of Ardha-Utkatasana and Trekking.NatarajasanaThe vibrancy of Natarajasana can be understood by the fact that it is the cosmic dance form of Lord Shiva. Being a perfect practitioner of this asana means you are able to perform all kinds of physical activities. During the one-legged asana, the left toe is held by the left hand in the air while the right arm extends parallel to the ground. You should repeat the practice on the other side to complete the exercise. The practice tones almost all body parts and helps the body enjoy tremendous stability.ChakrasanaWelcome flexibility in your life to succeed as a trekker of the utmost level. Chakrasana is all about crossing the limits of the body and applying it to make a person internally strong. The whole body is in a circle-like position with the palms and toes balancing the body. The abdomen remains at the top during the asana. The asana is one of the finest ways to boost the flow of blood throughout the body. It also tones almost all muscles and bones of the body in the process.BakasanaBakasana is known as Crow pose, thanks to its imitation as a crow. The pair of palms holds the body weight while the body recoils in the air. Place your knees on the arms while making sure the buttocks are at the top. The exercise gives a lot of confidence to the practitioner, since it is not an easy task to hold the body on the palms. That mixture of power, confidence, and audacity can be the most important thing to have while trekking.Prasarita PadottanasanaPlace your feet wide apart (approx 2-3 ft) to indulge in a beautiful physical exercise that every avid trekker and hiker should practice. Bend in the forward direction to place the head on the mat. Make sure the knees don't bend in the process. Put your palms on the mat on either side of the head. It is an extremely amazing asana for getting prepared for a difficult level trek like Everest Base Camp Trek and GR 20.PadmasanaAt the end of a physical task, you need to relax. You want a moment or two of quietude in life to calm yourself down. Padmasana is probably the most astonishing way to relax and pacify your mind. The reason that makes Lotus Pose holds the upper hand over other restful exercises is that it comes with the additional benefit of stretching various body muscles. Just by sitting in Padmasana, one can feel complete silence as well as spinal strengthening. Chanting a few mantras helps you attain the state of soulfulness.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax that has been levied on goods as well as services from July 1, 2017. It is the biggest tax reform since independence and one of the key aspects which have caught the eye of the Indian economy. The government has categorized 1211 items under various tax slabs. According to some prior estimates, GST is supposed to boost the GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The items needed on a day to day basis like fruits and vegetables, printed books, newspapers, eggs, milk, fish, chicken, curd etc have been imposed 0% tax and services such as transportation, small restaurants, packaged food items, tea, coffee, apparel below Rs. 1000, footwear below Rs.500, kerosene etc have been charged 5% tax. 12% tax is charged on goods like butter, ghee, cheese, agarbatti, cell phones etc and services such as non AC hotels, state-run lotteries etc. Most of the items come under the fourth tax slab of 18% tax, such as refined sugar, biscuits, jams, sauces, mineral water, ice cream etc. and services like AC hotels, room tariffs between Rs. 2500 and Rs.7500, IT services etc. 28% tax is imposed on most of the cosmetics, aerated water, paint, ATM, washing machines, automobiles, aircraft, cinemas and room tariffs above Rs. 7500.Mixed Reactions to the new tax regime: Celebrations and protests emerged across India. BJP members burnt firecrackers in Jaipur to welcome GST. At the same time, people burn an effigy during a protest in Birbhum district in West Bengal. Reacting harshly to the GST launch, former Minister P Chidambaran said that micro; small and medium scale traders will suffer huge losses due to GST. On the other hand, the rollout of GST gathered huge and interest and response from Indian Inc. Top industry and business leaders see it as a positive move in terms of infrastructure, trained manpower and short term inflationary pressures. In an interview with Business Standard, Mr Narayana Murthy hoped that GST would simplify trade, boost the economy and generate jobs. Indian textile traders hold placards as they walked past closed shops during a protest against GST on textiles. Most of the shops were shut across Kashmir on 1st July to protest against GST in the state, prompting authorities to impose restrictions on the assembly of people in parts of Srinagar as a precautionary measure. However, every change in society has good and bad effects on its people. Let’s see what GST has kept in store for us!
