DRAFT APPOINTMENT ORDER

He/She will have to join duty from………………………(FN).


His/Her monthly gross salary is Rs………. …..(Rupees in words…………………………….).  This gross salary includes allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Etc.


The Terms and Conditions of the Appointment are as follows :


1)He/She should abide by code of conduct prescribed in this Institution/organization.

2)He/She will have to work in the posted shift.  Shift allowance(s) will be given as is being given to other regular co-staff/employees, depending on the eligibility, subject to Managements prior approval before claiming such allowance(s).

3)He/She should not apply for any job nor join any other organization without prior permission of the Management.

4)He/She will have to perform any other duty including taking additional work assigned to him/her by the Management.

5)To abide by the Dress Code. To wear neat & good dress at appropriate place of work, time andsituation and not to wear any embarrassing dress.

6)He/She will be permitted to avail one day leave per month.  Any other absence will be treated as leave on loss of pay.  Earned leave/sick leave with Full Pay as per laid down norms is eligible by the regular and permanent staff with the prior approval of the Management.  Prior Leave approval is to be obtained before proceeding on leave by all employees/staff members.

7)He/She has to take part in Seminars, Conferences, National Service Scheme (NSS) Programs, Sports & Cultural activities Etc. organized by the Management.

8)Statutory deductions like Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF) Professional Tax Etc. shall be applicable as per procedure.

9)Your duties will include for efficient, satisfactory and economical operation in the area of responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time. As an employee of this organization, you will maintain a high standard of loyalty, efficiency and integrity and will liaison with employees and others.

10)He/She will have to carry the Identity Card (ID Card) issued to him/her during the day of the work and produce on demand.

11)Your appointment is being made on the basis of your particulars such as qualification etc, as given by you in your job application for employment and in case any information as given by you is found false or incorrect, your appointment will be deemed void abinitio and liable for termination without any notice or salary in lieu of notice.

12)You will be bound by the rules, regulation and office order in force and framed by the Management from time to time in relation to your service condition, which will form part of your terms of employment.

13)You are liable to be transferred to any of our sister concerns at any time due to exigencies of work within India and abroad.

14)Your services are liable for termination without assigning any reason at any time, if your work, conduct, character and antecedents are not found satisfactory.

15)He/She shall sign on the duplicate copy of this Appointment Order, as a token of his/her acceptance of this Terms & Condition of offer of Appointment.
