A recently launched search engine website, http://www.rhymly.com/ helps budding poets, shayars, lyricists, rappers, theatre jingle writers, Youtube Artists, ad agencies, etc. find rhymes of all common Hindi words.
Just search for any Hindi word in Hinglish and you will get all its rhymes in Hinglish and Devanagari.
This way a writer has to only concentrate on creativity and leave the Vocabulary part to us, saving him a lot of time which ensures that his art pieces are never left incomplete due to rhyme and vocab constraints.
Also, this personal Hindi Rhyming Dictionary is completely FREE!

1) ARPAN KHOSLA - CEO
“I’m a POMEDIAN ( Poet + Comedian ) and an Engineer from NSIT. Rhymly is MY brainchild that took birth after 10 years of writing experience. I thoroughly believe that Creativity > Vocabulary and that artists must be paid and with Rhymly, I want to decrease the time taken to write each art piece. I have performed 300+ live poetry and comedy shows and Rhymly travels with me all the time. I take care of marketing, content, social media, brand collabs and PR.”
2) VISHAL KALRA - CTO
An NSIT undergraduate, Vishal is a technology enthusiast, a travel freak, foodie and the CTO at Rhymly.com. He believes in finding uncommon digital solutions for problems faced by common people. Although he isn’t much of a writer, yet all his coding work is done in the wee hours of the night.
3) AAKANSHA AGGARWAL - Head of Design
Aakansha prides herself on beautiful and intuitive user interfaces she designs. She believes in experimenting and tries to work in multi-disciplinary fields. She handles the Graphic, Web and App design at Rhymly.com.
We interviewed Arpan and spoke about the features of the website and his future goals.
StoryMirror: This is a new concept in the market. How did it originate?
Arpan: The idea of Rhymly was incepted by me while we were working on another startup. I have been a poet and creative writer for almost 10 years and the only thing I have learned is that less time and more creativity are the only two means of earning your bread in this field.
I used to write only once or twice a month before because of which I had a lot of incomplete poems due to the lack of vocabulary or rhyming word and then would eventually leave that piece because of the lack of thought thereafter. I felt that a continuous writer's block due to vocab is not hygienic for my poetry because I always had a belief that Creativity > Vocab.
I could see a lot of fellow writers struggling with the same issue. Which brought me to a conclusion that if more people have to make a more sustainable career in creative writing, then they can't be limited by both mood and vocab.
Also, there was no resource on Google to search for rhymes of a certain Hindi/Hindustani word and the market of Hindi writers was and will be pretty large There were/are such resources for English but none for Hindi. I used to crib all the time because of this and used to waste a lot of time thinking of rhymes of words in my brain (shona, kona, corona, etc.).
I used to write a lot of funny parodies and jingles for my street theatre group in college but felt that this wasn't the most efficient way of writing and I could see a lot of time wasted in this.
I didn't have an entrepreneurial attitude then but poetry was still my unsaid venture. I was already working with the right team having the same belief and decided to make something that wouldn't just help me but all Hindi/Hindustani writers at large and address their biggest pain point: Vocabulary. A poem or a song can be without end rhymes also, but even those writers use a lot of internal rhymes if not end rhymes.
We thus, have created a micro-mini Google-type search engine website called www.rhymly.com that helps all budding and passionate poets, shayars, lyricists, rappers, parody makers, theatre jingle writers, Youtube artists, creative content writers, etc. find rhymes of all common Hindi words. Just search for a Hindi word (eg. pyaar ) and you will get all the rhymes for it in Hinglish.
I have personally built the database which contains Hindi words which are the most used commonly used in daily life. The best part is that this online resource is completely FREE.
StoryMirror: Amazing! How has the response been so far?
Arpan: We launched the website on 24th December 2017 and the response has been great. A lot of college and corporate individuals and creative writers are using this. The website gets a lot of hits and unique searches every day. We have also been co-partnering and sponsoring big college and commercial events in Delhi. The word of mouth brand reach has been really good as a lot of bloggers/influencers have been writing about us.
I go to a lot of poetry events and have received some really constructive and impactful reviews from our users like :

We give sentence prompts through our FB page every day so that people can write at least two lines each day. A lot of people get engaged through this and it keeps the thought process going. This way apart from being a search engine, we are also a content tech platform helping writers getting discovered by the masses.
StoryMirror: What does the future of Rhymly look like?
Arpan: The road ahead seems quite interesting. We are increasing the database of words every day and are also working on an app.
We will be also putting Urdu words in our database. Also, along with the rhymes, writers would soon be able to see their meanings and usage of the word in both English and Hindi which will make it a one-stop shop platform and they don't need to go any other platform for the same.
Also, we are looking to do workshops and host open website poetry contests in colleges and schools ( just like open book tests of IIT'S ) where people would be given a topic on the spot and they have to write a poem using their personal online Hindi rhyming dictionary Rhymly.
Our end goal is a Machine Learning based software that will help people write better and quality pieces. We believe in A.B.C.R. ( Any Body Can Rhyme ) and if you too believe in it, then START RHYMING NOW!
