Understanding Blockchain
 Deepak Garg
 1 February 2018

Blockchain is a new technology for performing transactions, often compared to the Internet which revolutionized the way one shares/sees Information. It was first conceptualized by an anonymous person or group of person known as Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008. A Blockchain, in the simplest definition, is a ledger of transaction from the time of its genesis. Transaction is any transfer of a tangible/non-tangible asset within the people associated with that Blockchain. Bitcoin is just one of the many application whose core technology is Blockchain. In most of the transaction, there are three parties involved: the sender, the receiver, and the trusted verifier whose role is to verify that the transaction has actually taken place. For instance, one transfer money via bank through cheque, by money wallet; or one lease out a property after performing certain kind of paperwork implying Government as a trusted authority. A Blockchain removes the necessity for a third party to verify the transaction. This also implies that the Blockchain is robust to fraudster and fraudulent transactions.A Blockchain, visually or programmatically, is nothing but a chain of blocks where each block is a set of transactions. Every block contains information such as current timestamp, a link to the previous block and the next block, a collection of valid transactions during the time period between the formation of previous block and current block. Its network consist of working nodes called miners, whose main work is to create new blocks. These new blocks are joined in a single, continuous, authorative record called Block Chain. Whenever a new transaction takes place, it then propagates to the peers of the originating node and so on, till it exists with the whole network. Now the miners’ job is to validate the transaction and create the block by collecting a set of transactions. Creating a block is computationally expensive cryptographically challenging task. Once such a new block is created it is added to the chain and is then transferred back to the whole network. The other receiving nodes in the network adds the block to the existing ledger after validating the block. If one were to alter any transaction in a fraudulent way which had already taken place, they would have to find a new block that would include that transaction to fit the chain. If the current block to be computed in the network is at number 88, and the altered transaction block was 79, then the person will have to find 9 (79-87) more blocks to make a valid blockchain and pass it to the peer network. This is theoretically possible but is not in real world since finding block is not an easy task, making blockchain an ever increasing, irreversible, secure and public ledgerBitcoin, a very popular digital currency, relies on Blockchain. Applications of Blockchain is not limited to digital currency, it can be used to create smart contracts that execute on fulfilling a certain criteria (ex. Ethereum), for instantaneous peer-to-peer transaction without third parties (ex. In stock trading, property trading, patents), etcTo conclude, Block Chain is a distributed ledger of important transactions stored on a decentralized peer-to-peer network which is incorruptible due to high computation costs of blocks making it irreversible creating a trustworthy network to transact removing the need of middleman.

Lessons Learnt in 10 years of Digital (2007-2017)
 DrAmit Nagpal
 7 March 2018

I began my digital journey in 2007 and recently completed ten years in the virtual world. Recently I reflected upon the most critical lessons I had learned in ten years of the virtual world. On Branding & Reputation1) Your brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room.2) Brands are built by a pride of association with like-minded people and role models.3) Your story is your brand.4) Your network is who you know and your reputation is who knows you. On Content & Creativity5) What comes straight from the heart touches straight at the heart.6) People believe it when others appreciate you. Your content is taken seriously when it is shared by others7) Content is king, engagement is queen, passion is princess and technology is a prince.8) Content is king, conversion is the prime minister, and we live in a democracy.9) Creativity leads to deeper insights. Insights lead to even deeper creativity. On Personal Growth10) Selfishness is our default setting but we are empowered to change the settings. 11) Nothing succeeds like passion inspired success. Dig out your deep passion. 12) Collaboration happens when you shift to "You, We, Us" mode.13) A great self-image is a starting point for a great journey.14) The destination is a mirage. The journey is the Nirvana. 15) Branding is just the journey. Bonding is the destination.16) Tell yourself the right stories. Beliefs are stories we tell ourselves.17) Find magic partners and spread the magic. There is magic in unconditional love. 18) Learn once and earn forever does not work anymore. Today you need to unlearn, learn and relearn.19) Meditation is just living in the moment. 20) Social media is a glasshouse. You can't fake it for long.On Storytelling & Inspiration21) You can't heal yourself without telling your story. 22) Empathy first, authentic story later.23) Your stories must move people .....into action, smiles or tears. 24) Words carry energy. Energy carries magic.25) The deeper the love you put, the higher the inspiration you draw.

What a beautiful life it was without the virtual reality headaches. Babloo with Golu calling Titu and Monu with other friends were rushing to the nearby fields to play cricket, volleyball, football, gilli danda and kabaddi. They were even so fond of sack race, cycling, hide and seek and a number of other exciting games not only to keep them entertained but also to stay fit and fine. Then, Babloo, Golu, and Titu were growing up playing various outdoor games, the games which need sharp mind, attention, keen intellect and alertness. They were also doing best in their studies and pursuing good careers. It is true that they didn’t know the magic of the computer and internet. If they were given such facility, nobody would have beaten them. Here, what I want to highlight that yes they were lacking a facility, but still, they were the go-getters, the trendsetters. With the advent of computer and internet life changed hugely. Nowadays, kids are ‘internet-babies’ and youth are ‘puppets’ in the hands of the internet. I don’t dare to say anything against internet and it has a lot of contribution to our life. If our life is getting better and better, it is only because of the internet. But as we know “too much of everything is bad”, we should have control over its use. Along with free internet data available, not only youths but most of the people are getting addicted to the internet and social media. Kids cannot stay away from online games, cartoon videos and new varieties of apps are also coming up which fascinates the young minds.Social media is gaining huge popularity day by day. It’s indeed a great idea to stay connected to friends, family, admirers, and well-wishers. Personally, I feel it’s a great platform to expand your knowledge and information base. It connects you to a group of like-minded people, using it we grow our business, increase our fan followers. We also get to know about day to day happenings. But, the excess use of social media leads to frustrations also. There is a kind of virtual competition going on. People are busy showing off that they can afford to visit foreign countries, can go to expensive hotels and can enjoy the most exotic holiday trips and at the same time busy uploading picture, to make others feel that “yes, I can afford and I am living such a lavish lifestyle.” Those people, who really can’t afford, feel sad and broken and it also makes them feel low. It gives them a chance to curse their destiny; it creates and spreads jealousy and narcissism among people. If we post something on social media then we expect more likes and comments and if there are more likes we feel like winners, if fewer likes and comments feel like losers. Somehow, it disturbs our mental peace. Yes, I have seen many teenagers struggling to get more likes, comments, and shares. After the addition of love, wow like emoticon buttons, there is competition to get more loves, wows. Is it a real life? We forget that this is not the taste of a real life.As per my observations on social media behavior I found there are a few types of social media users which can be divided into the following groups;Group-1 (The smart users): These types of people always love to give likes or comments if you look beautiful, smart, if you post pictures of your exotic holiday trips, get good jobs in big companies. Let me say, this is the reason you get more friends and it can also be the reason for losing some friends as they can't see you going, growing, or happy.Group-2 (The Genuine users): There are some people who always give likes and comments from their hearts being yours true and genuine admirers and they never hurt you. They can be the biggest supporters and friends.Group-3 (The Deliberate users): Some are there who prefer to give likes, loves, wows and comments as they expect you to do the same and it’s their sweet strategy to get more likes in return. They can be described as sweet “Like collectors & counters”.Group-4 (The Snobs): Some users are there who give likes and comments only when they find and think, “Oh, yes…this guy is of my level”. Otherwise, they don't care.Group-5 (The Moody users): There is a type of moody users group. They are so moody in this matter and you can't predict when you are going to get likes and comments from them. Group-6 (The Silent users): Another group of users is there who never give likes or comments and don’t bother even if you don’t give comments on their posts.Group-7 (The Jealous users): Some people knowingly avoid you only because “it is you” and they feel jealous of your followers, friends and the more likes and comments you get the more it makes them upset. Group-8 (The Selfish users): The selfish users are the true bargaining kind of people, “If you give likes, I will give likes, if you don’t, I won’t”. However, they start liking your posts like ‘your one and only friend’ and beautiful comments to make win your hearts. But, if they don’t get return likes or comments they just stop there.Group-9 (The Go with the flow users): Go with the flow users are very diplomatic. They give comments, likes, loves on your posts, pictures only when see and find your mutual friends giving you likes, loves, wows, then they can’t tolerate and even if they don’t like they give it only to go with the flow.Group-10 (The Game watchers): Last but not the least, the ‘Game watchers’ love to watch the game till the end. They just pause a bit, then wait and watch how your posts are performing in the ‘Like & Comments Game’. If your posts get more likes n comments then they decide to throw likes. The story doesn't end here. Many people are opening fake accounts and flirt with girls and start chatting with them. As everything has its pros and cons even social media has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is undoubtedly the biggest source of communication, interaction, entertainment or infotainment. It is used in a wrong way causing major issues. Cyberbullying, hurting each other and insulting people are very common these days. Teens are completely trapped by the momentary bliss social media gives. We are celebrating festivals, important days and throwing parties being obsessed with posting pictures and giving status updates by forgetting the actual purpose of the event. In this entire process, we people are getting puppets in the hands of technology and social media. It controls our emotions, it gives us pleasure, and our life is controlled by how many likes, loves, and wows we get. It is also creating frustrations among the youths as they see their friend going ahead, achieving success, going on foreign trips, spending holidays in posh hotels, buying luxurious cars and houses and they can’t do it. It makes them feel low and bad about themselves and their positions. But, they must understand that “all that glitters is not gold” and people do it only to show others. In the name of social media, we forget the actual relationships because we are so busy with this ‘virtual friendship’. As per a new study, we now spend more time on our smartphones than with our partner. While at home, we too remain busy with our smartphones, updating our status on social media and it’s like as if a puppet show is going on and we are the puppets in the hands of social media. Hence, we must understand the pros and cons of social media and it should be used to make our lives better not bitter. We should not be addicted to it. There are a lot of benefits from using these platforms. We can follow the news, can read good articles, and can keep in touch with friends and family who may be physically far away. But sometimes, we should take a break from it, just put the windows down, enjoy the fresh air, breathe, read some good books, do gardening, go for a walk, spend time with family & friends, play some outdoor games and do some charity work and it will give you the real pleasure of being with the real people.

BORN FREE TO LIVE IN A CAGE
 Padmini Ravindran
 16 March 2018

All over the world, countries celebrate their independence day with great pride and gusto showcasing their strength and progress to be admired and awed by people. However, I wonder at times are we; human beings really free or liberated? Do we enjoy freedom in true sense? I’ll keep my thought process limited to India without going to the other parts of the world.Every human being according to me is free only at the time of birth. A baby has no worries about projecting the “right public image” and is happy doing anything and everything he wants to. As we grow, we are caged, shackled in many chains by the society- Social, cultural, emotional and lately technological. It starts when the baby (I’ll use ‘She’ as a pronoun as it encompasses ‘he’ too J!) is hardly a toddler. Parents love to show off his/her talents without any consideration for his/her moods and fancies. She has to sing or dance and entertain the relatives who are often least interested. Then there is a marathon for the best school in the city. The kid is again forced to mug up the likely questions to be asked at the interview, learn to behave in a certain manner at the age when she just wants to be left on her/his own.    Once at school the comparison starts with all the other children. Every parent wants the child to be the best - marvelling at studies, sports, debates and elocutions, arts, theatre, social etiquette and so on. In short she has to be a Superwoman, while the mothers sweat over every small detail like deciding what hobbies are “in”, what vitamin supplements to give the child for super-built body and extra-intelligent brain, what kind of clothes are in vogue for kids and so on. All advertisements put the pressure on parents to make a scientist/ doctor/ engineer or any professional (Please note that none off the advertisements think much of artists or farmersL! No wonders farmers have remained the most vulnerable lot in our “agrarian” economy for decades!). The harried parents, in turn pass on this frenzied madness on to their children. Every parent dreams of having a super successful child prodigy, irrespective of own talents that he has passed on in the child’s DNA at birth. We want our children to follow the career chart we have created for them taking in consideration the status, social acceptance, and money it will yield. What the child’s interests are is totally ignored.Once the school and college marathon is over and youth gets a plum job, then the other social pressures build up. A girl must learn to be graceful, super talented at juggling home and demanding career, must be having all the socially accepted attributes like – fair, tall, slim, social yet home-loving, educated yet sacrificing, modern yet with traditional values and the list is endless. This brings me to the fairness obsession in our country where most girls are bound to be wheat complexioned due to our geographic and climatic conditions. Having a dusky complexion is looked down upon and if you have a darker skin only God or fairness creams save you! I find the advertisements so ridiculous when a girl dreaming of a great career has to rely on fairness creams to prove her mettle! If she wants to remain single by choice then hell breaks loose. If she marries then her womanhood is not considered complete till she delivers a baby. Why I wonder, in a free country it becomes a privilege of all and sundry to barge into couple’s bedroom and discuss why are they not having kids and what could be wrong with them. Can we not let the parents decide when they want to bring in a life that is going to be their responsibility till they are alive?Men on the other hand are forced to bring home a handsome pay package and comparisons of how much comforts and luxury a neighbour can afford to give his wife vis- a -vis the poor husband becomes a main topic of contention. Once they become parents they too merrily join the same rat race that their parents had joined to ruin them. These are some of the socio-cultural shackles I strongly feel about. Emotional shackles too are somewhat intertwined in these as usually our Indian society loves to emotionally blackmail their loved ones to follow their commands. Log kya kahenge is the most dangerous epidemic that has been afflicted by Asian psyche. Social approval is a bug that has bitten all of us. Imagine the emotional state of a young girl when she is more than often rejected because she is NOT fair, slim or beautiful. She is most often an easy prey to depression. I wonder why we give so much importance to external attributes while totally ignoring the more important ones like nature, intelligence, compatibility etc. in a life partner. Are we shopping here for a curio to beautify home or wanting someone with whom we can share our lives! And same things go for men too - what with markets flooded with anti-balding treatments and all those fairness creams for men? He too is expected to earn well, be qualified with the most lucrative degree, have a macho figure etc. I often hear young girls asking for well sculpted men as their life partners. SO now the fire has reached even the other side of the society. At a young age he’s expected to offer all the comforts and luxuries when he’s still building his career!Added to all these cages, the worst shackle is the technology. We think human being created technology for comforts but today it has totally backfired on us impacting every aspect of the society. Just look around and see for yourself what have smart phones done to our lives! The downfall that started with the idiot box and further fuelled with the internet has been completed by the smart phones. Phones are getting smarter and humans are getting dumber. I’ve nothing against technology and if used sensibly it can be a great boon. We can now reach the entire world in a split second. Emails have become a passé with the advent of other more powerful and faster means of communication. Often Facebook and twitter has helped in reuniting people or in sending across a useful message. Today I too am saying what I feel thanks to this technology. We can surely not ignore the good things. However, we can’t turn a blind eye to the damage it does to our most profound institutions of marriage, family and society as a whole.  Families are fast disintegrating today as each one is happy to be in his on anda cell created by his Laptop, smart phone, personal TV or a tablet, and is constantly in his world with his headsets on. Cheating in marriages has never been so rampant and easy with the right to privacy. Virtual affairs ruin many marriages as one doesn’t understand that virtual love is bound to appear “perfect” and it’s only when you actually start life together you need to adjust and understand. Recently, a study revealed how social skills are being affected in this generation that spends most of its time in the virtual world. Family time is unheard of with each one immersed in his on virtual world. We forget that though wired from all sides we are not robots but human beings who are bound to need emotions like warmth, love and touch to thrive. The older generation who is not very tech savvy feels the brunt the most. They are mostly treated like a piece of furniture. The youth has no connect with parents leave alone grandparents. In our desire to connect across miles we have been disconnected from our own family.Family outings, dinners and gatherings do happen surprisingly even today but the most time and attention is hogged by these smart phones. Family time has become a joke with each member immersed in one’s cell phone- exchanging messages. Checking face book updates, updating status and so on.The family vacations are more for clicking selfies and check-ins to let the whole world on social media know the exotic place one is heading to. There have been many stand up comedies, what’s app forwards and tongue in cheek cartoons aimed at this but I feel we are quick to ignore these warning bells and laugh it off merely as a humour. So many have lost lives clicking selfies at dangerous spots but we are too slow to understand the implications. Are we really a generation of dimwits and our cell phones smarter than us? Only God save us in such situation…!All pictures Courtesy- https://unsplash.com

Book Review: Origin by Dan Brown
 Surender Negi
 19 March 2018

Rating: 4/5Dan Brown once replied on a question asked to him about "How much similar he feels when people compare him with Robert Langdon?" He simply replied that it's not alike because Robert is much more courageous and adventuress than him. (paraphrase)Dan Brown answer to Question (mention above).I think Dan is lying about that. I think he enjoys more than anyone and at least surf into excitement created by him for Robert Langdon. From the day, Dan discovers this symbologist, this men (Tom hank) is on run to uncover world biggest discovery and conspiracy through his exceptional intelligence and photographic memory. In this book also Robert never missed any chance to surprise readers with his sheer intelligence. I am the blind fan of Dan Brown. His all books give me goosebumps whenever I read them. Ironically, my busy schedule left me thirsty each night for reading more and more. So, Robert tries to answer humans most ancient questions through the help of his friend Edmond Kirsch who ironically killed by a Spanish admiral. From the point of the utter shock of that killing, the journey begins to know worlds most important question that can shake the whole world:-From where we come? Where we go? - Origin, Dan BrownPaul Gauguin - D'ou venons-nous [Image Credit: Wikipedia][/caption]Dan Brown new journey is a chase for the most philosophical questions of human existence. From primitive eras to till date, humans have spent their extensive energy for looking answer of their existence. Robert Langdon used is intellect to cracking the code which is part of unrealizing the discovery which only can give the answer to these question. Ambra Vidal [hot and spicy independent women] added into the plot to have the grip on the subject. Winston [Watson], an incredible AI helps Langdon to access information which can break the code and discover what is left behind the show made by that great futurist. Robert journey from Guggenheim Museum to Barcelona is filled with thrill. Chased by the cult killer, misunderstood by world media, framed by Spain highest authority and heavily emotional feeling for future queen of Spain, Langdon journey pushed him into a trail of forty-seven characters which can unreleased the discovery of Edmond Kirsch. Robert Langdon played by Tom Hank in The Davinci Code (movie) Source: Playbuzz[/caption]This particular password related to the dead Futurist most loved poem. Artificial Intelligence, Winston help Langdon to unearth various bind bending situations.  3 April 2018

(Based on my personal research, March 2018)Throughout my journey, from an aspiring writer to be a contributor of 8, and being on contract for a debut solo; what I realized is that we all need a mentor. The one thing I wished I’d had when I was starting out as a coach, a mentor, a guide - someone who had braved the turbulent waters I was about to set sail on, and come out flourishing and thriving on the other side. In our information age, somebody needs to produce that information, and it can’t all be pictures or videos (try as YouTube might). Luckily, there are a variety of free online courses available for all types of writers and aspiring writers. I’ve listed some of them below:Creative Non-Fiction: Write Truth with StyleIn this class, Susan Orlean, best-selling author, and New Yorker staff writer lead us through her crafting process for transforming regular subjects into incomparable stories. STOP fraud in digital transactions

 11 April 2018

StoryMirror interviewed ThirdWatch and all about their venture. Here is what they have to say.Q. Tell us about yourself and your backgroundThirdWatch is about stopping fraud in digital transactions. We are avid e-commerce shoppers and has been shopping online since 2005 indiaplaza days when we used to order books online. Couple of years back I was trying to order TV for my Dad who lives in Greater Noida on one of the top 2 e-commerce sites of India however it was not taking the order despite being prepaid. When I ordered the same item to my Gurgaon address it came through. On digging deeper we found that fraud/abuse is a big problem in e-commerce and companies sometimes use broad rules like blocking certain pin codes/cities/states and/or international credit from ordering which affect genuine users part from fraudulent.Given our experience in building big data mobile analytics system we felt confident that we can solve this problem by using Ai and big data hence started ThirdWatch in April 2016.Q. What's is your business all about? Our platform Mitra prevents fraud in digital, banking and e-commerce transactions in real time using AI. Our system captures 200+ parameters and flag every transaction in real time as red or green. It generates a risk score also which defines riskiness of the transaction.By superimposing data from our own knowledge base and from third party databases we enhance the data captured from user transaction like zip code databases , ip address databases, mobile number validity databases. We also use micro models for address profiling, device signature, account profiling and velocity profiling. We capture the whole user behavior including the time taken to place order, the device user is using to order, ip address of user, location of order amongst others. We are very stringent on data security and sign a strong NDA with our clients however we do use networks effects to multiply effectiveness of our platform by collating fraud patterns across the client base and inputting values in our ML algorithm for e.g. fraud rate of email domain, fraud rate or zip code, area and many more.Q. How do you see yourself in next 5 years? In near future we would expand to South East Asia, in long term we will expand into preventing other financial frauds including Insurance and fintech fraud.Q. Message to your customers and viewersFor every customer, Thirdwatch has always been a profit centre and never a cost centre. E-Commerce companies can avail a free 2 months trial, and can actually validate the benefit we are offering themselves.Q. Which are your main clients?  What is the process of integrations? How successful have you been in controlling such fradulent cases in India for these companies?Traction has been phenomenal since we launched, We are currently processing about 5000 transactions per day with a pipeline to reach 50000 transactions per day. Because of our NDA’s and agreements with our client we will not be disclosing clients list, but  we are working with two of the top10 E-commerce Companies of India Q. What is the background of the founders? How big is the team?Adarsh Jain (36) and Shashank Agarwal (28) came up with the idea of ThirdWatch and utilising Artificial Technology to prevent fraud in the e-commerce domain. A few years ago, Adarsh tried to buy a Television set from a leading e-commerce website from his father’s residential address in Noida. The order was unsuccessful due to the location from which it was ordered. The same order could be processed, however, from his Gurgaon address. The problem intrigued Adarsh and he started to research and find the root of this problem. He got to know about the problem e-commerce sellers face, relating to fraud and abuse by fraudulent sellers. Shashank and Adarsh have prior experience with technology solutions, with multiple patents and patent applications in their names individually. They thought of combining their efforts to come up with an all-in-one, smart solution for e-commerce platforms. With a team of 10-15 people at such an early stage of ThirdWatch, the business is growing at a tremendous pace. More people will be on-boarded soon as and when the business expands to other cities and countries.Q. Is your technology scalable to a level wherein it can be used in govt offices or banks? If yes, please give the details on when do you plan on expanding there.Currently, ThirdWatch enables e-commerce businesses to prevent fraud and abuses they come across in form of promo code abuses, chargeback frauds, RTOs, Cash on Delivery frauds, identity frauds, and much more. ThirdWatch's AI- Mitra can be definitely used by Government agencies and banks to detect fraudulent users and block risky transactions. With regards to banks, Mitra can be easily employed to detect fraudulent credit/debit card payments, fake users, multiple accounts held by users to make fraudulent transactions, etc. Mitra can also be useful in the Digital India and Cashless society initiatives undertaken by our Government. There are numerous websites and apps that enable us to transfer money, complete e-KYC, file returns, etc. However, the risks associated with these apps are similar to the risks faced by e-commerce sellers. With AI, detecting and preventing fraud for the Government and Banks is easily plausible!Q. Data security being the Crux in today's internet era, how do you ensure maintaining that? ThirdWatch ensures complete security of the data provided by our clients with its strict Non-Disclosure Policies and Security Measures. The data provided is only used for analysing it and highlighting the transaction into 'risky' and 'fake' transactions. The security parameters are never compromised, and we maintain unmitigated security standards for the data we receive from our clients.Social Media Handles - Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/thirdwatchai/LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/thirdwatch-data-pvt-ltd/Twitter - https://twitter.com/thirdwatchaiG+ - https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/110280512617140226197/110280512617140226197Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWWWl8h50-w5xuek0GtUEKQ

Bridge the gap between education and skill development
 StoryMirror Feed
 28 April 2018

StoryMirror interviewed Bringle Academy that are striking to bring a learning revolution. Here is what they have to say.Tell us about your journey and why BRINGLE started?India is relatively young as a nation with around 28 million youth population being added every year. There is a surge in the implementation of educational technologies for improving student learning. Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one's rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Doubtless, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. But child education cannot be done in isolation. Thus began the idea of bridging the gap between education and skills development in 2016. We strive to transform lessons into engaging student-centered, active learning experiences. We began our journey of combining technology with education at Thane, Maharashtra with one center. Our main focus was quaint computer courses and six sigma green and black belt courses. We found our purpose when a young adult with cerebral palsy joined us to learn computers. It was a challenging situation for us to alter our pedagogy and create a learning environment for him. Perhaps most importantly, educators should demonstrate a great deal of emotional support and patience and utilize effective teaching strategies for students with cerebral palsy. Providing positive academic feedback, assisting students in developing friendships with general education peers, and communicating frequently with parents and therapists are all ways that teachers can inspire confidence and success in students with cerebral palsy. Being a catalyst for a Cerebal Palsy dreamer to fulfill his dreams has been our biggest reward so far.Bringle Academy strives to bring a learning revolution, with our core philosophy of ‘Growing with Grace’, which can be achieved through self-improvement and skill enhancement. We constantly thrive on nature’s principal, that ‘learning never stops’, therefore our programs are designed for all age groups and professions. We have even extended our reach to housewives and senior citizens as well. We seek out the best thinkers in an area, and form collaborative networks to work together and bring about transformation. Finally, we share our work with others so it will have the greatest possible impact.Explain us your model and its features. We researched 300+ EdTech platforms & institutes to identify the loop holes and scope of improvement in current education system. After intensive brain storming for 2 Years our team of experts identified key areas to bring disruptive innovation in education space. We developed a robust & effective framework and filed a patent for the same in Dec 2017. We collaborated with various Brand Partners to add value to our initiative. We adopt Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology in all our centers followed by Data Analytics to ensure the continuous improvement in 3 aspects1. SkillProfiling - Career Counselling through Expert Counsellors & Psychologists2. Safety-Index - Keeping a Child Safe (#NearMiss Reporting)3. Career Progression - Holistic Development Monitoring & developing parents, Teachers, Students ConnectK12 After School Skills Development Centers:Our platform aims to provide holistic development of students, which enable them to learn at a faster pace and apply logical & analytical skills in getting their homework done without any additional support. We call it, Master beyond Academics (MBA4Kids).Features of MBA4Kids:1. Home Work / Project Work / Academics Support & Tuitions2. Unique Skill Profile for each student to monitor the intellectual growth. These Skill Profiles are shared with parents to develop an inclusive ecosystem.3. Additional classes including Language classes, Extra-curricular, Sports, Hobby classes and training programs will be conducted depending upon the infrastructure. We are also looking forward to Day/Night Care facilities. We have partnered with some of the major brands in PR, Branding, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Technology, Content Development, Studio Partners, Operational Excellence, Customer Service, Fund Raising, Intellectual Property, B2B Sales, Govt. Institutions and few more.Bringle Academy adopts advanced technology to make learning interesting and easier. Our core competencies are Personality Development, Creative Thinking, Logical Reasoning & Decision Making skills which make students future ready. Our USP is our Innovative pedagogy, Data based decisions, Inclusive environment & Never-Ending desire to disrupt the education space.Curriculum, Timings & ModelDedicated virtual platform on Career Counselling, Skills Development & Placements accessible to each center. We enable Parents to choose the right time slots for their children. These programs will be certification based and add value to the learning process of students. We would extend our support to differently-abled workforce by our skill development programs.Whom are you mainly targeting?Education interventions promise a wide range of potential benefits: increased economic growth; higher rates of societal production; quicker adoption of technological change; development of government and business leaders; improved health; empowering women; and the intrinsic value of education. Our 8 Target Segments are:1. StoryMirror interviewed Viral Thakker and spoke about his venture eBZaar. Here is what he has to say.Q. Tell us about yourself and your backgroundI (Viral Thakker) have 13 years of corporate experience (prior to starting up), primarily as a corporate banker (Relationship Manager) working at ICICI, HSBC and JPMorgan amongst others and managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, top 10 Indian Conglomerates and top 10 PSUs. After completing my Chartered Accountant course, I had a stint in internal & process audits, though business (sales) was always my calling. Audit happened by chance (or brutally put for incorrect guidance and then lack of opportunity) and a Sales role was by choice. My last role was an Executive Director at JPMorgan providing Trade Finance and Working Capital Loan solutions to clients North and East India markets.I also have 20yrs+ of experience as a grocery retailer, in a family business. Have first-hand experience as a milk delivery boy to procurement, selling at the cash counter, keeping track of margins, SKUs, what inventory to push and how to build a loyal customer base built on customer service and trust.Q.What is your life's greatest dream? To be atop Mount Everest and to travel the world. Q. What's is your business all about?eBZaar.com sells fruits, grocery, mithai, cakes, flowers, meat, sea food etc. eBZaar.com makes daily shopping easy and rewarding for the consumer. While daily shopping has many inconveniences, it is no secret that customers love their local stores who provide the right quality, the right products and the right price points. eBZaar empowers these local stores to come online. We provide them a free of cost digital store to help them sell to online customers. At the same time, customers get to buy all their varied grocery at one place, in an online avatar and with all conveniences of online shopping added. In other words, it customers are buying from a real world store but without the need to visit the store.Q. What are its main features and USP?The main feature is that eBZaar allows customers to shop from her own stores  - that same quality, same price, same reliability. But now that her life is digital, she also sees the store in her digital world, available 24X7, better price discovery, improved product discovery and a uniform shopping experience. As soon as customer enters the platform, she inputs delivery address and her nearby stores are shown to her. She selects the store, shops from the store and checks out.We simply build upon the loyalty and trust that a customer already has with her favourite local store and add the digital layer; you can say we bring back the choice of products, quality and price points back to the customer; a factor that many large ecommerce offerings overlook.eBZaar also ensures that only your well known and trusted stores are on-boarded onto its platform, yes we have a curation process. This has been one of the success factors in our internal metrics which perform better then some industry averages.Q. What inspires you?To make a mark, to leave a legacy, to not give up, to make it happen – that is very inspiration to me. Sports stories and war stories of fighting out the odds inspires me. Towards, I see Entrepreneurship as an opportunity to make a real world large impact, to make the world a better place. And retail transformation is a chosen space due to my background.Entrepreneurship was always lurking as part of my aspiration as much as banking as a career. As I set about doing my research, I figured that the technology space was evolving rapidly, the big tech eComm players were becoming big, offering huge discounts to force customers to move online. The rate of technology adoption by consumers has been much higher compared to a retail stores. I realized that the retailer has failed to keep pace in the embracing technology, and if this continued, it will become a matter of survival for them. From the context of running a family grocery business for 25 years, I obviously had a lot of passion for this segment, and pull of retail was inherent in my thought process. I could feel and see their potential pain, this was most inspiration as I quit JPMorgan to set out on my own.The shopkeepers or the banyas are otherwise a very smart set of people. Sooner or later, they’d realise the need for online strategy. We decided to make this as our mission - to bring back parity between the tech savvy online consumers and the lesser evolved local stores, connecting them both on a single online platform. The obvious question was: What if I could add a layer of technology to create convenience on top of the existing trust and goodwill already built by the local kirana stores? Thus eBZaar was conceived. Beyond mere survival, it helps local retailer to also compete effectively in the digital world. I had always wanted to grow our family business manifold in to a big organised set of retail stores, after all as a Gujarati, business is in my DNA. And so our mission was formed, a mission of connecting a 100 thousand stores to more then 10million customers in next few years, using tech & online marketing for the digital transformation in retailQ. How do you want to see yourself 5 years from now?eBZaar is on a mission to connect million of stores of 100 million online customers in a few years time. While our current focus in Mumbai – the home market, in 5 years we should have completed our roll out to top 15 cities. Apart, we are working on a few additional tech products to create the desired transformational impact on the retail segment.Find them on Facebook.com/ebzaar , Instagram, twitter and google+.

Why it takes a long time to post a Whitepaper
 Suchismita Sahu
 28 July 2018

Writing a white paper is a long process. It can take 20-40 hours for a professional writer to create a single medium length paper—and that’s working on it full time. When you’re a subject matter expert working on other projects at the same time—all bets are off.Why does it take so long to write a white paper?Well, first of all, it doesn’t take everyone that long. I’ve talked to other professional writers who take considerably less time. The issue then becomes how close do you want the writer to come on the first draft. If the writer doesn’t take enough time up front, you may have to pay at the back end by going through multiple rounds of revisions with them. What goes into creating a paper that hits the mark by the first—or at most second—draft?A good paper requires considerable research (or deep subject matter expertise) to provide context and the writer must work hard to tell a cohesive story. The Need for ResearchWhenever I start a white paper, I interview the client to get basic information, including the audience, the goals of the project, the one key message the client wants readers to remember, and the key supporting messages (which usually relate to the benefits of the solution being described). My job as the writer is to flesh out these high-level messages into something that leads the reader to understand why the problem is important and what steps can be taken to solve it. This involves the following:Providing context. People don’t know what they don’t know. To get them to read more, you need to start where they are. Describe some issue that they can relate to, and then lead them into a discussion of something they hadn’t considered related to that issue. For a white paper, this usually means starting with a description of a key strategic issue that the target audience faces. For example, the paper might address a new regulation that has an industry quaking in its boots.I recently wrote a white paper for a company that helps hospitals comply with audits from Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance companies. Targeting hospital audit managers, operations managers and CFOs, this paper documented the prospect of an exponentially increasing number of audits that are arising due to the success of Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) audits. This particular paper quoted the rising number of audits faced by one medical center. In other cases, I use quotes from high-profile industry analysis, such as the Gartner Group or Forrester Research to document a trend.Opening the knowledge gap. Once you’ve described a problem the reader already knows they have, you can describe a new area where they have a gap in their knowledge. In a white paper that talks about a technology solution, this often means describing what’s missing in existing solutions that customers/readers may already be using. Again, this can require considerable research to adequately describe these problems.Providing context around the solutions. Once you give people a clear idea of the problems they face and why existing solutions don’t truly address those problems, you can then begin to introduce your take on the solution. And yet, as you discuss different aspects of the solution, you still need to provide enough context so they can understand you.For example, if I’m writing a white paper on how an ERP solution improves productivity, I might discuss how it centralizes data from throughout the organization and how it automates business processes. I would need to provide the additional context to explain how data was not stored centrally before and what problems that caused (i.e. the need to constantly rekey information into multiple systems, which is a time-consuming and error-prone process).Providing context is time consuming. Even though I have an extensive background in many types of hardware and application software, it’s important to include the most up-to-date information, including the very latest trends as they apply to a particular industry, role or buyer persona. That can take considerable time sifting through trade-industry articles and interviews to understand the full story. Finding proof points from industry analysis can be time consuming—again because not only must the research be on topic, it also must be timely.Even providing context about the individual benefits of a relatively generic solution can take a fair amount of effort. I like to find several sources to ensure that I understand each issue completely and can describe it fully to my readers. The Art of Good WritingThe second time-consuming aspect of writing white papers is assembling contextual information in a way that makes sense for the reader and compels them to read further:Tell a coherent story. You can’t just include blobs of content. People want to read a story with a beginning, middle, and an end. Usually for thought-leadership papers that educate potential customers at the awareness phase of the sales cycle, the story will need to include the following:A beginning that describes a problem that our fearless reader needs to solve. In a white paper, this is usually a business condition that the customer must overcome if he or she is to succeed in meeting business goals. For example, the business challenge might be an uncertain economy that is leading the CFO to clamp down on IT budgetsThe middle will often describe obstacles in the way of our fearless reader solving that problem. For example, say your paper is on tape-backup consolidation. Here’s where you can talk about why current tape-backup systems contribute to inefficiency in the business. The end is where the reader is introduced to a solution to their problem. Here’s where you talk about all the ways tape-backup consolidation improves efficiency.Tell the reader why you’ve included each section of the paper. Not only must the paper attempt to tell a story, it must make the different parts of the story obvious. You need to include an executive summary telling readers up front what the paper will be about (so they can decide whether or not they want to read it). You need to introduce each section. As I draft the rough versions of my papers, I often use subheads that state the purpose of each section—problem, obstacles, solution, benefits etc.—so I keep them clear in my own mind as I’m writing. Only when the draft is 95% complete do I change the subheads to more clearly represent the actual content of the paper. I might change a section called “The Challenge” to one called, “The Need to Improve Efficiency.”Eliminate anything that doesn't contribute to the story. One risk of doing a lot of research is that while you’ll gather a great deal of information that’s important as background, but that won’t necessarily apply to the topic at hand. When you go to write the paper, however, you need to be ruthless about cutting anything out that doesn’t directly contribute to your story or the reader will get confused. For example, in my white paper-editing example, a key topic was the future of business intelligence. Yet, in many places, the paper wandered into a discussion of the Internet. While it’s fine in this context to talk about how the proliferation of Internet use will impact business intelligence, I cut out all references to how the Internet impacts telephony. So in answer to the initial question, the reason white papers can be time consuming to write is that you must do your homework to get the context necessary to explain the issues thoroughly and then you need to craft a single, coherent story that includes only relevant information.

In this whole wide world, where we are engulfed by the modern age technology , we tend to forget that is not a substitute for Grandma’s stories. We develop this ideology that the most valuable things are inevitably materialistic. Our mindsets are inflicted upon this idea and we forget that presents cannot buy presence. Technology has taken over the current situation. We stand in the middle of an era where we have Netflix on the tips of our fingers and Swiggying is the new cool. Technology is like that attractive magnetic pole to which we are iron nails disguised in the dust of development and modernization. On one hand it offers irresistible devices, and Mark Zuckerberg is our new hero, it is also an addition to our lives that has grappled our throats and choked us from within. Technology at its very best is an idyllic tool which is in every way a priceless possession to us. Yet it is high time that we rise from our lives barred by technology, and make judicious use of it. We are busy making connections worldwide but reckless we are to bother about the people we connect with for a lifetime. We have developed the way of life with standards set by Instagram posts and Google is our life guide. We are surrounded by lashes of social media and Google is our 2 am friend. Our lives, to be more specific have ‘technologized’ and it is not that there are no perks of this so called elixir of human life. It exposes us to the world watching us with watchful antagonism. It is a window to the world we desire to be a part of. We are no less than modified creations who have adopted technology in every realm. In this so called paradox called life, we are lost in the chaotic streets of technology, where Google and Face book reside, that we miss on the little things in life. And any person who thinks small things don’t matter, has not seen a match start a wildfire. We are building tall buildings, but our minds are narrow. We talk about development in the name of technology, but our values have certainly diminished. Unnerved by the amount of time we devote to technology oriented activities, we are in the want of something more. But at the cost of what? But let us not forget how technology has given us the tag of the modern man. Let us remember the times it has sorted ways and hardships in life. All this can be accepted only if we don’t get abolished from our roots, which is the base of our existence. Let us embrace technology as an assistance, rather than a bossy fellow who indeed has conquered our lives and harnesses the very essence of it. We shall never forget the popularization of PubG and Fortnite, all credits to our very own tech based lives, due to which our studies reduced to being acknowledged once in a fortnight, and also the Wikipedia posts we have always relied on, or has Quora taken over that position? I am in the middle of a dilemma in this fussy world encompassing of Pinterest in the heart and Google within the soul. Let us wake up to the situation and resist constant dependence on technology. Let us not completely despise ourselves. Afterall, Byju’s will be our eternal ally whenever disguised obstacles in the name of Maths hit our way. We as humans have accepted technology and have adjusted according to the acceptable conditions of it as well. It is high time we put in arduous efforts and restrain ourselves from this very a developing addiction. Nonetheless, no matter how extensively we try to change ourselves, we will have this medium called technology, always by our side. After all, we are humans.

There are hundreds ofthousands of small and medium sized businesses operating across the country today. Each business, no matter how many employees they have, will have a long list of health and safety responsibilities to manage, and the list can grow in length as the business grows and expands over the years. What a lot of businesses fail to recognise is that what Health & Safety system worked for them in the very early days of their company may not be fit for purpose now, some years further down the line.Small and medium sized businesses currently employ around one third of the workforce, and that is a huge burden of responsibility to manage, especially when you have the safety of your staff at risk if you fail in your duties to keep them safe at work.Don't underestimate your H&S plans and policiesCompany owners need to make their occupational health and safety policies and procedures a high priority. However, this doesn't mean they need to simply set and forget their policies and never revisit or review them over the next few years. The average workplace can be an ever-evolving place that sees a steady turnover of staff and new practices adopted as technology, machinery and equipment moves on. This is why it is important to schedule regular Health & Safety risk assessment and make amendments to company H&S policies as the face of the workplace changes.Neglecting staff Health & Safety training and failing to update their knowledge and skills with the latest HSE policy changes and compliance requirements can lead to serious risks in the workplace for accidents and injuries. These risks can often be identified and addressed to prevent accidents and injuries before it becomes too late.Using Health & Safety SoftwareYou can save yourself a lot of time and effort by using modern, cutting-edge Health & Safety Management Software to record and implement H&S processes and procedures to help keep your company fully compliant and up to date with new health and safety legislation.Effective planning and implementation of health and safety measures through using an cloud-based H&S software solution can help you save a lot of precious time and money. Using good-quality H&S software can enable you to run risk assessments, analyse data and implement changes that remove hazards and risks before they happen. This can be of great benefit to business owners because preventing accidents in the workplace before they happen by investing in good health and safety software is far cheaper than managing a real-life incident after it has occurred. “The Importance and relevance of National Festivals”

Importance:How oxygen, food & water are essential for our survival same way celebration of national festival is essential for our existance in this world. It fulfill us with patriotism whichbring along a spirit of love and devotion for the country also National Festival strengthen the social relations and communications which leads to unity among people and also bring us more closer to our nation which is helpful in promoting the national harmony. Independence Day, 15th August celebration is a way to remind the people about our hard earned freedom and that we must respect and value it more. It inspires people to stay united and serve the country in every possible way. It is a day to celebrate the true spirit of freedom.  It is of great importance to all the Indian citizens, thus everyone actively participates in the national festival celebration every year. Independence Day reminds us of the heroic deeds of our leaders and freedom fighters who helped us attain freedom. This is  the main reason why we celebrate our national festivals with pride and love for our country. If our brave freedom fighters would not have been sacrificed we would not have even been able to breathe freely in our country. Forget about the national festival celebration  our revered religious festivals would also not have been possible. On this day : India celebrates three National Festivals – Independence Day, Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanti. We the citizens of India celebrate these festivals with full fervour. For India, 15 August is a golden day of her re-birth, a new start. At the midnight of 15 August 1947, the British rulers handed the country back to its Indian leaders, ending a remarkable 200 years old struggle and India became a sovereign nation. Independence Day is celebrated by every citizen of India irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The Prime Minister of India hoists the Indian National Flag from Red Fort every year. This is followed by 21 gun shots to salute and honour the Indian flag and solemn occasion. The Prime Minister then addresses the citizens of the country. Numerous events are organized in various places throughout the country in entire atmosphere is infused with love and devotion for the country.  Many educational institutes also organize kite flying competitions which is also a way of expressing the  freedom.    We honour these noble souls by singing songs and poems in their praise. It is a great site to see little children dressed up as various freedom fighters on this day. In short, every person in the country revels in the nationalistic pride.Several cities in the United States have declared 15 August as 'India Day'.Relevance :In present scenario it is very much relevent because it reminds us and repicturise the secrifices of our freedom fighters which inspire us to maintain our freedom and do our best for our motherland . Patriotism doesn’t require a special date or occasion to express itself. The only thing needed is that we should have immense amount of love and respect for our country. We should not confined patriotism to these selected days only and national festival celebration doesn’t only mean flag hoisting, singing our national anthem and participating in competition on subjects of nationality but it will be worth celebrating if practically we take care of everything like plantation, garbage cleaning, recycling, rejuvenating our mother rivers ,protecting our forests , providing healthy and encouraging environment to growing children, respecting our elders, maximum utilisation of renewable energy resources. If through out the year we do all these definitely we will feel proud while flag hoisting and that will be real tribute to our revered freedom fighters. During our freedom fighter’s time Britishers were our biggest and worst enemy but in today’s scenario corruption, poverty, environment problems and many more big issues are our worst enemies which we have to eradicate. When we remember our national heroes, their working policies it guides us in dealing present crisis. So it is very much relevant to celebrate our national festivals because it invokes the feeling of patriotism in the people of our country and inspire them to become soldier. Our heroes ideology leads us  on every step and inspire us to work towards its betterment and development and also gives  a sense of belonging and a responsibility towards our country. Many questions arise in our citizens mind like- Has India’s growth happened in real sense? India is independent in manufacturing and producing many technical and industrial goods. We can take pride in the space technology and development in this field. But growth of any country is this all about? all these growth  matter less until all the problems related to humanity is solved in real sense. Like this question arise in every citizen’s mind and live example of this is mushrooming NGOs in india which are crusaders of humanity. To encourage them and motivate them several awards are there for such crusader in  India. Do we really love our country? If it would have been true our news papers would not have been filled more than 50% with demotivating news. Whenever we celebrate independence day this question arise in every citizen’s mind and force them to do conscious efforts towards positive growth of our beloved country.Celebrating independence day don’t allow us to divert from our right path but encourage us to take up new resolution every year  for our motheland’s real growth. I feel proud to be Indian because our country has taught us that the meaning of life is not only to live but live with dignity, respect others rights and understand own duties and responsibilities.                                        JAI HIND !

In today’s era when we talk about equality and stability with the help of technology, system, same time many things still prevailing as it is.We don’t see much changes in society from certain angle. There are people who still want to be with old notions and beliefs. As far as it doesn’t harm anyone’s feelings is ok. But sometimes situations occurs where either or things one has to choose and at that time practical approach is needed.Indeed many things is changing and that shows positive signs in society. Many ways women’s are equal to men. They also do the same which men do. Woman shown their shining side in all fields of life. Many ways they become true achiever. When we look back in to history lady like Rani Laxmibai shown her strength for nation. Same way Kalpna Chavla, Sunita Williams also proven themselves. As a responsible person of society we have to be proud of them. But irony is remain still there. One side women is becoming more and more powerful in all sectors, at the same they face social taboo like woman have to be good looking and physical feet.In today’s time every woman is becoming fashion trended. There is nothing wrong in this, but when it becomes social pressure then it’s wrong. In our society when girl become 13 or 14 years mothers start to give tips on different topics. As far as own hygiene is concern yes every one should but that doesn’t mean to spend long time in parlour. At the age of 15/16 with the body changes if girls have hair on legs or arms, mummy or friends will not see her with respect. In some case classmates will gossip about this. Why girls have to go for facial, body Hari Removing on regular bases. Why can’t they choose to take liberty on that. Yes from the hygiene aspect it’s good but that should not be possessive. Along with this now woman/girls are becoming conscious about their look also. There is a taboo that woman should look good and sexy. Practically speaking what the need to look sexy. It’s a wrong notion that make up makes woman more glamorous. In accent time without these all products woman were having lust and beauty. Mostly importantly woman themselves don’t want to talk about this. They feel embarrassed if hair growth is there or face is not looking good.Recently during discussion one of the friend said to her friend that how can you openly talk about physicality and physical intimacy. Don’t you think it’s wrong ?What’s wrong in this. Why can’t anyone talk openly about this ? Land who gave knowledge about “Kamasutra”, on that land now people are hesitant to talk about this. Yes but this the same land where day by day rap cases are increasing. In school we need to have sex education not just to have it but with serious concerns.I think still there is time to come out from this all and work upon our social taboo. Who can able to do this they can change life.As a woman we need to come out from this taboo and work towards our betterment.#Hitakshi

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.My Education, in olden days completed up to basic 10th class in a Sultan Bazar Government High School, Hyderabad. Then Two-Year Pre-University Course from Badruka College of Commerce and Management at Hyderabad.  My Graduation in Commerce went in from Osmania University Affiliated College, Badruka College of Commerce & Management, Hyderabad.  I did Diploma in Business Management (DBM) course from a Private Institute. I also did Post Graduate  Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Private Institution.  I did Typewriting Higher Grade and Stenography Higher Grades from then combined Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? My family heredity has Literature blood. By inspiring elders Literary works right from my childhood, I happened to inculcate the habit of literary writings. I have also worked hard to learn good English and Telugu  languages for this purpose, though my mother tongue is Telugu. My Blood has got some Literary Blood Cells Therefore, I am a little-bit fluent in my writings, as I on and off keep my brain thinking always. More so, I don't like to keep idle myself. If I don't write and work each day, I don't get sleep, and I become erratic without work. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? In the initial days, when I was writing literary type of work in especially in English, Readers used to comment about the mistakes. I used to refer to English Dictionary for better words. I used to correct myself with patience. I used to write better words in a bad sentence. I have developed the habit of writing English in Flowery Language, so that people/readers should read my literary work i.e., stories, song lyrics, haiku poetry, articles, essays, quotes, so on and so forth. Now  I have become a little bit perfect, as I think myself, and started writing so many things pertaining to literature work.  I am not getting any negative comments for my work. Only I used to get appreciation letters, good comments, and good encouragement and praising notes. I thought I would still contribute more to this World, where Top Level Literary Writers/Authors should Appreciate my works, and my ambition is to have my name in the World Famous Authors/Writers List, as a good Literary Writer, My Ambitions are more and I am working accordingly on daily basis. What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day Literary work is not that of a good Literature work, as evidenced by many Writers works. The standard of English writing is slightly just average. I have observed that my of the Technical and Management Graduates are unable to contribute to literary work, because they are all, to say many  on software line. I observed  that many of the software people never in the habit of writing  articles/stories/songs/literary works, etc. This generation is such.  Only old people used to write good English, as I knew and observed well in my life.  More so, people and writers who are interested to write good literary work, need to get trained from senior mentors and continuously make a habit of writing, as a regular feature in their life. Then only, at once point of time such Literary work could be well recognized. Lest, there are chances of Literary Work getting drowned, due to not having good Writers in the coming generations.  As one knew well, that "Old Water Go, New Water Come".Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes definitely. Digital and Social Media Tools/Devices play an important role to create more Writers and thereby more Readers emerge. Social Medial play an important role in shaping good Literary Writers.  Social Media gives good opportunity for Writers to present their Write-ups through few Blogs which facilitate Writers to present their Mind of Writing. Here, below I will give you a brief Article on Social Media:YOUNG AUDIENCE GRAB & CONQUER SOCIAL MEDIAEach minute, the technology is changing in rapid competitive market segment. Every business entrepreneur wants to have an edge over other competitors. Every businessman aspires for quick turn-over on their end products sales proceeds and wants to become a millionaire or a billionaire bypassing the Constitutional working systems, Acts, Rules, Regulations by violating norms & guidelines of the Ministry of Finance and  Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and  Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)Evolving marketing & advertising strategies are a prerequisite and essential in these competitive days in reaching out to customers and for public acquaintance is one part, while giving quick ads in latest tools and websites like LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet through which messages, communications, ads, gist or gigs or contents of any subject matter of one’s personal, business or marketing could reach global people in quickest time, that too at no cost. But, whereas, reaching global people through News Papers, TV channels, hoarders, sign boards, pamphlets or through any other old fashioned system of ads looks to be little bit costly, slow and may not reach all the global people/institutions/companies.  It has been constantly and incessantly observed that increasing use of social media in personal, business and marketing fields is seen on a higher side. There is no doubt in this. The younger audience use social media technologies too much that too on daily basis, without which, the day will not pass.INDIA, Land of Opportunities: The younger generation and audience, now-a-days look for quickest communication, quick Return on Investment (ROI) and money rotation to meet their business and personal ends. The days are rolling-out with updated new technologies in the fields of Research & Development, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Software Development, Science & Technology, Sports & Culture, Tourism and Film Industry, Liquor Industry, Steel Industry, Printing Technology, Plastic Industry, Leather Industry, TV-Press-Media-Print, Grain Industry, Food Industry, Wood-Mattress & Furniture Industry, Glass & Crockery Industry, Cosmetic & Perfumes Industry, Prefabricated Building Material Industry.Face Book, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wi-Fi and Internet are the present days’ excellent media through which one can develop, personal, business, marketing & sales and for diversification and expansion of business plans and to establish good contacts with global people/customers/clients.These are equipped with wonderful media presently available for all the young audience, all at free of cost, for exchange of various aspects and for expression of ideas and business programs, which ultimately keep one busy in public eye. Moreover, global people view and use these latest technology tools in their daily life for publicity purposes. These are the present day TOOL TECHNOLOGY being used by billions of people all-over the world.YOUTH FOR NATIONAL INTEGRITYTODAY’S YOUTH – TOMORROW’S LEADERS:Today’s youth of the nation are all tech-savvy, broad-minded and rebellious with vast ideas, who could mobilize people of all religion, caste and creed as the youth of India play a crucial role in promoting communal harmony which will lead to socio-economic constitutional changes in maintaining peace in the country, as the youth are the future leaders of tomorrow. The youth’s education in engineering, medical, pharmacy, bio-technology, automobile engineering, R&D, management and in all fields of study, can mobilize people due to professional understanding in maintaining peace and communal harmony without interfering in issues like caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.Tech-savvy youth spreads the peace, love and communal harmony through social media tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and blogs. Rapid changes took place through media postings then, after the conviction of culprits in December 2012 Delhi rape case issue. Nirbhaya Fund for survivors of gender violence started due to this case. So, the above tools play an important role in bringing about social harmony.Fine Arts play an important role in spreading the message of brotherhood and peace. But, as Indians, we have learnt many of the Literature from British Literature. British Literature is a standard literature and its famous World Wide., as per my knowledge.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?.My Literary work can go outdated. New Literary works by young blood and new generations would lead the good literature work. It is quite possible that in the next 5 years, the literary world in India, would compete with British Literary work. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?Community of Poets should be there in each State, and in each Website, including in Social Media.  Each Story Websites in India should have one POETS BLOG, to inter-act with Poets in India especially, directly.  This will be a good proposal. Q:Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.A: I am a student currently pursuing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi. I completed my elementary education from my hometown itself in Bihar. For my secondary education and JEE preparation, I went to Sri Chaitanya, Vishakhapatnam               Q: How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write? A: It was under the light of my teachers, in class eighth, where my interest in literature grew. But my maturity in poetry owes its presence to the couple of years I spent preparing for JEE. It was here when solitude became my best companion, and I composed poems prolifically. Q: What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? A: I love to ponder over things and discuss about them. I am an avid reader of the writers of the Renaissance era and romantic poets, and I have found them the most difficult to comprehend. My urge to write sometimes also clashes with my academic schedule, but I try to manage both effectivelyQ: What is your view about the present-day literary work?A: When it comes to contemporary writers and modern literature, I love them equally, as I find their work symbolic of the society, I live in. I usually trifle with my mobile phone a lot these days reading random poets and authors, and it's their work only from which I learn.Q: Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? A: I strongly believe that the emergence of digital and social media platforms has helped budding writers to reach out to a large number of readers. It has helped them to establish themselves before they got published. I too am no exception in this.Q: Please tell us something about your literary work.A: My writings mostly reflect what an ordinary person would usually overlook. I try to find poetry in almost everything around myself. As is the case with most of the writers, initially the theme of my poems used to be centered around 'love', but now I write about a number of topics, including love, Nature, past experiences, desires etc.Q: What was your first literary work and how was it published? A: I remained a 'recluse' poet for almost over a span of five years since I began writing, but now have started reaching out to the people, thanks to the various social media platforms. My poem titled 'Meera' is getting published in an anthology by Delhi Poetry Slam soon, and I am very ecstatic about it. I also maintain a page quivering glimpses on Instagram, where I usually post most of my worksQ: Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?A There are several things on my mind which I wish to achieve in the next five years. The foremost thing is to build a readership for me. Till then I am in no mood to get myself published. Since I have started lately reaching out to people, I guess I would need some years to get recognized among the readers. But to be honest, after five years, I want myself to be sitting in the sun and reading a book of my own. Plus having completed reading around 150 books. Q: What ways would you suggest on building a community for poets?A: I strongly advocate the use of social networking sites for building a community for poets. Since the talent is strewn across the globe, to bring them together one needs a platform. And I can't think of a better option than these social sites. I also urge the conduction of various literary activities, book festivals and workshops, where poets can come together, showcase their works and learn too from others.Q: What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? A To the aspiring new writers, I would ask them to always remember ' A writer is a reader first '. Before you write, read as much as you can. Trying to express oneself requires words, and these books are what gives you, your treasure. Additionally, never try to constrain yourself in the maze of 'writing for others'. Write what you love to write about as it what that will give you satisfaction. Be a poet at heart!Q: How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? A: My experience of writing here was pretty good. It offers a platform for anybody who wants to write and get recognized. And since it incorporates all the major languages, you can choose any language you want to write in. There are contests too which are held regularly, so you get to learn many things which make you better.Q: Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A: I would wish StoryMirror good luck for future and love to see it growing to one of the biggest platforms for writers across the globe. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/ftlohpee/ankit-jaiswal/poems

Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I have done my schooling from Diamond Jubilee High School, Hyderabad. I completed my Intermediate from Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala and graduated from Chillies Balaji Institute of Technology. I am now working with Dell EMC, as a sales account manager. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  I was good at writing since school days. I had won many Essay writing competitions. But at that I didn't realize that it was not only a curriculum but a passion. After few years when Facebook was highly used, I started sharing my views and thoughts which were liked by people. With motivation from these likes, I started writing more and more. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? Time management is very difficult. But, passion for writing is something which drives me crazy. Making the content that will catch people's eyes is a challenging task. I always try different writing styles to make people get interest in reading what I write What is your view about the present day literary work? Present day literature has become a fashion.  Everyday content has to be something new, something sexy. It has to be something jazzy. A writer has to look at all the views that audience would take.  Sometimes,  a writer has to be very careful in terms of what they write on scenarios where they mention about religion, caste, sex, etc, as it could cause controversies. Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? Yes, now a days you hardly find anything in papers.  Only few traditional people would like a hard copy. Everything is web based. It is easier to share the content and also get the reviews within short span. Please tell us something about your literary work. I usually write content from real time lessons that happens with me or with people around me. I share it so that others can learn from it. I wrote contents related to current happenings. I can ink anything, which defines the meaning of my name, pINKal. What was your first literary work and how was it published? I used to post on Facebook, so that's the first platform from where I had got multiple opportunities. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?I guess it can contribute to a level that it can make world a better place. Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world?I would love to see myself at a place where even though I don't get fame and money, but at least one person should come and tell me that you inspired me. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?I guess we have many poets around the world, social media is the way to get along to work together. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? Keep writing, it must just be a brick that you could start with, you will one day end up building a wall. How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror?  Initially when I started writing, I was criticized by lot of people around me. But, that's not what I cared for. I cared about how can I write more. May be people around me where not interested in reading. So, I was looking for a platform where I could find genuine readers. StoryMirror is that platform. Would you like to say something about StoryMirror? A good initiative, it's not a platform which just allows you to write and read, it inspires and motivates you at the same time. I believe that this is the uniqueness that makes StoryMirror the best of all the writing platforms. I am very thankful to StoryMirror. Please give details about your initial education and forming years of life.I graduated a semester early from Beckman Catholic High School and started taking college courses early on. Currently, I attend Northeast Iowa Community College. Given my hectic life, at the moment I am only enrolled in online courses. Ever-so-slowly, I’m working towards my Associate of Arts degree before I transfer to a four-year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. How did you get interested in literature? What inspired you to write?  I have always had a fondness for literature—there’s just something immensely intriguing about finding a great book and escaping into the literary world it provides. I’m always adding new books to my kindle. As for writing, I discovered early on in my childhood that I had a talent and interest in poetry. More often than not, I used poetry writing as a therapeutic tool and it proved to be a helpful means of coping with the struggles of my daily life. It still is. What difficulties did you have to face with respect to literary work? The difficulties that had the most impact in relation to my writing would probably be writer’s block and finding FREE ways to get my work put out there and/or published. What is your view about the present-day literary work? In regard to poetry specifically, the majority of my favorite writers are modern-day and from this generation. I find that I tend to gravitate towards writing styles similar to my own. I think that there has been a recent increase in writing that has a positive subject matter, which I find refreshing considering most of my own work tends to be on the negative side of life. Do you think that the emergence of digital and social media has given a new opportunity to creative writers? I definitely believe that social media and technology both have made a HUGE difference in the amount of opportunities available for writers. For me, personally, the digital world has skyrocketed my writing and certainly improved it.Please tell us something about your literary work. My work is almost solely poetry, and that’s what I’ve chosen to dedicate my time spent writing to. Every single piece has some sort of deeply personal connection to me or my life and, in numerous cases, my past. I haven’t had the most sunshine-y life, but in the last five years things have taken a turn for the better in the best ways. I think this positive turn for me is becoming visible in some of my writing. What was your first literary work and how was it published?  My first real piece of writing that I put out there was a cheesy Love poem that I wrote around age twelve specifically for a contest hosted by what previously was Poetry.com. It’s called Definition of Love, and through the website at the time, it was published into an anthology entitled Collected Whispers. I was quite proud then, but reading it now, I almost want to blush at how obvious my youth was. How many ways literature can contribute to society in future?I think that, in the future—as well as now, even—literature and writing and poetry will (hopefully) open people’s eyes to what the world was/is like today and explore the endless possibilities of what the world COULD be.Where do you see yourself after 5 years in the literary world? In five years, the hopes I have in regard to my writing all revolve around the simple goal of being recognized and successfully putting myself out there. It’s been a struggle finding ways to do that that won’t affect me financially. What ways would you suggest to build a community for poets?I think that many positive strides have been made to do exactly this, and many more are already in the process. I do wish that there was a singular poetry community online that provided ways for writers to share their poetry with others, receive feedback, build a collection of their poetry, AND enter FREE contests/calls for submissions. I feel like, the ways things are right now, poets have to bounce around from site to site or place to place to accomplish all of those things. What message would you like to give to aspiring new writers? The best advice I could ever give isn’t my own advice at all, but rather the words of Ernest Hemingway. Ernest Hemingway once said, “Try to learn to breathe deeply, really to taste food when you eat, and when you sleep really to sleep. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell. And when you get angry, get good and angry. Try to be alive. You will be dead soon enough.”How was your experience of writing on StoryMirror? To be completely honest, I have only ever been on StoryMirror to enter a contest. When I got the email requesting an author interview, I was so pleased because I feel like no other writing community appears to care about or get involved with its members/writers. Instantly, I wanted to be a more active part of StoryMirror, so I’d say my experience was wonderful. Here is the link to read my content https://storymirror.com/profile/drmr5sia/morgan-tomas-klostermann/poems

Improve Long Distance Relationship With The Use Of Technology And Free Dating Websites In IndiaWe will gonna talk about the couple who are in love, but unfortunately, due to distance,  they can't meet and can't do the things which normal couples do. But  hey, don't get upset!! If you are in long distance relationship then the following usage of technology revamp your relationship. So, let's go  with one by one.1. Listen To Your InstinctsThere are peoples in  your life like your friends & family members who are against the  long-distance relationship. And there is nothing wrong in it, they might be true. After all, they are experienced people but if you meet someone & by keeping in touch with each other, you know that this is the  person whom you are finding for a long then don't let go this person.  Listen, what your heart is trying to say you. This might sound filmy,  but this is how you both will share a beautiful relationship with the  magic of love.2. Do Adventure TogetherIf your partner lives  in another part of the country or in another part of the world, you  can't do things together while enjoying each others' company. But never  mind, when technology will get used? Yes, there are apps available in  the play store like Skype, Google Duo, Rabbit, LokLok, WhatsApp,  TouchNote, Between, And all the other apps & gadgets. By using this  application, you can do things altogether like, you can eat together,  can express emotions & feelings, can watch TV shows together &  share your thoughts, can sing a song while the other one is playing an  instrument. You can also try free dating websites in India like Izydaisy.com. So have fun and spend time with each other.3. Do Not Send Constant MessagesAfter all, everyone  wants space for themselves, right? So try to give personal space to your beloved as well. If you are messaging your partner all the time, then  your partner will get irritated & this might ruin your relationship. Instead, know about each other schedule & connect with each other  in free time. You will see that this will refresh both of you & you  can get back to work with full determination.4. Do Not Get Away For A Long TimeYes, please keep this  in mind as well. If you do this, then your partner may feel getting  ignored and no one wants to feel this feeling. You can message them in  advance and tell them that you can't talk for a while and give the  reason. Simple, your partner will understand it & eventually after a hectic schedule, try to talk with your beloved for 5 to 10 minutes if  you can't talk for an hour. This will make feel him or her special.5. Send Greetings & GiftsIt's important to  start a day by sending a Good Morning message and end a day with the  Good Night Message. In between, you can send some beautiful &  romantic strikers to each other using any messaging app. And you can try unique ways to send a gift like you can mail some flowers. And if you  are living in the same state, but not in the same city, then try to send some gifts like T-shirt, Perfume, Watch, and something that your  partner likes. So apply all these ways & use modern technology to improve your long-distance relationship!!

There are household vacuum cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners, professional vacuum cleaners, wet dry vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, backpack vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners, continuous duty vacuum cleaners, portable vacuum cleaners, light duty vacuum cleaners, stationary vacuum cleaners, heavy duty vacuum cleaners. Whatever kind of vacuum cleaner it may be but the technology with which it runs remains similar.Technology : A vacuum's suction is caused by a dissimilarity in air pressure. An electric fan lessens the pressure inside the machine. Atmospheric pressure then forces the air through the carpet and inside the nozzle, and so the dust is just simply pushed into the bag.In industrial and commercial sectors vacuum cleaners are mostly divided into the following types :-Wet and Dry Vacuum CleanerContinuous Duty Vacuum CleanerBackpack Vacuum CleanerDry Vacuum CleanerUpright Vacuum CleanerWet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner : A wet & dry vacuum cleaner is used for gathering of dry dust as well as spillages of water or any kind of liquid. Best wet as well as dry vacuum cleaners can hold huge amount of water, oil and other thick fluids from the floors. Some of these vacuum cleaners are used in mixture with single disc floor scrubber to suck oil, grease and other stains that are earlier dislodged by scrubbing action of Floor scrubber.Continuous duty vacuum cleaner : A Continuous duty vacuum cleaner is used for removal of dust for long hours of working. Mostly the vacuum cleaner with brush motor runs on intermittent duties (i.e. from 30 minutes to 4 hrs at a continues stretch depending upon the ambient). Whereas in countries like India where ambient mostly differ between 25 and 45 degree Celsius there vacuum cleaner with brush motor could work for maximum 30 to 45 minutes. Or else if the usage is for more hours then continuous duty vacuum cleaner or turbine vacuum cleaner or side channel blower vacuum cleaner are mainly considered.Backpack Vacuum Cleaner : A backpack vacuum cleaner can be carried onto ones back as well as hip. They are very light weight with a lengthy electric cable (at least 25 meters). These backpack vacuum cleaners are mostly dry vacuum cleaners and perfect for applications in multiplexes, shopping mall, aircraft cleaning and cinema hall.Dry Vacuum Cleaner : A dry vacuum cleaner fulfill the requirements of collecting dry dust from hard floors. It is compact, tiny in size with 6 to 10 ltrs dust capacity and comes along with accessories for different applications.Upright Vacuum Cleaner : An upright vacuum cleaner is commonly meant for sucking dry dust from carpets. Carpets easily get dusty because of the people's continuous movement over it, the dust or sand carried by their shoes stay deep into the piles of the carpets over a period of time. Upright vacuum cleaner has a kind of cylindrical brushes that combs the carpet, loosens the dust and brings up all the dust from the bottom of the pies to the top which is instantly sucked and collected in the container.Price of Vacuum Cleaner depends accordingly. Vacuum cleaner price may differ with the type, and quality of its build. Mostly the inexpensive vacuum cleaners are dry vacuum cleaners that are used for hotels as well as or household, hospitals. Vacuum cleaner with brush motors are mainly used by buyers because of its compact design and inexpensive cost as compared to the turbine or side channel blower type vacuum cleaners.
