US CHINA (IMPORT TAX)
 1 April 2018
Art

Followed by the founding of the People’s Republic of China, USA and China have a long period of estrangement. The relation between US and China is very strong yet complex. The relations here refer to the international relations between both the countries. There are a huge amount of trade between both the countries make it somewhat political positive relations, yet some significant issues exist. The relation between the two has been described as the world’s most important bilateral relationship of the century by the world leaders. The countries are neither friends nor foes. The United States and China are clearly not allies. The United States has sought to build positive, comprehensive and cooperative relations with China by expanding their areas of cooperation and also mutually agreeing to the areas of disagreement. There are four annual dialogues held between the United States and China; the Diplomatic and Security Dialogue, the Comprehensive Economic Dialogue, the Law Enforcement and cybersecurity Dialogue, and the Social and Cultural Issues Dialogue which serves as a unique platform to promote bilateral understanding, discuss differences, expand consensus, increase cooperation, and build mutual trust between the two. The United States has put great emphasis on the need for both countries to enhance bilateral trust through formal dialogues, high-level exchanges, and expansion of people ties to ties. The United States approach to its economic relations with China has two major elements which are integrating China into the global, rules-based trading and economic system and also expanding United States exporters' and investors' access to the Chinese market.Recently Trump has directed the US trade representative to level tariffs about $50 billion worth Chinese imports. The mainstream media has been full of these scenarios past few weeks concerning about the potential for a China-US trade war, given that the tariff impositions by United States President Donald Trump imposed upon China in order to stop steel dumping and to protect the American jobs. Trump has increased the tariffs on Chinese imports in order to pressurize China to reduce its tariff rates, regardless of the number of products provided by China to the United States of America where the profit margin is set by United States of America itself. In addition, Trump has also planned to impose new investment restrictions to take strict actions against China at the World Trade Organisation. The move, on the steel and aluminum tariffs also took aim at China, which is heightening concerns of a global trade war that could destabilize the global economy. The US is planning to continue to engage diplomatically with China to reduce the trade imbalance between both countries. It is said that the tariffs would focus on the theft of US technologies. The investigation concluded that China has stolen United States companies into turning over their intellectual property through a series of state-run structural maneuvers, which includes its requirement for foreign companies partners with Chinese companies to access the Chinese market. The investigation has claimed that China has stolen US intellectual property by hacking US computer networks. According to the United States of America’s  International Trade Commission, the current average tariff on imports from China is about 3 percent. Low production costs in Latin America and Asia bring cheap goods in the United States of America, but tariffs would increase the cost of selling Chinese-made goods into the U.S. — which in fact appears to be Trump's goal. Administration officials have expressed concerns about China’s growing ambitions in industries like semiconductors, telecommunications equipment, and other high-tech exports. The tariff rates imposed by China has been measured and it was found out that it has been hit back at exactly the same voters that Trump is eagerly protesting. China has in fact taken a measured response to hurt Trump’s political base rather than swinging an ax over 1300 different products. China's Commerce Ministry on Friday urged the US to avoid placing bilateral trade ties in danger and also said they were not afraid of a trade war. Beijing's measures suspending tariff concessions will target 128 US products including pork, wines and seamless steel tubes and a 25-percent tariff on pork and recycled aluminum products. The Trump administration’s tax proposal, which is said to include cutting the corporate tax rate to 15 percent and also providing a one-time repatriation tax rate for trillions of dollars in the international earnings stashed overseas, is aiming at luring USA’s firms to remit overseas profits home and also to bring such operations back to the United States itself. The tax changes by the United States including the tariffs imposed on imports would tempt the Chinese manufacturers to now invest mostly in the United States of America and to sabotage the competitiveness of Chinese exports. The moto is for China to give up on an old growth model of its relying on exports and to increase its economic transformation. If the initiative of Trump’s maximum 15 percent corporate tax rate is approved by the US Congress, it could flash increased foreign investments into the United States of America. Also, re-shoring of USA’s businesses would be happening to create a shock to the global and Chinese economy as a whole. China might have to cut its own domestic corporate tax in this possible case. The tariffs imposed by the United States on China will not only affect China but it might hurt other countries too as it is true that China exports a lot of steel to the United States but more than that Brazil, Canada, Mexico and other countries do. The metals are used in a huge range of industrial applications that include cars and infrastructures. It is questionable that the imports might pose a threat to the natural security of the country. The United States is the world biggest steel importing country in the world. The top shipment of steel is done by Canada. But the ones affected by this also includes Japan and South Korea. China is not one of the Top 10 countries from which the United States imports steel. In fact, it is not even included in the Top 10 list of steel importers. It is said by trade experts that if Trump goes that route, even U.S. allies like Canada, South Korea, Mexico could be willing to stick tariffs of their own on U.S. exports like agricultural products, or picking non-U.S. goods — like Airbus planes over Boeing models. Beijing is said to take necessary measures to protect its interests if the final decision of the United States affects the country. The unfinished products made from steel are sent to South Korea and Vietnam where the workers put the final touch on the products and ships the finished products to the United States. After that, it is marked as a Vietnamese or Korean import. If that path is closed it indirectly affects China. If Trump invokes Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act, as is recommended, then it is said that he tends to believe that it is hurting the natural security. Trump must respond to the reports by April 11 and 19 for steel and aluminum, respectively to avoid the risk of trade wars and the threat of natural security being imposed on the country.

Historic Day 2 of Poetry world cup award ceremony 2018
 11 October 2018

The day 2 of the Poetry world cup award ceremony again started with a bang where few local singer performed solo rock performances and the foreign poets were again asked to join in Prayers, song and lyrics happening around as all had been fresh and had just finished breakfast before joining such a ceremony. However it was a much highly expected official day and hence the people who were administrating had been busy more often than not and had been working entirely to focus on the award distribution that would take place in the 2nd session of the day. It also meant that in 1st session there would be more activity around, But before all that process to follow, the Higher official delegates and administrators of Romania and Bulgaria were witnessed on stage speaking to all writers and they talked about peace and harmony amongst all the hearts which was great in all respects.Once that process had been done, it was now time for some activities by those who had been invited for receiving the award and it was great advantage for all of us as we were asked by the officials to join together in alphabetical order on the stage and get together for a common photo session first and then have some literary presentation for the crowd gathered so we were asked to entertain them with our presence noticed. What this literary presentation meant was that the authors/poets had to recite one of the poems they had submitted for the poetry championship and they were asked to sing it rather than only read it which was going to be more interesting and it was great environment starting to build as the poets gathered,, climbed the another dace one by one and recited their poems. It was not only making a great atmosphere of peace and harmony but was also responded by huge cheer and applauses with coffee and chocolates being served around that was unique way to start and get things on way. However when the announcer called my name, I got bit surprised as I was expecting person sitting on my front row to go  so the way I glimpsed back made other surprised as well and As I wanted there was some laughter which I have always liked to associate myself to make people laugh no matter whatever serious the mood to be. However I was ready and I went on with my poem instructing the Keyboard player what music I wanted and rhymed it on stage with good response and huge cheer. Not only I was getting happy to witness what was happening around, But I was feeling like I belonged to this place which was great and hence once I stepped back and was guided back to my place by some of my poet friends I was asked to join in Chocolate chips which I accepted happily. Hence the 1st official task for the foreign poets went well and I cheered in the speeches made by delegates before and at the end of function and at it's end after 2 hour show down It was called lunch so I went back to cafeteria in great spirits around. Although as the afternoon was progressing and the lunch had ended, the groups have started to chat and they all showed appreciations to the authorities who had taken charge to perform such a huge award ceremony and It was great fun to listen things all around. Once we went back to the auditorium on the ground floor next to the Momentum sphere building it was irry and peaceful once again with hardly voices going across and they were gurgling loud. Everyone sitting as poet had started to consider  his or her position as the time had passed very quick and since then they all had been expecting to get some sort of award as it was all happening here so not taking much time the proceeding  were announced by the Compare and we seated in lines and alphabetical order and applauded the delegates who again started the formal task by explaining what these awards matter to each and every poet so it was becoming such an environment now which nobody can wish to miss for ever. Before  the award receiving ceremony could be started, A brief short film was produced by the organisers which was based on 'World order and it's current stage' with globalisation coming to the fourfront and recognising it's proceeding. IN the starting and final scene of the film, Few words were exchanged by the experts of photography and cinema as they explained why those scenes were there and once that had been done they started to chant about the Award ceremony to proceed that was what for which we all had gathered and it was going to be a cracker. Finally the moment was coming closer and the Announcer on the mike was asking we the poets to be ready according to the category to be in line and make sure that things become with formal process and right decision making. To give the Awards, the highest dignitaries of the Balcan countries have been gathered together and hence there were categories like 'Naturalist poet', 'Humour', 'Dystopia', 'Non Fiction', 'Rising Poet', 'Impressed in Early age', 'Revolutionary', 'Balcanist', 'Secularist', 'Globalised' and so many other. In total around 23 poets were going to receive the awards and it would happen on basis of the category whereby I was going to be awarded 'Gustav Icalnou medal' which is named after the famous Romanian poet Icalnu who rose in middle age and hence this poetry award is awarded for 'Rising poet' across the globe which was not far from me now and I was getting more nervous an was asking for chilled milk again which was provided and I am thankful to the authorities for managing me around. Although Once the process started all the chill and raspness has gone from all the poets who were going to receive the awards and it was happening very fast and in rapid succession as the poet or poetess who was getting award on basis of the category would go on stage, would shake hand with the delegates, and would speak few word of his or her choice, an then lifting the bag with Award and prize money would come back to his or her seat. On the basis of the category when my name was called a huge roar erupted across all the stages and in the building and it was really pleasing to listen out as I was welcomed on dace and I shook hands with the Romanian dignitaries who presented me the bag with award and prize money and hence My  dream seems to be coming true and coming so close. I stood in front and lifted the mike to speak to the crowd that gurgled, and for a minute I let them celebrate and  shout, and then talked with them about why we poets need to continue to hold the thread of 'social bonding' and why it is most essential for all of writing community. Once the noise had silence a bit, they started to listen me closer and as I spoke further it became quiet as they gave their attention and listened to my words where I mentioned the role of writers, The power of digital sphere, the collective attempt, and competitions like World Poetry championship and ultimately why this passion should be with all of us. They clapped at the end, I turned to have a photograph with the officials and one of their juniors assisted me back with my goodies from the stage and I again ordered Chilled milk to have that calmness. Hence after that, remaining poets did the same, came to stage and enjoyed as I did and once the award distribution was over the delegates announced the final release of the Official pamplate notifying the success of award event which was phenomenal.  We all again went back to cafeteria to have a short supper, I shook hands with all winners and group photo clicks with them, enjoyed the Vegetarian deserts and in the early dusk the pleasant wind felt great to me as I walked and along side walked few Indians who I have met in my visit here. They congratulated with great spirits so with them I went back to my hotel after the final proceedings had been accomplished and one more memorable moment has been added to my life's chapter...

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. But, as Indians, we have learnt many of the Literature from British Literature. British Literature is a standard literature and its famous World Wide., as per my knowledge.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?.My Literary work can go outdated. New Literary works by young blood and new generations would lead the good literature work. It is quite possible that in the next 5 years, the literary world in India, would compete with British Literary work. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?Community of Poets should be there in each State, and in each Website, including in Social Media.  Each Story Websites in India should have one POETS BLOG, to inter-act with Poets in India especially, directly.  This will be a good proposal.
