There certainly are distinguishable rewards to developing emotional intelligence. However, there are also various point of views over how this can be done. While some believe that it is an inherent skill and one is born with it, others say that with practice and training programs one can acquire the same. Whatever the answer is, the underlying fact is that recognizing ourselves and the emotions of others has distinctive advantages in all fields of behavior, relationships and communication.
Dear members of the male species,I’m sure you’ve heard about the re-energized feminist movement. I’m sure some of you even support it. I also think that the meaning of ‘Feminism’, the crux of what this movement is about is also lost on a lot of people. The media and the public have made it seem like a dirty word. I assure you it’s not. It still stands for equality of the two sexes as it always has and forever will. Anyway, this is not the reason why I’m writing what I am today. I am writing to tell you that I’m sorry. I’m sorry if, in all this ado, you felt lost somewhere because honestly, I can’t imagine being in your place nor do I ever wish to. At this point in time, everyone knows that females face problems and there are steps being taken to eradicate them and if not, at least people are aware and are talking about it. It’s much different for you, I’ve seen. No one talks about how you too can be a victim of sexual assault or rape. No one talks about how you feel depressed. No one talks about how hard it is to bear the brunt of the society. Be masculine. Open jars. Pay bills. Plan Great Big romantic Gestures even if you are an introvert because it’s your job! Don’t cry, don’t wear pink, don’t show your emotions, love your friends but don’t hug the male ones, don’t wax your arms or legs or eyebrows because personal grooming takes a backseat when it comes to fitting in with societies idea of the ultimate male. I’m here to tell you it’s okay. You deserve to be loved. You deserve to be able to express how you feel and do what you want. Maybe you are not restricted, maybe you can roam alone at night and your parents won’t mind, maybe you can go where ever you want without thinking too much but you are not free either. You have rules imposed upon you. You will be ridiculed if you want to go in a profession which is predominantly women oriented and these are only some of the examples. I have a vision of a utopia where there are no boundaries, no rules, no gender stereotyping, only freedom. I hope my words give you a sense of security and understanding and know that I believe in you. Let’s change this world one person at a time. Let’s change this world by being there for each other. Let’s change this world with SheForHe.Love and admiration,The fairer sex(or so I’ve been told)
Blockchain is a new technology for performing transactions, often compared to the Internet which revolutionized the way one shares/sees Information. It was first conceptualized by an anonymous person or group of person known as Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008. A Blockchain, in the simplest definition, is a ledger of transaction from the time of its genesis. Transaction is any transfer of a tangible/non-tangible asset within the people associated with that Blockchain. Bitcoin is just one of the many application whose core technology is Blockchain. In most of the transaction, there are three parties involved: the sender, the receiver, and the trusted verifier whose role is to verify that the transaction has actually taken place. For instance, one transfer money via bank through cheque, by money wallet; or one lease out a property after performing certain kind of paperwork implying Government as a trusted authority. A Blockchain removes the necessity for a third party to verify the transaction. This also implies that the Blockchain is robust to fraudster and fraudulent transactions.A Blockchain, visually or programmatically, is nothing but a chain of blocks where each block is a set of transactions. Every block contains information such as current timestamp, a link to the previous block and the next block, a collection of valid transactions during the time period between the formation of previous block and current block. Its network consist of working nodes called miners, whose main work is to create new blocks. These new blocks are joined in a single, continuous, authorative record called Block Chain. Whenever a new transaction takes place, it then propagates to the peers of the originating node and so on, till it exists with the whole network. Now the miners’ job is to validate the transaction and create the block by collecting a set of transactions. Creating a block is computationally expensive cryptographically challenging task. Once such a new block is created it is added to the chain and is then transferred back to the whole network. The other receiving nodes in the network adds the block to the existing ledger after validating the block. If one were to alter any transaction in a fraudulent way which had already taken place, they would have to find a new block that would include that transaction to fit the chain. If the current block to be computed in the network is at number 88, and the altered transaction block was 79, then the person will have to find 9 (79-87) more blocks to make a valid blockchain and pass it to the peer network. This is theoretically possible but is not in real world since finding block is not an easy task, making blockchain an ever increasing, irreversible, secure and public ledgerBitcoin, a very popular digital currency, relies on Blockchain. Applications of Blockchain is not limited to digital currency, it can be used to create smart contracts that execute on fulfilling a certain criteria (ex. Ethereum), for instantaneous peer-to-peer transaction without third parties (ex. In stock trading, property trading, patents), etcTo conclude, Block Chain is a distributed ledger of important transactions stored on a decentralized peer-to-peer network which is incorruptible due to high computation costs of blocks making it irreversible creating a trustworthy network to transact removing the need of middleman.
Self-love and moving on is easy to say but very hard to do. It isn't about speeding enthusiastically forward so much as it's about having one foot on the gas and one on the accelerator. It's not always yoga, meditation, scented candles, sappy romantic films with a bucket of ice cream.
The first question people have when someone tells them they are studying psychology is, ‘can you tell what I’m thinking?’ The answer to that question is no because psychologists are not mentalists. Nor can they ever be. Psychology is the science of understanding the how’s and why’s. How they think, how they work, how they behave and most importantly, WHY they think, WHY they work and WHY they behave as they do. Human species is a complexity at best. We are paradoxical beings. Saying something and doing something entirely different. Psychology helps us bridge the gap between the saying and doing. Moreover, after you study the subject, get a look at the theories that have been proposed, you start applying it to the situations around you. You start understanding the reasons behind the sly smiles and the meaningful looks. You begin to understand that every person in this world has a reason and a past. The reason for their behavior and their past which has shaped them into the person that they have become. It gives you a brilliant glimpse of life through the other person’s eyes. You become more empathetic, instead of sympathizing, you connect with another soul on a level so as to understand them better. You become more open and loving because you understand that every person in this world is fighting their own battles so you want to do everything to help. That’s the good part. Now, the paradox. You can never truly be pissed off at someone. You can never truly be angry because you will be bound to rationalize their actions and invariably find a logical theory to support their behavior. This may seem like ideal behavior in print but not being angry or not taking out your anger is as dangerous as the next viral outbreak. It rots you from inside until you become a chamber of nothingness. So you see, herein lies the problem. Psychology is a field of tremendous irony and in this irony, we, as humans can only hope to not get lost because it makes us better humans for one yet vials of emptiness for others.

HOUSE HUSBAND----A MATTER OF PRIDE ….OR A NEW CHALLENGEAncient sayings and proverbs glorified the marriage and relationships to great extents. Like, a girl must stay in home and cook, look after the needs of family, while a guy’s work was to earn money and support the family financially. As days passed by, both of them started working and sharing all their works to lead a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. They needed to save amount for their future too.And now, role reversal is at its peaks. Heavy works, night shifts, tight deadlines, both men and women are capable of everything today. A new trend in recent years is the concept of 'house husband'.. Imagine, a guy staying at home, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes and managing the entire home. How cool it is!! But it isn't as cool as you imagine. Reality is far different from the beautiful imagination one dreams of. A lot of drawbacks come along with this innovative new trend. Yes, even while seeking suggestions for this write up, a few people asked me the same question " Why can't this happen? Many years back, girls stayed at home, taking care of everything. Now why can't guys do the same? Let guys too enjoy the comfort of home for a few years." The point here is not just about the comfort of home or role reversal. It's about sharing responsibilities and staying together.Okay, let's take a stand between both, a house wife and a house husband. A house wife wakes up early, cooks for the family, helps her family members in getting ready and completes any petty works if any. Rest of the day, till her family members return home, she is free. She doesn't have any compulsory task to complete. In the evening, her routine works begin again. What does she do in the meanwhile? In specific, how does she spend the time from 10- 3? A lot of options are there. Gardening, reading, craft works, even watching television serial is considered a decent hobby nowadays. She could learn new stuffs, even new recipes to cook or an idea of getting a new friend even wouldn’t be that bad. Anyhow she would make the best use of her time. Now imagine a house husband. He does the same work in the mornings and evenings as a house wife does. But the mean time?? How could he make the best use of this time? Obviously, many activities are there. But remember the basic psychological fact, a guy cannot stay in the same place for hours together. Even in our homes we have examples. A girl child would stay at home playing with dolls for the whole day. But a boy can't stay at home even for two or three hours completely.( we all would have experienced this even by our own self.)See, we can't blame guys here. Basically, they are gifted with strong physical and mental strength than women. That is why, they are unable to put all their energy within their home. They are basically designed so. And coming to the point, a house husband goes around the city for the whole day, roaming here and there. What would happen eventually? His wife would be struggling in office and he would be casually going here and there. Would it look nice??Another major constraint is money. The earning man gives his salary to his wife and she allocates money for all expenses. That is the practice in most of the homes today. A man may earn in lakhs, but the proper planning and investment can only be done by a girl. So a housewife can easily allocate money for her expenses. But in the case of house husband, a man's ego and self respect would get hurt to great extents if he asks his wife for money. It's not an issue. Not just guys, every human being, after a certain age, wants to be independent or wants the money to be in their hands. Asking money for getting a newspaper or even a cool drink would be awkward. Coming to personal thoughts, a guy can come home late night after work, he can go anywhere, no need of suspecting him (90% cases, women don't suspect or shout). But a guy staying at home while his wife doing night shift, is not that applicable. Seeds of suspicion and doubt would automatically come after a certain period of time. Last and the least bothersome issue is our society. Our society would blame everything. "A girl or guy, whomever it may be, they shouldn't stay at home." A statement given by so called 'social people'. And that can be completely ignored. Coming to the other perspectives, it will be completely new to try out such stuffs. And experimenting that will give an enriching experience too. Remember the days when women spoke of bringing a new change and started working. Like the same, this could turn out to be a beautiful bond. But a great risk in this relationship is, ' a guy must never opt to be a house husband just because he didn't clear his arrears or that he can't get a job. This is not a new try. This is just another way of escaping from one's duties and responsibilities’. And believe it, this would make his life terrible. Because deep in his mind, he would get fixed like he is capable of nothing but household chores. And if he ever feels difficulty in his work as a house husband, then his great imagination has higher chances of becoming a night mare.Mutual understanding, care and concern, trust, promises hold a greater place in this relationship. Suspicion, doubt, inferiority complex are common for both genders. It's all about how a person tackles it and how he responds to people. If guys of their age earn in lakhs and have a car or home of their own, then house husbands should be in a position to give them apt replies instead of making their own selves feel inferior. And he should let go off his ego before asking for money or anything. Always keep in mind, you have become a house husband out of your own wish, not anyone else’s.Remember, people would talk with you, behind you and about you, either in a good or bad way. You cannot paste their mouths, instead you can change your own perspective. And, a point should be always taken into consideration. Men are blessed with stronger abilities only to support women, be it a house husband or a working person. Being a house husband should not push him to heights of laziness and a wonderful zone of comfort.Life is all about challenges. A person with a proper vision and goal towards future, one who is willing to set new trends, someone who is adaptable to changes and more importantly a man who is willing to take up job again, if something goes wrong, can experiment with this bond. New stuffs generally take time. Once you have taken a decision, just go with it. but always remember, becoming a house husband should be a matter of choice and consent, not of escapism and laziness.....#smblogcontest
Being Indian, some news brings you shame. This kind of news is one of them. In 21st CE, Where the whole world watches us with their understanding of this century shamed us for such gender discrimination. In distance village of Rajasthan, Banswara. Few NGO went and found that there is a tradition for women. In this tradition, women eat after his male partner and family. eventually, NGO found that it is gender discrimination and they started to educated women groups. Ironically, Many parts of India these kinds of practice is social norms. These kinds of practice have been unchanged in many decades. Many people saw them as regressive practice or culture which comes from Hinduism but for few of them, it’s only outdated tradition which must go as we live in the 21st Century. For Original article please go throw the below mention link:When women stopped eating leftovers?Irrespective of many arguments that this behavior comes from the patriarchal culture of Indian society, I disagree with this notion. I don’t think so original and fundamental culture of India was male patriarchal in nature. All original scripture which has founded Hinduism agreed on one simple fact:“Women should be worship like Goddess and Their respect brings Devas (deities) into the home”. (Paraphrased from Manusmriti)There are several examples where we Indians celebrated the world most taboo things. Sex (Kamasutra is one of the celebrated book in Indian culture about sex) symbols and position. There is temple which is dedicated to sex and sexual posture. I don’t find that people were having about watching these images together.Khajuraho images which show various posture of sexual activities. (Source: The Wire)So how can a society which gives sex (A widely accepted taboos in all Abrahamic religion) images a place in their temple has become such regressive that they were not allowing women to eat together? It simply baffled me.More than half (51%) of all Indian women of reproductive age have anemia, according to the Global Nutrition report 2017. While our women are not allowed to eat properly. This is a shame situation. But as I was expecting, few readers who have novice understanding about everything had tried to link it with North Indian states, few consider that it’s the fault of Hinduism and few consider that it’s due to our society which has regressive structure.I would like to remind all Indians, It is our burden to remove such practices out of the window and the real reason for such discrimination practice amongst women has nothing to do with Hinduism or It’s ancient culture. For understanding that women position in Indian society please go throw my blog:Women In Hinduism – Part OneWomen in Hinduism.(Wikipedia)We must need to accept that after Mugal invasion (I am not blaming here Mugal but the patriarchy culture they bring in India) our culture has been decayed and it is not inline with our scripture which gives women freedom, allow them social and civil rights. Slowly the local practices turn out to be more patriarchy. But I would like to share an example, which no Indian can be denied and that is the proof that still Indian culture have not inhibit complete patriarchy. When I was a kid. My father used to hard work. I have seen him giving complete salary to my mother (who was the housewife and earn nothing). I have seen him asking money from my mother for his daily expanse. This is the story of millions Hindus household. I never have seen such practice in other culture. Male used to keep all money and give a small number of women for their need. But the above mention practice is a popular culture amongst Hindu family which shows that financial owner of the family is “Women”, They have been termed as “DhanLaxmi” or “Finance Ministers”.So, In my point of view. This kind of practice happening because of Illiteracy. We need a massive drive of literacy (Dharmic and Modern). We need to teach people what they are doing is against of their culture and Modern values.Only Education and Social awareness can bring the change we want. Abusing a culture (which certainly no one understands because of its complexity) is novice attempt to shed of responsibilities. Blaming mindless way will help no one.We must not forget what Upanishads told us about eating habit in the family:And if a man wishes that a learned daughter should be born to him, and that she should live to her full age, then after having prepared boiled rice with sesamum and butter, they should both eat, being fit to have offspring. And if a man wishes that a learned son should be born to him, and that he should live his full age, then after having prepared boiled rice with meat and butter, they should both eat, being fit to have offspring.— BRIHADARANYAKA UPANISHAD 6.4.17 – 6.4.18,The irony with Indians is that We are being more animal after leaving our dharma education. It is time when we bring back the dharmic culture back to our society.
Karma: Myth and Philosophical TheoryFew days ago, I read an article on Karma. I have enjoyed that Article. It is very rare when you get chance to read an article which force you to bend your mind for thinking beyond the boundaries of your bubble of thoughts. I would like to request with reader that if they want they can visit my friend website. He writes about various topics and ideas which are energetic and great. His Article raised many question about the concept of karma. I replied him in his comment box but that was short and unorganized reply. So, I thought that it should be create as blog where I would be able to explain my point more efficiently. There is five major question raised in that article. These questions are related to law of karma, implication and evidence of existence. The first question is about if there is some kind of karma (good and bad), than who will decide that what is good karma? According to whom it will indicate that Karma is good or bad? Before exploring this answer, we must understand that in western dictionary, karma is considered as Consequence of our action. But in Indian philosophy, the definition of karma is slightly different. Karma is not confined to mere consequence of an individual action or action of a society. The word "Karma" is defined as consequence of an individual action within fold of adharma and dharma. Here, Dharma is the natural properties define by Nature to an object and adharma is resistive nature towards someone natural properties. For example, Water has properties to cool material object and Fire can burn objects. These properties of fire and water have predetermine consequence by nature. This is how nature has been constructed and natural consequence is mechanically knot with infinite causality with others. So, human natural properties has been define into three nature- Good (Sattav), Bad (Tamas) and Gray (Rajas). No human can be extreme good or bad.In various ratios, our natural properties have been construct which is direct or indirect result of our location and the era we born. So, Karma is consequence of our action which is result of what we do against or in favour of our swadharma (A term defined for individual dharma because people have various properties). It is not plain consequence of our action.[caption id="attachment_8979" align="aligncenter" width="321"] Endless Knot of karma[/caption]Now, Question arise what is good karma and what is bad karma? As a man himself sows, so he himself reaps; no man inherits the good or evil act of another man. The fruit is of the same quality as the action.— Mahabharata, xii.291.2This verse of mahabharata explain an outline of Good and bad karma. Human life is mirror of his own action. Definition of Good karma is comes from your own perception about world. If a person want to be wealthy, he must do action which not hurt someone else financially. If a person want to be love by everyone, he must be kind to others. There is no God words and holy direction to achieve good karma. There is only one dharmic rule."Do the same action which you expect from others."So,good and bad karma according to whom? This can be answer with this dharmic rule that "according to you". According to our understanding of good and bad karma.Irrespective of this dharmic rule for karma, Human is social animal. In this world we are so strongly interlinked that sometime it is hard for us to even understand that what went wrong within our society. In that situation, Hindu philosophy introduces the concept of Guru or swami. a person who studied the society and spread word against any action or karma which is not in line with current need of society. They are like ancient social reformer. Because eastern religion, especially Hinduism has decentralised religious structure, so it is very hard to challenge any change proposed by Guru and swami. But the negative side of this decentralise religious structure is that it take long time for social reform. The second question raised by article is that the idea of karma concerns free will. The dividing line between what is free action and what is not free action is unclear. Accusation has that Indian school of thought says there is moral consequence to freely undertaken actions. This idea is really thought provoking that weather karma conflict with free will of human. But the bigger question is that do we have really a free will? Let's understand with an example.I was habitual drinker of Coca cola in my young age. Whenever I got chance to drink a cold drink, I always ordered to shopkeeper for coca cola. That was spontaneous to me because my brain was habitual for that. This thing happens with many people for various habits. Some people prefer orange juice over other fruit juice. Some people always prefer apple over other fruits. So, our action or we can say, our choice is construction and pattern of our habits, our patterns. Our will (which is spontaneous) has been drive through such repeated information in our sub conscious mind. Do we have free will? or it's just mechanical outcome of our sub consciousness[/caption] Sure!! We are conscious human being and when it comes to choose different action from our habits we chose with a will we think are free. But the question is that really an action depends on our free will.I think partially its depend on our free will but mostly it is depend on how we look that action or will. Our conscious brain always calculates the risk and tracks all information about that action before executing. Any bitter experience and memory can put that action on hold. But at final stage, it is required other natural properties like ratio of taking risk, our passion for that action (if it attach to a passion) or our current physical and financial condition. We simply do not wish and start implementing. It is complex.Well, now there is concern that some ideas are result of outside moral force which has power of judgement and of inflicting repercussions. As we understand that free will is almost result of our understanding about world and the natural properties which we inherit. So, any action which we do within social framework has social implication. Every society has primitive understanding of world. This infinite net of primitive understanding of world and our collective experience from past is reflect in our current culture, social norms, social ideologies and rituals. Primitive understanding of natural phenomenon has created social ideas.it has no direct relationship to do with original philosophy. These social ideas are rigid and the power of judgement to any different idea comes from these social rigid ideologies and experience. The moral implication has no direct link with original philosophy but social peer pressure which follows the law of social majoritarianism.Yes, there is moral consequence of free will. But this consequence is not result of conflict with karmic theory but these moral consequences are result of contradiction with social framework which based on rigid idea. This rigid idea is result of collective social experience and understanding. These ideas have been promote and protect by religious institute in western religion while in Hinduism there is no protection for such rigid ideas. But as stated, due to decentralize system of religious knowledge such idea still exist in various shape and form in Indian society. I do not think that there is any contradiction and parallel fight with karma and free will here. I often observed that western scholars approach to Indian philosophy with western social theories and analytical tools. For understanding of Indian core belief and philosophy. They should understand that Indian society, Indian point of view and Indian philosophy cannot be analyse with the social theories which is developed for western societies. There was another concern that whether in Indian philosophy there any clear distinction between free will and what is not free?I have to agree with this question that there is no clear distinction because we have failed to defined free will. Whether or not humans have free will is a question that philosophers have debated for centuries, and they will likely continue to do so. Psychology can provide some insights into how free will—or at least a belief in its existence—might work, but beyond that, we likely cannot verify or invalidate its existence. There is third problem was with theory of karma which said "if you do good karma, the consequence will be good. A bad karma result bad consequence".I think this the toughest question to answer. writer says in that article"It is hard to see how some kind of natural karmic law could understand good and bad which are subjective to moral ideas that depend on the perspective of a personal agent, whether that person be a human being or God."First mistake which I found that this is utterly misunderstood concept that the karmic laws is idea based on a perspective of a person or God. The theory of karma is result of long time observation by many sages and their early understanding about people various condition. Second thing which is being conveyed by Indian philosophy that Nature itself an automatic mechanism, Humans are just part of this large mechanism. Universe is materialistic result of this natural mechanism.[caption id="attachment_media-66" align="alignnone" width="3840"] Dalai Lama on Theory of kamra[/caption]Human lives within universe, so any small human action result effect on nature. The question is that whether law of karma has any empirical evidence or not? I am doubtful that these evidence is like mystical experience. I have few experiencing evidence and many millions people have few but it is not as applicable for all others who haven't experience it. All natural laws like karma (Dharmic action), Dharma (Righteous way of life) , Gyana (self-Enlightenment) & Maya (Materialistic illusion) is very personal in nature. In physical world, a scientist spend his all life and invent something which can be used by every other being which is not involve into the studies of that invention. While In Laws of nature, Only a person can experience the natural power, self-enlightenment , materialistic illusion when he do his part of tapas (natural enlightenment). The question rises how we can achieve that enlightenment. Many suggest Yoga, wondering within nature, social works, spending time with Gurus and Swami. But I find it partial practices. The real enlightenment can be attend by Four methods explain in Bhagwat Gita.Karma yoga (a life with righteous action)Gyan yoga (A life which spend to studies nature and natural activities)Bhakti yoga (a life which involve deep devotion for anyone, your life partner, kids, any kind of God, communities)Raja Yoga (A life which is indulged into your profession which you do)Hinduism makes sure that everyone attends Moksha at last. We can have very different blog about this topic.Well, Karma is myth or not is very different question. I think, I am unable to answer that question in this blog. But I would like to have a short note over this. Writer wrote that"If God decides for that to happen on any particular occasion. There are no absolute laws of cause and effect outside the will of god".I would disagree with this statement for two reasons.First reason is that in all Hinduism scripture it stated that god and avatar (incarnation of god on earth) can have consequence (bad) of their moral actions (which was suitable for that different era). Let's take example from the Indian epics of India "Ramayana" and "Mahabharata"In Ramayana, Ram had friendship with sugreev ( a exiled monkey king). His brother bali (another powerful monkey king) had stolen the kingdom and sugreev wife from him. So he decided to take help of Lord Rama. But Bali had a boon that anyone who comes in front of him loose his half power to him. So Rama decided to kill him by hidden passage of trees. But when Lord ram, reincarnated as lord Krishana than Bali killed Krishana. Bali had taken rebirth as archer on era of Mahabharat. Lord Ram had been to face consequence of his action in another birth.Second reason thatO son of Prtha, there is no Karma prescribed for me within all the three planetary systems. Nor am I in want of anything, nor have I need to obtain anything—and yet I am engaged in karma. Chapter 3, Verse 22 .Here Lord Krishana describes how he is also bounded with laws of karma. These two example clearly describe that even god is bounded to these laws of nature. Natural laws are most powerful and govern universe.#smblogcontest
“Atheist” means rejecting the faith of God creation and its existence. There is thousand logic has been put before theist like “If God exist why we can not see it?”, “If God is exist then why can not we prove his existence by scientific evidence?” “If god exist, why can not god control and help during natural disaster?” “If God exist, why this whole world is suffer from disease, poverty, torture?” Many consider that God is reason for fight and war. Some says, following path of Dharma and God is addiction. Some say be dharmic is primitive act.But what is reality? what is reality about existence of God? what atheist think is right? The Reason for Being AtheistThe concluded point by me that why people chose to be atheist:People ignorance towards the concept of God, Character, Concept of Karma and Natural law.In Name of religion, a narrow mindset which has been developed in last 2000 yrs with superstitious.Being egoistic and ignorant after having 700- 500 years progress of material or objective science. After seeing riots and fights in name of religion.War and Riots due to ReligionIn name of God atrocities, promoting illogical customs, forcing people to miracle, fixing god in places like temple, mosque, church etc., telling people that he lives in seven floors of sky, being Godmen and calling himself manifestation of God, adoption of multi-god, framing god to infinity to finite idols can force a neutral person that whether God really exists or not. or God is just an imagination of human being. for example, in Hindu society, stopping shudras to enter into the temple, if someone enters then punish them and acting to a pure temple. this all dangerous drama in name of God actually comes from human greed to power and position. the real reason behind this human desired to control things in society it has no relation to the existence of God. God itself many places declare that God is justice, charity, and humiliation, he doesn’t discriminate humans in any form. God by nature is omnipresent and without shape then why need to search them in temple, kailash, above seven sky etc. This is evidence that humanity has constructed a frame for God because they were ignorant towards the infinite concept of God. Then some human added to this with prophet, avatar, religious Guru etc. if a human can understand that God is within him as a manifestation of the divine. he does not need to do anything else except having dharma. Is religion increase superstitious? In Name of God, people have spread more and more social evil for being in power, for highlighting themselves. No matter which religion it is, whether it is temple priest who forced to shudra out of temple or religious leader who instigate mugals to do everything inhuman to other faiths in name of religion. or may it's the pope who orders to burn people in name of the church in early centuries. Suppose, if this middleman would vanish all these atrocities wouldn’t happen. But the truth was that this problem of middlemen was not solved by early social reformer but they started to gang up against the religion not priest who dictated these authorities in name of God. These people increase volume against a philosophy not for the people who manipulate this philosophy. a common person who has used this philosophy to distinguish himself from social evil, now this gap between good and bad or right and wrong being narrowed by liberals in name of social reform. This leads to the throwing of moral values and the world almost getting agitated in even good point of theist. The biggest reason also superstition for atheism. The general public is fully blind by superstition in name of religion while atheist blame God for this behavior. Reality is that God gives enlighten of knowledge while superstitious religious customs are originated by Humans. Religious Godmen used this tricks for their living, position, and fame. Many Hindu saints who are not even aware of Sanskrit is now being the controller of dharma. Some give Guru Mantra, some said mugged my name every day, some give tabeez and few said be nonmaterialistic to be enlightened. Some become such blind and inhuman that kill another child for their own child wish. The irony is that intellectuals used this chance to spread atheism while the real reason for human lust and control in name of religion. they give reference to scientific evidence for that but forget that most superstition is men made. hence, can not be proven scientifically.Believing in Miracle is the root cause of superstition. Theist believes in prophet miracles, Jesus miracles of resurrection and water turned into wine. while Hindu Godmen running their shop by showing using miracle describe in Puranas that God can do everything. (Puranas are stories which were used for delivering Veda’s knowledge in form of stories, but with time its become part of truth in Indian consciousness- Ramayana and Mahabharata is the only History mentioned in Hindu scripture).Swami Dayanand has given a great example for this if God can do everything, then can he kill himself or can he create the god like him. The answer is NO. Then its clear God cannot do everything. The answer to this question is that: Some work has been done by God like creation, destruction, human death and life and controlling the wheel of karma. God doesn’t need anyone for these works. Theist should ask atheist whether you believe that universe is regular or irregular? The miracle is disrespect of natural law under regular condition. In real miracle is human imagination which he used in name of god for blackmailing innocent people to stay in power and higher post.Another reason for rising of theism in ego on scientific studies. Propagator of atheism has been egoistic on scientific development and they started to think that they are the highest power in this universe. Example before Newton, there was the Gravitational force, but the human was unaware of that fact. But human developed their capabilities to understand it by developing calculus this process known as discovery. The reality is that al discoveries were there before human origin only human framed it his own measurement for understanding purpose. while knowledge of the universe is infinite and the real known to that knowledge is nature itself. Newton itself written his thought about that.“I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the sea-shore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.”Relationship of Dharma and ScienceThe question is that what is the relation between science and dharma. cause atheist thinks that they are born enemy to each other. This ideology of atheism is transported and grown when European church was forcing humans to believe in biblical believe and anyone who confronts the challenge of biblical belief was killed by the church. Ex. Galileo killed because he challenges the church idea about the center of the universe. church punish him and many scientists. These atrocities turn into resistance and people of early Europe and now whole west considers that church is enemy of scientific knowledge. The crime had been done by officials of the church but blame moved to God and this is going on from last many decades that people who embrace atheism follow the blindly European idea of atheism without understanding that biblical and dharma were fundamentally different in nature. Now the question is remain same what is the difference between Science and dharma.Dharma and Science are not against each other but they are allies to each other.Science answer how this world is formed, dharma say why the world has been made. Science as saying how human born but dharma says why human born.Answering the philosophical question and religious thrust is not possible by science but that can be answered by Dharma. Hence Science and Dharma is the partner which can be described by words of Albert Einstein.“Science without religion is a lame and religion without science is blind.”This also asked by many atheists that if God exists then it should be proven by scientific methods. But the answer is that Mind, Intellect, Happiness, sadness, sorrow, summer, coldness, space all are without the size and can not be traced to human sense. Nationalism, Love, Lust is also similar in categories. But atheist believes in such things but reject God, This really questions their character of being neutral to things they believed. reality is that, cannot prove God is not mistaken of God but the inability of science. while in an ancient age which we called “Rishi” those were the ancient scientist has been discovered the truth of God by mediation and Yoga.Considering Riots and war is an act of god and responsible by God is foolishness. This is already clear that riots or war is the result of Human misunderstanding and race of supremacy within religions. Example, the riots reason between Hindus and Muslims in 1947 was when Muslim objects Hindus that they can not do their festival in front of the mosque. But the question is that if someone really doing worship of God how can a single noise disturbed him. That time Muslims made this is a reason of fight because of tension over Pakistan and Hindustan. All middlemen have given religious air to instigate the fire of riots that time. All the violence in name of religion is not related to God but human understanding of God, their thrust for power, gain , position. All the war is done under a narrow minded ideology while God has nothing to that ideology. For Original Blog Visit Sanatana Dharma: Raise and Reason of Atheism (Series # 04)#smblogcontest

They have to believe in them rather than believing the economic consequences to turntable ahead. What is more to it that they must take virtual personal writing training and learn the skill and art of writing in their early ages? People around the world today starts to write from age of 14 or 16, But even after publishing many books at such age they only become personally perfect at the age of 21-22 thus the Indian youths have to express themselves with global output open to them, but they need to require an understanding of proper balance that can help them generate proper writing calibre rather than search of the money-spinner responses. Today youths are told that what their future goals can be and how to cherish the similar passion all across the world and similar to it happening in India, thus what youths need to learn as rising writers that they not lose their patience and perfect their duration to be a better author. Maps And Mother Goddesses in Modern India”,Imago Mundi, Vol 53 pp. 97-11by Sumathy Ramaswamy; “Death of a Kotwal”, The Caste Question pp.241-264 by Anupama RaoThe scales of shapes and skills remain balanced so long there is a constant urge to take action through acts and thoughts. Borrowing evidences from the texts from The Death of A Kotwal and Maps and Mother Goddesses of India, this paper argues how bodies produce knowledge. It lurks around the former where an innocent Kotwal is bludgeoned to death and the latter provides for a bodyscape which helped unite India. This paper reflects how irrespective of the existence of materials, constant interactions in the society can lead to formation of perceptions and abstractions. NON LIVING PARTICIPATION IN ACTIONBodies are known to be the hub for interactions and debates. Apart from their physical realities, in a rut to fight and provide evidence, humans intensify the meaning of the non-existential bodies to make them exist. Rao, in her paper explains the helplessness of the family and the Dalit community after Sawane’s virtual corpse is put under the eyes of the law. The case expedites when it is scrutinized deeply and Rao mentions, “The addition of the PCR Act’s Section 3(x)was mandatory and signaled that the case merited extra care as an atrocity”(243). The idea of the investigation of a dead body by another body in power(legislation) sensationalized the tiff in hand. This case was chalked out as an exception from all of the Anti-Dalit discriminations, because of its gruesome severity. Ramaswamy supporting this argument in her essasy argues reflects how soma (body) of a woman can be utilized for representing a map, to awaken the depressed patriots of India. She says, “These gendered bodyscapes also enable the viewing of the nation’s territory possessively, even pleasurably”(109). Considering maps of margins and boundaries incapable of provocation of any belongingness, she intensifies the need and power of embodiment. Such bodyscapes hence acted like moderators between different ideologies to brew a collective revolution.Man’s constant attempt to question and frame an individual to gain attention has made his instinct for differing between the real and unreal blind. The once real, body of the Kotwal and the virtual Mother India, both created by man are not hotplate for discussion and representations.STRUCTURES TO ABSTRACTIONSBodies are meant to provide a structure and materialize the abstractions. However their state of living existence may be, bodies never cease to engender knowledge and awareness. When put under a magnifying glass of human perceptions, one views different from the other. Rao expresses how the location of the village was harmless yet a catastrophe occurred. As the case progressed it was found out that apart from being Dalit and follower of Ambedkar, he was also the gate keeper for his area. Rao writes, “Living outside the village boundaries, the mahar veskar is the outsider figure who protects the integrity of the village social unit” (258). Sawane wasn’t only a material body, but upon his death,a lot of humanity and responsibilities failed which remained unnoticed.Sumathy Ramaswamy too expresses how blank cartographical representations of their progressing nation once looked at differently, livened up. The body of the mother goddess as a map now, calls for national urge to freedom. She writes “They invite the citizen subject who gazes upon them to relate the nation not as some abstract, dead geographical space but as a near and dear person, his personal goddess, his vulnerable mother, even a beloved lover “(110). One couldn’t have imagined the power of abstract images with bodies to shake the restlessness in the nation and make them aware about their surroundings. These perceptions help build studies of knowledge and emotion amongst people who are witnessing the action. Hence to attain the key of all the knowledge of interest from a body, one must seep through all the roots of the body and decipher all its actions and emotions it represent for others before making quick judgments. It is only then when our deductions will surpass the normal overview of bodies, that we will take a leap into the world of actual reality.KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGES ON THE BASIS OF PERCEPTIONSCo-existing with other humans in the universe leads to various perceptions and ideas to be built around the body. The way he moves, his actions, his speech, all comes into consideration when there is an observer or listener who symbolizes his being with respect to own life. On one hand, Rao reflects the importance of politics in the society, on the other,Ramaswamy talks about the status of the female community through her work. The latter writes on behalf of many and says “feminist geographers have suggested that the conception of the nation as cartographically female enables a ‘masculinist’ relationship to the place”(109).In their purview, such kind of bodyscaping was centralized so men could join arms and perform righteous duties towards the vulnerable mother nation. On a similar note, Rao reflects how ideas taken from the perception of Dalit communities and Ambedkar’s role as a political leader helped shape the judgment. She resounds the case progressions and says, “Kharkov distinguished two forms of phenomenal violence: new violent caste social displayed in conflict around Ambedkar statue and retaliatory counter violence that reinstated Dalits’ stigmatized status” (255). This knowledge became crucial in understanding and refining the position of the Dalit kotwal and his ambition of constructing a statue of Ambedkar. The distress of the Dalit community and their political representative from the past, would not have come under notice if there was no action amidst communities. The analysis that came in effect after continuous actions and perceptions made in societies would not have been produced without the continuous expulsion of knowledge from the bodies. It is due to such their status in the society and such symbolic representations, that we can extrapolate their relationships and achievements in the past.Humans, often involuntarily make decisions keeping in mind other people’s existence in their life and their effects. As goes their anatomy, knowledge can never be separated alone from the way they occupy space. This space however need not be tangible or visible, for what matters more is the influence created by it. By their own will, the bodies spout a river of emotions and actions in due course of their life. As they interact, the by products become adaptable and appreciable by the people over who he has the influence. Now this influence can be used to target a set of people or a notion, it can be used as a boon or a bay, or a tool or weapon. These assumptions about perceptions, extraction of reality from abstractions too are caused by an exchange in ideas and thoughts over time in space. Hence so I believe that bodies are more than occupants of the earth, they exceed their limits and become unique walls of creative knowledge.
To help further understand, analyse these.Charles Siebert, “An Elephant Crackup”. The New York Times Magazine. 8th October 2006, 1-19Anupama Rao, “Death of a Kotwal: The Violence of Recognition.” In The Caste Question: Dalits and the Politics of Modern India, Anupama Rao, University of California Press,241-264. Man is in the forever need to make himself advanced and supreme. In a rut to reach the top of his own and exceed others’ capacity, varied levels of living are created. The greedy supreme Man reaches the Elite level, while the other exceptional humans and non-humans fall at the subaltern specie level. This paper argues how when these Elite humans, subject to disruption over the subordinate, find humanity those groups to justify their heinous acts. By attributing and hence destroying affection, empathy, courage and other similar key features to the subalterns, humans try to shift the blame of being the cruel and corrupt over to them. Coexistence of individuals in any group of the living leads to a natural bond of affection and connectivity. Owing to the constant greed of Man to advance, He takes it upon himself, to intervene in the subaltern lifestyle and produce disharmony to reach the top. Siebert in his essay confirms how animals are most comfortable in their natural habitat and admonish any kind of trespassing. He claims that, “Elephants, when left to their own devices, are profoundly social creatures”(5). Their intricately organized community is a symbol of compassion; a common characteristic of the humane. After considering this, the Man gets an instinct to steal such a trait common to him from any specie which is unknown. Upon action, he goes as far as redeveloping their habitats and lifestyle. And hence a sudden challenge of disbalance is created. He indulges in a series of gruesome acts such as hunting, poaching and culling to extract resources off of the non Human, and thereby extracting the humanity off of them. Upon disruption, elephants too rumble in protest. In a maze on who should reach the top, be free and unique, the companionship is lost. Rao expels similar ideas and expresses how exertion of power by the the ones in authority and rule over a minority group renders discontent and division in a unified community. She reflects the incident and writes, “In fact they were dependent on Ambadas. With the entry of the Shiv Sena two years ago , the first seeds of discord were sown.” (252). The community which had recognized representatives and leaders collectively, was now to be in a state of separated opinions because Man in power imposed himself to disturb a tranquil habitat. The police and press, even after submission of members of the Elite party who were thought to be the convicts of Sawane’s murder, the meek humans didn’t settle for the punishment but encouraged further investigation. This act of refusal to admit defeat and crime committed plants seeds in the hearts of the natives from the subaltern to quit their humanity and battle the Human-Monster. Where in both the cases, the Elite Human intervention was out of greed and power, the distortion created rendered the Dalit’s powerless and elephants in pain. In an attempt to make the world rosy for existence where Man leads, he paints the universe with colours of dissatisfaction and disbelief. In the world where survival of the fittest runs parallely across species, when Man subjugates, he also invokes the emotion of liberation. Humans, owing to their intelligence and constant greed for power and knowledge have called up for a battle from many species unlike his. In Siebert’s essay one can witness a history of disturbance caused by man in the world of elephants. He writes, “It is not leaving without making some kind of statement, one to which scientists from a variety of disciplines, including human psychology, are now beginning to pay close attention”(3). In the need to justify his acts of cruelty and show domination, He attributes a sense of bravery and courage to the rogue species but diminishes their struggle infront of himself. While practicing another selfish act, of creating priviledges for self and obscuring others, the human race dissects on the basis of caste. By introducing differentiated humans, Dalits, form the subaltern group which revolts against the Upper castes, the superiors further impose authority over them. Rao realizes this difference and remarks, “However the resilience of everyday practices of stigmatization also conditions Dalits’ continued quest for social justice and dignity”(263). On one hand where social stigmas are created within this segregated society, there is still an ongoing revolt to attain equity with the Upper Caste Humans. When the media, the legislation, the judiciary see the uneasiness of living caused to Dalits and asserts politics into it, the Hindus reward it by calling it a courageous monotonous deed and a part of their lifestyle. Thereby signifying that the atrocities are nothing but a similar humane act which they are bound to deal with. After interfering with these subaltern groups and categorizing their actions as a testimony of the struggle to regain their individuality, the Man belittles their movements and produces the need to explore these species through his eyes of humanity. In order to upgrade their behaviors and functions, the Humans wish to understand other species and create an environment of empathy to gain their trust. This need to gain belief stems from spheres of the subordinate groups when they are disrupted by the Human intervention. Anupama Rao expounds on the Kotwal murder case by sharing the impact created by various findings gathered and reported by institutions. In reality, where the elites formed the face of the state and recognized it as ‘progressive’, they themselves gave birth to caste and encouraged discrimination. Rao expresses the urgent upheaval caused and says, “On September 6, the DIGP and the PCR Cell in Bombay demanded that special police officers be sent to investigate untouchability in the villages mentioned in the Maharashtra Times and Times of India articles” (251). Close investigations were then to be charged as a classic way of repenting the wrong done by the authoritarian humans to create a sense of understanding in the minds of the aggrieved specie. At times in order to make themselves more involved with other species, humans prove themselves to be in the same shoes as others. Siebert after having conversed with Abe reaffirms, ““Elephants are suffering and behaving in the same ways that we recognize in ourselves as a result of violence,”she told me”(8). By recognizing an emotion as strong as violence and equating this feeling in their lifestyle, Humans empathize with the elephants to realize their(elephant’s) individuality in relation to themselves. However the cause and effect of disruption maybe, Man declares self to have dealt with same. After perturbing the non animal’s to the animal’s peaceful lifestyle, empathy shown in relation to their own makes up a successful defensive measure against the barbarism caused. In this ever evolving cosmos, peaceful survival of different species of living beings has taken a backseat. Where species apart from the Elite race unknowingly reflect traits of humanity, Man has learned to extract these subalterns away from traits personal to his. To achieve this, he adopts a series of tasks of ignorance, intervention, destruction and further violence which make the subaltern species ultimately either give in to acceptance or lose their space of existence on this planet. At the summit of this volcano still, Man stands waving his flag of repentance and justification. He started the war and never lets anyone contest or win. With others’ hands tied and his limbs free, the monstrous volcano of humanity erupts. Now he waves the flag for peace.
Followed by the founding of the People’s Republic of China, USA and China have a long period of estrangement. The relation between US and China is very strong yet complex. The relations here refer to the international relations between both the countries. There are a huge amount of trade between both the countries make it somewhat political positive relations, yet some significant issues exist. The relation between the two has been described as the world’s most important bilateral relationship of the century by the world leaders. The countries are neither friends nor foes. The United States and China are clearly not allies. The United States has sought to build positive, comprehensive and cooperative relations with China by expanding their areas of cooperation and also mutually agreeing to the areas of disagreement. There are four annual dialogues held between the United States and China; the Diplomatic and Security Dialogue, the Comprehensive Economic Dialogue, the Law Enforcement and cybersecurity Dialogue, and the Social and Cultural Issues Dialogue which serves as a unique platform to promote bilateral understanding, discuss differences, expand consensus, increase cooperation, and build mutual trust between the two. The United States has put great emphasis on the need for both countries to enhance bilateral trust through formal dialogues, high-level exchanges, and expansion of people ties to ties. The United States approach to its economic relations with China has two major elements which are integrating China into the global, rules-based trading and economic system and also expanding United States exporters' and investors' access to the Chinese market.Recently Trump has directed the US trade representative to level tariffs about $50 billion worth Chinese imports. The mainstream media has been full of these scenarios past few weeks concerning about the potential for a China-US trade war, given that the tariff impositions by United States President Donald Trump imposed upon China in order to stop steel dumping and to protect the American jobs. Trump has increased the tariffs on Chinese imports in order to pressurize China to reduce its tariff rates, regardless of the number of products provided by China to the United States of America where the profit margin is set by United States of America itself. In addition, Trump has also planned to impose new investment restrictions to take strict actions against China at the World Trade Organisation. The move, on the steel and aluminum tariffs also took aim at China, which is heightening concerns of a global trade war that could destabilize the global economy. The US is planning to continue to engage diplomatically with China to reduce the trade imbalance between both countries. It is said that the tariffs would focus on the theft of US technologies. The investigation concluded that China has stolen United States companies into turning over their intellectual property through a series of state-run structural maneuvers, which includes its requirement for foreign companies partners with Chinese companies to access the Chinese market. The investigation has claimed that China has stolen US intellectual property by hacking US computer networks. According to the United States of America’s International Trade Commission, the current average tariff on imports from China is about 3 percent. Low production costs in Latin America and Asia bring cheap goods in the United States of America, but tariffs would increase the cost of selling Chinese-made goods into the U.S. — which in fact appears to be Trump's goal. Administration officials have expressed concerns about China’s growing ambitions in industries like semiconductors, telecommunications equipment, and other high-tech exports. The tariff rates imposed by China has been measured and it was found out that it has been hit back at exactly the same voters that Trump is eagerly protesting. China has in fact taken a measured response to hurt Trump’s political base rather than swinging an ax over 1300 different products. China's Commerce Ministry on Friday urged the US to avoid placing bilateral trade ties in danger and also said they were not afraid of a trade war. Beijing's measures suspending tariff concessions will target 128 US products including pork, wines and seamless steel tubes and a 25-percent tariff on pork and recycled aluminum products. The Trump administration’s tax proposal, which is said to include cutting the corporate tax rate to 15 percent and also providing a one-time repatriation tax rate for trillions of dollars in the international earnings stashed overseas, is aiming at luring USA’s firms to remit overseas profits home and also to bring such operations back to the United States itself. The tax changes by the United States including the tariffs imposed on imports would tempt the Chinese manufacturers to now invest mostly in the United States of America and to sabotage the competitiveness of Chinese exports. The moto is for China to give up on an old growth model of its relying on exports and to increase its economic transformation. If the initiative of Trump’s maximum 15 percent corporate tax rate is approved by the US Congress, it could flash increased foreign investments into the United States of America. Also, re-shoring of USA’s businesses would be happening to create a shock to the global and Chinese economy as a whole. China might have to cut its own domestic corporate tax in this possible case. The tariffs imposed by the United States on China will not only affect China but it might hurt other countries too as it is true that China exports a lot of steel to the United States but more than that Brazil, Canada, Mexico and other countries do. The metals are used in a huge range of industrial applications that include cars and infrastructures. It is questionable that the imports might pose a threat to the natural security of the country. The United States is the world biggest steel importing country in the world. The top shipment of steel is done by Canada. But the ones affected by this also includes Japan and South Korea. China is not one of the Top 10 countries from which the United States imports steel. In fact, it is not even included in the Top 10 list of steel importers. It is said by trade experts that if Trump goes that route, even U.S. allies like Canada, South Korea, Mexico could be willing to stick tariffs of their own on U.S. exports like agricultural products, or picking non-U.S. goods — like Airbus planes over Boeing models. Beijing is said to take necessary measures to protect its interests if the final decision of the United States affects the country. The unfinished products made from steel are sent to South Korea and Vietnam where the workers put the final touch on the products and ships the finished products to the United States. After that, it is marked as a Vietnamese or Korean import. If that path is closed it indirectly affects China. If Trump invokes Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act, as is recommended, then it is said that he tends to believe that it is hurting the natural security. Trump must respond to the reports by April 11 and 19 for steel and aluminum, respectively to avoid the risk of trade wars and the threat of natural security being imposed on the country.
World health dayThe World Health Day is celebrated on 7th of April every year. This day is celebrated for awareness of the global health. The World Health Day is been the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as other related organizations. The World Health Organization (WHO) has there theme, slogan and hashtag for their organization are:Theme for World Health Day is: Universal health coverage: everyone, everywhere The slogan is: “Health for All”. The primary hashtag that we are using is : #HealthForAll but look out for posts using #WorldHealthDay as well. The World Health Organization held the First World Health Assembly in the year 1948. The Assembly decided to celebrate 7 April of each year, with effect from 1950 after 2 years, as the World Health Day. World Health Day is acknowledged by various governments and non-governmental organizations with interests in public health issues, who also organize activities and highlight their support in media reports, such as the Global Health Council. The World Health organizes decided a particular theme for the international, regional and local events on this Day. They have the different theme every year related to their aspect. If we talk about the theme of the World Health Day then we have numbers of year passed with the different theme for the world. Every theme is related to securing your health with different problems. We are celebrating World Health Organization since 1948 till now, long 70 years. Recent themes that are been taken for this day they are; in the year 2014 the theme was taken on the disease Vector-borne meaning of this was a small bite, big threat. In the year 2015, the theme was taken Food safety so that people could eat healthy food. In the year 2016, the theme was taken Halt the rise, this was related to beat diabetes. a largely preventable and treatable non-communicable disease that is rapidly increasing in numbers in many countries, most dramatically in low- and middle-income countries. Simple lifestyle measures have been shown to be effective in preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes, including maintaining normal body weight, engaging in the regular physical activity, and eating a healthy diet. Diabetes can be controlled and managed to prevent complications through diagnosis, self-management education, and affordable treatment. The WHO estimates about 422 million people in the world have diabetes, with the disease the direct cause of some 1.5 million deaths. The goals of WHD 2016 are scaled up prevention, strengthen care, and enhance surveillance. In the year 2017 the theme was taken Depression: Let's talk because the condition affects people of all ages, from all walks of life, in all countries. It impacts on people’s ability to carry out everyday tasks, with consequences for families, friends, and even communities, workplaces, and health care systems. At worst, depression can lead to self-inflicted injury and suicide. A better understanding of depression – which can be prevented and treated – will help reduce the stigma associated with the illness, and lead to more people seeking help. Talking about the upcoming World Heath Day the theme has been decided is Universal Health Coverage. This topic has been taken so that they could cover all different type of problem of the people. The World Health Organization was founded on the principle that all people should be able to realize their rights to the highest possible level of health.“Health for all” has therefore been our guiding from 70 years. It’s also the impetus behind the current organization wide drive to support countries in moving towards the Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The organization will maintain a high profile focus on (UHC) events through 2018, starting on the World Health Day on 7th of April with global and local conversations about ways to archive health for all.So it has been decided that in this 70th anniversary year, World Health Organization is calling on the world leaders to live up to the pledges they made when they agreed on the Sustainable Development Goals in the year 2015, and commit to concrete steps to advance the health of all people. This means ensuring that everyone, everywhere can access essential quality health services without facing financial hardship. Experience has illustrated, time and again, that Universal Health Coverage is achieved when political will is strong. Throughout 2018, we aim to inspire UHC stakeholders to make commitments towards UHC by highlighting policymakers’ power to transform the health of their nation, framing the challenges as exciting and ambitious, and inviting them to be part of the change.Throughout 2018, we aim to Motivate UHC stakeholders to make commitments towards UHC by sharing examples of how countries are already progressing towards UHC and encourage others to find their own path.Throughout 2018, we aim to Guide UHC stakeholders to make commitments towards UHC by providing tools for structured policy dialogue on how to advance UHC domestically or supporting such efforts in other countries. The yesterday's "She" and today's "She" have not been changed just in time, but this change is consistent and comprehensive compared to yesterday. Today's woman breaks the old bondageand challenge her for the new bondage, and she was already in the sky, but she now had a new model and new opportunities for herself. Today, "she" is a woman in her family and there are many steps ahead of her husband, and yet her ambition is not to shed the seeds of "female-oriented culture" or to not "attack male-dominant culture", " "It is to cultivate, expand, and bring such equality in thought and action.Women have always been presumed because of male-dominated culture, but today, she has herself rid herself of this culture and ideas and is inspired by the ideas of equality, universal brotherhood. Today she herself is an inspiration. She has been patiently accepted yesterday and today. She is responsible for the creation of "Good tomorrow" along with other women and men. Today she has a strong positive energy source and confidence. Today, in her thoughts, openness is unqualified. An extraordinary difference is created in her ability to think. Due to these things, "she" today is composed of a separate idea. Her own identity and image have been created today. "She" is the leader in many areas today. Her life is not limited to just her 'housewife', but she is today a "very rich and professional housewife". Today, women are making their own lives and others along with them. A woman never thinks of herself because she is not primarily her own, but today the woman is thinking of herself, trying to do something new in life, and feel free to welcome this thought. She has made many changes in her own positive changes, her lifestyle is changing, and as a man, you have to respect all those things.Today, the work of the women and the labor of women in the country where there is a diverse culture-like culture and variety of variety has always been given secondary importance. Today's women want to change this thing permanently and should take care of their work as a person and expect them to be respected in the society. In addition, her dream is to be recognized by the "Indian woman" tomorrow all over the world. All these things should be started by every Indian citizen from his own house. Till date, men's society has taken women and given secondary position. Today every person in the family has supported the "woman" of his family, understanding the restrictions on her, the extra responsibilities of her, and liberated her from her and encouraged her to live her way, whereas India has been named as the country of "Male and Female Culture" in just a few years. And in this case both men and women will be equally involved in this.

To embark on this journey with the author, the readers need to believe, have faith in spiritualism. The author has flawlessly narrated the events, fascinating and thrilling the readers immensely. At times, certain parts got dragged a bit too much, but the overall suspense helped it get overshadowed. The book deals with powerful themes like a student-teacher relationship, it’s boundaries, the occult world of supernatural and dark arts, practiced by yogis and aghoris. The author talks about how the events pulled him into a world of drama, suspense, greed, betrayal, struggle, strength and HOPE. And most importantly, the strength and inspiration to get out of the dark world towards the light. The glossary provided at the end proved really helpful in understanding the book. Language is inspiring and lucid. Characterization is done well and is a true account, characters seemed to come to life. The title hints towards the mystical and spiritual account contained in the book, the cover is simple yet powerful and attractive. It connects with author’s journey from the dark world to the illuminated white world. Blurb is well written and concise.I would like to rate it as 4.0 out of 5.0.Overall, a gripping, real story of author’s pursuit of ultimate divine!
The storyline was great, revolving around Kalki Hari, a resident of a little village on the outskirts of Keekatpur. Kalki is born the superhero, however he is ignorant of his strengths and heritage, his purpose of life!
No one can deny that a woman has to live with the same senseof freedom and happiness as we do, because social harmony and peace isinterrelated with each and every one’s happiness in life. I know that most ofyou have respect for woman, but the present situation in India demands moreopen discussions and a little more energy from your side. There are manycomplexities that we need to resolve, behind this cruel action called “RAPE”.Without resolving them, if we make stringent laws, we are acting only on theperipheral of the issue. However, the centre from which this action springs upstill remains the same. Laws are necessary, but they are not enough. In aphysical relationship, the man and woman both should have a mutual agreement.Any action without that agreement proves that one is no more a MAN. We need toinclude this small fact in our education system.A physical relationship is a sacred thingthrough which creation happens, looking at it in a vulgar sense is a sin.Having an affair seems to be a heroic action, but sex is just a part of life, not all of it. We must learn how to get energy out of it, and soon die to thatpleasure, instead of feeding it to our memory. If we don’t die to that memory,it is used by thought and turns your life into a mess. Few of the issues behindthis cruelty seem to be1) Female foeticide – Because of this, theratio of the girlsto boys is reducing, and more men are left with wild unfulfilled desires, turning them into wild animals.2) No sex education –When we don’t teach a child about sex as apart of nature and how to involve in it in a dignified manner, vulgaritycreeps intothe mind. Forget about the child, can you and I talk about sex in a dignifiedmanner, without anyvulgar thoughts or jokescreeping into our conversation?3) Entertainment – Inthe entertainment industry, women are mostly objectified. Within the industrywomen may get paid more and mayget good respect. But because of the way they portray women inpublic, thecommon man is looking at women as sex objects or glamour dolls. Indecent jokes about sexual organs have become a trend becauseof our movies today. 4) Not understanding thefact that thereis no problem with desire, but the problem is with either suppression or the craving for it.“I call himempty who has no love, and forhim sex becomes a problem, anissue, a thing to be avoided or to be indulged.”- Jiddu Krishnamurti
StoryMirror interviewed Bringle Academy that are striking to bring a learning revolution. Here is what they have to say.Tell us about your journey and why BRINGLE started?India is relatively young as a nation with around 28 million youth population being added every year. There is a surge in the implementation of educational technologies for improving student learning. Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one's rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Doubtless, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. But child education cannot be done in isolation. Thus began the idea of bridging the gap between education and skills development in 2016. We strive to transform lessons into engaging student-centered, active learning experiences. We began our journey of combining technology with education at Thane, Maharashtra with one center. Our main focus was quaint computer courses and six sigma green and black belt courses. We found our purpose when a young adult with cerebral palsy joined us to learn computers. It was a challenging situation for us to alter our pedagogy and create a learning environment for him. Perhaps most importantly, educators should demonstrate a great deal of emotional support and patience and utilize effective teaching strategies for students with cerebral palsy. Providing positive academic feedback, assisting students in developing friendships with general education peers, and communicating frequently with parents and therapists are all ways that teachers can inspire confidence and success in students with cerebral palsy. Being a catalyst for a Cerebal Palsy dreamer to fulfill his dreams has been our biggest reward so far.Bringle Academy strives to bring a learning revolution, with our core philosophy of ‘Growing with Grace’, which can be achieved through self-improvement and skill enhancement. We constantly thrive on nature’s principal, that ‘learning never stops’, therefore our programs are designed for all age groups and professions. We have even extended our reach to housewives and senior citizens as well. We seek out the best thinkers in an area, and form collaborative networks to work together and bring about transformation. Finally, we share our work with others so it will have the greatest possible impact.Explain us your model and its features. We researched 300+ EdTech platforms & institutes to identify the loop holes and scope of improvement in current education system. People will always give u hard time instead of cantankerous u have to make urself a dignified person.some people behave as an ingenious but on the backend side, they have stealthy like asurgical strike. In this whole world, there is a lot of meretricious people so u have to behave like a tame.If you are a diligent person then u will suffer most of the time, because sometimes there is no place for only hard work u have to do both smart works along with hard work.It is ironic and somehow tragic that good people are often dull, while evil people can be endlessly fascinating.your elders are always there to guide u but u should only accept their suggestions and do as per your understanding.Don't bother too much in anyone's life, leave them alone then only they can understand.u may have lots of divergence in your life but u have to stay durable and go for your duties.Always accept troubles, by solving them u will get more knowledge.Don't be a turbulent and treacherous person, because life is too short u have to live it like full of mania.
This blog talks about the religions that exist in our world.
Today, India is one of the most populous countries in the world, out of which most of the population is youth. Youth percentage in India is more than 50%, young people are full of abundant energy, courage, a spirit of adventure, imagination, hope, and ambition. The young men and women of India should be fully involved and creative work of nation-building and reconstruction. The younger generation, which is more generous, flexible, sensitive and dynamic, can do wonders if properly guided and motivated. In fact, the Youth is the future of India. In our country, children always taught by their parents and elders from their childhood to score good marks and be competitive and practical in life, despite of teaching them life lessons about kindness, loyalty, humbleness, helping others, etc instead of that they were taught to be mean, self centered, money-minded etc. In schools, they just got bounded and trapped between walls that just teach them to study as it is whatever it is written in the book, they don't have any practical knowledge about how the world works, how to behave, how to react in difficult situations of life, how to get rid from the unwanted problems. They don't have direction in life, they are just blindly following each other like a flock of sheep. Most of the youth are not aware of what is right and what's wrong, they are in the age where their extreme emotions can turn them into completely different individuals. They start drugs in very young age because of peer pressure and then became an addict with the passage of time. Their Brain stops working after reaching at one point when they completely dissolve themselves in the addiction. We can take the example of Punjab, where 90% of its total youth population was drug addict once, they even don't get bothered by their families, relatives etc. But all these reflect one-sidedness and lack of proper understanding on the part of the elders and grown-ups. The lifestyles youngsters adopt today are chosen either out of curiosity , peer pressure or fashion, alternatively stress, anxiety, and frustration drive them onto these paths. What is even more alarming is that the attraction of today's youth is no longer for ciggerate, tobacco, alcohol. These are now termed as soft items. The "in" things are cocaine, heroin, brown sugar which are so called as stress buster. Besides it, most of the young generation are living meaningless lives, they don't have any ambition or motives in their lives, they don't have dreams. They don't want chase success they are just living in a parallel universe where they just wanted that everything should work according to them. The time is declining very rapidly and now it's the time that they must realise that life won't work like this, they have to came out from the black hole that is attracting them everyday as soon as possible. They have to realise the meaning and importance of their life. They have to direction their lives in a particular way. The future of our country totally relies on the youth, they have to stop wasting their precious time and lives in drugs.

And of course, this love-triangle drives a wedge between them. The story revolves around their struggles and the way they cope up with grief and situations. The story makes you smile in the first half and leaves you sobbing in the second half, the story is narrated in such a manner that everything you read can be visualized.Life sometimes throws you encounters only to leave you indelible memoriesLanguage is simple and lucid to read and connect with the story and being engaged throughout the story. Characters are also clearly justified to their respective roles and all of the characters mentioned in the book have been portrayed in such a way, that any reader will be able to connect with the characters effortlessly and live the journey with them. It’s a combination of emotions, revenge, friendship, realization, redemption, love, true love, pain, joy, happiness, laughter, family, fate & many other elements infused together. Sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. Sometimes we feel disaster with challenges and difficulties of life. In reality, all of our problems arise from our own mind & from our own work. At that time we did not get the actual reason, but if we take the time to investigate deeply we will discover this truth for ourselves. We are responsible for what happens with us. So learn to forgive & forget. Don't think about yourself only, at the time you started thinking about yourself, then keep in your mind that you are entering into the depression. To irradiate those things -just do your job properly and don't lose in your worries. Take a look at your surrounding then you can understand your problems are nothing. There are lots of people who have more problems than you. Don't think all problem solution is money only. Sometimes your encouraging words and caring nature can be helpful more than money.Everything of Fairyland is lovely because it's according to our imagination but the real fact is it's only like a dream. The real world is different so believe in reality, not in fairyland. Walking on the road alone you can see the life of people. A question coming in my mind, why people have a different kind of lifestyles, why don't they have the same lifestyle? Someone going in shopping and spending as much as he/she can still he/she wants more but there is another one begging on the road for collecting single coins. Someone having a proper house but he wants more house for increasing his property but there is another one who doesn't have anything to save his head. Someone having lots of time to waste but there is another one who doesn't have time to do kinds of stuff, etc. If I go for writing those differences then it will not end.Satisfaction is necessary which comes through our work only. Dissatisfactory work always forces you to think.Remember those old days, when we all are in a childhood stage, how you make yourself satisfy in little things. How you jump in puddles and make yourself happy. How we use a single rupee coin for buying chocolate and when we started eating that we lost in melting that in our mouth and simultaneously we tried to feel the flavor of that chocolate. At that time we make ourselves satisfied so why not now! This is also same life with different taste, it depends upon us to taste in which way we want them to taste. It's the human tendency, we have enough kinds of stuff but our expectation is the main cause of our sadness. It depends upon us how to respond to our life in difficulties. When we can respond to life's difficulties with a positive and peaceful mind, they suddenly seem to melt away into nothing right before our eyes. If we think what is happening, this is only right then we don't see any difficulties, all problem will be like a happiness. Don't forget we can learn from the experiences so allow all problems in a positive manner.Try to do things or give your hands, only to needy people, because this world is full of fake people. Don't hate them because it's not their fault it's only their blindness and environment effect. If possible then handle them & try to be a brightness in their life and show the proper path otherwise leave them as they are. They will understand from their experience.I am always thinking why it is so hard to maintain a continuous happy and peaceful mind if we have all potential for peace and happiness within us? Now I get the answer that is because we habitually surrender to negative thoughts that consume our mind and destroy our inner peace. We only have the capacity to change it, if we adopt a negative state of mind in a positive way then we find the solution easily. At the last but not the least "happiness and Sadness only exist within the mind, so their origins cannot be found outside the mind. In order to really achieve permanent happiness and freedom from all suffering, we must first achieve a thorough understanding of the mind".

What is Aggressiveness?Anger is one of the primal emotions of human being, Even it is very Mature And Natural emotion for a Human to have. But there is a slight difference between being angry and Aggressive. Angry is a condition you may not express your anger but you can be angry but aggressive means to show your anger physically frequently most of without any logic.Reason – in our daily Life many things happen where we should be angry and should show anger but in most cases, for social image or thinking about people’s view, we suppress it and try to find other passive way to express, sometime in form of revenge but without understanding more harmful effect what we are doing in society.Sometime we believe that giving aggressive response is the only way to resolve interpersonal problems avoiding a brief Communication and discussing matter through constructive behavior. We mostly do it when we are not confident and confused in any way.Aggressiveness is another way to let our mind free and powerful. As humankind is not allowed to Clean our urges from inside because we are so called civilized. So this becomes a way to feel Pleasure, yelling on others. It feels like giving priority to himself or herself, to be more Alive and Superior Being. In most of time anger impairs ours ability to control over cognitive behavior and then we fail to find any right outcome to express. Gradually it forms a destructive aggressive way to express the condition.Effects – Frequent use of Aggressiveness can cause addiction of being Angry. Like all other emotions if we are always in a way to be angry it consumes us like addiction. In society we misinterpreted such kinds of people. They are very mistaken for their appearance as they lose their self monitoring ability.Cure – When we become aware of this we try to train our brain to control aggression by avoiding physical contact, to rationalize our activities, but the process sometime works as temporary Cure not permanent. In those cases we must take the way of reconciliation. If we blindly keep our self calm, taking responsibility for everything, that will trigger guiltness and that doesn’t kill the reason. So day by day this partial improper training can cause opposite effect as well. We must uproot the origin of Aggression .but its Easy to act like a child rather being a matured one. That's what we follow. We must convert our Anger to Constructive behavior without making dramatic situation.
The new year is all around and everyone is busy filling his or her journals and brainstorming with his or her goals and resolutions. There are infinite dimensions in which you can think about life and there are myriads of aspects in which you can define your goals and achievements. This 2019, I want to share a story that my grandmother has once read to me (a bit inclined to self-care goal). The story begins ...Once upon a time, there used to exist a village where people were not having access to the mirror. So, everyone can see other person but they don't exactly know how they themselves look?. Besides this, they were so much happy with their life that they never inquired about their appearance. There was a common assumption that we all are from the same species so we all are some versions of each other. There was a mutual understanding between self-ego and social ego.One dark night, a monk was crossing the village. Because of pitch dark night, he was not able to identify the hurdles in his path and after walking a while he felt some pricking pain in his foot. He understood that it might be some thorns, but to his bad omen, his foot started bleeding badly. Holding his foot with hands, he sat down under a tree as the pain was unbearable. After a while, he saw someone approaching him but as per the silhouette, it was a woman wearing all black robe from top to bottom. She had a first aid box in her hands. She sat down beside him and started dressing his wounds. The monk started observing her as if he wanted to know who is she? She had covered her whole body and face with black cloth except her eyes. He saw her eyes, it was magical full of positive energy and good vibes. But, the monk could see some scars in her eyes, some hidden scars. She did the dressing with full dedication and devotion, her work was full of compassion. The monk paid his gratitude for the service and blessed her with prosperity and happiness. Just out of curiosity he asked her-"Why have your covered yourself in a black robe from top to bottom?"She said - "Because I am ugly?"Monk - "How do you know? Who told you?"She - "Because I saw myself in the mirror."Monk - "But I have heard that people of this village don't have access to the mirror and that's the mystery which bridges their self-ego to the social ego. In fact, I have heard that the shadow of inferiority complex has not curbed anyone in this village."She - "Yes! that is true. We respect each other and we believe that all of us are equally beautiful. But one day when I went to another village, I couldn't resist myself from looking in the mirror. And then I discovered how ugly am I."After hearing this, the monk smiled and told her - " Please meet me tomorrow at the nearby sea bank. I have to give you some rewards for your help."The next day, she went to the sea bank, again in the same black robe. She could easily identify the monk sitting at the bank, facing towards the sea. As she walked near, the monk asked her to sit down beside him. Both of them sat for a moment in silence, just facing towards the sea and watching waves. When she couldn't suppress her inquisitiveness more, she asked him -"Why did you call me here?"Without answering her question, he asked her - "How do you define beauty?"She answered - "Something that soothes our eyes. Something that looks attractive and can grab our attention.""Okay! Could you see the waves in the sea?"She thought what rubbish is he talking, the waves are quite obvious in the sea.She answered - "Yes"Monk - "What all kinds of waves are there in the sea?"She - "Different kinds with different forms, some are small and some are big. some big waves are eating up the small waves to become bigger."Monk - "Aren't these beautiful waves soothing your eyes?"She - "Yes true! It is very calm and it looks beautiful. Even the sound of waves is soothing to my ears."Monk - "Yeah you are right. But what happens on the day of high tides?"She - "Waves become stronger and scary. Some time they flood the nearby area of our village."Monk - "Ohh! that is a bit scary and not good."She - "Not exactly bad. These waves carry good fertile soil which they leave for us."Monk -"Okays that's good! Now tell me what are these waves made up of?"She - "Water"Monk - "True. Waves are just patterns made up of water. These patterns keep on changing with time. Sometimes they are beautiful and sometimes they are scary. Change is the eternal law of nature, the law of impermanence. This law is applicable to our life too. Our body, our senses, everything keeps on changing with time. And this change in itself is their beauty. You cannot define something beautiful which keeps on changing or which is not permanent. I believe that the water is beautiful and hence its all formation or patterns including big and small waves are actually beautiful. You have to broaden your vision before classifying anything on the basis of their temporary appearance. Beauty is the quality that remains forever like the beauty of water. If you keep on looking yourself every single day then you will identify the change in your appearance and with time you will fall in love with this change. Appearance varies with time but there are certain qualities which remain with us forever and those are the qualities which define the beauty of each one of us. Observe yourself and you will find out how blessed and beautiful you are. Accept it, you are the most beautiful and unique person."The monk left and she sat there as it is. This huge revelation was hard to handle and she got completely numb. And the story ends...I believe its true! each one of us is equally beautiful and unique. And this year promise me, that you will celebrate your uniqueness and beauty.

Dewdrop, let me cleansein your briefsweet waters . . .These dark hands of life. The moment person realizes his emptiness, means he has emptied his unconsciousness, become fresh and young like dewdrop. You are the master of your destiny. You can change every act, you can change every habit. You can change what you think has become your second nature and you can create a totally new individuality, fresh and young, with more awareness, with more understanding, with more blissfulness, with a great ecstasy.Only someone who is perfect creates no karma in this life and receives no reward.Who is perfect? The only person who is perfect is one whose consciousness has dispelled all unconsciousness from his being. The perfect man is one whose whole being are absolutely conscious and full of light. There is no darkness in his heart. In the very depths and silences of his heart there is nothing but peace, silence, light, joy. Such a man is perfect and such a man can do anything. Nothing is binding on him. He creates no karma, he creates no chains, he creates no new life. He has come to the very end of the road.A perfect man, an awakened man, is not born again. What happens to his consciousness? It becomes part of the universe, just like a dewdrop slipping from a lotus leaf into the ocean. Either the dewdrop becomes the ocean, or the ocean becomes the dewdrop. You can say it either way. But this is the goal of all religiousness, the dropping of the dewdrop into the ocean.

Surrounding is a key factor in everyone. In my surrounding everywhere marriage is going on.When it comes to my marriage, I'm afraid of marriage and started thinking about lots of things.I'm very much clear about my choices and my family choices but still, I'm in dilemma to get marry andmake a new family.I did some research for that.I found some answers from my heart and some from observing my family & friends and some from media.I asked myself some questions so many times- what is marriage, what is good for me,love marriage or arrange marriage and how I know I got the right person, etc?Different people define it in different ways. Not even sociologists are able to agree on a single meaning.According to me, love is God gifted, it's doesn't matter you got love marriage or arrange marriage,in every marriage life love is essential. It does not matter, you love someonebefore or after marriage, the fact is how much you love him/her, how much you sharing and caring.Marriage and family are key structures in most societies.I am going to share some of the important things to make a healthy marriage -1.TrustJohn Gottman, one of the nation's foremost researchers of marriages and families, says that "trust is essential to healthy relationships and healthy communities."If you have strong trust then your relationship is healthy nothing will harm your relationship.2.TogethernessSometimes you do what you like, and other times you do...what the other person likes.Maybe people will understand this is a compromise but it's actually the color of love. You spend time together doing things you both enjoy.Whether that's hiking, food tasting, watching movies or listening to any song, or even working together. If one spouse is passionate about writing and reading then the other person should make time to read and give some tips to improve.3.Time ApartSometimes, giving space for each other is necessary. It is a boring life to spend 24 / 7 together and can't have separate interests and hobbies.you both understand, and respect, that you need time apart doing what you want to do.4. Attentiveness for each otherEven if u get the best chance for going somewhere or your favorite movie ticket,if your partner is not feeling well or he/she has some important work to do thendon't force.understanding each other's situation is the best part of your relationship.5.SharingSharing small things also gives more pleasure. If your situation is bad, don't hide it,since they will be there to comfort you and help you figure out ways to move on from this bad situation.6. Change OvernightDon't expect each other to change overnight. If your spouse is fat or thin or any bad habits they have then that won't make you feel ashamed or even expect you to change overnight.Make them understand that change is a process, and I will support you along the way.7. Do FightsDo some productive fights with him/her.This means listening to each other, understanding and respecting each other's viewpoints, and finding common ground so that you can strengthen your marriage.8. Value and GoalsShare each other's values and goals.I think it would be boring if a couple had the exact interests or personalities.so respect each other's interest and personality.Don't expect the same personality as yours.Let your spouse know how much you are proud of him/her. Celebrate his/her smallachievements.9. Helping each otherHelp each other to become more successful and to maintain a productive work-life balance. I saw in my family, a spouse is also your biggest strength in helping you achieve your goals and will do whatever they can, to help you overcome obstacles blocking your path to success in work and life. And they're genuinely excited when you succeed.10.Laugh“Against the assault of laughter, nothing can stand.” – Mark Twain.Make your marriage fun and happy. Tell some words which make your spouse cheer up.When life is stressful this the best way to cheer up.11. ListenListen to him/her rather talking more (vise versa).Your spouse needs the gift of your time and attention. When you listen generously, your spouse will feel secure in coming to you with their concerns, hopes, and fears.Once you’ve identified what your spouse is feeling—whether it’s anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety, or excitement—you can adjust your responses based on their emotional state. When our emotions go into a tailspin, it can be difficult to keep communication healthy. One way to build intimacy in your relationship is by sharing your thoughts and feelingswith each other and then responding to those disclosures in a way that makes you both feel good.12.Seek KnowledgeSeek knowledge from each other. You may don't have the same knowledge. The right person is someone who is interested in learning and growing intellectually by constantly seeking knowledge.13. Ask for helpNever hesitate to ask for help.Asking for help is not your weakness. When you ask your spouse for advice or help you're respecting and admitting the fact that they have more experience or skills in an area that you're not that familiar with.14.Financial goalsYou share the same financial goals.Even the greatest of relationship can end in a break up due to financial differences and concerns. You should both be on the same page when it comes to your financial goals, such as how much moneyyou need to live a happy and stress-free life and how you're going to save for retirement.Strong couples create and share budgets, as well as generate financial challenges for themselvesin order to put their finances in order.15.Physical AffectionThe ways in which we can express physical affection vary and more research is needed.Physical affection is related to lower blood pressure & releases feel-good hormones. One of the reasons why hugging, holding hands, and touching feel good to us is that these behaviors elevate our level of oxytocin, a hormone that reduces pain and causes a calming sensation. How important is physical intimacy in a relationship and what does it really mean? It’s an expression of love.Being physically intimate means more than simply heading to the bedroom with your spouse.Physical intimacy can range from eye-contact, holding hands, cuddling, and of course, sex.Physical intimacy involves a deep emotional connection.Having a deep connection to your spouse on this level helps build trust, boosts morale, and has many health benefits.

It was about a child who had everything except his parents' time and attention.Q: How many ways literature can contribute to society in future? A: Literature will continue to contribute the society the way it does from years. People will understand different lifestyles and cultures of other countries. The solutions to the problems that we face in our daily lives, might become available easily for the people. From our past, people will learn a lot. They will understand what all happened in different places and why. For future, the mistakes of the past might be avoided. And the favorable steps for further development can be taken.Q: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A: I want to reach the maximum audience possible plus I want to improve so much and write so well that people will love reading my work.Q: What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets? Swalberd is world's biggest place where Polar bears collectively meet for their community gathering and it is also one of those environmental places in Norway where the ice sheet issue can be most clearly discussed without considering virtual biases or threats to consider into virtual capacity.Generally it is a place that is located closer to the North Sea and very cold in it's climatic posture but in recent times it has faced environmental challenges of rising heat across the hemisphere and thus this place is the best potent platform by which the issue of glacial depletion can be addressed most effectively. To make it an orderly affair, thus certain agencies, climate experts and professionals met on 6th of February 2019 for a climate change conference that would have a core issue to understand by addressing the challenge of glaciation and to understand how it is going to make a certain effect the whole discussion would take on the move. The key focus was the cultural affect of the climate change in the ice sheet and thus Swalberd was chosen as a historic place to represent and thus Mr. Pant was very delighted to be part of it and share his valuable inputs about the whole issue around. The conference began with the discussion on the glaciation with it's core issues, valid perspective and how it is taken on as a concern by the environmentalists where it's frequent facts and misrepresented concepts became the heated discussion. Once that was done it proceeded further addressing the problems of glaciation and how it's increasing water may have a rising effect to any island country that is located on the shore line. After that issue was discussed by the representatives of the developing countries, the issue of glaciation turned to the migration, process of movement and human civilisation in which Mr. pant mainly put his views and it was a segment of rapid fire debate arguments which he marginally enjoyed. Being victorious in the Oslow Grand Quiz 2019 the previous day he has managed to ask his team also to accompany him and they also presented their facts considering the environmental challenges to express and hence in this segment the people of PH community presented their facts about their serious concerns on the ice depletions across the world which was entertaining and satisfying for the others as a great impact. After three certain impressive session of the conference the refreshments were offered and as always Mr. pant with his team preferred the vegetarian menu enjoying it for the moment with Norwegian cuisine tasting greatly with local vegetarian items to serve with more chocolate that lighted their mood. During the tea time he got the chance to meet prominent environmental leaders like Antoen Karlae, Scot Bolskaev, Yonathe Ghrolse and many others that made his mood lit high and his team felt great to be part of the conference discussing the key core as the time was also ticking by and the last segment of the session for the conference was approaching. Before that though Mr. pant took the opportunity to discuss the process of contribution to the environment regarding issue of Glaciation and he was assured by the Swalberd committee of ice balance that there are ways which should be informed to him later that made his journey happier by all ways.Discussing that how valuable to contribute he explained to other team members about snow management and he turned with team smiles all around going inside to enjoy the last session of the conference which he was sure must have some resolution application to come through that may help in keeping balance of snow around the world. In the last session of the conference the resolution framework was brought into view mainly focusing that in what way the ice depletion can be managed and how it should also be made sure that people around the globe shouldn't be disconcerted with false facts and their impact. It was generally agreed that a common understanding of balance for the glaciation must be considered and snow balance must be prevailed without it's multiple misuse by any group or community that should serve the environmental harmony. The countries of Scandinavia agreed to a nodal agreement on Snow management which was also signed by other European members and hence with India keeping the track on through willing impact of Mr. pant and his team leading to the signatory process was also pleasing for the organisers, after that process thence the conference was over. It was one more memorable moment for Mr. Pant to cherish about and thence he wil keep it safe in his memories cherishing it's cultural and environmental joy for long by all means at large...
Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad. My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad. I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution. I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work. I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many on software line. I observed that many of the software people never in the habit of writing articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such. Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life. More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations. As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers. It is wrong to believe that examinations are a burden or a fear on part of all the communities involved in the entire set up of our examination system, be it teachers, students or the parents. It is very important to understand that Examinations are an important tool to evaluate our understanding about the subjects being taught, or being learned.Generally we relate the examinations with the grades or the percentage of marks scored. If understood deeply, the grades or the marks scored don’t hold much importance in comparison to what has been learned or taught and how the same has affected or been related to our day to day life. When we prepare ourselves for the examinations, we get an opportunity to widen our understanding, to check the facts properly and to learn and memories more deeply the information that a particular content offers. They also help to absorb the knowledge unconsciously. Hence, Examinations also provide us with an opportunity to work hard, develop mental discipline, patience, creativeness, leadership, improving writing caliber, learn the content by heart, by understanding it, not by mugging it up. Once the content is mugged up, it looses its importance unless the information that it carries is stored deeply in our mind. So understanding the content is the most important factor in terms of gaining knowledge and applying it in our next level. In current scenario when the syllabus is quite huge, it is important for all to prepare a healthy schedule to address one content at a time, understand it, check the loop holes, focus on the logical part and write the content a multiple times to grasp the knowledge, as writing improves comprehension and critical thinking. Writing is basically the frame work of our communication. It is important to understand that without conducting examinations, students do not concentrate in their studies, hence the mental discipline is lost. Hence, my advice here to all the communities involved in the process of examinations, is not to fear the system but to address it logically. Take it in the healthy spirit, don’t load the children with the burden but find ways and means by making it more playful, more enjoyable, and more practical by focusing on cross learning, making mind maps, designating time hours, multiple patterns of a single question, relating the content with day today activities the child is into, etc. Don’t forget to given leap hour to a child on daily basis during examination to rejuvenate his interest in examinations. Boredom should be avoided to keep their interest alive. All the best!Ratna Kaul Bhardwaj

**Marital Rape**it refers to unwanted intercourse by a man with his wife obtained by force, threat of force, or physical violence, or when she is unable to give consent. It is a non-consensual act of violent perversion by a husband against the wife where she is physically and sexually abused. Approximations have quoted that every 6 hours; a young married woman is burnt or beaten to death, or driven to suicide from emotional abuse by her husband. The UN Population Fund states that more than 2/3rds of married women in India, aged between 15 to 49 have been beaten, raped or forced to provide sex. In 2005, 6787 cases were recorded of women murdered by their husbands or their husbands’ families. 56% of Indian women believed occasional wife-beating to be justified. While marital rape gets documented in hospitals, cases are rarely registered, since it is excluded from the India Penal Code’s (IPC) definition of rape, says an analysis by Dilaasa, a counselling centre based out of K.B. Bhabha Hospital in Bandra. “Very rarely do patients tell us about marital rape. In a few cases, we see injuries and probe them. They are not aware this is wrong There is a pattern to the silence: women stay quiet about the assault when young, but are willing to report it at a later stage.’In the present day, studies indicate that between 10 and 14% of married women are raped by their husbands. Sexual assault by one’s spouse accounts for approximately 25% of rapes committed. Of the 664 cases, 159 cases were marital rape in 2015 at NGO Sneha’s crisis counselling centre in Dharavi. At Sneha’s counselling centres at KEM and Sion hospitals, of 218 cases of domestic violence received in 2015, 64 women said they had faced marital rape. Dilaasa analysed 13 cases of sexual violence from the emergency rooms of two of Mumbai’s public hospitals, Rajawadi in Ghatkopar, and Bhabha between 2011 and 2014 and found that only in five instances did the police register a case, mostly under Section 498 (A) (domestic violence), or the contentious Section 377 (unnatural offences). Dilaasa’s domestic violence data shows 60% married women report sexual violence, forced sex being its most common form. Dilaasa notes, “In almost all the cases, the police delay the collection of medical evidence from these hospitals and also do not wish to record an FIR. Union Minister Maneka Gandhi said that even if there was a law against marital rape, women won’t report it. According to the latest National Health and Family Survey (NFHS-4) for 2015-16, 5.4% women have experienced marital rape, under this category. But while the data on marital rape in India exists, marital rape as a crime, “does not exist”. And yet 5.4% of married Indian women say they have experienced marital rape. The figure recorded by NFHS-3 for 2005-6 was 9.5%. Sexual violence of course gets progressively worse if the husband is an alcoholic – 66% of married women experienced physical or sexual violence when “husband gets drunk often”. But only 10% of married victims of sexual violence seek help. The situation is worst in Manipur, 55% of married Manipuri women have been victims to these kinds of violence. Sikkim has the lowest number of victims at 3.5%. The National Health and Family Survey records both sexual and non sexual violence. The survey has looked at married women in the age group of 15-49. The highest form of non-sexual violence comes from men slapping women – 25% of women surveyed said they have been slapped. In all, 12% of married women said they have been pushed, shaken and have had things thrown at them. 10% said the husbands have pulled their arms or hair. Another 7.5% said they have been punched with fists or objects and 7% said they have been kicked, dragged and beaten up. More so, 1.5% said they have been choked or burnt and 0.8% said they have been threatened or attacked with guns, knives and other weapons.👉Marital rape may be broadly classified into following two categories:1.Sexual coercion by non-physical means– this form of coercion involves social coercion in which the wife is compelled to enter into sexual intercourse by reminding her of her duties as a wife. This form of coercion entails applying non-physical techniques and tactics like verbal pressure like include making false promises, threatening to end the marital relationship, lies, not conforming to the victim’s protests to stop, etc.2. Forced sex– this involves the use of physical force to enter into sexual intercourse with an unwilling woman. It can be further classified into the following three categories:i. Battering Rape- this form of marital rape involves the use of aggression and force against the wife. The women are either battered during the sexual act itself or face a violent aggression after the coerced sexual intercourse. The beating may also occur before the sexual assault so as to compel her into sexual intercourse.ii. Force Only Rape- in this form of rape, the husband does not necessarily batter the wife, but uses as much force as is necessary to enter into sexual intercourse with the unwilling wife.iii. Obsessive Rape- this form of rape involves the use of force in sexual assault compiled with perverse acts against the wife. It involves a kind of sexual sadistic pleasure enjoyed by the husband.👉*Marital rape is illegal in 18 American States, 3 Australian States, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Soviet Union, Poland and Czechoslovakia. In India, a marriage is a bond of trust and that of affection. A husband exercising sexual superiority, by getting it on demand and through any means possible, is not part of the institution. Legislators use results of research studies as an excuse against making marital rape an offence, which indicates that many survivors of marital rape, report flash back, sexual dysfunction, emotional pain, even years out of the violence and worse, they sometimes continue living with the abuser. For these reasons, even the latest report of the Law Commission has preferred to adhere to its earlier opinion of non-recognition of “rape within the bonds of marriage” as such a provision may amount top excessive interference wit the marital relationship. Rape in any form is an act of utter humiliation, degradation and violation rather than an outdated concept of penile/vaginal penetration. Restricting an understanding of rape reaffirms the view that rapists treat rape as sex and not violence and hence, condone such behavior in India. The importance of consent for every individual decision cannot be over emphasized. A woman can protect her right to life and liberty, but not her body, within her marriage, which is just ironical. Women so far have had recourse only to section 498-A of the IPC, dealing with cruelty, to protect themselves against “perverse sexual conduct by the husband”. But, where is the standard of measure or interpretation for the courts, of ‘perversion’ or ‘unnatural’, the definitions within intimate spousal relations? Is excessive demand for sex perverse? Isn’t consent a sine qua non? Is marriage a license to rape? There is no answer, because the judiciary and the legislature have been silent.👉*India’s parliamentarians just could not find it in them to treat married and unmarried women equally, on matters of rape. “Married women only have the option of using section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, which lays down provisions on cruelty, if they need to allege sexual violence against their husbands,” says Kavita Krishnan, secretary of the All India Progressive Women’s Association. And although Section 377 is known as the law which prohibits “gay sex,” it in fact prohibits “unnatural sex,” an act which can take place between straight people as well. “Sometimes women have used Section 377 if they want to press charges of rape against their husbands,” says Krishnan.Section 375, the provision of rape in the Indian Penal Code (IPC), has echoing very archaic sentiments, mentioned as its exception clause- “Sexual intercourse by man with his own wife, the wife not being under 15 years of age, is not rape.” Criminal charges of sexual assault may be triggered by other acts, which may include genital contact with the mouth or anus or the insertion of objects into the vagina or the anus, all without the consent of the victim. It is a conscious process of intimidation and assertion of the superiority of men over women.👉*There are many reasons such as husband believe in the superiority of men over women; some domestic issues, demand of women for her right in a marital relationship etc. Therefore, the main reason of this marital menace is a wide spread of gender inequality prevailing in our society. The male-dominated system of social norms where woman whether married or unmarried does not have the equal rights in any which way. It is the biggest weapon in hands of man to exploit the women. The role of traditionally assigned to married women in the society. Indian married women are considered as pativratastri means pure, faithful and obliging women. Thus married women have to follow her husband and fulfil all his requirements. The sexual relationship has been considered as an important part of the marriage, it is a woman’s duty towards her husband and she is not supposed to deny that to him. Her rile must be of submission and surrender. Economic dependence on her husband and in-laws is the reason that married women are unable to protect her from frequent practice of marital rape and she is forced to bear it. There must be strict laws for marital rape and the government should make some rules to reduce this problem.Rajabala

What do we know about Easter and Good Friday other than the two being Christian festivals? We only tend to think of Easter eggs or bunnies. But its not just that. The two festivals have a lot more to do with history, mythology and biblical accounts. The story in the bible, that dates back to the A.D.s, begins with the arrest of Jesus Christ by the Roman authorities. The Romans were completely against Jesus as he was seen as a threat or peril to the Roman Empire and was claimed to be the 'son of god'.The Romans flogged him and sentenced him to death by finally crucifying him. This crucifixion of Jesus is marked by 'Good Friday' in the Christian calendar. This day is of utmost importance to the Christians, they remember Jesus' death on the cross and attend the Good Friday service, reading biblical accounts of Jesus' death and offering prayers. It seems very strange and counter-intuitive that the day when Jesus was brutally beaten up and crucified is called "Good',but there is a deep, hidden reason.According to Christians Jesus died only for the sins of his fellow men. Moreover, the day marks the anniversary when Jesus gave up his life and is a truly holy day.3 days after crucifixion, Jesus from death;he resurrected. which is marked by 'Easter'.Rise of Jesus from his body as described in the bible is essentially the foundation upon which the religion Christianity was built.Celebrating resurrection of Jesus and being grateful to him for sacrificing his life for the sins committed by others are the 2 key reasons for observing Easter.Fertility and birth are what the Easter eggs represent while bunny shows renewal and birth. Thus positivity, understanding the cycle of birth and death, hope, faith and optimism are the messages that these 2 festivities carry along.
Mentally Challenged. My heart aches when I see them suffering because on one hand you are standing and living a normal life with a normal mental stability and on the other hand they who are scared to talk to you because they feel you would make fun of them or ill treat them.People who are mentally challenged face a lot of more difficulties in their life as compared to the normal people out there. People face a lot of problem understanding people who are mentally because at times they do not know what exactly they are talking about. There are ways to understand such people but at times they misuse the ways for wrong person. Being mentally challenged is not be abnormal but they are normal in a different way.In some places people who are mentally challenged are really treated in such a way that they have become a terrible problem in someone’s life. In some cases, the parents leave their own child in an orphanage because they are mentally challenged. Even if they have parents, they still feel that they do not have parents because they are left all alone in the orphanage without a family in spite of having one. I really feel disappointed at times when I hear or come across stories of people who are mentally challenged who are left alone because of their mental health, people mistreat them, molest them because they don’t know what is right and what is wrong. At times they really do not even understand the intentions of the opposite person and what they are going to do or behave like. But there are some people who really try to understand such people because they know it is very difficult for being a mentally challenged person and dealing with other problems along with the people who behave with them differently along with them. Some people try to communicate with such people so that they can make it easy for them to face life and deal with problems and some people just make it too difficult for the mentally challenged people to face their life. Some people aim to make their life easier and some just add more problems in their life. At times mentally challenged people feel left out as they are not treated the same way as normal or ordinary people are treated. As far as its about me I try my best to understand how the person feels and its my responsibility to treat them as I treat other children among them. I usually visit an orphanage before my birthday, it feels good to spend time with people who do not know you but are happy to see you and are happy to communicate with you. Back down the memory lane when I was in 10th I had visited the orphanage near by my house from my school for a social service, I came across not only children but also ladies and girls and boys of my age and older then me who were challenged in some or the other way. It is never too easy to see someone pain even if you do not know them. You feel terrible because you cannot help them in anyone and in the end there is only one way to help them is that give them love and make them happy and make them feel special and there is no other way because they find it difficult because they think we would laugh on them for being mentally challenged.~ By. Saloni Maliwal.

Generally, people prefer to stay up to a week at the hospital, but then if there are any complications, Heart specialist extend the patient’s stay from two weeks to three months on average. There is no specific recovery time for hospitalization or at home recovery, it is reliant on a doctor’s opinion as well as the seriousness of the heart attack in every situation. The recovery process of post heart attackRecovery commences in the hospital and continues at home once the patient is discharged. The motive of the recovery process is to restore physical activity in the course of exercise and lessen the risk of another heart attack by making lifestyle changes, while monitoring mental health to assist in avoiding anxiety and depression.Cardiac rehabilitation is a renowned form of recovery that usually begins during hospitalization and continues at home. Cardiac rehabilitation aims on living a heart healthy life and assists patient’s make the needed lifestyle changes. This might include a change in diet to focus on heart healthy food stuffs, exercising, and helping people to deal with the emotional stress that can cause heart attack.Time taken to recommence normal activitiesBeing coming back to usual activities is dependent on the severity of the heart attack as well as the doctor’s opinion. The mainly common complications are arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms), heart rupture, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and valve problems.Post heart attack complications are very risky if not treated, so it is necessary to have a complete knowledge of the most common heart attack complications. The consequences to the growth of arrhythmia are abnormal heart rhythms, or electrical “short circuits,” that leads in abnormal heartbeats like tachycardia (beating too fast), bradycardia (beating very slowly), and atrial fibrillation (beating irregularly). Arrhythmias develop because of the damaged heart muscle disrupting the electrical signals sent by the body to control the heart. Whereas severe arrhythmias are a serious life-threatening situation, survival rates have increased because of the invention of the portable defibrillator. Mild arrhythmias are mostly taken under control with medications. This kind of heart problems happen when the remaining heart muscle cannot properly pump blood from the heart to your body. This usually happens on the left side of the heart and can be cured with medication and possibly surgery.
There are an approximately 18.1 million new cancer cases all around the world, and cancer remains the second-major reason of death in the United States, where more than 1.7 million people are diagnosed with cancer each year. Cancer is many times discussed as if it’s one thing, however while unrestrained growth is the common denominator, cancer can expand in a variety of different ways, due to a variety of different factors. It can be categorized into hundreds of various diseases based on the cells in which it occurs. And when each patient’s genetic background is taken into consideration, no two cases are alike. To save more lives of people from cancer, so, it will be important to mention this complexity. Through basic study into cancer biology or immunology, one can enhance their understanding of how cancer builds up and the way it interacts with the immune system. In this way, it could be able to discover new, more effective ways to cure cancer. Various Anti-Cancer Drugs are available for cancer treatment.WHEN DOES CANCER Happen?Cancer begins when cells obtain the ability to develop uncontrollably and ultimately invade and harm the body’s normal tissues. Cancer development occurs in multiple stages, from precancerous changes to malignant tumors. Though, not all cancers form tumors, and each cancer can develop at different rates. Many a times cancer cells spread from their original site to various places in the body via the bloodstream or lymphatic system—a process known asmetastasis.WHERE DOES CANCER Happen?Cancer’s Point of OriginCancer can affect several different parts of the body, from the skin, blood vessels, bone, and muscle, to the kidneys, lungs, and many other organs. Cancer can also have an effect on the immune system, which plays a major role during both the development as well as the progression of cancer.Genetic Causes of CancersGenes are segments of DNA situated on chromosomes, and may mutate after certain time to become cancerous. These mutations can result from a variety of causes, comprising of diet and lifestyle choices as well as exposure to several environmental factors. In all, only 5 to 10 percent of all cancers are genetically inherited, however these are the cancers that tend to happen earlier in life.A kind of such inheritable genetic disorder that is connected with increased cancer risk is Lynch syndrome that prevents cells’ ability to repair their DNA when damage happen. This can result to cancers of the colon and uterus at an early age. Another such kind of genetic factor is the BRCA family of genes, various forms of which have been connected to breast and ovarian cancer.Presently, scientists and clinicians are using as well as developing new tests to look for biomarkers, that can assist to determine risks and appropriate treatment options depending on an individual patient’s genetic profile.Behavioral Causes of CancerThere are several behavioral factors that can result to genetic mutations and, as a result, lead to the growth of cancer. Tobacco Diet (red, processed meats) Tanning (excessive exposure to ultraviolet light) Alcohol Unsafe sex (leading to viral infection) Inflammatory conditions, like ulcerative colitis or obesityAn instance of a behavioral risk factor is smoking, that can result to lung cancer, or excessive exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, that can cause skin cancer.Even though there are number of elements at play in the development of cancer, the treatments at our disposal are constantly improving and adapting as new research provides insight into various risk factors.

Greed - In Gita Verse 1.1 Dhṛtarāṣṭra said: O Sañjaya, after my sons and sons of Pāṇḍu assembled in the place of pilgrimage at Kurukṣetra, desiring to fight, what did they do?By asking this question Dhṛtarāṣṭras reveals his eagerness. Foremost if we understand our eagerness we can see that we are eager when we feel scarcity, lack, fear etc. In that moment we are in a hurry to grab any opportunity that comes in front of us out of out greed and from here our downfall begins.Nothing happens overnight. Existence is very compassionate. Irrespective of our greed he gives us many hints not to fall prey to our greed. But we are so much consumed with greed we overlook the subtle hints and don’t pay any attention to them. And these subtle hints we call obstacles. We become more restless when any obstacle comes in the path of our greed.Greed is a bottomless pit like a quagmire which exhausts the person in an endless effort to satisfy the wants without satiation.Just to understand the nature of greed is enough. You need not do anything else to get rid of it; the very understanding will clarify the whole mess.Man is full or complete if he is in tune with the universe; if he is not in tune with the universe then he is empty, utterly empty. And out of that emptiness comes greed. Greed desires possession or accumulation: by money, by property, by furniture, by friends, by lovers – anything, because one cannot live as emptiness. It is horrifying, it is a ghost life. If you are empty and there is nothing inside you, it is impossible to live.To have the feeling that you have much inside you, there are only two ways: either you get in tune with the universe.... Then you are filled with the whole, with all the flowers and with all the stars. They are within you just as they are outside you. That is real fulfillment. But if you don’t do that, and millions of people are not doing that, then the easiest way is to fill it with any material things.Greed simply means you are feeling a deep emptiness and you want to fill it with anything possible; it doesn’t matter what it is. And once you understand it, then you have nothing to do with greed. You have something to do with your coming into communion with the whole, so the inner emptiness disappears. And with it, all greed disappears. That does not mean that you start living naked; that simply means you do not live just to accumulate things. Whenever you need something you can have it.Greed is not a desire at all. So you need not do anything about greed. You have to understand the emptiness that you are trying to fill, and ask the question, “Why am I empty? The whole existence is so full, why am I empty? Perhaps I have lost track; I am no longer moving in the same direction, I am no longer existential. That is the cause of my emptiness. So be existential.Let go, and move closer to existence in silence and peace, in meditation. And one day you will see you are so full – overfull, overflowing – of joy, of blissfulness, of benediction. You have so much of it that you can give it to the whole world and yet it will not be exhausted. That day, for the first time you will not feel any greed – for money, for food, for things, for anything. You will live naturally, and whatever is needed you will find it. And you will live, not with a constant greed that cannot be fulfilled, a wound that cannot be healed.

Be Patient - In Gita Verse 1.5 There are also great heroic, powerful fighters like Dhṛṣṭaketu, Cekitāna, Kāśirāja, Purujit, Kuntibhoja and Śaibya.Duryodhana did not want to look into the possibility of winning the war. It was out of arrogance he tried to insult Dronacharya his teacher and commander of army and also demoralise his own army.Falling down and not focusing on what we have is very easy but to focus on what we have and holding ourselves by dropping our judgement is required to become aware. This is the reason why in all religions patience has been given a lot of importance. Pause and hold yourselves before taking any action. When you hold for a moment there is a drawback/hurdle we may fall to take any action which is Inaction. We fail to even use our Buddhi or intellect. We don’t want to take responsibility of our thinking and take any action, which is always un-chartered. Fear of failure and unknown will also not allow you to take any action.Duryodhana did not have any patience to look into the present situation and see the possibilities available, analyse his strengths and weaknesses. He was trembling with fear as Pāṇḍvas were strategically planning for the war and not on its outcome . The Pāṇḍvas were minutely monitoring the available resources, their strong and weak areas and how to effectively fill any shortcomings. The strategic planning was their strength. They were also concerned with the outcome of the war but they had the courage to behold the present moment and the available resources. They spent every minute on how to effectively use their limited resources. For them what they had was more important and how to manage it was their top priority. Karma is always in the present moment. Our present moment’s karma will give birth to the next coming moment. It is natural to be impatient. Tremendous understanding and awareness is needed not to be impatient, because impatience is not going to help; on the contrary, it is one of the greatest hindrances. You have to understand impatience as your enemy. You want the vast and the mysterious to open its doors, without much effort on your part. It is not possible. There are a thousand and one doors, and only one is right; you will have to knock on all the wrong doors to find the right one. Either in scientific research, or in spiritual seeking, patience is of paramount importance.Edison who invented the first electric bulb had worked on it for three years. All his colleagues and his disciples gradually left. They were impatient, they wanted it to happen immediately, and they could not believe in the patience of Edison.Every day, Edison would come fresh, young, excited, and they would tell him, “We have experimented in so many ways, and we have failed in every experiment. Why not change the subject? We should work on something else.”Edison would say, “Who told you that we have been failures? Each failure brings us nearer to success because there must be only a limited number of doors. We knock on one door, and it is not the right door - but it is not a failure. One door, a wrong door, is eliminated; success is closer. We knock on another door; it is not the right door. But we are even closer to success - two doors are eliminated. Soon we'll be knocking on the right door. But the patience that he had is part of an intelligent and a genuine seeker. After three years, in the middle of the night, he knocked on the right door. For the first time, the human eyes..He was alone, all his colleagues had left; he was tired, utterly exhausted, and thinking himself almost mad. He was alone when he discovered the electric bulb. It had taken three years. Day and night he had been thinking only of one thing - How to approach this? And when the room was lighted up with electricity, he was sitting there in utter wonder. He was the first man to see something which had never existed before. He could not take his eyes off the electric bulb.It was getting late, and finally his wife shouted from the other room, “Put that stupid light off!” She was not aware that it was electricity. She said “Come back, and go to sleep.”He said, “It is not the stupid light that you are acquainted with; it is what my three years of patience has created. You should come here and see!”Patience is the greatest religious quality. The disciple who can wait will find all his questions answered at the right moment. But waiting is a great quality: it is deep patience, it is great trust. The mind cannot wait, it is always in a hurry. It knows nothing about patience; hence it goes on piling question upon question without getting the answer.Sabr comes from sabr: it means infinite patience. Those who are in search will need infinite patience. Patience is the greatest religious quality; if you have patience nothing else is needed. Patience is enough, enough unto itself. Patience means hope, trust, and without any hurry, without any impatience. Impatience simply shows that you are not trustful. Impatience simply shows that you want to impose yourself upon the will of God, that you want it right now. You don’t want him to work on his own. Impatience means, “My will is greater than your will.” Patience means, “I surrender my will to your will. Let yours be my will, so whenever I am ripe, whenever — if it takes an eternity it is okay — I will trust, I will hope. I will not lose my heart, I will not be disheartened.”All meditation is waiting. All prayer is infinite patience. Both Pandavas and Kauravas were fighting the war. Duryodhana was impatient he wanted everything according to his will. While Pandavas were patient they were also fighting the war to win. But totally focused on the action needed and totally focused on their action. When you are focused in the present moment you will act from patience. When your focus is in the future and not ready to focus in the present moment act, but on your desire for something you will be impatient.
This award in romanian language is commonly known as 'Pentru cel mai bun poet al comunita-ii asiatice' Honour and has been a great one to have as a poet for any Asian born person. It is generally given to those people who have suffered any challenge in their lives belonging to the Prominent Asian continent and still come out of that making a phenomenal remark for themselves by contributing to culture, literature or in the academic field. In this way this is an award that gives empowerment to certain cultural sectors in Asia and it is for the community's power through recognising them by appreciating their potential for which it is ultimately presented. The award basically contains a shield with a medal with symbol of 'Falcun' on one side and of 'climbing birds' on other side that represents flight sorted out with challenge. A strong prize money also given to apreciate the contributions done by those certain persons appreciating his or her commitment in their prominentn field by their hard work being paid off. And the letter of appreciation by the jury that gives the same in sinaia in Romania on a certain huge ocasion to recognise the virtual representation of such affiliation for which it is ultimately presented to the recipient presenting the virtual impact for his or her great commitments. I was asked during the invite of the European Poetry championship award ceremony to specify my presence which is to say that I should express my views on the certain award which I mentioned that should be better if it is kept secret and I should come to know about it later once I have been part of fond memories and hence it was agreed and I was yet unaware of the award till the early afternoon of the 1st day of the Poetry award ceremony which was also good being patient. Once I was cornered by the European jury, explained that such award titled 'Best Asian community poet award' shall be on my name and I shall receive it on the 2nd day's award ceremony thence my joy was infinite and It was extremely greatful to all of them. I thanked the lord, my parents and family, gratified poets and author and as well as expressed my joy to the jury who has confirmed and they were equally delightful that made the day first on 4th of May coming to know that such certain award shall be presented to me on eve of 5th of May. Though one thing I made clear that I would not take the heavy prize money offered with it thus satisfied with letter of appreciation and the medal, and that shall go to the contributions of literary communities in Balcan core and difficultly though the jury agreed calling the representatives core who's joy was also on top and hence it was great to be part of such happy moment altogether. In the speech that followed when I was receiving the award, there were things I wished to convey to the writer's community and thence understanding my intentions the award handing team provided me the mike to speak out with galore and joy to express for which I was up to the core. I spoke about the culture of preserving human rights, Talked how culture of writing can be inspired and protected, explained that why Certain communities need to contribute in writing for their ultimate existence, and after thanking everyone with huge cheer and loud clappings all around it was over. I followed the volunteers who have taken me to the podium, asked them to help me out with the wait of the award's trophy which they did greatly, and after all things were rightly managed I went back to my position. Thus having such an award like 'Best Asian Community poet award' is one more memory for me to cherish and I shall keep it in my mind forever as I witnessed other poets/writers receiving their awards and I clapped in their turn like they have done for me that made it a great moment in the validictory function at large...
In the present times, the cases of children's abuse are frequent in the community due to the changes of family values and social problems. This issue is important as it touches many people who have children and want to protect them. To understand behaviors of the children who have been abused one should analyze the psychological factors crucial for them. One can distinguish two kinds of abuse: physical and sexual. Children aging from 3 to 14 years old can undergo sexual and physical abusing. The behaviors of the children depend on the kind of abusing, ethnicity, gender and age. Moreover, verbal and non-verbal languages are the ways of revealing the differences between abused children. This research paper intends to study behaviors of the children who have been abused and analyze the psychological factors.Literature ReviewThere are a great deal of discussion posts towards this topic. Majority would agree that children who have been abused have their patterns of behavior that are characterized by non-verbal gestures. In addition, non-verbal behaviors can be the determinants of physical or sexual abuse that is revealed through interviewing. For example, using such method as interviewing it have been revealed the fact of abusing. Moreover, the participants of interviewing were stressed and depressed when they answered the questions about physical and sexual violence. In addition, indicators of physical disengagement and stress were progressing while positive emotions were decreasing. Consequently, non-verbal behavior can tell a lot about physical and sexual abuse of children. Non-verbal behavior includes gestures, body movement, language intonation, facial expressions and eye contact.Different kinds of physical evidence, photographic evidence, medical evidence and eyewitness are the ways of determining children's sexual abuse. These are independent measures that can provoke the necessary feelings, emotions and patterns of behavior of children who have been abused. One should mention that indicators of sexual abuse are diverse. They can include disclosure, sexual awareness, symptoms associated with trauma, fears, anxiety, mood changes, conduct problems and other behavioral changes. Furthermore, data from interviewing children is related to the negative experience that oppresses them and can lead even to suicide. In addition, there are such children who are offenders and admit their participation in sexual abuse. Consequently, they can also feel similar emotions. It is important to determine who is an offender and who is a victim as children are cunning and can hide information.Sexual abuse is harmful to the mental order of children. Younger children are more eager to tell about their stressful situations rather than teenagers who feel somalization, anxiety and depression. Therefore, interviewing should also correspond to ethnical, gender and age differences of children. Kathleen Ratican insists that shame and guilt can prevent children from being totally sincere during interviewing. Furthermore, one can see sexually abused children through their relationships with other people. In addition, abused children can be aggressive and hostile to those who interviewed them supposing them to be enemies. Facilitating disclosure and treatment approaches for helping sexually abused children.Sexual abuse is shameful, embarrassing and private topic for discuss. Thus, not all children can admit being sexually abused and provide the objectivity of interviewing. The factors that restrict the reliability and sincerity of interviews are gender, age and individual characteristics. However, one should not use such improper methods as reinforcement (rewards, punishments), social influence, asking suggestive questions to get the necessary information. Furthermore, sexually abused girls are opener comparing with boys by providing more details. Children between 4-6 years old can also give more information due to their trust and childish naivete?.Researches underline the importance of choosing techniques for interviewing children in sexual abuse cases. It is evident that after such negative experience children lose trust, therefore, it is important to establish the contact with them and provide friendly atmosphere. First of all, it is crucial to distinguish the kind of abuse, the reasons and consequences of the violent behavior. There are common patterns of behavior of children who have been abused. These are negative feelings, reservation, depression and hostility. To reveal the fact of sexual abuse in young children one should use play therapy, for example, dolls. However, there can be false answers where children can lie about their sexual or violent abuse. It can be related to their mental and psychological disorders or desire to attract attention of the adult people. In conclusion, one should say that interviewing is one of the best ways to understand behaviors of children who were sexually and physically abused. Interviewing should also correspond to ethnical, gender and age differences of children. Verbal and non-verbal languages can reveal the necessary information and provoke feelings related to physical and sexual abuse. Gender and age are the most important factors that influence children's answers during the interview. Disclosure, sexual awareness, symptoms associated with trauma, fears, anxiety, mood changes, conduct problems and other behavior changes refer to the types of behavior. One should say that every person has his/her individual characteristics that make him/her opener or more reserved. Consequently, girls can inform more details while interviewing, as they are too emotional. As to boys, they are more reserved and suspicious. Yet young children are the most sincere and trustworthy.

Be Spontaneous - In Gita Verse 1.23 Let me see those who have come here to fight, wishing to please the evil-minded son of Dhṛtarāṣṭra.Arjuna is now becoming very specific. After Kauravas responded to Grandfather’s conch shell, he understood that it’s not just war between two parties or brothers. But war between many. Each one from Kaurava side is going to attack differently. As Duryodhana gave free hand to everyone for their individual revenge. Now when there are a group of people going to attack as individuals for their personal revenge every moment new planning and strategy is required . Everything will depend on how each individual will begin to attack simultaneously and who would be targeted. It was a big challenge for a war without enmity but needs moment to moment planning, preparation, response etc . During such moment only one thing would help - Self-Consciousness, Self-Alertness, Watching, which opens the door for Spontaneity. Is spontaneity compatible with watching?Buddha certainly says: Don’t just do something — stand there! But that is only the beginning of the pilgrimage, not the end. When you have learned how to stand, when you have learned how to be utterly silent, unmoving, undisturbed, when you know how to just sit…sitting silently, doing nothing, the spring comes and the grass grows by itself. But the grass grows, remember!Action does not disappear: the grass grows by itself. The Buddha does not become inactive; great action happens through him, although there is no doer anymore. The doer disappears, the doing continues. And when there is no doer, the doing is spontaneous; it cannot be otherwise. It is the doer that does not allow spontaneity. The doer means the ego, the ego means the past. When you act, you are always acting through the past, you are acting out of experience that you have accumulated, you are acting out of the conclusions that you have arrived at in the past. How can you be spontaneous? The past dominates, and because of the past you cannot even see the present. Your eyes are so full of the past, the smoke of the past is so much, that seeing is impossible. You cannot see! You are almost completely blind — blind because of the smoke, blind because of the past conclusions, blind because of knowledge.Decision by Duryodhana that everyone can fight individually, in that condition unless Pandava become Non-Doer only then there would be some hope of delivering their assignment to Universe. The knowledgeable man is the most blind man in the world. Because he functions out of his knowledge, he does not see what the case is. He simply goes on functioning mechanically. He has learned something; it has become a ready-made mechanism in him…he acts out of it.You watch, you are utterly quiet and silent. You see what the situation is, and out of that seeing you respond. The man of awareness responds, he is responsible — literally! He is responsive, he does not react. His action is born out of his awareness, not out of your manipulation; that is the difference. Watching is the beginning of spontaneity; spontaneity is the fulfillment of watching. The real man of understanding acts — acts tremendously, acts totally, but he acts in the moment, out of his consciousness. He is like a mirror. The ordinary man, the unconscious man, is not like a mirror, he is like a photo plate. What is the difference between a mirror and a photo plate? A photo plate, once exposed, becomes useless. It receives the impression, becomes impressed by it — it carries the picture. But remember, the picture is not reality — the reality goes on growing. You can go into the garden and you can take a picture of a rosebush. Tomorrow the picture will be the same, the day after tomorrow the picture will also be the same. Go again and see the rosebush: it is no longer the same. The roses have gone, or new roses have arrived. A thousand and one things have happened. The photo plate is never true to life. Even if your photo is taken right now, by the time the photographer has taken it out of the camera, you are no longer the same! Much water has already gone down the Ganges. You have grown, changed, you have become older. Maybe only one minute has passed, but one minute can be a great thing — you may be dead! Just one minute before you were alive; after one minute, you may be dead. The picture will never die.But in the mirror, if you are alive, you are alive; if you are dead, you are dead.Buddha says: Learn sitting silently — become a mirror. Silence makes a mirror out of your consciousness, and then you function moment to moment. You reflect life. You don’t carry an album within your head. Then your eyes are clear and innocent, you have clarity, you have vision, and you are never untrue to life. This is authentic living. If you live authentically, you are Spontaneous. Arjuna when he says that I want to see everyone, who desires to fight - he meant that he wanted to watch again. He was not anxious for the war but whether he was watchful regarding everything or not? If anything is missed by him? He was checking himself. His this act was from No Doer. His body was vehicle of Universe. When your body is vehicle of Universe, you are Spontaneous.

Imperfection - In Gita Verse 1.29 My whole body is trembling, my hair is standing on end, my bow Gāṇḍīva is slipping from my hand, and my skin is burning.Arjuna is looking at himself with more alertness and intensity. He is now giving details of where and what symptoms he has in his body. This shows that first he wants to reconnect himself with his subjectivity. As after looking to all his friends and family members who are right now divided. It was very painful and emotional moment for him. If some die it can be understood but if someone is not ready for any kind of mutual understanding, this moments is very painful.Mutual understanding is foundation of all relationships. Everyone has their different thinking, desires, goals, but there is always a way by which everyone can come to a common platform by mutual understanding and support each other. As every one of us are incomplete and imperfect. Unless we work to support each other no one can grow either in objective world or subjective world.'Imperfection' is not a derogatory word, it is almost synonymous with a living flow. Complete, where will you be going? what will you be doing?' Complete means growth has stopped, you have come to your very end. All that was potential has become actual - that's what completion means. Now there is nothing else but to die.Imperfection means there is more still awaiting, much is going to happen. If you accept your imperfection, and you live it in totality. These are two different things. To believe that your imperfection is perfect is utterly wrong. But be total in each moment - when you are imperfect be TOTALLY imperfect. And then out of that totality you start growing. The day you become perfect you are no more needed - the perfect ones are discarded immediately. So life never becomes perfect; it goes on moving. From one totality to another totality, from one imperfection to another imperfection, it goes on, it goes on. Imperfection is simply life, aliveness, growth, evolution. So why go on condemning imperfection? The Vedas say: AMRITASYA PUTRAH - YOU are the sons of immortality, deathlessness. You come out of nectar, you are made of the stuff of which nectar is made - AMRITASYA PUTRAH. YOU are sons of God, daughters of God - it simply means your potential is infinite, it can never be exhausted. Whatsoever you become, you will again find new doors opening, new peaks challenging, new adventures waiting for you, new dimensions calling you forth, invoking, provoking. One never comes to the dead end.God does not mean perfection, god simply means the energy that goes on moving. Each moment, you can be total. And from one totality you can slip into another totality; one totality helps you to be total in another moment. If you were angry totally, then you will be loving totally - the totality in anger helped you to be totally in love. But you are incomplete; everything is incomplete. That's why things are growing, that's why there is so much evolution. God, is an evolving concept.God, to be at all, has to be as imperfect as you are. Then what is the difference between you and God? He is total and you are not total. He accepts his imperfections; you don't accept, you go on rejecting. That is the difference. The difference is not in perfection, the difference is in acceptance. You deny, you reject, you hide, you defend, you remain closed, you are afraid. You never go into anything really, you remain out of it - afraid, fearful, scared, ready to escape if sometimes things become too much. You go only so far.The difference between you and God is only one: he goes UTTERLY into everything. When God dances, there is no dancer, there is only dance - he is so utterly in it. When God loves, there is no lover, there is only love he is so utterly in it. You are never total. Imperfect you are, imperfect is everything - these trees, these birds, these skies, everything is imperfect. But remember, by 'imperfection' is not condemnatory, is praising life. When our focus is on us physically, mentally and emotionally shows that we are not trying to change objective world but want to live in that moment of objective world becoming alert about our emotions and mental limitation is willingness to work on that. Arjuna when he says that “ My whole body is trembling, my hair is standing on end, my bow Gāṇḍīva is slipping from my hand, and my skin is burning” he is not saying from weakness he is courageous to work on his unconsciousness without condemning it. If he will not work on that he will not be able to fight the war and deliver his assignment given by Universe. He turns to Krishna not as a weak human being but as a courageous Individual.

Self-Alert - In Gita Verse 1.32-35 O Govinda, of what avail to us are a kingdom, happiness or even life itself when all those for whom we may desire them are now arrayed on this battlefield? O Madhusūdana, when teachers, fathers, sons, grandfathers, maternal uncles, fathers-in-law, grandsons, brothers-in-law and other relatives are ready to give up their lives and properties and are standing before me, why should I wish to kill them, even though they might otherwise kill me? O maintainer of all living entities, I am not prepared to fight with them even in exchange for the three worlds, let alone this earth. What pleasure will we derive from killing the sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra?Not only for Arjuna and Pandavas but for each one of us whenever we try to avoid disputes through mutual understanding for everyone and fail, that pain is unbearable, unhealable. This was the prime reason why Arjuna chose Krishna as charioteer. He knew his limitations as a human being and with this limitation delivering the assignment of Universe was possible only if his charioteer is Krishna. To be focused on your role in this Universe and delivering your assignment is the purpose of this body.Body is the vehicle of god to deliver his assignment. Everyone of us knows that if we work in any organization or own the organization or as a family member also we have certain assignments, so that the family or organization can run smoothly and grow together.Universe has given certain assignment to Pandavas. With their maturity and limitation Pandavas took that assignment. When Pandavas were managing their resources they were aware of their limitations and they were converting their limitations into their strength so that they could deliver their assignment. This was one of the reasons why Arjuna was not tempted by Narayani Sena and chose Krishna, without his weapon - because of his awareness of his assignment. His focus was on the universe’s assignment and not on his desire.Whenever we are faced with temptation or greed just give a wake up call to yourself as in that moment you are unconscious of yourself. When we are unconscious of ourself we will not be able to deliver our assignments. Forget about universe assignment but the assignment of family, society and organization too. What is the real meaning of mistake? Look into your life whenever we made a mistake we were unconscious at that time and forgot what is our assignment.Only by remaining self-alert, we will not repeat the same mistake again. If you are self-alert and taking decision you will find that you will not make any mistake but also you will not be in the trap of greed, temptation or desire. There is no rocket science involved in not making any mistake or repeating the mistake. It’s just to be self-alert.You can bridge the gap by being more alert, that’s why there is so much emphasis on being alert, awareness witnessing, watchful. Why? Because the more you become alert, the more the unconscious becomes conscious. That is the only way. If you remain more alert, if you walk with awareness, if you talk, listen with awareness, if you eat, take your bath, with awareness, not like a robot, not walking in sleep and doing things, or doing things and thinking about other things - that too is a type of sleep, if consciously, mindfully, you do your work chunks of the unconscious are being transformed into consciousness, and gradually more and more of your iceberg comes out of the water of darkness, out of the ocean. When the whole of you is out of darkness, this is samadhi, this is enlightenment, this is the state of a Buddha, or an arhat: one who has no longer any unconsciousness in him, one who has no longer any dark corners within his being. The whole house is lighted. Now, you have attained unity - on a higher plane. So Buddha is pure like an animal, simple like an animal. The animal has its innocence because of ignorance, and Buddha has his innocence because of his enlightened awareness. The cause has changed. All the Pandavas preparation and managing their resources were from self-alertness, so in this utter despair of mind Arjuna turned to Krishna not for his desire but to bring him back to his self-alertness.
