If you are a sales agent - You need to know the difference between PRICE and the COST.
How many of you can differnetiate these terms?
Do you think both illustrate the same meaning?
Lets see with an example:
A customer compares the price of two products.
Product A: Brand product, price is high.
Product B: Local product, price is low.
Both these products functions just the same.
But the cost of Product A is low than compared to Cost of the Product B.
The calculations to understand this better:
Product A price divided by number of years it could be utilized is the COST of the product A.
Now calculate the cost of product B?
I hope you now understand the difference.
If Yes, You have mastered yourself and increased your selling skill to the next level. Congratulations!
