Focus On Learning and Creating Rather Than Entertainment and Distraction

An extraction from my reading experience, which converted me a writer. I cannot spend a single day without writing, even though I had to get up in the midnight to do it. Though,there is not much progress in my professional career now, but I feel writing converted me to an absolutely different personality. “Ordinary people seek entertainment. Extraordinary people seek education and learning.” -Benjamin Hardy Most people are distracted right now.They’re distracted while they’re at work. They’re distracted when they’re with family and friends.They’re distracted at the gym, on their commute, and even in the shower.The mediocre majority will continue going through life this way, never experiencing the fullness of a life filled with deep focus and purpose.Most people don’t prioritize learning and creating. They don’t care enough about any efforts to invest in their personal development and growth.Entertainment is more important. Most people have replaced achieving their life dreams and goals with TV, partying, and social media.Their life is characterized by entertainment and distraction, not learning and creating.As a result, they don’t have close relationships. They’re stuck in jobs they hate. Their life is on the fast-track to disappointment, and they don’t know what to do.Benjamin Hardy once said, “Entertainment and distraction is the enemy of creation and learning. They will keep you in mediocrity.”If you don’t want to end up living a life of mediocrity, focus on learning and education. It’s the fastest way to become extraordinary, wealthy, and successful.The Quality of Your Learning Determines the Quality of Your Success“Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development, because success is something you attract by the person you become.” -Hal ElrodYour income, relationships, and success are determined by your learning.Most people spend more money on entertainment and gadgets than self-education. This is why they remain poor and broke with superficial relationships.The quality of your learning and how much you invest in yourself directly determines the extent of your growth.In the words of Ryan Holiday:“The extent of the struggle determines the extent of the growth.”You are defined by what you’re willing to struggle for. Most people aren’t willing to really struggle for anything. They blindly accept what they’re given, and spend their free time disengaging from reality.Renowned motivational speaker Jim Rohn once said the most successful people in the world are always lifelong learners. They fully understand that their level of education directly determines their quality of life.“Formal education makes a living, but self-education makes a fortune,” Rohn explained.It’s not just about a college degree. Most of what you learn in college isn’t applicable to real-world success. Odds are, once you begin investing in yourself, you’ll find it’s a lonely road.Todd Henry wisely said, “The more bold you are, the more rejection you’ll experience.” The mob of the majority doesn’t like deserters.If you want an extraordinary life, you’ll need to give up many parts of the “normal” life. That might mean giving up common toxic behaviors or hanging out with toxic people. If “everyone does it,” you’d do well to give it a long, hard look.Most people will never achieve an extraordinary life. That’s OK. The extraordinary life isn’t for everyone. There will never be a shortage of TV shows, Buzzfeed articles, or Bad Lip Reading videos to take up your time.If you want to avoid mediocrity and achieve enormous success, you must cut out distractions and prioritize learning instead.Most people will go their whole lives as a slave to entertainment. They prioritize entertainment over improving their life, their family’s well-being, and their hopes and dreams.This is how people can stay at jobs they hate for years. It’s how people stay in toxic relationships and remain perpetually broke. They don’t bother learning how to succeed.If your lifestyle does not add to your growth and improvement, it will bring you down.Prioritize learning. Invest in self-education.Choose success over mediocrity.

"The Puppet Show"

What a beautiful life it was without the virtual reality headaches. Babloo with Golu calling Titu and Monu with other friends were rushing to the nearby fields to play cricket, volleyball, football, gilli danda and kabaddi. They were even so fond of sack race, cycling, hide and seek and a number of other exciting games not only to keep them entertained but also to stay fit and fine. Then, Babloo, Golu, and Titu were growing up playing various outdoor games, the games which need sharp mind, attention, keen intellect and alertness. They were also doing best in their studies and pursuing good careers. It is true that they didn’t know the magic of the computer and internet. If they were given such facility, nobody would have beaten them. Here, what I want to highlight that yes they were lacking a facility, but still, they were the go-getters, the trendsetters. With the advent of computer and internet life changed hugely. Nowadays, kids are ‘internet-babies’ and youth are ‘puppets’ in the hands of the internet. I don’t dare to say anything against internet and it has a lot of contribution to our life. If our life is getting better and better, it is only because of the internet. But as we know “too much of everything is bad”, we should have control over its use. Along with free internet data available, not only youths but most of the people are getting addicted to the internet and social media. Kids cannot stay away from online games, cartoon videos and new varieties of apps are also coming up which fascinates the young minds.Social media is gaining huge popularity day by day. It’s indeed a great idea to stay connected to friends, family, admirers, and well-wishers. Personally, I feel it’s a great platform to expand your knowledge and information base. It connects you to a group of like-minded people, using it we grow our business, increase our fan followers. We also get to know about day to day happenings. But, the excess use of social media leads to frustrations also. There is a kind of virtual competition going on. People are busy showing off that they can afford to visit foreign countries, can go to expensive hotels and can enjoy the most exotic holiday trips and at the same time busy uploading picture, to make others feel that “yes, I can afford and I am living such a lavish lifestyle.” Those people, who really can’t afford, feel sad and broken and it also makes them feel low. It gives them a chance to curse their destiny; it creates and spreads jealousy and narcissism among people. If we post something on social media then we expect more likes and comments and if there are more likes we feel like winners, if fewer likes and comments feel like losers. Somehow, it disturbs our mental peace. Yes, I have seen many teenagers struggling to get more likes, comments, and shares. After the addition of love, wow like emoticon buttons, there is competition to get more loves, wows. Is it a real life? We forget that this is not the taste of a real life.As per my observations on social media behavior I found there are a few types of social media users which can be divided into the following groups;Group-1 (The smart users): These types of people always love to give likes or comments if you look beautiful, smart, if you post pictures of your exotic holiday trips, get good jobs in big companies. Let me say, this is the reason you get more friends and it can also be the reason for losing some friends as they can't see you going, growing, or happy.Group-2 (The Genuine users): There are some people who always give likes and comments from their hearts being yours true and genuine admirers and they never hurt you. They can be the biggest supporters and friends.Group-3 (The Deliberate users): Some are there who prefer to give likes, loves, wows and comments as they expect you to do the same and it’s their sweet strategy to get more likes in return. They can be described as sweet “Like collectors & counters”.Group-4 (The Snobs): Some users are there who give likes and comments only when they find and think, “Oh, yes…this guy is of my level”. Otherwise, they don't care.Group-5 (The Moody users): There is a type of moody users group. They are so moody in this matter and you can't predict when you are going to get likes and comments from them. Group-6 (The Silent users): Another group of users is there who never give likes or comments and don’t bother even if you don’t give comments on their posts.Group-7 (The Jealous users): Some people knowingly avoid you only because “it is you” and they feel jealous of your followers, friends and the more likes and comments you get the more it makes them upset. Group-8 (The Selfish users): The selfish users are the true bargaining kind of people, “If you give likes, I will give likes, if you don’t, I won’t”. However, they start liking your posts like ‘your one and only friend’ and beautiful comments to make win your hearts. But, if they don’t get return likes or comments they just stop there.Group-9 (The Go with the flow users): Go with the flow users are very diplomatic. They give comments, likes, loves on your posts, pictures only when see and find your mutual friends giving you likes, loves, wows, then they can’t tolerate and even if they don’t like they give it only to go with the flow.Group-10 (The Game watchers): Last but not the least, the ‘Game watchers’ love to watch the game till the end. They just pause a bit, then wait and watch how your posts are performing in the ‘Like & Comments Game’. If your posts get more likes n comments then they decide to throw likes.The story doesn't end here. Many people are opening fake accounts and flirt with girls and start chatting with them. As everything has its pros and cons even social media has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is undoubtedly the biggest source of communication, interaction, entertainment or infotainment. It is used in a wrong way causing major issues. Cyberbullying, hurting each other and insulting people are very common these days. Teens are completely trapped by the momentary bliss social media gives. We are celebrating festivals, important days and throwing parties being obsessed with posting pictures and giving status updates by forgetting the actual purpose of the event. In this entire process, we people are getting puppets in the hands of technology and social media. It controls our emotions, it gives us pleasure, and our life is controlled by how many likes, loves, and wows we get. It is also creating frustrations among the youths as they see their friend going ahead, achieving success, going on foreign trips, spending holidays in posh hotels, buying luxurious cars and houses and they can’t do it. It makes them feel low and bad about themselves and their positions. But, they must understand that “all that glitters is not gold” and people do it only to show others. In the name of social media, we forget the actual relationships because we are so busy with this ‘virtual friendship’. As per a new study, we now spend more time on our smartphones than with our partner. While at home, we too remain busy with our smartphones, updating our status on social media and it’s like as if a puppet show is going on and we are the puppets in the hands of social media. Hence, we must understand the pros and cons of social media and it should be used to make our lives better not bitter. We should not be addicted to it. There are a lot of benefits from using these platforms. We can follow the news, can read good articles, and can keep in touch with friends and family who may be physically far away. But sometimes, we should take a break from it, just put the windows down, enjoy the fresh air, breathe, read some good books, do gardening, go for a walk, spend time with family & friends, play some outdoor games and do some charity work and it will give you the real pleasure of being with the real people.

HOUSE HUSBAND----A MATTER OF PRIDE ….OR A NEW CHALLENGEAncient sayings and proverbs glorified the marriage and relationships to great extents. Like, a girl must stay in home and cook, look after the needs of family, while a guy’s work was to earn money and support the family financially. As days passed by, both of them started working and sharing all their works to lead a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. They needed to save amount for their future too.And now, role reversal is at its peaks. Heavy works, night shifts, tight deadlines, both men and women are capable of everything today. A new trend in recent years is the concept of 'house husband'.. Imagine, a guy staying at home, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes and managing the entire home. How cool it is!! But it isn't as cool as you imagine. Reality is far different from the beautiful imagination one dreams of. A lot of drawbacks come along with this innovative new trend. Yes, even while seeking suggestions for this write up, a few people asked me the same question " Why can't this happen? Many years back, girls stayed at home, taking care of everything. Now why can't guys do the same? Let guys too enjoy the comfort of home for a few years." The point here is not just about the comfort of home or role reversal. It's about sharing responsibilities and staying together.Okay, let's take a stand between both, a house wife and a house husband. A house wife wakes up early, cooks for the family, helps her family members in getting ready and completes any petty works if any. Rest of the day, till her family members return home, she is free. She doesn't have any compulsory task to complete. In the evening, her routine works begin again.What does she do in the meanwhile? In specific, how does she spend the time from 10- 3? A lot of options are there. Gardening, reading, craft works, even watching television serial is considered a decent hobby nowadays. She could learn new stuffs, even new recipes to cook or an idea of getting a new friend even wouldn’t be that bad. Anyhow she would make the best use of her time.Now imagine a house husband. He does the same work in the mornings and evenings as a house wife does. But the mean time?? How could he make the best use of this time? Obviously, many activities are there. But remember the basic psychological fact, a guy cannot stay in the same place for hours together. Even in our homes we have examples. A girl child would stay at home playing with dolls for the whole day. But a boy can't stay at home even for two or three hours completely.( we all would have experienced this even by our own self.)See, we can't blame guys here. Basically, they are gifted with strong physical and mental strength than women. That is why, they are unable to put all their energy within their home. They are basically designed so. And coming to the point, a house husband goes around the city for the whole day, roaming here and there. What would happen eventually? His wife would be struggling in office and he would be casually going here and there. Would it look nice??Another major constraint is money. The earning man gives his salary to his wife and she allocates money for all expenses. That is the practice in most of the homes today. A man may earn in lakhs, but the proper planning and investment can only be done by a girl. So a housewife can easily allocate money for her expenses. But in the case of house husband, a man's ego and self respect would get hurt to great extents if he asks his wife for money.         It's not an issue. Not just guys, every human being, after a certain age, wants to be independent or wants the money to be in their hands. Asking money for getting a newspaper or even a cool drink would be awkward. Coming to personal thoughts, a guy can come home late night after work, he can go anywhere, no need of suspecting him (90% cases, women don't suspect or shout). But a guy staying at home while his wife doing night shift, is not that applicable. Seeds of suspicion and doubt would automatically come after a certain period of time. Last and the least bothersome issue is our society. Our society would blame everything. "A girl or guy, whomever it may be, they shouldn't stay at home." A statement given by so called 'social people'. And that can be completely ignored. Coming to the other perspectives, it will be completely new to try out such stuffs. And experimenting that will give an enriching experience too. Remember the days when women spoke of bringing a new change and started working. Like the same, this could turn out to be a beautiful bond. But a great risk in this relationship is, ' a guy must never opt to be a house husband just because he didn't clear his arrears or that he can't get a job. This is not a new try. This is just another way of escaping from one's duties and responsibilities’. And believe it, this would make his life terrible. Because deep in his mind, he would get fixed like he is capable of nothing but household chores. Wish apple and blackberry  had just been fruits instead of laptops and mobiles. Your first instinct would  be to google the answer. But you needn't do that you just have to search within you and you know the right answer. Life today is full of cares and worries .We are in the rat race just to achieve  our goals. What are those goals? A good education  from a elite institution, a high profile job, a comfortable  lifestyle, a financially strong life partner and the perfect,high achiever kids. So to procure all this we are multitasking. There is no time to stand and stare. Conversations  have become  texts, arguments have become   phone  calls  and feelings  have become  status updates. when you are lonely and you need  a shoulder, you call up your loved ones. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes." This makes us wonder how and what is this disease. The New York Times Magazine. 8th October 2006, 1-19Anupama Rao, “Death of a Kotwal: The Violence of Recognition.” In The Caste Question: Dalits and the Politics of Modern India, Anupama Rao, University of California Press,241-264. Man is in the forever need to make himself advanced and supreme. In a rut to reach the top of his own and exceed others’ capacity, varied levels of living are created. The greedy supreme Man reaches the Elite level, while the other exceptional humans and non-humans fall at the subaltern specie level. This paper argues how when these Elite humans, subject to disruption over the subordinate, find humanity those groups to justify their heinous acts. By attributing and hence destroying affection,empathy, courage and other similar key features to the subalterns, humans try to shift the blame of being the cruel and corrupt over to them. Coexistence of individuals in any group of the living leads to a natural bond of affection and connectivity. Owing to the constant greed of Man to advance, He takes it upon himself, to intervene in the subaltern lifestyle and produce disharmony to reach the top. Siebert in his essay confirms how animals are most comfortable in their natural habitat and admonish any kind of trespassing. He claims that, “Elephants, when left to their own devices, are profoundly social creatures”(5). Their intricately organized community is a symbol of compassion; a common characteristic of the humane. After considering this, the Man gets an instinct to steal such a trait common to him from any specie which is unknown. Upon action, he goes as far as redeveloping their habitats and lifestyle. And hence a sudden challenge of disbalance is created. He indulges in a series of gruesome acts such as hunting, poaching and culling to extract resources off of the non Human, and thereby extracting the humanity off of them. Upon disruption, elephants too rumble in protest. In a maze on who should reach the top, be free and unique, the companionship is lost. Rao expels similar ideas and expresses how exertion of power by the the ones in authority and rule over a minority group renders discontent and division in a unified community. She reflects the incident and writes, “In fact they were dependent on Ambadas. With the entry of the Shiv Sena two years ago , the first seeds of discord were sown.” (252). The community which had recognized representatives and leaders collectively, was now to be in a state of separated opinions because Man in power imposed himself to disturb a tranquil habitat. The police and press, even after submission of members of the Elite party who were thought to be the convicts of Sawane’s murder, the meek humans didn’t settle for the punishment but encouraged further investigation. This act of refusal to admit defeat and crime committed plants seeds in the hearts of the natives from the subaltern to quit their humanity and battle the Human-Monster. Where in both the cases, the Elite Human intervention was out of greed and power, the distortion created rendered the Dalit’s powerless and elephants in pain. In an attempt to make the world rosy for existence where Man leads, he paints the universe with colours of dissatisfaction and disbelief.In the world where survival of the fittest runs parallely across species, when Man subjugates, he also invokes the emotion of liberation. Humans, owing to their intelligence and constant greed for power and knowledge have called up for a battle from many species unlike his. In Siebert’s essay one can witness a history of disturbance caused by man in the world of elephants. He writes, “It is not leaving without making some kind of statement, one to which scientists from a variety of disciplines,including human psychology,are now beginning to pay close attention”(3). In the need to justify his acts of cruelty and show domination, He attributes a sense of bravery and courage to the rogue species but diminishes their struggle infront of himself. While practicing another selfish act, of creating priviledges for self and obscuring others, the human race dissects on the basis of caste. By introducing differentiated humans, Dalits, form the subaltern group which revolts against the Upper castes, the superiors further impose authority over them. Rao realizes this difference and remarks, “However the resilience of everyday practices of stigmatization also conditions Dalits’ continued quest for social justice and dignity”(263). On one hand where social stigmas are created within this segregated society, there is still an ongoing revolt to attain equity with the Upper Caste Humans. When the media, the legislation, the judiciary see the uneasiness of living caused to Dalits and asserts politics into it, the Hindus reward it by calling it a courageous monotonous deed and a part of their lifestyle. Thereby signifying that the atrocities are nothing but a similar humane act which they are bound to deal with. After interfering with these subaltern groups and categorizing their actions as a testimony of the struggle to regain their individuality, the Man belittles their movements and produces the need to explore these species through his eyes of humanity.In order to upgrade their behaviors and functions, the Humans wish to understand other species and create an environment of empathy to gain their trust. This need to gain belief stems from spheres of the subordinate groups when they are disrupted by the Human intervention. Anupama Rao expounds on the Kotwal murder case by sharing the impact created by various findings gathered and reported by institutions. In reality, where the elites formed the face of the state and recognized it as ‘progressive’, they themselves gave birth to caste and encouraged discrimination. Rao expresses the urgent upheaval caused and says, “On September 6, the DIGP and the PCR Cell in Bombay demanded that special police officers be sent to investigate untouchability in the villages mentioned in the Maharashtra Times and Times of India articles” (251). Close investigations were then to be charged as a classic way of repenting the wrong done by the authoritarian humans to create a sense of understanding in the minds of the aggrieved specie. At times in order to make themselves more involved with other species, humans prove themselves to be in the same shoes as others. Siebert after having conversed with Abe reaffirms, ““Elephants are suffering and behaving in the same ways that we recognize in ourselves as a result of violence,”she told me”(8). By recognizing an emotion as strong as violence and equating this feeling in their lifestyle, Humans empathize with the elephants to realize their(elephant’s) individuality in relation to themselves. However the cause and effect of disruption maybe, Man declares self to have dealt with same. After perturbing the non animal’s to the animal’s peaceful lifestyle,empathy shown in relation to their own makes up a successful defensive measure against the barbarism caused.In this ever evolving cosmos, peaceful survival of different species of living beings has taken a backseat. Where species apart from the Elite race unknowingly reflect traits of humanity, Man has learned to extract these subalterns away from traits personal to his. To achieve this, he adopts a series of tasks of ignorance, intervention, destruction and further violence which make the subaltern species ultimately either give in to acceptance or lose their space of existence on this planet. At the summit of this volcano still, Man stands waving his flag of repentance and justification. He started the war and never lets anyone contest or win. With others’ hands tied and his limbs free, the monstrous volcano of humanity erupts. Now he waves the flag for peace.  

Book Review: Who Will Cry When you Die by Robin Sharma

My Rating : 3 / 5I am a not very usual reader of self-help books but I read them time to time. The last self-help book which I read was “You can win” by Shiv Khera in 2009. After that, I did not get chance to read them. Robin Sharma’s Who Will Cry, Whenyou Die might be one of few self-help books which I have selected for myself. I haven’t got chance to read Robin Sharma best-selling book “The monk who sold Ferrari”  but luckily one of my roommate having this book. Confession: I haven’t bought that book but took it on loan from my friend. Might be I will steal from him because that book is simply Awesome.Robin Sharma has written many books on the subject of leadership, self-help, professional guidance, and spirituality. he himself claimed the constant student of philosophy and mentioned that he has amide interest of changing the lives of millions.Irrespective of his attractive writings, he runs the seminars, performs personal classes for high table peoples around the world through his company.This book contains many heart touching topics related to Life, discipline, and leadership. This book is mostly a call for people who don’t want to regrate in their life. I would like to discuss the personal lesson which I vow to follow after reading this book.Write a journal for yourself.It might seem like a crazy idea but I think everyone must try this once in their life. I used to write personal diaries from 2005 to end of 2009. But after being in Job and same monotonous life sucked up my passion for reading, writing and learning for few years. I took the vow to relive my habit of reading in 2014 and that year I have completed 50 books and almost reading more than 12000+ pages. In the year 2016, I also promise to my self that I will start writing and I am doing it from 2016 to till now through this blog.Now I feel that, while these two habits change my life tremendously, this book remind me about my third habit for writing journals for myself. I am a great fan of fountain pens and paper white crispy dairies. I have good fountain pen but next week I am going to buy a diary for talking to myself.Learning Tough loveThis is might be the most difficult thing to do. But I am going to learn tough love with my life. I am not allowing my laziness to fill my days with excuses and crying about things cant be change. I am going to stick with myself (Mind and Body). I remember that one of my European friends told me thatIndians are great people with lot’s of potential but they lack consistency and discipline.I agree with my European friend. Indians even after having so much energy, fail to channelize that power because we believe that breaking the rule is normal. We (as an Indian) don’t believe in the firm and steady lifestyle while we believe that things get settle down eventually. That’s where we are weak and we lack focus.I personally need to reinstate that focus in my life. It can be started with minor but permanent changes. Like I have started to wake up 6:00 AM anyhow. I vow to get into bed around 11:00PM. I have told myself that I will read minimum one hours daily. Eat almonds for my health.Having a book all the time with meThis is one of the ideas which I like most. I mean how many of us notice that we waste our time by sleeping, chatting and gossiping during the day. How many of us waste their hundred hours by standing at lines, watching TV’s shows rather than having a book which can give us million dollar ideas like this one did to me.I am not saying that everyone must have the book and read it unconsciously. The Assembly decided to celebrate 7 April of each year, with effect from 1950 after 2 years, as the World Health Day. World Health Day is acknowledged by various governments and non-governmental organizations with interests in public health issues, who also organize activities and highlight their support in media reports, such as the Global Health Council. The World Health organizes decided a particular theme for the international, regional and local events on this Day. They have the different theme every year related to their aspect. If we talk about the theme of the World Health Day then we have numbers of year passed with the different theme for the world. Every theme is related to securing your health with different problems. We are celebrating World Health Organization since 1948 till now, long 70 years. Recent themes that are been taken for this day they are; in the year 2014 the theme was taken on the disease Vector-borne meaning of this was a small bite, big threat. In the year 2015, the theme was taken Food safety so that people could eat healthy food. In the year 2016, the theme was taken Halt the rise, this was related to beat diabetes. a largely preventable and treatable non-communicable disease that is rapidly increasing in numbers in many countries, most dramatically in low- and middle-income countries. Simple lifestyle measures have been shown to be effective in preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes, including maintaining normal body weight, engaging in the regular physical activity, and eating a healthy diet. Diabetes can be controlled and managed to prevent complications through diagnosis, self-management education, and affordable treatment. The WHO estimates about 422 million people in the world have diabetes, with the disease the direct cause of some 1.5 million deaths. The goals of WHD 2016 are scaled up prevention, strengthen care, and enhance surveillance. In the year 2017 the theme was taken Depression: Let's talk because the condition affects people of all ages, from all walks of life, in all countries. It impacts on people’s ability to carry out everyday tasks, with consequences for families, friends, and even communities, workplaces, and health care systems. At worst, depression can lead to self-inflicted injury and suicide. A better understanding of depression – which can be prevented and treated – will help reduce the stigma associated with the illness, and lead to more people seeking help. Talking about the upcoming World Heath Day the theme has been decided is Universal Health Coverage. This topic has been taken so that they could cover all different type of problem of the people. The World Health Organization was founded on the principle that all people should be able to realize their rights to the highest possible level of health.“Health for all” has therefore been our guiding from 70 years. It’s also the impetus behind the current organization wide drive to support countries in moving towards the Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Who’s the fairest of them all?Fairy tale to Fiction logue, all have been a proof of experiential thoughts to which a human mind can exercise imagination and bring it to reality.Out of many such virtually realistic ideas, how humans perceive themselves to be is a whole stream of consciousness. Especially when it comes to the subject of personalities, history is evident of humans going to unparalleled stretches to satisfy a set paradigm of looks, intelligence and emotions. One of the most staunch realities of people trying to fit in the ‘convention’ that they set for themselves, exist in the track record of how people perceive the image of their Bodies. The most fascinating fact is that unlike in situations where the question is “how is my dress today?”, in body image issues, the questions change to, “how am I today?”. And there in minutes to change words and thoughts, they start doubting not the material but their existence and what they represent to the outer world. This in turn portrays how they think of themselves as this constant representation of the Self leads to a situation of mirror surroundings and influence how they feel about themselves.Body image consciousness is a phenomenon which occurs mostly when there becomes a certain concern extra concern for the individual outside than the individual inside. Over due course of time people have encountered numerous methods of tackling these issues. Sometimes they stem from the standards set by the society, sometimes they rise up out of self expectation. Few industries, majorly Fashion and the cinema industry, have seen individuals going to lengths to deal with body image issues and how they want to be perceived in this industry. Because of the rise of show biz, it became important for people to feel good, show good and take care of their bodies. The industry itself has putten up standards and stereotypes on beauty, talent and style. Through which the stars gaining up to fame and being in the eyes of a larger audience was integral to their performance. Many of these stars had influences in the public so much so, that they wanted to adopt their lifestyle and profess their style of living and thinking.Some well known artists and celebrities in the Indian cinema industries have adopted various ideologies and they have different perceptions on this issue and here are few examples.SRIDEVIEVERGREEN BEAUTYThe late actress was said to always be in her glorified young years even after surpassing her young adult age and contributing decades of marvellous works to the film industry. Even after following dietary restrictions and having strict workout regimes, Kapoor blames her Punjabi culture for being a foodie and her natural instinct towards north Indian delicacies.In an interview for a leading magazine she says, "I don’t know how the size-zero thing started—but I was only 27 and I wanted to do it for a role. It looked amazing, but that was then. I’ve been in the business for a long time since, and I’m more mature—now, it’s about being fit. She claims that her idea of self fitness and hygiene is driven by the motivation of looking at her best at her 50.There have been many such perspectives from the other sides of the gender and industry spectrum, but these were few of the most influential ones. They set the trend for any new style by making it their own and producing a sense of aesthetic with it. Derrick Jensen, in his book “A language older than words” showcases a monologue of torturous life in the first chapter titled silencing. In a world of mixed ethnicities and cultures, jensen wishes to connect and hit homes of the readers with his nerve wrecking message about the existing mushrooming violence. Marveling environmental beauty and the reality of space, he traverses from his memories of the troubled past and guides us to his future and expeditions where he sought lying was the only route to mend his living. The implicit silence that lurks within the society now and since childhood then, is an act of living in a world distant from the truth. In our schooling years whence we all our free birds with no systemisation in our lives, we risk our hearts at the pleasures of being honest and innocent. The education we receive is a monopolistic game play to create disparity between what we are taught and what we experience and feel. The difference makes us stuck in a virtual world where there is a constant conflict between the residence of belief or sight.To survive from which, we must speak lies. With the passage of time, we get bound within the bountiful cultures of knowledge and monotony strikes our lives and we begin to settle. Settle for the way we work, the pattern in which we breathe, the space in which we travel. This life is ushered by physical, mental emotional oppression.However the contemporary era may be, we continue to deny the truth in reality and become mindless, deaf and mute to those in need. “the lies act as barriers to truth.”If one chose to speak, he would be silenced by the oppressing powers of culture, politics in the society. “Consider your own life, the ways you deny your own experience, the ways you have to deaden your own empathies to get through the day.” This subjugation of truth and self acceptance that has been hardwired in our lives sJensen snap shows flashes from his distraught childhood of extreme physical abuse, to which he was made accustomed to as they were ritualised by his father. Escaping from such incidences was a question of human dignity, more of all, his survival. How did he cater to this acute urge to survive? By lying.Jensen rightfully demonstrates how violence speaks the language of lies. “do not believe a word I write in this book, about my father, about the culture, about anything.” Jensen puts the reader in a state of epistemic ambivalence when he contradicts himself and his stories in an attempt to fabricate the truth. For even then, he wishes to make his ends meet. However unbelievable these covers may be, they must always serve as the barrier for truth to colour the horrid reality. He caged himself in a rock crystallized world where he chose silence over speech, calm over revolt and lies over truth. He quotes R.D Laing “ if our experience is destroyed we have lost our own selves” which is precisely jensen’s trial. By denying of it all being happened at the first place, he attempts on losing those memories. These fabrications are the only bread to the subjugated human, suffocating inside the uniform bars of falsehood.History reflects the human tendency to turn a blind eye and lie about the existence of the to existence of successive damaging events. He talks of a time when if a grenade were to roll across on the floor, it humans won’t realize it and turn a blind eye to them. Grease,oil and barrels all of which are uncommon to an average working class human, would be highly common. To the dockworkers and factory-men and thus, dangers in a mill would be shortly adjusted to their lifestyle. They too live in a little world of their own lies, ruled by terror but governed by their own escape.Humans are the tenants of the hyperbole of their deception and by each passing moment of progression or digression they save themselves by being stagnant in their own times. . There are atrocities, havocs, desirous activities, disasters and other moments of upheavels for an average human, imagining an illusionary universe can provide a necessary escape. Hence comes the dire need for adopting false mechanisms. False mechanism provides a fraudulent environment which is subjective to everyone, even if so in reality there is a mass in the common pit. In Jensen’s state of constant denial and neglect of reality, he dwells on his experience and faded memories, even while trying to let go of it. They are always arriving in a constant state of departure. We are silencing the reality which begs our interest and action. And even though we go on eons and eons, we are only here for the fraction of fraction of a second and so we stand in a pool of human built subdued untruths. A pool of veils on truth,  made by the subject hood of individuals ,granted to it by the society to facilitate existence. After all the romanticism of relativity theory lies in the passage of time which depends directly as to where we are standing. In past, present, future or just an unreal world decorated by lies of our own.

It does not treat stars differently; Khan himself finishing his work on a bollywood flick declared publicly that he has been diagnosed by a rare disease. After completing decades of marvellous works and toil, he says face to the media about his neuroendocrine tumor that has been developing since some while.Irrfan has been one of the most passionate and accomplished artists of the 21st century. His motto has always been to tell stories to his audience and lovers. With his fandom at his guard and back, Khan embraces this medical emergency and expresses his gratitude to his wishers. Neuroendocrine Tumors, the condition in which an anomalous tissue develops and emerges in the hormone creating sensory cells (or neuroendocrine cells) of the body.   The yesterday's "She" and today's "She" have not been changed just in time, but this change is consistent and comprehensive compared to yesterday. Today's woman breaks the old bondageand challenge her for the new bondage, and she was already in the sky, but she now had a new model and new opportunities for herself.     Today, "she" is a woman in her family and there are many steps ahead of her husband, and yet her ambition is not to shed the seeds of "female-oriented culture" or to not "attack male-dominant culture", " "It is to cultivate, expand, and bring such equality in thought and action.Women have always been presumed because of male-dominated culture, but today, she has herself rid herself of this culture and ideas and is inspired by the ideas of equality, universal brotherhood.     Today she herself is an inspiration. She has been patiently accepted yesterday and today. She is responsible for the creation of "Good tomorrow" along with other women and men. Today she has a strong positive energy source and confidence. Today, in her thoughts, openness is unqualified. An extraordinary difference is created in her ability to think. Due to these things, "she" today is composed of a separate idea. Her own identity and image have been created today. "She" is the leader in many areas today. Her life is not limited to just her 'housewife', but she is today a "very rich and professional housewife".      Today, women are making their own lives and others along with them. A woman never thinks of herself because she is not primarily her own, but today the woman is thinking of herself,trying to do something new in life, and feel free to welcome this thought. She has made many changes in her own positive changes, her lifestyle is changing, and as a man, you have to respect all those things.Today, the work of the women and the labor of women in the country where there is a diverse culture-like culture and variety of variety has always been given secondary importance. Today's women want to change this thing permanently and should take care of their work as a person and expect them to be respected in the society. In addition, her dream is to be recognized by the "Indian woman" tomorrow all over the world.All these things should be started by every Indian citizen from his own house. Tell us about you and your background.I guess I was born and then a lot of things happened and I ended up where I am now.I'm from British Columbia, Canada. I was 16 when I started taking photographs using my dad's camera. I was really obsessed with fashion photography for a long time and was always making my friends crawl into bushes and peer from behind blooming branches and once, I made my best friend carry a small wooden giraffe around her neighbourhood. Eventually, I started photographing models in the suburbs and beautiful landscapes wearing lots of different clothes. Eventually, I stopped photographing models anywhere. These past few years, I've become more drawn to taking pictures that document life as I see it, which usually fits in the category of travel and portrait photography with a tinge of adventure and lifestyle. I still shoot fashion sometimes but it's not my main focus.Photoshop came before photography for me and by the time I picked up my first camera, I was already dabbling in graphic design and photomanipulation. I fell in love with retouching as I transitioned into fashion photography and I worked as a retoucher for a few years. I don't retouch professionally any longer. I like being outside more than I like being on a computer these days.Travel has been the dominant force in my life for the past four years, although I did travel a lot with my family while growing up. I am usually in a state of going somewhere. I haven't had a "home" for more than a few months in a long time.Q. What is your life's greatest passion? What inspires you? I think life itself is my greatest passion—life and all the things it encompasses. The swell and swoon and pull and press of existence. The miracle of existing at all. The hope is to be as fully present and here in this moment. It's strange how something so simple can be so hard sometimes! How easy to get lost in your head—to stop listening to footfall of passing strangers, trills of birds, pulse of water. So my greatest passion is life and from there, everything else flows. I have been a maker ever since I was little—drawing, writing, forming stories—and the process of creating is a huge passion of mine. Nowadays, it takes the shape of photography and poetry. I grew up travelling the west coast of North America with my family and in my 20s, I've spent a lot of time on the road in Canada, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Travelling is definitely one of the other great loves of my life.But they are all so wound together. Photography, writing, travelling—they're all giant pieces of this life of mine. They're how I think and feel and experience. Life gives me inspiration and then I take that and make these things with it.Life inspires me, the world inspires me, relationships inspire me, art inspires me, emotions inspire me, light inspires me. Since I'm mostly photographing my life as I experience it, I just look for moments.Q. Take us through your work. I shoot people and places. I watched the twinkle of dawn wash over the ancient streets of the city and observed the quiet blue of night transform into brilliant, shining light. It was one of those times when you look around at your life and feel all the decisions that brought there to that specific, remarkable, precious point. A blink of overwhelming gratitude.During the day, Acropolis is a swarming beehive of human beings. There are so many people. But when the gates first open in the morning—right before the sun rises, it's nearly empty. There were only two or three other people there when I watched the dawn awaken the city. It was so private and personal, witnessing the sun crest over the mountains, pull the shadows long and far over the ruins.Q. Is there an achievement or contribution that you are most proud of?I have been to 25 countries in 25 years, and while that's not a "career" oriented "achievement," it's a personal achievement. I'm immensely proud of this life that I've carved for myself. I have seen so much and it's truly shaped me.Q. What is your life's philosophy?Love and interconnectivity. Be kind and compassionate towards everything—other humans, animals, the planet, yourself. We are all so tied together. Our actions matter.Q. If you could give a message to all the 20 year olds of the world, what would it be?Be patient. Remember that you are not your emotions. Gratitude is the key. Emotions are passing clouds in the sky—they are things that you experience but they are not your identity so don't be consumed by them or think that they're your truth. Patience because all things take time and it's really hard to really know who you are or what you want at 20. It's important to give yourself room to grow and discover and make mistakes. I view the 20s as being a massive opportunity for learning. Training your mind to practice gratitude has the potential to change everything.Q. How do you want to see yourself 5 years from now?Happy and fulfilled, though that's the aim for every single day and not the destination. I'd like to be sustaining an income from my photography and writing, and still engaged in creative projects that excite me. Directionless Youth of our country

Today, India is one of the most populous countries in the world, out of which most of the population is youth. Youth percentage in India is more than 50%, young people are full of abundant energy, courage, a spirit of adventure, imagination, hope, and ambition. The young men and women of India should be fully involved and creative work of nation-building and reconstruction. The younger generation, which is more generous, flexible, sensitive and dynamic, can do wonders if properly guided and motivated. In fact, the Youth is the future of India. In our country, children always taught by their parents and elders from their childhood to score good marks and be competitive and practical in life, despite of teaching them life lessons about kindness, loyalty, humbleness, helping others, etc instead of that they were taught to be mean, self centered, money-minded etc. In schools, they just got bounded and trapped between walls that just teach them to study as it is whatever it is written in the book, they don't have any practical knowledge about how the world works, how to behave, how to react in difficult situations of life, how to get rid from the unwanted problems. They don't have direction in life, they are just blindly following each other like a flock of sheep. Most of the youth are not aware of what is right and what's wrong, they are in the age where their extreme emotions can turn them into completely different individuals. They start drugs in very young age because of peer pressure and then became an addict with the passage of time. Their Brain stops working after reaching at one point when they completely dissolve themselves in the addiction. We can take the example of Punjab, where 90% of its total youth population was drug addict once, they even don't get bothered by their families, relatives etc.  But all these reflect one-sidedness and lack of proper understanding on the part of the elders and grown-ups. The lifestyles youngsters adopt today are chosen either out of curiosity , peer pressure or fashion, alternatively stress, anxiety, and frustration drive them onto these paths. What is even more alarming is that the attraction of today's youth is no longer for ciggerate, tobacco, alcohol. These are now termed as soft items. The "in" things are cocaine, heroin, brown sugar which are so called as stress buster. Besides it, most of the young generation are living meaningless lives, they don't have any ambition or motives in their lives, they don't have dreams. They don't want chase success they are just living in a parallel universe where they just wanted that everything should work according to them. The time is declining very rapidly and now it's the time that they must realise that life won't work like this, they have to came out from the black hole that is attracting them everyday as soon as possible. They have to realise the meaning and importance of their life. They have to direction their lives in a particular way. The future of our country totally relies on the youth, they have to stop wasting their precious time and lives in drugs.

Revathi Raj Iyer is a freelance writer, book reviewer, company director, service volunteer and yoga/fitness enthusiast. Professionally qualified as Company Secretary (India & New Zealand) with legal background, she has worked in the corporate field for over a decade. Bombay is her hometown and Baroda her abode after marriage. When she moved to Fiji Islands, she bid adieu to a rewarding career with a multinational to become a full time mum and pursue her twin passions, yoga and writing. She worked as lecturer of Laws at the University of Fiji. Living between NZ and Fiji, she pursued writing and yoga training and continues her passion after moving to India. She lives in Ahmedabad, India and has completed her next book which is a collection of short stories. Her dream is to write books for children.A couple of easy questions to begin with…First off,  What inspired you to write “My Friendship with Yoga”?Physical activity was dominant in my life right from an early age, as a trained classical dancer, which continued until my late twenties. Thereafter it took a back seat, when I became engrossed with my career together with being hands-on mum to a lovely little daughter alongside other demands that needed my attention. However, things changed when we moved to Fiji Islands, and I got back into fitness with intense aerobics and strength training. As destiny would have it, a disciple of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar was deputed to Fiji to introduce this ancient tradition to the people of Fiji. Yoga was at my door step and I embraced it with heartfelt love. I started writing my yoga journal. One fine day, I decided to give a formal structure to my jottings to reach out to a wider audience. As I wrote the book I had no idea of the publishing process, but I was focussed on my goal. “My Friendship with Yoga” thus took shape and was launched on the 10th January, 2017 at the New Delhi World Book Fair. Thanks to Lifi Publications for making this happen!How do you see writing, as a hobby or a passion?I find writing very therapeutic and it also makes me happy. It is passion that drives me to enter that lonely space, which I beautify with words, plot and characters to create a story.Is yoga a way of life or a way to exercise and meditateYoga and meditation are a way of life for a holistic and healthy lifestyle. It is not instant therapy or about perfecting the postures. Every single breath, every movement, position, the sequence had to be accurate.How did you come up with the title of the book “My Friendship with yoga”?It came straight from the heart; in fact I did not falter or ponder over the title. I began writing this book with its title in place. The title was a reminder to simplify yoga and it guided me in writing a user and reader friendly book, which has been appreciated by the reviewers and readers. Revathi Raj Iyer is a freelance writer, book reviewer, company director, service volunteer and yoga/fitness enthusiast. Professionally qualified as Company Secretary (India & New Zealand) with legal background, she has worked in the corporate field for over a decade. Bombay is her hometown and Baroda her abode after marriage. When she moved to Fiji Islands, she bid adieu to a rewarding career with a multinational to become a full time mum and pursue her twin passions, yoga and writing. She worked as lecturer of Laws at the University of Fiji. Living between NZ and Fiji, she pursued writing and yoga training and continues her passion after moving to India. She lives in Ahmedabad, India and has completed her next book which is a collection of short stories. Her dream is to write books for children.A couple of easy questions to begin with…First off,  What inspired you to write “My Friendship with Yoga”?Physical activity was dominant in my life right from an early age, as a trained classical dancer, which continued until my late twenties. Thereafter it took a back seat, when I became engrossed with my career together with being hands-on mum to a lovely little daughter alongside other demands that needed my attention. However, things changed when we moved to Fiji Islands, and I got back into fitness with intense aerobics and strength training. As destiny would have it, a disciple of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar was deputed to Fiji to introduce this ancient tradition to the people of Fiji. Yoga was at my door step and I embraced it with heartfelt love. I started writing my yoga journal. One fine day, I decided to give a formal structure to my jottings to reach out to a wider audience. As I wrote the book I had no idea of the publishing process, but I was focussed on my goal. “My Friendship with Yoga” thus took shape and was launched on the 10th January, 2017 at the New Delhi World Book Fair. Thanks to Lifi Publications for making this happen!How do you see writing, as a hobby or a passion?I find writing very therapeutic and it also makes me happy. Sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. Sometimes we feel disaster with challenges and difficulties of life. In reality, all of our problems arise from our own mind & from our own work. At that time we did not get the actual reason, but if we take the time to investigate deeply we will discover this truth for ourselves. We are responsible for what happens with us. So learn to forgive & forget. Don't think about yourself only, at the time you started thinking about yourself, then keep in your mind that you are entering into the depression. To irradiate those things -just do your job properly and don't lose in your worries. Take a look at your surrounding then you can understand your problems are nothing. There are lots of people who have more problems than you. Don't think all problem solution is money only. Sometimes your encouraging words and caring nature can be helpful more than money.Everything of Fairyland is lovely because it's according to our imagination but the real fact is it's only like a dream. The real world is different so believe in reality, not in fairyland. Walking on the road alone you can see the life of people. A question coming in my mind, why people have a different kind of lifestyles, why don't they have the same lifestyle? Someone going in shopping and spending as much as he/she can still he/she wants more but there is another one begging on the road for collecting single coins. Someone having a proper house but he wants more house for increasing his property but there is another one who doesn't have anything to save his head. Someone having lots of time to waste but there is another one who doesn't have time to do kinds of stuff, etc. If I go for writing those differences then it will not end.Satisfaction is necessary which comes through our work only. Dissatisfactory work always forces you to think.Remember those old days, when we all are in a childhood stage, how you make yourself satisfy in little things. How you jump in puddles and make yourself happy. How we use a single rupee coin for buying chocolate and when we started eating that we lost in melting that in our mouth and simultaneously we tried to feel the flavor of that chocolate. At that time we make ourselves satisfied so why not now! This is also same life with different taste, it depends upon us to taste in which way we want them to taste.It's the human tendency, we have enough kinds of stuff but our expectation is the main cause of our sadness. It depends upon us how to respond to our life in difficulties. When we can respond to life's difficulties with a positive and peaceful mind, they suddenly seem to melt away into nothing right before our eyes. If we think what is happening, this is only right then we don't see any difficulties, all problem will be like a happiness. Don't forget we can learn from the experiences so allow all problems in a positive manner.Try to do things or give your hands, only to needy people, because this world is full of fake people. Don't hate them because it's not their fault it's only their blindness and environment effect. If possible then handle them & try to be a brightness in their life and show the proper path otherwise leave them as they are. They will understand from their experience.I am always thinking why it is so hard to maintain a continuous happy and peaceful mind if we have all potential for peace and happiness within us? Now I get the answer that is because we habitually surrender to negative thoughts that consume our mind and destroy our inner peace. We only have the capacity to change it, if we adopt a negative state of mind in a positive way then we find the solution easily. At the last but not the least "happiness and Sadness only exist within the mind, so their origins cannot be found outside the mind. In order to really achieve permanent happiness and freedom from all suffering, we must first achieve a thorough understanding of the mind".

Why do we read or why do we want to experience? To gather knowledge,ideas,to live in thoughtfulness.Some of us feel that if we are more thoughtful in every action we take,we are more enlightened because it gives us clarity of this world,like laureates in literature or in science.But sometime Ideas don't enlighten us ,it affects us,it diverts us from knowing ourself.How? It happens because of Imitation, Imitation is an art and not everyone is able to do that perfectly.But we are born to imitate,First our parents then our sociaty.We imitate everything not only language or appearance but also emotions and thoughts we see or hear,some says Imitation is first step of invention.But Sometime we became so obsessed with a particular idea from someone great that we want to imitate very perfectly , which made us forget what we actually want and who we are.We think that we are more alive and meaningful in thoughtfulness, in embracing new Ideas because we know Death is not actually painful,it's the absolute abesense of everything but in doing so sometime we are driven by ideas.We become possessed by it.We get mad to maintain a particular lifestyle, thought processing it doesn't matter even if it's wrong ,because to adapt perfection in anything we need to accept a little bit of imperfection also.This is the art of perfect Imitation.When people see these kind of men they think we are showing off to others,but we are actually showing off to ourselves.We personificate our ideas not knowing what we are doing and the realization happens untill the last moment comes then we understand we never truly lived in our mind. To me it's a tragedy.Yes It is indeed.So I suggest don't let any ideas to master your mind,you think of it,reshape it,remold it,don't let it posses you.If you think the idealistic life you are leading is 100% true then be in peace but if you thing you are getting mad to prove that then get away from that.

Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I completed my Honors in Political Science from D.U. Then did mu B.Ed from IP University followed by Diploma in English Journalism from IIMC.Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?A: I was always in writing. Earlier I used to write scripts for a News Agency. Then I left my job, and now I write on social media platforms. Literature used to gave me an understanding of many situations that we face in our life. From there I also wanted to write something that will reach people and will stay with them forever.Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: I was out of touch for 3-4 years. Got married and was completely involved in my family only. But the passion was still alive. So getting back on track, writing well after years of staying completely away from pen became a little difficult. And today I struggle to reach the audience with my writings which I am still trying to improve and get back to those writing skills that I earlier had. There are so many creative writers that I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement in my writings.Q: What is your view about the present-day literary work? A: I think it has reached completely different heights. In this field people have become so good. Every piece of work that I get to read is in itself amazing. Today's literary work has made the world seem smaller. Indian society is giving women the liberty to be sexually active. After hearing of multipartners and wife swapping, the new flavour of the season is of Indian wives dating other men.The syndrome which has become really hip and popular today is ‘my wife’s boyfriend.’ Women today have come out of the four walls of the house and have started experimenting with their sex lives. For many years, the issue of extramarital affairs was thought to be a “woman’s issue” – that is, women dealing with their husbands’ affairs.Today, while large numbers of husbands are still having affairs, there has been a significant increase in the number of Indian wives having affairs.A recent survey done on contemporary marriages by the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai, has brought to light the fact that there is a rise in extramarital affairs, and couples know and accept their partner’s paramours.But the most surprising finding is that more and more married women are looking for love or rather fun outside marriage. With the work place and the Internet, overscheduled lives and inattentive husbands – it’s no wonder more Indian women are looking for comfort in the arms of another man.Women interact with men more at work. They go for more meetings, take more business trips and presumably participate more in flirtatious water-cooler chatter.These light or intensive flirtations whatever the women opts for give them a self-esteem boost during work hours and don’t rock the boat at home.Gone are the days when cuckolding was a social taboo. Today globalization has spawned an almost experimental outlook towards sex.In an age where porn has hit the streets openly, women today do not hesitate to break the ‘humdrum’ of their lives by experimenting with their sex lives and this experimentation is no longer a man’s prerogative. Today wives are acting on the urge more than ever.With husbands pursuing demanding careers and having no time for the home, or for that matter sex, it has led to wives looking for adventure outside marriage.Husbands are also aware of it, because they know that they cannot give them the time. The neglect of their personal life by husbands has led to women becoming desperate for attention and they don’t mind flaunting their boyfriends.Often we want to hold on to relationships because we do not want to get out of our comfort zone. Even if the marriage is not healthy, we tend to hold on to it for various reasons.Whether through an open relationship or just a fantasy, looking elsewhere is not the root cause of trouble in relationships. Instead it’s the fact that we crave adventure in our humdrum lives and most marriages fail to provide that.Many women say that an affair outside marriage has changed their lives for better because they feel desirable in the arms of somebody else.In addition, when women break out from a truly committed relationship and run free, the question is not what they are running towards, but rather what is it they are running from.In this situation looking for love elsewhere tends to be a life pattern triggered by fears (of commitment, of being loved, of waking up with the same person every morning).Over the years, though the institution of marriage is still alive, there is a sea of change in the relationship between husband and wife. People these days look more for financial security than emotional.“The love and care is definitely there, but passion definitely dies away with years. From having sex once a week, they have sex one a month or may not even for months together. It is high time we accept the fact that everybody needs variety in their sex life,” says Devyani Rao, a stylist with a leading lifestyle magazine.In Indian society, people generally have marriages of convenience. According to Mumbai based psychologist, Dr. Varkha Chulani, “This condition of wives having affairs generally arises in 80 percent of marriages today because there is very little communication with each other. You may either trek alone and be friends with a bunch of unknown trekkers and make connections for life. You may also trek with your colleagues, friends, family, etc. You will be benefited either way.Develops spirituality: Not many people can remember the last time they peek into their spiritual souls. The struggle between your personal and social life restricts you for the same. But if you are trekking in India, it isn’t that difficult to connect with the spiritual self. The river bank of the holy river Ganga, temples in India, trekking to the religious destinations helps you discover the spiritual self.Enhances efficiency: Since stress is relieved, the outlook is improved, digitally detoxified, strategic planning is improved, etc. All these eventually have positive effects on performance at work. Trekking helps you focus and concentrate on things for longer, sharpen your abilities and skills and helps you rediscover yourself. This enhances efficiency at work or at home.All the above-mentioned reasons shape the overall personality of an individual and hence, boost the self-confidence.

Rhythmic Response - In Gita Verse 1.16-18 King Yudhiṣṭhira, the son of Kuntī, blew his conch shell, the Ananta-vijaya, and Nakula and Sahadeva blew the Sughoṣa and Maṇipuṣpaka. That great archer the King of Kāśī, the great fighter Śikhaṇḍī, Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Virāṭa, the unconquerable Sātyaki, Drupada, the sons of Draupadī, and others, O King, such as the mighty-armed son of Subhadrā, all blew their respective conch shells.One by one everyone blew their respective instruments. By blowing one after the other in rhythm. All of them conveyed their individual strength as united. When individual strength is united it gets multiplied. It’s not simple mathematics like 2x2=4. It will be 2x2=N times. Means countless.In the unity there is no ego. How? When we are united we are ready to be replaced by anyone. None is in competition with anyone. But everyone clarity regarding their goal and role. Like in a movie when the hero is playing his role the villain will not come in between, when the villain is needed on the screen hero will not be in the forefront. Unity simply means when my role is there I will put my effort in total. Once my role is over I will move out.Enthusiasm and Participation is foundation of unity.Enthusiasm - means like child. And when I say be like a child I mean always remain learning, never become knowledgeable. Go on learning; learning is totally different. Knowledge is a dead phenomenon, learning is an live and dynamic process. And the learner has to remember this: he cannot function from the stand of knowledge.Have you ever watched and noticed it? little children learn so fast. If a child lives in a multilingual atmosphere he learns all the languages. He learns the language that the mother speaks, the father speaks, the neighbors speak - he may learn three, four, five languages very easily, without any problem. Once you have learned a language then it becomes very difficult to learn another language because now you start functioning from the standpoint of knowledgeability.So first, when I say be like a child I mean be total.The second thing is remain a learner, function from the state of not-knowing. That’s what innocence is: to function from not-knowing is innocence.The third thing, and the last: a child has a natural quality of trust, otherwise he cannot survive. When the child is born he trusts the mother, trusts the milk, trusts that the milk will be nourishing him, trusts that everything is okay. His trust is absolute, there is no doubt about anything. He’s not afraid of anything. His trust is so much that the mother is afraid because the child can go and start playing with a snake. His trust is so much that a child can go and poke his hand into the fire. His trust is so much; he knows no fear, he knows no doubting. That is the third quality.Participation - once we become learner, child like, as individual then comes participation. We can be participants only by working unitedly. Unless we learn how we can work in unity we will not be able to learn how to participate in our life. Once we learn how to work together as team, the next step you will learn how to work together with Universe or Existence. So that we can create OURSELVES.God is the creator and the only prayer is to be creative, because it is only through creativity that you participate in God; there is no other way to participate. God has not to be thought about, you have to participate in some way. You cannot be an observer, you can only be a participant; only then will you taste the mystery of it. Creating a painting is nothing, creating a poem is nothing, creating music is nothing compared to creating YOURSELF, creating your consciousness, creating your very being.Participation with Universe:Zen is participation. Participate in the night leaving, participate in the evening coming, participate in the stars and participate in the clouds; make participation your lifestyle and the whole existence becomes such a joy, such an ecstasy. You could not have dreamed of a better universe.Everyone has an opportunity to participate with others, to make our contribution to creating something greater and more beautiful than each of us could manage alone. Our participation will not only nourish us, but will also contribute something precious to the whole.Pandava by their rhythmic response to Kaurava conveyed that we are united. Our strength is unity and participation. We can change our strategy any time, as our team know that as per the demand of the circumstances who need to be up front and will be there. Person who is in the front at that moment will have the backing and support of everyone.
