What is Aggressiveness?
Anger is one of the primal emotions of human being, Even it is very Mature And Natural emotion for a Human to have. But there is a slight difference between being angry and Aggressive. Angry is a condition you may not express your anger but you can be angry but aggressive means to show your anger physically frequently most of without any logic.
Reason – in our daily Life many things happen where we should be angry and should show anger but in most cases, for social image or thinking about people’s view, we suppress it and try to find other passive way to express, sometime in form of revenge but without understanding more harmful effect what we are doing in society.
Sometime we believe that giving aggressive response is the only way to resolve interpersonal problems avoiding a brief Communication and discussing matter through constructive behavior. We mostly do it when we are not confident and confused in any way.
Aggressiveness is another way to let our mind free and powerful. As humankind is not allowed to Clean our urges from inside because we are so called civilized. So this becomes a way to feel Pleasure, yelling on others. It feels like giving priority to himself or herself, to be more Alive and Superior Being.
In most of time anger impairs ours ability to control over cognitive behavior and then we fail to find any right outcome to express. Gradually it forms a destructive aggressive way to express the condition.
Effects – Frequent use of Aggressiveness can cause addiction of being Angry. Like all other emotions if we are always in a way to be angry it consumes us like addiction.
In society we misinterpreted such kinds of people. They are very mistaken for their appearance as they lose their self monitoring ability.
Cure – When we become aware of this we try to train our brain to control aggression by avoiding physical contact, to rationalize our activities, but the process sometime works as temporary Cure not permanent. In those cases we must take the way of reconciliation. If we blindly keep our self calm, taking responsibility for everything,that will trigger guiltness and that doesn’t kill the reason. So day by day this partial improper training can cause opposite effect as well. We must uproot the origin of Aggression .but its Easy to act like a child rather being a matured one. That's what we follow. We must convert our Anger to Constructive behavior without making dramatic situation.
