In order to Set up SBCGlobal email in Outlook—the unified email program, follow the below-mentioned steps correctly:

  • Open your Windows operating system and launch ‘Microsoft Outlook.’

  • Then, select its ‘File’ tab and move on to the ‘Account Settings.’

  • After that, click on ‘New’ in the ‘Email’ tab and then further select the ‘Server Settings.’

  • Under it, click on the ‘Internet Email Addresses.’

  • There, in the ‘User Data’ field, type your email address and username.

  • Afterward, in the box ‘Type of Account’ select either ‘IMAP’ or ‘POP’ and then, fill the following information:

SBCGlobal IMAP Settings for Outlook:

  • Incoming E-mail Server: imap.mail.att.net
  • Incoming Port: 993
  • Outgoing Email Server: smtp.mail.att.netOutgoing Port: 465

SBCGlobal PP Settings for Outlook:

  • Incoming E-mail Server: inbound.att.net
  • Incoming Port: 995Outgoing Email Server: outbound.att.net
  • Outgoing Port: 465

And, in the end, enter your SBCGlobal login credentials in the ‘Login Information’ tab and then click on the ‘Finish’ button to finally finish the configuration process.
