You can only give what you have! Be it happiness, love or anger. We all have these emotions within us.

As you may know that the particular taste of the tea is obtained only by adding all those essential ingredients. Likewise, as human beings, we need to experience and understand all sorts of emotions, which includes anger. Like all other emotions, anger too forms an essential ingredient in us!

Anger is not a problem. It is an opportunity to evolve. Love can be understood to the fullest only if you have experienced anger to the fullest. Anger is harmful only when we have no control over our reaction to it.

A flower that fears to wither cannot bloom, a raindrop that fears to fall cannot become an ocean, a tree that is not selfless cannot attain its purpose of existence. A man who hates anger, cannot experience real joy.

An angry person is the first victim of its anger. Then, to get rid of it, like a burning man, he tries to take it out on others only to realize that he ends up feeling angrier. A fire cannot be dozed off with fire. No matter how big the flames, the water of love always wins the battle. It may not look easy at the start, but continuous showering of water (love) could control any amount of fire.

You cannot heal pain with pain or an offense with more offense. Anger is a natural feeling, but our response to it is controllable. Some people confuse ego fights with the fight for their rights, and then they wonder why they suffer and blame the world for their suffering.

You must acknowledge anger in the way you acknowledge love. However, remember, both expand by spreading. The love spreads healing, and the anger spreads hate. So you need to use your tool of understanding at your advantage. Spread the love by giving the wings to it and silence the anger by controlling your reaction to it.

We are the pieces of love as a soul that has come to this realm of the relative to understand ourselves better by being what we are not! Therefore, irrespective of the appearances just hold on to the ultimate truth about yourself.

We live in a relative world. The purpose of our life is to experience different emotions while on a journey towards Nirvana (Mokhsha). The journey is equally exhilarating as destination. A person that resists the journey cannot reach the destination.

Every emotion brings an opportunity to evolve, and the person who is making you feel angry is sort of blessing in disguise. He or she gives you an opportunity to feel the anger and learn to control your reaction.

If you are the person who feels a lot of anger, you are advised to follow these simple steps when you feel anger and it would make your life far better.

1. Delay the reaction.
2. Don't clarify when angry.
3. The other person is giving you an opportunity to grow.
4. Nobody is wrong, it is just a matter of different perspective.
5. The other person is having a hard time.
6. Remember, a mountain doesn't bend to the level of stone to clarify its point.
