In order to solve the SBCGlobal email account problem of ‘Not receiving SBCGlobal Emails’ what you need to do is check whether you’ve mistakenly created any filter or not. To do so—

  • Open the SBC Global email ‘Settings’ to navigate yourself to the SBCGlobal email filter.

  • There, check for any unwanted filter and if there’s any, then simply remove it by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button.

However, if that’s not the case then, what best you can do is, configure your account in MS Outlook using the following server settings:

  • SBCGlobal email settings for IMAP Account Type:

    • Incoming Email Server: imap.mail.att.net

    • Incoming Port: 993

    • Outgoing Email Server: smtp.mail.att.net

    • Outgoing Port: 465

    • Encrypted Connection: SSL

    • Requires authentication: Yes

  • SBCGlobal email settings for POP Account Type:

    • Incoming Email Server: inbound.att.net

    • Incoming Port: 995

    • Outgoing Email Server: outbound.att.net

    • Outgoing Port: 465

    • Encrypted Connection: SSL

    • Requires authentication: Yes

Once, down with the configuration process, you can log in to your SBCGlobal email to again start receiving SBCGlobal emails.
